This review aims at offering an up-to-date comprehensive summary of carbon fibers (CFs)-based composites, with the emphasis on smart assembly and purpose-driven specific functionalization for their critical applications associated with flexible sensors. We first give a brief introduction to CFs as a versatile building block for preparation of mutil-fountional materials and the current status of research studies on CFs. This is followed by addressing some crucial methods of preparation of CFs. We then summarize multiple possibilities of functionalising CFs, an evaluation of some key applications of CFs in the areas of flexible biosensors was also carried out.

Raw camel milk is generally contaminated with varied microbiota, including antibiotic–resistant bacteria (ARB), that can act as a potential pathway for the spread of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs). In this study, high–throughput quantitative PCR and 16S rRNA gene–based Illumine sequencing data were used to establish a comprehensive understanding of the antibiotic resistome and its relationship with the bacterial community in Bactrian camel milk from Xinjiang. A total of 136 ARGs and up to 1.33 × 108 total ARG copies per gram were identified, which predominantly encode resistance to β–lactamas and multidrugs. The ARGs' profiles were mainly explained by interactions between the bacteria community and physicochemical indicators (77.9%). Network analysis suggested that most ARGs exhibited co–occurrence with Corynebacterium, Leuconostoc and MGEs. Overall, raw camel milk serves as a reservoir for ARGs, which may aggravate the spread of ARGs through vertical and horizontal gene transfer in the food chain. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To enrich the flavor compounds and retain the content of polyphenolics in grape juice (GJ) under long-term storage, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lacticaseibacillus casei, and Lacticaseibacillus paracasei, were screened and the optimal fermentation conditions were determined as fermentation temperature of 41.2 °C for 24 h with an initial LAB density of 8.5 × 106 CFU/mL. Surprisingly, the retention rates of TPC still remained at 50% after storage for 45 days at 4 °C. Moreover, 251 different metabolites were identified, include 23 polyphenolics, 11 saccharides, and 9 organic acids. Most importantly, the total content of polyphenolics reserved was 92.65% at the end of fermentation. Among them, ephedrannin A content significantly decreased; however, 2′,6′-Di-O-acetylononin gradually increased with the fermentation time, which resulted in FGJ maintaining excellent bioactivity. Meanwhile, organic acid content (palmitoylethanolamide, tetraacetylethylenediamine) increased with saccharides (linamarin) decreasing, which leads to FGJ having a unique taste. Furthermore, a total of 85 Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were identified, mainly including esters, aldehydes, and alcohols. To overcome the fruit's perishability, mulberry wine has been developed as a method of preservation. However, dynamic changes in metabolites during mulberry wine fermentation have not been reported yet. In the present investigation, UHPLC-QE-MS/MS coupled with multivariate statistical analyses was employed to scrutinize the metabolic profiles, particularly the flavonoid profiles, throughout the process of vinification. In general, the major differential metabolites encompassed organic heterocyclic compounds, amino acids, phenylpropanoids, aromatic compounds, and carbohydrates. The contents of total sugar and alcohol play a primary role that drove the composition of amino acids, polyphenol, aromatic compound, and organic acid metabolites based on the Mantel test. Importantly, among the flavonoids, abundant in mulberry fruit, luteolin, luteolin-7-O-glucoside, (−)-epiafzelechin, eriodictyol, kaempferol, and quercetin were identified as the differential metabolic markers during blackberry wine fermentation and ripening. Flavonoid, flavone and flavonol biosynthesis were also identified to be the major metabolic pathways of flavonoids in 96 metabolic pathways. Aiming at the problem that traditional human motion pose estimation methods cannot accurately capture and estimate the movement changes of children dancers, a hierarchical dance pose estimation method for children based on sequence multiscale feature fusion representation is proposed. By comparing the pose feature extraction algorithm with the actual recognition effect, the recognition rates of the dancer's upper body, infiltration, and whole body have increased by 14.2, 10.6, and 12.6, respectively. The experimental results show that the proposed pose estimation algorithm achieves good pose estimation results on both the standard human pose estimation dataset and the self-built dance dataset. Excessive antibiotic residues in food can cause detrimental effects on human health. The establishment of rapid, sensitive, selective, and reliable methods for the detection of antibiotics is highly in demand. With the inherent advantages of high sensitivity, rapid analysis time, and facile miniaturization, the electrochemical sensors have great potential in the detection of antibiotics. The electrochemical platforms comprising carbon nanomaterials (CNMs) have been proposed to detect antibiotic residues. Notably, with the introduction of functional CNMs, the performance of electrochemical sensors can be bolstered. This review first presents the significance of functional CNMs in the detection of antibiotics. Subsequently, we provide an overview of the applications for detection by enhancing the electrochemical behaviour of the antibiotic, as well as a brief overview of the application of recognition elements to detect antibiotics. At the same time, how to effectively use video teaching to improve aesthetic ability, effectively summarize online and offline resources to enhance educational efficiency, and make arrangements to strengthen the network. In this paper, we studied a semidiscrete coupled equation, which is integrable in the sense of admitting Lax representations. Proposed first by Vakhnenko in 2006, local conservation laws and one-fold Darboux transformation were presented with different forms, respectively, in O. O. Vakhnenko, J. Phys. Soc. On the basis of these results, we principally construct N -fold Darboux transformation by means of researching gauge transformation of its Lax pair, and work out its explicit multisolutions. To investigate the influences of aryl hydrocarbon (AHR), cytochrome P450 (CYP1A1), epoxide hydrolase 1 (EPHX1), and glutathione S-transferase P1 (GSTP1) genetic polymorphisms on small-for-gestational-age (SGA) infants. This nested case-control study (126 cases and 381 controls) was based on a prospective cohort study in Shanxi Province, China. We collected the general information of subjects using questionnaire and identified their single nucleotide polymorphisms by the MassARRAY genotyping platform. The polymorphisms of CYP1A1 (rs4646421 and rs4646903) and EPHX1 (rs1051740) were significantly associated with SGA. Neonates of women with EPHX1 (rs1051740) and GSTP1 (rs1695) variant alleles were at a significantly increased risk of SGA compared with the reference group (OR = 5.26; 95% CI, 1.08–25.66), as were neonates of women with CYP1A1 (rs4646903) and EPHX1 (rs1051740) variant alleles (OR = 7.11; 95% CI, 1.55–32.62). The results of strata analysis by AHR (rs2282883 and rs17137566) showed that the associations between the polymorphisms of CYP1A1 (rs4646421 and rs4646903) EPHX1 (rs1051740), GSTP1 (rs1695) and SGA were of significance in women with variant heterozygous or homozygous genotype. CYP1A1 (rs4646421 and rs4646903), EPHX1 (rs1051740), and GSTP1 (rs1695) genetic variances might increase the risk of SGA.
