Due to the influence of decoherence, the quantum state probably evolves from the initial pure state to the mixed state, resulting in loss of fidelity, coherence and purity, which is deteriorating for quantum information transmission. Thus, in quantum engineering, quantum control should not only realize the transfer and track of quantum states through manipulation of the external electromagnetic field but also enhance the robustness against decoherence. In this paper, we aim to design a control law to steer the system into the sliding mode domain and maintain it in that domain when bounded uncertainties exist in the system Hamiltonian. We first define the required control performance by fidelity, degree of coherence and purity in terms of the uncertainty of the Hamiltonian in Markovian open quantum system. By characterizing the required robustness using a sliding mode domain, a sampled-data design method is introduced for decoherence control in the quantum system. Furthermore, utilizing the sampled data, a control scheme has been designed on the basis of sliding mode control, and the choice of sampling operator and driving of quantum state during the sampling by the Lyapunov control method are discussed. We design control fields to realize states transfer for open quantum system by Lyapunov stability theory, and investigate the states transfer of superconducting qubits in Markovian channels with phase relaxation and energy dissipative relaxation. The numerical simulations indicate that arbitrary state (eigenstate, superposition state or mixed state) transfer and maintenance for Markovian system can be realized under Lyapunov control function by an external steady control field of proper amplitude. We demonstrate the controllable generation of multi-photon Fock states in circuit quantum electrodynamics (circuit QED). The external bias flux regulated by a counter can effectively adjust the bias time on each superconducting flux qubit so that each flux qubit can pass in turn through the circuit cavity and thereby avoid the effect of decoherence. We further investigate the quantum correlation dynamics of coupling superconducting qubits in a Fock state. The results reveal that the lower the photon number of the light field in the number state, the stronger the interaction between qubits is, then the more beneficial to maintaining entanglement between qubits it will be. The quantization of two Josephson junctions coupled via inductor with the discreteness of electric charges is proposed. The finite-difference Schrodinger equation of the circuit system has been obtained in charge representation, and the Schrodinger equation is turned to be Mathieu equation in flux representation. The wavefunction and energy spectrum can be solved by adopting the canonical transformation and unitary transformation method. We study the dynamic evolution of a mesoscopic coupled circuit with alternating source and solve its time-dependent Schrödinger equation with the help of the time dependent invariant of the Hermitian operator. It indicates that the state of the system can evolve a generalized squeezed state. The results show that in certain circumstance, compared to the initial vacuum state, either the charges or the currents in two meshes are squeezed simultaneously in the same extent. We investigate the dynamical behaviors of quantum-memory-assisted entropic uncertainty and its lower bound in the amplitude-damping channel. The influences of different placement positions of the quantum register on the dynamics of quantum coherence, quantum entanglement, and quantum discord are analyzed in detail. The numerical simulation results show that the quantum register should be placed in the channel of the non-Markovian effect. This option is beneficial to reduce the entropic uncertainty and its lower bound. We also find that this choice does not change the evolution of the quantum coherence and quantum entanglement, but changes the dynamical process of the quantum discord of the system. These results show that quantum coherence, quantum entanglement, and quantum discord are different quantum resources with unique characteristics and properties, and quantum discord can play a key role in reducing the uncertainty of quantum systems.
