Starting from the basic principles of talent cultivation mode, this paper proposes a reform strategy to optimize the talent cultivation mode of environmental design with the help of intelligent technology in order to improve the quality of talent cultivation and achieve the “first-class” level for the current talent cultivation mode of environmental design majors. The necessity of an intelligent database in environmental design teaching is analyzed, and the improved TF-IDF algorithm and automatic classification algorithm of resources are proposed to improve the search for teaching resources for environmental design majors. Then, based on the query, the teaching resource recommendation model (UBM) is proposed. An algorithmic comparison between the improved TF-IDF method and the UBM model is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithmic model. Combining the traditional talent training model results with the intelligent technology-assisted talent training model results for independent samples of the T-value test. T-value test results show that the F-value is 0.317, the Sig-value is 0.782>0.05, and the significance corresponding to the ANOVA t-test value is 0.009

Co-seismic displacements of the 2011 Mw9. 0 Japan earthquake recorded by GPS stations in China and surrounding areas showed a movement toward the epicenter. The horizontal displacements were up to 1 – 3 cm in northeastern China, 3 – 8 mm in the North China, and 2 cm in the Korean peninsula. The vertical movements in China were small uplifts.

Organic electrochemical synthesis, a sustainable alternative to traditional organic synthesis, faces challenges in practical applications, such as limited current density, difficulty in recycling homogeneous electrochemical mediators, and large waste supporting electrolyte generation. In this work, we addressed these challenges by proposing a tandem electrochemical–chemical catalysis strategy, using selective alcohol electrooxidation to valuable aldehydes as a model transformation. Hypochlorite electro-generation and heterogeneous TEMPO-catalyzed alcohol oxidation were decoupled spatially, allowing each step to proceed independently under high rates and selectivity. Consequently, this strategy achieved industrially relevant current densities of 300–600 mA cm−2 with 64.7–81.8% faradaic efficiencies, resulting in a space–time yield (STY) of up to 516.95 kg (m3 h)−1 for benzaldehyde synthesis that significantly surpassed existing strategies. In addition, this strategy utilized the silica-supported TEMPO catalyst filled in a packed-bed reactor to achieve efficient single-pass conversion of alcohols to the corresponding aldehydes without the need for downstream catalyst separation, substantially reducing energy consumption for downstream separation. Furthermore, we developed a closed-loop tandem electrochemical–chemical catalysis system for gram-scale steroidal aldehyde synthesis, which incorporated an inline liquid–liquid separator for electrolyte recycling, thus significantly reducing the supporting electrolyte waste generation, which aligns with the principles of green chemistry and sustainable development. Steel slag is an industrial solid waste produced during the steelmaking process. To explore the application of steel slag in the agricultural field, the present experiment was carried out to study the effect of substrates with different contents of steel slag on the growth of Hydrangea macrophylla cuttings. The conventional substrate (perlite: vermiculite: peat = 1:1:1) was used as the control (CK), and the treatments were designed as T1 (steel slag: perlite: vermiculite: peat = 1:3:3:3, v/v/v/v), T2 (steel slag: perlite: vermiculite: peat = 1:2:2:2, v/v/v/v), T3 (steel slag: perlite: vermiculite: peat = 1:1:1:1, v/v/v/v), and T4 (steel slag: perlite: vermiculite: peat = 1:0:0:0, v/v/v/v). The results showed that the addition of steel slag significantly increased the substrate's bulk density, EC, and pH and improved its water retention capacity to a certain extent. There were significant differences among different treatments in morphological indicators, root growth and development, and physiological and biochemical characteristics of cutting seedlings. All traits, including plant height, fresh weight, dry weight, root length, root surface area, root volume, the number of root tips, root activity, and soluble protein content of seedlings grown in T3 were significantly higher than those in other substrates. The results indicated that the appropriate addition of steel slag is helpful to hydrangea cuttings' growth, and the optimal mixing ratio is steel slag: perlite: vermiculite: peat = 1:1:1:1 (v/v/v/v). Aim: The study was aimed at exploring the current scope of hospital to home transitional care programmes for stroke survivors. Background: Stroke survivors face the dilemma of solving many complex problems that leave survivors at high risk for readmission as they discharge from hospital. The transitional care model has proved to be effective in reducing readmissions and mortality, thereby improving health outcomes and enhancing patient satisfaction for survivors with stroke. Design: A scoping review. Methods: Conducted in accordance with the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Methodology for Scoping Reviews. Data Sources: A comprehensive search was conducted in nine databases, including PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, CINAHL, Medline, China Knowledge Net‐work, Wanfang Database and China Biomedical Literature Database (SinoMed) from January 2014 to June 2023. Results: Title and abstract screening was performed on 10,171 articles resulting in 287 articles for full‐text screening. Full‐text screening yielded 49 articles that met inclusion criteria. Conclusion: This study identified transitional care programmes for stroke survivors, as well as areas for future consideration to be explored in more depth to help improve transitional care for stroke survivors as they transition from hospital to home. Implications for the Profession and/or Patient Care: This study demonstrates that multidisciplinary collaboration becomes an integral part of the transitional care model for stroke survivors, which provides comprehensive and precise medical care to them. As an essential element for plants, animals, and humans, selenium (Se) has been shown to participate in microbial methane oxidation. We studied the growth response and rhizosphere methane oxidation of an economic crop (prickly pear, Rosa roxburghii Tratt) through three treatments (Se0.6 mg/kg, Se2.0 mg/kg, and Se10 mg/kg) and a control (Se0 mg/kg) in a two-month pot experiment. The results showed that the height, total biomass, root biomass, and leaf biomass of prickly pear were significantly increased in the Se0.6 and Se2.0 treatments. The root-to-shoot ratio of prickly pear reached a maximum value in the Se2 treatment. The leaf carotenoid contents significantly increased in the three treatments. Antioxidant activities significantly increased in the Se0.6 and Se2 treatments. Low Se contents (0.6, 2 mg/kg) promoted root growth, including dry weight, length, surface area, volume, and root activity. There was a significant linear relationship between root and aboveground Se contents. The Se translocation factor increased as the soil Se content increased, ranging from 0.173 to 0.288. The application of Se can improve the state of rhizosphere soil's organic C and soil nutrients (N, P, and K). Se significantly promoted the methane oxidation rate in rhizosphere soils, and the Se10 treatment showed the highest methane oxidation rate. The soil Se gradients led to differentiation in the growth, rhizosphere soil properties, and methane oxidation capacity of prickly pear. The root Se content and Se translocation factor were significantly positively correlated with the methane oxidation rate. Prickly pear can accumulate Se when grown in Se-enriched soil. The vibration signal is commonly used to detect the cavitation phenomenon in centrifugal pumps in order to investigate the vibration characteristics of centrifugal pumps with different cavitation degrees and then provide the basis for predicting the critical cavitation point of the pump in advance. This paper takes ns = 35 centrifugal pump as the research object and establishes the quantitative relationship between vorticity and entropy generation and vibration energy by studying the internal flow and vibration response of the centrifugal pump under different cavitation degrees. The study shows that with the development of cavitation, the bubble volume inside the impeller channel gradually increases, and vortices with a larger area appear inside the channel and gradually move toward the impeller outlet. The vorticity and entropy generation of the secondary information of the internal flow field during cavitation have a good third-order fit to the vibration energy, and with the increase in the vorticity and entropy generation, there exists a relationship of a third-order polynomial that first increases and then slows down and finally increases rapidly. Farmed fish are a promising source of high‐quality and sustainable protein. However, the production of farmed fish products that meet food safety standards is one of the major public health challenges worldwide. Therefore, food safety management in fish farms has recently garnered increasing attention. However, the detection of health parameters in fish is currently lacking. Haematology, an approach that is widely used in humans, provides a reliable assessment of health status in a non‐lethal and low‐cost way. Nevertheless, comprehensive, systemic and standard haematological parameters have not yet been established in farmed fish. Here, we provide a summary of the recent advancements in haematology health indicators in fish. Generally, haematological parameters are based on physiological and biochemical indices in blood. After a global review of haematology in fish, we analysed the research progress and current trends in haematology indicators in farmed fish, and explored their potential application for healthy farming. Furthermore, we discuss the internal and external environmental factors that also affect blood physiological and biochemical indices. Finally, we discuss the trends and future challenges for the application of haematology in fish. A novel adsorbent of N-doped carbonized microspheres were developed from chitin (N-doped CM-chitin) for adsorption of Congo red (CR). The N-doped CM-chitin showed spherical shape and consisted of carbon nanofibers with 3D hierarchical architecture. There were many micro/nano-pores existing in N-doped CM-chitin with high surface area (455.703 m2 g−1). The N element was uniformly distributed on the carbon nanofibers and formed with oxidize-N graphitic-N, pyrrolic-N, and pyridinic-N. The N-doped CM-chitin showed excellent adsorption capability for CR and the maximum adsorption amount was approximate 954.47 mg g−1. The π-π/n-π interaction, hydrogen-bond interactions, and pore filling adsorption might be the adsorption mechanisms. The adsorption of N-doped CM-chitin was considered as a spontaneous endothermic adsorption process, and which well conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic and Langmuir isotherm model. The N-doped CM-chitin exhibited an effective adsorption performance for dynamic CR water with good reusability. Therefore, this work provides new insights into the fabrication of a novel N-doped adsorbent from low-cost and waste biomasses. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Bisphenol A (BPA), a phenolic compound, is harmful to humans and animals as its residue in the water threatens multiple organs, especially the kidney. Low selenium (Se) diets are consumed in many regions of the world, and poor Se status has exacerbating effect on toxicity of several environmental chemicals. Here, we described the discovery path of Se deficiency aggravation on autophagy in BPA treated chicken kidney through regulating nitric oxide (NO) and adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase (AMPK)/mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling pathways. The actual dietary Se intake for chickens was 0.30 mg/kg in control group and 0.03 mg/kg in Low‐Se group, and BPA exposure concentration for chickens was 0.05 g/kg. Chicken embryo kidney (CEK) cells were used in vitro and the BPA exposure concentration for CEK cells was 150 nM. We found that BPA significantly increased levels of NO and inducible nitric oxide synthase, activated AMPK/mTOR signaling pathways, thereby triggering p62/LC3/Beclin1 signaling, resulting in formations of autophagosome and autolysosome, and finally stimulating autophagy in the chicken kidney. Additionally, Se deficiency promoted the occurrence of autophagy in BPA‐treated kidneys. Altogether, our findings showed that Se deficiency exacerbates BPA‐induced renal autophagy in chickens via regulation of NO and AMPK/mTOR signaling pathways. These findings will improve our understandings of the mechanisms of nephrotoxicity of BPA and detoxification by Se in chickens. Bisphenol A (BPA) in the environment can have deleterious effects on humans and animals. BPA can exert nephrotoxicity by inducing oxidative stress. Selenium (Se) deficiency can specifically impair kidney tissues and additionally show a synergistic effect on the toxicity of several environmental chemicals. However, the toxic effects of BPA on the chicken kidney and whether Se deficiency produces synergistic effects on the toxicity of BPA remain poorly understood. Herein, we established BPA exposure models and Se deficiency model in vivo and in vitro, and described the discovery path of BPA aggravation on apoptosis and necroptosis in Se‐deficient chicken kidneys via regulation of oxidative stress and phosphatidylinositol 3‐kinase/threonine kinase (PI3K/AKT) signaling pathway. We found that BPA exposure increased reactive oxygen species and malondialdehyde levels, reduced activities of catalase, GPx, and superoxide dismutase, downregulated PI3K and AKT expressions, activated Bcl/Bax‐Caspase 9‐Caspase 3, and receptor‐interacting protein kinase 1/mixed lineage kinase domain‐like protein signaling pathways, resulting in apoptosis and necroptosis in the chicken kidney. In addition, Se deficiency significantly promoted the expression of renal apoptosis and necroptosis in BPA‐exposed chicken kidneys. Altogether, our results showed that BPA aggravates apoptosis and necroptosis in Se‐deficient chicken kidneys via regulation of oxidative stress and PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. Our findings elucidate the mechanism of BPA nephrotoxicity and Se deficiency exacerbation toxicity in chickens and will provide great significance for the protection of the ecological environment and animal health. Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) is a phthalic acid ester (PAE) that has posed a health hazard to the organisms. Naringenin (NRG) is a flavanone compound that has shown protection against several environmental chemicals through suppression of oxidative stress and activation of phosphatidylinositol 3‐kinase/threonine kinase (PI3K/AKT) signaling pathway. Herein, swine testis (ST) cells were treated with 1.8 μM of DBP or/and 25.39 nM of NRG for 24 h, we described the discovery path of NRG inhibition on apoptosis in DBP‐exposed ST cells through targeting phosphatase and tensin homologue deleted on chromosome 10 (PTEN). We first found that the anti‐apoptosis effect of NRG is dependent on mitochondrial pathway through flow cytometry and related gene/protein expression, and then we detected PI3K/AKT pathway‐related gene/protein expression, and established a computational docking assay between NRG and PTEN. We found that NRG specifically binds to three basic residues (His93, Lys125, Lys128) of P loop in PTEN, as well as phosphatase domains (Asp92, His93, Cys124, Lys125, Ala126, Lys128, and Arg130) in active dephosphorylation pockets, thereby reducing PTEN level and activating PI3K/AKT signaling pathway, and further inhibiting oxidative stress and mitochondrial pathway apoptosis. Taken together, our results push forward that NRG deserves further attention as a potential antagonistic therapy against DBP through targeting PTEN to inhibit oxidative stress and activate PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. Various bacterial diseases have caused great economic losses to the high-density and intensive aquaculture industry; however, the pathogenic mechanism underlying the large-scale challenged to caused by many bacteria remain unclear, making the prevention and treatment of these diseases difficult. In the present study, we isolated a bacterial strain from Cyprinus carpio having a typical bacterial disease and named it Cc2021. Through subsequent morphological observations, a regression challenge, biochemical identification, and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, we determined Cc2021 to be Plesiomonas shigelloides. Subsequently, we comprehensively investigated the pathogenicity of P. shigelloides in C. carpio through a regression challenge and assessed the underlying the pathogenic mechanism. Mortality results revealed that P. shigelloides is highly pathogenic and infects various tissues throughout the body, resulting in edema of the liver, spleen, and body and head kidneys. Histopathological analysis revealed obvious inflammation, bleeding, and necrosis in the intestine, spleen, and head kidney. The body's immune tissues actively produce complement C3, superoxide dismutase, and lysozyme after a challenge to resist bacterial invasion. With regard to the underlying pathogenesis of P. shigelloides , comparative transcriptome analysis revealed 876 upregulated genes and 828 downregulated genes in the intestine of C. carpio after the challenge. Analysis of differentially expressed unigenes revealed the involvement of major immune pathways, particularly the TNF signaling pathway, interleukin (IL)-17 signaling pathway, and Toll-like receptor signaling pathway. Diarrhea is one of the leading causes of death among children, especially in the age under 5, but few studies are available on viral diarrhea in Shenyang. To understand the infection status and the relevant epidemiological characteristics of viral diarrhea and to fill gaps of the distribution of viruses across Shenyang in children under the age of 5 with diarrhea, from 2018 to 2020, stool specimens of children with diarrhea aged 0–59 months and surveillance data were collected in Sentinel Hospital of Shenyang. Specimens were then tested to determine the type of viruses, the seasonal and spatial patterns for major viruses were determined. Viruses were identified in 47.9% of the 897 samples from children with diarrhea. The main viruses of stool samples were rotavirus (16.9%, predominant type G9P[8]), calicivirus (14.7%), adenovirus (11.8%), and astrovirus (4.5%). Viral infections were mainly detected in the age of 0–12 months. In the area of Shenyang, Huanggu had the most cases (198, 22.1%), followed by Dadong (137, 15.3%) and Hunnan (135, 15.1%). The positive rate of viruses varied among patients of different ages, seasons, and regions. Public health entities and the government should develop corresponding measures for different age groups, seasons, and regions.
