Character education is critical in developing students’ attitudes and personalities. One approach that can be used is through teacher interaction with students. This study aims to reveal teachers’ approach to interacting with students to develop good character values. This study is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. The research informants were eight teachers who intensively interacted with students for over a year. The data collection technique used in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique used was interpretative phenomenological analysis (AFI), which includes three stages: horizontalization, developing meaning units, and presenting the phenomenon’s essence. To obtain valid data, researchers conducted source triangulation. The study results showed that intensive teacher-student interaction, both classically and individually, can provide understanding and foster students’ awareness of having good character. Therefore, to build students’ character in a better direction, teachers are strongly advised to constantly interact with students intensively, both classically and individually, to foster sensitivity and students’ means of having good character.

Individuals entering the world of work will make various plans for their career planning process. Throughout their careers, individuals face challenges in adapting to their career task and responsibilities. This is known as career adaptability. This study aims to find out if there is a relationship between social support and career adaptability. This study used a quantitative approach with a simple correlational design. The population in this study were early career employees working in Salatiga City and the sample size was 52 participants. Data were collected using a combined technique of purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The scales used were the Multidimensional Perceived Social Support (α = 0.935) with 12 items and the Career Adaptability Scale (α = 0.920) with 22 items. Spearman's Rho correlation test showed that the value of r = 0.443 ; p < 0.05. It can be interpreted that social support is positively and significantly related to career adaptability in early career employees. This research is expecte to provide additional information for further research and may help companies to increase the career adaptability of their eemployees by providing social support. Background: The occurrence of COVID-19 pandemic has affected various aspects of life. Several studies have shown that the ability to recover and avoid COVID-19 infection depends on the level of immunity, which is influenced by the intake of immunonutrients. However, healthy eating habits, such as the consumption of these immononutrients, are influenced by a good nutrition understanding. Objectives: This study aimed to determine the association between nutritional knowledge and immunonutrients intake with immunity status post-pandemic COVID-19 in college students. Methods: The study procedures were carried out using an observational analytical method with a cross-sectional design. The sample population comprised 104 first-year students from Medical Education Study Program at Medical Faculty of Lampung University. Students were determined using the unpaired categorical comparative analytics sample size formula and selected with a straightforward simple random sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire, including nutritional knowledge, immunonutrients intake, and immune status. Analysis was carried out using Chi-Square test and logistic regression. This study investigates the relationship between dual-role conflict and job stress among married female nurses working at Hospital X in Magelang. The hospital's policy flexibility in the new normal era aims to enhance healthcare quality, but this also leads to job stress among nurses due to heavy workloads. Interviews with ten married nurses revealed various stress-related issues, highlighting the need for further research. The study defines job stress as the body's response to high job demands and dual-role conflict as the interference between job and family roles. A total of 90 female nurses participated in the study, with data collected via questionnaires using Likert scales. Descriptive statistics showed high levels of dual-role conflict and moderate job stress among participants. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the suitability of the measurement tools used. Pearson correlation analysis revealed no significant relationship between dual-role conflict and job stress (r = -0.073, p > 0.05). The findings suggest that while dual-role conflict levels are high, they do not significantly contribute to job stress among the nurses. Factors such as manageable role conflicts and supportive spouses may mitigate the impact. This study aligns with previous research indicating that dual-role conflict does not necessarily increase job stress among working women. Despite limitations, the study underscores the importance of considering various factors influencing job stress and suggests that other elements may play a more critical role in affecting the stress levels of female nurses at Hospital X.

Abstract. Every company strives to increase efficiency and effectiveness to adapt to competitive developments. One of the efforts made is to prepare employees to compete at work. Career adaptability is necessary for employees to support effective performance, especially for early career employees. Therefore, early career employees need good self-efficacy to support career adaptability. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and career adaptability in early-career employees at PT. XYZ. The method used is quantitative with a simple correlational design. Data collection used non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique, carried out using a Google form distributed to all PT. XYZ. The research scale consists of the General Self-Efficacy Scale (α =0.932) and the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (α= 0.969). This research analyzes the pattern of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. With increasing regulations and global awareness about sustainable resources, energy companies in Indonesia are encouraged to adopt CSR practices. This study uses purposive sampling and checklist methods based on six categories of Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) indicators: economic, environmental, labor, human rights, social, and product responsibility. The research results show significant variations in CSR disclosure between companies, with the CSR Index ranging from 10.99% to 64.83%. The social community category at 8.88% and the product responsibility category at 7.44% had the lowest level of disclosure, reflecting the company’s lack of attention to these issues. In contrast, the environmental category at 14.83% and the labor category at 13.76% showed the highest level of disclosure, indicating the company’s focus on environmental issues and employee welfare. The suggestion from this research is that companies can increase awareness and commitment to CSR, as well as improve their social performance and product responsibility to achieve more responsible and sustainable business practices.

The Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) community in Sumatra, Indonesia, faced unique educational challenges influenced by cultural, social, and economic factors. This study aimed to explore and confirm the influential relationships among cultural practices, social support, economic factors, and SAD’s perceptions of religious education. A total of 356 literate SAD from some regions in Sumatra were sampled. Utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected through a structured questionnaire translated into the local language. The results revealed that cultural practices positively impacted SAD’s perceptions of religious education (H1, t=7.550, p=0.000) and significantly enhanced social support (H4, t=3.870, p=0.000). Social support positively influenced perceptions of religious education (H2, t=4.880, p=0.000), while economic factors had a strong positive effect on both perceptions of religious education (H3, t=9.119, p=0.000) and social support (H5, t=31.108, p=0.000). These findings highlight the necessity of integrating cultural, social, and economic aspects in educational policies for the SAD community. The study's novelty lies in its structural model, offering deep insights into religious education perceptions. Future research should explore similar dynamics in other indigenous communities using longitudinal and qualitative methods.

This study examines the commitment of vocational teacher education students at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, Indonesia, and Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) in applying core character values. The global trend in teacher education links education and economic growth, emphasizing students' competence for the job market. However, teachers are also expected to address social and moral cohesion in the younger generation. The research involved 177 third- and fourth-year students at FPTV UTHM Malaysia and an equal number at FT-UNY, utilizing a questionnaire based on core character values. The findings indicate moderate commitment levels (58.75%) among university students. UTHM students scored slightly higher (2.42) than UNY students (2.28). The study shows that character education for vocational teacher education students in both Indonesia and Malaysia has not reached optimal levels, emphasizing the need to investigate more effective character education models for future vocational teachers.

The bus public transportation system has low reliability and ability to predict the number of passengers. The accuracy of predicting the number of passengers by public transport bus operators is still weak, which results in failure to implement solutions by operators. A prediction model with LSTM based on deep learning is proposed to predict passengers for 4 bus public transportation operators (Go Bus, New Zealand Bus, Pavlovich, and Ritchies) which are evaluated by MSLE, MAPE, and SMAPE with variations in epoch, batch size, and neurons. The dataset is a CSV performance report on Auckland Transport (AT) New Zealand metro patronage buses (01/01/2019-07/31/2023). The best prediction model was obtained from the lowest evaluation value and relatively fast time at variations of epoch 60, batch size 16, and neurons 32. The prediction results on training and testing data improved with the suitability of the model tuning. The proposed prediction model performs predictions 12 months later for 4 predictions simultaneously with predicted fluctuations occurring simultaneously. Strong negative correlation on New Zealand Bus-Pavlovich, strong positive correlation on Go Bus with Ritchies and Pavlovich. Predictions that are less closely related and dependent are New Zealand Bus against Go Bus, Pavlovich, and Ritchies. The proposed prediction modeling can be used as a basis for creating operator policies and strategies to deal with passenger fluctuations and for the development of new prediction models.

Cognitive development starts from concrete thinking processes to higher levels, namely abstract and logical concepts. According to Piaget, children are naturally interested in the world and actively seek information that can help them understand that world. This research aims to describe students' cognitive development based on Jean Piaget's theory of development and how it is implemented in science learning at junior high school level. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive analysis approach. This means that in this research the researcher chose to use primary and secondary sources (books, journals, websites, etc.) regarding developmental theory according to Jean Piaget as a source of research data. This research focuses on the implications or involvement of students' cognitive development in science learning based on Jean Piaget's theory. The research results show that implementing Piaget's theory can help educators understand the stages and characteristics of students' cognitive development so they can determine cognitive levels and choose learning strategies that are appropriate to students' stages of development.

Education is a conscious effort made to prepare human resources to be able to participate actively in society. Good education is expected to give birth to a superior generation that can continue the development and progress of a nation. Quality education is determined, among other things, by the presence of quality teachers, namely teachers who can carry out their responsibilities professionally. Professional teachers have at least four competencies, namely pedagogic, personality, social and professional competencies. Developing teacher professionalism is a continuous effort made to ensure the quality of education and learning in schools. Teacher professionalism development takes place at three levels, namely personal, institutional and government. The implementation of teacher professionalism development is still problematic in several regions, especially considering the low quality of education. The results of international comparative studies such as TIMSS and PISA place Indonesia in the lowest position. This research aims to find out how teacher professionalism is developed in North Hulu Sungai Regency. This research uses a case study strategy at SDN Rantau Karau Tengah and SDN Rantau Karau Hilir. The results of the research show that, at both SDN Rantau Karau Tengah and SDN Rantau Karau Hilir, the majority of teachers have a bachelor's education certificate, which is the minimum requirement as a teacher, and the majority of teachers have a certificate as a professional teacher. The development of teacher professionalism in North Hulu Sungai Regency occurs at all levels, namely the personal, institutional and government levels. In terms of participation in teacher professional development programs, the two SDNs differ quite significantly. Teachers at SDN Rantau Karau Hilir generally have participated in training carried out by the government, while teachers at SDN Rantau Karau Tengah are less involved in scientific activities, such as seminars and the like, are diligent in participating in teacher achievement competitions, and feel that the District Government provides assistance. towards increasing their professionalism. Meanwhile, teachers at SDN Rantau Karau Tengah are not always involved in scientific activities, rarely take part in achievement teacher competitions, and feel that the District Government does not contribute to increasing their professionalism.

The purpose of this study is to identify issues surrounding the application of 4C-based learning. In addition, this study looks at how lecturers address issues that arise with their pupils. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Purposive sampling procedures were used in the selection of the 20 students and 2 lecturers participated in this study. Data were gathered by open-ended surveys, interviews, and observations. Data analysis involves gathering, condensing, presenting, and deriving conclusions using interactive models. Researchers found that lecturers tried to engage 4C based learning during their class. The necessary abilities, which include the capacity for critical and creative thought as well as collaboration and communication, must be tailored to the trends of the twenty-first century. Students' abilities to argue critically with others and to articulate their thoughts rationally serve as examples of this. Besides, students are able to exhibit their capacity for productive work, recognize the diversity within the team, show adaptability and a readiness to consider other people's viewpoints, assume joint accountability for group projects, and recognize the significance of each team member's contribution to a diverse group. They consider some applications such as Canva, Mind Master, Kahoot, and QR Code for their creativity supports. As well as, writing papers assignment is able to build students’ critical thinking skills. Students who possess critical thinking abilities may identify issues, come up with solutions, and gather and arrange data. Students’' ability to create topic papers and research papers serves as evidence of this.

This qualitative research with a phenomenological approach aims to analyze the needs of IAIN Curup lecturers and educational staff related to the hope of realizing happiness in the workplace. Research informants consisted of 149 lecturers and 59 educational staff. The data collection technique used semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis, then checking the validity of the data using source triangulation. Based on the research results, it is known that in order to create happiness in the workplace, lecturers and educational staff at IAIN Curup expect improvement, maintenance, and arrangement of workplace facilities and environment, attention and support from leadership, clear SOPs for work, provision of rewards and openness in work.

Chatbots are artificial intelligence software that can communicate with users to assist them in certain tasks or provide information. They can reduce the need for human interaction and make processes more efficient. However, when it comes to more specific tasks related to handling the problem of stunting in toddlers these services are usually unable to provide an appropriate response. Chatbots were created with the help of the Rasa framework, which was designed to adapt the various components of natural language understanding (NLU). This adjustment allows him to understand more complex questions from respondents such as those related to healthy feeding of toddlers. This research explained the use of the Rasa framework to enhance their capabilities, describe the testing and evaluation process, and present the performance results of the chatbot model in addressing the issue of stunting in toddlers. The model is then tested using a confusion matrix, precision, accuracy, and F1 score, which measures how accurate the chatbot's responses are to the user's input. The model had a precision, accuracy, and F1 score of 0.928, 0.932 and 0.930, respectively.

This phenomenological qualitative research aims to explore the learning strategies used by Islamic Religious Education lecturers in building the character of religious inclusion in the aspects of knowledge, feelings, and aspects of doing. The research informants comprised 15 lecturers who teach religious subjects at the Islamic Religious Education Study Program IAIN Curup. Data was collected using semi-structured interviews. The data collected was analyzed in three steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The validity of the data was checked using triangulation of technical sources. The results show that learning strategies to build character in religious intelligence can be carried out not only by providing knowledge and understanding. However, it must be accompanied by the development of attitudes, feelings, skills, and training to cooperate and provide students with real-life experience in a plural society.

World Economic Forum’s report (2020) reported that the top five out of 10 skills needed by employers in 2025 are (1) analytical thinking and innovation, (2) active learning and learning strategies, (3) complex problem solving, (4) critical thinking and analysis, and (5) creativity, originality, and initiative. These skills thrive workers entering the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) and are the core of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Parallelly, educationists conclude that teaching students with HOTS is a must, but the challenge is how to do it effectively. This study’s objectives were to know vocational and technical teachers’ perception of HOTS and their ability to teach HOTS in their classrooms. The study population was State Vocational and Technical Senior High School (SMKN) in Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY) and Central Java Province (CJP) in Indonesia. The sample was determined by quota technique sampling and came up with SMKN 2 Yogyakarta in DIY and SMKN 2 Klaten, and SMKN Magelang in CJP. Collecting data technique used closed- and open- questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used statistical descriptive and qualitative description. Research findings revealed that teachers’ perception of HOTS was very positive, while their ability to integrate HOTS concepts in their lesson plans and to implement them in the classroom still has significant difficulties.

The problem of unequal facility location involves determining the location of a set of production equipment whose dimensions are different, as well as the interrelationships between each of them. This paper presents an efficient method for optimizing the problem of unequal facility layouts. In this method, the genetic algorithm is improved and developed into an adaptive genetic algorithm. In this algorithm, the mutation operator is applied only when the similarity of chromosomes in each population reaches a certain level. This intelligence prevents jumps in situations where they are not needed and reduces computational time. In order to measure the performance of the proposed algorithm, its performance is compared with the performance of conventional genetic algorithms and refrigeration simulators. Computational results show that the adaptive genetic algorithm is able to achieve higher-quality solutions.

Geological data and analysis will be information geological characterized, such as rock type, stratigraphic succession, structural geology as deformation, tectonic story through global tectonic basement approach, and those get geohistory. The folklore obtained from public information will be deep information of unique of geological site. A integration of these two points of view to acquire storytelling concept. On the Teluk Gedang is the beginning of Mengkarang facies stratigraphy. It consists of sediment-volcanic rock, which are lacustrine facies and shallow marine facies of claystone and tuffaceous sandstone with Araucarioxylon, carbonifereous claystone, tuffaceous claystone, silstone, and tuffaceous sandstone with limestone with brachiopods and gastropods fossils intercalation. Araucarioxylon Wood Fossil is a uniqueness of this geological site, which has geometry about 2.6 m hight and 1.4 m wide diameter. This fossil has grown in sediment-volcanic rock, so it has a shape like a large backrest. According to folklore there, this geological site used to be a bathing place for the lost princess of the Air Batu village a long time ago. With the uniqueness of this geological site, it really meets the criteria as geoheritage with geohistory to build a narrative between geoheritage and folklore that produces a storytelling concept

This study aims to produce a student's book characterized by the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education Approach on fractional arithmetic operations material for grade V Elementary School that is valid, practical, and effective. This Research and Development uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The analysis phase consists of an analysis of student needs and curriculum analysis. At the design stage, namely the preparation of a map of student book needs, determining the structure of student books and making research instruments. At the development stage, namely preparing student books and validating student books to experts. The implementation phase includes teaching experiments to 3 students (one on one), small groups (small groups) and field tests. Then, at the evaluation stage includes the assessment of student books with teachers and students. This study uses the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Approachin the matter of fractional arithmetic operations. The results showed that the average percentage of student book validity according to experts was 79.4% with the assessment criteria being valid or could be used with revisions. Meanwhile, the average percentage of practicality of student books according to students is 75.7% with the assessment criteria being practical or can be used with revisions. Meanwhile, the average percentage of the effectiveness of student books according to students is 77.5% with the assessment criteria being effective in supporting students' mathematical problem solving abilities.

The determination of work competence according to industrial needs that are expected by employers of new graduates in the department of architectural engineering in vocational high schools will help graduates to transit smoothly from the academic education environment to the real conditions of the construction industry in the workplace. This research identifies which group of competencies attributes that graduates should have in explaining appropriate competencies according to construction industry standards in Indonesia. The survey was conducted in 47 building construction companies consisting of 56 respondents using a questionnaire method. Multivariate analyses using the CB-SEM method used to validate the evaluation model. The research analysis used quantitative descriptive and factor analysis with the Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) methods. The EFA test shows ten factors so that it consists of 30 items of competency measurement. Overall, the CFA test has met the criteria for the goodness of fit statistics. The results of the study concluded that the instrument developed met good validity and reliability and two model frameworks for measuring the level of achievement of student competence in architectural techniques were feasible to use.

The modification of the Tetraselmis sp. algae material (Tetra-Alg) with surfactant Cethyltrimethylammonium Bromide (CTAB) yielded adsorbent Tetra-Alg-CTAB as an adsorbent of methyl orange (MO) and methylene blue (MB) solutions. The characterization of the adsorbent used an infrared (IR) spectrometer to identify functional groups and Scanning Electron Microscopy with Energy Dispersive X-ray (SEM-EDX FEI Inspect-S50, Midland, ON, Canada) to determine the surface morphology and elemental composition. Methyl orange and methylene blue adsorption on the adsorbent Tetra-Alg, Tetraselmis sp. algae-modified Na+ ions (Tetra-Alg-Na), and Tetra-Alg-CTAB were studied, including variations in pH, contact time, concentration, and reuse of adsorbents. The adsorption of MO and MB by Tetra-Alg-CTAB at pH 10, during a contact time of 90 min, and at a concentration of 250 mg L−1 resulted in MO and MB being absorbed in the amounts of 128.369 and 51.013 mg g−1, respectively. The adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherms of MO and MB and Tetra-Alg, Tetra-Alg-Na, and Tetra-Alg-CTAB tend to follow pseudo-second-order kinetics models and Freundlich adsorption isotherms with each correlation coefficient value (R2) approaching 1. Due to the modification with the cationic surfactant CTAB, anionic dyes can be strongly sorbed in alkaline pH due to strong electrostatic attraction, while MB is more likely to involve cation exchange and hydrogen bonding. The reuse of Tetra-Alg-CTAB was carried out four times with adsorption percent > 70%, and the adsorbent was very effective in the adsorption of anionic dyes such as MO.

This study aims to produce a science module based on mobile-collaborative-based science learning (m-CBSL) with the topic of temperature and heat and describe the resulting module's validity and practicality. The research design was Educational Design Research (EDR). The data collection techniques used were literature study, walkthrough, interview, and questionnaire. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire of validity and practicality. Data analysis techniques include descriptive data analysis, validation sheets, and questionnaires. Module validation sheets were given to 5 validators. In contrast, practicality sheets were given to 9 students of class VII SMP Negeri 12 Banjarmasin (small group) and 62 students and three science teachers at SMP Negeri 6 & 12 Banjarmasin field test. The validity questionnaire analysis results concluded that the validity of the module was 3.71 "very valid" categories. The practicality level based on the teacher's questionnaire scored 87.04 in the "very practical" category. The small group questionnaire scored 85.19 in the "very practical" category, and the field trial questionnaire scored 86.42 in the "very practical" category. It means that the m-CBSL based science module is valid and practical in the learning process to improve critical thinking skills and collaboration.

PROMOTION OF NUTRITION AND HEALTH FOR PREGNANT WOMEN, BREASTFEEDING WOMEN, AND MOTHERS TODDLER IN THE CONTEXT OF STUNTING PREVENTION IN LAMPUNG TENGAH REGENCY, LAMPUNG. One of the determining factors for the success of health development is nutritional status. Health promotion efforts to increase awareness, willingness and ability of both individuals, families, groups and communities to live healthy and it is necessary to increase nutrition and health promotion for pregnant women and mothers under five. This activity was carried out in the context of preventing stunting in Tanggamus and Tanggamus Regencies which was carried out by the Service Team of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Lampung. Various health promotion efforts have been made to obtain optimal results through nutrition and health promotion. This activity aims to assist in the success of national health development through improving nutritional status, through increasing public knowledge about clean and healthy living habits in household settings, a balanced nutrition menu in preventing the incidence of stunting in the family. The methods used in carrying out this activity are lectures, focus group discussions, counseling on the portion of my plate, skill practice and food serving competitions for lokal products to improve nutrition for pregnant women and toddlers. Results of nutrition and health promotion activities for pregnant women and mothers under five in the context of preventing stunting in Central Lampung and Tanggamus districts. can assist in the success of national health development through improving nutritional status.

This study examines the direct effect of skill practices and training on employees' performance and the indirect effect of skill practices and training on employees' performance through self-confidence. This study was conducted at PT. Mulia Glass Float Division, Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java. This study is a quantitative study that collected data using a survey technique through a questionnaire. The data was then processed using PLS 3.3.3 software. The study population was 151 employees. Based on purposive sampling, the entire population was used as a sample. The results showed that self-confidence had a positive effect on employees' performance, skill practices had a positive impact on self-confidence, skill practices had a positive effect on employees' performance, training had a positive impact on self-confidence, and training had no effect on employees' performance, skill practices had a positive effect on employees' performance through self-confidence mediation, and training had a positive effect on employees' performance through self-confidence mediation. The expertise possessed by employees and the training provided could increase the employees' confidence that they could conduct their duties and responsibilities properly. Consecutively, it affected increasing employees' performance. This study is expected to be a reference for company management to conduct training to improve employees' skill practices continuously. It is also expected to increase employees' self-confidence and have an impact on improving employees' performance.

CAMS-R is a measurement instrument designed for normal adult participants. There have been a few studies conducting lingua-cultural adaptation of CAMS-R in the Indonesian context, but such studies have not touched on the discourse of Muslim mothers. Accordingly, this study aimed to conduct linguistic adaptation of CAMS-R by translating it into Bahasa Indonesia. Also, it aimed to examine the measurement model to find whether the structure of CAMS-R was confirmed relevant to empirical data or not. At the stage of forward translation, this study involved 5 participants, namely two translators and three psychologists with doctoral academic qualifications. The stage of back translation engaged 3 participants, namely a bachelor in English and two linguistics experts. The pilot study incorporated 10 readers, and the try-out involved 103 Muslim mothers between the ages of 20-40 years old. Data analysis used confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Results demonstrated that the measurement of mindfulness construct had high goodness of fit. The results of model fit evaluation indicated chi square of 8.742 (p=.557), GFI of .976, AGFI of .932, CFI of 1.000, TLI of 1.014, and RMSEA of .000. The foregoing depicted a good fit of goodness. CAMS-R contained 12 items and left 7 items with loading factors above 0.5. (.585 – .887). Composite reliability (CR) sub-scale resulted in the scores of .713 – .785, and its overall CR scale was .936 and AVE of .736 – .739. The foregoing data indicated good convergent and discriminant validity. This study emphasized that CAMS-R could ideally be used to measure mindfulness for the Indonesian population of Muslim mothers between the ages of 20-40 years.

Spirituality is now becoming popular because of the physical and mental advantages it brings to entrepreneurship. Regardless of its more philosophical measurement, changes owing to spirituality have been distinguished in people’s mental and standards of conduct. This investigation aims to examine the qualities related to university students, looking to explicitly comprehend the separate individual qualities or the psychological and cognitive inclinations. Tested on a sample of 300 students, Structural Equation Modeling results exhibit that those who participate in spiritual rituals tend to reinforce the mental and psychological credits connected with an entrepreneurial intention. Since entrepreneurial behavior is a priority to boost economic growth, spirituality should be coordinated as a mandatory subject in general instruction from primary school onward. The results of this exploration could be a model for the Indonesian government as they attempt to search for the best model for Entrepreneurship Education Program (EEP).

Recently, many Islamic schools have special programs to bias students in voting, but they do not yet have the right formula for implementing the plan. This study examines the implementation of operational conditioning to form students in theory at the Rabbi Radhiyya Curup Islamic Junior High School (SMPIT). This study used a qualitative approach, with data sources for the principal, Ustaz and ustazah, and students. Data collection using unstructured interviews. The validity of the data obtained was checked using triangulation of sources, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that several types of worship that were accustomed to students were congregational prayer, rawatib circumcision prayer, duha prayer, tahajud prayer, tahsin, tahfiz, and circumcision fasting Monday Thursday and fasting circumcision on Arafah day. The pattern of refraction is carried out in three stages, knowing, feeling, and doing. Operant conditioning theory applied to familiarize students is to provide reward and punishment and give examples and do mentoring activities.

Kasus pada putusan pengadilan tinggi medan Nomor 404/PID/2015/PT.Mdn menjadi bukti bahwa kasus pencurian sawit kelapa yang berujung pada di vonis bersalahnya terdakwa. Keadaan semacam ini seolah tidak sejalan dengan asas pemeriksaan pengadilan yang sederhana, cepat, dan biaya ringan, sehingga disamping diperlukan adanya aturan seperti Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 2 Tahun 2012 tentang Penyesuaian Batasan Tindak Pidana Ringan Dan Jumlah Denda Dalam KUHP, juga dalam penerapannya diperlukan terobosan tersendiri.. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif yaitu pendekatan yang dilakukan dengan cara menelaah dan menginterpretasikan hal-hal yang bersifat teoritis yang menyangkut asas, interpretasi hukum dan perbandingan hukum. Hasil analisis dan pembahasan pada penelitian ini bahwa Pengaturan tindak pidana ringan di dalam Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 2 Tahun 2012 yaitu menaikkan nilai “dua ratus lima puluh rupiah" dalam pasal 354, 373, 379, 384, 407 dan pasal 482 KUHP menjadi Rp. 2.500.000 (dua juta lima ratus ribu rupiah). Apabila nilai barang atau uang tersebut bernilai tidak lebih dari Rp 2.500.000,00 (dua juta lima ratus ribu rupiah) dan Penyelesaian tindak pidana ringan yang diatur dalam Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 2 Tahun 2012 dapat dimungkinkan untuk dapat dilaksanakan, dengan penggunaan diskresi Polisi sebagai aparat penegak hukum dalam penyelidikan. pada kasus putusan pengadilan tinggi medan Nomor 404/PID/2015/PT.Mdn kerugian yang dialami korban kurang dari Rp 2.500.000,00 akan tetapi hakim berpendapat lain dalam putusannya yang menjatuhkan vonis pidana penjara 3 bulan dan dapat dimungkinkan untuk dapat dilaksanakan berdasarkan penemuan hukumnya.

This study aims to prove the validity test and estimate the instrument's reliability to measure student achievement in the department of architectural engineering education in Indonesia. The cluster random sampling technique was used to determine the number of students consisting of 103 vocational education students. This study uses a survey method to examine and analyze the structure of students' competency achievements factors. The collected empirical data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). EFA test is intended to reveal factors that can be formed from instruments that have been established for measurement of achievements of vocational student competencies. The analysis results using EFA showed that the instrument had good construct validity. The result of this research shows that the instrument test for measuring the achievement of student competencies has good reliability and consists of 30 competency items covering ten competency aspects, namely general competencies, technical drawing, statically structures, basic building construction, land measurement engineering, software application and building interior design, road and bridge construction, estimated construction costs, building construction and utility, creative and entrepreneurship product competencies.

Lingkungan merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak di samping faktor hereditas. Lingkungan yang baik akan berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Begitu juga sebaliknya, lingkungan kurang baik akan memberikan dampak negatif terhadap anak. Tulisan ini akan membahas tentang lingkungan pendidikan perspektif Alquran dan implikasinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian library research dengan pendekatan reflektif thinking. Berdasarkan pembahasan, dapat dipahami bahwa dalam perspektif Alquran, lingkungan pendidikan mencakup tiga hal, yaitu lingkungan alam, lingkungan dalam, dan lingkungan sosial. Lingkungan alam merupakan segala sesuatu yang berada di luar diri individu selain manusia, seperti iklim, alam, tumbuh-tumbuhan, dan sebagainya. Lingkungan dalam adalah segala makanan yang dimakan oleh individu. Lingkungan sosial merupakan segala sesuatu yang yang berada di luar diri indivudu yang berupa manusia, atau interaksi individu dengan individu lainnya, baik dalam keluarga, sekolah maupun masyarakat. Ketiga bentuk lingkungan itu dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan individu, baik secara fisik maupun psikis. Secara fisik dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan jasmani, pertumbuhan sel-sel saraf, dan sebagainya. Secara psikis berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan sosioemosional, bakat, minat, kognitif, kepribadian, dan sebagainya.

One hundred and sixteen babies were given electrocardiogram examination on the 1st day until the 7th day of birth as well as the examination at 3 and 6 months. There were definite changes in the heart rate, P duration, PR interval, T axis, and T wave of the right precordial leads on the 1st day, especially on the 1st hours of birth. These changes may be caused by physiological adjustment after birth and anatomical changes like the closing of foramen ovale and ductus arteriosus. There were changes on the second day and thereafter caused by increased activities of the left side of the heart. Observations were made on ECG examination on fullterm normal babies on the 1st week of birth. Genetic factors should not be ignored (Sutin and Schrire, 1964) as data gathered in this study have shown some differences from data gathered in other studies.

In this paper, we study the (3+1)-dimensional variable-coefficient nonlinear wave equation which is taken in soliton theory and generated by utilizing the Hirota bilinear technique. We obtain some new exact analytical solutions, containing interaction between a lump-two kink solitons, interaction between two lumps, and interaction between two lumps-soliton, lump-periodic, and lump-three kink solutions for the generalized (3+1)-dimensional nonlinear wave equation in liquid with gas bubbles by the Maple symbolic package. Making use of Hirota’s bilinear scheme, we obtain its general soliton solutions in terms of bilinear form equation to the considered model which can be obtained by multidimensional binary Bell polynomials. Furthermore, we analyze typical dynamics of the high-order soliton solutions to show the regularity of solutions and also illustrate their behavior graphically.

This study aimed to find out the effect of: (1) industrial work practice, (2)guidance intensity of industrial side, (3)vocational competence, and (4) industrial work practice,guidance intensity of industrial side, and vocational competence on the working readiness of students of Vocational High School (VHS) PerBankan Pekanbaru. This research was ex-post facto research. The population was all students of class XII Program of Banking in the academic year of 2017/2018 which comprised 106 students who followed industrial work practice. A sample of 83 students was processed using the Proportional Random sampling technique. Prior to doing research, the instrument first validated the expert. After validated experts tested the validity and reliability to determine the valid and reliable instrument items. Data analyst technique used is descriptive research method, prerequisite test, and regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) industrial work practice (x1) has a positive and significant effect on students’working experience (y) evidenced by thitung ≥ ttabel (2,414 > 1,98) contribution of 27,63%; (2) the guidance intensity of industrial side (x2) had a positive and significant effect on students’working readiness (y) evidenced by thitung ≥ ttabel (2,822 > 1,98) contribution of 21,03%; (3) vocational competence (x3) had a positive and significant effect on students’working readiness (y) evidenced by thitung ≥ ttabel (2,348 > 1,98) contribution of 2,46%; (4) industrial work practice, guidance intensity of industrial side, and vocational competence simultaneously had a positive effect on students’working readiness (y) evidenced by Fhitung ≥ Ftabel(16,235 > 3,11) with contribution of 51,12%. The rest 48,88% was determined by other factors.

Abstract: This research aims to find out what factors are being a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, to know the proper strategic alternatives to formulate, and find out the best strategy to be applied in the development of Kampung organic vegetable in Ngemplak Sutan, Mojosongo, Jebres, Surakarta. The basic method of research is descriptive. Location determination research deliberately i.e. organic vegetable in Ngemplak Sutan, Mojosongo, Jebres, Surakarta. The data used are the primary and secondary data. The technique of data collection is done with observations, interviews, and recording. The analysis of the data used is (1) Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) (2) External Factor Evaluation (EFE), (3) the SWOT analysis, (4) analysis of the QSPM.The results of the Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE) had seven and eight strengths weaknesses. Matrix External Factor Evaluation (EFE) had six chances and four threats. SWOT analysis produces eight alternative strategies that can be applied. Analysis of the QSPM produces the most excellent strategy priorities for applied i.e. utilize advances in technology is there to do the promotion and marketing. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman, mengetahui alternatif strategi yang tepat untuk dirumuskan, serta mengetahui strategi yang paling baik untuk diterapkan dalam pengembangan Kampung Sayur Organik di Ngemplak Sutan, Mojosongo, Jebres, Surakarta. Metode dasar penelitian adalah deskriptif. Penentuan lokasi penelitian secara sengaja yaitu di Kampung Sayur Organik di Ngemplak Sutan, Mojosongo, Jebres, Surakarta. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observaasi, wawancara, dan pencatatan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah (1) Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) (2) External Factor Evaluation (EFE), (3) Analisis SWOT, (4) Analisis QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) memiliki tujuh kekuatan dan delapan kelemahan.Matrik External Factor Evaluation (EFE) memiliki enam peluang dan empat ancaman. Analisis SWOT menghasilkan delapan alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan. Analisis QSPM menghasilkan prioritas strategi yang paling baik untuk diterapkan yaitu memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi yang ada untuk melakukan promosi dan pemasaran.

Revitalization in not retorika. Destination of agricultural revitalization is farming development. And farming development requires farming economic growth and structural change. Both are necessary to increase the national income and to create employment opportunities. However, economic growth and structural change would be materialized smoothly if, only if, its development was based on an agricultural development and the management of agrarian objects. So that must optimally manage allocation, the stock employment and the maintenance of the agrarian objects for the present generation as well as the future in order to achieve the prosperous society. Hopefully, the agrarian objects can be optimally managed and used for the present and future generation to reach the prosperous society.

The majority of local population living close to the rubber plantation are farmers. Some of them lived under the proverty line. The management of rubber estate, in fact, ignored local culture. Both situation, the proverty and lack of corporates social responsibility caused intensive conflicts. The objectives of this research describe: the factors fromulated social capital’s value and the role of social capital in conflict resolution in rubber estate. The constituants of the conflict consist of: the management of rubber estate, internal staff, the local people, local leaders also local and outside traders. This conflict involved: encrochment for agriculture, collecting fire woods illegally and stone mining illegally. In this case, the role of social capital values can described by many activities. The management is required to consider the aspirations of local people and to develop social network between the rubber estate with the local community; in particulary with local leaders; to develope the good exchange with local community, especially funds for social funtions; recruitment of the local people to work in the plantation; supply fresh water; all of which is aplication of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the rubber estate. In the mean time, the local people are requested to participate in the maintenance and sustainability of the rubber estate

In developing countries, however, the farmer organizations are still weak in one side and there are a variety of constraints in development of such organizations in other side. Similar experience occurs with farmer organizations in District of Sukoharjo. With this context, it is necessary for the agricultural service to carry out an action plan to promote farmer organizations in order to enhance self reliance of the organizations. A conceptual framework should be formulated based on the following considerations: (a) continue the existing program of farmer organizations developed and its improvement in the future; (b) analyze the strengths and weakness of the existing farmer organizations; (c) establish the ideal conditions of the farmer organizations, especially in term of self reliance. This studi formulates an alternaiveframework for intervention which cover the followings: (a) increase the capacity of extension agents, especially in delivering guidance and technical assistant; (b) increase the capacity of farmer organizations to formulate participatory plan; (c) enhance the role of extension agents, especially in facilitating the activities of farmer organizations. Improvement of the capacity of farmer organizations can be done through increasing motivation (AMT), master of technique of productive activities and it is important to assist the organizations for their marketing products. Motivation and stimulation services shoul be directed to self reliance process of the farmer organizations and the members.

Purpose: Aim of this research is to analyse the relationship between emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and job satisfaction based on gender of teachers in Senior High Schools in Kupang city Design/methodology/approach: This study had a population of 419 teachers who were civil servants and who had received lecturer certification. The sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling and got a total of 116 teachers. Data analysis techniques used multiple correlation analysis and two way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and different tests. Findings: There are factors related to job satisfaction, namely organizational commitment and all three aspects as well as emotional intelligence with all three aspects. and there is an influence of the interaction of these factors with job satisfaction, and female and male teachers do not have differences in job satisfaction. Research limitations/implications: Result of this research can be used as reference of policy in school in order to increase teachers satisfaction based on gender. Practical implications: Teachers can feel satisfied at work because of work commitments and how they can assess, use and manage emotions. There is also a feeling of satisfaction in working between female and male teachers. Paper type: This study is categorised as a case study.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan produksi di PT Patria Prima Jaya yang berjumlah 55 karyawan yang menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Variabel kepemimpinan transformasional diukur menggunakan skala MLQ (Multi-Factor Leadership Questionnaire) yang diadaptasi oleh Xiaoxia dan Jing dan dimodifikasi oleh penulis sesuai dengan komponen idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration milik Bass dan variabel OCB diukur menggunakan skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Podsakoff, MacKenzie, Moorman, and Fetter yang dimodifikasi oleh penulis sesuai dengan teori OCB Organ dimensi conscientiousness, sportsmanship, civic virtue, courtesy, altruism. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman's Rho, didapatkan hasil r sama dengan 0,635 (p lebih kecil dari 0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan OCB di PT Patria Prima Jaya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Kecerdasan Emosi dengan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Manajer HRD di Jawa Tengah. Jumlah partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 47 manajer HRD dengan pengambilan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan teknik sampel jenuh (saturation sample). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Alat pengumpulan data Kecerdasan Emosi diadaptasi dari teori Goleman (2014) oleh Leading Across London Corporate Creators dan skala Kepemimpinan Transformasional diambil dari Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ Form 6s) oleh Bass (2006). Analisis data menggunakan Pearson Product Moment dengan SPSS 23.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan dan positif antara Kecerdasan Emosi dengan Kepemimpinan Transformasional (r sama dengan 0,599; p lebih kecil dari 0,05)

Penelitian ini meneliti hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi, dan kepuasan kerja guru di SMA Negeri di kota Kupang. Populasi penelitian 419 guru dan sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 106 guru. Wong dan Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS, 2002) digunakan untuk menilai kecerdasan emosi, dan Overall Job Satisfaction dikembangkan oleh Dhespande (1996) digunakan untuk menilai Kepuasan Kerja. Validitas instrumen diukur dengan korelasi total item yang dikoreksi sedangkan reliabilitas diukur menggunakan teknik alpha Cronbach. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini valid dan dapat diandalkan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional, dan tiga aspek kecerdasan emosional dengan kepuasan kerja (p kurang dari 0,05).

Many studies have shown that land use changes in watersheds such as forests that convert to settlements, industrial and estates, have an impact on flooding. So it is important to know the correlation between the various land use changes to the discharge within a watershed. This study is a preliminary study in an attempt to assess the correlation between land cover index and peak discharge, with case studies in the Beringin River Basin.The peak discharge with the return period of 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 years are computed with HEC-HMS software, developed by Hydrologic Engineering Centre (HEC) and US Army Corps of Engineers which computes the runoff discharge from the precipitation. As for land covered index (LCI), it is defined as the sum of the land-use index (LUI). The result of the case study shows the strong correlation between the land covered index with the the runoff discharge with such relation : Q100 = -22.42LCI2 + 214.30LCI - 10.62, Q50 = -18.33LCI2 + 181.87LCI - 20.19, Q20 = -14.30LCI2 + 145.27LCI - 15.61, Q10 = -11.36LCI2 + 118.41LCI - 12.29, Q5 = -8.42LCI2 + 91.27LCI - 8.9 and Q2 = -4.44LCI2 + 53.54LCI - 4.5.

Abstrak: Pendidikan pengembangan sikap saat ini belum menghasilkan karaktar bangsa yang diharapkan. Sejalan dengan tantangan ini, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran saintifik, melaksanakan, dan dampak pengiring pembelajaran terhadap pengembangan sikap spiritual dan sosial siswa. Populasi penelitian adalah guru SMKN Paket Keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan se DIY. Sampel 42 guru ditentukan secara quota. Alat pengumpulan data angket dan dokumen. Analisis data secara statistik deskriptif dan deskriptif kualitatif menunjukan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana dan melaksanakan pembelajaran pendekatan saintifik belum memadai. Dampak pengiring pembelajaran saintifik secara kuantitatif mampu mengembangkan sikap spiritual dan sikap social dengan tingkat pencapaian masing-masing sebesar 88% dan 92%. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan kepada kita, walaupun kompetensi sikap secara spesifik tidak dirumuskan dalam dalam tujuan instruksional, namun perlu dideskripsi target capaiannya dalan setiap tahapan pembelajaran saintifik. Secara komprehensif, pengembangkan sikap siswa perlu sinergi dengan Tripusat Pendidikan yang diteorikan oleh Ki Hajar Dewantoro. NURTURANCE EFFECTS OF SCIENTIFIC APPROACH TEACHING TO DEVELOP STUDENT’S SPIRITUAL AND SOCIAL ATTITUDES Abstract: Education has not yet ended up good nation character. The study aims were to describe teacher ability to compose scientific teaching plan, implement it, and its instructional nurturance effect in developing student’s spiritual and social attitudes. This study population was SMKN teachers in Yogyakarta Special Region. Sample of 42 teachers was determined by quota. Data collection technique was questionnaire and document. Data analysis in statistical description and qualitative description showed that teacher ability to develop lesson plan and implement it was not adequate yet. Nurturance effect of scientific teaching approach quantitatively was able to develop student’s spiritual and social attitude with the degree of achievement 88% and 92%. These research findings showed us, eventhogh attitude competences specifically was not formulated in teaching objectives, however it needs to describe its achievement targets. Comprehensively, student’s attitude development needs to be synergic with Tricentra of Education theorized by Ki Hajar Dewantoro. The physicochemical properties of organo-silica xerogels derived from organo catalyst were pervasively investigated, including the effect of one-step catalyst (citric acid) and two-step catalyst (acid-base), and also to observe the effect of sol pH of organo-silica xerogel toward the structure and deconvolution characteristic. The organo-silica xerogels were characterized by FTIR, TGA and nitrogen sorption to obtain the physicochemical properties. The silica sol–gel method was applied to processed materials by employing TEOS (tetraethyl orthosilicate) as the main precursor. The final molar ratio of organo-silica was 1:38:x:y:5 (TEOS:ethanol: citric acid: NH3:H2O) where x is citric acid concentration (0.1–10 × 10−2 M) and y is ammonia concentration (0 to 3 × 10−3 M). FTIR spectra shows that the one-step catalyst xerogel using citric acid was handing over the higher Si-O-Si concentration as well as Si-C bonding than the dual catalyst xerogels with the presence of a base catalyst. The results exhibited that the highest relative area ratio of silanol/siloxane were 0.2972 and 0.1262 for organo catalyst loading at pH 6 and 6.5 of organo-silica sols, respectively. On the other hand, the organo-silica matrices in this work showed high surface area 546 m2 g−1 pH 6.5 (0.07 × 10−2 N citric acid) with pore size ~2.9 nm. It is concluded that the xerogels have mesoporous structures, which are effective for further application to separate NaCl in water desalination.

The article described the results of a study evaluating the performance of Technological and Vocational Education (TVE) by means of Malcolm Baldrige method. The data on the performance was used in order to know its excellence and weakness. Based on the performance excellence and weakness, a competitive strategy could be formulated in order to improve the TVE quality. First, performance measurements by means of Malcolm Baldrige criteria were done on seven study programs from different universities. Second, results of the performance measurements were analyzed and described. With the data resulting from the performance measurements as the basis of the analysis, the excellence and weakness of TVE performance might be found. Third, a strategy was developed. Based on the performance excellence and weakness, a performance improvement strategy might be formulated in order to raise the quality level within the educational process of TVE. The research results indicated that for the performance level the seven universities under measurement achieved scores ranging from 526 to 711 point. These results showed that the performance of study programs in TVE within Indonesia put these study programs into the categories of education leader and of emerging education leader. On the basis of those categories, each study program might formulate its own competitive strategy in order to improve the TVE performance so that the educational process being conducted might also improve in terms of quality level.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) tanggapan guru terhadap prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013; (2) kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran (RPP); (3) kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan proses belajar dan mengajar; dan (4) kemampuan guru dalam menilai hasil belajar menurut Kurikulum 2013 pada Program Keahlian Teknik Bangunan SMKN di Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMKN Program Keahlian Teknik Bangunan di Kota Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 70 orang. Sampel penelitian diperoleh secara quota random sampling dan diperoleh sejumlah 36 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket dan dokumen RPP. Validitas logis angket diperoleh melalui penilaian ahli. Data angket dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif selanjutnya dicek silang dengan analisis kualitas deskripsi komponen-komponen RPP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) tanggapan guru terhadap prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 termasuk dalam kategori setuju; (2) kemampuan guru menyusun RPP termasuk dalam kategori memadai; (3) kemampuan guru melaksanakan proses belajar-mengajar termasuk dalam kategori memadai; dan (4) kemampuan guru melaksanakan penilaian hasil belajar siswa juga termasuk dalam kategori memadai.Kata kunci: Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, kurikulum 2013, dan pembelajaran. TEACHERS’ ABILTY OF BUILDING TECHNIQUE SPEZIALIZATION PROGRAM OF STATE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN IMPLEMENTING CURRICULUM 2013 Abstract The aim of this study were to know: (1) teachers’ respons to curriculum 2013 principles; (2) teachers’ ability in developing teaching plan (RPP); (3) teachers’ ability in implementing teaching and learning process; and (4) teachers’ ability in assessing students’ learning outcome based on curriculum 2013 of Building Tecnique Spezialization Program State Vocational High School in Yogyakarta City. This study was an evaluation study. Population of this study was State Vocational High School Teachers of Building Technique Spezialization Program in Yogyakarta City that were 70 teachers. While, sample was determine by quota random sampling and resulted 36 teachers. Collecting data technique were questionnaire and documention of lesson plan. Logical Validity of questionnaire was done by expert judgment. Questionnaire data analyzed using statistical and qualitative descriptive techniques, then those results were cross-checked by quality analysis of RPP components’ description. The study results were: (1) teachers’ respons to curriculum 2013 learning principles was moderate; (2) teachers’ ability in developing teaching plan was adequate; (3) teachers’ ability in implementing teaching plan was adequate; and (4) teachers’ ability in assessing students’ learning outcome was also adequate.
