Objective： This study aimed to obtain suitable turbulence model for simulation infrared combined spouted bed numerical valued. Methods: Two equation models (SST k-ε and Realizable k-ε) were used for numerical simulation to obtain the performance parameters of the infrared spouted bed and the velocity, temperature and particle concentration distribution of the flow field in the drying chamber under different working conditions. The particle drying experiment of the infrared spouted bed was carried out. Results: When under the working conditions of air inlet velocity of infrared spouted bed drying chamber of 8 m/s and a temperature of 50 ℃, the values obtained by Realizable k-ε simulation are similar to those obtained by SST k-ε. The particle volume fraction distribution, velocity distribution and temperature distribution in the fluid domain of the drying chamber obtained by numerical simulation with the two turbulence models were similar, and the overall effect is good, which showed that the application of the two turbulence models to the equipment is feasible. The turbulence model of Realizable k-ε converged faster, but the stability of SST k-ε was better. Conclusion: The Realizable k-ε turbulence model is more reasonable to describe three-dimensional flow field of infrared spouted bed.

Objective: This study aimed to develop the application of egg yolk powder in the field of feed, functional food and biopharmaceuticals. Methods: Using fresh eggs as raw materials, yolk powder was prepared by spray drying, and the effects of different parameters on the content of yolk antibody (IgY), protein structure and functional properties of egg yolk powder were analyzed. Results: Considering the antibody content, physicochemical properties and functional properties of egg yolk powder comprehensively, when the inlet air temperature was 140 ℃ and the feed flow rate was 600 mL/h, the IgY content of egg yolk powder was 17.71 mg/g, and the solubility was 61.97% respectively. The powdery rate and water content was 36.46% and 3.8% respectively, and the surface hydrophobicity, water holding capacity and oil holding capacity was 106.67 μg, 3.63 g/g and 3.03 g/g respectively. The emulsifying property was 27.15%, and the emulsifying stability was 24.48%. The overall quality isoptimum. Conclusion: Changing the spray drying parameters can keep the structure of egg yolk powder intact and improve the physicochemical and functional properties of egg yolk powder, as well as ensure the high IgY content.

Simple Summary: Rodents in the Alxa desert area (Inner Mongolia, China) face more human disturbance (including grazing, reclamation, excavation of wild medicinal materials, etc.) than in other areas. We used the capture-mark-recapture method to continuously monitor the four main rodent spatial niches from 2017 to 2021. At the same time, we monitored the vegetation, soil, temperature, and humidity in the survey area. The results showed that the spatial niche breadth of rodents was mainly affected by population density (rodents) and shrubs (height and density) in the habitat. The coexistence strategy of the northern three-toed jerboa (Dipus sagitta) with midday gerbil (Meriones meridianus) and desert hamster (Phodopus roborovskii) is based on the difference in body size and foraging strategy. The five-toed jerboa (Orientallactaga sibirica) promotes coexistence through spatial niche separation. Rodents can make a trade-off between foraging efficiency and the cost of travel to achieve coexistence. Resource partitioning may allow species coexistence. Sand dunes in the typical steppe of Alxa Desert Inner Mongolia, China, consisting of desert, shrub, and grass habitats, provide an appropriate system for studies of spatial niche partitioning among small mammals. In this study, the spatial niche characteristics of four rodents, Orientallactaga sibirica, Meriones meridianus, Dipus sagitta, and Phodopus roborovskii, and their responses to environmental changes in the Alxa Desert were studied from 2017 to 2021. Using the capture-mark-recapture method, we tested if desert rodents with different biological characteristics and life history strategies under heterogeneous environmental conditions allocate resources in spatial niches to achieve sympatric coexistence. We investigated the influence of environmental factors on the spatial niche breadth of rodents using random forest and redundancy analyses. We observed that the spatial niche overlap between O. sibirica and other rodents is extremely low (overlap index ≤ 0.14). P. roborovskii had the smallest spatial niche breadth. Spatial niche overlap was observed in two distinct species pairs, M. meridianus and D. sagitta, and P. roborovskii and D. sagitta. The Pielou evenness index of rodent communities is closely related to the spatial distribution of rodents, and the concealment of habitats is a key factor affecting the spatial occupation of rodents. K-Ar and U series disequilibria methods have been applied to geochronology research of young volcanic rocks in Tengchong, China. Previous K-Ar dating methods yielded ages of 0.013 to 17.84 Ma and isochron ages of 0.13 to 2.9 Ma in this area. The U series disequilibria method was applied mainly to volcanic rocks that erupted over the past 0.23 Ma. These traditional dating methods could not constrain ages of the volcanic rocks because of their limited accuracy. In recent years, a U-Pb dating method using ion microprobe has shown great potential in geochronology of very young geological bodies, and has been performed on the late Mid-Pleistocene geological bodies abroad. Three dacite samples of Mid-Pleistocene ages from Qushi in Tengchong were obtained by SHRIMP in Beijing SHRIMP Center and they are consistent within uncertainties. After discussing the analytical condition of three tests, such as choice of primary ion species and their intensity, collecting time of secondary ions and some other secondary ion extraction conditions, synthetical analysis on secondary ion counts of all three tests were conducted, indicating that Test 3 (T3) yields the most precise zircon U-Pb age of 0.41±0.01 Ma, which is currently the youngest high precise zircon U-Pb age known in China.

Acquiring adsorbents capable of effective radioiodine capture is important for nuclear waste treatment; however, it remains a challenge to develop porous materials with high and reversible iodine capture. Herein, we report a porous self-assembly constructed by a cup-shaped PdII complex through intermolecular π···π interactions. This self-assembly features a cubic structure with channels along all three Cartesian coordinates, which enables it to efficiently capture iodine with an adsorption capacity of 0.60 g g−1 for dissolved iodine and 1.81 g g−1 for iodine vapor. Furthermore, the iodine adsorbed within the channels can be readily released upon immersing the bound solid in CH2Cl2, which allows the recycling of the adsorbent. Erysolin and its two metabolites which were found in blood, ERY-GSH and ERY-NAC, were synthesized by alkylation, amination, isothiocyanation and oxidation reactions from 1-bromo-4-chlorobutane and sodium methyl mercaptide. The reaction temperature, time, feed ratios and purification method were also optimized. The synthesis method was simple, green, safe and low-cost. Erysolin, ERY-GSH and ERY-NAC showed good antitumor activities against MCF-7, HeLa, HepG2, A549 and SW480 cells, which suggested that the antitumor mechanism of erysolin can also be clarified from its metabolites in addition to itself.
