Extreme poverty has become a global issue,and several studies indicate its relationship with disability. So far, there has been limited studies related to extreme poverty in Indonesia. Moreover, spesific segments, such as extreme poverty in persons with disabilities, are increasingly challenging to find. This study examines the effect of disability and other control variables on extreme poverty in Indonesia. The data is derived from the 2020 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas), which surveyed 1,258,328 individuals. The data was processed using STATA 17 software. The method used in this study is logistic regression by observing disability as the primary independent variable and other socio-demographic variables as control variables. Our analysis show that disability has a positive and significant relationship with extreme poverty. Control variables such as residence area, age group, sex, education, number of household members, marital status, and employment sector also play a role in influencing extreme individual poverty. These findings are expected to be able to enrich literature related to disability and extreme poverty in Indonesia as well as to provide input for the government in efforts to eradicate extreme poverty by paying attention to vulnerable groups,especially persons with disabilities.

The porang plant is a tuber-producing plant developed because it can increase farmers' income. Sunlight intensity and the growing environment are essential factors that affect the growth and yield of porang plants. The research aims to get the best shade, planting media formulation, and their interaction for the development and outcome of porang plants. This study applied a randomized group design with the factorial pattern. The first factor is 50%, 70%, and 90% shade. The second factor of planting media formulation is soil or control (100%), soil (50%) + rice husk (16.7%) + coffee husk (16.7%) + manure (16.7%), soil (33.3%) + rice husk (33.3%) + waste (33.3%), soil (66.7%) + coffee husk (16.7%) + rice husk 16.7%). The results showed that 90% shading and planting media formulation of soil (33.3%) + rice husk (33.3%) + manure (33.3%) produced the highest growth (plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter) and porang yield (tuber weight).

Sorgum merupakan tanaman yang memiliki banyak manfaat, seperti pangan, pakan, pupuk organik, dan herbisida. Tanaman sorgum berpotensi untuk dikembangkan pada lahan suboptimal seperti lahan rawa. Cekaman air (kelebihan air) dan ketersediaan hara yang rendah pada lahan Histosols merupakan kendala budidaya sorgum yang baik. Penelitian teknologi budidaya jenuh air dengan menerapkan tinggi muka air dan tinggi bedengan pada tanaman sorgum belum dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan tinggi muka air dan tinggi bedengan yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sorgum di lahan rawa. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2020 sampai Maret 2021 di lahan percobaan Jurusan Budidaya Pertanian, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Bengkulu. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor, yaitu tinggi muka air (5 cm dan 10 cm) dan tinggi bedengan (20 cm, 25 cm, 30 cm, dan 35 cm). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tinggi muka air 10 cm menghasilkan jumlah daun, berat biji.tanaman-1, dan berat biji.ha-1 tertinggi. Bedengan dengan ketinggian 35 cm memperoleh jumlah daun, berat biji.tanaman-1, dan berat biji.ha-1 tertinggi. Interaksi antara ketinggian air 10 cm dan tinggi bedengan 35 cm menghasilkan tertinggi pada tinggi tanaman, panjang daun, lebar daun, luas daun, diameter batang, panjang malai, dan berat malai.tanaman-1.

This study aims to uncover the direct and indirect effects of Islamic work ethics (IWE) on prosocial voice behavior in the education sector in Indonesia. Organizational identification has also been investigated extensively as a mediator and moderator of the relationship between IWE and prosocial voice. Self-rated questionnaires were distributed to teaching staff at various universities, and 271 participants were selected for analysis and hypothesis testing. The PLS-SEM results confirmed that IWE positively affect organizational identification and prosocial voice. It was also confirmed that organizational identification acts as a mediator and effective moderator of the relationship between IWE and prosocial voice. This study adds to the knowledge of IWE literature by examining its role in developing organizational identity and prosocial voice. Furthermore, this study offers new insight by exploring the multi-role of organizational identification in the proposed model.

The application of a wed-based liquid organic fertilizer can increase the production of black soybeans (Glycine Max L. Merril). The study aimed to identify the best source and dose of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) for black soybean growth and yield. The researchers used a three-times-repeated Completely Randomized Design (CRD) using a factorial layout. The first factor was the source of LOF, which included Siam weed (Chromolaena odorata, L.), Goat weed (Ageratum conyzoides L.), and yellow creeping daisy (Wedelia trilobata L.). The second factor was the concentration of weed-based LOF, consisted of water (control treatment); 12 ml/L; 16 ml/L; 20 ml/L. The results of the study show, weed-based LOF, namely LOF Yellow creeping daisy, Goat weed, and Siam weed, resulted in no significant difference in the growth and yield of the black soybean. Except for the variables of root fresh weight and number of pods per plant, the variation in concentration of weed-based liquid organic fertilizer had no significant effect on plant growth and yield.

This study analyzes the effect of the work environment, work-life balance, and burnout on employee performance at PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU-VI Balongan. Using an explanatory survey method, this research involved 62 respondents. The analysis results indicate that the work environment and work-life balance significantly affect employee performance, while burnout does not have a significant effect. The study also found that these three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Recommendations for PT. Pertamina RU-VI Balongan include improving the quality of the work environment, maintaining work-life balance, and monitoring and managing employee burnout levels to enhance overall performance. This research aims to find out the state's obligation in organizing occupancy lost due to land destruction. The form of this research is normative juridical with a statute approach and case approach. The type of research used is descriptive research and the data used is secondary data which is then All data obtained is collected and analyzed normatively qualitative. The results showed that the impact of the loss of land was that the community lost their shelter. Shelter is a basic right of all citizens, especially those affected by the disaster. The state is responsible for the fulfillment of the basic rights of the community, namely organizing and providing housing / shelter that is feasible and safe from disasters. Soybean cultivation in Ultisols is constrained by low soil pH and soil fertility levels. Dolomite and NPK fertilization are used to improve soil quality. The goal of this study was to find the best amounts of Dolomite and NPK fertilizer for black soybean growth and yield on Ultisols and how Dolomite and NPK fertilizers affect each other on Ultisols. This study used a completely random design (CRD) 2 factors and 3 replicates. The first factor was Dolomite with four levels: A1 = 0 ton/ha (control), A1 = 0.5 x Al-dd, A2 = 1 x Al-dd, and A3 = 1.5 x Al-dd. The second factor was NPK fertilizer with four levels: N0 = 0 kg/ha (Control), N1 = Urea 25 kg/ha, TSP 100 kg/ha, KCL 80 kg/ha, N2 = Urea 50 kg/ha, TSP 125 kg/ha, KCL 100 kg/ha, and N3 = Urea 75 kg/ha, TSP 150 kg/ha, KCL 120 kg/ha. The collected data were statistically analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at the 5% F level test. Research results show: 1) There is no interaction of single dose of dolomite and NPK on growth and yield of soybean Detam 4 2) Dolomite dose 1.5 times Al-dd gave the best effect on plant height and number of leaves 7 WAT and weight of 100 seeds, 3) There was no significant effect of giving NPK on soybean growth and yield except for the number of leaves 2 WAP.

The low area for soybean plantation is still a major problem in meeting soybean needs. One of the efforts to increase national soybean production is by expanding the planting area by utilizing the sandy soil area that is still not used for soybean cultivation. This research was conducted from September-November 2020 in a greenhouse of the Agronomy Laboratory, Bengkulu University. This study aims to obtain the best dose of urea and vermicompost for the growth and yield of soybean in sandy soil. The research design used a completely randomized block design with two factors and 3 replications. The first factor was the dose of urea consisting of four levels, namely U0 = 0 kg ha-1, U1 = 50 kg ha-1, U2 = 100 kg ha-1, and U3 = 150 kg ha-1. The second factor was the dose of vermicompost, namely K0 = 0 ton ha-1, K1 = 5 tons ha-1, K2 = 10 ton ha-1, and K3 = 15 ton ha-1. The measured variables were the plant growth and the yield. Soil and vermicompost analyses were carried out before the study. The results showed that there was an interaction between the vermicompost and the urea dosages. The 100 kg ha-1 urea and the 10 ton ha-1 vermicompost treatment gave the highest plant height. The 150 kg ha-1 urea dan the 15 ton ha-1 vermicompost treatment formed the most number of branches. The highest soybean yield was given by 15 ton ha-1 vermicompost and 50 kg ha-1 urea to the total pod and the seed weight. Keywords: sandy soil, soybean, urea, vermicompost

This paper investigates factors contributing to extreme poverty among female-headed households in Indonesia, with a specific focus on the impact of disabilities. Analyzing data from the 2021 National Socio-Economic Survey, this research combined both principal component and path analysis to uncover the link between poverty dimensions (isolation, physical weakness, powerlessness, and vulnerability) and extreme poverty. The study revealed that various dimensions influence extreme poverty, and the presence of disabilities within a household exacerbates the risk of extreme poverty and can alter the significance of initially insignificant variables. Background. The double product (DP) acts as an index for myocardial oxygen demand, derived from the multiplication of systolic blood pressure (SBP) and pulse rate (PR). This research aimed to explore the association between high myocardial oxygen demand and extended hospital stays among acute ischemic stroke patients in Indonesia. Methods. This study was a retrospective cohort study carried out from January 2022 to December 2022 at a regional referral hospital located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Participants were chosen consecutively until the necessary sample size was achieved. Information extracted from medical records encompassed baseline sociodemographic and clinical variables. Univariate and bivariate analyses were performed, along with multivariate analysis utilizing Cox proportional hazards, to determine the correlation between elevated myocardial oxygen demand index and length of hospital stay (LOS). Results. A total of 366 patients were included, with a mean age of 60.05 ± 10.41 years, and 60.4% were male. The mean length of hospital stay was 3.4 ± 3.55 days. Bivariate analysis revealed a significant association between high myocardial oxygen demand index (RR 3.184, 95% CI 1.097-9.258, p=0.028), sepsis (RR 1.942, 95% CI 1.024-4.145, p=0.045), and severe anemia (RR 2.610, 95% CI 1.291-1.465, p=0.036) with prolonged length of stay. Multivariate analysis demonstrated that the high myocardial oxygen demand group had a significantly higher association with prolonged length of stay compared to the normal-to-low myocardial oxygen demand group (RR 2.116, 95% CI, p=0.035) after controlling for sepsis and severe anemia variables. Conclusions. The High Myocardial Oxygen Demand Index is significantly correlated with extended length of stay among patients with acute ischemic stroke, both before and after adjusting for other potential covariates that could impact treatment duration in such patients. Kacang tanah merupakan salah satu tanaman pangan penting di Indonesia dan mempunyai peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional, mengingat fungsinya yang multiguna, sebagai sumber pangan, pakan, dan bahan baku industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai dan mendapatkan dosis pupuk P dan K yang tepat untuk perbaikan tanaman kacang tanah di tanah Ultisol. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Ratu Samban Arga Makmur Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara pada bulan Desember 2018 sampai Maret 2019. Bahan penelitian yang digunakan adalah benih kacang tanah varietas Talam, pupuk organik, pupuk TSP, KCl, Urea dan tanah Ultisol. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok pola faktorial dua faktor. Faktor pertama perlakuan pupuk P berasal dari TSP terdiri atas empat taraf yaitu 3 g tan-1, 4 g tan-1, 5 g tan-1, dan kontrol. Faktor kedua perlakuan pupuk K berasal dari KCl terdiri atas empat taraf yaitu 3 g tan-1, 4 g tan-1, 5 g tan-1, dan kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan TSP 4 g tan-1 menghasilkan komponen vegetatif dan generatif kacang tanah terbaik. Pada perlakuan kalium tidak terdapat perbedaan yang nyata terhadap semua variabel pengamatan, namun terdapat kecenderungan, perlakuan pupuk KCl 4 g tan-1 menghasilkan komponen generatif yang lebih baik. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara phosfor dan kalium yang nyata terhadap semua variabel pengamatan kacang tanah. Kata kunci : kacang tanah, phosfor, kalium, Ultisol.

Bipartite negotiations are an effort to resolve disputes that the parties must take in advance, as mandated in Article 3 of Law Number 2 of 2004. Suppose there is an agreement in bipartite negotiations. In that case, these agreements are written into a collective contract that is then registered with an industrial relations court to obtain a registration certificate. However, collective agreements that have been agreed upon and registered and have executorial legal force are still being sued by one of the court parties. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview and analyze the concept of procedural law regarding the implementation of collective agreements with legal certainty in terminating employment in Indonesia. This research is legal research using a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and a case approach—the collection of material through the literature study method, with primary and secondary legal materials. Furthermore, the traditional fabric is studied and analyzed by the approaches used in this study to answer legal issues in this study. In this article, the author offers 2 (two) procedural law concepts regarding the implementation of collective agreements. First, a lawsuit for disputes that have been resolved through a cooperative agreement may not be accepted by the court, and the judge does not need to process the case further. Still, a file research process is sufficient to explore the main problem of the parties, if the problem is related to one of the parties breaking the promise by referring to the recorded evidence issued by the same court, the Panel of Judges is sufficient to hold a deliberation and only determine with a single judge that the case has been resolved and choose the order for execution. The second concept is that the lawsuit is still being processed. Still, it is only continued until the interim decision stage if, at the initial examination stage, it is known that the dispute has been resolved through a collective agreement. This is far more effective, efficient and fair, and provides legal certainty for the parties.

Potential yield eggplant crop cultivation can be increased by fertilizing them. Based organic fertilizer liquid organic fertilizer made from medicinal plants is an alternative that should be considered in the future of agriculture. This study aimed to get information that there are certain herbs or a combination of the best as materials for liquid organic fertilizer. Research conducted at the Faculty of Agriculture University of Ratu Samban Bengkulu Utara from November 2016 to February 2017. Research Methods Randomized Design of the single factors with four replications. The treatments are made from medicinal plants liquid organic fertilizer consists Control (G0), liquid organic fertilizer Tithonia diversifolia (G1), Tridax procumben (G2), Ageratum conyzoides (G3), T. diversifolia + T. procumben (G4), T. diversifolia + T. procumben + A. conyzoides (G5),T. procumben + A. conyzoides (G6), and T. diversifolia + A. conyzoides (G7). The results showed that: 1) the treatment of liquid organic fertilizer made from medicinal plants significantly affected the variables plant height, number of pieces, and the eggplant fruit weight. 2) treatment liquid organic fertilizer Tithonia diversifolia + Tridax procumben + Ageratum conyzoides (G5) produced the highest fruit weight when compared to controls. 3) generally made from medicinal weeds liquid organic fertilizer treatment is always generating growth and yield better eggplant.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that become a stressor to stress the work and employee performance and to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance. This research was conducted on the employee group III at 5 (five) units which are under Sekretariatan General of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The analytical method used path analysis using SEM analysis tools SmartPLS. The sample used in the study amounted to 150 respondents. The results showed that the lack of authority in order to carry out the responsibilities of being a major factor in generating stress (stressors) whereas the difficulty to get along with superiors, they cause work stress. While taking risks and thinking hard to always be able to work with either a major factor in improving employee performance. Stressor in the office of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance significantly positive effect on employee stress, while in the office of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance stressor does not significantly affect the employee performance and job stress did not significantly affect performance.

Soybean development in mineral soils of tidal land is hindered by aluminum toxicity. Modification of growing environment and the use of tolerant variety are feasible alternatives. The experiment was conducted with several objectives (1) to identify growth and yield of black soybean at depths of water table, (2) to identify growth and yield of black soybean as effected by application of ameliorants, (3) to identify growth and yield of black soybean, (4) to identify interaction between depth of water table, type of ameliorant, and black soybean variety. It also used mineral soils with watershed B type of tidal land in South Sumatera on May to August 2014. Factors investigated were depth of water table (10 and 20 cm), (Tanggamus – as control, Cikuray, Ceneng) and ameliorant type (river water, peaty mineral soil water, and high-tide water). These factors were arranged in a Split-plot Design. The results demonstrated that, for growing black soybean, soils with water table depth of 20 cm was better than those of 10 cm, peaty mineral soil water ameliorant was better than river water or high-tide water ameliorant, Ceneng produced higher yield, but not to those of Cikuray. There was no interaction between surface water depth, ameliorant and variety.

Seventy percent of Indonesia's soybean demands and consumption are met from imports, and therefore, it is necessary to increase its local production. This study assessed the effects of harmonic frequency and sound intensity levels on the opening of stomata, the growth and yield of soybean. Experiments were conducted in a split plot design, with frequency harmony (F4: 4 kHz, F8: 8 kHz, F12: 12 kHz) being the main plots and sound intensity (A50: 50 decibels (dB), A80: 80 dB and A110: 110 dB) used as sub plots. The results showed there was no significant effect of frequency and intensity on the measured response (stomata opening). However, if they were compared with those at 0 frequency and 0 intensity, the stomata openings were significantly different based on t-test at p = 0.05. This means the opening of stomata was affected by resonance. In general, the sound level pressure attempted in the range of 50-110 dB had no effect on the width of stomata opening, but it affected to the growth and yield of soybean. The best growth of the leaf area and relative growth rate were in the presence of sound waves at a frequency of 4 kHz. Likewise, the best result of the average fresh weight of seed, dry weight of seed and harvest index were at a frequency of 4 kHz sound waves. The leaf area, seeds fresh and dry weight, and harvest index were also significantly highest at sound intensity of 50 dB. Therefore, to improve the productivity of soybean plants, exposure at a frequency of 4 kHz and sound intensity of 50 dB, followed by an application of leaf fertiliser according to recommended dosage is the best combination of treatment in growing soybean in Indonesia. The Tohoku region of Japan is geologically diverse, with a long agriculture and mining history; however, little information about the origins and distribution mechanisms of elements in this region has been reported. This study aims to provide fundamental insights into the effects of geological features and anthropogenic activities on various elements, including toxic elements and rare-earth elements (REEs), in the Tohoku region. A geochemical database (2007, AIST) consisting of data for 53 elements in 485 river sediment samples from the region was used, and a data-driven method combining principal component analysis (PCA) was applied for analysis. GBs for numerous types of areas, including general areas (GGB), natural environments (NGB), high anthropogenic-influenced areas (AGB) and mineralised areas (MGB) were established; especially, MGB was newly proposed in this study to illuminate the role of ore deposits. Both PCA and GBs comparison results show that geological features (especially igneous rock distribution) were the most important factor affecting elemental distribution, rather than anthropogenic activities. In the PCA, the first principal component showed that REE resources were commonly associated with the distribution of granitic rocks and REE-bearing minerals. Anthropogenic contaminations from mining, urban, and anthropogenic areas played important roles as the origin of some toxic elements (e.g. Ni, Pb, Sb). Comparisons between these GBs effectively elucidated the enrichment of certain toxic elements (e.g., Hg, Sb) in ore deposit areas. This data-driven study not only clarified the origins of toxic elements, but also revealed the location of potential REE mineral resources in the Tohoku region. • Numerous GBs of Tohoku region were established based on geochemical information. • Elements origins and distribution were studied through data-driven PCA and GBs. • Geological features highly influence both REEs and toxic elements distributions. • Ore deposit and mining activities contributed to certain toxic elements enrichment.
