BackgroundTo determine the relationship between effort-reward imbalance (ERI) and quality of working life (QWL) among medical caregivers and the mediating role of job burnout.MethodsThis was a cross-sectional survey. A total of 787 medical caregivers at seven hospitals from Sichuan and Chongqing, China, between May to September 2023 were included in this observational study. The General Information Questionnaire, Effort-Reward Imbalance Questionnaire (ERI), Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS), and Quality of Working Life Scale (QWL7-32) were used for data collection. SPSS 26.0 and PROCESSv3.3 were used for all data analyses, including descriptive statistics.ResultsA total of 820 questionnaires were distributed, of which only 787 were valid (return rate; 95.98%). Time-of-flight mass spectrometry is a commonly mass spectrometry technique that is widely used in biomedicine, environmental science and food science. The multiple reflection time-of-flight (MR-TOF) mass analyzer is a new type of mass analyzer with ultra-high mass resolution and has been used at institutions, such as Helmholtz Centre for Heavy Ion Research (GSI), European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) and High Energy Accelerator Research Organization (KEK) to measure short-lived ion masses, separate isobar and store ions. As the demand for use increasing, it is becoming important to improve the resolving power of MR-TOF mass analyzers. However, the optimization of the voltage parameters of MR-TOF mass analyzers is a high-dimensional, highly refined and non-linear problem, which is difficult to solve optimally by analytical method. In this study, a particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm-based method for optimizing the voltage parameters of MR-TOF mass analyzers was proposed. The method used an improved particle swarm optimization (IPSO) approach with a inertia weight decay strategy. The optimization method was tested on the SIMION ion optics simulation platform. Considering 133Cs+ ion with E=1.5 keV, δE=8.5 eV, δx=δy=1 mm, δα=δβ=1.5 mrad, a mass resolving power over 8.1×105 was achieved when Δt=0 ns and a mass resolving power over 5.0×105 was achieved when Δt=20 ns. IPSO optimized the best results to achieve the 2nd order focus of time with respect to energy for the MR-TOF mass analyzer, and the deviation of the ion′s half-turn time of flight was within 1.3×10-6. In 20 times experiments, IPSO improved the maximum results by 33%, the average results by 35% and the standard deviation by 29% compared with PSO optimization, providing better solution quality and stability. IPSO′s linear decay strategy effectively controlled the reduction of the voltage update step size and was able to meet the global search and refinement of the MR-TOF mass analyzer voltage parameter optimization problem. It had good convergence and convergence speed. This work provided a fast and effective method for optimizing the voltage parameters of the MR-TOF mass analyzer and helped to improve the performance of this analyzer. The results showed that the IPSO is able to obtain a limiting mass resolution of more than 810 000, which has better performance compared with the PSO. The method has the advantages of simple operation, fast optimization and better solution, which can provide a method reference for voltage optimization of MR-TOF mass analyzer and thus improve the development efficiency of MR-TOF mass analyzer.

A double potential well flat ion trap was designed as an ion accumulating and focusing device for multi-reflection time-of-flight mass analyzer. Two potential wells of the trap were severally used for accumulation of injected ions, controlled cooling and ejection of trapped ions, which had features to accumulate ions continuously and cool ion for almost one period. While a flat ion trap with only one potential well is a traditional and excellent ion accumulating and focusing device, which has an intermittent ion accumulation and an ion cooling around half period. Compared with the single potential well flat ion trap, the double potential well flat ion trap had better performance on ion accumulation and focusing in principle. Four steps to run the trap were simulated and researched by an ion optics simulator of SIMION 8.1. The first step was ion accumulation, ions were successively injected into the trap, and then stored and accumulated in the first potential well. The second step was ion transfer, the trapped ions were transferred from the first potential well to the second potential well. The third step was ion cooling, the trapped ions were confined in the second potential well, and were simultaneously cooled by collisions with 0.5 Pa He. The fourth step was ion ejection, the trapped ions were ejected from the trap and focused into the next device. Ion optics simulations indicated that the trap had a period from 1 ms to above 10 ms, a total ion transmission efficiency of 83%, and an ion flux of at most 1.6×106 ions. In addition, ion packets ejected from the trap had thermalized with radial diameters of 1.0 and 1.0 mm, angular standard deviations of 24 mrad and 16 mrad, and an energy standard deviation of 15 eV. This trap can be coupled with and provide high-flux and full-focusing ion packets for multi-reflection time-of-flight mass analyzers, due to an excellent suitability between the operation of the analyzer and the period, the ion transmission efficiency, the ion flux, and ejected ion packets of the trap.

Nurse practitioners (NPs) have drawn significant attention recently and played a major role in healthcare. We aim to find the evaluation of NPs through published studies and then visualize the research status and hotspots in this field.

The new BESIII data on J/ψ → γη(1405/1475) → γKK¯π is more precise than before. A three-body unitary coupled-channel analysis of experimental Monte Carlo outputs for J/ψ → γη(1405/1475) → γKK¯π is introduced. This model does not only fit the γKK¯π Dalitz plot distributions but also the branching ratios of “γππη” and “γγππ” final states relative to that of “γKK¯π”. After fitting, we successfully extract the η(1405/1475) pole locations. The η(1405/1475) states are described by two bare states dressed with continuum states. At last, we post predict the distribution of J/ψ → γη(1405/1475) → γππη, γπππ, γγππ.

Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play an important role in regulating the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases. However, the role of lncRNAs in heart aging remains poorly understood. The objective of this study was to identify differentially expressed lncRNAs in the heart of aging mice and elucidate the relevant regulatory pathways of cardiac aging.

Objective: To meet the market demand, high concentration PUFA oil microcapsules were developed. Methods: The microencapsulated oil was prepared by spray drying method with β-cyclodextrin /gelatin as a composite wall material and high content polyunsaturated fatty acid oil sunflower seed oil as a core material, and the preparation process parameters of oil microcapsules were optimized by single factor experiment and response surface experiment. Results: The best technological conditions of oil microcapsule were solid content of 25.2%, and the mass ratio of composite wall material β-cyclodextrin: gelatin was 6.7∶1. The dosage of emulsifier was 1%, and the mass ratio of core wall material was 1∶2. Under this condition, the prepared oil microcapsule particles were round. The particle size was uniform, and the embedding rate was 94.33%. The content of polyunsaturated fatty acid was 21.73%. Conclusion: This preparation method is feasible and can be used to prepare high concentration polyunsaturated fatty acid oil microcapsules.

Objectives When polar ships sailing in polar regions, extremely complex ice resistance not only poses structural threats to ships, but also poses new challenges for ship maneuverability, especially when the ship is turning in a level ice zone. In contrast, recent studies have mainly focused on ship-ice interaction with less consideration for the effects of fluids on ice loading.Methods Using the nonlinear finite element method and based on the proper ice material and reasonable coupling failure mode, the complex, strong and nonlinear interaction between ice and ship during turning motion is studied. At the same time, the fluid structure interaction method is used to consider the influence of fluid on ship-ice interaction.Results The validity and reliability of the simulation are determined via the numerical results and empirical formulae. The longitudinal, widthwise and vertical ice resistance of the ship are compared with or without fluid conditions. It is found that the ice load has a noticeable increase in three degrees of freedom when the effects of fluid are considered.Conclusions Considering the influence of fluid on ice resistance in the ship's ice-breaking movement can effectively ensure the safety of the ship and accurately predict the ice resistance when turning.

Roller wear is an important cause of pilverizer failure.Roller wear is affected by many factors.In this paper, combined with the research on the abrasion of grinding roller, the wear mechanism of the soft roller caused by the soft particles of wheat was reviewed.The paper points out the influencing factors of the grinding roller wear from the characteristics of abrasive and grinding roller as well as the working conditions,and expounds the antifriction technology, which provides a reference for the study of the grinding and wear reduction technology of the grinding machine.

Oral fluid (OF) is a new safe, non-invasive, convenient, and efficient biological sample that can be used for virus nucleic acid and antibody detection. Because few studies have performed surveillance of multiple respiratory pathogens, this study sought to explore the application value of OF in this field. OF and throat swabs were collected from December 2020 to December 2021 in patients with acute respiratory tract infections in Beijing. Multiplex real-time PCR was performed, and the detection performance of two samples was compared. A total of 769 OF and throat swab samples were collected. The detection rates of respiratory pathogens in throat swabs and OF were 29.26% (225/769) and 20.81% (160/769), respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of the OF assay, compared with the throat swab assay, were 71.11% (160/225) and 100% (544/544), respectively. The two assays had excellent agreement (kappa = 0.78). The detection consistency varied among pathogens. For OF samples, the most common pathogen was the influenza B virus, and the highest detection rate was in the ≤5-year-old group. The highest positivity rate was observed in December 2021. OF samples have excellent potential for the epidemiological surveillance of respiratory pathogens, and may have application prospects in preventing and controlling infectious diseases.

Background: Human studies have demonstrated the beneficial effects of soy or isoflavones on bone metabolism. However, conflicting data remain. Equol is the intestinal metabolite of the isoflavone daidzein. The health benefits of soy are more pronounced in equol producers than those not producing equol. This 6-month randomized controlled trial aimed to examine the effect of whole soy (soy flour) and purified daidzein on bone turnover markers (BTMs) in Chinese postmenopausal women who are equol producers. Methods: A total of 270 eligible women were randomized to either one of the three isocaloric supplements as follows: 40 g soy flour (whole soy group), 40 g low-fat milk powder + 63 mg daidzein (daidzein group), or 40 g low-fat milk powder (placebo group) given as a solid beverage daily for 6 months. The following fasting venous samples were collected at the baseline and end of the trial to analyze BTMs: serum cross-linked C-telopeptides of type I collagen, bone-specific alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin, procollagen type I N-terminal propeptide, and 25(OH)D 3 . Inflammation-related biomarkers, such as serum interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-alpha, C-reactive protein, transferrin, and homocysteine, were also tested to explore potential mechanisms. Results: A total of 253 subjects validly completed the study protocol. Urinary isoflavones suggested a good compliance to the treatments. Intention-to-treat and per-protocol analyses indicated no significant difference in the 6-month or percentage changes in the parameters of bone metabolism and inflammatory markers among the three treatment groups. Conclusions: Whole soy and purified daidzein at provided dosages exhibited no significant effect on the bone metabolism and inflammation levels among Chinese equol-producing postmenopausal women. Most sulfate and sulfide ores are composed of low electrical magnetic materials. In the process of combustion, the sulfur in sulfate and sulfide ores cannot be released completely, because it is difficult to produce a large enough electromagnetic induction eddy current. Thus, the results are lower than real values when the sulfur in sulfate and sulfide ores is determined by High Frequency Infrared Carbon-Sulfur Spectrometer. In this study, the barite and pyrite samples are diluted with silicon dioxide to acquire different contents of sulfur. By optimizing the sample weight and flux types, determination of sulfur by High Frequency Infrared Carbon-Sulfur Spectrometer was developed. Results show that the sample weight is 0.07 g when the content of sulfur is higher than 2% whereas sample weight is 0.1 g when the sulfur content is below 2%. Furthermore, the sulfur in barite and pyrite can be released completely into the infrared absorption area when adding 0.4 g of tin grain, 0.4 g of iron grain, and 0.5 g of tungsten grain to the sample. The recovery of sulfur can reach 95.8%-104.2%(barite) and 95.3%-105.1%(pyrite), which is far higher than the recovery of 83.3%-91.1% and 91.5-97.5% for the conventional analysis of sulfur by Infrared Carbon-Sulfur Spectrometer. This method precision is less than 5% and can determine the accurate content of sulfur.

DC distribution network consists of distributed generation, energy storage, load and AC distribution network, With the rapid development of DC distribution network and the increasing proportion of DC load, the operation mode of DC distribution network is more flexible. Different from the traditional AC distribution network, the traditional AC distribution network has a single operation mode, while the DC distribution network can operate in both parallel mode and island mode. Therefore, a control method suitable for different operation modes of DC distribution network is urgently needed. In this paper, a control method about loop closing and loop opening of DC distribution network is proposed. When receiving the command of loop closing or loop opening from the master station or local monitoring system, the loop closing control is judged by the switch state, fault state and operation state of converter. It solves the problem that the traditional AC distribution network control strategy is not applicable in DC distribution network, it realizes the smooth switching of DC distribution network closed loop operation and opened loop operation. This method has been used in the DC coordinated control device and successfully applied in the national key research and development plan of Suzhou active distribution network.

The accumulation of pigments affects the color of rice hulls while only limited information is known about its underlying mechanisms. In the present study, a rice brown hull 6 (bh6) mutant was isolated from an ethane methyl sulfonate (EMS)-induced IR64 mutant bank. Brown pigments started to accumulate in bh6 rice hulls after heading and reached a higher level in mature seeds. Some major agronomic traits including panicle length and 1000-grain weight in bh6 were significantly lower than those in its corresponding wild type IR64, while other agronomic traits such as plant height, growth duration and seed-setting rate were largely similar between the two genotypes. The analysis of pigment content showed that the contents of total flavonoids and anthocyanin in bh6 hulls were significantly higher than those in IR64 hulls. Our results showed that the brown hull phenotype in bh6 was controlled by a single recessive gene which locates on the long arm of chromosome 9. Sequencing analysis detected a single base substitution (G/A) at position 1013 of the candidate gene (LOC_Os09g12150) encoding an F-box domain-containing protein (FBX310). Functional complementation experiment using the wild type allele can rescue the phenotype in bh6. Thus, we named this mutated gene as OsFBX310bh6, an allele of OsFBX310 functioning as an inhibitor of brown hull. The isolation of OsFBX310bh6 and its wild type allele can provide useful experimental materials and will facilitate the studies on revealing the mechanisms of flavonoid metabolism in monocot plants.
