The closest and most informal contacts between people are established in the sphere of family relations. The family most clearly manifests personality traits of each of its members. Favorable intra-family relationships are a factor in positive spontaneous psycho-corrective effects. The study of the microclimate in the family, the value orientations of its members, areas of personal growth is of great importance for increasing the level of social adaptation of patients with epilepsy. The study of the clinical and psychological aspects of family relationships in pediatric epileptology is given quite a lot of attention; there are few studies of intra-family relationships in adult patients. Knowledge of the psychological microclimate in the family is of great importance for the organization of psychocorrectional work with the patient and his environment. In the diagnosis of personality characteristics and interpersonal relationships of patients with epilepsy, an important role is given to experimentally psychological methods. The results obtained are used in psychocorrectional work and contribute to the solution of socially significant problems of patients with epilepsy.

The structure of the mining environmental economic system, where the key role is played by a coal mining enterprise or a set of enterprises, combined, among other things, with a coal-processing infrastructure, is studied in the article. Known approaches to the definition and the features of assessing the regional environmental economic security of a coal mining enterprise are analyzed. The structure of environmental economic security management of an industrial enterprise operating in an industrialized region is considered and a method for achieving the required level of environmental economic security, expressed in the form of a cost estimate of this process, is proposed. The work performed is of practical importance for environmental surveillance of various levels and large industrial enterprises, especially those related to coal mining and processing, in order to predict the required level of environmental economic security.

This article deals with the problem of studying the ecological consciousness of students at the stage of the growing pandemic. The authors analyze the main theoretical approaches to the structural organization of eco-consciousness in foreign and domestic psychology. The need for the formation of public eco-consciousness and environmentally oriented values among the modern youth is substantiated. An empirical study of the eco-consciousness structure of students with different degrees of involvement in natural objects, processes and phenomena in an unstable epidemiological situation is presented. High indicators of anthropocentric and archaic types of eco-consciousness are revealed. The attained results can be used by university teachers and practical psychologists to create psychological and pedagogical means of organizing the professional and educational environment at University. It will allow to manage the process of developing the environmental competence of students of different specialties.

Current processes of environmental law enforcement require the use of innovative approaches to the problem of environmental management. In this regard, an adequate choice of the environmental performance indicators of an enterprise and the technique for their analysis, aimed at developing efficient, environmentally friendly management decisions, is of great importance. The technique for calculating the environmental and eco-economic performance indicators of a coal mining enterprise, including using the weighted average hazard class of pollutants or production and consumption waste is discussed in the article. Various options for the application of this approach, which is of practical importance for reducing the labor intensity of management decision-making by industrial enterprises, are considered.

The upcoming GAMMA-400 experiment will be implemented aboard the Russian astrophysical space observatory, which will be operating in a highly elliptical orbit over a period of 7 years to provide new data on gamma-ray emissions and cosmic-ray electron + positron fluxes, mainly from the galactic plane, the Galactic Center, and the Sun. The main observation mode will be a continuous point-source mode, with a duration of up to ~100 days. The GAMMA-400 gamma-ray telescope will study high-energy gamma-ray emissions of up to several TeV and cosmic-ray electrons + positrons up to 20 TeV. The GAMMA-400 telescope will have a high angular resolution, high energy and time resolutions, and a very good separation efficiency for separating gamma rays from the cosmic-ray background and the electrons + positrons from protons. A distinctive feature of the GAMMA-400 gamma-ray telescope is its wonderful angular resolution for energies of >30 GeV (0.01° for Eγ = 100 GeV), which exceeds the resolutions of space-based and ground-based gamma-ray telescopes by a factor of 5–10. GAMMA-400 studies can reveal gamma-ray emissions from dark matter particles' annihilation or decay, identify many unassociated, discrete sources, explore the extended sources' structures, and improve the cosmic-ray electron + positron spectra data for energies of >30 GeV. Coal mining enterprise is a high-tech complex with a significant negative impact on water resources in the form of wastewater discharge. To improving the environmental safety of enterprises having a negative impact on the aquatic ecosystem, it is necessary to detail its features in order to increase the efficiency of environmental management. The article analyzes known approaches to the definition and features of formation of systems of assessing the negative impact on water resources. On the basis of synthesis of theoretical developments of domestic and foreign researchers` study and analysis the actual data of an industrial enterprise authors researched its negative impact on water resources to form a program of effective water protection measures. This researching has practical importance for large industrial enterprises that have a negative impact on water resources for effective environmental management decision-making.

The NICA collider can operate with polarized light ions in two modes. At the Preferred Spin mode (PS mode) the periodic spin motion along the closed orbit is unique, i.e. the static magnetic lattice determines a single stable orientation of the beam polarization at any collider's place. At the Spin Transparency mode (ST mode) any spin direction repeats every particle turn along the closed orbit, i.e. the colliders magnetic lattice is transparent to the spin. ST mode allows one to use a completely new approach to carry out experiments with polarized ions at high precision level. The features of ion polarization control in the ST mode are discussed. The schemes of polarization control in the NICA collider in the ST mode are presented.

The coal mining enterprise is a high-tech complex, which at the same time exerts all kinds of negative impact on the environment (emissions of pollutants into the air, wastewater discharges, production and consumer waste disposal). To improve environmental safety, it is necessary to study the local environmental and economic system and its main elements in order to improve managerial efficiency. The known approaches to the definition and the features of local environmental and economic system functioning are analyzed in the article. The directions for improving the efficiency of local eco-economic “industrial enterprise-environment” system management were developed on the basis of the synthesis of the study of theoretical developments of domestic and foreign researchers and the analysis of factual data. The work done is of practical importance for large industrial enterprises that exerts a diversified negative impact on the environment for preparing to the efficient sustainable managerial decisionmaking.

The article reviews the issues of environmental and economic efficiency of the comprehensive technology of removing sulphur and nitrogen oxides and mercury from flue gases. The purpose of the study is to justify the choice of the methods for the analysis of environmental and economic effectiveness of the designed air protection activities and to perform a number of calculations. The article analyses main processing methods for reducing the concentration of sulfur and nitrogen oxides in the flue gases from the combustion of coal fuels, thus generating maximum ecological and economic benefits. The main result of the work is development of the adapted system of technical, environmental and economic indicators characterizing the high efficiency of the proposed technical solutions. The results of the study can be recommended to heating enterprises in support of effective environment-friendly management decisions justifying implementation of appropriate flue gas cleaning technologies.

The issues of showing relations between environmental and economic indicators (further - environmental and economic interactions) of coke and by-product process are considered in the article. The purpose of the study is to reveal the regularities of the functioning of the local environmental and economic system on the basis of revealed spectrum of environmental and economic interactions. A simplified scheme of the environmental and economic system “coke and by-product process - the environment” was developed. The forms of the investigated environmental-economic interactions were visualized and the selective interpretation of the tightness of the established connection was made. The main result of the work is modeling system of environmental and economic interactions that allows increasing the efficiency of local ecological and economic system management and optimizing the “interests” of an industrial enterprise - the source of negative impact on the environment. The results of the survey can be recommended to government authorities and industrial enterprises with a wide range of negative impact forms to support the adoption of effective management decisions aimed at sustainable environmental and economic development of the region or individual municipalities.

We study conditions of the asymptotic normality of the number of repetitions (pairs of equal values) in a segment of strict sense stationary random sequence of values from {1, 2, ..., N} satisfying the strong uniform mixing condition. It is shown that under natural conditions for the number of repetitions to be asymptotically normal as the length of the segment tends to infinity it is necessary for the stationary distribution to be different from the equiprobable one. Formulas for distributions of number of ones (non-zeroes) in the cycle of the output sequence of generalized binary Pohl generator are obtained. Limit theorems for these distributions are derived in the case when the lengths of registers are coprime and tend to infinity, the contents of different registers are independent, but cell contents within each register may be dependent. The article focuses on historical and social background of English name giving process. Proper names are considered as a leading group of onomastic units due to its extra linguistic component and direct connection with a human being. The processes of globalisation influence on all spheres of life and name giving process is not an exception. Challenges of nomination are explained in the article. The actuality of the paper is defined by the authors' point of view who cling to the idea that in modern globalized world only a proper name could be an only identifier of the national and confessional identity of an individual. Historical milestones that impact on name giving process are mentioned and social factors which influence name giving process are classified and described. Proper names have passed a long evolutionary way from a word -- the identifier of a person among similar to legally significant sign of a linguistic personality, a register component which defines a social status and position of the individual in society. The research is relevant in the linguistic, social, national and cognitive aspects, as it demonstrates an interaction between language and society. The paper analyses with a range of historical data the dynamics of the Taimyr wild reindeer population. Its first period is a pre-commercial hunting period (1959–1971). The second is the period of intensive organised commercial hunting (1972–1993). The third is a post-commercial hunting period (1994–2007). Finally, there is the period of barbarity (2008 – present time). The analysis covers the dynamics of the size, sex and age structure of the population (according to the data of aerial census survey and commercial hunting samples), female barrenness, animals’ natural mortality, commercial hunting and productivity of the population. It has been demonstrated that the predominance of males in the sex and age structure of the population begins mainly at the beginning of animals’ lives. The analysis of the data on reindeer’s fertility and mortality (both natural and from commercial hunting) lead us to the conclusion that the most productive indices of the population were reached in the period of intensive organised commercial hunting. An estimate of the accuracy of the Poisson approximation in B. A. Sevastyanov's theorem providing conditions for the distribution of the sum of random indicators to converge to the Poisson distribution is obtained. The low-frequency room temperature interface magnetoelectric (ME) effect was observed in the layered heterostructures comprising the ferromagnetic (FM) Co layers and ferroelectric (FE) ceramic substrates on the base of lead zirconate titanate PbZr0.45Ti0.55O3 (PZT). The Co films 1-12 μm in thickness were deposited by ion-beam sputtering/deposition technics onto the 400 μm PZT substrates. Results of X-ray, magnetic and ME experiments have shown the existence of ME effect in Co/PZT/Co and (Co/PZT/Co)3 heterostructures obtained by the above mentioned techniques being independent on ferromagnetic/ferroelectric interface roughness. The values of ME voltage coefficient in heterostructures with ion-beam planarized PZT surfaces are much higher than that in heterostructures with mechanochemically polished ceramic substrate surfaces. The heterostructures possess ME effect of the same order as those obtained by means of the mechanical bonding of FM and FE sheets with organic binders and have the typical ME hysteresis curves.
