Aligning with the sustainable development goals 13 (SDGs 13) which aims at handling climate change and disaster management, and since Banjarmasin City is very strategic and is fairly densely populated, the Government needs to ensure that the people of Banjarmasin are safe from disasters. Conducting a disaster risk assessment (DRA) in Banjarmasin City, Indonesia, is the basis for planning the implementation of integrated, structured, directed and measurable disaster management. The disaster risk assessment document contains the process and results including hazards, vulnerabilities, and capacities which are the basis for determining disaster risk. The results of DRA are steps to determine the direction of disaster management policies in Banjarmasin City that are more focused and directed in the future. The involvement of all stakeholders related to disasters in Banjarmasin City and the community can support efforts to implement disaster management by following the results of DRA and calculating the potential for life exposure, property loss as well as environmental damage that have been prepared in the city. The DRA document is expected to be the basis for clear and comprehensive direction for disaster management. Therefore, the results of this assessment can be agreed and legalized by the local government, so that the implementation of disaster management in Banjarmasin City can be more focused. This produces a DRA document and disaster risk map in Banjarmasin City. The form of support and legality from policy makers in the regions is needed. The traditional market holds a pivotal role in Indonesia's economy because it is the main contributor to national retail grocery transactions. Nevertheless, competition with modern markets and retailers makes their competitiveness lessened. From the financial side, traditional market SMEs are vulnerable to financial risks and still face obstacles in accessing financial resources due to a lack of financial literacy. In addition, the level of digitalization of traditional market SMEs technology is also still low, so digital adoption is still a challenge that must be faced. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the influence of financial and technological factors on the level of adoption of SME technology in traditional markets and its impact on the performance and sustainability of the SME business. This research will be conducted in a quantitative cross-sectional study of 225 SMEs in the traditional market. The sampling technique that will be used is judgmental sampling. This study's research data will be analyzed using SEM-PLS. The study result shows that financial literacy positively affects SME financial accessibility and financial risk. The study also confirms that financial accessibility, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence are variables that significantly affect SMEs digital adoption, while the effect of financial risk on digital adoption is found to be insignificant. Background: Omicron has respiratory problems and pneumonia in general and specific terms. This pandemic was ravaging all countries in the world. This virus outbreak had new types to appear or so-called new variants that are still being studied by experts. Computer-assisted methods (includes smart intelligence systems, algorithms, and data mining) is key solution for detecting variants of virus. Methods: In present study, it discussed and analyzed the omicron variant which is one of the variants of the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19). It's a severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The emergence of this Omicron variant of COVID-19, raised more concern in the world because of its dangerous ability and the high level of spread of omicron cases. Analysis using the k-means algorithm in order to determine the level of distribution of the virus variant. Result: From the results and outputs found in this method, it is concluded that this method is used to divide the data into 3 clusters of case distribution of the Omicron variant which has been understood as a level in the distribution of cases where cluster 0 is low level, cluster 1 is high level, and cluster 2 is medium level. Conclusion: Therefore, this data mining method with special clustering and datamining techniques give the highest number of virus distributions in which countries and divide some countries into several clusters. The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia since 2020 sociologically has caused various changes in the order of social life and has implications for various social changes that occur in rice farmers and their level of welfare. The specific purpose of this study is to take an inventory of various phenomena of changes in farmer behavior in organic rice agribusiness and whether there are differences in farmer behavior in the agribusiness system before and during the Covid-19 pandemic associated with their level of welfare. In the long term, this study will be used to prepare the Food Crops Agribusiness Development Model following the research roadmap of the researchers that have been carried out. The study used a survey of organic rice farmers in the East Priangan area with a total sample of 43 farmers from a population of 427 organic farmers. The data used consist of primary and secondary data. Different analyzes were used to determine the behavior of farmers in organic rice agribusiness activities before and during the covid-19 pandemic. The different analyzes were processed using the Wilcoxon statistical test. Based on the analysis, there are genuine behavioral changes in all agribusiness subsystems studied, which consist of providing production facilities, on-farm subsystem, product processing subsystem, marketing subsystem, a subsystem of supporting elements, and changes in this behavior. Purpose The moral development of the student is necessary for student success in the education sector, and this aspect requires the new studies' emphasis. The present research aimed at investigating the impact of educational management, Islamic norms, and character education on the moral development of junior high schools in Indonesia. The study also examines the moderating role of institutional support among educational management, Islamic norms, character education, and moral development of junior high schools in Indonesia. Methodology: The researchers used a primary data collection method through survey questionnaires to collect the preliminary data from the selected students. The smart-PLS was used to check the items and constructs' reliability and the connection between the constructs. Findings: The outcomes exposed that educational management, Islamic norms, and character education positively link the moral development of junior high schools in Indonesia. The outcomes also revealed that institutional support significantly moderates educational management, Islamic norms, character education, and moral development of junior high schools in Indonesia. Implications for Research and Practice: The research provides guidelines to the policymakers in making regulations related to moral development among students using effective educational management and character education. The high demand for transportation equipment that continues to increase makes the automotive industry, especially Yamaha motorcycles, continue to grow rapidly and are in demand by consumers, so manufacturers are competing to attract as many consumers as possible. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the role of perceived quality and brand awareness on brand image which has an impact on brand equity of PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data in the study were obtained from 175 respondents who are consumers of PT. Yamaha Motor Indonesia Mfg. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The first stage in this research is to test the validity of each variable's questions along with their reliability. The second stage examines the relationship between variables, namely perceived quality, brand awareness, brand image and brand equity. The library is a place for people to read books and a place that has various kinds of books to read. In the library has a lot of data from borrower data, library membership data, book data, and book return data. Therefore, big data is needed to process these data. Big data is data that contains a lot of information in various forms. This big data also has 3 characteristics, namely volume, velocity, and variation. Data mining is analyzing data using various methods and producing useful information for companies or organizations. The method used in this analysis is a decision tree classification method. Classification is the process of analyzing data by predicting and classifying data so that it can produce useful information. The application used in this analysis is the Rapidminer Studio application. This application is an application that is used to analyze data and generate information from the data analysis. The purpose of this study was to analyze book data according to the publisher and the year the book was published. This decision tree method will be used to predict book data based on the publisher and year of publication. To test data accuracy using cross validation. The results of the test show that the data accuracy rate is 40.52% with the prediction results of Gramedia Pustaka Utama 30.00%; prediction results of Elex Media Komputindo 40.78%; the results of the library span prediction 0.00%; Grasindo prediction results 45.07%; and the prediction of Andi Publisher 38.10%. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and compensation on work motivation and its implications for employee performance in the plastic ore industry in Indonesia. Based on an initial survey of 30 employees, it was found that 56.67% of employees showed below-average performance indications. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable partially and simultaneously. The independent variables used are organizational culture and compensation, the dependent variable is work motivation and performance. Each variable uses 6 indicators. The results of the SEM analysis show that organizational culture influences motivation by 0.354 and performance by 0.394. The compensation variable influences motivation by 0.378 and performance by 0.251. Motivational variables affect the performance of 0.317. Simultaneously, organizational culture and compensation influence the motivation of 0.497 while the organizational culture, compensation and motivation affect the performance of 0.764. The main aim of this research is to compare the results of the study of demand's plan and standardized time based on three heuristic scheduling methods such as Campbell Dudek Smith (CDS), Palmer, and Dannenbring. This paper minimizes the makespan under certain and uncertain demand for domestic boxes at the leading glass company industry in Indonesia. The investigation is run in a department called Preparation Box (later simply called PRP) which experiences tardiness while meeting the requirement of domestic demand. The effect of tardiness leads to unfulfilled domestic demand and hampers the production department delivers goods to the customer on time. PRP needs to consider demand planning for the next period under the certain and uncertain demand plot using the forecasting and Monte Carlo simulation technique. This research also utilizes a work sampling method to calculate the standardized time, which is calculated by considering the performance rating and allowance factor. This paper contributes to showing a comparison between three heuristic scheduling methods performances regarding a real-life problem. This paper concludes that the Dannenbring method is suitable for large domestic boxes under certain demand while Palmer and Dannenbring methods are suitable for large domestic boxes under uncertain demand. This research is aimed to examine and analyze the influence of work environment and self-efficacy variables towards work motivation of professionals who work in the creative sector in DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. Based on the initial survey conducted to 30 workers using the 7 items of questions to measure the level of motivation of workers, it resulted that 53.33% of respondents showed a low level of motivation and needed to be improved. This research used structural equation modeling analysis to determine the influences of each exogenous variable on endogen variable for either partially or simultaneously. As an exogenous variable, work environment variables used 3 dimensions which covered 6 indicator questions and for the self-efficacy variables, it used 3 dimension which covered 6 indicator questions. Furthermore, as an endogenous variables, the motivation variable used 2 dimensions with 4 indicators. Results taken based on the structural model analysis that was measuring the influence of work environment against the t value. It is shown that the value motivation is 4.82 and coefficient of 0.32 influences. On the other hand, the analysis results based on the influence of self-efficacy against t value, shown that value motivation 5.14 and coefficient of 0.48 influences. The value of R2 0688 indicates that the work environment and self-efficacy has a positive and significant role that simultaneously affects motivation from workers of the creative sector in the province of DKI Jakarta. Nowadays the healthcare industry is facing tight competition and big expectation from patient to the service given, for answering the competition a good human resources performance is needed. Employees' contributions are very important to the success of business organization. The study was conducted in 23 hospitals located in the province of Jakarta. From a preliminary survey of 1000 patients using 15 questions to measure patients' perceptions of the performance of employees working in the hospital, in this case doctors, nurses and administrative staff, it was concluded that 61% of respondents rated the performance of hospital employees in the province of Jakarta is still poor and needs to be improved. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that affect Job Performance of human resources working in healthcare industry in Jakarta by using Employee Engagement as a mediating variable between Organizational Culture and Job Performance. Purpose: This research was made with the aim to give a scheduling proposal for the assembly activity and the proposal to allocate those activities into available resources using the resource-constrained project scheduling. Design/methodology/approach: The research begins with the problem exposition in the existing system on the Assembly Department of panel manufacturer company. To overcome the problem, several scheduling alternatives are formulated to yield better productivity. The performance of proposed system using RCPS is assessed using simulation method. Considering the circumstance of demand rate, the scenarios chosen are based on the parameter such as product departure cycle time, resource utilization, product output, and number of resource required. Findings: The scheduling alternatives provides the better arrangement of work elements in the assembly activity, especially for the product that represent the highest demand rate. For further research, the paper gives encouragement so that the application of RCPS can be used broader in the manufacturing area. Research limitations/implications: Although the findings were addressed to improve the existing system on the Assembly Department, the practical application haven't been undergone and the performance assessment only based on the simulation method. Practical implications: By implementing the proposed scheduling, the company will experience several benefits. First, the company could increase its productivity by better utilization of its resources. Second, based on the simulation result, the company could avoid the backorder option while dealing with the high demand rate, and even can fully maximize its resource utilization without adding more worker or apply the overtime policy. Finally, the proposed scheduling that converted into the work instruction could help the company to perform the knowledge transfer from the existing worker or resigned worker to the newly-hired worker. Originality/value: The outcome of the research could become the guidance for other companies which have similar assembly system to apply the same method. This is the best paper that represents the application of RCPS in the large-sized component assemblies, where the walking worker is responsible for carrying tasks to each unmoved unit. Service quality is important because it makes prices more affordable, and also fulfils customer satisfaction. This bolsters trust for customers, and thereby encourages them to keep buying products at retail stores. This research uses Quality Service Analysis method to understand the gap between customers' expectations regarding service attributes and their perceived satisfaction level. This study also uses the method of Importance and Performance Analysis to determine an attribute's category. Therefore, it can determine which priorities should be reinforced to improve customer satisfaction. Through SERVQUAL analysis, there are 10 known attributes of each retailer that has the highest gap score. Through IPA analysis, we know that Alfamart has 7 attributes which warrant serious attention from management. This is due to the high expectations of customers on the indicator, and the fact that the management has not managed well.
