Advancements in artificial intelligence have significantly improved the monitoring of tool wear in machining processes, thereby enhancing the overall quality of machining. However, the scarcity of tool wear samples poses a challenge to the enhancement of model precision. This necessitates the exploration of monitoring techniques that are effective even with small sample sizes. A method involving a triplet long short-term memory (LSTM) neural network is introduced, which offers the potential for superior accuracy even with limited training data. During the machining process, spindle vibrations are captured using a triaxial accelerometer. The raw data is processed by a triplet network, which uses an LSTM as the base model, thereby facilitating the aggregation within classes and separation between classes. A soft-max classification layer is subsequently integrated into the model, which enables the precise determination of tool wear states. The base model is optimized using a Genetic Algorithm to ensure model efficiency and accuracy before it is expanded into a triplet network. Experimental results from a vertical machining center confirm that the triplet LSTM network offers superior accuracy compared to a standard LSTM network, even when the sample size is small. Developing sensitive metal–organic framework (MOF) systems to overcome the ubiquitous trade-off between porosity and conductivity remains a formidable yet sought-after endeavor. This pursuit is of great significance for the development of MOF-based chemiresistive sensors with enhanced sensitivity and selectivity. Herein, we present an innovative template assisted strategy that utilizes the two-dimensional properties and good conductivity of MXene nanosheets, as well as lattice matching between MXene (Nb2C) and selected Ni3(HITP)2, to achieve controllable self-assembly of Ni3(HITP)2 on MXene sheets. This results in Ni3(HITP)2/MXene (HITP: 2,3,6,7,10,11-hexaaminotriphenylene) heterostructures with considerable conductivity, porosity, and solution processability. The powder and film electrical conductivity are 4.8 × 103 and 5.3 × 105 S m−1, respectively, and the BET specific surface area can reach 797.8 m2 g−1. It is worth noting that excellent solution processability helps to prepare large-area films (23 cm × 9 cm) with good uniformity. Gas sensors based on Ni3(HITP)2/MXene heterostructures exhibit high sensitivity (LOD ∼ 5 ppb) and selectivity towards ultratrace ethanol at room temperature, setting a new benchmark. Such sensing behavior stems from the strong coupling of Ni3(HITP)2/MXene heterostructures and their enhanced interaction with ethanol, evidenced by experimental results and theoretical calculations. Real-time respiratory sensing assessments underscore their practicality in healthcare monitoring. To address the low clearance rate issue of the anti-blocking mechanism for maize no-till planters in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain of China, experiments and simulations were conducted to analyze the individual and collective movements of straw under the action of the round roller-claw anti-blocking mechanism. A tracer-based measurement method for straw displacement was applied firstly. Experimental results showed that the straw forward displacement could be characterized by the average horizontal displacements of longitudinal and lateral tracers, while the straw side displacement could be characterized by the lateral displacement of the longitudinal tracer. The straw forward displacement was 58.95% greater than the side displacement. Forward, side, and total displacements of straw increased as the mechanism's forward speed increased from 3 km/h to 7 km/h, with corresponding rates of increase at 233.98%, 43.20%, and 162.47%, respectively. Furthermore, a model of straw–soil–mechanism interaction was constructed in EDEM 2022 software. The relative error between experimental and simulated straw clearance rates was 11.20%, confirming the applicability of the simulation model for studying straw–soil–mechanism interaction. Based on the simulation model, three straw tracers of different lengths were selected to study the motion behavior of straw. It was inferred that despite differences in straw length, the movement behaviors of the three straw tracers under the influence of the anti-blocking mechanism were similar. Additionally, longer straws exhibited greater displacements in all directions. This paper serves as a reference for studying straw motion behavior influenced by anti-blocking mechanisms. Maize seeding is greatly affected by improper seed placement and poor planter performance under a no-tillage mechanisation system. To overcome the issue, we explored the impact of separating board and anti-blocking mechanism (0, 1/4, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, and 1 type) on maize seeding under different forward speeds (3, 5, 7 km/h) and rotational speeds (260, 400, 530, 740 rpm), where the performance metrics included the mass of straw coiled, seeding height, emergence rate, soil mound depth, straw movement, and straw clearance. The study results show that separating board helps to increase forward and side displacements of the straw, which avoids localized accumulation of straw around the antiblocking mechanism. The straw clearance rate of the anti-blocking mechanism with a separating board is greater than that without the separating board. Therefore, the 2/3 type anti-blocking mechanism with a separating board is recommended for maize seeding at a forward speed of 5 km/h and a rotational speed of 400 rpm.

To prevent large-scale water inrush accidents during the excavation process of a water-rich tunnel, a method, based on a random forest (RF) algorithm, for predicting the hazard level of water inrush is proposed. By analyzing hydrogeological conditions, six factors were selected as evaluating indicators, including stratigraphic lithology, inadequate geology, rock dip angle, negative terrain area ratio, surrounding rock grade, and hydrodynamic zonation. Through the statistical analysis of 232 accident sections, a dataset of water inrush accidents in water-rich tunnels was established. We preprocessed the dataset by detecting and replacing outliers, supplementing missing values, and standardizing the data. Using the RF model in machine learning, an intelligent prediction model for the hazard of water inrush in water-rich tunnels was established through the application of datasets and parameter optimization processing. At the same time, a support vector machine (SVM) model was selected for comparison and verification, and the prediction accuracy of the RF model reached 98%, which is higher than the 87% of the SVM. Finally, the model was validated by taking the water inrush accident in the Yuanliangshan tunnel as an example, and the predicted results have a high degree of consistency with the actual hazard level. This indicates that the RF model has good performance when predicting water inrush in water-rich tunnels and that it can provide a new means by which to predict the hazard of water inrush in water-rich tunnels. Tumor metastasis is the major cause of breast cancer morbidity and mortality. It has been reported that the F-box protein FBXO3 functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase in regulating various biological processes, including host autoimmune, antiviral innate immunity, and inflammatory response. However, the role of FBXO3 in tumor metastasis remains elusive. We have previously shown that ΔNp63α is a common inhibitory target in oncogene-induced cell motility and tumor metastasis. In this study, we show that FBXO3 plays a vital role in PI3K-mediated breast cancer metastasis independent of its E3 ligase activity and ΔNp63α in breast cancer cells and in mouse. FBXO3 can bind to and stabilize USP4, leading to Twist1 protein stabilization and increased breast cancer cell migration and tumor metastasis. Mechanistically, FBXO3 disrupts the interaction between USP4 and aspartyl aminopeptidase (DNPEP), thereby protecting USP4 from DNPEP-mediated degradation. Furthermore, p110αH1047R facilitates the phosphorylation and stabilization of FBXO3 in an ERK1-dependent manner. Knockdown of either FBXO3 or USP4 leads to significant inhibition of PI3K-induced breast cancer metastasis. Clinically, elevated expression of p110α/FBXO3/USP4/Twist1 is associated with poor overall survival (OS) and recurrence-free survival (RFS) of breast cancer patients. Taken together, this study reveals that the FBXO3-USP4-Twist1 axis is pivotal in PI3K-mediated breast tumor metastasis and that FBXO3/USP4 may be potential therapeutic targets for breast cancer treatment. Background: ASXL2 encodes proteins involved in epigenetic regulation and the assembly of transcription factors at specific genomic loci. Germline de novo truncating variants in ASXL2 have been implicated in Shashi‐Pena syndrome, which results in features of developmental delay (DD), glabellar nevus flammeus, hypotonia, and cardiac disorders. However, the variants are rare, and the clinical spectrum may be incomplete. Methods: The clinical data such as brain MRI were collect. The whole exome sequencing was performed for genetic etiology analysis. Results: Here, we report a patient with DD, hypotonia, early atrial septal defect, and abnormal white matter signal. She presented with Shashi–Pena syndrome with a truncated variant in ASXL2 (NM_018263.6, c.2142_2152del, p.Ser714Argfs*5). She died of a digestive tract infection when she was 1 year and 6 months old. Conclusions: Our study further expanded the spectrum of phenotypes and genetic variations of the syndrome, and we believe that it is necessary to screen the ASXL2 gene in patients with DD and cardiac and bone disorders. "Through space" palladium/hydrogen shift is an efficient strategy to achieve selective functionalization of a specific remote C−H bond. Compared with relatively extensive exploited 1,4‐palladium migration process, the relevant 1,5‐Pd/H shift was far less investigated. We herein report a novel 1,5‐Pd/H shift pattern between a vinyl and an acyl group. Through the pattern, rapid access to 5‐membered‐dihydrobenzofuran and indoline derivatives has been achieved. Further studies have unveiled an unprecedented trifunctionalization (vinylation, alkynylation and amination) of a phenyl ring through 1,5‐palladium migration relayed decarbonylative Catellani type reaction. A series of mechanistic investigations and DFT calculations have provided insights into the reaction pathway. Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) is one of the most prevalent cancers worldwide. Heat shock factor 1 (HSF1) is a conserved transcriptional factor that plays a critical role in maintaining cellular proteostasis. However, the role of HSF1 in HNSCC development remains largely unclear. Here, we report that HSF1 promotes forkhead box protein O3a (FOXO3a)‐dependent transcription of ΔNp63α (p63 isoform in the p53 family; inhibits cell migration, invasion, and metastasis), which leads to upregulation of cyclin‐dependent kinase 4 expression and HNSCC tumour growth. Ablation of HSF1 or treatment with KRIBB11, a specific pharmacological inhibitor of HSF1, significantly suppresses ΔNp63α expression and HNSCC tumour growth. Clinically, the expression of HSF1 is positively correlated with the expression of ΔNp63α in HNSCC tumours. Mechanical-chemical synergy has been proven efficient in weed control. However, characterizing the state of the weed–soil complex after mechanical weeding and revealing its effects on subsequent herbicide application is still challenging, which restricts the implementation of this technology. This paper first presents a method to characterize the state of the weed–soil complex from the perspectives of the fragmentation and composite characteristics. The regrowth of the weed–soil complex and the effects of complemented herbicide-reduced spraying on weed control efficacy and crop yield were then investigated. The results showed that the typical diameters of the weed–soil complexes were 10.67 cm and 2.82 cm after inter-row hoe shovel and intra-row finger weeding, respectively. There were mainly two and four weed–soil complex states after inter-row and intra-row weeding, respectively. The regrowth rate corresponding to the weed–soil complex state with the largest component proportion after inter-row and intra-row weeding was 76.91% and 18.37%, respectively. The additional chemical herbicide sprayed on the weed–soil complex significantly improved the fresh weight control efficacy of 95.12% for the preposed inter-row mechanical weeding and 138.07% for the preposed intra-row mechanical weeding in the maize silking stage. The maize yield of inter-row mechanical–75% chemical application treatment was 9.27% higher than that of chemical treatment. A subway station is a confined space, so it is very important to evacuate people safely in case of a fire. It is necessary to study and analyze the smoke distribution and evacuation ability of different station layout schemes when fire occurs. Taking a subway station as an example, this paper combines BIM (Building Information Model) technology with the fire safety evacuation of the subway station. First, we optimize the layout of the public area of the subway station and use BIM technology to establish a subway station model. Then, we use the PyroSim software to establish a subway station fire model to analyze fire development in different locations of the station in the optimization scheme, and determine the time it takes for CO concentration, smoke temperature and visibility to reach the critical value of danger. Finally, a subway station fire evacuation model is established using the Pathfinder software to study the safety evacuation of people in the subway station fire. The results show that it takes the shortest time for the visibility in the station to reach the critical value under fire conditions, and the threat to safety evacuation is the greatest. The available safe evacuation time of the optimized subway station is greater than the required safe evacuation time under different fire conditions, that is, the optimized subway station arrangement can ensure the safety evacuation of the personnel in the subway station under fire conditions.
