Background: Credit risk is most concentrated in the bad debt ratio. Risk is undesirable for state credit management agencies and direct lending financial institutions but challenging to avoid, especially given the many complex economic developments in domestic and foreign macroeconomics in Vietnam in the past and today. Objective: The study aims to explore the critical factors influencing bank credit risk at commercial banks in Vietnam. Methodology: The authors conducted a group discussion with 15 commercial bank managers of 15 commercial banks based on the qualitative method. Also, primary data were collected directly from the sample size of 500 bank staff related to credit risk activities from 100 bank branches from Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai Province, Binh Duong Province of Vietnam. This was done using a random sampling technique and online serving, while the structural equation model was used to analyse the data gathered. Result: The results show that five key factors affect bank credit risk at commercial banks in Vietnam with a significant level of 0.01. These are legal environment and credit policy (LECP), quality of management and internal control processes (QMIC), macroeconomic and political environment (MPE), technology and risk management systems (TRMS) and quality of assets and customer characteristics (QACC). Among these, legal environment and credit policy strongly impact. Conclusion: The researcher concludes that the legal environment and credit policy are essential for sustainable bank development, especially in a volatile world. Unique Contribution: This study's results have provided empirical data for understanding factors that influence credit risk management in the financial sector. Key Recommendation: To improve generalizability, more countries or financial sectors could be included in future studies.

The digital economy creates new development space, opening high-speed and sustainable growth opportunities for Vietnam to become a leading country in the region in digital economic development and green growth. Thus, the article's objectives are to explore the key factors affecting the digital economy and their impacts on green growth. Based on the above goal, the authors used qualitative and quantitative methodologies to analyze the data, and the study used descriptive statistical methods, including assessing the mean value and standard deviation and utilizing a structural equation model using SPSS 20.0 and Amos from surveying a sample size of 250 persons related to management, economics, banks, research institutes, and universities in 10 provinces in Vietnam. The article's findings have five determinants influencing the digital economy and impacting the digital economy on green growth. Finally, the study's novelty helps policymakers and provincial managers apply research results to develop the digital economy and green growth. Mainly, many proposed solutions exist to realize the parallelism of the digital economy and the green economy; these policy recommendations pay more attention to investment in human resource quality, technological innovation, perfect digital policies, investment in digital infrastructure, and promote propaganda work to raise awareness of the entire society about the digital economy. This article examines the factors influencing the development of green banking in Vietnam. The study utilizes both qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze the impact of banking technology on green banking development. The findings indicate that banking technology plays a significant role in the development of green banking. The article provides policy recommendations for Vietnamese commercial banks to contribute to the growth of green banking and the green economy. It emphasizes the importance of policies, the legal framework, and collaboration between banks and the community in promoting green banking. By using the combination of several regression techniques on panel data, this study explores the influence of human capital, institutional quality, and the Fourth Industrial Revolution on unemployment rates in 46 Asian countries during the period from 2007 to 2020. According to the generalized method of moments (GMM), there are a total of 9 factors affecting the unemployment rate in the researched model, including high-tech exports, inflation, population, gross domestic product, government spending, foreign debt, foreign direct investment, human capital, and institutions. This result confirmed that high-tech development increases unemployment in Asia; however, the nexus between human capital and institutional situation with the unemployment rate is different based on the particular fields.
