Abstract Objective This study aimed to develop and validate the Salt Reduction Behavior Scale (SRBS) to measure the behavior of hypertensive Chinese individuals in adhering to salt reduction practices. Methods The SRBS was constructed based on the Health Belief Model, consisting of five constructs: knowledge, perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, and cues to action. Data were collected from 2,082 hypertensive patients in Beijing, China, who completed a questionnaire administered through an online platform. Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) test was used to assess the adequacy of the sample and the Bartlett’s test of sphericity to examine the factorability of the dataset. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was used to assess the structural validity and reliability of the SRBS. Results The KMO analysis yielded a notably elevated value of 0.95, indicating that the data was highly suitable for Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). Summary: Lung parenchyma destruction represents a severe condition commonly found in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Promoting lung regeneration is crucial for achieving clinical improvement. However, no therapeutic drugs are approved to improve the regeneration capacity due to incomplete understanding of the underlying pathogenic mechanisms. Here, we identify a positive feedback loop formed between adipose triglyceride lipase (ATGL)-mediated lipolysis and overexpression of CD36 specific to lung epithelial cells, contributing to disease progression. Genetic deletion of CD36 in lung epithelial cells and pharmacological inhibition of either ATGL or CD36 effectively reduce COPD pathogenesis and promote lung regeneration in mice. Mechanistically, disruption of the ATGL-CD36 loop rescues Z-DNA binding protein 1 (ZBP1)-induced cell necroptosis and restores WNT/β-catenin signaling. Thus, we uncover a crosstalk between lipolysis and lung epithelial cells, suggesting the regenerative potential for therapeutic intervention by targeting the ATGL-CD36-ZBP1 axis in COPD.

Abstract Background Early diagnosis of prostate cancer improves its prognosis, while it is essential to upgrade screening tools. This study aimed to explore the value of a novel functional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technique, namely amide proton transfer (APT)-weighted MRI, combined with serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels to differentiate malignant prostate lesions from benign prostate lesions. Methods Data of patients who underwent prostate examinations at Chongqing University Cancer Hospital between July 2019 and March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent T2-weighted imaging (T2WI), APT, diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), and dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) MRI. Two radiologists analyzed the images independently. The ability of the quantitative parameters alone or in different combinations in differentiating malignant prostate lesions from benign prostate lesions were compared by using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. According to the DeLong test, the combined parameters were significantly different from the corresponding single parameter (P 0.05). APTmax and APTmean had the high values of area under the ROC curve (AUC), which were 0.780 and 0.710, respectively. APTmax had a high sensitivity, and APTmean had a high specificity. The combination of APTmax, APTmean, ADCmean, and PSAD had the highest AUC value (AUC: 0.880, sensitivity: 86.540, specificity: 78.260). Conclusion APTmax, APTmean, ADCmean, ADCmin, tPAD, FPSA, and PSAD showed to have a high value in differentiating malignant prostate lesions from benign prostate lesions in the separate assessment of indexes. The combination of APTmax, APTmean, ADCmean, and PSAD had the highest diagnostic value.

Abstract The monthly and hourly climatology of Saharan dust layer height over the Atlantic, at a spatial resolution of ∼10 km, is obtained for the first time, via a passive remote sensing technique. The technique is applied to multiple years of Earth Polychromatic Imaging Camera (EPIC) data collected at the Lagrange‐1 point, generating a climate data record (CDR) of aerosol optical centroid height (AOCH). This CDR offers unprecedented spatial coverage and diurnal sampling compared to spaceborne lidars (CALIOP and CATS). Our results show high correspondence with CALIOP data in domain‐averaged monthly variations and with CATS data in diurnal variations, respectively. A principal component analysis (PCA) reveals the dominant role of dust transport in regulating AOCH variation, whereas the impact of the boundary layer is less significant. MERRA‐2 and satellite retrievals respectively display zero and 200–1,000 m of diurnal variation of AOCH, highlighting the uniqueness of EPIC AOCH CDR in constraining climate models.

Prostate cancer (PCa) is recognized as a common malignancy in male patients. The homeobox A cluster (HOXA) family members have been confirmed to be implicated in the development of several types of tumors. However, the expression pattern and prognostic values of HOXA genes in PCa have not been investigated. In this study, we analyzed TCGA datasets and identified six HOXA family members which showed a dysregulated expression in PCa specimens compared with nontumor specimens. We also explored the potential mechanisms involved in the dysregulation of HOXA family members in PCa, and the results of Pearson’s correlation revealed that most HOXA members were negatively related to the methylation degree. Moreover, we explored the prognostic values of HOXA family members and identified six survival-related HOXA members. Importantly, HOXA2, HOXA9, and HOXA10 were identified as critical PCa-related genes which were abnormally expressed in PCa and associated with clinical outcomes of PCa patients. Then, we explored the association between the above three genes and immune cell infiltration. We observed that the levels of HOXA2, HOXA9, and HOXA10 were associated with the levels of immune infiltration of several kinds of immune cells. Overall, our findings identified the potential values of the HOXA family for outcome prediction in PCa, which might facilitate personalized counselling and treatment in PCa.

Although satellite retrievals and data assimilation have progressed to where there is a good skill for monitoring maritime Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD), there remains uncertainty in achieving further degrees of freedom, such as distinguishing fine and coarse mode dominated species in maritime environments (e.g., coarse mode sea salt and dust versus fine mode terrestrial anthropogenic emissions, biomass burning, and maritime secondary production). For the years 2016 through 2019, we performed an analysis of 550 nm total AOD550, fine mode AOD (FAOD550; also known as FM AOD in the literature), coarse mode AOD (CAOD550), and fine mode fraction (η550) between Moderate Resolution Spectral Imaging Radiometer (MODIS) V6.1 MOD/MYD04 dark target aerosol retrievals and the International Cooperative for Aerosol Prediction (ICAP) core four multi-model consensus (C4C) of analyses/short term forecasts that assimilate total MODIS AOD550. Differences were adjudicated by the global shipboard Maritime Aerosol Network (MAN) and selected island AERONET sun photometer observations with the application of the spectral deconvolution algorithm (SDA). Through a series of conditional and regional analyses, we found divergence included regions of terrestrial influence and latitudinal dependencies in the remote oceans. Notably, MODIS and the C4C and its members, while having good correlations overall, have a persistent +0.04 to +0.02 biases relative to MAN and AERONET for typical AOD550 values (84th% < 0.28), with the C4C underestimating significant events thereafter. Second, high biases in AOD550 are largely associated with the attribution of the fine mode in satellites and models alike. Thus, both MODIS and C4C members are systematically overestimating AOD550 and FAOD550 but perform better in characterizing the CAOD550. Third, for MODIS, findings are consistent with previous reports of a high bias in the retrieved Ångström Exponent, and we diagnosed both the optical model and cloud masking as likely causal factors for the AOD550 and FAOD550 high bias, whereas for the C4C, it is likely from secondary overproduction and perhaps numerical diffusion. Fourth, while there is no wind-speed-dependent bias for surface winds −1, the C4C and MODIS AOD550s also overestimate CAOD550 and FAOD550, respectively, for wind speeds above 12 m/s. Finally, sampling bias inherent in MAN, as well as other circumstantial evidence, suggests biases in MODIS are likely even larger than what was diagnosed here. We conclude with a discussion on how MODIS and the C4C products have their own strengths and challenges for a given climate application and discuss needed research.

Background: The efficacy and safety of prostate SBRT in men with mCRPC is unknown. Materials and methods: A prospective cohort study was conducted with 125 men diagnosed with mCRPC. All patients received ADT plus chemotherapy. Patients were randomly assigned to receive daily prostate SBRT (36–48 Gy in 6–8 fractions). Patients who did not receive SBRT served as controls. Results: The primary endpoints were PFS and OS. After 89 months of total follow-up, the median PFS was 13.8 months in the SBRT group (n = 61) and 12.0 months in the control group (n = 64) (HR, 0.87; 95% CI, 0.61–1.24; P = 0.249). The OS was 25.7 months in the SBRT group and 23.8 months in the control group (HR, 0.93; 95% CI, 0.65–1.33; P = 0.230). A non-significant increase in the PSA response rate (50.8% vs. 43.7%) and time to PSA progression (8.3 months vs. 7.0 months) was observed in the SBRT group compared to the control group; however, the time to symptomatic progression was significantly prolonged in the SBRT group (11.3 months) compared to the control group (8.5 months) (HR, 0.76; 95% CI, 0.53–1.08; P = 0.019). There was an 11.5% incidence of radiation cystitis and radiation rectitis in the SBRT group, and the degree and incidence of hormone-related and chemotherapy-related adverse events were similar between the two groups. Conclusion: Adding prostate SBRT significantly prolonged the time to symptomatic progression and non-significantly prolonged PFS and OS among men with mCRPC compared to treatment with ADT plus chemotherapy alone.

When deposited on snow and ice, light absorbing impurities (LAIs) such as dust and black carbon (BC) reduce surface albedo and enhance melt. BC comes from incomplete combustion of fossil fuels and biomass. Local and regional sources of BC exist in High Mountain Asia, such as dry-dung burning for heat and fuel, which occurs in close proximity to snow and glaciers. Local dust or dust transported from the Indo-Gangetic Plain is also present. In the Ganges River Basin, meltwater is dominated by seasonal snow, yet relatively few observations of impurities in seasonal snow exist. To understand sources of impurities and their concentrations for seasonal snow on land, we evaluated multiple lines of evidence to scale up from ground-based measurements in the Dudh Koshi River Basin, a remote headwater basin within the Khumbu Region of Nepal. We obtained ground-based in-situ observations of refractory black carbon (rBC) measured by Single Particle Soot Photometer (SP2), including size distributions in snow on land. We interpreted these results in the context of concurrent Moderate Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) satellite observations and speciated aerosol optical depth derived from reanalysis products modeled with the Navy Aerosol Analysis Prediction System global aerosol model. We collected snow samples, mostly in the Gokyo Valley, at varying distances from local tea houses along a 2000 meters above sea level (m a.s.l.) elevation transect from 3250 to 5299 m a.s.l. rBC concentrations ranged from 3.9 to 76.8 μg-rBC/L-H2O. Although previous data do not exist at these lower elevations, our findings are higher than previous surface snow results at higher elevations in the nearby Khumbu Valley. In general, rBC concentrations were lower in fresh snow than aged snow; concurrent MODIS satellite observations of snow albedo also show smaller impacts from LAIs in visible wavelengths in fresh snow. In aged snow samples, rBC decreased with elevation, as did concurrent MODIS albedo observations. rBC-particle size distributions also shifted to a larger mode for aged snow samples. Results from the Navy Aerosol Analysis Prediction System model indicate anthropogenic and biogenic fine aerosols from biofuel (dry-dung burning) are the primary aerosol species in the atmosphere for the study period, at ∼thrice the concentration of dust and smoke.

Microbiology: A census of oral ecosystems A new resource for consolidating oral microbiome data will help researchers explore the relationship between these commensal communities and the health of their hosts. Numerous studies have highlighted apparent connections between alterations in the microbial communities within the human mouth and medical conditions including diabetes and cancer. A recent article from researchers led by Liao Ga at Sichuan University describes the launch of the Oral Microbiome Bank of China, an effort to study such connections by profiling specimens from individuals from across the country. The database currently houses detailed information on 289 bacterial strains and the samples from which they were obtained. The authors are now looking to analyze these data to gain insights into the structure and function of oral ecosystems, and to further expand this database as a resource for Chinese microbiome research.

Antarctica is often regarded as the most pristine continent on Earth. However, local human activity can be significant point sources of production of contaminants, as well as light absorbing aerosols, such as black carbon (BC). In May 2015, over the Austral fall season (at the beginning of the accumulation season), surface snow was sampled at eight sites along a 1.7 km transect extending from Palmer Station, Antarctica. Two additional sites were sampled on Biscoe Point 14 km from the station. Snow samples were analyzed for refractory black carbon (rBC) with a Single Particle Soot Photometer (SP2). rBC concentrations increased with proximity to the Palmer Station 1.2–16.5 μg-rBC/L-H2O (4.7 ± 4.9 μg-rBC/L-H2O) and were higher than other studies of rBC in snow, such as in the McMurdo Dry Valleys, Antarctica (MDV) and the Clean Air Sector of the South Pole Station (CAS-SP), except on the more remote Biscoe Island, 0.4–1.2 μg-rBC/L-H2O, which had similar background concentrations to the MDV and CAS-SP, 0.3–1.2 (0.6 ± 0.3 μg-rBC/L-H2O) and (0.14–0.80 μg-rBC/L-H2O), respectively. However, concentrations were lower than previous observations at South Pole Station downwind of the generator and long the runway (6.6–7000 μg-rBC/L-H2O). Palmer Station is located on the southwestern coast of Anvers Island which lies off the western coast of the Antarctic Peninsula at 64° 46′S, 64° 03′W. Comparison with the Navy Aerosol Analysis Prediction System (NAAPS) model show that wildfire smoke may have reached this region of the Antarctic continent during the time period of the deposition of this seasonal snow, suggesting the increase in rBC may be a combination of local combustion of fossil fuels and regional wildfires. Although significant increases in rBC concentrations are found within a km of Palmer Station, like the South Pole Station, rBC is limited to a few kms from the station. Additionally, these measurements of rBC, which may be the only BC measurements in snow on the Antarctic Peninsula, show that background levels are similar to other locations on the continent.

The marine cyanobacterium Prochlorococcus is a dominant photoautotroph in many oligotrophic Low-Nutrients-Low-Chlorophyll (LNLC) regions. While the chemical impact of aerosols upon interaction with surface seawater was documented in numerous studies, we show that Prochlorococcus cells are affected also by bio-aerosols (potentially biological agents in the dust/aerosols such as membrane-bound extracellular vesicles, small-size bacteria and/or viruses), resulting in lower surface seawater abundances in the oligotrophic Mediterranean Sea. We conducted experimental amendments of ‘live’ aerosol/dust particles and aerosol filtrates (Prochlorococcus cultures (MED4). Results show a significant decline in cell biomass (Prochlorococcus. Accordingly, the dominance of Synechococcus over Prochlorococcus throughout the surface Mediterranean Sea (observed mainly in spring when atmospheric aerosol levels are relatively high) and the lack of spatial westward gradient in Prochlorococcus biomass as typically observed for chlorophyll-a or other cyanobacteria may be attributed, at least to some extent, to the impact of bio-aerosol deposition across the basin. Predictions for enhanced desertification and increased dust emissions may intensify the transport and potential impact of bio-aerosols in LNLC marine systems.

Prokaryotic microbes can become aerosolized and deposited into new environments located thousands of kilometers away from their place of origin. The Mediterranean Sea is an oligotrophic to ultra-oligotrophic marginal sea, which neighbors northern Africa (a major source of natural aerosols) and Europe (a source of mostly anthropogenic aerosols). Previous studies demonstrated that airborne bacteria deposited during dust events over the Mediterranean Sea may significantly alter the ecology and function of the surface seawater layer, yet little is known about their abundance and diversity during ‘background’ non-storm conditions. Here, we describe the abundance and genetic diversity of airborne bacteria in 16 air samples collected over an East-West transect of the entire Mediterranean Sea during non-storm conditions in April 2011. The results show that airborne bacteria represent diverse groups with the most abundant bacteria from the Firmicutes (Bacilli and Clostridia) and Proteobacteria (Alphaproteobacteria, Betaproteobacteria, and Gammaproteobacteria) phyla. Most of the bacteria in our samples have previously been observed in the air at other open ocean locations, in the air over the Mediterranean Sea during dust storms, and in the Mediterranean seawater. Airborne bacterial abundance ranged from 0.7 × 104 to 2.5 × 104 cells m−3 air, similar to abundances at other oceanic regimes. Our results demonstrate that airborne bacterial diversity is positively correlated with the mineral dust content in the aerosols and was spatially separated between major basins of the Mediterranean Sea. To our knowledge, this is the first comprehensive biogeographical dataset to assess the diversity and abundance of airborne microbes over the Mediterranean Sea. Our results shed light on the spatiotemporal distribution of airborne microbes and may have implications for dispersal and distribution of microbes (biogeography) in the ocean.

Grounded on constructivism, mining a complex mix of social and cognitive interrelations is key to understanding collaborative discussion in online learning. A single examination of one of these factors tends to overlook the impact of the other factor on learning. In this paper, we innovatively constructed a socialcognitive engagement setting to jointly characterize social and cognitive aspects. In the online discussion forum, this study jointly characterized students' social and cognitive aspects to investigate interactive patterns of different social-cognitive engagements and social-cognitive engagement evolution across four periods (i.e., creation, growth, maturity, and death). Multi-methods including social network analysis, content analysis, epistemic network analysis, and statistical analysis was applied in this study. The results showed that the interactive patterns of social-cognitive engagement were affected by both social network position and cognitive level. In particular, students' social network position was a vital indicator for the contributions to cognitive level of students, and cognitive level affected the related interactions to some extent. In addition, this study found a nonlinear evolutionary development of students' social-cognitive engagement. Furthermore, maturity is a critical period on which teachers should focus, as the co-occurrence of social-cognitive engagement reaches a maximum level in this period. Based on the results, this multi-perspective analysis including social and cognitive aspects can provide insightful methodological implications and practical suggestions for teachers in conducting in-depth interactive discussions.

In the field of learning analytics, mining the regularities of social interaction and cognitive processing have drawn increasing attention. Nevertheless, in MOOCs, there is a lack of investigations on the combination of social and cognitive behavioral patterns. To fill in this gap, this study aimed to uncover the relationship between social interaction, cognitive processing, and learning achievements in a MOOC discussion forum. Specifically, we collected the 3925 participants' forum data throughout 16 weeks. Social network analysis and epistemic network analysis were jointly adopted to investigate differences in social interaction, cognitive processing between two achievement groups, and the differences in cognitive processing networks between two types of communities. Finally, moderation analysis was employed to examine the moderating effect of community types between cognitive processing and learning achievements. Results indicated that: (1) the high- and low-achieving groups presented significant differences in terms of degree, betweenness, and eigenvector centrality; (2) the stronger cognitive connections were found within the high-achieving group and the instructor-led community; (3) the cognitive processing indicators including insight, discrepancy, and tentative were significantly negative predictors of learning achievements, whereas inhibition and exclusive were significantly positive predictors; (4) the community type moderated the relationship between cognitive processing and learning achievements.

Studying the networked nature of social and cognitive aspects of learner interactions is the key to understanding how successful collaborative learning occurs in asynchronous online discussion forums (AODFs). Guided by network science and multiplex network analysis, this study compared the differences of network structure and properties between the social (learners as nodes and commenting on the others' contributions as edges) and cognitive (learners as nodes and explicitly quoting the others' contributions as edges) networks within an AODF. It additionally examined the differences of individual measures between these two monolayer networks and their integrated two multiplex networks. The two multiplex networks were respectively framed in superimposed and unfold approaches. Moreover, correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationships between individual measures and learning performance across the four networks. Results showed key differences at the network and individual levels between the social and cognitive networks. The two networks had different compositions of participants, and students in the cognitive network occupied more central positions in general. Besides, certain individual measures in the multiplex networks were relatively higher and more related to learning performance than those in the monolayer networks. These results indicate that integrating multi-aspect information of collaboration may be more conducive to unveiling learners' interaction patterns in asynchronous online discussions.

Purpose: Serum uric acid to creatinine ratio (SUA/Cr) has been associated with an increased risk of metabolic syndrome; however, limited evidence exists regarding the relationship between SUA/Cr and metabolic-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD). This study aims to investigate the association between SUA/Cr, TyG-BMI (triglyceride glucose-body mass index), and MAFLD in Chinese adults. Patients and Methods: The data were obtained from a health examination conducted at Nanping First Hospital. Spearman correlation analysis was employed to assess the association between SUA/Cr or TyG-BMI and various risk factors pertinent to MAFLD. A multivariate logistic regression model was utilized to investigate the relationship between SUA/Cr or TyG-BMI and MAFLD. Additionally, restricted cubic splines (RCS) and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analyses were applied to explore the relationship between SUA/Cr and MAFLD. Mediation models were constructed to figure out the mediating role of TyG-BMI in the association between SUA/Cr and MAFLD. Results: Spearman correlation analysis showed a significant association between SUA/Cr and multiple risk factors for MAFLD (such as BMI, SBP, DBP, TG, TC, ALT, AST, GGT, FPG, and HDL). Furthermore, SUA/Cr had a positive correlation with TyG-BMI (P< 0.05). The logistic model demonstrated that elevated levels of SUA/Cr were significantly associated with an increased risk of MAFLD, even after adjusting for confounding factors (odds ratio [OR]: 1.390; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.255– 1.538). The RCS curves revealed a consistent and monotonic increase in the relationship between SUA/Cr levels and the occurrence of MAFLD. Moreover, SUA/Cr exhibited moderate discriminatory ability in identifying individuals with MAFLD (AUC: 0.669). Mediation analysis indicated that approximately 52.05% of the positive association between SUA/Cr and MAFLD was mediated by TyG-BMI. Conclusion: Our findings suggest a substantial association between elevated levels of SUA/Cr and an increased risk of MAFLD in the Chinese adult population, with TyG-BMI mediating this correlation. Fusobacterium nucleatum, a gram‐negative anaerobic bacterium abundantly found in the human oral cavity, is widely recognized as a key pathobiont responsible for the initiation and progression of periodontal diseases due to its remarkable aggregative capabilities. Numerous clinical studies have linked F. nucleatum with unfavorable prognostic outcomes in various malignancies. In further research, scholars have partially elucidated the mechanisms underlying F. nucleatum's impact on various types of cancer, thus gaining a certain comprehension of the role played by F. nucleatum in cancer. In this comprehensive review, we present an in‐depth synthesis of the interplay between F. nucleatum and different cancers, focusing on aspects such as tumor initiation, metastasis, chemoresistance, and modulation of the tumor immune microenvironment and immunotherapy. The implications for cancer diagnosis and treatment are also summarized. The objective of this review is to enhance our comprehension of the intricate relationship between F. nucleatum and oncogenic pathogenesis, while emphasizing potential therapeutic strategies. Background: Smart classroom environment has drawn worldwide attention, however, there is still a lack of studies that can explore and analyse potential factors, which affect students' satisfaction with smart classrooms in higher education. Objectives: To assess students' satisfaction with smart classrooms in higher education, this study proposed the smart classroom environment satisfaction model based on TAM and ACSI models. Methods: A sample of 1979 Chinese college students who studied in a smart classroom environment completed a survey assessing student satisfaction with the smart classroom environment. And a structural equation modelling analysis was used to further analyse students' preferences for smart classroom environments. Results and conclusions: The results showed that student satisfaction with smart classroom environment is significantly correlated with subjective perception factors after use, such as students' perceived value (PV), user experience and perceived expectations (PE). It indicated that user experience indirectly affected overall satisfaction (OS) through its positive impact on PV, while PE indirectly affected OS through its positive impact on user experience. Second, user experience had the greatest impact on student satisfaction, followed by PV and PE. This study is a theoretical supplement to future research on smart classroom environment in higher education, and can also provide reference for relevant government departments, universities and enterprises to build and manage smart classroom environment. Carbonate gas reservoirs are crucial in gas field development, with carbonate bottom-water gas reservoirs being a significant subset. However, the development of these reservoirs often faces challenges such as water invasion, leading to a low gas recovery rate. Enhancing gas recovery is a primary goal for researchers in this field. This study provides a systematic review of the mechanisms, identification, and dynamic prediction of water invasion in these gas reservoirs. The technical adaptability and application range of different enhanced recovery methods are summarized, and their application effects are evaluated. The results indicate that carbonate gas reservoirs have diverse types of storage and permeability spaces, with a wide distribution of pore size scales, leading to various types of enclosed gas caused by water invasion. The prediction accuracy of water invasion models for bottom-water gas reservoirs with fractures and vugs is relatively low. Therefore, numerical simulation research on the basis of fine reservoir characterization is the key technology. The control of bottom-water invasion and the rescue measures after the bottom-water invasion are the keys to improving gas recovery, which can be divided into four types: drainage gas recovery, water control production, active drainage, and injection medium. Gas production by drainage is the main technology for improving gas recovery, among which foam drainage is the most widespread. The optimization of development parameters in production by water control has a good effect in the early stages of development. The active drainage technology on the water invasion channel is the bottom-up technology for the effective development of strong water-flooded gas reservoirs. CO2 injection may have great potential to improve the recovery of bottom-water gas reservoirs, which is one of the important research directions under the background of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".
