Background: An in-depth study of dismetabolic mechanisms in the genesis of pre-eclampsia (PE) has been updated because pregnancy is considered as a natural model of metabolic syndrome (MS), as well as the metabolic disorders are important in development of essential hypertension.Aims: to reveal clinical and laboratory parallels in pregnancy complicated by PE without MS and pregnancy proceeding on the background of MS to assess the role of metabolic disturbances in the development of PE.Materials and methods: 82 women with MS were examined in the dynamics of pregnancy and were divided into 2 groups depending on the implementation of PE: group I consisted of 50 women with PE on the background of MS, group II 32 women with MS without PE. We formed group III consisting of 44 pregnant women with PE without accompanying diseases to assess the pathogenetic value of metabolic disorders in the development of PE. The IV (control) group consisted of 30 healthy women with physiological pregnancy. Metabolic, hematological parameters, hormones, markers of the proinflammatory state, endothelial hemostasiological dysfunction, decidualization and placental angiogenesis, accumulation dynamics and distribution loci of adipose tissue were determined in all pregnant women.Results: In the groups of pregnant women with PE, changes similar to MS were revealed: pronounced diabetic and atherogenic disorders with the development of pathological insulin resistance, hyperinsulinemia and leptinemia, endothelial-platelet link hyperactivation, thrombotic and inflammatory status, visceral type of fat deposition, hyperuricemia, hypersympathicotonia. It is proved that in the hierarchy of mechanisms of PE formation, placental dysfunction is a secondary alteration factor, which additionally potentiates the insulin resistance increase and the effects of structural and functional destabilization of the vascular endothelium.Conclusions: The direction of metabolic changes during pregnancy, the common development of PE and MS indicate the important role of dismetabolic mechanisms in the formation of PE.

The purpose of the present research was working out prognostic scales of risk factors pre-natal infected a fruit a virus of a simple herpes. Are surveyed 182 children born from mothers with a latent current herpetic of an infection, from them at 70 children took place pre-natal infected. The obstetrics and gynecologic anamnesis, presence extragenital pathologies, features of a current of pregnancy and sorts, age, presence of bad habits has been analysed. On the basis of the analysis risk factors have been revealed and the scale is made prognostic.

Aim - allocation of clinical and pathogenetic variants of early gestosis in pregnant women based on clinical manifestations and markers of leading pathogenetic syndromes of gestational maladjustment. Materials and methods. 45 healthy pregnant women and 160 pregnant women with early morning sickness of varying severity were examined in the 1st trimester of gestation. The comparison group consisted of 33 healthy non-pregnant women. The survey included assessment of clinical symptoms, identification of the markers of inflammatory response, energy balance of reproductive system, functional activity of the endometrium, vascular endothelial and hemostatic disorders, and blood biochemical indices. Results. The study enabled quantitative objectivation of the factors of “physiological damage” and “the mechanisms of gestational adaptation” during physiological gestation, defining fetoplacental dysfunction as the key link of maladjustment in early pregnancy. The prevalence of pathogenetic mechanisms of the formation of early pregnancy toxicosis determined the allocation of 4 clinical-pathogenetic variants of the course of this complication of gestation. Conclusion. Differentiated approach to clinical and laboratory manifestations of early gestosis in pregnant women, taking into account the variants of the clinical course of this complication and severity assessment, enables targeted therapy and predicting the risk of development of severe forms and late obstetric complications, reduces the risk of adverse perinatal outcomes.

The purpose of the present research was influence studying herpetic infections on a condition of the newborn children who were born from a herpes-infected of mothers. 216 newborn children are surveyed. The akushersko-gynecologic anamnesis, presence extragenital pathologies, features of a current of pregnancy and sorts at women, a condition of somatic health of newborn children has been analysed. On the basis of the received results the structure of a somatic pathology at newborns has been revealed.
