In order to clarify the volatile composition and aroma characteristics of Toddalia asiatica Lam. honey, a Chinese specialty herbal honey, this study determined its selected physicochemical indexes such as water content, sugar content, amylase activity, and antioxidant capacity by using an Abbey refractometer, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry, respectively. Meanwhile, its volatile components were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed using headspace-solid phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-Q-TOF-MS). The results showed that T. asiatica Lam. honey contained (18.71 ± 1.49)% moisture, (35.92 ± 2.70)% fructose and (35.85 ± 2.51)% glucose, and could scavenge 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical and 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) cation radical with half-maximum inhibitory concentration (IC50) values of (57.18 ± 7.62) and (247.68 ± 40.50) mg/mL, respectively, and its amylase activity was (11.84 ± 3.38) mL/(g·h). A total of 176 volatile substances were identified from the honey, mainly including 52 hydrocarbons, 29 esters, 21 alcohols, 21 terpenes, 17 aldehydes, and 12 aromatics. Among them, the contents of benzaldehyde, phenylethanol and 1-octene-3-alcohol were high (8 181.9, 4 483.1 and 4 239.5 μg/kg, respectively). Totally 42 key aroma compounds, with odor activity values (OAV) greater than 1, were identified, including damastone, methyl phenylacetate and α-cresine, which contributed significantly to the aroma composition of T. asiatica Lam. honey. Among them, violonone had a violet flower-like aroma, being responsible for the unique violet- and raspberry-like aroma notes of T. asiatica Lam. honey. Overall, T. asiatica Lam. honey was dominated by floral aromas, along with fruity, chemical, and green aromas. In summary, the physicochemical indexes of the honey meet the relevant standards, and it contains a variety of volatile components. This study could provide data support for the quality evaluation of T. asiatica Lam. honey, as well as research ideas for the excavation of other Chinese specialty herbal honeys.

Abstract The amount of concrete needed in the construction of projects is enormous. The concrete dispatching in construction is, however, chaotic and causes grievous waste due to the tight construction schedule, heavy tasks, and improper transport vehicle dispatching by the constructor. This paper proposes a more realistic objective function in the vehicle dispatching algorithm and offers a solution to the rational dispatching of concrete transport vehicles. The analysis of the calculation example validates the feasibility of the built model, which provides more appropriate dispatching and more balanced distribution, meets the needs of the worksite and mixing station to the greatest extent and improves the level of project refinement and process management. Therefore, the model is worth promoting in future practice.

Large-area oriented ZnO nanoarrays (including nanowire, nanorod, and nanotube) on ITO glass substrates are synthesized via the simple hydrothermal, electrodeposition, and electrochemical etching approach. The morphology of ZnO nanoarrays is controlled by adjusting the reaction temperature, reaction time, and current density. The scanning and transmission electron microscopy (SEM and TEM) results indicate the successful preparation of large-area oriented ZnO nanoarrays with different types, and the energy-dispersive X-microanalysis spectrum (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) results confirm that the composition of the obtained nanoarrays is ZnO. More importantly, the as-prepared ZnO nanotube arrays are observed with about a 40% increase in ultraviolet absorption intensity compared to the ZnO nanowire/nanorod arrays, due to having larger specific surface areas. Among the traditional treatment processes for purifying wastewater contaminated with Rhodamine B (RhB), semiconductor photocatalysis is the most effective technology because it can oxidize organic pollutants and convert them into CO2, H2O, and other harmless molecules in a safe and efficient manner. According to literature research, it is feasible to enhance the performance of g‐C3 N4 as a photocatalyst by constructing a heterojunction with other photocatalytic materials. Morphological regulation of carbon nitride (g‐C3N4) is a viable strategy for improving its photocatalytic activities. By controlling the morphology of g‐C3N4, factors such as light absorption, specific surface area, charge separation, and reaction sites can be optimized to enhance its photocatalytic efficiency. Three‐dimensional tremella‐like carbon nitride (3DT‐CN) and 3D‐CN/TiO2/HNTs (halloysite nanotubes) were prepared using bubble templates and an impregnation method respectively. The Z‐scheme heterojunction structure constructed by 3D‐CN and TiO2 promotes electron‐hole separation. Catalytic experiments demonstrated that under irradiation for 120 min, the 3D‐CN/TiO2/HNTs catalyst could eliminate 86.48 % of Rhodamine B (RhB). Additionally, active radicals such as e‐, h+, ⋅OH, and ⋅O2‐ are involved in RhB degradation. Therefore, the three‐dimensional tremella‐like 3D‐CN/TiO2/HNTs heterojunction photocatalyst has great potential for environmental purification. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The combination of achiral Cp*Rh(III) with chiral carboxylic acids (CCAs) represents an efficient catalytic system in transition metal‐catalyzed enantioselective C−H activation. However, this hybrid catalysis is limited to redox‐neutral C−H activation reactions and the adopt to oxidative enantioselective C−H activation remains elusive and pose a significant challenge. Herein, we describe the development of an electrochemical Cp*Rh(III)‐catalyzed enantioselective C−H annulation of sulfoximines with alkynes enabled by chiral carboxylic acid (CCA) in an operationally friendly undivided cell at room temperature. A broad range of enantioenriched 1,2‐benzothiazines are obtained in high yields with excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99 % yield and 98 : 2 er). The practicality of this method is demonstrated by scale‐up reaction in a batch reactor with external circulation. A crucial chiral Cp*Rh(III) intermediate is isolated, characterized, and transformed, providing rational support for a Rh(III)/Rh(I) electrocatalytic cycle. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Numerous optoelectronic devices based on low-dimensional nanostructures have been developed in recent years. Among these, pyramidal low-dimensional semiconductors (zero- and one-dimensional nanomaterials) have been favored in the field of optoelectronics. In this review, we discuss in detail the structures, preparation methods, band structures, electronic properties, and optoelectronic applications (photocatalysis, photoelectric detection, solar cells, light-emitting diodes, lasers, and optical quantum information processing) of pyramidal low-dimensional semiconductors and demonstrate their excellent photoelectric performances. More specifically, pyramidal semiconductor quantum dots (PSQDs) possess higher mobilities and longer lifetimes, which would be more suitable for photovoltaic devices requiring fast carrier transport. In addition, the linear polarization direction of exciton emission is easily controlled via the direction of magnetic field in PSQDs with C3v symmetry, so that all-optical multi-qubit gates based on electron spin as a quantum bit could be realized. Therefore, the use of PSQDs (e.g., InAs, GaN, InGaAs, and InGaN) as effective candidates for constructing optical quantum devices is examined due to the growing interest in optical quantum information processing. Pyramidal semiconductor nanorods (PSNRs) and pyramidal semiconductor nanowires (PSNWRs) also exhibit the more efficient separation of electron-hole pairs and strong light absorption effects, which are expected to be widely utilized in light-receiving devices. Finally, this review concludes with a summary of the current problems and suggestions for potential future research directions in the context of pyramidal low-dimensional semiconductors. Analysis of the spatial and temporal variation patterns of surface evapotranspiration is important for understanding global climate change, promoting scientific deployment of regional water resources, and improving crop yield and water productivity. Based on Landsat 8 OIL_TIRS data and remote sensing image data of the lower Yangtze River urban cluster for the same period of 2016–2021, combined with soil and meteorological data of the study area, this paper constructed a multiple linear regression (MLR) model and an extreme learning machine (ELM) inversion model with evapotranspiration as the target and, based on the model inversion, quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed the spatial and temporal variability in surface evapotranspiration in the study area in the past six years. The results show that both models based on feature factors and spectral indices obtained a good inversion accuracy, with the fusion of feature factors effectively improving the inversion ability of the model for ET. The best model for ET in 2016, 2017, and 2021 was MLR, with an R2 greater than 0.8; the best model for ET in 2018–2019 was ELM, with an R2 of 0.83 and 0.62, respectively. The inter-annual ET in the study area showed a "double-peak" dynamic variation, with peaks in 2018 and 2020; the intra-annual ET showed a single-peak cycle, with peaks in July–August. Seasonal differences were obvious, and spatially high-ET areas were mainly found in rural areas north of the Yangtze River and central and western China where agricultural land is concentrated. The net solar radiation, soil heat flux, soil temperature and humidity, and fractional vegetation cover all had significant positive effects on ET, with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.39 to 0.94. Fe3(PO4)2 as iron precursor was prepared by liquid phase method with FeSO4 as iron source, and then LiFePO4(LFP) was made by high-temperature solid state reaction. The adjustment of Fe and P content is beneficial to the precise control of Fe3(PO4)2 precursor components and ensure the excellent electrochemical performance of LiFePO4 materials. It is shown that pH is very critical to the contents of iron and phosphorus in Fe3(PO4)2, and a stoichiometric ratio of high-yield Fe3(PO4)2 can be obtained at a pH of six. After Fe3(PO4)2 is mixed with Li3PO4 and glucose, high-energy ball milling and spray-drying technology are used to thoroughly mix the mixtures and control their morphology of them. The as-prepared LiFePO4 maintains the microporous spherical morphology by high-temperature solid-state method, which is formed in spray drying. At 700 °C, the LFP/C material has reaching 156, 147, 137, 128, 111, 96 mAh g−1 at 0.2 C, 0.5 C, 1 C, 5 C and 10 C rate, respectively, and after 500 long loops for 5 C, the capacity retention still maintains 49%. Among the fitness and body shaping exercises of Chinese women, swimming has become an increasingly popular sporting activity. Swimsuits are fundamental to participation in this sport and paramount to achieving the wearers' aim of participation. A survey of 3348 Chinese women showed that body fit is central to the purchase of a swimsuit, whether one piece or two piece, with the two-piece swimsuit proving the most popular in terms of comfort. This survey revealed that the comfort of a swimsuit is relative to the design variables of the swimsuit style, the material/body cover factor and, informed by the female form, body size and body shape. This is particularly pertinent in both the right and left anterior mammary regions and also the left lateral mammary region for the female wearer to stay comfortable during swimming when she moves in the water. This study investigated the factors that affect the comfort of women wearing swimsuits when they swim. The two-piece swimsuit was considered the most comfortable. It was also found that swimsuits negatively affect women's chest area. These results present important considerations for swimsuit manufacturers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Tree diseases endanger forestry and fruit tree plantations seriously worldwide in the past decades, leading to significant economic losses for the agricultural production sector. Rapid and accurate detection of tree diseases is crucial in tree protection. Despite molecular biological detection methods have prominent specificity, they are time-consuming and laborious, and are not suitable for large-scale detection of tree diseases. Spectroscopy with nondestructive, rapid, and high throughput characteristics has been applied to plant disease detection. Spectral detection systems are divided into three categories according to the spectrometer's carrying platform: portable hand-held spectrometer, airborne vehicle-mounted spectrometer, and large laboratory spectrometer. This review summarized three main spectral detection systems and their advantages and disadvantages in detecting various diseases of forestry and fruit trees: including detection of the single disease, multiple stress, and early disease using Visible/near-infrared, Raman, and hyperspectral imaging. As an olivine‐based cathode with high discharge platform and theoretical capacity, Li3V2(PO4)3's (LVP's) low conductivity and excessive grain size are the important factors hindering its development in the battery field. Halloysite nanotubes (HNTs) is a natural and cheap nanotube‐like material with large specific surface area and abundant surface nucleation sites, which can cooperate with conductive carbon layer to solve the deficiency of LVP. In this paper, we design a cathode material for in‐situ growth of LVP on HNTs (LVP@HNTs) and demonstrate that it has the appropriate particle size and the excellent specific surface area in the mass ratio of LVP to HNTs is 2:1. The capacity retention rate of LVP@HNTs‐2 reached almost 100% (97.0 mAh g−1) after 100 cycles at a low rate of 0.5 C. Moreover, its specific discharge capacity is 89.3 mAh g−1 at a high rate of 20 C and its capacity retention rate is as high as 90.1% (80.5 mAh g−1) after 5,000 cycles, showing that the LVP@HNTs‐2 has marvelous rate capability and cycle stability. This study provides an innovative strategy for the development of the high‐performance cathode materials with low‐cost, excellent rate capability, and cycle stability of lithium ion batteries.
