[EN] The Church of St. Nicholas was built in the city of Nyrob (Northern part of Perm's Territory) in 1704 and was consecrated in 1705. It was as a result of the founding of the Romanov dynasty in 1613, following the "Time of Troubles", that the grave of Mikhail Nikitich Romanov became a venerated site with two churches dedicated to the Epiphany and to St. Nicholas. This Orthodox Church is a remarkable example of florid ornamentation in church design, highlighting its five onion domes. The apse extends from the east facade with a small dome to indicate the altar. The church’s interior suffered damages in the soviet period. This monument is one of the sites and ensembles being studied in the European project PROMETHEUS “Horizon 2020 PROtocols for information Models librariEs Tested on Heritage of Upper Kama Sites”. This project aims to document and structure information on the monumental religious complexes of the Upper Kama. The objectives of this research are: to carry out a study of the church and its surroundings from a historical point of view; to analyse the building constructively; to analyse its pathologies; and finally, to propose a series of interventions that will contribute to improve the state of conservation of the monument. Complementarily, and from a graphical point of view, the volumes of the monument have been studied, to determine the architectural bodies and elements that constitute it. In addition, the way they work, and the possible influence of these elements on the process of degradation have also been evaluated., [ES] La iglesia de San Nicolás fue construida en la ciudad de Nyrob (área norte del Territorio de Perm) en 1704, y fue consagrada en 1705. Los objetivos de este trabajo son: llevar a cabo un estudio de la iglesia y su entorno desde el punto de vista histórico; analizar el edificio constructivamente; analizar sus patologías; y finalmente, proponer una serie de intervenciones que contribuyan a mejorar el estado de conservación del monumento. De forma complementaria, y desde el punto de vista gráfico, se ha estudiado la volumetría del monumento, determinando los cuerpos y elementos arquitectónicos que la constituyen. También se ha evaluado su forma de trabajo, y la posible influencia de estos elementos en el proceso de degradación.

[EN] The object of this work is to create a project from scratch where all the skills related to construction and design are developed. The edification typology is typical from the Mediterraneo, divided in courtyards where the ventilation is one of the main things. The Monasteries house is situated in a residential area, in the municipality of Puzol. The plot is in an elevated position which descends from the hillside to the sea. Occupies a total surface of 1399 m2. Lies on the east with Espartar Street and in the south with Penyes de Guaita. The other two parts border on two different sites.

Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (Lithuania), [ES] Este TFG detalla la construcción de un edificio de uso residencial y comercial en Vilnius (Lituania). El edificio está situado en la calle 12 Konarskis y el proyecto consta de 9 pisos, 8 plantas más una planta ático, y tres secciones de bloques de apartamentos. El terreno es irregular, por lo tanto dos de los bloques se encuentran en el nivel 0,00, pero uno de ellas comienza en el nivel 0,36. La dirección catrastral del edificio es 0101/0055: 34, Vilnius KV. La primera planta está destinada a uso de local comercial. Los pisos de la segunda a la novena planta están adaptados para uso residencial. Hay cuatro apartamentos en cada piso, por lo que el edificio tiene un total de 90 apartamentos. Se incluye también un ascensor para cada sección del edificio., [EN] This bachelor's thesis details the construction of a building for residential and commercial use in Vilnius (Lithuania). The building is located at 12 Konarskis Street and the project consists of 9 floors, 8 floors + attic floor, and three sections of apartment blocks. The plot is irregular so two of the blocks are in level 0.00 but one of them is in level 0.36. The building address is catrastral 0101/0055: 34, Vilnius KV. The first floor is destined to commercial space. The floors from second to the ninth floor are adapted for residential use. There are four apartments in each floor that makes a total of 90 apartments. Due to the absence of an underground floor, the parking space has been built inside of the plot. The total of parking places is 90 for residential use and 10 destined to the commercial area. The average height of the building from the top of the parapet is 29.60 m. Parking spaces for future residents are addressed within the plot and some of them are less than 300 m distance from the building. It is a residential building designed in a quiet and comfortable place, at a strategical and convenient distance from the city centre and other parts of the city. Inside, the building is communicated vertically by stairs enclosed in a reinforced concrete box to provide stability to the whole. It includes one elevator for each section of the building.

This study goes into the new conceptualization of value creation and focuses on the need to generate knowledge in the development of Servitization strategies (Baines et al., 2016a; Vandermerwe & Rada, 1989), as well as on the need to adapt and extend this strategy to other sectors apart from manufacturing. The planned activities and its developed dimensions decided for this new production hall and office building were based on its significant influence on the demand for space technology to be placed inside it. The design of the hall space was strictly planned to follow the noise sound-proof isolation, in first place, so that it could cope with the double function it was built for, both administrative and work atmosphere for the offices and the manufacturing and warehousing for the industrial shed.

This dissertation is part of the final examination for the Bachelor of Architectural Technology and Construction Management Education. The project is proposed as an overall reflection of temporary settlements to resolve the problem of people displaced by situations resulting from natural disasters, armed conflict or otherwise trigger a forced relocation of a large group of people. Nevertheless we used a particular case, a situation of political exile to do it more real. Obtain information has not been too easy; if it considers that the place was going to be temporary. [EN] Academic exchanges. VIA University College (Horsens, Dinamarca). This Bachelor's Thesis analyses the building process of a complex multi-storey building (dwellings and office). The building should contain two room apartments. The area of the apartment should be around 90 m2 gross. The ground floor should be divided in two parts: entrance of people in the dwelling, and office. The basement should be divided in: office (file rooms), and dwelling (storage rooms). As minimum an apartment should contain: hall with built-in wardrobe, fitted kitchen with all modern facilities (dishwasher, cupboards/worktop space), living room with flexible furniture plan and access to the kitchen, two bedrooms for 2 people each of them, with fitted cupboard for clothes, bed line, etc., flexible furniture plan, bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower cabin. Cupboard toilet for articles. Considerations should be made for possible placement of washing machine/dryer. Every storey is divided into two separate apartments. Every flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The apartments are made according to the regulations concerning design, layout and fitting out of buildings. The design and fitting out of the dwelling, and the size and layout of individual rooms, must be such that both the dwelling as a whole and the individual rooms are adequate for their intended use (BR 1O 3.3.1. In addition to habitable rooms, a dwelling must have a kitchen, bathroom and lavatory (BR 08 3.3.1.(2)). This work is carried out within the Erasmus Program, in collaboration with the research project of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University on Healthy House and Safety Decision Support System with Augmented Reality. In collaboration with the host university (UPV) a virtual tour of a dwelling is developed, in which the problems under study (mould and damp, excess cold, excess heat and radon) will be integrated through pictures, and also recommendations where all the information needed to solve the problem is obtained. The ultimate goal is to create the interactive tool "Virtual Tour" in which will be included the recommendations program, being provided access to this information to all users. The recommendations will have technical/constructive character but also devoted to the regular user, to the actions that he should do to improve the quality of the house. A healthy home, a free from disease and comfortable medium will be achieved. It will reduce or eliminate sources of diseases caused by housing problems. El objetivo final es crear una herramienta interactiva “Virtual Tour” en la que se incluye un programa de recomendaciones y se proporciona acceso a esta información a todos los usuarios. The main objective of this work is to achieve a healthy environment, preventing future diseases which could reach the house, because of damages on them, and users well informed about all this possible and future problems. [EN] Academic exchanges. School of Business and Engineering in Hógskolan I Halmstad, Halmstad (Sweden). The designed building is a motel, not a fancy hotel, just a place where the people can stay and pass a comfortable night. This idea comes from the location of the plot, really close to the train central station (around 200 meters) and to the Port of Halmstad (800-1000m). This motel has been designed with:48 rooms with their respective bathrooms, hall and corridors, stairs and lift, reception, office, room for employees with its own bathroom, cafe hall with tables, couches and TV, 2 toilets, next to the reception desk, cleaning room and Storage room, to keep all the cleaning stuff, engine room, 2 emergency steel staircases. All the rooms for guests in the building are quite similar. I decided not to include a bar or restaurant because there is a restaurant called PÁ GAFFELN AB only 2 minutes walk from the motel. Also a car park will be built with 88 spots, enough for all the guests who could be at the same time in this motel. But this project is focused in the building. The façade will be made of bricks, this way the building will have an appearance similar to the surrounding buildings. The building has been designed in accordance with the buildings regulations of Halmstad that City Hall's Architect told us, and according with Boverket's mandatory provisions and general recommendations on the application of European construction standards (Eurocodes). All of this is shown in the point 5.Boverket of this project. Finally, disable people will be able to access to any room, because the whole building complies with the accessibility standards., [ES] Intercambios académicos. El edificio diseñado es un motel, no un hotel de lujo, es, por tanto, simplemente un lugar donde la gente puede quedarse y pasar una noche agradable. La idea proviene de la ubicación de la parcela, muy cercana a la estación central de ferrocarril (unos 200 metros) y al puerto de Halmstad (800-1000m). También se diseña un aparcamiento con 88 plazas, suficientes para el máximo de huéspedes que puede albergar el motel. No obstante, este proyecto se centra en el edificio. A este respecto, la fachada estará hecha de ladrillos para que el edificio tenga una apariencia similar a los edificios circundantes. El edificio ha sido diseñado de acuerdo con las reglamentaciones sobre construcción vigentes en Halmstad tal como recomendó el arquitecto municipal, y de acuerdo con las disposiciones obligatorias de Boverket y las recomendaciones generales sobre la aplicación de las normas europeas de construcción (Eurocódigos). [EN] This Master of Science thesis is based on a research project on the implementation of Six Sigma within the Research Building Construction Industry. The case studies presented have been researched in Germany. Six Sigma consists in improving the projects mainly in terms of quality and also in terms of time management. According to the Six Sigma system, the goal is to detect the errors in those fields. This can consequently improve and optimise the projects, which have been already implemented with Six Sigma. Moreover, this system can also reduce the errors, and that means less work accidents and less extra money waste, by means of focusing on quality and time management. This system has already been implemented in different fields such as service, hospitality, finance, retail, automotive, media, manufacturing and in its first implementation in the year 1987, in the information technology industry by the company \Motorola". It is to be considered though that early delivery is not always profitable, owing to the possibility of a quality reduction in the final product of the project. For this reason, an equivalence must exist between time and quality. On the other hand, in the construction industry, every building is like a prototype for the automotive or information technology industry, and that means that improving time and quality in the Research Building Construction Industry can be quite difficult. However, this is not entirely the case, because the research of the Six Sigma implementation in that field demonstrates that Six Sigma is able to optimise and improve those common and specific projects in time and quality., [es ] Este Proyecto Final de Máster consiste en un proyecto de investigación relativo a la implementación de Six Sigma en la Investigación en gestión de la edificación. En el proyecto se presentan una serie de casos investigados en Alemania. La filosofía Six Sigma se fundamenta en mejorar los proyectos fundamentalmente en términos de calidad, pero también en términos de gestión del tiempo. De acuerdo con el sistema Six Sigma, el objetivo es detectar errores en estos campos, lo que, consecuentemente mejora y optimiza los proyectos que ya han sido implemetados con Six Sigma. Además, este sistema puede reducir los errores lo que se traduce en menos accidentes laborales y en ahorro de costes mediante un enfoque centrado en la calidad y la gestión del tiempo. Este sistema ya ha sido implantado en diferentes áreas: servicios, empresas hosteleras, finanzas, comercio al por menor, automoción, medios de comunicación, fabricación de productos, etc., y fue aplicado por vez primera en 1987 por Motorola a la industria de las tecnologías de la comunicación. Además, hay que considerar que la entrega de un producto en el plazo más corto posible no siempre es rentable, a causa de la posibilidad de una reducción de la calidad del producto final. Por este motivo, es necesario postular una correlación entre tiempo y calidad. Por otra parte, en la industria de la construcción, cada edificación es como un prototipo en la industria de la automoción o en la industria de las tecnologías de la información, y esto quiere decir que mejorar en Investigación en Gestión de la Edificación puede ser dificultoso. Sin embargo, no es enteramente así, ya que la investigación en este campo con la implementación Six Sigma es capaz de optimizar y mejorar proyectos comunes y específicos en cuanto a tiempo y calidad.

České Vysoké Učení Technické v Praze | Czech Technical University in Prague, [EN] This Bachelor’s Thesis is intent on building a single family house in Veleslavín, a district of Prague, part of Prague 6, situated in the west of the city. The chosen foundations, the structure, the installations of electricity, cold and hot water, heating system, and sanitation network are going to be studied in this project. Some plans will be done, like architectural plans and plans with dimensions of all the floors, plans with information about the structure, stakeout plans, sections and also constructive details of the single points of the house., [ES] El objetivo de este Trabajo Fin de Grado consiste en construir una vivienda unifamiliar en Veleslavín, dentro del área de Praga 6, a las afueras de Praga, capital de Bohemia y de la República Checa. En este trabajo se estudiarán la cimentación elegida, la estructura, las instalaciones de electricidad, agua fría caliente, calefacción y red de saneamiento. Se realizarán algunos planos, como planos arquitectónicos y planos de cotas de todas las plantas, planos con información sobre la estructura, planos de replanteos, secciones y detalles constructvos de los puntos singulars de las viviendas.

[EN] The development is based on the study and analysis of an office building located in Drongsesteenweg, Gent 9000. The building has 4 levels and basement. The structure is with prefabricated concrete, a very typical way to build in Belgium, only the basement was built in situ. Typology floor is hollow core slab, it is a prefabricated unidirectional floor. Stairs are prefabricated too, executed by a company specialized in this type works. To the facade they use two types of bricks, ceramic and concrete brick. Concrete has more resistance than ceramic, but last is cheaper. The columns as the rest of the structure are prefabricated concrete At first floor they combined steel structure to shape a cantilever, so get the first floor with glass. The cover is Green., [ES] El desarrollo del trabajo se basa en el estudio y análisis de un edificio de oficinas situado en C/ Drongsesteenweg, Gent 9000 El edificio consta de 4 alturas y sótano. La estructura está formada casi en su totalidad por hormigón armado prefabricado, una modalidad constructiva muy característica de Bélgica; únicamente se han realizado in situ los muros que forman parte del sótano. La tipología del forjado es losa alveolar, forjado prefabricado unidireccional. Las escaleras son de losa prefabricadas, ejecutadas por una empresa especializada en este tipo de trabajos. Para la ejecución de la envolvente se han combinado las piezas prefabricadas de hormigón, bloque de hormigón y bloque cerámico. Los so- portes como el resto de la estructura de hormigón armado prefabricado. En la primera planta se combina la utilización de estructura metálica para la ejecución de un voladizo, y la envolvente de toda la planta con vidrio. La cubierta es plana ajardinada.

The main goal of this final project is to learn about the way of construction in Spain. The construction site is situated in Alcoy at 114km from Valencia. The building categorized as "campus recreation area" includes the construction of an underground parking area with 250 parking spaces and recreational area for the campus, which includes gardens, a gym, an indoor sports hall, changing rooms, multipurpose space that can be used for summer school or other similar activities along with the urbanization of the environment, in what is known as the hill of La Beniata. The performance takes place at the area located behind the building Carbonell, right where the parking area was. This final project is about several subjects. First of all, every phase that happened to make the construction complete are explained. From these phases, one subject is picked to explain more detailed, namely the construction of the cellar. And, to involve the fact that the author is from Begium, a comparison between Belgium and Spain construction's methods is made, in order to reveal the differences.

Hazehogeschool Groningen (Netherlands), [ES] Este TFG trata sobre la creación de un nuevo espacio público en Groningen en el edificio Munnekeholm, antigua oficina de correos de la ciudad situada en el centro de la ciudad de Groningen (Países Bajos). El objetivo principal es darle un nuevo uso a la planta baja y al sótano del edificio lo que dará al edificio una nueva vida y proporcionará a la ciudad un nuevo espacio público para los ciudadanos de Groningen rentable, eficiente y atractivo. El plan es hacer una comparación de los métodos de reconstrucción de los diferentes países y combinarlos para obtener el mejor resultado posible. El proyecto se ha realizado teniendo en cuenta las nuevas técnicas y con materiales sostenibles para reducir al mínimo el impacto climático y hacer el edificio más eficiente. El proyecto consta de cinco capítulos. En primero explica las bases del proyecto . El segundo se refiere a las características del edificio (ubicación, historia y análisis del edificio y la ubicación) y especifica las diferentes propuestas para la intervención. El último capítulo contiene toda la información y los datos necesarios para la realización del proyecto. The main goal is to create a new use for the main floor and the basement of the building that will give the building a new life while providing the city with a new public space for the citizens of Groningen making it profitable, efficient and attractive. The plan is making a comparison of the rebuilding methods of the different countries and combining them to obtain the best result possible. The project will be carried out considering the new techniques and sustainable materials for minimizing the climate impact and make the building more energy efficient. The project consists of five chapters. First one explains the basis of the project. The second one deals with the characteristics of the building (location, history and analysis of the building and the location area) and specifies the different proposals for the Intervention. The final chapter contains all the information and data needed for the realization of the project. There are also two appendixes: appendix 1 is composed of technical drawings and details of the costs estimation and planning. Appendix 2 is a recompilation of additional information required for the project such as the technical sheets, the current regulations and the bibliographic references used.

Intercambios académicos. Halmstad University (Suecia)., [EN] The lot, where the hostel is designed, is located between Stuvaregatan and Styrmansgatan, near the Central Station of Halmstad. The hostel is at street Stationgatan. The lot, with an almost regular form, has a total surface of 15538 m2. The main idea is to build a hotel, like a youth hostel, which may be cheaper but without losing the amenities that could have a normal hotel, like a living room for reading and relaxation at the top floor. On the ground floor, apart from the reception, we have more rooms such as dining room, kitchen, toilets, perhaps a sauna, laundry room, (...). The other floors would be occupied by bedrooms, 2 or 3 floors, in rooms of 2, 4 and 6 people and we can extend them with additional beds. In the dining room we have several zones: one for breakfast, another area for lunch and dinner as a buffet. Each zone may have different areas depending on the type of food, an area with snacks, another area for vegetarian food, another area for fish, other meats area, and another area for special order food example for people with allergies...The toilets have the basics for people, a sink and a toilet, because every room has a full bathroom with sink, WC and shower or bath. The laundry room contains several washers and dryers to clean room clothing, sheets, towels and covers. Outside the hotel, it might be a cafe area with tables and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.

El objetivo de este proyecto es realizar la reforma y ampliación de una vivienda unifamiliar situada en el municipio de Bañugues en el Principado de Asturias. El proyecto consta de: memoria descriptiva y constructiva, planos de emplazamiento, distribución, cotas, alzados y secciones, estudio de la cimentación y estructura, al igual que de las instalaciones de saneamiento, fontanería, calefacción, electricidad, ventilación y telecomunicaciones, detalles constructivos de una sección , y estudio de seguridad y salud de forma grafica

The methodology proposed in this educational investigation is the case studies developed in three groups of students from different countries, who have had to work on similar projects using assisted design tools in combination with traditional techniques for models making. From the final results evaluation several statements can be affirmed: Ease and adaptability of this methodology to all students and countries whether they are digital native; integration advantages from the digital method and fast paper prototypes to avoid the continuity induced by the processes exclusively digitals and the inclusion of new methods for the generation and geometric control of shapes and complex spaces.
