The socioeconomic environment of today represents a complex mix of technologies, ideas, and collaboration. New horizons and opportunities are opening up thanks to the incredible flow of innovation that is born from the unification of different sources in innovative communities. These innovative communities prove to be particularly valuable for development of the territorial ones, as they contribute to solving complex problems, creating new opportunities, and supporting growth. Innovation communities as counterparts of territorial communities are platforms where diverse individuals, entrepreneurs, professionals, academics, activists, and other stakeholders pool their knowledge, expertise, and resources to jointly find solutions to current challenges and make a positive impact on their environment. Such communities can provide a wide range of activities, such as technological development, social initiatives, environmental protection, education, and culture. In light of the above, innovation communities as counterparts of territorial communities turn out to be an extremely important tool for creating a positive impact on society. At the same time, the potential of innovative communities remains insufficiently studied and disclosed from the standpoint of the development of territorial communities. The purpose of the study is to review the main theories of innovative communities and determine their potential for the development of territorial communities. The study analyzes the main theories of innovation communities, which explore the processes of cooperation and innovative development. These theories help to understand various aspects of innovative communities and networks, the dynamics of their development and the factors influencing their effectiveness. Each of these theories has its own characteristics and can be used to analyze and develop innovation processes in different contexts. It is determined that innovative communities can have a variety of effects that contribute to innovative development and achievement of community goals. It is determined that theories of innovation communities are important for understanding, describing and practical application of the processes taking place in innovation communities. They provide a framework for analyzing and managing the dynamics of such communities, helping to understand how they are formed, function, and affect the development of a territorial community. Overall, innovation community theories play an important role in understanding and facilitating the development of innovation processes and communities, as they provide an analytical framework that helps to better understand the complex relationships and dynamics in innovation communities, which in turn contributes to the creation of more resilient and successful innovation ecosystems.

In the conditions of decentralization and changes in the social paradigm, creating unique breakthrough ideas regarding transforming the region into an innovative territory is of particular importance. Innovative communities have a unique potential in these conditions – a new type of relationship between the government, business, and civil society. However, in transformational and crisis societies, the creation and development of innovative communities are associated with a significant range of problems that need to be solved. A significant part of these problems has socio-psychological reasons, which often lead to destructive actions, significantly reducing the potential of innovative communities. The study aims to determine the socio-psychological reasons for the destructive aspects of the development of innovative communities at the local level and to develop proposals for increasing the effectiveness of the innovative communities’ development at the local level, considering the potential of using the archetypal methodology. The research goals are also to determine the factors of implementing innovation models in communities and to focus on overcoming problematic aspects in this field. Modern approaches to the definition of innovations were considered to determine the features of the development of innovative communities. It has been determined that innovation is a social process; therefore, the most crucial thing for innovation is to create an appropriate innovation climate based on safety and trust, in which people feel involved and are not afraid to express new ideas. This is especially important since innovations, especially the most radical and systemic, relate to the need to go against orthodox opinions to offer other forms of work and cooperation. Therefore, when managing innovative processes, it is necessary to consider the factor of human behaviour and understand how to encourage people to show initiative, put forward new ideas, and motivate and encourage their implementation. It is substantiated that it is vital for the public administration field that innovation’s success depends not only on the manager’s role in the process but primarily on the performers and participants (human resources). In this regard, the innovative community as a new form of organizational development is one of the most positive in innovation. It was determined that innovative communities could unite a wide range of stakeholders and be divided according to geographical or thematic principles. Community members freely share knowledge, resulting in new approaches, ideas, and talent retention and development. People are kept together only by a sense of involvement in collective experience and knowledge, a sincere desire to maintain relationships, and mutual obligations remain. Innovative communities, when they unite individuals and entire teams, can implement large-scale innovative projects. It is shown that any innovative community is formed on a specific basis. It is based on individual or collective creativity, ambition, spirit, and intellectual history of the place (heredity, archetypes). Ambition, spirit, and intelligence presuppose risk-taking ability and a track record in management. Only after the emergence of this combination of economic, resource and management factors, such as business incubation, project financing, creation of intensive horizontal connections between all participants, infrastructure, etc., are involved. From the point of view of destructive behaviour, the peculiarities of the innovation process are considered. It is also shown that innovation is a positive process according to the generally accepted position. Still, it is necessary to remember the other side, that innovation is a forced measure necessary to maintain or respond to changes. It is substantiated that it is necessary to agree on the scope of application and the duration of their existence to eliminate the factors of destructive behaviour when creating innovative communities. It has been determined that one of the leading causes of destructive actions within innovative communities is excessively rigid expectations, an excessive degree of subjective certainty that exceeds objective predictability.

Corruption and the shadow economy are critical social problems and threats, hindering society’s normal functioning and socioeconomic development. Corruption as a social phenomenon manifests itself to one degree or another in any country, exacerbating all growing contradictions in relations between society and the state, especially in crisis and transformational conditions. When developing an anti-corruption policy, it is less visible, but perhaps the most essential factors of its emergence and overcoming are often overlooked: institutional, cultural, and “cognitive”. The degree of their development is affected by the development of the shadow economy: on the one hand, they contribute to counteracting informal activity and preventing the strengthening of criminalization of society; on the other hand, they contribute to forming a “shadow” culture and institutionalising the shadow economy. The study aims to determine the influence of socio-cultural factors on the development of the shadow economy and corruption and to determine the conceptual foundations of innovative anti-corruption measures. The study examines the shadow economy and corruption as a mechanism of insufficient functionality of state institutions. It is proposed to consider the shadow economy and corruption within the model of the interaction of archetypes as institutions that generate values and the state as a system of institutions that uses these values. Several empirical studies were analyzed, the purpose of which was to determine the influence of culture on the shadow economy and corruption. The experience of Finland, which occupies the leading position in the rating of the corruption perception index as a country with the lowest level of corruption, is published. It was determined that the principles of good governance, ethical norms and recommendations are prescribed in many regulatory acts of Finland and are an essential, integral part of state management. Within the framework of the study, it is proposed to combine Weber’s research approach with the theory of institutional transformations. Institutional and innovative (technological) development includes two components – innovative, which are formed due to natural selection or design, and imitative, which arise from borrowing (transplantation) of institutions from other institutional systems. This approach is appropriate for the institutional-evolutionary strategy of forming an anti-corruption strategy of the national system “sustainable development – security”, the purpose of which can be defined as the support of the natural evolution of the existing institution (complex of institutions) within the limits of a particular strategy, including institutional innovations and borrowing. The initial (existing) institution can be “transplanted” or “developed”, or it can arise in the process of developing the internal institutional environment. According to the author, the advantage of the institutional strategy is the vast possibilities of adaptation and correction in the development process of institutions.

The viability of the socioeconomic environment directly depends on the level of development, quality and reliability of infrastructure. In these circumstances, the role of self-organization of communities is growing, which requires, on the one hand, reasonable prioritization in the social spheres and development of infrastructure of life activities, etc. (consistent with the goals and objectives of the development strategy), and on the other hand, assessment of the own and the potential sources of ensuring the implementation of these priorities, which can be made through the development of self-sufficient innovative communities. The aim of the study is to determine the substantial content of the infrastructure and service methodology and its potential in the context of post-war recovery. The infrastructure and service approach involves maximum satisfaction of human needs and requests, as well as the creation of conditions for work and life, and is focused on meeting the needs of the community through attracting and retaining human resources through the development of services and infrastructure. The infrastructure and service approach is focused on adapting the management of the development of innovative communities to the problems of sustainable development as such, which opens up opportunities for studying promising organizational and economic mechanisms for managing service orientation, based on assessing the impact of status changes as a result of military hostilities in the economic space and its effects on the quality of life, living space and human capital. The methodology of the infrastructure and service approach is based on the ideas of the geography of innovations, combining the methods of economic geography, regional economy and innovatics and explores the spatial patterns of creation, implementation and dissemination of new ideas, technologies, products, as well as the impact of these processes on regional (local) development. From these positions, the infrastructure and service approach is relevant, because it relies on the potential of the territories and is aimed at more intensive use of its own capabilities. The infrastructure and service methodology for the development of innovative communities implies the understanding that innovations cover not only technological changes, but also changes in organizational, labor and social practices as those that can potentially affect the well-being of human capital of communities. Service modeling involves describing all processes in communities of different typologies in order to take these processes into account while projecting. Infrastructure and service projecting is the process of organizing space in such a way that economic agents interact as smoothly and efficiently as possible within innovative communities. In this context of the project, service innovations will be considered at the local level as an integration totality of basic factors of living standards, socioeconomic conditions, characterizations of innovative business entities, innovation infrastructure, cluster and network connections. The authors believe that for infrastructure development at the decent level, it is necessary to maximize the existing potential of the community, which is as most effectively possible through the development of innovative communities. Within the terms of practical implementation of the infrastructure and service methodology for the development of innovative communities, it is advisable to consider the hypothesis that development at the regional level should be carried out through a combination of smart-specialization strategies and the objectives of sustainable development.

The decentralization and post-war recovery processes raise the issue of sustainable territorial development to a qualitatively new level, based on innovation and the search for appropriate resources. The study aims to analyse the features of building institutional and innovative projects within the new concept of territorial development resources based on the archetypal approach and develop practical recommendations for their implementation on the example of sub-ethnic groups of the Sumy region. The study based on world experience substantiates that the process of innovative development of territories should not focus solely on economic issues and technological change but should consider socio-cultural aspects that can be viewed as an essential component of the potential. Considering territorial archetypes when initiating changes and resolving issues of territorial development will allow the development of effective measures through the rational use of resource potential. It is determined that the question of considering socio-cultural historical and modern approaches to to studying settlements, cities, and landscapes (regional and local aspects), analysis of their formation, change and development in developing strategies. The importance of the regional component is illustrated by the experience of the EU, where local authorities are gaining more and more ground in finding the most practical and concrete opportunities for territories. It is determined that public administration undergoes significant changes under the influence of postmodernism, a new philosophy of building organizational structures, government, and management. It considers the uncertainty and ambiguity of new types of social systems and is seen as open to the future. The authors consider the application of postmodern theories to be fruitful in studying the impact of the socio-cultural environment on socio-economic processes and adaptation of innovations. This factor’s impact on economic entities’ behaviour has traditionally been regarded as exogenous. Given the use of postmodern methodology must be studied when trying to return people and actual processes to a place occupied by abstract variables and modelled dependencies. The influence of postmodernism at the territorial level is determined based on the evolution of innovation communities. This approach is consistent with the current EU regional policy, which aims to enhance regions’ development by improving competitiveness efficiency. It is proposed to consider the possibility of using institutional and innovative projects for sustainable development of territories, considering the archetypal resource component and the concept of innovation communities. Institutional and innovative projects are considered so-called «security-related products» of territorial development, which may include innovative projects and programs that involve a wide range of resources, including socio-cultural, focused on achieving sustainable development goals. It is substantiated that the use of tools for institutional and innovative projects should be considered in the context of the smart specialization of regions, making it possible to consider the socio-cultural component practically. Examples of the use of archetypes for the construction of innovation and institutional projects in the instance of two sub-ethnic groups of the Sumy region are considered. The main archetypes of goryuns and sevryuks are generalized, and paper provides the related institutional and innovation projects they will promote.

The purpose of the study is the development of analytical tools and organizational and economic mechanisms for the post-war restoration of sustainable development of territories based on the infrastructural and service methodology of the development of innovative hromadas as a basis for ensuring the well-being of local hromadas to avoid the social, environmental and economic problems of war and their approval within the framework of pilot infrastructural and service projects. Methodology. The research is based on the approach of R. Jochimsen, who, in one of the first system descriptions, defined infrastructure as a set of material (production), institutional and individual conditions available to economic agents, which condition integration and the maximum level of economic activity. It is also worth considering the idea that the main differences of the neo-industrial paradigm of local hromada development lie in competent participation based on self-organization, multisubjectivity and decentralization of social relations based on cooperation and communicative equality, and the orientation of society towards the realization of human potential. Innovative hromadas correspond to these trends and provide an effective solution to the primary task of the service-oriented system, which consists in the development of a service policy capable of ensuring the inclusion of existing resources and functional potential of territories to ensure dynamic, balanced, complex socio-economic development. The infrastructure-service approach includes the maximum satisfaction of human needs and desires, as well as the creation of working and living conditions, and aims to meet the needs of the hromada by attracting and retaining human resources through the development of services and infrastructure. Practical implications. The results of the research have applied socio-economic significance and are aimed at solving the important problem of post-war restoration of sustainable development of territories through the design of service provision and use of resource potential of local innovative hromadas. The main result of the application of the developed methodology is the scientific substantiation of the organizational and economic support for the post-war restoration of the sustainable development of territories based on the infrastructure-service methodology of the development of innovative hromadas and the development of the corresponding analytical toolkit, which will allow its adaptive use within the framework of intelligent specialization. Scientific and methodological approaches will be developed to determine the role of infrastructure and service clusters for the well-being of hromadas, based on a consideration of their impact on human capital and its components. Value/originality. Compared to existing analogues, the proposed approach is systemic, takes into account the specifics of innovative activity and covers the entire range of tasks for managing infrastructure and service factors of sustainable development.

The purpose of this study is to consider the revitalization of old industrial areas in the framework of the project approach, which will take into account modern trends in innovative development. Methodology. The authors consider the revitalization of old industrial areas in the framework of the project approach, which will take into account modern trends in innovative development. The study based on the review of successful foreign and domestic experience allowed to summarize the key provisions of the revitalization of old industrial areas. It is determined that modern regional policy is implemented on the basis of targeted solution of specific problems and implementation of infrastructure projects. In foreign countries, new approaches are being applied to stimulate regional development through measures aimed at maximizing the use of regional potential, promoting entrepreneurship and innovation, supporting educational projects and retraining the local workforce, which allows better use of the potential of depressed regions in connection with the development of more prosperous regions of the country. Practical implications. The formation of the innovation system of old industrial cities and regions integrated into the knowledge economy concerns the interaction of business entities at all levels: an adequate response of industrial enterprises to changing operating conditions should be supported by effective institutional policy of the region and the state. Studying the world experience of modernization of old industrial regions makes it possible to identify the best practices and tools that will contribute to the development of these territories. Foreign experience convincingly proves the success of such projects and can be very interesting for certain territories and monocities of Ukraine. The choice of a specific model of revitalization should be carried out in each case individually, but the comprehensive renewal of the district territory involves a certain set of measures aimed at determining the new function of industrial areas, their planning structure, taking into account the entire urban organism. Value/originality. Based on the generalization of current trends, the promising components of modern projects for the revitalization of old industrial areas were identified. In this regard, the creative cluster is an effective tool for demonstrating modern technologies directly in natural conditions, which contributes to the confident promotion of humane and progressive ideas in modern society.

The study of the impact of digital social media on the development of entrepreneurial innovation projects of different levels is topical. The aim of the study was to create a conceptual approach to assessing the impact of digital social media on innovative business development, regardless of the legal form of organization. Therefore, a new concept of mediatization was identified in the course of the research, which describes the role of different digital media as part of the process of communicative construction of the economic, social and cultural environment. The research involved the methodology for data analysis from an empirical context. The start-up incubator — Neudali, Germany — was the practical background of the research. The research sample included all start-ups (innovative projects) that were launched in 2017-2020 (3,426 projects), regardless of whether they continue as start-ups or have already entered the serial production stage. The research objective was fulfilled through the methods and tools of economic and statistical analysis, forecasting and business simulation. Studies have confirmed that the legal form of organization does not affect the project’s success, but only the assessment of information effects (mediatization effect) does, which includes all forms of communication in social networks (R2=0.8 for companies and R2=0.6 for self-employed persons). In theoretical terms, this study has bridged the gap in the literature regarding the lack of research on the role of social media in the innovation potential of both companies and self-employed individuals. In practical terms, this research has implications for various stakeholders, primarily businesses, academics and consumers.

The aim of the work is to study the possibility and features of the use of inertial storage devices in the traction electric drive of multi unit train with a power plant based on fuel cells. Methodology. The principle of power flow control in traction electric drives in the modes of acceleration and braking of rolling stock is proposed. The mathematical model of the traction electric drive in the form of the combination of three components: the train, the traction unit and the battery of fuel cells is developed. It was used to study the operation of a traction electric drive when solving a test traction task for rolling stock. Results. It is established that the use of inertial energy storage reduces hydrogen consumption by at least 25 %, which increases the mileage of rolling stock between equipment by more than 30 %. Originality. The traction electric drive on the basis of fuel elements and the inertial energy storage for the multi unit train is offered. The work of the proposed traction electric drive in solving the test traction problem for rolling stock is investigated. Practical significance. A mathematical model of the traction electric drive has been developed. The test traction problem for rolling stock is solved.

The research aims to explore innovative approaches in the public management of social standards development, focusing on the integration of data-driven systems, inclusive governance and sustainable financing to promote fairness, equality and social well-being across diverse global contexts. This study examines the development of social standards as a core element of public management, emphasizing the importance of balancing political negotiation, evidence-based policymaking, and resource management. It highlights how public managers must engage with diverse stakeholders, navigate complex governance structures, and adapt to evolving societal needs to ensure social standards promote fairness, equality, and social well-being. Drawing on global examples such as the Nordic welfare model, Germany's social insurance system, and innovative programs like Brazil's Bolsa Família, the paper demonstrates the potential of inclusive governance and sustainable financing to enhance social standards. It also proposes the development of an integrated, data-driven social welfare system and a Unive rsal Basic Social Service (UBSS) framework as innovative approaches to make social standards more responsive and adaptable. By leveraging advanced technologies and fostering cross-sector collaboration, these solutions have the potential to transform how governments address current and future challenges, ensuring social standards remain effective in a rapidly changing world. Based on the analysis of modern theories and practical approaches to local development management, the author determined that many successful strategies for community revival are based on the ability of society and business to self-organize at the local level. The author identifies the formation factors of local innovation archetypes and the resource base of innovation development of communities. One of the main aspects of the formation of local innovation archetypes is the development of mechanisms for the public choice of the innovation process priorities and their implementation, and creating tools for broad information support and promotion of innovative ideas to create success stories. It is determined that the main tasks of local community development practices are capacity building and community empowerment, the transformation of local residents from actors into actors, development of participatory democracy and involvement of residents in the development of the territory (enhanced participation). The author substantiates that regional (local) innovation landscapes are more suitable for developing complex interactions and capital formation of ties as competitive advantages. The territories are communities of economic interest and can take advantage of ties and joint activities of economic entities. Implicit knowledge (cooperation between educational institutions, research institutions, business, staff relocation, public-private sector interaction, technology diffusion, etc.) in the measurement of networks depend heavily on coordination and are necessary for various innovations. Based on the analysis of local development theories, it is substantiated that the most effective tool developing of local communities is to involve people in joint activities aimed at achieving the public good or benefit for all participants. Examples of the best world experience and practices in involving communities in solving local development issues are considered.

Ensuring sustainable development at the level of individual territories becomes especially important for Ukraine. At the same time, the management of sustainable development processes should be improved with respect to the key aspects related to innovation. In these circumstances, the concept of innovation landscape helps to focus on creating competitive advantages and, on their basis, on developing strategies for sustainable development. Having analyzed the existing research results, we can conclude that theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of innovation policy development within sustainable development need further specification. Thus, the study in question aims at conceptualizing the innovation landscape in the context of sustainable development. The scientific analysis carried out allows us to suggest a new definition for the innovation landscape, understanding it as an integrative set of indicators, which reflects socio-economic conditions and includes the performance of public authorities, innovative management tools used, the activity of innovative economic entities, the availability and quality of innovation infrastructure, the development of cluster relationships, etc. aimed at solving problems of socio-economic development. Having generalized the research results, including those of the author's research, we can determine that the concept of innovation landscape and an appropriate applied approach based on it open wide opportunities for creating and managing the spatially rooted structures of innovative interactions between science, education, business and communities. It is proved that innovation landscape should be considered both at the regional and territorial level. It is determined that to form an innovative landscape of sustainable development of a region it is necessary to use new innovative practices, opportunities and challenges that arise at the local level in accordance with these trends. It can be done within the innovation audit mechanism recognizing these trends and supporting innovation management.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the approach of smart specialization through the prism of key provisions of D. Ricardo's theory of comparative advantage, to identify its limitations for industrial weak countries and on this basis to identify key guidelines for the development of smart specialization strategies in Ukraine in view of the challenges of the postwar era. Materials and methods. The study is based on theoretical works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on the problems of implementing the approach of smart-specialization in the practice of regional development. The work was carried out using the methods of systematization and generalization, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, and systematic approach. Results. The theoretical basis of the approach of "smart specialization" is revealed, the synthesis of economic schools, theories and concepts underlying this approach is defined. The insufficient theoretical development of its main provisions, which is negatively reflected in practice, especially in less economically developed countries and regions, was substantiated. It is concluded that the reasons for this lie, in particular, in the limitations of the Ricardian theory, on the provisions of which the smart specialization approach is based. It is emphasized that the Ricardian theory does not take into account the technological factor, which considers the technological base of the country as a constant, which does not give industrial weak countries an opportunity to change the raw material nature of their economy to a fundamentally new - innovative one. The historical retrospective traces the strategy of development of economically powerful countries in achieving their international competitive advantages, which is diametrically opposed to Ricardian theory. On the basis of this the key guidelines for the development of strategies of reasonable specialization in Ukraine in the post-war period of its reconstruction in order to prevent the preservation of the raw material nature of the national economy and its secondary position in the world are outlined. Conclusion. It is proved that post-war reconstruction of Ukraine should be aimed at radical changes in the structure of the economy, the transition from the agrarian-raw type to industrial-innovative type on the basis of creating a modern high-tech industry in the conditions of unfolding in the world of a new technological revolution.

The need to consider the institutional component of solving the problems of sustainable development forms a new analysis plane due to a significant expansion of the range of influence factors. At the same time, it becomes important to develop the practical aspects of substantiating the most important areas of institutional design. The study in question aims at analyzing the institutional aspects of innovation policy development in the context of sustainable development. To achieve the task, it is important that innovations cover not only technological changes, but also changes in organizational, labor and social practices as such, thus potentially influencing transition to sustainable development. The author sums up the innovative aspects of sustainable development goals. To identify the components of the "sustainable development – security" national system the author has adapted the OECD (OECD Well-being Framework) experts’ approach to the classification of sustainable development components through systematizing 17 sustainable development goals by capital type, institutional capital included. The calculations results show that institutional capital is the most problematic component of the "sustainable development - security" national system. The institutional-network approach to innovation policy involves assessing the entirety of institutions and their interaction patterns within active networks (institutional clusters), ensuring the transformation of resources into real results by effective methods in accordance with the national context and the society demands. Some aspects of this approach have been analyzed in a branch case study of the tool engineering development. The author suggests an institutional-innovative project outline in the sphere of tool engineering development. During the project implementation it is possible to realize the potential of the innovation network; to identify promising innovation areas within the network mentioned; to improve the mechanism of attracting private capital on the basis of the public-private partnership. It also becomes possible to develop new ways of intensifying innovation processes, thus causing an increase in the research and development efficiency, products competitiveness, and state support effectiveness.

The aim of the study is to analyze international projects for innovation cooperation in terms of criterion of technology transfer and risks of international cooperation as part of geo-economic game. To solve the research problems, general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, historical and logical, systemic, structural and functional analysis are used. For designing an innovation strategy, among the innovative methods the study uses imitation institutional and evolutionary modeling to maximize the effects of synergy in the public management space and a systems approach to its construction. It is possible to solve the research task through using elements of the geo-economic game methodology, which will combine (i) understanding of international relations as a struggle among states for influence, the result of which depends on their capabilities conditioned by the quantity and quality of available resources, and (ii) the main elements of international innovation management. The author analyzes the basic trends in modern geo-economic strategies and identifies the main aspects of their impact on the implementation of international innovation projects. Using a number of examples of the international technology transfer (the space sector, resource extraction), the main risks of the lack of own geo-economic strategies are identified, and recommendations to increase the effectiveness of participation in international relations are made. In view of the current global problems, the theoretical approaches to innovation policy defined in the study allow for getting a new angle on the relationship between the geo-economic game, national strategy, technologies and key problems of world politics and international relations. In further studies, it is necessary to develop practical tools for evaluating innovative strategies, taking into account the criteria of the game theory and the principles of geo-economic competition.

The purpose of this article is to summarize and present the main features of the digital transformation of service business models. Methodology. The authors propose to consider the strategic vector of digital transformation of business models in the context of the formation of the digital economy as a new way of transforming business models and processes of all types of activities. The study based on the analysis of successful foreign and domestic experience allowed to summarize the key provisions of the digital transformation of business models in the service sector. The authors determine that the goal of digital transformation of the business model is to increase its economic efficiency through the introduction of digital technology in all areas of activity, in developing a strategy it is important to consider the directions of digital transformation. The authors present scientific and methodological approaches of leading international organizations to the interpretation of the term "digital economy" and give their own definition, taking into account the context of business models. Practical implications. Digital transformation (digitalization) is seen not just as support through IT components of existing business models, but the transformation of the entire business model, whose main objective is to ensure flexible and rapid change. functioning of the business based on the use of the latest advances in ICT, taking into account the specifics of the business (product, service, product portfolio, services). Based on this definition, the authors consider the main components of a digital business model transformation strategy. Value/originality. It is justified that the digitalization of the business model does not involve a simple transformation of technology, but a change in the business model and business processes. In these circumstances, it is reasonable to consider the following components of digital strategies to improve the efficiency of the business model of service enterprises.

The article contains the analysis of scientific approaches to understanding of organizational development in the field of educational institutions management as a complex of successive educational changes. Scientific researches on the change of education managers’ behavior in the course of changes are presented.Types of education managers attitude to changes and their quantitative expression were determined and revealed based on the data of an empirical research. Almost half of the surveyed education managers are represented by such types as “traditionalist” and “realist”, which indicates the insufficient orientation of education managers in introducing innovative changes in educational institutions. This indicates a low level of education managers’ readiness to provide the organizational development of educational institutions. The results obtained can be used by the government in developing and implementing the programs for the professional development of education managers. The authors offer the most practical tools for implementing the concept of organizational development. It is proposed to distinguish between special requirements for both professional and personal qualities of education managers.

The main problem of the research is development of a conceptual framework for investment and innovation security, as well as the methodological approach to its assessment, which will allow monitoring and identifying the threats and achieving the desired security state of the national economy. It has been proved that investment and innovation security is a multi-level phenomenon, consisting of the following levels: global, national, corporate and household ones. Investment and innovation security is determined by three components, such as state security at the external and internal markets, security of enterprises (corporations) and individual households, which requires their balancing. The methodical approach to the integrated assessment of the investment and innovation security level is developed, which involves the development of integral index as the geometric mean of 3 sub-indices, which include single indices under the national, corporate and household level. The results of this methodological approach approbation allowed us to form preconditions for finding ways of growth, forecasting trends and building scenarios for strengthening the investment and economic security of Ukraine.

The purpose of this study is to consider the main aspects of system security providing institutional concept within the technological & innovation systems research methodology development through institutional innovations. In this paper, we will consider how the new evolutionary institutional theory of economic systems in the context of the space-time approach can help in organizing strategic management of development path of the innovation system, increasing system security, and effectiveness of its activities through the balance of system structure. Methodology. The scientific novelty of the research and the solution of its tasks deals, first of all, with the application of the non-system approach, which allows one to consider the factors and results of functioning of such complex economic systems as innovation macro projects, innovation processes, institutional and informational environments, etc. within the framework of providing national security. Involvement on a systematic basis of spatiotemporal analysis allows us to consider in the interrelation processes the distribution of flows of innovation resources and functions, on the one hand, and the distribution in time of similar flows. To solve the tasks of research, the classical scientific methods (analysis and synthesis, logical generalization, analogies, comparative comparison, and grapho-analytical methods), and specific methods of high technologies economy and innovation management were used. Results. As a result of the study, the features of the systemic socio-economic patterns of the functioning of innovation system institutions and the mechanism of management of innovation development in the conditions of modern global technological transformations have been determined. In the future, this makes possible the substantiation of promising areas of state regulation (participation) aimed at activating innovation processes in the economy according to the priorities related to scientific and educational, cluster and network development, and the development of a set of models for the harmonization of the system of priorities of national security and sectoral priorities of innovation development. Using the gained knowledge in practice will help to improve the state of national security, resource saving, improve conditions, and increase labour productivity, as well as the transition to sustainable development of the national economy. Practical implications. Systemic coordination of innovation components of state programs, stimulation of innovation activity, involvement of financial strategies in the innovation economy, expansion of international cooperation and activation of demand for high-tech products, increasing the effectiveness of innovation development programs of companies, and launching of national projects have been proposed as the objectives of forming institutional innovations. The proposed institutional and technological design methodology provides for the selection of institutional tools and scaling of the most effective development tools. Value/originality. The proposed network mechanisms for systemic security ensuring provide the improvement of implementing innovative development programs for the largest companies with state participation; further development of priority technological platforms and innovation networks; harmonization of technological priorities and projects formed within the framework of technological platforms, with the tools of state strategies.

Метою статті є визначення ролі маркетингу відносин у реалізації завдань трансферу технологій на рівні регіонів й територій. Для практичного втілення даного завдання визначено сучасні тренди управління розвитком регіонів і територій. Проведений аналіз практик розвитку місцевих спільнот дозволив визначити основні аспекти трансформації якостей громади. Розглянуто основні інноваційні процеси та відповідні їм взаємодії на рівні регіонів і територій. Розглянуто маркетинговий аспект трансферу технологій на рівні регіонів і територій. Завдання трансферу технологій та управління відповідними взаємодіями на засадах маркетингу в контексті розвитку регіонів і територій визначено на основі класифікації технологій (соціальні, технологічні, інституційні, економічні) та розумного (smart) вибору різних технологій у певний технологічний пакет, що має забезпечити вирішення проблем території та забезпечити її успіх.

Extracellular matrix (ECM) provides both structural support and dynamic microenvironment for cells regulating their behavior and fate. As a critical component of stem cell niche ECM maintains stem cells and activates their proliferation and differentiation under specific stimuli. Mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (MSCs) regulate tissue-specific stem cell functions locating in their immediate microenvironment and producing various bioactive factors, including ECM components. We evaluated the ability of MSC-produced ECM to restore stem and progenitor cell microenvironment in vitro and analyzed the possible mechanisms of its effects. Human MSC cell sheets were decellularized by different agents (detergents, enzymes, and apoptosis inductors) to select the optimized combination (CHAPS and DNAse I) based on the conservation of decellularized ECM (dECM) structure and effectiveness of DNA removal. Prepared dECM was non-immunogenic, supported MSC proliferation and formation of larger colonies in colony-forming unit-assay. Decellularized ECM effectively promoted MSC trilineage differentiation (adipogenic, osteogenic, and chondrogenic) compared to plastic or plastic covered by selected ECM components (collagen, fibronectin, laminin). Interestingly, dECM produced by human fibroblasts could not enhance MSC differentiation like MSC-produced dECM, indicating cell-specific functionality of dECM. We demonstrated the significant integrin contribution in dECM-cell interaction by blocking the stimulatory effects of dECM with RGD peptide and suggested the involvement of key intracellular signaling pathways activation (pERK/ERK and pFAK/FAK axes, pYAP/YAP and beta-catenin) in the observed processes based on the results of inhibitory analysis. Taken together, we suppose that MSC-produced dECM may mimic stem cell niche components in vitro and maintain multipotent progenitor cells to insure their effective response to external differentiating stimuli upon activation. The obtained data provide more insights into the possible role of MSC-produced ECM in stem and progenitor cell regulation within their niches. Our results are also useful for the developing of dECM-based cell-free products for regenerative medicine.

To ensure and strengthen the development of high-tech R&D and its industrial applications in the long-term perspective, information and communication technologies (ICT) cooperation tools with national and international institutions, network associations and firms are of great importance. To solve this problem, a joint systematic and coordinated work to develop institutions that can provide crucial support to innovation process is crucial. For these purposes, higher educational institutions (HEI) innovation activities information and communication support and technological development analysis are critically important. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing ICT toolkit, which is used to manage R&D and various industrial applications, and to develop a conceptual framework for the implementation of these tools for the participation of universities in innovation networks. To answer this question, authors begin by taking a closer look at the new role of universities in the development of knowledge generation in a global environment, as well as problems and tendencies under conditions of postindustrial society. The new role of universities in knowledge generation in the global environment development, and problems and tendencies under the conditions of postindustrial society were outlined. Modern ICT components, which are necessary for universities to participate in the innovation networks, were analyzed. Some cases of foreign experience in the scientific and innovation networks of current prototypes of Industry 4.0 development were discussed, and the possibilities of its adaptation to national innovation system formation conditions in Ukraine were identified. By theoretical and empirical examining, the authors propose more complete understanding of modern ICT components, which are necessary for universities to participate in innovation networks. Cases of foreign experience in the scientific and innovation networks of current prototypes of Industry 4.0 development were investigated. Moreover, the evidence from this study suggests a variety of factors related to the possibilities to adapt ICT tools to national innovation system formation in Ukraine.

Research deals with the analysis of theoretical aspects of increasing the competence of scientists and experts, whose task is to work with technology as a good promotion of technology on the market with a view to its commercialization or search for technological solutions according to the tasks of the organization and to examine the startup methodology as a tool of improving the technology transfer skills efficiency. The new specifics of technology transfer management within the Education 3.0 paradigm are considered. In the paper, the authors analyze the technology transfer as important source of innovation creation and an integral part of business development. Target result of technologies introduction, implemented within limited period with limited resources as an innovative purpose of technology transfer, which is aimed at the best possible development of organization, is identified. The paper also suggests consider¬ing processes of technology development and technology transfer based on startup methodology.

The article analyzes innovation communications (InCo) as a factor for the innovation networks development. It is shown that the necessity to use InCo practice is due to the complexity of processes in high-tech sectors and the relevance of the development of appropriate organizational and economic tools for marketing relations. The main goals of the innovation networks development are determined. In the context of the study of factors for the innovation networks development, the role of relationship marketing, which involves the constructing long-term mutually beneficial relations with key partners of the economic entity, should be noted. It is determined that relationship marketing acts as a tool for practical implementation of the concept of joint creation of value in modern institutional forms of interaction in the innovation system (innovation networks, in particular virtual, international clusters, alliances, etc.). It was emphasized that in order to achieve the network aspect of innovation development of the economy, it is necessary to use models of open innovation, that is, combining efforts of economic entities in the scientific and technical field and exchange of operating results. The main communication problems, which cause the blocking of innovation development are determined. The analysis made it possible to distinguish between the groups of methods and mechanisms that are most often considered in the InCo practice. InCo practices are considered in terms of the possibility of organizing and self-regulating systems.

In current conditions the national security increasingly depends on the processes of development and transfer of high techno logies that affect the level of its socio-economic development and are determined by the effectiveness of identifying innovative priorities and developing an international strategy. This necessitates the development of theoretical foundations and practical recommendations on the participation of countries in the processes of development of high technologies in the global innovation system, taking into account national security and development strategy. The article is devoted to the analysis of peculiarities of high-tech sectors development and the features of innovative linkages between them. The conceptual bases of creating clusters in high-tech sectors based on the system integration approach are proposed and the main advantages of this approach are determined. An algorithm for determining the development options for certain inter-branch clusters, taking into account the international component of national security, has been developed. It is proved, that Ukraine needs to create clustered network structures in order to integrate into the world of innovation space, expand its development and attract new technologies. In this case the fundamental objectives of intersectoral clusters development of on a network basis were identified. In was shown, that the effectiveness of high-tech industries development in order to achieve international competitiveness and national security can be ensured through the use of tools for stimulating interactions (accounting and analytical support, marketing) and an evolutionary strategy, that involves the development of intersectoral relationships based on international clusters, that evolve under globalization in a virtual form for the selection of organizational and technological resources and their integration through information technology.

The research deals with the conceptual framework of innovation policy coherence for sustainable development. Authors prove that for the development of the national system, «sustainable development – security» should be considered innovation policy as a set of management tools for targeted implementation of innovations that will promote sustainable development. As a result of understanding the importance of SDGs, a scientific and practical approach to policy coherence for sustainable development (PCSD) is considered. Given the importance of innovation development and the national characteristics of the relationship between it and the SDGs, it is advisable to consider the methodology of coherence of innovation policy for sustainable development (innovation policy coherence for sustainable development, IPCSD). The context of innovation policy coherence for sustainable development based on ideas of theorists of economic science, innovation and strategic management is presented. It is proposed to implement the conceptual provisions of innovation policy coherence for sustainable development on the basis of adapted principles of sustainable development and principles of the relationship «sustainable development – security».

The research deals with the analytics of the features of business processes of a digital agency and the identification of promising aspects of digital marketing as a tool for B2B interaction in the Foodtech market. It is noted that the primary trend of the Foodtech sector deals with digital transformation. From the strategic point of view of creating a business model, it is necessary to understand that digital transformation involves the installation of modern hardware or software and fundamental changes in approaches to management, corporate culture, and communications. To increase the efficiency of the digital agency’s business model, the authors propose to consider digital marketing. The analysis of the effectiveness of the business model of the digital agency allowed us to identify the most problematic and, at the same time, promising components of the business model. Based on generalized approaches to business model management in the case of a digital agency in the design of relevant services, it is proposed to consider maximizing the speed and efficiency of business model transformation and minimizing the uncertainty of further digital service development based on customer relationship management.

The purpose of this study is to consider the main aspects of system security theoretical concept and practical aspect within the technological & innovation systems research methodology development according to their considering as structurally complicated systems. Methodology. In this study, we propose to use the concept of technological & innovation systems, in which it is analysed the development of the technological field in terms of structures and processes that support or impede its development. So this approach can be considered as an expanding to techno-socio-economic analysis, considered for the innovation system in our previous studies. Results. The problem of study comes from the national security and defence objectives, which can be achieved within the national innovation systems, considering new meaning and problems in the age of globalization and high technologies development. We can underline that the important factor of technological & innovation systems system security consists in system identification within the management theory as the determination of the structure of the system and its parameters by analysing input data and system outputs. At the same time, we can note the system specifics, e.g. the identification of industrial systems security deals with the establishment of the identity of production facilities an ecological security etc. The most important relationships of innovation & technological systems designing that allow establishing appropriate adaptive management decisions were proposed. For the development of combined models of innovation & technological systems security, the main aspects of this type of systems were considered. Practical implications. Based on this, the author proposed to use system indicators for security providing process. Using these indicators, we can identify system synchronous development speed and autonomous of speeds of security providing process. The technological & innovation systems security management is proposed to be analysed in two interrelated subsystems: self-organizing subsystems and technological subsystem. The main activities for the system security of highly complicated system providing were proposed. Value/originality. Based on the foregoing, the authors proposed to use security relationships adaptive management as a set of methods that can generate management systems, able to change the security-related parameters of regulator or controller structure according to the change of control object parameters or external disturbances acting on the control object.

This article describes the main points and problems of future physical education teachers, their preparation and the ways to achieve it. Theoretical analysis, generalization and comparison of normatively legal documents and scientifically methodical literature is conducted analyzing the problem occurring during professional process of education of physical training teacher. The basic points of professional preparation of future physical trainers and sports specialists in context of integration according to euro standards is outlined here: imperfection of the system of national student mobility, absence of choice programs for achieving associates and bachelors degrees, significant allocation of educational disciplines, short pedagogical practice, absence of material teacher compensation and pedagogical leaders. For realization of academic mobility of students the standard of higher education, educationally-professional program and base curriculum normative part that would be identical for all higher educational establishments (amount of credits, sequence of study of disciplines, graphic arts of educational process), is needed. During the transition of studies from one educational direction to another there must be reasonable limits. students of contiguous major should be allowed to get masters degree. The process of integration of educational disciplines in Ukraine, as a rule, carries mechanical character, that does not allow: to group material logically and compactly, to prevent duplication of educational material into a course, to shorten its volume; to generalize similar material from different areas into one theme; to attain knowledge integrity. Summarizing the tendencies of improvement of organization and realization of pedagogical practice in foreign higher educational establishments it is necessary to make the following changes to the process of pedagogical practice in Ukraine: duration of practice should be planned during a separate semester or school year in the final graduation year; partially share practice responsibility with the pedagogical school stuff with corresponding payment or school should include pedagogical practice results into teachers score during attestation; to include results of students pedagogical practice into final score during final state examination.

Congenital anomalies of the aortic arch are a large group of cardiovascular anomalies. Some of them are isolated; others are associated with congenital heart defects or genetic syndromes. There can be different clinical manifestations of these anomalies — from silent forms (accidentally discovered in the examination) to a critical circulatory disturbance, requiring surgical intervention in the first hours after the birth of the baby. The article describes clinical search of double aortic arch in a child and successful surgical treatment of this anomaly. This congenital defect of the aorta usually causes the greatest compression of airways compared to other vascular abnormalities. Double aortic arch develops due to absence of involution of distal IV right aortic arch. As a result, two IV arches keep on developing and join together in the left-sided descending thoracic aorta, thus surrounding the trachea and esophagus. Smaller of the two arches is often subjected to atresia, but it is still connected to the descending aorta, creating a complete vascular ring. As a double aortic arch pressures on the trachea and esophagus, it can cause airway obstruction and dysphagia in a patient. Therapeutic tactic depends on the intensity of symptoms, presence of concomitant anomalies or diseases, and many additional factors, which are analyzed and considered within the council of physicians of different specialties.

The article deals with global experience in analysing the priorities based on their importance for country development and on national and international criteria using algorithm for the selection process. The main aspects of the process of development and implementation of international technology strategies were considered. The authors prove that through the analysis of innovation systems at macro level decision about the priorities in optimization with the aim to improve regulations in science, technology and innovation is provided. The main techniques and decisions were considered based on foresight-studies. Authors propose to create informative and analytical system for the foresight aims.

The article deals with basic characteristics and fundamentals of innovation management of global value chains and considerations on the example of space industry based on the factor of interaction in the creation of new products in global value chains. General context of global value chains as a factor of strategy development and characteristics and factors of global value chains in space industry is considered. Mechanism of the development of space engineering as global industry at the national level is proposed. The author proposes to consider four groups of level of characteristics of the competitiveness of technological component for integration into the global value chain of space industry projects.

In this paper the role of the banking system in the processes of innovation system as a new direction of banking strategy is considered. Innovation ways of increasing the role of banks and minimize the risks of innovation by integrating with an innovation infrastructure is offered. Analysis of the mechanisms to support innovation by banks in India, Great Britain, Norway was conducted. The purpose of this research is to consider the main points of banking strategy development within the innovation system. Methods of current research are institutional and evolutionary approach, methods of strategical development of innovation systems and the ways of innovation development ways selection, which used for the bank’s innovation strategy development. According to analysis of the main issues of innovation banks we propose to consider the strategy of innovation investment cycle. The main points of banks innovation strategy were considered. While forming the intellectuals’ property and innovation projects portfolio banks the authors have proposed to consider peculiarities of the innovations marketing. Implementation of agreements and cooperation between bank and innovation infrastructure element will create mechanisms for information exchange, constant interaction with the participants providing and accompanied by innovation projects implementation, and for ensuring of consistent communications to support the development of specialized institutions. Analysis of financing innovation models allows to conclude that for Ukraine the corporate-state system, in which various government agencies responsible for conducting scientific and technological policies play a crucial role, is the most appropriate. Identified features of the bank’s strategy can be used in the activities of innovation system and innovation structures development.

The aim of this article. The article is devoted to the main aspects of technological security providing through increasing the efficiency of innovation development priorities selection. The features of impact of technological security for national security and international experience of its software were analyzed. The scheme of determination of innovation priorities, based on the assessment of critical technologies and strategy of socio-economic development, were proposed. The scheme of innovation priorities based on “deployment policy” concept was developed. The results of the analysis. Based on analysis of possibilities of using the capacity of international environment, eliminating the technological gap between Ukraine and leading countries in framework of technological security provision should be implemented not by increasing the one-side transfer of foreign technologies, but with the improvement and development of national critical technologies based on foreign experience. Also positive balance of international technology transfer in future can’t be achieved the growth of dumping policy with the expansion of volumes of these technologies only when the country has to spend a resources, which is beneficial only for foreign partners. This balance should be focused on system-level processes, it is necessary to speed up the development of its own technology base, that can eliminate existing or possible “technological blockade”. Conclusions and perspectives for further research. The state’s ability to engage in complicated tech activities is a characteristic of scientific, technical and technological level of its development as well as has great impact on economic situation and national security and assists enhance its international prestige. However, the development of such industries and requires the creation of efficient innovation system and international cooperation mechanisms to compensate for negative effects of unilateral scientific and technological development based on priorities, that reflect the existing potential and strategy goals. In further researches it is necessary to develop methodological approaches to address specific issues, related to objectives of uncertainty and appropriate criteria of innovation priorities selection, in particular to solve such problems of optimization: 1.The problem of normalization of criteria of priorities selection, that is to bring selection criteria to common (dimensionless) measurement scale. 2.The problem of choice of optimality principle, that is to establish in what way an optimal set of priorities is better than other solutions. 3.The problem of accounting criteria priorities. 4.The problem of calculating the optimum of tasks, based on combination of linear, nonlinear, discrete optimization methods etc. for optimum calculation.

The aim of the article. The article deals with the problem of technological package management. Based on the concept of integrated innovation we consider the evolutionary approach for technology package management. Directions of evaluation process of package are presented. Scheme of improving of technological package is proposed. The process of technological package development is considered in case of development of granulation equipment that includes a variety of technologies, which are incorporated into the technological package “Granulator”. For technological package development the technology package lifecycle, technology map of package and technology trajectory are interrelated considered. The results of the analysis. The technology package we propose to consider as a kind of system, the development of which is evolutionary. According to UNIDO recommendations [8] analysis of acceptability of technology includes an assessment of technical and economic features of technology package in context of production in national environment. As a basic tool of technology package development authors propose to consider technology transfer as part of integrated innovation approach. Enterprises of modern sectors, especially high-tech, at the same time use a large number of technologies, distributed according to functional application, but only some of these technologies are critical in terms of specialization. Therefore, for management technology package authors propose to divide into the classes with appropriate management instruments (optimization object and development strategy). The authors investigated such key product indicators of granulation systems technological trajectory analysis: – dimensions and performance, reliability and ease of operation; – product criterias; – versatility – one granulator may be established to work with different performance and wide range of products; – ecological purity – waste formation during granulation should be minimized and waste gases should not be contaminated to environment. Based on classic presentation of technological trajectory they have made the technological trajectory of analyzed package. According it for the further development of granulation technology of porous ammonium nitrate granulation in fluidized bed technology is performed. Conclusions and further research directions. The improvement of the technological package as complicated system is subject to the existing or predictable market demands and in accordance with available resources. In this context the area of responsibility spans the ownership of technology package roadmap, shaping package governance processes, and day-to-day management oversight of technology project package for one or more functional areas. This includes actively planning various aspects of technology package including resource availability, budget allocation and project sequencing in order to best deliver the package to our business commitments and against operational constraints. An important advantage of technological package development is project approach that implies a systematically and strategic vision of situation. In further researches we`ll consider the problem of optimization the process of roadmapping and the main technological trajectory optimization, especially multidimensional optimization (resources, R&D directions, technologies, products).

Purpose: to elaborate complex integrated method of psychological influence upon sport ballroom dancers for their quick response to assumed mistakes by executing other steps in training mode in place of given compositions. Material: 20 senior sport ballroom dancers: 10 - experimental group, 10 - control group. At the I stage dancers for participation in the experimental group with regard to their hypnosis ability for facilitation teaching dynamic meditation were selected. Sportsmen with the 2 nd -3 rd stage of hypnosis were enrolled to the experimental group. At the II stage the experimental group was trained in the method of dynamic meditation. For this, the static meditation was performed first, after this the test persons opened their eyes and without leaving the achieved result with help of the static state of meditation, practiced in dynamic meditation. At the III stage training in sports ballroom dances with introduction new steps changing the composition program sequence to composition was held. The coach evaluated response of the test persons in the state of the dynamic meditation. Results: at the II stage of the research on training in dynamic meditation the dancers of the experimental group needed 3-7 repetitions. At the III stage of the research 8 test persons had trained to response adequately to changes in the compositions within 10-15 repetitions. In the control group if a partner changed steps during performance of the composition it led to stop of the dancing couple. For 8 test persons in the experimental group steps replacement didn’t affect adversely the quality of the dance. The senior group of dancers studied new steps with great difficulty, their motion stereotype was formed badly, they preferred to dance compositions trained earlier. The seniors having insufficient technical background (2 persons) showed low abilities, they had bad memory, they spent 3 months for mastering new compositions. Conclusions: The methods elaborated by us providing for inclusion in the training process stand-alone dance steps in place of compensation steps, provided development of the dancers’ ability to respond quickly to assumed mistakes during dance performance. Mastering dynamic meditation depended on typological features of the nervous system: the higher hypnosis ability degree the better mastering. Women-partners of the experimental group who had high hypnosis ability degree and mastered dynamic meditation could quickly adequately response to the rapid changes in the composition performed by dance partner during dance. Consideration of possible errors trains a woman-partner’s ability to switch timely from one step to another. Using this method, improvement of professional skills of dancers accelerates greatly.

Purpose : to elaborate express-method of autosuggestion for neurotic reactions relieving and sportsmen’s psychological tune-up. Material : 20 senior dancers participated in the research. The research was held 2 times a week within 4 months. The procedures with specially selected physical exercises and autosuggestion influence before training in sports dances were applied in the experimental group guided by psychotherapeutist. Mechanism of the short-time abashment or stupefaction of the testee was taken as a basis. It was achieved by way of the sportsmen’s attempt to determine quickly surfaces of the parts of the body in contact or concentration of attention on the feeling during physical exercise. Results : in the experimental group it was necessary 10-20 sessions for neurotic reactions relieving. Psychological make-up for training was achieved within 1-5 sessions. Short-time improvement of the psychological condition in the control group arrived only after 30-60 minutes of training in sports ball dances. Conclusion : using the elaborated express-method of suggestion it’s possible to effect psychological tune-up of sportsmen for training sessions and competitions. The method of autosuggestion elaborated by us is more effective than impact of the dance-motion therapy upon the organism. It is possible to use the offered method for sportsmen’s neurotic reactions relieving and for make-up for training sessions and competition.
