The paper presents a retrospective analysis of the concept of waste-free stores in Russia. The main feature of a waste-free store is described: the need to use reusable containers for purchases. The advantages and disadvantages of waste-free stores for visitors and operators are presented in the form of a 2x2 strategic table. The impact of the pandemic on their activities is further discussed. It is recommended to change the service model from self-service to over-the-counter trading during the pandemic. Using the example of the “B12 Zero Waste” store, the possibility of creating a waste-free online store is considered. Actions that reduce the cost of creating a web representation and organizing delivery were discussed. It is emphasized that an online store is necessary for any commercial enterprise in the current conditions. It is noted that the integration of the two most relevant trends in retail (e-commerce and greening) can be a real breakthrough. The authors point out that waste-free stores simultaneously reduce the amount of discarded packaging, but significantly increase the cost of detergents and fresh water, so the waste-free concept cannot be called completely eco-friendly. The survey revealed that in Russia, most visitors have a positive attitude to the waste-free model of the store. Depending on the factors that motivate customers to make a purchase, a waste-free store can be divided into two groups: environmentally responsible and economical.

The article reveals the concept of a logistics unit, logistics and digital hubs. The aim of the study is to assess the competitive prospects for digitalization of the Russian logistics block of the Northern Sea and New Silk ways as a set of international logistics and digital hubs, as well as exhibition complexes and educational sites. The research is focused on combining the logistics sections of the Northern Sea Route and the New Silk way into a single logistics system with its further registration in digital space. The main goal of this system is to unite all available resources of the Russian Federation in its block of the international logistics system to attract the largest number of partners and customers. It is considering the possibility of combining the Northern Sea and New Silk way sections into a single system on the territory of the Russian Federation. The authors investigated the ways of digitalization of the logistics block of the NSR-NSW with the subsequent creation of a virtual space for the control and redistribution of trade throughout the Russian Federation. During the research, studies were conducted in the field of public administration, which use modern digital communications and digital security systems. Possibilities of implementing a system of digital hubs based on the results. As a result of the study, potential positive results from the implementation of the project of digital inter-hub networks in both the economic and social sectors were highlighted.

The scientific task of the research consists in solving the difficult contradiction between the need to decrease the expenses according to the ant-crisis policy on one hand and the necessity to implement innovations for increasing efficiency of supply chain on the other hand. The features of modelling of the process of innovations implementations are studied regarding the seaport as an important element I supply chain infrastructure. Seaports are the main links of the global transport infrastructure. They make it possible to have trade partnership between countries. Here the process of innovation implementation on the example of anti-crisis measures for the ports as institutional and operational clusters is presented. Theoretical framework to conceptualize innovations at a commercial seaport as anti-crisis complex process. The primary objective for the commercial seaport is marine terminals’ modernization through rational distribution of cargo flows and reconstruction of capacities for certain types of cargo. New tools and technologies as well as modern intelligent control systems of industrial and economic processes can add up to the innovative component in the development of the commercial seaport. Active implementation of logistics transport and technological systems is proven to be the most effective route in the field of innovative development.

Ataxia-telangiectasia (A-T), or Louis-Bar syndrome, is a rare neurodegenerative disorder associated with immunodeficiency. For families with at least one affected child, timely A-T genotyping during any subsequent pregnancy allows the parents to make an informed decision about whether to continue to term when the fetus is affected. Mutations in the ATM gene, which is 150 kb long, give rise to A-T; more than 600 pathogenic variants in ATM have been characterized since 1990 and new mutations continue to be discovered annually. Therefore, limiting genetic screening to previously known SNPs by PCR or hybridization with microarrays may not identify the specific pathogenic genotype in ATM for a given A-T family. However, recent developments in next-generation sequencing technology offer prompt high-throughput full-length sequencing of genomic fragments of interest. This allows the identification of the whole spectrum of mutations in a gene, including any novel ones. We report two A-T families with affected children and current pregnancies. Both families are consanguineous and originate from Caucasian regions of Russia and Azerbaijan. Before our study, no ATM mutations had been identified in the older children of these families. We used ion semiconductor sequencing and an Ion AmpliSeq™ Inherited Disease Panel to perform complete ATM gene sequencing in a single member of each family. Then we compared the experimentally determined genotype with the affected/normal phenotype distribution in the whole family to provide unambiguous evidence of pathogenic mutations responsible for A-T. A single novel SNP was allocated to each family. In the first case, we found a mononucleotide deletion, and in the second, a mononucleotide insertion. Both mutations lead to truncation of the ATM protein product. Identification of the pathogenic mutation in each family was performed in a timely fashion, allowing the fetuses to be tested and diagnosed. The results of pioneering research on the alkylation of fused [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5- a][1,3,5]triazine system are presented, including computational studies of the reaction between 5-dimethylamino[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5- a][1,3,5]triazin-7(3 H)-one and bromoethane. The reaction of 5-amino-substituted [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5- a][1,3,5]triazin-7(3 H)-ones with allyl bromide, bromoethane, or (2-acetoxyethoxy)methyl bromide occurred selectively with the formation of products due to alkylation at the N-3 nitrogen atom of the heterocyclic system. The removal of acetyl protecting group from 5-amino-substituted {2-[(7-oxo[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5- a][1,3,5]triazin-3(7 H)-yl)methoxy]ethyl}acetates gave 5-aza analogs of acyclovir, containing a substituted amino group at position 5 of the heterocyclic 3-[(2-hydroxyethoxy)methyl][1,2,4]-triazolo[1,5- a][1,3,5]triazin-7(3 H)-one system. The alkylation reactions of fused tetrazolo[1,5- a][1,3,5]triazine system were studied. The results of quantum-chemical calculations for the reaction of 5-(dimethylamino)tetrazolo[1,5- a][1,3,5]triazin-7(3 H)-one with ethyl bromide are presented. The reactions of 5-aminosubstituted tetrazolo[1,5- a][1,3,5]triazin-7(3 H)-ones with ethyl-, butyl-, and allyl halides led to the formation of products due to alkylation at the N-3 nitrogen atom of the ring system, 3-alkyl-5-amino-substituted tetrazolo[1,5- a][1,3,5]triazin-7(3 H)-ones, as well as products due to alkylation at the exocyclic oxygen atom with tetrazole ring opening, 2-amino-substituted 6-alkoxy-4-azido-1,3,5-triazines. Besides that, the product that was alkylated at the ring N-3 nitrogen atom underwent hydrolytic cleavage of the 1,3,5-triazine ring with elimination of the carbonyl functional group and formation of N-(1-alkyl-1 H-tetrazol-5-yl)- N'-alkyl- and N-(1-alkyl-1 H-tetrazol-5-yl)- N', N'-dialkylguanidines. [MediaObject not available: see fulltext.] A new direction of the reaction of 6-amino-substituted 4-hydrazino-1,3,5-triazin-2(1 H)-ones with formic acid was found leading to the formation of N-substituted (4 H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)guanidines together with the expected 5-amino-substituted 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5- a][1,3,5]-triazin-7-ones as a result of opening of the triazine ring and subsequent decarboxylation of an intermediate of the Dimroth rearrangement. Co-crystallization is an elegant technique to tune the physical properties of crystalline solids. In the field of energetic materials, co-crystallization is currently playing an important role in the engineering of crystals with improved performance. Here, based on an analysis of the structural features of the green primary explosive, tetramethylammonium salt of 7-oxo-5-(trinitromethyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrotetrazolo[1,5-a][1,3,5]triazin-5-ide (1), a co-former such as the powerful secondary explosive, benzotrifuroxan (BTF, 2), has been proposed to improve it. Compared to the original 1, its co-crystal with BTF has a higher detonation pressure and velocity, as well as an initiating ability, while the impact sensitivity and thermal stability remained at about the same level. Both co-formers, 1 and 2, and co-crystal 3 were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and their crystal packing was analyzed in detail by the set of approaches, including periodic calculations. In the co-crystal 3, all intermolecular interactions were significantly redistributed. However, no new types of intermolecular interactions were formed during co-crystallization. Moreover, the interaction energies of structural units in crystals before and after co-crystallization were approximately the same. A similar trend was observed for the volumes occupied by structural units and their densifications. The similar nature of the organization of the crystals of the co-formers and the co-crystal gives grounds to assert that the selected co-formers are an ideal pair for co-crystallization, and the invariability of the organization of the crystals was probably responsible for the preservation of some of their properties.
