An agreement is near to closing for The Irvine Corp. to pay $625 million to acquire the Hyatt Center, located in Chicago, from the Pritzker family, which holds a large stake in Hyatt Hotels Corp. The Center, which is approximately 1.5 million square feet, will go for just over $400 per square foot, if completed.
