Data recovery at AZ T:12:70 (ASM) - the prehistoric components of which are referred to as “Pueblo Patricio” - commenced following archaeological testing within the project area (refer to Sorrell 2006a). This document is intended to comply with the terms of the Arizona Antiquities Act (Arizona Revised Statutes [ARS] §41841, et seq.), the Arizona Board of Regents Rules 8-201 through 8-207 as authorized by ARS §15-1631, and the COP Historic Preservation Ordinance.
