Background: Adolescence is a period of emotional, mental, and physical change. To improve health-seeking behavior, reduce risky sexual behaviors, and increase knowledge about sexual and reproductive health, adolescents need support and access to services. The increasing availability of mobile apps requires a thorough evaluation of the quality and classification of these mobile apps so that accurate and evidence-based information can reach their users. Because smartphones are a private (intimate) technology, they are a promising means of closing this gap. However, research focusing on sexual health promotion programs delivered through smartphones is still rare. Purposes: Developing and testing a smartphone and internet-based comprehensive sex education app. Methods: This study employed Research and Development consisting of 4 stages, namely Literature Study, Development Stage, Validity Expert, and Trial. Result: The SEMAR app has seven features, ranging from mental health education to human relationships. The convenience score is 70%. The results of the trial show that this application effectively improves health education. 50-83% agree to use it. The sex stigma variable has the most extensive r (r=0.955), which means it has a solid and positive relationship. Conclusion: This application benefits adolescents in improving health education and adolescent reproductive health.

This study examines the intersection of financial markets and institutional quality (IQ) in enhancing clean energy production and access in Indonesia, a country that has placed a strong emphasis on renewable energy (RE) through its legislative framework. Utilizing various econometric methods, including Dynamic and fully-modified ordinary least squares (OLS), and dynamic simulated autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) models, we analyze time series data from 1996 to 2022. The outcomes underscore the pivotal role of IQ (encompassing indicators like control of corruption, rule of law, regulatory quality, government effectiveness, political stability, and voice & accountability) in fostering the adoption of RE sources and broadening the reach of clean cooking energy. Although the impact of financial markets in isolation yields inconclusive findings, their intersection with IQ consistently bolsters Indonesia’s transition towards clean energy. This study puts forth various practical implications for policymakers seeking to bolster the efficacy of clean energy policies.

Orientasi pembelajaran fisika difokuskan untuk mengasah kemampuan menalar, memecahkan masalah matematis dari masalah sederhana hingga kompleks. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan perbedaan penguasaan konsep dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa melalui model Creative Problem Solving (CPS) berbantuan mimind dan direct instruction. Metode penelitian yang digunakan true eksperiment dengan desain pretest posttest control group design. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang dipilih dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji manova (Multivariat Analisis of Varians) dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Pillai’s Trace, Wilks’ Lambda, Hotelling’s Trace, maupun Roy’s largest Root semuanya memperoleh nilai F = 3,394 dengan signifikan 0,038 < 0,05. Oleh karena itu, disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan penguasaan konsep dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah antara siswa yang menggunakan model CPS berbantuan mimind dan siswa dengan model direct instruction. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan konstribusi kebaruan peggunaan model CPS dengan metode mind mapping melalui aplikasi mimind terhadap penguasaan konsep dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah fisika.

Siamese oranges are one of the most widely developed horticultural crops in Indonesia. Arjosari and Ngadirojo are some of the sub-districts that produce Siamese orange in Pacitan Regency. One of the factors that can affect the development of citrus is land quality. This study aims to obtain land quality index data and improvement efforts for developing Siamese orange. Soil samples were taken from 25 land mapping units (LMUs) with 87 sample points. The soil sampling points were determined based on area or sampling density. Data analysis used for soil quality assessment includes correlation, principal component analysis (PCA), minimum data set (MDS), and calculation of climate quality index. The parameters used in this study are bulk density, porosity, moisture content, texture, pH, electrical conductivity (EC), cation exchange capacity (CEC), base saturation, total N, available P, available K, soil organic carbon (SOC), microbial biomass carbon (MBC), evapotranspiration, temperature, and solar radiation. Based on the results of soil quality analysis in the study area, it has a value range of 0.28 to 0.37, including low class, while the climate quality index is 1.39 with moderate class. The land quality index has a very low to low class with a value of 0.39 to 0.51. Intrinsic, extrinsic, and anthropogenic factors can influence soil quality. The study area’s limiting factors for developing Siamese oranges are EC, total N, and available P, which can be improved by making furrow ponds, adding organic fertilizer, using urea fertilizer, and SP36 according to the dosage.

Law Number 33 of 2014 and Government Regulation Number 31 of 2019 in Indonesia shifted halal certification from voluntary to mandatory on October 17, 2019, contrasting with Malaysia's voluntary system under the 2011 Akta Perihal Dagang (APD). This study aims to scrutinize the legal regulations of halal certification in both countries and assess their impacts on business entities. Employing a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach reveals differences in certification procedures, notably in application-to-issuance stages. Indonesia provides a self-declaration mechanism for micro and small businesses, while Malaysia lacks such a provision. Nonetheless, material inspection principles align in both nations. Most respondents perceive halal certification as crucial for sales turnover, despite challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is significant for businesses and governments on how to manage halal certification in both countries.

This study aims to examine and analyze the implementation of the meaning of the phrase "in certain circumstances and the degree of truth that is considered sufficient according to the head of the Land Office" as written in Article 37 paragraph (2) of Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 on Land Registration. The study was conducted on the island of Madura with the method of socio-legal research, which examines the perception and legal behavior of the community as well as their interaction with prevailing norms. Primary Data were obtained through interviews with the public and Land Office officials in four districts in Madura: Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan, and Sumenep. Secondary Data were obtained from the study of documentation of legislation and Related Literature. The results showed that the implementation of the meaning of the phrase" in certain circumstances and the degree of truth that is considered sufficient according to the head of the Land Office " often led to different interpretations in the field. This has the potential to be abused by certain individuals who can damage the integrity of the land registration process. In addition, the lack of public understanding of land registration procedures led to many lands not being officially registered, creating legal problems in the future. This study suggests that the government clarify the criteria in the relevant regulations to avoid multi-interpretation and increase socialization to the public about the importance of land registration by legislation, in order to provide legal certainty and protect land rights.

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of modified audit opinion on borrowing cash flow and investment cash flow. Factors that affect borrowing cash flow and investment cash flow are modified audit opinions. The control variables used are profitability, leverage, company size, and operating cash flow. The population and research sample are all non-financial companies listed on listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE), and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in 2016-2018. This study examined 930 data derived from non-financial companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. The analysis method used in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that modified audit opinion has a significant negative effect on borrowing cash flow and investment cash flow. The variables of profitability control, company size, and operating cash flow have a significant positive effect on borrowing cash flow while leverage does not affect borrowing cash flow. The results of this study can be a recommendation for regulators or banks to make audit opinions one of the criteria for banks when lending and for company leaders to pay attention to matters related to the results of financial statement audits so that it can make it easier to obtain funding from outside the company.

Cocoa pod husk (CPH) is a good source of bioactive components such as phenolic compounds, which are known to have potential as antioxidants. Research on the effects of postharvest storage conditions on bioactive compounds of CPH is still limited. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the impact of postharvest storage temperature (20, 30, and 40 °C) and time on the physical characteristics, phenolic compounds, and antioxidants of CPH. The results indicated that storage for nine days reduced the color and moisture content of CPH while the texture hardened (especially at 20 and 40 °C). Total phenolic compounds (TPC) increased to 97.9% when CPH was stored at 20 °C for nine days, which was associated with an increase in catechin content and antioxidant activity. The first-order kinetic model was suitable for predicting the kinetics of changes in color, moisture content, hardness, TPC, and DPPH. The calculated Ea values indicated that the storage temperature caused the color of CPH to change easily to brown and the catechin and caffeic acid compounds to form easily. Overall, it is better to store CPH at 20 °C for nine days to increase the quality.

Bentuk keluarga yang ideal adalah dapat berjalan sendiri tanpa adanya ketergantungan dari orang lain, dalam artian menjadi keluarga yang mandiri. Salah satu bentuk kemandirian yang harus dipenuhi oleh keluarga yaitu terhadap pemenuhan ekonomi keluarga yang menjadi tugas dari seorang suami. Berdasarkan hukum perkawinan yang berlaku Indonesia, maka kelurga muda sejak terjadinya akad yang sah, dituntut untuk dapat mandiri secara ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses terjadinya kemandirian ekonomi keluarga muda di Kecamatan Batukliang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dalam rangka melaksanakan hukum perkawinan Indonesia dan untuk mendeskripsikan serta mengkaji kemandirian keluarga muda di Kecamatan Batukliang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah terhadap pemenuhan ekonomi keluarga perspektif hukum perkawinan Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian empiris. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan 3 metode yaitu observasi, wawancara terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan 3 tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Untuk mendapatkan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan meningkatkan ketekunan dan menggunakan tehnik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) seluruh suami dari keluarga muda di Kecamatan Batukliang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah telah menjalankan semua aspek kewajiban pemenuhan ekonomi berdasarkan kemampuannya dan dilakukan dengan beragam upaya di antaranya yaitu: pertama, pada pemenuhan kediaman tetap dengan menabung, mengambil hutang di bank dan membangun secara bertahap. Kedua, pemenuhan nafkah istri diberikan dengan rentang waktu yang berbeda-beda dengan didominasi nafkah menjadi satu dengan biaya rumah tangga. Ketiga, pemenuhan biaya rumah tangga dengan memberikan uang ataupun barang sesuai dengan kebutuhan rumah. Keempat, pemenuhan kiswah atau pakaian dominan telah tergabung dengan nafkah serta biaya rumah tangga atau diberikan pada saat istri meminta. Kelima, pemenuhan kesehatan dengan upaya membuat BPJS ataupun membelikan obat. Keenam, pemenuhan biaya pendidikan anak upaya yang dilakukan dengan membelikan kebutuhan penunjang pendidikan anak serta menyiapkan anggaran khusus. (2) Berdasarkan hukum perkawinan Indonesia yaitu Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam, didapatkan bahwa terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara aturan yang berlaku dengan praktik yang dilakukan oleh 12 pasangan keluarga muda di Kecamatan Batukliang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Dari semua pasangan keluarga muda tersebut dalam rangka memenuhi aspek kewajiban pemenuhan ekonomi dilakukan berdasarkan kadar kemampuan masing-masing, akan tetapi masih banyak ketergantungan kepada orang tua, terutama dalam hal pemenuhan kediaman tetap atau rumah dominan mengalami kesulitan untuk dipenuhi. Sehingga jika dihitung berdasarkan usia perkawinan, kemandirian ekonomi keluarga muda dapat tercapai pada usia perkawinan 6 tahun serta penghasilan dari suami sangat mempengaruhi pemenuhan ekonomi keluarga.

Peatland ecosystems can recover from fire disasters through ecological succession, revegetation or both. In the context of oil palm plantations, revegetation planning for peatlands aims to restore the hydrological and carbon storage functions of peatlands, as well as to continuously increase the diversity of local vegetation by minimizing engineering activities on the land. This study explores the factors that influence revegetation of peatlands, identifies the distribution of water table levels as the main determinant. The water table levels, which vary from approximately 10 cm to 110 cm, correlate with topographic conditions and significantly impact vegetation survivability. The dominant plant species in the study area is Purun (Eleociharis dulcis), occupying approximately 44.5% of the total area. Other adaptable vegetation types, such as Gelam (Melaleiuca spp.) and Perepat (Combretocarpus rotundiatus), are considered suitable for propagation and planting as part of the peatland revegetation program. The study recommends prioritizing revegetation in areas with low vegetation diversity. Planting in areas with deep groundwater levels (60-80 cm) is recommended during the dry or humid months (June to September), while planting in areas with shallow groundwater levels (0-40 cm) is better conducted in the rainy season (October to December).

Pollination is important in cashew production, thus it is important to understand the factor determining the presence of pollination in cashew habitat. The research was carried out by field surveys in cashew farms to record the insects that exhibited nectar and pollen foraging activities on wild and cashew flowers. This study recorded the similarity between flower-insect visitors on wild plants and cashews, namely families of Apidae, Halictidae, Pieridae, and Andrenidae. Apidae were the most important flower visitors, but the honey bee, Apis sp. as an important pollinator, did not show the highest abundance. Wild flowering plants in cashew fields have the potential to play a role in the conservation of cashew pollinators.

Penurunan fungsi kognitif merupakan masalah serius pada lansia yang akan mengakibatkan lansia sulit untuk hidup mandiri dan meningkatkan risiko terjadinya demensia sehingga lansia mengalami gangguan perilaku dan penurunan kualitas hidup. Gangguan fungsi kognitig ini apabila terjadi dalam jangka waktu yang Panjang dan tidak segera dilakukan penanganan yang optimal dapat menganggu kegiatan aktifitas lansia dalam sehari-hari. Perubahan fungsi kognitif ini tentunya membawa dampak tersendiri bagi kehidupan lansia dengan demikian perlu adanya solusi diatantaranya adalah dengan melakukan terapi permainan tebak gambar untuk meningkatkan fungsi kognitif pada lansia. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan fungsi pengetahuan fungsi kognitif pada lansia. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diberikan pada 37 orang lansia di RT 06 RW 01 Jl . Kasin Jaya III Keluarahan Tanjungrejo Kecamatan Sukun. Dari hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian Masyarakat ini didapatkan perebedaan sebelum pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat yang sebelumnya pengetahuan fungsi kognitif tinggi sebesar 59,4% dan setelah kegiatan pengetahuan fungsi kognitif lansia sedang sebesar 56.7%. Diharapkan kedepannya dapat mengadakan edukasi berkala tentang fungsi kognitif pada lansia. Decreased cognitive function is a serious problem in the elderly which will make it difficult for the elderly to live independently and increase the risk of developing dementia so that the elderly experience behavioral disorders and a decreased quality of life. If this cognitive function disorder occurs over a long period of time and optimal treatment is not immediately carried out, it can interfere with the activities of the elderly in their daily activities. This change in cognitive function certainly has its own impact on the lives of the elderly, so there is a need for a solution, one of which is to do picture guessing game therapy to improve cognitive function in the elderly. The implementation of this service aims to increase the function of knowledge of cognitive functions in the elderly. This Community Service implementation was given to 37 elderly people in RT 06 RW 01 Jl. Kasin Jaya III, Tanjungrejo Exit, Sukun District. From the results of the implementation of community service, it was found that the difference before the implementation of community service activities was that previously knowledge of cognitive functions was high at 59.4% and after activities knowledge of cognitive functions of the elderly was moderate at 56.7%. It is hoped that in the future it will be able to conduct periodic education about cognitive function in the elderly

One of the Indonesian provinces where the agricultural industry drives the economy is Punung, Pacitan, which has local conditions that are particularly suitable for producing citrus, giving this product the potential to continue to expand in popularity. Land evaluation tries to provide information on its potential for a particular purpose. This research was conducted to know land suitability classes, limiting factors, and improvement efforts that can be made. This research is exploratory descriptive with a variable approach through field survey and using a purposive random sampling method based on Land Mapping Units. Data analysis was carried out using the matching method between land characteristics and conditions for growing citrus, a statistical test by ANOVA (Analysis of Variance), and Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) to find the factors that most determine land characteristics in Punung. The study results show that the actual land suitability class in Punung is marginally suitable. Improvements that can be made to increase the availability of nutrients in the soil in the form of available P2O5 with a low level of management is to apply P fertilization according to the needs of citrus. ANOVA results proved that the variety of soil types significantly influences some of the land characteristics.

Guru perlu mengusahakan inovasi dalam menciptakan media baru, agar pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam menjadi lebih mudah bagi peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu memaparkan karakteristik, validitas dan keefektifan SIRAJA dalam memberikan dampak peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan. Peneliti menggunakan berbagai jenis metode untuk mengumpulkan data, di antaranya wawancara, kuesioner, pengamatan, dokumentasi, dan tes. Peneliti menggunakan desain eksperimen one group pretest-posttest. Data yang didapatkan kemudian diuji meliputi keefektifan, normalitas, dan kenaikan skor berpikir kritis dari pretest dan posttest berdasarkan gain Hake. Eksperimen dilakukan guna menguji keefektifan SIRAJA dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas V. Sedangkan jawaban dari hasil angket peserta didik dan guru dievaluasi menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis hasil pembelajaran responden yang menjadi subjek penelitian, memperoleh skor pada pretest sebesar 59 meningkat menjadi 77 pada posttest. Persentase ketuntasan belajar juga meningkat secara signifikan, dari 20% pada pretest menjadi 85% pada posttest. Uji normalitas yang digunakan yaitu one sample Shapiro-Wilk dalam ditemukan nilai asymp sig untuk pretest 0,388, dan untuk posttest 0,616, melebihi tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan SIRAJA memberikan dampak bagi peserta didik kelas V dalam berpikir kritis.

This study aimed to explain the problem of applying inheritance division lidzdzakari mitslu hadhdhi al-unstsayain, contemporary studies in juridical, psychological, sociological, and economic perspectives. This study was included in the category of literature studies. The data collection technique is a documentation technique, while the analysis technique is the Miles and Huberman analysis technique. The source triangulation method was used to validate and authenticate the data obtained in this study. After conducting in-depth research, several important conclusions were found: first, juridically, the 2:1 division of inheritance has an underlying legal umbrella, namely QS. An-nisa paragraph 11 and Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) Book II Law of Inheritance Chapter II The magnitude of the section of article 176. However, the application in the community can vary because of underlying factors. Secondly, from a psychological perspective, the division of inheritance should not be done haphazardly. This process must meet the criteria of justice for all parties so that friction does not arise between families because of the element of justice felt by each party. Third, sociologically, the application of inheritance is still a pro-con in society in terms of the size of each heir because many consider the inheritance system 2 1 has not fulfilled the element of justice. Fourth, economically, the 2:1 division of inheritance is firmly based on the amount of economic responsibility a man carries.

The Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program's successful implementation hinges on satisfying the physical and juridical data requirements for individual land plots owned by a single person. However, our research highlights disparities between juridical and physical data for specific land plots. Moreover, a lack of community awareness regarding the crucial role of land data collection presents significant challenges in the field. A notable obstacle, as outlined in Article 22(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia No. 6 of 2018, pertains to individuals applying for land registration through the PTSL Program without fulfilling complete requirements or providing proof of land ownership. This non-compliance poses a potential catalyst for disputes during the PTSL land registration process. As of early 2017, Indonesia harbored 126,000,000 land parcels, with only 51,000,000 certified and 79,000,000 awaiting official registration, earmarked for acceleration through PTSL. Our focus on Malang Regency in East Java, spanning an expansive 3,534.86 km² or 353,486 ha, reveals its active participation in the PTSL program. Notably, the region faces a substantial PTSL quota of 55,000 land parcels in 2023, distributed across 19 villages in 5 sub-districts, marking the highest quota in East Java Province. The research also underscores the pressing need for enhanced community awareness and compliance with PTSL requirements, particularly focusing on the potential disputes arising from inadequate documentation during the land registration process.

Various ways have been carried out in the world of education to raise environmental awareness for students, but the efforts so far have not had a significant impact on sustainable development. Students have not fully demonstrated awareness of the environment. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of measuring student environmental awareness (EA) which integrates Indonesian local culture towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This research design uses survey research. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with purposive sampling technique with a sample of 362 Biology Education students spread throughout Indonesia. This research questionnaire uses a Likert scale of 1-5. Data collection used a questionnaire containing statements totaling 17 items. All indicators as exogenous variables except SDGs as endogenous variables. This study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis through the SmartPLS application. The research results show that there is an influence between culturally integrated environmental awareness, awareness of responsibility, and finding solutions to environmental problems against the SDGs. However, the indicator of realizing its role in the environment has no effect on the SDGs, even though the simultaneous influence of all exogenous variables is in the moderate category on the SDGs. The conclusion from this study is that there is a positive influence between culturally integrated environmental awareness, student awareness of responsibility for the environment, and awareness in finding solutions to environmental problems towards the SDGs, but still needs to be improved. Strengthening Indonesian local culture rooted in local wisdom in growing environmental awareness is urgently needed to achieve sustainable development goals. The recommendation in this study is that the use of an active learning approach, for example STEAM, which can stimulate creative problem-solving skills for environmental problems, can be a solution in developing students' environmental awareness.

The aims of this research and development are (1) to develop an android-based assessment instrument to assess the ability to design clothes digitally, (2) to test the validity and reliability of the instruments developed, (3) to test the practicality of using android-based assessment instruments. The research model uses the Borg & Gall model which consists of ten development steps, namely: (1) research and data collection (2) planning, (3) product draft development, (4) field trials, (5) initial product improvement, ( 6) field trials, (7) improvement of the results of field tests, (8) field implementation tests, (9) improvement of the final product, and (10) dissemination and implementation. The data analysis technique uses the Aikens'V formula to test content validity, Cronbach's Alpha to analyze reliability, and percentages to test practicality. The results of the study (1) obtained an assessment instrument in the form of a Likert scale, 4 options, equipped with a rubric for assessing fashion design products digitally. The instrument is constructed on 4 dimensions/aspects of 15 indicators. (2) the assessment instrument developed is valid with a Vcount of 0.93 and reliable with a reliability coefficient of 0.91. (3) The use of instruments in the good category with an average score of 87.5%.

Nisan, as a mark on the name of the person who died on the tomb, has important significance for the study of science because, behind the remains of the nisan, there is a variety of knowledge that reflects the social and cultural conditions of the religions. The discovery of a viral ancient nisan in the market area of 16 Ilir Palembang became important because the nisan is made of marble stone and the shape and motif are very interesting. Besides, this nisan was found in a location that was previously believed to be the area of Beringit Janggut, or Palembang Darussalam's Second Sultanate Palace. These findings need to be studied further to obtain more valid data, which is why the aim of this writing is to find out who owns the ancient nisan and how social and cultural conditions are described through such nisan findings. These issues will be studied using qualitative research with measures of data excavation, data processing, data analysis, and conclusion drawings. The results of this research can be known. Four nisan have names, days, dates, months, and years of Hijriah, and two without a name’s. This ungkonan represents a family of free scholars who are visible from the name and motive of nisan. Nisan identifies the sociocultural life of its owner. Nisan sebagai penanda atas nama orang yang meninggal pada makam, memiliki makna penting bagi kajian ilmu pengetahuan karena dibalik tinggalan nisan tersebut terdapat berbagai pengetahuan yang mencerminkan kondisi sosial dan budaya dari ungkonan tersebut. Temuan nisan kuno viral di kawasan pasar 16 Ilir Palembang, menjadi penting karena nisan tersebut terbuat dari batu marmer dan bentuk serta motifnya sangat menarik, selain itu nisan ini ditemukan pada lokasi yang dulunya diperkirakkan kawasan kuto Beringit Janggut atau Istana Kesultanan Palembang Darussalam yang ke dua. Temuan ini perlu dikaji lebih lanjut untuk mendapatkan data yang lebih valid, yang menjadi tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui siapa pemilik nisan kuno dan bagaimana kondisi social dan budaya yang terdiskripsi melalui temuan nisan-nisan tersebut. Permasalahan ini akan dikaji dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah penggalian data, pengolahan data, analisa data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui empat nisan memiliki nama, hari, tanggal, bulan dan tahun Hijriah dan dua tanpa ada nama. Ungkonan ini merupakan keluarga ulama bebas yang terlihat dari nama dan motif nisan. Nisan mengidentifikasi kehidupan sosial budaya pemiliknya.

Agricultural land in Sleman Regency has changed many functions, including constructing toll roads and settlements. The conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural land, without being balanced by the creation of new farmland, resulted in the threat of crisis. This research aims to adjust the spatial plan and its application in the field to suppress and control the rate of agricultural land conversion, thus supporting the maintenance and the realization of food security and good health. It was implemented in the Sleman Regency area covering 17 sub-districts. This research uses the institutional survey method, which collects secondary data from development policies and programs from relevant agencies via email, website or coming directly to the office. The results show that the total area of agricultural land conversion in Sleman Regency is 69.93 ha per year. Agricultural land needs to increase its size by 356 ha in 2019 to meet the demands of the applicable laws and regulations. Land use unrelated to the area's function can impact ecological imbalances and potential disasters. Efforts to optimize land use include land certification, granting, signage and tightening permits. Finally, this research study concluded that by optimizing land use, it is hoped that it will be able to maintain and realize food security and good health, especially in Sleman Regency.

Abstract Islamic boarding schools are pedagogical institutions that have strong historical value. In the historical track record of the archipelago, the role of pesantren in maintaining and fighting for the value of love for the homeland is very important. Likewise, at the Al-Munawwir Islamic Boarding School, Complex R, pesantren as an educational institution is highly expected to play a role in growing and studying and implementing civic disposition. The purpose of this study is to the methods and factors that influence, as well as the forms of strengthening the civic disposition in a private and public character. Types of qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out with observational studies, documentation, and interviews. The results obtained are an important role in strengthening the civic disposition of students through the methods used, namely the lecture method, advice method, habituation method and exemplary method. Then the influencing factors are internal factors (oneself and habit) and external factors (family, community, ustaz, education and environment). Forms of strengthening private and public character are given in Islamic boarding schools by caregivers, the community and ustaz/ustazah. ------------ Abstrak Pondok pesantren merupakan lembaga pedagogik yang memiliki nilai historis kuat. Dalam rekam jejak sejarah nusantara, peran pesantren dalam memelihara dan memperjuangkan nilai cinta tanah air sangat penting. Begitu juga di Pondok Pesantren Al-Munawwir Komplek R, pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan sangat diharapkan perannya dalam menumbuhkan dan mempelajari serta menerapkan civic disposition. Tujuan penelitian ini mengenai metode dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi, serta bentuk-bentuk penguatan watak kewarganegaraan pada karakter privat dan publik. Jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah peranan penting dalam penguatan watak kewarganegaraan santri melalui metode yang digunakan yakni metode ceramah, metode nasehat, metode pembiasaan dan metode keteladanan. Kemudian faktor yang mempengaruhi yakni faktor internal (diri sendiri dan habit) dan faktor eksternal (keluarga, masyayikh, ustaz, pendidikan dan lingkungan). Bentuk-bentuk penguatan karakter privat dan publik diberikan di pondok pesantren oleh pengasuh, masyayikh dan ustaz/ustazah.

Atapupu is a coastal area that has a strategic location because it is directly adjacent to the country of Timor Leste. This study aims to analyze the differences in marine culture at Atapupu Beach in supporting the blue economy in maritime security. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data source comes from primary data by interviewing local and migrant fishermen and secondary data comes from journals. Data analysis in this study used descriptive qualitative. This study found that the differences between the local and migrant fishermen could be differentiated based on their time to go to sea, the fishing gear, and the type of boat used by the fishermen. The migrant fishermen, which come from Buton, are Muslim, so they do not go to sea on Fridays due to Fridays Prayers. They use fishing rods as gear and bigger boats than the local fishermen. Meanwhile, the local fishermen have no special days to go to sea, they go to sea depending on the weather conditions. The local fishermen only use nets as fishing gear and their boats are smaller compared to the migrant fishermen’s boats. These conditions are affecting their range of fishing areas, the type of fish caught, and the average income per month. Cultural differences at sea between local and migrant fishermen will certainly affect maritime security in the blue economy sector. The existence of differences in types and income from catches can lead to less optimal utilization of fishery resources.

The issues that will be discussed in this research include what are the legal implications of transferring the authority to issue mining permits after the latest publication and what are the regulations regarding mining permits after mining permits are issued. The purpose of this study is to provide a review of legal changes related to the Mineral and Coal Mining Law. This study uses normative legal research methods with several approaches, namely the statutory approach and the conceptual approach. As a result of the transfer of the issuance of mining permits to the central government, it appears that this is aimed at unraveling licensing issues which will later facilitate the investment climate in Indonesia so as to increase Indonesia's economic growth. The impact that occurs is the authority owned by the local government where currently the local government does not have attributive authority in terms of issuing mining permits. Harmonization of Mining Business Permit arrangements means seeking conformity or harmony between laws and regulations so that overlapping regulations do not occur and as a process of establishing laws and regulations to address conflicting matters among the legal norms that have been in effect. Urban development and increasing population impact improving the demand for non-agricultural land. Through the issuance of Law No. 41 of 2009 concerning the Protection of Sustainable Food Agricultural Land, the government has attempted to reduce the conversion rate of agricultural land by protecting paddy fields that are considered the potential for food supply. This study aims to examine the impact of the transformation of agricultural land to non-agricultural land on food security and the implementation of the of Law No. 41 of 2009. The research method used is survey and descriptive. The focus of discussion includes population growth, land change, land area, harvested area, production and food availability needs data. The data was gathered from field observations, interviews and a literature study. The results showed that the average decrease in paddy fields in the last three years was 98.87 ha. The population density in Sleman Regency is classified as high. In 2018 to 2019 the population density increased by 22.88 people km-2. In 2019 to 2020 the population density decreased by 163.35 people km-2. In 2018 to 2019 rice productivity increased by 625 tons ha-1, although harvested area and production have declined. There is no correlation between the location of paddy fields, population and rice productivity. The food security condition in Sleman Regency is generally stable, but the site of paddy fields that continues to decrease yearly must still be a concern.

The soil in the upstream Bengawan Solo watershed is at high risk of degradation related to a high erosion rate. Finding the proper crop type with land suitability is critical to protect against further soil degradation. This study aimed to determine the land suitability of white turmeric (Curcuma zedoaria) and the limiting factors in the upstream Bengawan Solo watershed community forest. This research was descriptive-explorative based on a survey of four land map units (LMUs) of Sumberejo village (LMU1, LMU2, LMU3, and LMU4), Batuwarno, Wonogiri. The number of sample points at each LMU depended on the total area of the LMU and was repeated four times. LMU results from overlay soil type maps, administrative maps, rainfall maps, and slope maps. Land suitability assessment was analyzed using the matching method. The land suitability classes of the upstream Bengawan Solo for white turmeric were S3 eh, and N eh. The limiting factors on land suitability for white turmeric are erosion hazards and slopes. The efforts to improve the limiting factor can be made by contour cultivation and repairing the terrace.

The ideal election is an election whose process is good, qualified, and fair. Since the direct elections in 2014 until the simultaneous elections in 2019, election violations have often occurred, including election administration, election crimes, and the code of ethics of election organizers. The design of handling election administrative violations after the determination of the results: handling of the election administrative violations after the determination of election results, the original intense of Article 454 paragraph (6) and Article 461 paragraph (1) of the Election Law, and the ideal redesign in handling administrative violations in Bawaslu after the determination of election results. Global criminal political considerations are strengthening national laws to realise Restorative Justice for the achievement of recovery for victims, perpetrators and the social order of society. The perspective of Restorative Justice can not only be seen from the concept of national law but of course, it can also be seen from the perspective of International Law. One form of Restorative Justice includes Diversi in the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, where Diversi is the result of International Conventions, one of which is the United Nations Rules for The Protection of Juvenile Deprived of Their Liberty (UNRPJ). This paper focuses on the principle that the purpose of criminalising and rectifying criminals is not only a national problem by a particular state but also a general problem by all countries. The research uses a Normative Juridical method with a statute approach, concept and doctrine approach. This research specifically how the contribution of international law in strengthening the ideas and values of Restorative Justice, and its conclusion, restorative justice in the development of criminal policy needs to be given a special space, namely given space for the implementation of restorative justice through policy modify which of course puts forward the idea of recovery for victims, perpetrators and also the community. Restorative justice is familiar in international law, even via the UN congress greater than as soon as it has issued thoughts of struggle by promoting restorative justice. An extra humanist purpose is to be the primary character of international law, as is the precept of worldwide law that each conflict that arises requires a decision that has to be primarily based on humanity.

Nowadays, the method of resolving disputes through the judiciary has received very sharp criticism from practitioners and legal theorists. The roles and functions of the judiciary are considered to be heavy, slow, take a long time, cost a lot of money, unresponsive in seeing the public interest, and too formal and technical. The problem to be raised in this research is how to resolve construction work contract disputes in Indonesia as regulated in Law Number 2 of 2017 concerning construction services and how to compare construction work contract dispute resolutions through adjudication and arbitration. The results of this study are Based on the description in the Discussion section. It is concluded that the Construction Services Act only stipulates one settlement mechanism, namely dispute resolution out of court (non-litigation). Even in the Construction Work Contract, there is no room to make efforts to resolve disputes through court institutions. Thus, the philosophy (spirit) carried is the concept of a "win-win solution." The stages of dispute resolution efforts include mediation, conciliation, and arbitration. The North Natuna Sea is full of illegal fishing and endangers Indonesia's maritime security. This is because fishery resources/fishery potential in the Natuna Sea is estimated to be worth IDR 5.32 trillion annually. In addition to the potential wealth of fisheries, the strategic location of the Natuna Sea is also the cause of rampant conflicts and illegal fishing activities in this region. Analysis of illegal fishing monitoring in the North Natuna Sea and the use of oceanographic data (sea surface temperature and chlorophyll-a) to monitor illegal fishing in the North Natuna Sea are the two main objectives of this research. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are that surveillance of illegal fishing in the North Natuna Sea has been carried out by the Indonesian Navy, the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency (Bakamla RI), and the Directorate General of Supervision and Control of Marine Resources and Fisheries of the Indonesian Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries with their duties and functions each. However, this is still not optimal because institutional capacity in supervision is still limited (facilities, human resources, and operational funds). Further findings indicate that oceanographic data has not been used optimally. This is because each agency has a different way of supervision. Automatic Identification Systems and Ship Monitoring Systems are technologies used by each agency in terms of surveillance. Therefore the implementation of illegal fishing surveillance by utilizing oceanographic data can be applied. This can make monitoring more optimal because by using oceanographic data it can be known directly where the potential fishing zones are. For this reason, an open oceanographic database center that can be accessed by various research institutions in Indonesia needs to be established immediately to facilitate the collection or utilization of data by institutions or researchers.

Community-based rapid biodiversity assessment has been done initially with Gapoktanhut Lestari Sejahtera, a group of coffee farmers practises social forestry in protected forest, Sedayu, Semaka, Tanggamus, under supervision of KPH Kotaagung Utara, Tanggamus. Its aim is to identify potential natural resources in Kotaagung Utara protected forest, Tanggamus, under Kaidenren Nature Conservation Fund, in collaboration with University of Lampung and Rainforest Alliance program. Direct survey and observation were done, kobotoolbox was applied to collect the biodiversity information, the direct and indirect data of plants, animals as well as landscapes. Of 480 data input has been done by transect line from November, 2021 to February, 2022 covering 15 observed areas. The data consists of direct and indirect data of plants, animals as well as landscapes. The finding done is by local names included plants (n=78) mostly understory plant species, orchids, and ferns, small animals (n=40) include amphibians, reptiles, birds, and arthropods, indirect signs (n=11) of food remains, footprints, voices, scraps, wallowing ponds, scratches, nests, insects body remains, eggs and animals’ trail, some fungi, and landscapes. UMKM Anugrah Mina Lestari memanfaatkan limbah tulang bandeng dan intermuscular bone hasil pengolahan otak-otak bandeng menjadi kerupuk dan abon sebagai upaya zero waste produk otak-otak bandeng. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kerupuk dan abon masih mengandung banyak minyak serta tingkat kekeringan krupuk yang tidak seragam. Program Doktor Mengabdi memberikan solusi permasalahan dengan memberi bantuan spiner dan oven. Dengan bantuan peralatan tersebut, terjadi peningkatan produksi kerupuk 66.6% dan abon 60% serta peningkatan penerimaan organoleptic dari agak suka (nilai 5) menjadi suka (nilai 6). Disarankan ada pengujian proksimat, kandungan mineral serta daya awet produk yang dicantumkan dalam kemasan walau sudah ada prototipe bentuk cetakan kemasan produk .Perlu pula pengurusan IRTP untuk memperluas pasar.

Soil quality is the ability of the soil to perform its function, such as providing nourishment to the plants. However, intensive paddy farming, such as Hazton’s paddy farming method, is suspected to deteriorate soil quality status and degrade land sustainability. This study aimed to analyze soil quality under Hazton’s paddy farming. This study was conducted on paddy fields in Banyumas Regency using a randomized block design with treatment consisting of 1) conventional method as a control, 2) Hazton’s method + organic fertilizer, 3) Hazton’s method + organic fertilizer + decomposer, and 4) Hazton’s method + organic fertilizer + decomposer + leaf fertilizer. Soil quality was determined according to a minimum data set (MDS) that consisted of organic C, pH, total N, available phosphorus (P) and potassium (K), base saturation (BS), cation exchange capacity (CEC), bacterial density, soil respiration, and C/N ratio. The healthcare industry in Indonesia continues to grow, but the health industry has a low level of resilience. This study aims to elaborate on the relationship between digital customer experience, innovation, and patient satisfaction at West Java's special dental and oral health care facilities. Data was collected using a survey of 100 patients spread across West Java. Then, the data were analyzed using path analysis and regression. The results reveal that combining digital customer experience and innovation has a significant positive role in achieving patient satisfaction. There is an influence between digital customer experience and patient satisfaction, while there is no significant effect between digital customer experience and patient satisfaction. Novelty is obtained by testing and analyzing the relationship between innovation, digital patient experience, patient satisfaction in one model, and the use of health service facilities in West Java as a unit of research analysis.

Employee performance assessment is one of the important indicators of the quality of the human resources department of an organization or company. This research uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. The subject of the study is the need for the development of employee assessment instruments CV Jetindo Niaga Utama, Semarang city, while the object of research is all employees from CV Jetindo Niaga Utama. Results from this research is, 1) the need for the development of employee assessment instruments using a website-based 360-degree method, and 2) factors that support and hinder the analysis of the need for the development of employee assessment instruments using a website-based 360-degree method. Based on the results of the needs analysis, almost all employees argue that the need to develop assessment instruments, indicated that 59% of employees answered in dire need of instrument development and 38% chose to require instrument development.. Kota Lama Semarang with the Dutch colonial era relics is currently used as a cultural heritage tourist spot. As a cultural heritage tourism place, it is necessarily aware of the potential for earthquake disasters due to active faults and volcanic eruptions, as well as the phenomenon of land subsidence caused by geological conditions of young alluvium. One of the geophysical techniques to determine subsurface structure is microtremor measurement. This study aims to determine vulnerability level based on dominant frequency, amplification, and seismic vulnerability index using HVSR analysis in Kota Lama area. Microtremor data measurement contained 11 points with a data retrieval duration of 30 minutes. The results of microtremor data analysis obtained dominant frequency values of 7.03 - 19.36 Hz, amplification of 0.72 – 3.7, and seismic vulnerability index of 0.074 – 0.95. Based on the parameters, it can be concluded that the Kota Lama Semarang area has a low level of vulnerability.

The significant concerns associated with the widespread use of petroleum-based plastic materials have prompted substantial research on and development of active food packaging materials. Even though fish gelatin-based films are appealing as active food packaging materials, they present practical production challenges. Therefore, this study aimed to develop an edible film using Ficus carica L. leaf extract (FLE), as it is affordable, accessible, and has superoxide anion radical scavenging action. This edible film was produced by adding FLE to mackerel skin gelatin at varied concentrations (2.5–10% w/w). The results showed that adding FLE to gelatin films significantly affected the tensile strength (TS), elongation at break (EAB), transmittance and transparency, solubility, water vapor permeability (WVP), antioxidant activity, and antibacterial activity. Among all the samples, the most promising result was obtained for the edible film with FLE 10%, resulting in TS, EAB, solubility, WVP, antioxidant activity, and antibacterial activity against S. aureus and E. coli results of 2.74 MPa, 372.82%, 36.20%, 3.96 × 10−11 g/msPa, 45.49%, 27.27 mm, and 25.10 mm, respectively. The study’s overall findings showed that fish gelatin-based films incorporated with FLE are promising eco-friendly, biodegradable, and sustainable active packaging materials.

The main problems exist in fishing communities were the low level of education, marine knowledge, capital ownership and fisheries business management. The purpose of this technology product disseminated to the Community is to create added value for fishery products through the manufacture of smoked fish, provide good business and financial management skills, provide facilitation for improving the quality of smoked fish product packaging. The justification of proposer and partners in solving priority scale problems is carried out in a concrete manner through the following implementation methods: 1) preparation; 2) application of fish smoking technology; 3) training; 4) monitoring and evaluation.

This study aims to determine the appropriate problem-solving model of financing. The research method used is socio-legal research. Researchers follow the activities of BMT practitioners and accommodate input from problems that occur. The object of this research is KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiru Ummah in the Kudus district. The study results show that in handling non-performing financing, preventive measures, monitoring, and handling are needed. This is related to the sustainability of KSPPS because the main objective is to channel the right financing and minimize non-performing financing. The recommendation of this research is to use a third party as an intermediary for the settlement. The closeness of employees with initially not problematic members makes members less responsive when resolved by the KSPPS. A third party in a legal aid institution is needed if the financing is difficult to resolve.

Potential of Maggot (Black Soldier Fly) as Animal Feed in Miri Village Kismantoro Wonogiri. Cultivation of chicken and catfish was a field of business that was mostly carried out by residents of Miri Village, Kismantoro District, Wonogiri Regency. The high component of feed costs results in low profits. So far, farmers still rely on pellets as the main feed for their livestock. Alternative feeds in the form of Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae or maggot were well known to residents, but only a few residents had ever used maggot as feed. Residents had never received education and training on maggot cultivation. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Miri Village residents in maggot cultivation, the dependence of farmers on artificial feed can be reduced and replaced with feed from maggot cultivation. Activities carried out in the service consist of socialization and training on maggot cultivation. The socialization was in the form of exposure to the benefits and propagation of maggots, while the training materials were the practice of catching eggs, maintaining maggots, and harvesting maggots. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge regarding maggot cultivation by 21.32%. The participants also showed interest in carrying out practical activities. The benefits of BSF cultivation include reducing household waste, producing maggots as animal feed, and producing organic fertilizer.

Soil Ecology Training and ToT for Strengthening Organic Agriculture in Al-Barokah and Walisongo Farmer Groups in Ketapang Village. In sustainable integrated agriculture, farmers are expected to be experts in managing agricultural ecosystems. To support this, training and empowerment of sustainable agricultural management can be carried out for farmers. The process of soil ecology training and training of trainers (ToT) is directed at strengthening organic farming and it is hoped that farmers can play a role as a farm manager, able to stand parallel and have an active relationship with the community and have a role in the system built by the community. Therefore, it is proposed the title of PKM-Training and ToT of Ecology Soil for Strengthening Organic Agriculture. The purpose of training and soil ecology ToT for strengthening organic agriculture is to increase farmers' understanding of the importance of ecology in soil management that has been applied so that there is renewal in soil management and building farmer knowledge. Through the Participatory Action Program approach, the Al-Barokah and Walisongo Farmer Groups farmers are very enthusiastic, which is indicated by an increase in understanding of soil ecology. Training and soil ecology ToT for farmers is very important so that soil management is in harmony with nature and increase the understood that soil ecology is part of the global ecosystem, and soil ecology is a process of interaction between ecological components on the level of fertility and crop production.

The aim of this research was studied the influence of giving Glutamine, Glucose Unhydrate and Moringa oleifera the blood lymphocyte of white rat (Rattus novergicus) Strain Wistar that was induced with protein energy malnutrtion (PEM). This was an experimental study with Completely Random Design, sample was white rats in PEM induced with parched rice for 15 days and those with normal diet with total 30 sample. The concluded is that there was a significant difference in the blood lymphocytes of white rats (Rattus novergicus) Strain Wistar gived glumorry with sig. (0.000) and glutamin + glucose unhydrate with sig. (0.001), while in the group gived Moringa oleifera there was no significant difference with sig. (0.076). Glumorry intervention has the highest level of significance by 19,2382 × 103/mm3 compared to all treatment groups. This suggests that the glumorry (Glucose Unhydrate, Glutamine, and Moringa oleifera) intervention successfully increased the lymphocyte count higher in the study sample with PEM condition compared to the group that was only given Glucose Unhidrat + Glutamine and the group that was only given Moringa Oleifera.

Specific and sensitive nutrition fulfillment programs have been carried out to reduce the incidence of stunting in Indonesia, but the results are still not optimal. Handling stunting should not only focus on the nutrition fulfillment sector. A fundamental factor to consider as the root cause of high stunting in Indonesia is unwanted or unplanned pregnancies.

The axe bow type catamaran is a ship used specifically for recreational purposes between Beting Island Aceh, which has two hulls (catamarans). This analysis aims to see a more reductive resistance value that can be used in the Beting Island Aceh (Rupat) waters. To get the main size of the ship, namely the parent design approach method, which is to find data on the main ship and the same displacement to analyze the value of the ship's resistance. The main data of the ship, namely, LOA=12.20 m, B=4.089 m, H=1.48 m, T=0.62 m, ∆=7.243 tons. The resistance value of the axe bow type catamaran is smaller than the non-axe bow type catamaran, with a difference of 5.92%. Based on the results of running, the engine power of the axe bow type catamaran is 227 HP, while the non-axe bow type catamaran is 241 HP. Catamaran tipe axe bow adalah kapal yang digunakan khusus untuk rekreasi antar Pulau Beting Aceh yang memiliki dua lambung (catamaran). Analisis ini bertujuan untuk melihat nilai resistansi yang lebih reduktif yang dapat digunakan di perairan Pulau Aceh Beting (Rupat). Ukuran utama kapal diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode parent design approach, mencari data kapal induk dan displacement yang sama untuk menganalisa nilai hambatan kapal. Dan didapatkan data utama kapal yaitu LOA=12,20 m, B=4,089 m, H=1,48 m, T=0,62 m, =7.243 ton. Nilai hambatan kapal katamaran tipe axe bow lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan kapal katamaran tipe non axe bow dengan selisih sebesar 5,92%. Berdasarkan hasil running, tenaga mesin catamaran tipe axe bow adalah 227 HP, sedangkan catamaran tipe non axe bow adalah 241 HP.

This article has the intent and purpose to find out the implementation of PRONA systematic land registration for the deed of transfer of land rights that are tax payable, specifically related to Income Tax (PPh) and Land Acquisition Fees (BPHTB) which are the obligations of the parties and are registered through systematic land registration was carried out in Ternyang Village, Sumberpucung District in 2009. However, the obstacles that occurred in the field were different from the turus hamlet, the village community was more cooperative regarding physical data. Nature in Ternyang village is indeed a lot of uneven shape, so it takes more time, to determine the appropriate land boundaries. Workers / laborers are often extorted by employers with relatively small wages. An employment relationship is basically a relationship between a worker / laborer and an entrepreneur after a work agreement is made. The formulation of the problems discussed in this paper is how to regulate freelance daily workers in Indonesia and how to resolve disputes related to work agreements for casual daily workers in Indonesia. The result of the research on the formulation of the problem is that the regulation regarding freelance workers / laborers is regulated in statutory regulations, in law number 13 of 2003 concerning manpower in Article 56 to Article 59, but there are several articles amended by -Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning work copyright. Settlement of disputes between employers and workers / casual daily laborers can be resolved first by deliberation to reach a consensus in accordance with what has been stipulated in Article 136 paragraph (1) of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, but if deliberation efforts to reach consensus cannot be reached then the management and workers / laborers or trade / labor unions resolve industrial relations disputes. Since a year ago, pandemic covid 19 has entered Indonesia, and efforts to reduce and control have been carried out several programs, one of which is vaccination. The ideal projection is two direct strategies: hybrid distribution that combines active outreach into priority groups with passive distribution to the general public and single-dose distribution to as many populations as possible. The previous plan was to save a second dose as a backup. The proper fulfillment of vaccination needs in each population required to achieve herd immunity to stop the spread of the virus will vary, depending on the variant of the virus in circulation and the heterogeneous level of that population, also depending on the density and mobility of the population. In addition, the duration of protection provided by natural immunity and vaccine-induced immunity is not well established, and different vaccines can provide different durations and degrees of humoral and cellular immunity.

Omnibus law menjadi perdebatan dikalangan masyarakat sejak pemerintah mencanangkan menggunakannya dalam pembentukan undang – undang, pro dan kontra hadir dikarenakan metode Omnibus law cenderung digunakan oleh negara yang bermatra common law sistem. Namun, kehadiran Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja menjadi jawaban bahwa metode ini juga kontekstual dan relevan untuk digunakan pada civil law sistem. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk menjawab (a) Omnibus law Dalam pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan; (b) Hakekat Peraturan Daerah; (c) Penggunaan Metode Omnibus law dalam Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui, memahami, dan menganalisa Omnibus law Dalam pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan, hakekat Peraturan Daerah, dan merumuskan Penggunaan Metode Omnibus law dalam Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian yuridis normatif, dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan metode Omnibus law dapat diimplementasikan terhadap subtansi materi muatan Peraturan Daerah yang ketentuan pembentukannya didasarkan atas pelaksanaan undang-undang yang juga dibentuk melalui metode Omnibus law.
