The issue of marine plastic contamination has been raising concern for a long time. Despite the difficulties Vietnam faces, there are relatively few studies related to the assessment of potential leaked plastic sources into the marine environment. A large amount of marine debris was predicted to come from land-based plastic waste sources in coastal areas with high population densities. This research provides the data on the amount of daily generated plastic waste, behaviors and perception on plastic waste in riverside and coastal households in Da Nang City, Vietnam. The results indicate that the waste generation rate was 311.1 g/cap/day of which plastic waste accounted for 18%. Plastic bags were frequently used and discarded at the highest rate due to its convenience and accessibility. Meanwhile, the rate for plastic bags separation is relatively low (36.1%). Single-use plastic for food stuffs and beverage is also a problem with highly frequent use. Instead, the rate of willingness to participate in reducing plastic bags usage is quite positive (approximately 70%). To address these challenges, this study discusses on the policies and emphasises the importance of campaigns to minimise the consumption of single-use plastic at source, the education and outreach programs to modify disposal habits, etc. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Purpose: To investigate the demographics, clinical features, radiologic measurement, treatment, and outcomes of symptomatic spontaneous isolated superior mesenteric artery dissection (SISMAD) according to computed tomography (CT) classification. Methods: This retrospective study included 201 patients diagnosed with symptomatic SISMAD from November 2014 to December 2020. Symptomatic spontaneous isolated superior mesenteric artery dissection was categorized into four types based on CT images by Yun's angiographic classification. Their clinical characteristics, images features, treatment methods, and radiological outcomes were comparatively analyzed by CT angiographic types. Results: SISMADs were categorized into type I (13.9%) patent false lumen (FL) with both entry and re-entry; type IIa (37.3%), blind pouch of FL; type IIb (43.3%), thrombosed FL; and type III (5.5%), and the occlusion of superior mesenteric artery (SMA). Type IIb, the most common SISMAD, showed the largest true lumen (TL) residual diameter and the lowest percentage of TL stenosis. Type III positioned most proximally to SMA origin and had the maximum dissection length. Symptomatic spontaneous isolated superior mesenteric artery dissections underwent conservative (75.1%), endovascular (22.4%), and surgical (2.5%) treatment. Conservative treatment was more frequent in type I (85.7%) and type IIb (83.9%) than in type IIa (65.3%) and type III (45.5%). Endovascular intervention was more commonly utilized in type IIa (32.0%) and type III (36.4%) than in type I (14.3%) and type IIb (14.9%). Conservative patients achieved FL vanishment/shrinkage (57.8%), stabilization (26.6%), and enlargement (15.6%). After conservative treatment, type I showed angiographic FL stabilization; type IIa achieved FL shrinkage (48.1%), stabilization (22.2%), and enlargement (29.6%); type IIb exhibited FL vanishment/shrinkage (92.0%) and enlargement (8.0%). Cumulative rate of stent patency was 92.3% during 6-year follow-up. Conclusions: Conservative management with close follow-up is initially provided especially for types I and IIb. Morphological stabilization is more frequent in type I of patent FL with entry and re-entry. False lumen vanishment or shrinkage was more likely to occur in type IIb due to the thrombus absorption. Endovascular intervention has excellent long-term in-stent patency and is predominantly utilized in types IIa and III. Blood flow sustained into a blind-ending FL causes the TL compression and stenosis in type IIa. Type III with the occlusion of SMA has the high risk of bowel ischemia. Clinical Impact: According to Yun's angiographic classification of spontaneous isolated superior mesenteric artery dissection (SISMAD), type I (13.9%) has patent true and false lumen and the morphological pattern is maintained stable; type IIa (37.3%) possesses a patent blind-ending false lumen which might shrink, remain unchanged, or enlarge; and endovascular intervention is suggested when conservative treatment failed; type IIb (43.3%) recovers spontaneously due to the absorption of false lumen thrombus and conservative treatment is preferentially considered; type III (5.5%) with the occlusion of main trunk carries a high risk of bowel necrosis, early endovascular intervention is proposed, and open surgery might be necessary. This is the first documented instance of Sri Lanka’s endemic Macaca sinica (toque macaque) foraging on invasive Annona glabra (pond apple). We observed a troop of toque macaques (∼15) consuming A. glabra in a mangrove forest in Negombo lagoon in western Sri Lanka. Deepwater oil and gas wells have complex well body structure, and the multi-layer closed annulus structure formed by free section and sealed section tubing column is easy to absorb heat and generate expansion pressure. In deepwater drilling operation, the rise in temperature of the closed casing annulus is easy to produce the phenomenon of rising annulus pressure, and due to the special characteristics of the underwater wellhead device, it is not possible to release the annulus pressure between the casing, and the high annulus pressure will lead to casing extrusion and deformation, which will seriously threaten the safety and integrity of the wellbore. In order to ensure the smooth progress of deepwater drilling operations and reduce operational risks, corresponding methods and strategies are proposed for the management of annulus pressure in deepwater oil and gas wells. A variety of measures and products have been developed worldwide for engineering measures of annulus pressure management, including optimization of well structure and cementing design, use of rupture discs, foam casing and vacuum tubing, and other measures. This paper analyzes five major categories of prevention methods and control techniques for deepwater oil and gas wells well annulus confinement pressure, which are increasing casing strength (stiffness level, wall thickness), eliminating expanding fluid, blocking heat transfer, balancing fluid thermal expansion and releasing annulus confinement pressure management strategies. Measures to control annulus pressure by increasing casing strength (stiffness level, wall thickness), fully sealing the annulus, vacuum insulated tubing, foam casing, nitrogen foam isolation fluid, non-circumferential pipe shoes and rupture disc casing tools and analyzing their engineering advantages and disadvantages. According to the engineering application experience, the use of rupture disk casing tool to alleviate the annular pressure is currently the most widely used and stable and reliable means in the world. And according to the theoretical knowledge and engineering practice of annular pressure management, the basic strategy of annular pressure management is summarized when rupture disk is adopted as the main means of annular pressure management. Purpose: Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) use networks to overcome knowledge deficiencies in pursuing innovation. However, balancing the cost and risk of growing networks, especially internationally, with potential gains in knowledge remains a critical challenge. Searching for innovation knowledge in international and domestic networks can be complementary when learning is compressed or as competing when the SMEs capacity to use the new knowledge is exceeded. This paper aims to investigate whether knowledge searches in domestic and international networks are complementary or conflicting in pursuit of innovation. Design/methodology/approach: This study is based on firm-level data set comprising 426 SMEs located in New Zealand, an advanced small and open economy. Using multi-level modelling, this study tests competing hypotheses, asking whether domestic and international network searches are complements or substitutes when seeking ambidexterity. Findings: The research finds that, in contrast to earlier research, which shows increasing network breadth drives innovation activity, SMEs benefit less from knowledge search across combined domestic and international networks for exploration innovation and ambidexterity. In contrast, exploitation shows no effect, suggesting that combined networks could support exploitation. Originality/value: This paper highlights how SMEs mitigate the influence resource constraints have on the partnerships they form and how this translates to ambidexterity. Specifically, recognising that an opportunistic approach to network development may impose future constraints on SME ambidexterity. From a management perspective, the paper recognises that balancing knowledge search across domestic and international networks can facilitate ambidexterity; however, to prevent spreading resources too thinly, this likely requires exit from early domestic innovation network partnerships. The article studies main socio-cultural resources that ensure the success of the management strategy of modern China. The Law “On Public Service” is considered as an important legal resource regulating the activities of public personnel. Since the social stability of the Chinese society is explained by the multiparty political system of the country with the leading role of the Communist Party of China, the article presents a table compiled by the author about the parties, including the logo, information about the leaders and their education, data on the degree of influence of each party in society and its establishment time. The possibility of consultations with the participation of all officially operating parties guarantees the Communist Party of China the adoption of a theoretically grounded plan for ongoing reforms implementation, which is interpreted as an important managerial resource along with personnel policy. The socio-cultural vector of the management strategy is interpreted in the discourse of the building socialism theory with Chinese specifics, which implies the living standards improvement with industries development that provide vital human needs and socially important innovation directions in science and economy. The author concludes that the management strategy resources have a multi-vector character, which is manifested in economic and cultural, scientific and technological, political and ideological spheres.

Abstract Mycotoxins, which are secondary metabolites produced by toxicogenic fungi, are natural food toxins that cause acute and chronic adverse reactions in humans and animals. The genus Fusarium is one of three major genera of mycotoxin‐producing fungi. Trichothecenes, fumonisins, and zearalenone are the major Fusarium mycotoxins that occur worldwide. Fusarium mycotoxins have the potential to infiltrate the human food chain via contamination during crop production and food processing, eventually threatening human health. The occurrence and development of Fusarium mycotoxin contamination will change with climate change, especially with variations in temperature, precipitation, and carbon dioxide concentration. To address these challenges, researchers have built a series of effective models to forecast the occurrence of Fusarium mycotoxins and provide guidance for crop production. Fusarium mycotoxins frequently exist in food products at extremely low levels, thus necessitating the development of highly sensitive and reliable detection techniques. Numerous successful detection methods have been developed to meet the requirements of various situations, and an increasing number of methods are moving toward high‐throughput features. Although Fusarium mycotoxins cannot be completely eliminated, numerous agronomic, chemical, physical, and biological methods can lower Fusarium mycotoxin contamination to safe levels during the preharvest and postharvest stages. These theoretical innovations and technological advances have the potential to facilitate the development of comprehensive strategies for effectively managing Fusarium mycotoxin contamination in the future.

Poor performance of on-street parking facilities at Gen. Sudirman Kuanino Street, Kupang, can disrupt traffic flow and cause various problems. The research method is to evaluate the performance of on-street parking facilities and their impact on road performance, transportation costs, and the environment. The results show that the parking index exceeds the parking space capacity, with the highest values of 150% (left) and 138% (right). This is due to the parking volume of building material store operational vehicles (pick-ups and trucks). The resulting impact is a decrease in road performance with a degree of saturation (DS) at 1.22. Hence, it affects transportation costs and vehicle exhaust emissions exceeding regulatory limits. The recommended structuring strategy is the application of rules to control the volume, space, and time of parking by prohibiting parking from building material store operational vehicles, requiring minimum availability of off-street parking spaces by every store, applying a progressive parking fee system, and planting green plants. If the structuring strategy is implemented, the highest parking index results are 84% (left) and 96% (right), and the road performance results increase from the DS value of 1.22 to 0.71.

This research investigates the impact of Green Human Resource and Green Supply Chain strategies on improving sustainable performance in the manufacturing industry. The main focus of this research is to understand how the implementation of these green strategies can improve a company's operational efficiency and productivity. This approach includes human resource management with a focus on environmental sustainability and supply chain optimization to minimize environmental impacts. The research methodology involved quantitative data analysis measuring the impact of green strategies on sustainable performance using random sampling. The research technique was carried out by means of observation, distributing questionnaires and processing data using SEM-AMOS. The sample used was 310 respondents in manufacturing companies located in the Bekasi area. This study identifies the impact of systemic risks on the company’s strategic development prospects through attracting investments and ensuring their insurance protection. The company’s strategic development model predetermines the level of its investment activity at various stages of the life cycle. This is important because there is an urgent need for the Ukrainian economy to attract foreign investment for the post-war reconstruction of the country. But there are objective difficulties associated with the complication of actualizing the investment position of enterprises in the leading sectors of the economy, taking into account the challenges and threats caused by the military aggression of the Russian Federation. Conditions of entropy, which indicate unpredictability and variability in the business environment, expose enterprises to great risks. It was determined that the investment position of the business entity should correlate with the strategic model of its development and represent a balanced mechanism. This has made it possible to reasonably systematize the risk of investment activities and approaches to their management. Statistical analysis became the basis for evaluating the dynamics of direct and capital investments in the leading sectors of the Ukrainian economy. The results gave grounds for asserting a significant deterioration of the investment climate in Ukraine as a result of the war. The level of direct and capital investments is low. We focused attention on the possibility of flexible adjustment of strategic development plans to unforeseen risks. The proposed recommendations, unlike existing ones, consist of a combination of state and market levers to stimulate investments in the economy of Ukraine. Existing military risks restrain the investment activity of stakeholders. Therefore, the conditions for the practical implementation of the mechanism of distribution and reduction of risks are the formation of insurance protection of investments for investors. This study concentrated on a business report that typically reveals a company's non-financial information, aiming to uncover its strategic direction. Using text-mining techniques, the research extracted and analyzed the report's overview sections, identifying key strategic themes categorized into the financial, customer, learning and growth, and internal process perspectives. The empirical analysis applied a two-stage model to assess how shifts in company strategies affect profitability, stability, and growth. This research provided insights into the management strategies and financial metrics within the information security sector, examining how strategic priorities shape financial health. The findings were as follows. Firstly, companies emphasizing financial strategies in their reports tended to exhibit higher profitability. Secondly, those focusing on customer-oriented strategies also reported greater profitability. Thirdly, companies prioritizing internal processes demonstrated increased organizational stability. Fourthly, an emphasis on learning and growth strategies was associated with lower stability but higher growth potential. This paper contributes to the field by offering a method to quantitatively analyze qualitative textual data, providing a more precise approach to understanding management strategies through direct content analysis of business reports. It also highlights the specific financial and strategic characteristics of information security firms, a relatively under-researched area, thereby offering valuable guidance for these companies in terms of strategic planning. The impact of global warming on Argentine viticulture may result in a geographical shift, with wine-growing regions potentially moving towards the southwest, known as one of the windiest regions in the world. Deficit irrigation is a widely used strategy to control the shoot growth and improve fruit quality attributes, such as berry skin polyphenols. The present study aimed to assess the effects of different wind intensities and irrigation levels, as well as their interactions, on field-grown Vitis vinifera L. cvs. Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. The experiment was conducted during two growing seasons with two wind treatments (sheltered and exposed) and two irrigation treatments (well-watered and moderate deficit irrigation) in a multifactorial design. Vegetative growth, stomatal conductance, shoot biomass partition, fruit yield components and berry skin phenolics were evaluated. Our study found that, generally, wind exposure reduced vegetative growth, and deficit irrigation increased the proportion of smaller berries within the bunches. Meanwhile, deficit irrigation and wind exposure additively increased the concentration of berry skin phenolics. Combined stressful conditions enhance biomass partition across the shoot to fruits in Malbec, increasing the weight of bunches and the number of berries. Our findings offer practical implications for vineyard managers in windy regions, providing actionable insights to optimize grapevine cultivation and enhance wine quality. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The goal of this research is to describe and analyze the Kurdistan Region's seed system development. Also, to examine why and how the formal seed system has been prioritized over other alternatives (farmers' and community-based seed systems). It further illustrates how the growing seed systems development debate generates challenges for policymakers and governments using the KRG case. Seed sector development policies have been formulated and implemented. The reason is to motivate the new seed policy bill and new agenda for future farmer seed production, with the different actors' interests influencing seed policy formulation and implementation. The study was conducted from February to June 2023. Primary data for this study were gathered through focus group discussions (FGDs), which were defined as gatherings of individuals with similar experiences or backgrounds to investigate a specific topic of interest. The extensive utilization method used by qualitative researchers to examine qualitative data is a thematic analysis, which typically consists of descriptive information. These themes encompass various aspects related to seed, including seed origin and seed transparency, sustainable agriculture and food security, cooperation with stakeholders, regulation, and the governance gap. This study employed big data analytics to investigate the impacts of land use and network features on passenger flow distribution at urban rail stations. The aim was to provide decision support for differentiated operational management strategies for various types of rail stations, thereby achieving refined operation and the sustainable development of urban rail systems. First, this study compared clustering results using different similarity measurement functions within the K-means algorithm framework, selecting the optimal similarity measurement function to construct clustering models. Second, factors influencing passenger flow distribution were selected from land use and network features, forming a feature set that when combined with clustering model results, served as input for the XGBoost model to analyze the relationship between various features and the station passenger flow distribution. The case study showed that (1) the clustering results using a dynamic time-warping distance as the similarity measurement function was optimal; (2) the results of the XGBoost model highlighted commercial services and closeness centrality as the most important factors that affected rail station passenger flow distribution; (3) urban rail stations in Nanjing could be categorized into four types: "strong traffic attraction stations", "balanced traffic attraction stations", "suburban strong traffic occurrence stations", and "distant suburban strong traffic occurrence stations". Differentiated operational and management strategies were developed for these station types. This paper offers a novel approach for enhancing the operational management of urban rail transit, which not only boosts operational efficiency but also aligns with the goals of sustainable development by promoting resource-efficient transportation solutions. Recent World Health Organization records show that hypertension is more common in Africa than in other parts of the world, and remains a major common risk factor for cardiovascular diseases, stroke, renal diseases, and death. However, little is known about hypertension management strategies among people in rural areas. Therefore, this phenomenological study aimed to investigate knowledge of hypertension management strategies among middle-aged adults in rural areas of Anambra state. Focus group discussions were used to collect data from 40 middle-aged adults (20 males and 20 females). The data were analysed thematically. Results showed that the participants were all aware of hypertension but lacked in-depth knowledge of disease management strategies. Most of the participants did not believe that engaging in regular physical exercise/activity, and other factors like reduction in salt and alcohol intake could help in controlling high blood pressure. Social workers who are also social service providers are needed to raise awareness among middle-aged people in rural areas about hypertension management strategies. This can be done through the provision of social services like education, health services, and transport services, as this will go a long way in helping rural dwellers gain more knowledge of hypertension management strategies. With the provision of health services, the rural population will not only know management strategies for hypertension but will also be able to check their blood pressure regularly, while transport services will make it possible for the rural population who do not have health centres in their community and means of transporting themselves to the neighbouring community for treatment to do so. Future research should focus on the importance of welfare/home visits as an avenue for awareness creation on hypertension management strategies, as this will be an avenue for the provision of better social services for people in rural areas and an improvement in social service research. BackgroundPercutaneous left atrial appendage closure (LAAC) serves as an alternative prophylactic strategy for patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (AF) who cannot undergo anti-coagulation therapy. Proper management of associated complications is crucial to enhancing the procedure's success rate and mitigating perioperative risks and adverse events during follow-up.AimsThis study aims to summarize our center's experience and strategies in managing procedural-related complications encountered in 512 cases of LAAC with or without ablation for AF conducted from January 2020 to December 2023.ResultsWe identified 11 significant intervention-requiring complications associated with LAAC with or without Ablation procedure. These included three cases of intraoperative thrombosis, three instances of pericardial effusion or tamponade, one case of device-related thrombosis, one peri-device leak, one systemic embolism, one bleeding episode, and one additional device-related complication. The categorization of intraoperative thrombosis was as follows: one patient exhibited heparin resistance; one experienced thrombosis due to prolonged device implantation during the LAAC with ablation procedure; and one had unexplained intraoperative thrombosis. The pericardial effusion or tamponade likely resulted from damage to the atrial appendage during LAAC device insertion. Two patients encountered device-related thrombosis and systemic embolism events possibly caused by non-standard postoperative antithrombotic medication use; one patient's peri-device leak may have resulted from incomplete endothelialization of the occluder post-surgery; one patient experienced postoperative bladder bleeding; and one patient's device-related complications occurred due to a dislodged strut frame that damaged the left atrial appendage, leading to pericardial effusion. Our proactive interventions enabled all patients with these surgical-related complications to be safely discharged, with subsequent follow-ups showing no adverse events.ConclusionImplementing targeted interventions for immediate procedural-related complications during the LAAC with or without ablation procedures enhances procedural success rates, diminishes postoperative mortality and patient disability, and bolsters stroke prevention efforts. This approach underscores the importance of a strategic response to complications, affirming the procedure's viability and safety in managing non-valvular AF in patients contraindicated for anticoagulation.

The article reveals the content of one of the components of knowledge management – knowledge generation in an organization. An attempt is being made to identify the mechanism of this generation and to reveal the potential for its effectiveness. It is shown that knowledge for an organization has the status of a special resource: it has its own dynamics of emergence and requires specific management actions. The experience of Japanese companies is used in applying a four-phase spiral model of new knowledge formation in an organization, when knowledge is translated into real technologies and products. Creating new knowledge literally means “reshaping the company and each of its employee in a continuous process of personal and organizational selfrenewal”. The study presents the “ba” platform, which is interpreted as a system in which knowledge is activated as a creative resource and as a context in which interaction between explicit and tacit knowledge develops in a spiral. A SECI model is proposed. It describes such methods of knowledge transformation. By addressing organized processes such as knowledge creation and exchange, the mechanisms that ensure the transfer of knowledge in organizations are analyzed. It is concluded that knowledge transfer is a kind of key to a rare opportunity to understand what the prerequisites for a company competitive advantages are. A mechanism for resolving this paradoxical situation can only be formed by managers representing the creative class.

This study aimed to: (1) identify the condition of the Bedul Banyuwangi mangrove forest area for sustainable ecotourism; (2) evaluate the fitness of the Bedul Banyuwangi mangrove forest for sustainable ecotourism; (3) evaluate collaboration between the community and the management of Alas Purwo National Park in conserving Bedul mangrove forest areas; and (4) design a management strategy for the Bedul mangrove forest for developing sustainable ecotourism. This research is a descriptive analytic study with a survey technique constructed using a remote sensing approach and a Geographic Information System (GIS). Landsat and Quickbird satellite imagery are used to identify temporal changes in mangrove forests and temperature over the last decade. Quickbird remote sensing data are used to evaluate the current land use associated with community activities in mangrove areas and government policies related to the presence of mangrove forests. The results showed that: 1) the condition of the Bedul Banyuwangi mangrove area from 1995-2022 was in a stable state. ; 2) the fitness of the Bedul Banyuwangi mangrove forest for sustainable ecotourism is included in the S2 category or following with the Bedul mangrove ecotourism fitness index; 3) the collaborative management of the Bedul mangrove ecotourism between the community (fishing community, local government) and the management of Alas Purwo National Park is continuing good to maintain the condition of the mangroves and provide economic benefits to the community in a sustainable manner; 4) the management strategy implemented is to maintain the quality and quantity of Bedul mangroves and supporting facilities in a sustainable manner. This research can be used as a reference for future research into sustainable ecotourism, as well as for the government to create policies that support sustainable ecotourism.

The fumigant has been approved by the World Health Organization for use in grain storage, targeting the eradication of pests in areas where grain is stored or transported to reduce insect and mold activities, thereby minimizing storage losses. Phosphine is featured by its economic viability, application readibility, rapid diffusion, and lack of residue, making it advantageous for comprehensive pest control. It demonstrates high efficacy against various harmful organisms in storage, making it one of major fumigants worldwide. However, the elimination of some fumigants has increased dependence on phosphine. The lack of standardized guidance and inappropriate use of phosphine have led to severe resistance among stored grain pests, posing a threat to the effectiveness and sustainability of phosphine treatment. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the current status and trends of phosphine resistance in stored grain pests on the global. It analyzes the genetic basis of resistance, focusing on respiratory and cuticle-related gene expression and detoxification enzyme mechanisms. A comparison of four resistance detection methods—FAO, discriminating does bioassay, rapid knockdown, and molecular identification—is rendered. The study explores key strategies for resistance management, including optimization of fumigation protocols, laboratory and field validations, and application recommendations. The aim is to offer reference information for the scientific and rational use of phosphine and the development of alternative pest control methods in the future.

ABSTRACT: Incomplete milking (IM) is one way of mitigating the negative energy balance (NEB) that is characteristic for early lactation and may increase the risk for disease. Our objectives were to test the effects of IM in early lactation on energy balance (EB), metabolic status, udder health, and subsequent performance. To facilitate the practical application, an automated system was used to remove the milking clusters once a predefined amount of milk is withdrawn. Frequent spontaneous combustion activities restrict ecological restoration of coal waste dumps after reclamation. Effective monitoring of vegetation restoration is important for ensuring land reclamation success and preserving the ecological environment in mining areas. Development of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology has enabled fine-scale vegetation monitoring. In this study, we focused on Medicago sativa L. (alfalfa), a representative herbaceous vegetation type, in a coal waste dump after reclamation in Shanxi province, China. The alfalfa aboveground biomass (AGB) was used as an indicator for assessing vegetation restoration. The objective of this study was to evaluate the capacity of UAV-based fusion of RGB, multispectral, and thermal infrared information for estimating alfalfa AGB using various regression models, including random forest regression (RFR), gradient boosting decision tree (GBDT), K-nearest neighbor (KNN), support vector regression (SVR), and stacking models. The main results are as follows: (i) UAV multi-source data fusion improved alfalfa AGB estimation accuracy, although the enhancement diminished with the increasing number of sensor types. (ii) The stacking model consistently outperformed RFR, GBDT, KNN, and SVR regression models across all feature fusion combinations. It achieved high accuracy with R2 of 0.86–0.88, RMSE of 80.06–86.87 g/m2, and MAE of 60.24–62.69 g/m2. Notably, the stacking model based on only RGB imagery features mitigated the accuracy loss from limited types of features, potentially reducing equipment costs. This research aims to determine marketing strategies that can be implemented to improve marketing performance at Zeribowl Dessert using the SWOT analysis method. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with data collection methods through documentation studies, observations, interviews and questionnaires obtained from 30 customers and 4 Zeribowl Dessert staff. The research results show that the Strength and Opportunities (SO) value is 3.23. Then the Weakness and Threats (WT) value is 3.6. Thus the researcher concludes that an aggressive strategy can be carried out by maximizing strength by taking advantage of Zeribowl's opportunities to gain profits through marketing strategies that can be implemented by Zeribowl Dessert, including; market development and market penetration, product development, market target and market positioning. As the main organic materials, straw and manure play a critical role in soil organic carbon (SOC) sequestration and crop yield in China. This meta-analysis evaluated the impact of straw and manure amendments, both individually and combined, on crop yield, SOC, and soil nutrients in China by collecting 173 studies. The findings of this study revealed that straw return and manure application increased crop yields by 14.4% and 70.4%, respectively, overall. Combined straw and manure application gained a better improvement effect than straw alone but was less effective than manure alone. Regarding the straw return results, rice straw and a 3000–6000 kg ha−1 returning quantity improved crop yield, SOC, available phosphorus (AP), available potassium (AK), and total nitrogen (TN) the most; regarding the straw return form, straw incorporated into soil and biochar increased crop yield and SOC more, respectively; and <5 years and ≥5 years of straw return treatment increased crop yield and TN more, respectively. Regarding manure application, pig and chicken manure increased crop yield and TN more, respectively; a 50–80% substitution ratio and 10–20 years of duration were best for improving crop yield, SOC, AP, AK, and TN. This study highlights the importance of optimal organic amendment through straw or manure applications to achieve a win–win between crop yield and soil fertility under the requirement of sustainable agriculture. Purpose. To determine the essence of managing innovation development of a company in the context of digitalization. Methodology. In the process of studying the management of innovative development of enterprises, additional approaches to analysis were applied. Among them, the following can be highlighted: expert assessment (involving experts from various fields of economic activity), scenario modeling (developing various scenarios of strategic management of innovative development allowed for the analysis of possible consequences and outcomes of each), and systemic analysis (considering the interconnections between various aspects of innovative development of enterprises in the context of digitalization and their impact on the economy as a whole). Findings. The authors have examined the fundamentals of managing the innovative development of the enterprise, with particular emphasis on considering innovative development in a strategic context and comprehensively. It was found that enterprises do not pay due attention to the formation of a strategic set of management of innovative development and do not make appropriate forecasts. The authors proposed a strategic set that affects the innovative potential of the enterprise, changing its direction, and, if necessary, may be very time-consuming, require resources and effort to return to the previous state of management. The characteristic of the implementation of the management strategy of innovative development of the enterprise, which, unlike the existing characteristics, includes a digital process, is considered. A complex of factors that determine the further intensification of innovative development of enterprises is analyzed, namely diversification of activities, multi-channel financial support, improvement of information and analytical support, use of public-private partnership and clustering tools, development of new types of technologies and communications, implementation of risk protection methods, development of modern network communications and organizational design and others. Originality. For the first time, the work has comprehensively explored the management of innovative development of the enterprise in the context of digitization and identified new regularities in the innovative development. Practical value. The research results can be utilized for the formulation of an effective innovation policy within enterprises in the context of the digitization of the state. Anthropogenic hybridization, or higher and non‐natural rates of gene flow directly and indirectly induced by human activities, is considered a significant threat to biodiversity. The primary concern for conservation is the potential for genomic extinction and loss of adaptiveness for native species due to the extensive introgression of non‐native genes. To alleviate or reverse trends for such scenarios requires the direct integration of genomic data within a model framework for effective management. Towards this end, we developed the simRestore R program as a decision‐making tool that integrates ecological and genomic information to simulate ancestry outcomes from optimized conservation strategies. In short, the program optimizes supplementation and removal strategies across generations until a set native genetic threshold is reached within the studied population. Importantly, in addition to helping with initial decision‐making, simulations can be updated with the outcomes of ongoing efforts, allowing for the adaptive management of populations. After demonstrating functionality, we apply and optimize among actionable management strategies for the endangered Hawaiian duck for which the current primary threat is genetic extinction through ongoing anthropogenic hybridization with feral mallards. Simulations demonstrate that supplemental and removal efforts can be strategically tailored to move the genetic ancestry of Hawaii's hybrid populations towards Hawaiian duck without the need to completely start over. Further, we discuss ecological parameter sensitivity, including which factors are most important to ensure genetic outcomes (i.e. number of offspring). At present, private education plays an important role in China's education system, but there are a series of problems and challenges in the management of private education. The purpose of this study is to discuss and solve the problems existing in the management of private education through the method of fuzzy logic system. Firstly, the application of fuzzy logic systems in related fields is reviewed to understand the potential and advantages of fuzzy logic systems. Then, through the analysis of the main problems in the management of private education, the root of these problems and their impact on the education system are revealed. By establishing a private education management model based on fuzzy logic system, the application and function of this model in problem analysis and decision making are demonstrated. In the analysis of the results, the accuracy and effectiveness of the fuzzy logic system in the management of private education are evaluated, and the targeted management strategies and countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems in the management of private education. Incomplete milking (IM) is one way of mitigating the negative energy balance (NEB) that is characteristic for early lactation and may increase the risk for disease. Our objectives were to test the effects of IM in early lactation on energy balance (EB), metabolic status, udder health, and subsequent performance. To facilitate the practical application, an automated system was used to remove the milking clusters once a predefined amount of milk is withdrawn. Forty-six Holstein cows were equally allocated to either the treatment (TRT, starting on 8 d in milk) or the control group (CON; conventional cluster removal at milk flow rate <0.3 kg/min). Milk removal in the TRT group was limited to the individual cow's milk yield 1 d before IM started and held constant for 14 d. Thereafter, all cows were conventionally milked and records related to EB, performance, and udder health were continued up to 15 wk of lactation. During the 14 d of IM, on average 11.1% less milk was obtained from the TRT cows than from the CON cows. Thereafter, milk yield increased in the TRT group, eliminating the group difference throughout the remaining observation period until wk 15 of lactation. The TRT cows tended to have less dry matter intake and also water intake than the CON cows. The extent of the NEB and the circulating concentrations of fatty acids, β-hydroxybutyrate, insulin-like growth factor-1, and leptin mostly did not differ between the groups. The IM did not affect body condition. Udder health was maintained over the entire observation period in all cows. Our results demonstrate the applicability of the automated cluster removal for limiting milk withdrawal to a defined amount in early lactation. However, it remains to be determined whether the absent effect on energy metabolism was due to the relatively stable energy status of the cows or to the relatively mild IM setting used herein. Centric to business is profit-making, and incorporating professionals in management is invaluable for growth and organizational development. Management processes call for effective operation and efficient resource utilization, a metric in planning for enhanced visibility and productivity critical in business sustainability. The idea is that innovation and neuro-economics are pivotal, interfering and significantly contributing to business advancement, and companies continuously seek to turn things around for success. This study utilizes a phenomenological research design using a grounded theory approach fully structured, enabling systematic processing in the research. Empirical activities involve an 8-person focus group discussion in three sets in each of the 5 sample companies through video conferencing. With data triangulation, the research ensures the validity and reliability of data and resources obtained from Scopus and Google search engines. Apart from a positive indication of the effect of artificial intelligence (AI) and internet usage on business operations, the result shows significant turnover in sales and income, meaning systems and software enhance managerial performances. Emotions and behavior are also critical, as the research outcome reveals in decision processes and the productivity level. Overall, the strength of technology is imminent, and the impact of neuro-economics on managerial effectiveness and efficiency remains outstanding.

With the rapid development of the aerospace field, the uncertainty, technical difficulty, significant shortening of the development cycle, parallel development and other characteristics of aerospace engineering are increasingly prominent, making the research and development management of aerospace engineering face unprecedented challenges, and the strategic management transformation has become an effective way to cope with complex environments. Strategic management is the art of decision-making and management, a method of allocating direction, objectives, tasks, policies and resources for overall and long-term development over a specific period of time. This paper not only studied the transformation path and improvement countermeasures of the management strategy of aerospace enterprises, but also studied the internal environment of the aerospace management strategy, the improvement mechanism of strategic leadership and the improvement countermeasures on the basis of integrating the industrial chain. Innovation in aerospace business models could then be promoted, and limited resources could be effectively integrated and allocated. Research and management capabilities could also be continuously improved, as well as the core competencies of aerospace enterprises, so as to ensure their long-term development. Taking the application and employment status of the aerospace profession, the education level of the personnel of aerospace enterprises, the proportion of each link of the industrial chain in the market size, the amount of aerospace technology imports, the market size and growth rate as the survey contents, the experiment showed that the amount of aerospace technology imports with the integration of the industrial chain has decreased by about 8.3 %.

Purpose: The study aimed to determine the effects of corporate social responsibility, strategi manajemen, dan green human capital on financial performance. Methodology/approach: This study uses a quantitative approach with a positivism paradigm. The population is all issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period, totaling 712 companies. Sampling used a purposive sampling method with a total observation (N) of 936 companies. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the SPSS tool. Findings: Management strategy and green human capital affect financial performance. Management strategy can increase competitive advantage which has an impact on financial performance. Information from corporate social responsibility activities is not affect financial performance. Practical and Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research contributes to confirming resources based view theory and provides additional empirical evidence regarding the affect of corporate social responsibility, management strategy, and green human capital on financial performance and broadens generalizations. Strategic decision making and management strategy determination must be directed at creating a unique competitive advantage and commitment to human resource management.

The lecturers' effectiveness is a key indicator of how higher education is improving. The university will do better the more well its lecturers perform. Performance results from lecturers carrying out their assigned tasks, in this case, implementing the higher education tri-dharma, which consists of teaching, research, and civil service. Achieving both the quantity and quality of higher education's tridharma implementation requires several criteria that impact both internal and external considerations. This research examines how organizational commitment in private higher education institutions in LLDIKTI Region IX affects lecturer performance regarding professionalism. Explanatory research using a quantitative approach directed by questionnaires is employed in the research design. Primary data was analyzed descriptively, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used. Based on research results, professionalism can improve lecturer performance. In this regard, it was found that professionalism can most influence lecturer performance. In particular, professionalism in social competence is reflected in the ability to express opinions. The main thing that can improve lecturer performance is having social competence that can build good and stable collaboration with other lecturers, education staff, students, and the community to support education.

Several components of classical biological control (CBC) programmes are necessary to assess the success of the management strategy (e.g., post‐release monitoring) and also help prevent reintroductions or resurgences of invasive species (e.g., public awareness). Water hyacinth, Pontederia (= Eichhornia) crassipes (Mart.) Solms (Pontederiaceae) is an aquatic plant naturally distributed in the north‐eastern region of the Del Plata basin in Argentina. In the 1960s it was introduced into the Dique Los Sauces reservoir located outside of its native range in La Rioja Province, in western Argentina, where it became invasive. The natural enemy, Neochetina bruchi Hustache (Coleoptera: Curculionidae), was intentionally introduced in 1974 to control the weed. To assess the success of this CBC programme, a long‐term post‐release study was conducted. Between 1965 and 2023, we monitored plant coverage, estimated N. bruchi densities, and quantified the associated damage by reanalysing previously published data and incorporating new sampling. We also conducted an online survey to analyse public knowledge and perception about this programme. Water hyacinth coverage fluctuated from its first record in 1965 (maximum coverage 90%) until the control of germinated plants (coverage 0%) in 2018. The plant decline was accompanied by an increase in the weevil population. In our survey, out of 325 respondents only a small group of mostly middle‐aged and elderly people knew that the restoration had been achieved through a management strategy and even fewer were aware of the biocontrol approach taken. Respondents who had a positive approach to biological control were more aware of the management plan than respondents who had neutral or negative opinions. Neochetina bruchi has played a key factor in the control of P. crassipes. The intrinsic dynamics of these populations, the dormant seed bank, and the lack of public awareness support the need for long post‐release evaluations including outreach campaigns to make a sustainable successful management programme. A common challenge in many cities in Europe is endangerment of natural resources due to soil and water pollution. Despite extensive investigation and remediation measures over decades and current practices of environmental management, residues of pollutants persist in soil and groundwater, reducing the functionality of many urban areas. In complex hydrogeological systems, where contaminated plumes are overlapping and/or diffuse contamination is present, technical and administrative activities have to be thoroughly planned and executed in the long term to secure the recovery of groundwater quality. Communities need a management strategy (MS) to manage soil and groundwater contamination in urban areas, especially where contamination exceeds local scales but does not reach the national level. A MS drives administrations to understand hydrogeological system properties, define new, reachable target values and give practical guidance for the implementation of necessary measures. Implementation of a MS fosters the early involvement of key stakeholders and their contribution to the development of MS itself. The strategy has proven to be an appropriate and flexible tool for the transfer of scientific knowledge to the planning, coordination and implementation necessary for the remediation of large-scale groundwater contamination. Purpose of Review: Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System (PI-RADS) category 3 lesions present a clinical dilemma due to their uncertain nature, which complicates the development of a definitive management strategy. These lesions have an incidence rate of approximately 22–32%, with clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) accounting for about 10–30%. Therefore, a thorough evaluation is warranted. Recent Findings: This review highlights the need for radiology peer review, including the confirmation of dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) compliance, as the initial step. Additional MRI models such as VERDICT or Tofts need to be verified. Current evidence shows that imaging and clinical indicators can be used for risk stratification of PI-RADS 3 lesions. For low-risk lesions, a safety net monitoring approach involving annual repeat MRI can be employed. In contrast, lesions deemed potentially risky based on prostate-specific antigen density (PSAD), 68 Ga-PSMA PET/CT, MPS, Proclarix, or AI/machine learning models should undergo biopsy. It is recommended to establish a multidisciplinary team that takes into account factors such as age, PSAD, prostate, and lesion size, as well as previous biopsy pathological findings. This paper proposes a framework for AI-driven municipal solid waste classification service design and management, with an emphasis on advancing sustainable urban development. This study uses narrative research and case study methods to delve into the benefits of AI technology in waste classification systems. The framework includes intelligent recognition, management strategies, AI-based waste classification technologies, service reforms, and AI-powered customer involvement and education. Our research indicates that AI technology can improve accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in waste classification, contributing to environmental sustainability and public health. However, the effectiveness of AI applications in diverse city contexts requires further verification. The framework holds theoretical and practical significance, offering insights for future service designs of waste management and promoting broader goals of sustainable urban development. In the context of continuous globalization, how to put the cross-border mobile population under the rule of law for innovative management, it is a much-needed pathway to find in today’s society. This paper proposes to improve the legislation, establish a data platform, management strategies for creating bilateral educational cooperation models. Information fusion using maximum likelihood and least squares methods, collating and analyzing data from multiple sources, innovative governance strategies for cross-border mobile populations. To improve the social integration of cross-border mobile populations at the level of social integration, social recognition, etc. Safeguard social stability at the border. For example, the creation of a bilateral educational cooperation model, it has been proved by experimental results that education helps to improve the local living conditions of cross-border mobile populations. If more education could be made available to the mobile, would allow for broader career options for cross-border mobile populations, increase their social inclusion level by 9 percent, and increase their intention to stay locally by 0.9 percentage points. Provides a good internal environment for its integration, enhancing the stability of cross-border mobile population migration, it is of great significance to the social stability of the border area.

With the rise of artificial intelligence technology in the context of digital development of big data and information, the biosafety management method under the traditional model can hardly fit the development requirements of the times, and the biosafety management under the traditional model has various problems such as slow manual efficiency, tedious management work, and humanization of work. This paper focuses on studying a biosafety management strategy based on a multiple regression model, then analyzes and compares the two methods of the one-dimensional linear regression model and the multiple linear regression model. The study is conducted under the three indicators of biosafety management weight score. Arithmetic means to score and significance of 100 enterprises (schools, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and other types of these four major types) under the multiple linear regression model. The results show schools topped the list with a biosafety management weight score of 0.793. The arithmetic mean scores of the four categories of enterprises were ranked in descending order: schools, hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, and other categories. The size of the enterprise has a significant and positive effect on biosafety management, which means that the larger the size of the enterprise, the more resources the enterprise has under its control, and then the implementation of biosafety management and the improvement of its performance will be guaranteed. Analyzing the efficiency of biosafety management in hospitals based on three different methods over the past 20 years, it was found that the efficiency of biosafety management based on multiple linear regression models fluctuated from 60% to 95% compared to the other two methods. This study promotes university laboratories as important and safe bases for society to cultivate highly qualified and skilled personnel in line with the new era of production, management, and service lines and to contribute to the country’s experimental research work. This study has substantial reference value for biosafety management and promotes bioscience development in China.

The aim of the article is to determine the contextual and temporal regularities of the development of the presentation in the scientific literature of research in the field of project risk management using bibliometric analysis. To achieve this aim, this study analyzed the following: the trend and structural patterns of publication activity of scholars around the world; the geographical structure of affiliation of scientists; the topics of the most cited articles on project risk management, also a bibliometric analysis using the instrumentarium of VOSviewer v. 1.6.10 as the research tools for analyzing relevant literature from the Scopus database on project risk management. A bibliometric analysis with the central category of «project risk» made it possible to identify eight clusters of scientific research on project risk management: the first cluster is focused on risk management methodology, investment and innovation risk, development and implementation of an innovative product, startup; the second – on project risk management in the field of information technology, information systems, software, identification of risk factors and evaluation of project efficiency; the third – on the optimization of risk management, modeling, the use of methods and instruments in the risk management system (hierarchy analysis method, fuzzy logic method); the fourth – on the assessment of risk probability, cost and complexity of the project; the fifth – on the assessment of the quality of the project, substantiation of the management strategy; the sixth – on the peculiarities of the product life cycle, project infrastructure, management of specific project risks (stakeholders, political situation, technology development); the seventh – on the practical application of standards, algorithms, and models of project risk management; the eighth cluster is based on substantiating the choice of the project, setting risk limits, developing algorithms, and using artificial intelligence. A promising area of management is risk management in the field of information technology, namely: risk management of IT projects and software; development and implementation of startups and innovative products; the use of machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Objectives Severe symptomatic epidural hematoma (SSEH) is one of the most severe complications following percutaneous endoscopic unilateral laminectomy for bilateral decompression (Endo‐ULBD). Considering that this technique has been performed for a short time, no detailed reports have been recently published. Thus, it is critical to gain a better understanding of SSEH occurring in its postoperative period with regard to its incidence, possible causes, outcome, etc., in order to identify relevant management strategies. Methods Patients with spinal stenosis who had undergone Endo‐ULBD in our department from May 2019 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. Of which, patients with postoperative epidural hematoma were followed‐up. The preoperative and postoperative physical conditions of each patient were recorded, and the information related to hematoma removal surgery was recorded in detail. Clinical outcomes were assessed using the visual analogue scale (VAS) and Oswestry disability index (ODI), and the results were classified into “excellent,” “good,” “fair,” or “poor” based on the modified MacNab criteria. The incidence of hematoma with different factors was calculated, and a bar graph was used to compare the difference of the indexes related to hematoma removal between cases, and a line graph was used to reflect the trend of the outcome of each patient within 6 months to evaluate the effect of the treatment. Results A total of 461 patients with spinal stenosis who underwent Endo‐ULBD were enrolled in the study. SSEH occurred in four cases, with an incidence rate of 0.87% (4/461). All these four patients underwent decompression of multiple segments, and three of them had a history of hypertension comorbid with diabetes. Notably, one patient had a past history of hypertension and coronary artery disease and was on postoperative low molecular heparin due to lower extremity venous thrombosis. According to the conditions of the four patients, three types of treatment were used. And with timely treatment, all patients recovered well. Conclusion Despite being a minimally invasive technique, postoperative epidural hematoma remains a severe complication of Endo‐ULBD. Therefore, during percutaneous endoscopic surgery, it is essential to enhance the comprehensive perioperative management of patients with Endo‐ULBD. Signs related to postoperative hematoma must be recognized and promptly managed. If necessary, satisfactory results can be achieved by using percutaneous endoscopy along the original surgical channel to remove the hematoma.

In the light of increasing environmental and socially awareness of private enterprises and responsibility frameworks developed by governmental institutions and intergovernmental organizations with initiatives such as the Corporate Social Responsibility Directive (CSRD) by European Union and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by United Nations, an increasing emphasis is being put on the equilibrium between social responsibility and economic profitability. One of the most, if not the most strongly influenced department within a company’s composition is the Research and Development (R&D) department. In order to ensure a profitable threshold between profitability and responsibility, an optimal planing approach has to be carried on and acted upon, so that eventhou the results and products persevere in having lesser environmental impact, the company’s continuity is preserved. To achieve this, the author analyses the impact of “greener” investments with regard to profitability changes. The outcomes and effects of specific R&Ds to secure a favourable result are then discussed and interpreted. Afterwards, an analysis of the investment strategies and policies based on information revelations is being guided. As well, in this paper, the encompassment of a profitable investment strategy with the main focus on future endeavours and advantages is being regarded.

The impact of global warming on Argentine viticulture may result in a geographical shift, with wine-growing regions potentially moving towards the southwest, known as one of the windiest regions in the world. Deficit irrigation is a widely used strategy to control the shoot growth and improve fruit quality attributes, such as berry skin polyphenols. The present study aimed to assess the effects of different wind intensities and irrigation levels, as well as their interactions, on field-grown Vitis vinifera L. cvs. Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. The experiment was conducted during two growing seasons with two wind treatments (sheltered and exposed) and two irrigation treatments (well-watered and moderate deficit irrigation) in a multifactorial design. Vegetative growth, stomatal conductance, shoot biomass partition, fruit yield components and berry skin phenolics were evaluated. Our study found that, generally, wind exposure reduced vegetative growth, and deficit irrigation increased the proportion of smaller berries within the bunches. Meanwhile, deficit irrigation and wind exposure additively increased the concentration of berry skin phenolics. This study comprises a comprehensive assessment of operational methods, cutting-edge technologies for sustainable generation, storage, and transformation of energy, as well as systems of smart grid management, to develop a green seaport system, obtaining optimum operational efficiency and environmental protection. It is thought that using a holistic method and adaptive management, based on a framework of sustainable and green energy, could stimulate creative thinking, consensus building, and cooperation, as well as streamline the regulatory demands associated with port energy management. Although several aspects of sustainability and green energy could increase initial expenditure, they might result in significant life cycle savings due to decreased consumption of energy and output of emissions, as well as reduced operational and maintenance expenses.
