The research is based on a little-known essay by Evgeny Alexandrovich Bobrov (1867-1933), a philosopher and a remarkable representative of the Russian university professorship of the late XIX - first quarter of the XX centuries. The essay is based on a public report that Bobrov delivered at the celebrations at the Warsaw Imperial University dedicated to the centenary of Kant's death. In 1904, solemn meetings with speeches and philosophical discussions were held at Russian universities around this memorial date. The usual practice of that time was then to publish the texts of speeches in scientific journals and individual books, which provided access to the text to the general public. Thanks to this tradition, historians of philosophy have the opportunity to penetrate into the philosophical moods and thematic palette of that time around the name of Kant and his ideas. Our choice fell on the speech of E. A. Bobrov, because in his speech he shows for his listeners/readers a retrospective of the adaptation of Kant’s philosophy in the Russian universities community. Symbolically, the century after Kant’s death can rather be considered as the birth of Kantian in the Russian school of philosophy. The central part of our research is devoted to this retrospective, as it was analyzed by Russian philosophers in 1904. Who philosophers were considered supporters of Kant’s philosophy, and who stood in opposition. In the final part, we considered it appropriate to draw attention to the fact that Kantianism was actively developing in the next decade of 1904-1914. But the outbreak of the First World War in 1914 influenced the tone of philosophical discussions around Kant’s ideas. The topic of “overcoming Kantianism” becomes one of the directions in the criticism of Kant.

During analyzing morbidity data, it is obvious that the ratio of infections has decreased significantly since the beginning of the 20th century, but the proportion of metabolic and inflammatory diseases has increased. This may be related to the degradation of soils. At the same time, mobilization of nutrient elements primarily depends on the activity of soil microbiota, which is subjected to negative anthropogenic impact. Although plant nutritional value has a direct impact on human health; however, modern agricultural practices that aimed at deep cultivation are causing disturbances in the soil microbiota composition. Subsequently, this resulted in maladaptation of the human immune system, as contacts with xenobiotics occur instead of evolutionarily calibrated interactions; potentially endangering the gut microbiota. This review aims to represent recent data on the relationships among human intestinal, soil, and plant microbiota. Nowadays, it is evident that there is a broad range of influences on human health not only from intestinal microbiota but also from its connection with the environmental microbiota (i.e., soil microorganisms in particular). Today, with respect to the background of active use of modern technologies, including genetical ones, we have the opportunity to examine such volumes of data that will allow us to fully analyze microbiological diversity of the different ecological niches in terms of their common features, differences, and mutual influences. Such studies will make it possible to identify potential factors determining the composition of microbiota in different loci, assess their potential impact on human health, and adjust methods to diagnose and restore the optimal composition of human, plant, and soil microbiota.

Public needs and tastes change due to global trends and personal transformations. In time of change, producers look for new ways to attract consumers. The research featured global trends that affect the behavior of Russian consumers, as well as the factors that altered the change in the structure and patterns of Russian consumption market during the pandemic of COVID-19. The authors analyzed global trends in consumer behavior in the period preceding the pandemic and studied the factors that affected the behavior of Russian consumers during the pandemic. They traced the evolution of consumer behavior patterns to identify effective tools that could help the market to meet the needs of the population. The research is relied on information from open sources, processed with the help of standard research methods and economic analysis. Unstable economy, poor economic well- being, and general uncertainty push people to the model of crisis consumption, which happened during the pandemic. The overconsumption in the acute phase of COVID-19 gradually gave way to rational choice and responsible consumption. Digital technologies that thrived during the pandemic shaped a new vector and patterns of consumer behavior that developed as part of pre-COVID global trends and during the pandemic. The article also describes tools that are able to improve the quality of public consumption.

Introduction. The relevance of the study of predictors of subjective feeling of social support in patients with ulcer disease lies in the development of the concept of internal picture of the disease of somatic patients. Theoretical analysis. Social-psychological coping strategies, being a part of the internal picture of the disease, constitute a significant and insufficiently studied area. This implies the need to consider the parameters of social support and satisfaction with it. Empirical analysis. In this article on the example of patients with ulcer disease the predictors of indicators of satisfaction with social support of patients with chronic somatic diseases are established. Conclusion. For patients with ulcer disease a decrease in satisfaction with social support, first of all, cooperation with the social environment, closeness of emotional contacts and reliance on the external environment is revealed.

Relevance. Currently, issues related to the specifics of the implementation of state youth policy in various constituent entities of the Russian Federation are becoming one of the priorities in the context of the implementation of the internal policy of the regions. This is due not only to the socio‐economic specifics of the subjects, but also to the peculiarities of the demographic and cultural portrait of the population. The development of creative industries in modern conditions is a factor in the revitalization of regional economies around the world. Creative industries are innovative mainly in the form of individual enterprises, forming a postmodern product in the field of software and computer games, the film industry, fashion, design, jewelry, and education. The rapid growth of creative industries in modern society necessitates the study of questions about their essence, specificity and functions. In this regard, it becomes relevant to analyze the development of educational services provided by creative entrepreneurs – residents of creative spaces. Today, hopes are placed on the creative industries for development and revitalization of economic activity in the cities and regions of the Russian Federation, and at the same time, the main resource of the economy rightfully becomes a person – active, creative, intellectual. Through the analysis of the social creative space of the region as a socially transformative activity, the article presents models of integration of the development of creative industries and the educational process of educational organizations. Aim. Description of models for integrating the development of creative industries and the educational environment in the context of educational organizations in the region, comparative analysis of domestic practices in the use of creative industries in higher education. Methods. Content analysis, theoretical methods (analysis of literature on the research topic, including regulatory documentation, synthesis, classification and generalization). Results. The paper introduces the analysis of educational platforms, advantages and limitations, models of integration of the development of creative industries and the educational environment.

The article deals with the problem of language neologization on the example of suffixal verbal neologisms that appeared in the late 20th – early 21st centuries. The process of neologization occurs in a language with varying degrees of intensity in different language periods. In the late 20th – early 21st centuries, the language is replenished with a large number of neologisms due to extralinguistic factors – significant changes taking place in society. Dictionaries of neologisms were taken as research material: “Explanatory dictionary of the Russian language in the late 20th century: language changes”, a three-volume dictionary-reference book on press and literature materials of the 1990s of the 20th century “New words and meanings”, dictionary materials “New in the Russian vocabulary” 2015–2022, “Dictionary of the internet language.ru”. The process of forming new verbs in the period under review is quite active. Neological suffixal verbal vocabulary is represented by word-forming neologisms, which are based on the Russian-language stems, on borrowings already assimilated by the Russian language, as well as on words that came directly from the English language. At the turn of the millennium, the vocabulary was most often replenished by verbs of the functional-semantic field of activity and behavior. A characteristic feature of the Russian language in the late 20th – early 21st centuries is the formation of suffixal verbal neologisms from proper names: both Russian and foreign ones. In addition, the article shows that new suffixal formations enter word-production relations, thereby becoming a productive base for prefixed verbs of various modifications, as well as relations of homonymy and word-formation variation

This paper uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework to examine elements affecting technology acceptance in teacher education. By means of network and cluster analysis, we investigate the distribution, interactions, and importance of components influencing technology adoption among pre-service and in-service teachers. Following the PRISMA method, a thorough search of Scopus and Web of Science databases produced 32 publications for in-depth study. Key interactions among TAM variables were found using network analysis done in RStudio with the igraph tool. Our results underline in teacher education settings the importance of perceived utility, attitudes toward technology, and perceived ease of use. The study revealed certain topic groups including psychological and social elements, knowledge and occupational relevance, and pragmatic uses in learning environments. While pointing up possible study gaps in this field, the network analysis offers insights into important factors and relationships impacting instructors' technology uptake. This study helps to create efficient professional development programs meant to improve instructors' technological integration skills and enable the successful application of instructional technologies in their respective fields. Our results provide insightful direction for teachers and legislators creating focused initiatives to increase technology acceptance in learning environments.

The eruption of the COVID-19 pandemic has become a major challenge for educators around the world, forcing educational organizations to look for alternative teaching methods, namely distance learning. It forced the managers of educational organizations to carry out management activities in the conditions of remote work. The article is devoted to the analysis of changes in the content of educational managers' administrative activities under conditions of transition from traditional (full-time) learning to distance one. The article analyzes the challenges of organizing the educational process in a new context. Authors generalize advantages and disadvantages of blended learning based on the results of a sociological survey of heads of educational institutions in Ukraine. The level of readiness of educational managers to carry out educational activities in a distance format and factors of that are determined. It is emphasized that in managers' activity of distance learning, managers interact with various participants of the educational process. This interaction acquires new forms and new purposes in terms of distance education. It can be productive if the support of the educational environment and the managers' readiness to work in the new realities are determined as a systematic process.
