Cryptocurrency is a cryptographic commodity designed to function as an exchanging medium, with cryptography used to encrypt transfers, monitor unit creation, and validate asset transfer. Each cryptocurrency is defined as either a digital currency or an alternative currency. In order not to run without central authorities or banks, Blockchain employs peer-to-peer technology; it jointly manages transfers and issues bitcoins via the web. Bitcoin is an open source; it has a public architecture; nobody holds or manages Bitcoin. Bitcoin unlocks exciting uses with many of its specific features that no prior payment mechanism could protect. In this paper, two cryptocurrencies are chosen and compared. The Tether and Ethereum given the recent technical advances in Tether and Ethereum blockchains, we have been examining scientific literature and relevant technology to see what technological developments can be created.
