This work presents an in-depth examination of the Carboniferous volcanic reservoir within the CH471 well area, situated in the central portion of the Hongche fault zone on the northwestern margin of the Junggar Basin. Leveraging seismic data and well connection comparisons, we scrutinize the tectonic evolution model and elucidate the impact of the nappe structure of the Hongche fault zone on the volcanic reservoir. The study has obtained the following understanding: after the formation of Carboniferous volcanic rocks, affected by the Hongche fault structure, a series of structural superpositions from extension to extrusion and finally thrust occurred, resulting in a northwestward tilt of the volcanic rock mass, and a large number of cracks were generated inside the rock mass. At the same time, the top was uplifted and affected by weathering and leaching to form a weathering crust, eventually forming a reservoir. The northern part is located in the edge area of the eruption center, and the rock mass has good stratification. The rock strata have certain constraints on the reservoir distribution, and the reservoir is inclined along the rock mass. The southern part is close to the eruption center and features large volcanic breccia accumulation bodies with strong internal heterogeneity. The reservoir developed mainly in the superposition of the range of control of the weathering crust and dense fracture development, and the rock mass morphology does not control the area. Structure is the key to forming a volcanic rock reservoir, mainly reflected in the following aspects. First, tectonic activity is accompanied by fracture development, and fractures are densely developed in areas with strong activity, which can effectively improve the physical properties of volcanic reservoirs. Second, tectonic activity leads to the strata uplift and weathering denudation, forming a weathering crust. Within the range of control of weathering and leaching, the physical properties of volcanic rocks are improved, and it is easier to form high-quality reservoirs. Third, the distribution of volcanic rock masses is controlled by tectonic activity, which affects the reservoir controlled by the dominant lithology.

The transverse vibration caused by the mass eccentricity of the whirling arm and the unbalanced magnetic pull of the motor rotor is a critical factor that affects the stability and safety of the rain erosion whirling arm. To investigate the transverse vibration characteristics of the rain erosion whirling arm during operation, a four-degree-of-freedom transverse vibration model of the rotor-rain erosion whirling arm is established using the lumped mass method. The differential equation of motion of the rotor-rain erosion whirling arm, considering the influence of mass eccentricity and unbalanced magnetic pull, is then established based on the Lagrange equation. This equation is numerically solved using the Runge-Kutta algorithm to investigate the axis trajectory and amplitude distribution of the rotor-rain erosion whirling arm. To reduce the fatigue damage caused by vibration, the active disturbance rejection decoupling control method is employed. Furthermore, the parameters of the extended state observer are adjusted using pole assignment and bandwidth. The simulation results reveal that the vibration amplitude of the rotating blade can be reduced to within 0.2 mm, referring to the BSS7393 test standard. Additionally, experimental research is conducted to compare the vibration of the rain erosion whirling arm before and after implementing the active disturbance rejection decoupling control. The results demonstrate that the active disturbance rejection decoupling control method effectively suppresses the vibration of the rain erosion whirling arm, illustrating its feasibility and effectiveness for system vibration control. Amorphous oxide semiconductors (AOSs) are non-crystalline compounds composed of metal elements and oxygen elements, possessing distinctive electrical properties. Even in their amorphous state, these materials exhibit favourable carrier transport paths and demonstrate high mobilities. Thin-film transistors (TFTs), as the core devices in active matrix drive systems, have found commercial success in active matrix liquid crystal displays and active matrix organic light-emitting diode displays. Among the choices of active layer materials for TFTs, AOSs have emerged as a potent alternative to traditional Si-based semiconductors, offering irreplaceable advantages in large-area high-definition flat-panel displays. Currently, the reliability concerns regarding AOS TFTs have garnered increasing attention, yet reports on this topic are scattered. Therefore, a comprehensive overview of the aspects is necessary to facilitate further progress in this field. With next-generation display technologies demanding large-area, high-resolution, and high-refresh-rate displays, alongside the challenges presented by future flexible display technologies in coping with complex working scenarios such as bending and stretching, the significance of this research is unmistakable. Functionally graded materials (FGMs) are a new type of composite materials capable of facilitating the dependable bonding of dissimilar materials. A double‐wire plasma welding process is used to manufacture Stainless steel 316 L (SS316L)/Inconel 625 FGM. Subsequently, two thin‐walled structures with 5% gradient and non‐gradient are fabricated to investigate the morphology, microstructure, and properties in different gradients, focusing on the 67% SS316L region. In the findings, it is indicated that two depositions exhibit well‐formed structures with varying gradients and no macroscopic defects. The composition experiences an abrupt transition at the interface between depositions with a non‐gradient, whereas deposition with a 5% gradient does not exhibit this issue and demonstrates a higher effective deposition rate. The analysis of the energy dispersive spectrum indicates the presence of Nb elements at the grain boundary in the 67% SS316L region, with no observed cracks. This suggests resistance to cracking and impediment to the segregation of Nb. Additionally, the hardness and tensile strength in various regions exhibit a gradual increase with a 5% gradient of Inconel 625 content, while the tensile anisotropy is not noticeable. Consequently, the 5% gradient transition demonstrates a more favorable performance in comparison to the non‐gradient sample, resulting in the avoidance of the 75% SS316L region due to its poor performance. In this paper, we present a distal-scanning common path probe for optical coherence tomography (OCT) equipped with a hollow ultrasonic motor and a simple and specially designed beam-splitter. This novel probe proves to be able to effectively circumvent polarization and dispersion mismatch caused by fiber motion and is more robust to a variety of interfering factors during the imaging process, experimentally compared to a conventional noncommon path probe. Furthermore, our design counteracts the attenuation of backscattering with depth and the fall-off of the signal, resulting in a more balanced signal range and greater imaging depth. Spectral-domain OCT imaging of phantom and biological tissue is also demonstrated with a sensitivity of ∼ 1 0 0 dB and a lateral resolution of ∼ 3 μ m. This low-cost probe offers simplified system configuration and excellent robustness, and is therefore particularly suitable for clinical diagnosis as one-off medical apparatus. Monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) is a derivative of the marine peptide Dolastatin 10, which has therapeutic effects against various cancers according to its antimitotic activity in multiple clinical trials. The antibody drug conjugate (ADC) of MMAE is currently used in clinical practice. However, the safety issues of MMAE-based ADC, such as high drug toxicity and poor bioavailability, still exist when using it for anticancer therapy. A sustained release of drug delivery approach should be used to reduce toxicity and achieve sufficient anticancer effects. Herein, PLGA-b-PEG 2 0 0 0 with excellent biocompatibility and slow degradation ability was adopted to construct MMAE-loaded nanoparticles for safe and effective chemotherapy. The sustained release effect and the immunogenic cell death (ICD) effect of PLGA-MMAE nanoparticles were assessed by in vitro experiments. The PLGA-MMAE nanoparticles effectively accumulated in the tumor through the enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effect, inducing cell apoptosis and causing a certain degree of immune response. The sustained drug release of PLGA-MMAE improved the bioavailability and effectively reduced the toxicity and development of the tumor compared to the effect of free MMAE or ADC. Overall, this study provides a safe and effective chemotherapeutic approach, as well as a simple and effective synthetic process for MMAE-based nanoparticles, improving their therapeutic efficacy and safety. In this work, the role of inelastic processes in the formation of a transient Bose–Einstein condensation (BEC) is investigated based on kinetic theory. We calculate the condensation rate for an overpopulated gluon system which is assumed to be in thermal equilibrium and with the presence of a BEC. The matrix elements of the inelastic processes are chosen as the isotropic one and the gluons are considered to have a finite mass. Our calculations indicate that the inelastic processes can hinder the formation of a BEC since the negatively infinite net condensation rate can destroy any BEC instantly. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The automatic transfer switch can solve the problem of voltage drop and instantaneous power interruption, which is one of the most reliable and economical ways to improve the reliability and quality of the power supply. In view of the application demand of the important electric field, this paper puts forward the technology scheme of a compound automatic transfer switch based on forced current commutation, which is characterised by high reliability, fast switching and active and passive combined protection. First, the general technical scheme and working principle of the compound automatic transfer switch are introduced. Then, the simulation model of power distribution system with one master and one standby automatic transfer switch is established, and the system simulation is carried out to analyse the influence of the fault type on switching effect. Finally, the feasibility of the compound automatic transfer switch is verified by experiments, and its operational characteristics are obtained. It provides theoretical and technical basis for the product development and engineering application of the compound automatic transfer switch.

Nearly 100 million tons of reserves have been explored in the Well 471 area of the Hongche Fault zone. The Carboniferous volcanic rock reservoir is the main oil-bearing reservoir in the well CH471 area and is the main target of exploration and development. The characteristics of the Carboniferous volcanic rock reservoir are studied through core, thin section, physical property, logging, and other data, and its main controlling factors are analyzed in combination with actual means of production. The lithologies of the volcanic reservoir in the study area are mainly volcanic breccia, andesite, and basalt. The matrix physical properties of volcanic rock reservoirs are medium-porosity and ultralow-permeability, among which volcanic breccia has the best physical properties. The reservoir space mainly comprises primary pores, secondary dissolution pores, and fractures, resulting in a dual medium pore-fracture-type reservoir. Combined with production data analysis, the lateral distribution of oil and gas is controlled by lithology and lithofacies, with explosive volcanic breccia being the best, followed by the basalt and andesite of overflow facies, which are vertically affected by weathering and leaching and distributed within 50~300 m from the top of the Carboniferous system. The area with densely developed fractures was conducive to developing high-quality reservoirs. The tectonic movement promoted the formation of weathering and controlled the development of faults. Based on a comprehensive analysis, it is believed that the formation of Carboniferous volcanic oil and gas reservoirs in the study area was controlled and influenced by the lithology, lithofacies, weathering, leaching, faults (fractures), and tectonics. Myopia, one of the most prevalent ocular diseases worldwide, is projected to affect nearly half of the global population by 2050. The main cause of myopia in most patients is axial myopia, which primarily occurs due to the elongation of the eyeball, driven by changes in the extracellular matrix (ECM) of scleral cells. Previous studies have shown that NLRP3, an important inflammatory mediator, plays a critical role in regulating the expression of MMP-2 in the sclera. This, in turn, leads to a decrease in the expression of Collagen-1, a major component of the scleral ECM, triggering the remodeling of the scleral ECM. This study aimed to investigate the effect of MCC950, an inhibitor of NLRP3, on the progression of myopia using a mouse form-deprivation myopia (FDM) model. The FDM mouse model was constructed by subjecting three-week-old C57BL/6J mice to form-deprivation. The mice were divided into experimental (n = 10/group; FDM2M, FDM4M, FDM2W, and FDM4W) and control groups (n = 5/group). The experimental groups were further categorized based on the duration of form deprivation (2 and 4 weeks, labeled as 2 and 4, respectively) and the type of injection received (MCC950 or saline, labeled as M and W, respectively). MCC950 was injected at a concentration of 50 mg/mL, with a dose of 10 mg per kilogram of body weight. Meanwhile, the saline group received the same volume of saline. Refraction and axial length measurements were performed for each eye. The expression levels of NLRP3, caspase-1, IL-1β, IL-18, MMP-2, and Collagen-1 in the sclera were assessed using immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. The intraperitoneal injection of MCC950 did not significantly affect refraction or axial length in normal mice (p > 0.05). However, in FDM mice, MCC950 attenuated the elongation of the axial length and resulted in a smaller shift towards myopia compared to the saline group (FDM4M vs. FDM4W, p = 0.03 and p < 0.05, respectively). MCC950 decreased MMP-2 expression (p < 0.05) but increased Collagen-1 expression (p < 0.05) in the experimental eyes when compared to the saline group. Within the MCC950 group, the expression of MMP-2 was increased in the experimental eyes at 4 weeks (p < 0.05), while that of Collagen-1 was decreased (p < 0.05), which is consistent with changes in refractive error. Immunohistochemical analysis yielded similar results (p < 0.05). MCC950 also reduced the expression levels of NLRP3 (p = 0.03), caspase-1 (p < 0.05), IL-1β (p < 0.05), and IL-18 (p < 0.05) in the experimental eyes compared to the saline group. Within the MCC950 group, the expression levels of NLRP3 and caspase-1 were comparable between the experimental and control eyes (p > 0.05), whereas IL-18 expression was higher in experimental eyes (p < 0.05). IL-1β expression was higher in the experimental eyes only at week 4 (p < 0.05). The intraperitoneal injection of MCC950 can inhibit the progression of myopia in FDM mice, possibly by regulating collagen remodeling in the sclera through the NLRP3-MMP-2 signaling pathway. Ocean currents, mechanical collisions and electronic damage can cause faults in an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV), including sensors and thrusters. For such problems, this paper designs a fault-tolerant controller that is independent of the results of the fault diagnosis. An adaptive reaching law is developed based on sliding mode control to shorten convergence times. For the chattering phenomenon, a weighted hyperbolic tangent function is adopted instead of the traditional sign function in sliding mode control. Simulations are carried out when thruster and sensor fail under the condition of ocean current disturbance, model uncertainty and sensor noise. Comparative simulation results show that the proposed method can accelerate the convergence speed of the state point and improve the trajectory tracking effect of the AUV.
