地磁导航是通过对地球周围矢量磁场进行测量从而实现导航的一种方法. 地磁导航在运动平台上应用的难点之一是平台剩磁对地磁测量的影响, 严重污染了磁强计的测量. 消除平台剩磁对地磁测量的影响是地磁导航向应用转化的一项关键技术. 为实现运动平台剩磁的有效测量与估计, 提出了基于递推最小二乘法的运动平台剩磁差分测量与估计方法. 基于载体干扰磁场值只与测量点到磁偶极子的距离和磁偶极子的磁矩有关的结论, 根据磁偶极子的磁场分布特性, 推导出一种基于内置磁强计阵列的运动平台剩磁差分估计模型, 并通过递推最小二乘法求解差分估计模型. 大量仿真实验表明, 可以通过内置阵列磁强计对平台剩磁进行测量与估计, 验证了所提出的平台剩磁估计方法的有效性.

The temperature difference of fruit itself will affect its near infrared spectrum and the accuracy of its soluble solids content (SSC) prediction model. To eliminate the influence of apple temperature difference on the SSC model, a diffuse transmission dynamic online detection device was used to collect the spectral data of apples at different temperatures, and four methods were used to establish partial least squares correction models: global correction, orthogonal signal processing, generalized least squares weighting and external parameter orthogonal (EPO). The results show that the temperature has a strong influence on the diffuse transmission spectrum of apples. The 20 ºC model can get a satisfactory prediction result when the temperature is constant, and there will be great errors when detecting samples at other temperatures. The effect of temperature must be corrected to establish a more general model. These methods all improve the accuracy of the model, with the EPO method giving the best results; the prediction set correlation coefficient is 0.947, the root mean square error of prediction is 0.489%, and the prediction bias is 0.009%. The region of the Luofu Mountains in Guangdong, China, has long been a Daoist sacred place for centuries. In the Daoist sacred geographic system "Dongtian Fudi" (Grotto-Heavens and Blissful Lands), the Luofu Mountains are ranked as the seventh "Major Grotto-Heaven", standing as an influential site for the practice Daoist immortals. Due to a sense of local pride and responsibility, the Guangdong literatus Han Huang (active approx. 1600–1639) compiled an important gazetteer named Luofu yesheng (The Unofficial Gazetteer of the Luofu Mountains) in 1639, which is largely underexplored. By investigating the texts and images within Luofu yesheng and by comparing them with other gazetteers of the Luofu Mountains compiled during the Ming dynasty, this article discovers that Han Huang compiled such a gazetteer and demonstrated the religious sacredness of the Luofu Mountains to advocate for recognition of their status as a grotto-heaven and by imaginatively reconstructing their lost religious sites in Luofu yesheng's texts and images. To bolster its legitimacy, China's authoritarian regime has launched numerous anticorruption campaigns. Many of these anticorruption campaigns seemed tainted by intra-elite competition and only effective at deterring low- and mid-level cadres (i.e., 'flies'). Yet, Xi's campaign differs notably from previous ones in his targeting of senior officials (i.e., 'tigers') and introduction of institutional changes. By integrating anti-corruption data with three waves of nationwide surveys conducted in 36 major cities in China (2011, 2012, and 2015), we explore and compare the impacts of anti-corruption campaigns on popular political support under Hu and Xi. Our analysis shows that the overall popular support has declined steadily overtime, despite the positive effects of Xi's anti-corruption campaign. Specifically, ordinary Chinese did react positively to Xi's anticorruption campaign. Xi's campaign, particularly his crackdown on 'tigers,' increased people's trust in the central government. The scientific (Latin) names of scorpion species are widely used across the world by both experts and amateurs. However, in China, there is a great need for designating standardized Chinese names for various scorpions since it is difficult for those not familiar with Latin alphabet to memorize the scientific names. Currently used Chinese names often cause confusion and misunderstanding due to a lack of standardized, unified naming. The present work critically revises the existing formal Chinese scorpion names, vernacular names (used by local population and amateurs), and the names used in Chinese scientific publications, along with the confusion they have caused. A general review of the etymology and types of scientific names in scorpions is also provided. A standardized rule for translating scientific names into Chinese names (exclusively for the Order Scorpiones) is established for the first time. In order to clarify the influence of the operation of the sluice gate and the diversion pump station on the navigation flow conditions in the entrance area of the ship lock approach channel after the completion of the Madian Water Control Project, the SMS (Surface grater Modeling System) hydrodynamic software was used to numerically analyze the flow field characteristics in the entrance area of the upstream and downstream approach channels of the ship lock under three different operating conditions. The results show that in the Madian hydro-junction project, the flow conditions in the upper approach channel entrance area of the lock are good under the check condition of the flood discharge of the lock, and there is a large lateral velocity in the local area of the downstream approach channel entrance area. In the check condition of lock diversion, the lateral velocity in the local area of the upstream approach channel entrance does not meet the requirements, and the flow condition in the downstream approach channel entrance is good. In the water diversion condition of the pump station, there are some oblique flow near the end of the water partition wall near the side of the pump station in the upstream and downstream approach channel of the lock. It is suggested to increase the arc vertical separation facilities at the end of the water partition wall of the upstream and downstream approach channel. The land use mode directly affects the health of the ecosystem. The ecological health evaluation of land use is of practical significance to promoting the sustainable land resources utilization. This paper applies the Markov theory to construct the land use conversion matrix. 19 indexes are selected to construct evaluation index system for land use ecological health. A dynamic evaluation method is put forward. Taking Weihui County, Henan Province as an example, the evaluated results show that from 2010 to 2020, land use and transformation is mainly concentrated in 7 types, i.e. agricultural, residential, industrial, fruit and forest land use. The health ecological types accounted for 40.51% and 36.20% of the total evaluated area both in 2010 and 2020 respectively, which decreased by 6.31% with the comparison of two periods. This article draws on Judith Butler's distinction between censorship and foreclosure, and on Saidiya Hartman's work about how to narrate the silences of the slave trade, to explore two photographs. The first is a dismembered and reassembled family photograph that suggests a distinction between present absences and totally absent ones. The second opens up the case of the three deaths of the goddess Fengzhen caused by China's very rapid urbanization: first as a woman, then as a deity's statue-body, and finally as the photographic center of a ritual. In both photographs the silences of censorship and foreclosure create forms of haunting that help reveal their different structures of power. The focus on the haunting power of the silenced also shows the importance of adding the nondiscursive world to the more discourse-centered analysis of Butler and Hartman. The discussion emphasizes the difficulties of writing about the silences of censorship and foreclosure without breaking them, and suggests some possibilities through invocation, evocation, and a bypassing of the "archive" through the continuing presence of the absent. At present, the research on the failure mechanism of high-voltage cable joints mainly focuses on calculation of electric field, temperature field and initial mechanical stress distribution, and rarely considers the distortion problem of the interface stress distribution of composite materials during operation. The faulty development of high-voltage cable joints involves a complex process in which the electro-magnetic-thermal-stress fields are coupled to each other. The distortion of the stress distribution at the interface of the composite material not only accelerates the aging process of the insulating material, but also reduces the discharge voltage along the interface surface. 220 kV high-voltage cable intermediate joint was used as the prototype, and the electromagnetic-thermal-stress coupling simulation model of the high-voltage cable joint was established by using the finite element analysis software. Based on the model, the calculation results of the electric field, temperature field and thermal stress distribution under the normal operating conditions of the cable joint and the insulation material containing impurity defects were obtained. The secondary distortion of the thermal stress distribution of the composite interface under typical defects was analyzed. The results show that the thermal stress of composite interface increases by 27.32 times under the condition that the cable joint contains impurity particles, and the secondary distortion of thermal stress far exceeds the secondary distortion of electric field and temperature field. It is believed that the secondary distortion of the thermal stress distribution of the composite interface is an important cause of the failure of the high-voltage cable joint. A high performance fast-Fourier-transform (FFT) spectrum analyzer, which is developed for measure spin noise spectrums, is presented in this paper. The analyzer is implemented with a field-programmable-gate-arrays (FPGA) chip for data and command management. An analog-to-digital-convertor chip is integrated for analog signal acquisition. In order to meet the various requirements of measuring different types of spin noise spectrums, multiple operating modes are designed and realized using the reprogrammable FPGA logic resources. The FFT function is fully managed by the programmable resource inside the FPGA chip. A 1 GSa/s sampling rate and a 100 percent data coverage ratio with non-dead-time are obtained. 30534 FFT spectrums can be acquired per second, and the spectrums can be on-board accumulated and averaged. Digital filters, multi-stage reconfigurable data reconstruction modules, and frequency down conversion modules are also implemented in the FPGA to provide flexible real-time data processing capacity, thus the noise floor and signals aliasing can be suppressed effectively. An efficiency comparison between the FPGA-based FFT spectrum analyzer and the software-based FFT is demonstrated, and the high performance FFT spectrum analyzer has a significant advantage in obtaining high resolution spin noise spectrums with enhanced efficiency. This paper posits a framework of digital models integrating spatial narrative theories to represent the narrative and its experience of a Chinese classical novel, The Tale of Li Wa, which has been diversely interpreted by literary critics and historians for approximately 900 years. In the proposed framework of "Time–Space–time–Space," the spatio–temporal information derived from the text of the novel and its author is extracted and fused to map the instantaneous spatial pattern perceived by readers in the flow of read time, which helps contemporary readers re-understand the classical narrative and its context through a multi-possibilities, integrated, and in-depth approach. The paper presents one possible interpretation of the novel in the framework organized by the authors, illustrating the theme of growth with respect to the male protagonist in the capital Chang'an via the "what-how-why" model. Visual tracking is a challenging problem in computer vision. Recently, correlation filter-based trackers have shown to provide excellent tracking performance. Inspired by a sample consensus approach proposed for foreground detection, which classifies a given pixel as foreground or background based on its similarity to recently observed samples, we present a template consensus tracker based on the kernelized correlation filter (KCF). Instead of keeping only one target appearance model in the KCF, we make a feature pool to keep several target appearance models in our method and predict the new target position by searching for the location of the maximal value of the response maps. Both quantitative and qualitative evaluations are performed on the CVPR2013 tracking benchmark dataset. The results show that our proposed method improves the original KCF tracker by 8.17% in the success plot and 8.11% in the precision plot. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

At the beginning of 2013, a Beijing non-profit group launched a ‘Clean Your Plate Campaign’ on Sina Weibo, a Chinese Twitter-like microblogging site, with aims to reduce food waste. This paper examines social media users’ reactions during two periods of the first three years of the campaign. Upon examination of topic content, supporting participation was the most popular topic in January 2013 and showcasing individual achievement was the most frequently discussed topic in March 2016, with socialising as the common purpose for posting in both months. Users mentioning the campaign most in January 2013 belonged to private organisations, with posts from ordinary people becoming more predominant by March 2016. This study sheds light on the use of social media to raise public awareness regarding food waste in China. We construct a collaborative model of the sparse representation and the subspace representation. First, we represent the tracking target in the principle component analysis (PCA) subspace, and then we employ an L regularization to restrict the sparsity of the residual term, an L regularization term to restrict the sparsity of the representation coefficients, and an L norm to restrict the distance between the reconstruction and the target. Then we implement the algorithm in the particle filter framework. Furthermore, an iterative method is presented to get the global minimum of the residual and the coefficients. Finally, an alternative template update scheme is adopted to avoid the tracking drift which is caused by the inaccurate update. In the experiment, we test the algorithm on 9 sequences, and compare the results with 5 state-of-art methods. In this paper, firstly, target candidate regions are extracted by combining maximum symmetric surround saliency detection algorithm with a cellular automata dynamic evolution model. Secondly, an eigenvector independent of the ship target size is constructed by combining the shape feature with ship histogram of oriented gradient (S-HOG) feature, and the target can be recognized by AdaBoost classifier. This article traces and analyzes the longitudinal changes in the operative structure, rules, and practices of the Chinese Communist Party’s disciplinary institution not for the purpose of appraising its performance in corruption control but to demonstrate how the party regulates its own enforcement agency through institutionalizing the disciplinary decision-making process. To that end, this article identifies and explains the exact measures the party has used to delegate authority to the party’s disciplinary institution in a systematic and institutionalized manner without losing control over disciplinary outcomes. It also identifies three features of the institutionalization process: concentration and centralization of disciplinary power and further depoliticization of disciplinary activities. We present a recognition method based on multiple graphic features to do decision combination on the basis of block kernel function. Firstly, the algorithm extracts two different characteristics of traffic signs, i. e. HOG features and the feature of block kernel function based on sub-mode combination. Secondly, we construct different classifiers for different features accordingly. Finally, the decision fusion is done by the voting mechanism for the outputs of both classifiers. In order to establish a stereoscopic image quality assessment method which is consistent with human visual perception, we propose an objective stereoscopic image quality assessment method. It takes into account the strong correlation and high degree of structural between pixels of image. This method contains two models. One is the quality synthetic assessment of left-right view images, which is based on human visual characteristics, we use the Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) that can represent the degree of the distortion, and combine the qualities of left and right images by the characteristics of binocular superposition. The other model is stereoscopic perception quality assessment, due to strong stability of image's singular value characteristics, we calculate the distance of the singular values and structural characteristic similarity of the absolute difference maps, and utilize the statistical value of the global error to evaluate stereoscopic perception. Finally, we combine two models to describe the stereoscopic image quality. Experimental results show that the correlation coefficients of the proposed assessment method and the human subjective perception are above 0.93, and the mean square errors are all less than 6.2, under JPEG, JP2K compression, Gaussian blurring, Gaussian white noise, H.264 coding distortion, and hybrid cross distortion.
