Gut microbiota dysbiosis is involved in cholestatic liver diseases. However, the mechanisms remain to be elucidated. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects and mechanisms of Lactobacillus acidophilus (L. acidophilus) on cholestatic liver injury in both animals and humans. Bile duct ligation (BDL) was performed to mimic cholestatic liver injury in mice and serum liver function was tested. Gut microbiota were analyzed by 16S rRNA sequencing. Fecal bacteria transplantation (FMT) was used to evaluate the role of gut microbiota in cholestasis. Bile acids (BAs) profiles were analyzed by targeted metabolomics. Effects of L. acidophilus in cholestatic patients were evaluated by a randomized controlled clinical trial (NO: ChiCTR2200063330). BDL induced different severity of liver injury, which was associated with gut microbiota. 16S rRNA sequencing of feces confirmed the gut flora differences between groups, of which L. acidophilus was the most distinguished genus. Administration of L. acidophilus after BDL significantly attenuated hepatic injury in mice, decreased liver total BAs and increased fecal total BAs. Furthermore, after L. acidophilus treatment, inhibition of hepatic Cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase (CYP7α1), restored ileum Fibroblast growth factor 15 (FGF15) and Small heterodimer partner (SHP) accounted for BAs synthesis decrease, whereas enhanced BAs excretion was attributed to the increase of unconjugated BAs by enriched bile salt hydrolase (BSH) enzymes in feces. Similarly, in cholestasis patients, supplementation of L. acidophilus promoted the recovery of liver function and negatively correlated with liver function indicators, possibly in relationship with the changes in BAs profiles and gut microbiota composition. L. acidophilus treatment ameliorates cholestatic liver injury through inhibited hepatic BAs synthesis and enhances fecal BAs excretion.

This article delves into the integration of quantum computing and artificial intelligence in both research and application. It introduces the capabilities of both universal quantum computers and special-purpose quantum computers that leverage quantum effects. The discussion further explores how quantum computing enhances classical artificial intelligence from four perspectives: quantum supervised learning, quantum unsupervised learning, quantum reinforcement learning, and quantum deep learning. In an effort to address the limitations of smart cities, this article explores the formidable potential of quantum artificial intelligence in the realm of smart cities. It does so by examining aspects such as intelligent transportation, urban operation assurance, urban planning, and information communication, showcasing a plethora of practical achievements in the process. In the foreseeable future, Quantum Artificial Intelligence (QAI) is poised to bring about revolutionary development to smart cities. The urgency lies in developing quantum artificial intelligence algorithms that are compatible with quantum computers, constructing an efficient, stable, and adaptive hybrid computing architecture that integrates quantum and classical computing, preparing quantum data as needed, and advancing controllable qubit hardware equipment to meet actual demands. The ultimate goal is to shape the next generation of artificial intelligence that possesses common sense cognitive abilities, robustness, excellent generalization capabilities, and interpretability.

Triptolide (TP) is the principal bioactive compound of Tripterygium wilfordii with significant anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive activities. However, its severe hepatotoxicity greatly limits its clinical use. The underlying mechanism of TP-induced liver damage is still poorly understood. Here, we estimate the role of the gut microbiota in TP hepatotoxicity and investigate the bile acid metabolism mechanisms involved. The results of the antibiotic cocktail (ABX) and fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) experiment demonstrate the involvement of intestinal flora in TP hepatotoxicity. Moreover, TP treatment significantly perturbed gut microbial composition and reduced the relative abundances of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG). Supplementation with LGG reversed TP-induced hepatotoxicity by increasing bile salt hydrolase (BSH) activity and reducing the increased conjugated bile acids (BA). LGG supplementation upregulates hepatic FXR expression and inhibits NLRP3 inflammasome activation in TP-treated mice. In summary, this study found that gut microbiota is involved in TP hepatotoxicity. LGG supplementation protects mice against TP-induced liver damage. The underlying mechanism was associated with the gut microbiota-BA-FXR axis. Therefore, LGG holds the potential to prevent and treat TP hepatotoxicity in the clinic.

Abstract Peutz–Jeghers Syndromeis a rare autosomal dominant genetic disease characterized by gastrointestinal hamartomatous polyps and skin and mucous membrane pigmentation. The pathogenesis of PJS remains unclear; however, it may be associated with mutations in the STK11 gene, and there is currently no effective treatment available. The gut microbiota plays an important role in maintaining intestinal homeostasis in the human body, and an increasing number of studies have reported a relationship between gut microbiota and human health and disease. However, relatively few studies have been conducted on the gut microbiota characteristics of patients with PJS. In this study, we analyzed the characteristics of the gut microbiota of 79 patients with PJS using 16 S sequencing and measured the levels of short-chain fatty acids in the intestines. The results showed dysbiosis in the gut microbiota of patients with PJS, and decreased synthesis of short-chain fatty acids. Bacteroides was positively correlated with maximum polyp length, while Agathobacter was negatively correlated with age of onset. In addition, acetic acid, propionic acid, and butyric acid were positively correlated with the age of onset but negatively correlated with the number of polyps. Furthermore, the butyric acid level was negatively correlated with the frequency of endoscopic surgeries. In contrast, we compared the gut microbiota of STK11-positive and STK11-negative patients with PJS for the first time, but 16 S sequencing analysis revealed no significant differences. Finally, we established a random forest prediction model based on the gut microbiota characteristics of patients to provide a basis for the targeted diagnosis and treatment of PJS in the future.

When a human body moves within the coverage range of Wi-Fi signals, the reflected Wi-Fi signals by the various parts of the human body change the propagation path, so analysis of the channel state data can achieve the perception of the human motion. By extracting the Channel State Information (CSI) related to human motion from the Wi-Fi signals and analyzing it with the introduced machine learning classification algorithm, the human motion in the spatial environment can be perceived. On the basis of this theory, this paper proposed an algorithm of human behavior recognition based on CSI wireless sensing to realize deviceless and over-the-air slide turning. This algorithm collects the environmental information containing upward or downward wave in a conference room scene, uses the local outlier factor detection algorithm to segment the actions, and then the time domain features are extracted to train Support Vector Machine (SVM) and eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) classification modules. The experimental results show that the average accuracy of the XGBoost module sensing slide flipping can reach 94%, and the SVM module can reach 89%, so the module could be extended to the field of smart classroom and significantly improve speech efficiency.

Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) is a liver disease that sometimes develops during pregnancy and is characterized by increased serum bile acid levels. Here the authors report that the gut microbiome species B. fragilis is enriched in patients with ICP and promotes ICP development in mice via inhibition of signalling though the bile acid receptor FXR.

Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) has been linked with the gut-liver axis. Here, the authors show that disulfiram (DSF) reduces Clostridium-mediated 7α-dehydroxylation activity to suppress secondary bile acid biosynthesis and ameliorate NASH in mice, and validate DSF regulation of the gut-liver axis in healthy men in a self-controlled clinical trial.

In order to solve the problems of road traffic congestion and the increasing parking time caused by the imbalance of parking lot supply and demand, this paper proposes an asymptotically optimal public parking lot location algorithm based on intuitive reasoning to optimize the parking lot location problem. Guided by the idea of intuitive reasoning, we use walking distance as indicator to measure the variability among location data and build a combinatorial optimization model aimed at guiding search decisions in the solution space of complex problems to find optimal solutions. First, Selective Attention Mechanism (SAM) is introduced to reduce the search space by adaptively focusing on the important information in the features. Then, Quantum Annealing (QA) algorithm with quantum tunneling effect is used to jump out of the local extremum in the search space with high probability and further approach the global optimal solution. Experiments on the parking lot location dataset in Luohu District, Shenzhen, show that the proposed method has improved the accuracy and running speed of the solution, and the asymptotic optimality of the algorithm and its effectiveness in solving the public parking lot location problem are verified.

Abstract Heparanase (HPA) is the predominant enzyme that cleaves heparan sulfate and plays a critical role in a variety of pathophysiological processes. HPA activity has been traditionally correlated with tumor metastasis due to participation in the cleavage and remodeling of the extracellular matrix (ECM). Apart from its well-characterized catalytic properties, HPA was noticed to exert biological functions not rely on its enzymatic activity. This feature is supported by studies showing induction of signaling events, such as Src and AKT, by nonenzymatic HPA mutant. We provide evidence here that active HPA and inactive HPA mutant proteins enhance gastric cancer cell growth, possibly attributed to TFEB-mediated autophagy. Similarly, HPA gene silencing resulted in decreased gastric cancer cell proliferation and autophagy. Besides, TFEB inhibition reduced cell growth and autophagy induced by nonenzymatic HPA. Notably, HPA and TFEB were significantly elevated in gastric carcinomas compared with the adjacent gastric tissue. Moreover, the elevation of HPA gene expression and upregulation of TFEB levels have been associated with advanced clinical stage and poor prognosis of gastric cancer, providing strong clinical support for a connection between TFEB and HPA. Thus, neutralizing the nonenzymatic function of HPA and the related TFEB-driven autophagy may profoundly impact gastric cancer progression.

Abstract Background Well-balanced interactions between gut microbiota and the immune system are essential to prevent chronic intestinal inflammation, as observed in inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) functions as a sensor mediating the crosstalk between the intestinal commensal microbiome and host immunity, but the influence of TLR4 on the shaping of intestinal microbiota and immune responses during colon inflammation remains poorly characterized. We investigated whether the different susceptibilities to colitis between wild-type (WT) and TLR4−/− mice were gut microbiota-dependent and aimed to identify the potential immunity modulation mechanism. Methods We performed antibiotic depletion of the microbiota, cohousing experiments, and faecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) in WT and TLR4−/− mice to assess the influence of TLR4 on intestinal microbial ecology. 16S rRNA sequencing was performed to dissect microbial discrepancies, and dysbiosis-associated immune perturbation was investigated by flow cytometry. Akkermansia muciniphila (A. muciniphila)-mediated immune modulation was confirmed through the T-cell transfer colitis model and bone marrow chimaera construction. Results TLR4−/− mice experienced enhanced susceptibility to DSS-induced colitis. 16S rRNA sequencing showed notable discrepancy in the gut microbiota between WT and TLR4−/− mice. In particular, A. muciniphila contributed most to distinguishing the two groups. The T-cell transfer colitis model and bone marrow transplantation (BMT) consistently demonstrated that A. muciniphila ameliorated colitis by upregulating RORγt+ Treg cell-mediated immune responses. Mucosal biopsies from human manifested parallel outcomes with colon tissue from WT mice, as evidenced by the positive correlation between TLR4 expression and intestinal A. muciniphila colonization during homeostasis. Conclusions Our results demonstrate a novel protective role of TLR4 against intestinal inflammation, wherein it can modulate A. muciniphila-associated immune responses. These findings provide a new perspective on host-commensal symbiosis, which may be beneficial for developing potential therapeutic strategies. Video abstract. Graphical Abstract

Abstract Background Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most pernicious tumors that seriously harm human healthcare. GC metastasis is one of the prime cause of failed cancer treatment, but correlation between N6-methyladenosine (m6A) and GC metastasis was less reported. Methods Methylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing (MeRIP-seq) of GC tissues was conducted. Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR), western blotting and immunohistochemistry (IHC) were taken to determine the expression of ALKBH5 in GC tissues and cell lines. RNA-seq together with MeRIP-qRT-PCR was used to screen the target gene of ALKBH5. RNA pulldown, mass spectrometry and RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) were used to search the “reader” protein of target gene. The mechanism was also validated via a tail vein injection method for lung metastasis model. Results Decreased expression of ALKBH5 was detected in GC samples, and it was correlated with clinical tumor distal metastasis and lymph node metastasis. ALKBH5 interference promoted metastasis of GC cells and this effect was closely related to the demethylase activity of ALKBH5. PKMYT1, as a downstream target of ALKBH5, promoted invasion and migration in GC. Caused by ALKBH5 knockdown or its demethylase activity mutation, upregulated expression of PKMYT1 indicated that ALKBH5 modulates expression of PKMYT1 in an m6A-dependent manner. IGF2BP3 helped stabilize the mRNA stability of PKMYT1 via its m6A modification site. Conclusions This study established an ALKBH5-PKMYT1-IGF2BP3 regulation system in metastasis, representing a new therapeutic target for GC metastasis.

The intelligent transportation system (ITS) integrates a variety of advanced science and technology to support and monitor road traffic systems and accelerate the urbanization process of various countries. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of ITS, introduces the principle of quantum computing and the performance of universal quantum computer and special-purpose quantum computer, and shows how to use quantum advantages to improve the existing ITS. The application of quantum computer in transportation field is reviewed from three application directions: path planning, transportation operation management, and transportation facility layout. Due to the slow development of the current universal quantum computer, the D-Wave quantum machine is used as a breakthrough in the practical application. This paper makes it clear that quantum computing is a powerful tool to promote the development of ITS, emphasizes the importance and necessity of introducing quantum computing into intelligent transportation, and discusses the possible development direction in the future.

Heparanase is highly implicated in tumor metastasis due to its capacity to cleave heparan sulfate and, consequently, remodel the extracellular matrix underlying epithelial and endothelial cells. In striking contrast, only little attention was given to its close homolog, heparanase 2 (Hpa2), possibly because it lacks heparan sulfate-degrading activity typical of heparanase. We subjected sections of gastric carcinoma to immunostaining and correlated Hpa2 immunoreactivity with clinical records, including tumor grade, stage and patients' status. We over-expressed Hpa2 in gastric carcinoma cell lines and examined their tumorigenic properties in vitro and in vivo. We also evaluated the expression of Hpa2 by gastric carcinoma cells following inhibition of the proteasome, leading to proteotoxic stress, and the resulting signaling responsible for Hpa2 gene regulation. Here, we report that gastric cancer patients exhibiting high levels of Hpa2 survive longer. Similarly, mice administrated with gastric carcinoma cells engineered to over-express Hpa2 produced smaller tumors and survived longer than mice administrated with control cells. This was associated with increased phosphorylation of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), a kinase that is situated at the center of a tumor suppressor network. We also found that MG132, an inhibitor of the proteasome that results in proteotoxic stress, prominently enhances Hpa2 expression. Notably, Hpa2 induction by MG132 appeared to be mediated by AMPK, and AMPK was found to induce the expression of Hpa2, thus establishing a loop that feeds itself where Hpa2 enhances AMPK phosphorylation that, in turn, induces Hpa2 expression, leading to attenuation of gastric tumorigenesis. These results indicate that high levels of Hpa2 in some tumors are due to stress conditions that tumors often experience due to their high rates of cell proliferation and high metabolic demands. This increase in Hpa2 levels by the stressed tumors appears critically important for patient outcomes.

For order-of-addition experiments, the response is affected by the addition order of the experimental materials. Consequently, the main interest focuses on creating a predictive model and an optimal design for optimizing the response. Van Nostrand proposed the pairwise-order (PWO) model for detecting PWO effects. Under the PWO model, the full PWO design is optimal under various criteria but is often unaffordable because of the large run size. In this paper, we consider the D-, A- and M.S.-optimal fractional PWO designs. We first present some results on information matrices. Then, a flexible and efficient algorithm is given for generating these optimal PWO designs. Numerical simulation shows that the generated design has an appealing efficiency in comparison with the full PWO design, though with only a small fraction of runs. Several comparisons with existing designs illustrate that the generated designs achieve better efficiencies, and the best PWO designs and some selected 100% efficient PWO designs generated by the new algorithm are reported.

Male infertility is a widespread health problem affecting approximately 6%–8% of the male population, and hypoxia may be a causative factor. In mammals, two types of hypoxia are known, including environmental and pathological hypoxia. Studies looking at the effects of hypoxia on male infertility have linked both types of hypoxia to poor sperm quality and pregnancy outcomes. Hypoxia damages testicular seminiferous tubule directly, leading to the disorder of seminiferous epithelium and shedding of spermatogenic cells. Hypoxia can also disrupt the balance between oxidative phosphorylation and glycolysis of spermatogenic cells, resulting in impaired self-renewal and differentiation of spermatogonia, and failure of meiosis. In addition, hypoxia disrupts the secretion of reproductive hormones, causing spermatogenic arrest and erectile dysfunction. The possible mechanisms involved in hypoxia on male reproductive toxicity mainly include excessive ROS mediated oxidative stress, HIF-1α mediated germ cell apoptosis and proliferation inhibition, systematic inflammation and epigenetic changes. In this review, we discuss the correlations between hypoxia and male infertility based on epidemiological, clinical and animal studies and enumerate the hypoxic factors causing male infertility in detail. Demonstration of the causal association between hypoxia and male infertility will provide more options for the treatment of male infertility

Chronic gastritis caused by Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection has been widely recognized as the most important risk factor for gastric cancer. Analysis of the interaction between the key participants in gastric mucosal immunity and H. pylori infection is expected to provide important insights for the treatment of chronic gastritis and the prevention of gastric cancer. Heparanase is an endoglycosidase that degrades heparan sulfate, resulting in remodeling of the extracellular matrix thereby facilitating the extravasation and migration of immune cells towards sites of inflammation. Heparanase also releases heparan sulfate-bound cytokines and chemokines that further promote directed motility and recruitment of immune cells. Heparanase is highly expressed in a variety of inflammatory conditions and diseases, but its role in chronic gastritis has not been sufficiently explored. In this study, we report that H. pylori infection promotes up-regulation of heparanase in gastritis, which in turn facilitates the colonization of H. pylori in the gastric mucosa, thereby aggravating gastritis. By sustaining continuous activation, polarization and recruitment of macrophages that supply pro-inflammatory and pro-tumorigenic cytokines (i.e., IL-1, IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α, MIP-2, iNOS), heparanase participates in the generation of a vicious circle, driven by enhanced NFκB and p38-MAPK signaling, that supports the development and progression of gastric cancer. These results suggest that inhibition of heparanase may block this self-sustaining cycle, and thereby reduce the risk of gastritis and gastric cancer.

Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system. Its occurrence and development are the result of a combination of genetic, environmental, and microbial factors. Helicobacter pylori infection is a chronic infection that is closely related to the occurrence of gastric tumorigenesis. Non-coding RNA has been demonstrated to play a very important role in the organism, exerting a prominent role in the carcinogenesis, proliferation, apoptosis, invasion, metastasis, and chemoresistance of tumor progression. H. pylori infection affects the expression of non-coding RNA at multiple levels such as genetic polymorphisms and signaling pathways, thereby promoting or inhibiting tumor progression or chemoresistance. This paper mainly introduces the relationship between H. pylori-infected gastric cancer and non-coding RNA, providing a new perspective for gastric cancer treatment.

High human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) expression is related to severe Colorectal Cancer (CRC) progression and negatively related to CRC patient survival. Previous studies have revealed that hTERT can reduce cancer cellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels and accelerate cancer progression; however, the mechanism remains poorly understood. NFE2-related factor 2 (NRF2) is a molecule that plays a significant role in regulating cellular ROS homeostasis, but whether there is a correlation between hTERT and NRF2 remains unclear. Here, we showed that hTERT increases CRC proliferation and migration by inducing NRF2 upregulation. We further found that hTERT increases NRF2 expression at both the mRNA and protein levels. Our data also revealed that hTERT primarily upregulates NRF2 by increasing NRF2 promoter activity rather than by regulating NRF2 mRNA or protein stability. Using DNA pull-down/MS analysis, we found that hTERT can recruit YBX1 to upregulate NRF2 promoter activity. We also found that hTERT/YBX1 may localize to the P2 region of the NRF2 promoter. Taken together, our results demonstrate that hTERT facilitates CRC proliferation and migration by upregulating NRF2 expression through the recruitment of the transcription factor YBX1 to activate the NRF2 promoter. These results provide a new theoretical basis for CRC treatment.

Abstract Although purinegic signaling is important in regulating gastric physiological functions, it is currently unknown for its role in gastric cancer (GC). We demonstrate for the first time that the expression of P2Y6 receptors was markedly down-regulated in human GC cells and primary GC tissues compared to normal tissues, while the expression of P2Y2 and P2Y4 receptors was up-regulated in GC cells. Moreover, the expression levels of P2Y6 receptors in GC tissues were correlated to tumor size, differentiation, metastasis to lymph nodes, and the survival rate of the patients with GC. Ncleotides activated P2Y6 receptors to raise cytosolic Ca2+ concentrations in GC cells through store-operated calcium entry (SOCE), and then mediated Ca2+-dependent inhibition of β-catenin and proliferation, eventually leading to GC suppression. Furthermore, UTP particularly blocked the G1/S transition of GC cells but did not induce apoptosis. Collectively, we conclude that nucleotides activate P2Y6 receptors to suppress GC growth through a novel SOCE/Ca2+/β-catenin-mediated anti-proliferation of GC cells, which is different from the canonical SOCE/Ca2+-induced apoptosis in other tumors.

BACKGROUND: Tuberculosis (TB) is a serious problem in China. While there have been some studies on the nationwide genotyping of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis), there has been little detailed research in Beijing, the capital of China, which has a huge population. Here, M. tuberculosis clinical strains collected in Beijing during 2009 were genotyped by classical methods. METHODOLOGY/PRINCIPAL FINDINGS: Our aim was to analyze the genetic diversity of M. tuberculosis strains within the Beijing metropolitan area. We characterized these strains using two standard methods, spoligotyping (n = 1585) and variable number of tandem repeat (VNTR) typing (n = 1053). We found that the most prominent genotype was Beijing family genotype. Other genotypes included the MANU, T and H families etc. Spoligotyping resulted in 137 type patterns, included 101 unclustered strains and 1484 strains clustered into 36 clusters. In VNTR typing analysis, we selected 12-locus (QUB-11b, MIRU10, Mtub21, MIRU 23, MIRU39, MIRU16, MIRU40, MIRU31, Mtub24, Mtub04, MIRU20, and QUB-4156c) and named it 12-locus (BJ) VNTR. VNTR resulted in 869 type patterns, included 796 unclustered strains and 257 strains clustered into 73 clusters. It has almost equal discriminatory power to the 24-locus VNTR. CONCLUSIONS/SIGNIFICANCE: Our study provides a detailed characterization of the genotypic diversity of M. tuberculosis in Beijing. Combining spoligotyping and VNTR typing to study the genotyping of M. tuberculosis gave superior results than when these techniques were used separately. Our results indicated that Beijing family strains were still the most prevalent M. tuberculosis in Beijing. Moreover, VNTR typing analyzing of M. tuberculosis strains in Beijing was successfully accomplished using 12-locus (BJ) VNTR. This method used for strains genotyping from the Beijing metropolitan area was comparable. This study will not only provide TB researchers with valuable information for related studies, but also provides guidance for the prevention and control of TB in Beijing.

Ammonia (NH3) is one of the most widely used chemicals in industry and agriculture, which is very important to the global economy. At present, the Haber Bosch process is adopted for ammonia synthesis in industry. The experimental temperature and pressure used in this process are relatively high, the process energy consumption is high, the one-way conversion of the hydrogen is low, and a large amount of carbon dioxide is discharged into the atmosphere, causing pollution to the environment. To solve its shortcomings, researchers began a new exploration. Electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction (NRR), as a clean and sustainable method of ammonia synthesis, has attracted extensive attention. However, the low activity and selectivity of electrocatalysts are one of the important challenges. Therefore, the search for cost-effective electrocatalysts has become one of the research hotspots of electrochemical ammonia synthesis. For enhancing the catalytic performance and selective performance of catalysts, scientists have carried out a lot of research on electrochemical nitrogen fixation catalysts. In this review article, electrolytic experimental devices, common ammonia detection research methods, and the electrocatalytic NRR mechanism are summarized, and then the research progress in electrocatalysts (precious metals, transition metals, and non-precious metals) is summarized. Then, the research progress of metal-based electrocatalysts is introduced, and the relevant theoretical calculations are given. Intrauterine adhesion (IUA) is a common clinical endometrial disease, which can severely damage the fertility and quality of life in women. This study aims to find the differentially expressed endogenous peptides and their possible roles in IUA. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to identify the peptidomic profiling of IUA tissues, and the differentially expressed peptides were screened out. Using real-time quantitative PCR, Western blotting, and immunocytochemistry staining, the function of six endogenous peptides was verified in vitro. It was found that peptide 6 (T6) (peptide sequence: TFGGAPGFPLGSPLSSVFPR) could inhibit the expression of TGF-ß1-induced cell fibrosis in human endometrial stromal cell line and primary human endometrial stromal cell at a concentration of 50 µmol/L.
