The goal of this study was to compile the list of highly cited papers in osteoporosis across Web of Science Clarivate Analytics to identify current trends in osteoporosis research. We searched the Web of Science on 18 February 2021 with a search strategy including osteoporosis and all its related keywords. Search results were limited to the highly cited papers published in the last 5 years (2016–2020). Our search strategy on the Web of Science database retrieved 94 highly cited papers, related to osteoporosis. Out of 94 included papers, the biggest portion was secondary studies (44.7%) followed by animals/preclinical studies (31.9%) and primary studies (23.4%). These papers received 12,748 citations with the average 135.6 citations per paper. The main focus of highly cited clinical studies was on interventions (mostly RCTs on newly approved anabolic agents, and on the rebound in vertebral fractures after denosumab discontinuation), followed by topics on risk assessment and epidemiology. The highly cited papers in osteoporosis tend to be secondary studies carried out in the USA with US governmental institutions and pharmaceutical companies grants. Purpose: The Listen to Learn for Life (L3) Assessment Framework is a framework that outlines how to systematically assess the links between the classroom environment, listening, learning and well-being. The purpose of this paper is to review the published literature to understand what is known about the characterisation of activity component of the L3 Assessment Framework and determine what is not known and needs to be investigated in future research. Design/methodology/approach: Literature reviews (Web searches for systematic, scoping or general reviews; scoping reviews following the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses extension for scoping reviews protocol; and extended Web searches) were conducted to characterise lecture, group work and independent work activities in terms of the perceptual setting, source degradation and transmission degradation. Findings: Most research that has been conducted is for classrooms in general and does not specify results specifically for lecture, group work and independent work, which is important for understanding how the learning environment changes with the different activities. What is known about the lecture, group work and independent work activities are discussed; however, it is noted that this often comes from only a few studies. Future research areas to contribute to this literature as well as fill current research gaps are proposed. Originality/value: To the best of the authors' knowledge, this paper is the first review paper to synthesize previous research characterising the classroom environment for different activities using the L3 Assessment Framework. Searching for relevant material on the internet has become a big difficulty with the growing number of internet users and the large volume of data available on the internet. Traditional search engines return a lot of irrelevant results in response to a user's search query, wasting a lot of time and effort because the context and semantics of the user's request are not examined. This emphasizes the requirement for an embedded approach in the search engine, allowing semantic web search. Keyword based search engines fetch online pages by comparing the tokens in the user query to the tokens in the web documents. This strategy has several flaws. To overcome these obstacles, the suggested system employs semantic search using a Sentence transformer model. The system that has been proposed can speed up data retrieval and improve data searching to provide relevant outcomes to the user. The proposed model uses the arXiv dataset which contains an archive of research papers and using BERT and FAISS, it gives relevant research paper titles as the output to the query. Digital heritage portal interfaces are generally similar to digital library and search engine interfaces in displaying search results as a list of brief metadata records. The knowledge organization and search result display of these systems are item-centric, with little support for identifying relationships between items. This paper proposes a knowledge graph system and visualization interface as a promising solution for digital heritage systems to support users in browsing related items, understanding the relationships between items, and synthesizing a narrative on an issue. The paper discusses design issues for the knowledge graph, graph database, and graph visualization, and offers recommendations based on the authors' experience in developing three knowledge graph systems for archive and digital humanities resources: the Zubir Said personal archive collection at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Singapore; Singapore Pioneers social network; and Polyglot Medicine knowledge graph of Asian traditional and herbal medicine. This paper presents the ten papers from the Journal of Emerging Technologies in Accounting with the most Google Scholar citations. I find that nine out of ten papers from the 2009 list are on this 2011 list, suggesting that the most-cited papers are a relatively stable set at this time. Further, I find that the ten most-cited papers account for roughly 70 percent of the citations for the journal, to-date. Finally, over the last two years eight of the ten most-cited have at least as many citations as they did over the first five years of the journal and, for that eight, there were twice as many citations from 2009 to 2011, as there were from 2004 to 2009. Purpose – Since its introduction in 2006, messages posted to the microblogging system Twitter have provided a rich dataset for researchers, leading to the publication of over a thousand academic papers. This paper aims to identify this published work and to classify it in order to understand Twitter based research. Design/methodology/approach – Firstly the papers on Twitter were identified. Secondly, following a review of the literature, a classification of the dimensions of microblogging research was established. Thirdly, papers were qualitatively classified using open coded content analysis, based on the paper's title and abstract, in order to analyze method, subject, and approach. Findings – The majority of published work relating to Twitter concentrates on aspects of the messages sent and details of the users. A variety of methodological approaches is used across a range of identified domains. Research limitations/implications – This work reviewed the abstracts of all papers available via database search on the term "Twitter" and this has two major implications: the full papers are not considered and so works may be misclassified if their abstract is not clear; publications not indexed by the databases, such as book chapters, are not included. The study is focussed on microblogging, the applicability of the approach to other media is not considered. Originality/value – To date there has not been an overarching study to look at the methods and purpose of those using Twitter as a research subject. The paper's major contribution is to scope out papers published on Twitter until the close of 2011. This paper analyses the development level and trend of grey system theory (GST) over the past 40 years based on bibliometrics. Literature was searched using the Web of Science (WoS) databases. Literature analysis was carried out from eight aspects: paper publication, main journals publishing GST and its application, 20 highly cited articles, hot research topics, high-output scholars and their cooperation networks, the geographical distribution of scholars, finding agencies, and a comparison between papers obtained from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and WoS databases. Bibliometric analysis showed that while GST had developed slowly over the initial 20 years, it experienced a period of high-speed development over the last 20 years. Two journals the Journal of Grey System and Grey Systems: Theory and Application-play key roles in promoting the international development of GST. Professor Sifeng Liu and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics have been the most influential scholar and research center in GST, respectively. GST has attracted many scholars worldwide, and the number of papers published in international journals is increasing. The bioethics research conducted in Ibero‐American countries has been very much restricted to its own realm. The aim of this study was to perform a bibliometric evaluation of bioethics papers by authors affiliated with Ibero‐American institutions, and to determine how their work influences global bioethics literature. We performed a literature search in the Web of Science Core Collection (WoS CC) and Scopus. We identified a total of 5,975 documents, of which 84.3% were articles, 11.6% reviews and 4.1% book chapters. The median number of citations per paper was higher in English‐language journals. Only 10 articles published between 2010 and 2019 in peer‐reviewed bioethics journals and produced exclusively by authors from Ibero‐American institutions garnered more than 15 citations. Our study suggests that if researchers from Ibero‐American institutions want to influence global bioethical thinking, they must make the required leap in quality to be able to publish in high‐quality bioethics and mainstream journals. Background: Stem cell-related studies have been increasingly conducted to facilitate the regeneration of degenerative discs. However, analyses of high-impact articles focused on this topic are rare. This study aimed to determine and summarize the most-cited studies examining stem cells in the context of intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD). Methods: We searched the Web of Science (WoS) database for stem cell-related articles in IDD, and the 50 highest-cited papers were summarized. A correlation analysis was conducted to determine the relationship among WoS citations, Altmetric Attention Score (AAS), and Dimensions. Results: The number of citations of the top 50 manuscripts ranged from 92 to 370. The top three countries were the United States (14), China (10), and Japan (9). Spine (12) was the most prevalent journal, and this was followed by Biomaterials (6). Bone marrow-derived stem cells were the most common subject (38), and they were followed by nucleus pulposus-derived stem cells (4) and annulus fibrosus-derived stem cells (4). Humans were the most studied species (31), and the next most studied were rabbits (9) and rats (7). There was a very high correlation between WoS and Dimension citations (p < 0.001, r = 0.937). Conclusions: For the first time, the highest impact articles examining stem cells in the context of IDD were assessed together. File sharing, streaming media, collaborative computing, and other P2P systems are all unicast to establish the corresponding overlapping network. The superimposed network is generally carried out based on the existing primary network. In this way, the access of each node is random. At the same time, this will cause the topological structure of the upper and lower layers to be inconsistent. This will increase the communication delay between nodes and cause an excellent bandwidth burden to the underlying network. The existing topology matching methods still face problems, such as poor scalability and long node aggregation time. This paper aims to design a topological distributed node aggregation method based on network coordination and distributed hash table (DHT) algorithm. This paper established a two-dimensional mesh model of nodes based on equal-distance concentric circles and divided into two equal areas. The parts of multiple namespaces correspond one by one according to their location. Because nodes are kept close, neighbours can be aggregated through DHT's primary "publish" and "search" primitives. Experimental results show that the TANRA method can match the network's topology under a slight delay and a large number of nodes. This article reports a 2010 empirical study using a 2005 study as a base to compare Google Scholar's coverage of scholarly journals with commercial services. Through random samples of eight databases, the author finds that, as of 2010, Google Scholar covers 98 to 100 percent of scholarly journals from both publicly accessible Web contents and from subscription-based databases that Google Scholar partners with. In 2005 the coverage of the same databases ranged from 30 to 88 percent. The author explores de-duplication of search results by Google Scholar and discusses its impacts on searches and library resources. With the dramatic improvement of Google Scholar, the uniqueness and effectiveness of subscription-based abstracts and indexes have dramatically changed. In the twenty-first century, many users seek instant gratification when searching library resources: if it is not online, it is not worth pursuing, even if the answers sought may be found in material available in print only. The digitization of older scholarly and related resources is far from complete, and may not happen for years, if ever. In this paper, we present a framework for clustering Web search engine queries whose aim is to identify groups of queries used to search for similar information on the Web. The framework is based on a novel term vector model of queries that integrates user selections and the content of selected documents extracted from the logs of a search engine. The query representation obtained allows us to treat query clustering similarly to standard document clustering. We study the application of the clustering framework to two problems: relevance ranking boosting and query recommendation. Finally, we evaluate with experiments the effectiveness of our approach. Background: Over the past decades, there has been an increase in research publications focusing on peri‐implantitis. When facing limited healthcare resources, bibliometric analyses can guide researchers and funding parties toward areas where reallocation or more focus on research activity is warranted. The main objective of this study was to identify the trends of the top 100 cited articles on peri‐implantitis research as the first study of its kind. Methods: A Web of Science search, using the keywords "peri‐implantitis or periimplantitis" was built to create a database of the most‐cited articles. Articles were ranked by citation count and screened by two independent reviewers. The bibliometric characteristics of the studies were gathered and analyzed using several bibliometric software. Author collaborations, author clusters, and keyword co‐occurrence network analyses were also performed. The correlation between the citation count and the age of each article was tested. Results: The top 100 cited papers were published from 1994 to 2018 and the total citation counts ranged from 119 to 972 with 244.5 citations/paper on average. There was no correlation between the age of the articles and the citation count (p‐value = 0.67). 21% of the studies consisted of prospective clinical studies. 35% of the papers focused on treatment and prevention of peri‐implantitis while 65% concerned epidemiology. The top three most prolific countries were Sweden (n = 31), Germany (n = 15), and Switzerland (n = 13). We found 12 authors who had greater than five publications on the list. Also, the most published journal was Clinical Oral Implants Research. Conclusion: This study provides insight into the characteristics and quality of the most highly cited peri‐implantitis literature. This revealed a deficiency in terms of the number of studies on treatment strategies as well as a higher level of evidence studies among the most‐ impactful papers on peri‐implantitis at the moment. Purpose: This paper aims to identify alternatives for citizens to get out of the bubble when interacting with the information provided by the internet through search engines. This situation arises because there is extensive ignorance about the way search engines operate and the way advanced search algorithms operate, both situations based on the specific segmentation of the public, which creates difficulties in obtaining vast information that allows the contrast and development of diverse perspectives, which do not necessarily lead to the use of critical thinking. Design/methodology/approach: To achieve this contribution, a documentary-type investigation was carried out based on the review of the scientific literature on the subject, and the nature of this investigation, due to its purpose, being descriptive. The study takes as document selection criteria those original articles whose content relevance is linked to the purposes of this research proposal, published in scientific databases (SciELO, RedAlyC, Dialnet, ScienceDirect, WoS and Scopus) mostly between the years 2018 and 2023, in Spanish and English, that described the impact of bubble filters on full access to information and data privacy, for which the topics were addressed: internet search algorithms, bubble filters, search engines, privacy policies in search engines and management of personal data. Findings: At the beginning, this paper clarifies the concepts of search algorithms on the Internet, bubble filters, search engines and privacy policies in search engines, which made it possible to identify alternatives that would allow the user to face the silent reality of the algorithms and avoid the bias in the information that the algorithm provides, in addition, the need to generate algorithmic literacy mechanisms, training in the use of metasearch engines and education in algorithms is proposed, with which citizens can exercise critical thinking in the way they interact on the internet. Research limitations/implications: This is a theoretical proposal, in which various inferences are made from theoretical knowledge without fieldwork. In an increasingly mobile world, the integration of immigrants and displaced individuals is an important factor in creating cohesive and inclusive societies. Integration has different dimensions; this scoping review examines the conceptualization and measurement of economic integration among immigrants and refugees in the United States. Quantitative peer-reviewed journal papers measuring or conceptualizing the economic integration of first-generation documented adult immigrants or refugees in the United States, as well as relevant conceptual or theory papers on this topic, were included in the review. The search strategy included an online search of the Web of Science Core Collection, PsycINFO, Applied Social Sciences Index and Abstracts (ASSIA), and EconLit. Additional search strategies included scanning the reference lists of studies identified as relevant in the initial database search. An analysis of 72 studies included in the review using a data extraction table reveals seven key domains of economic integration: income and economic security, employment and occupational categories, assets and use of financial services, neighborhood and housing, health, education, and use of public assistance. Income and economic security emerged as the most common indicators of integration in the reviewed studies. Notably, less than half of the reviewed publications had a multidimensional approach to defining or measuring economic integration, and the majority of studies were focused on immigrants, with a smaller proportion dedicated to refugees. This review emphasizes the need for comprehensive frameworks in assessing economic integration among immigrants and refugees, reflecting the multifaceted nature of their economic integration experiences. Objective: In this paper we report how the United Kingdom's National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) search filters for treating and managing COVID-19 were validated for use in MEDLINE (Ovid) and Embase (Ovid). The objective was to achieve at least 98.9% for recall and 64% for precision. Methods: We did two tests of recall to finalize the draft search filters. We updated the data from an earlier peer-reviewed publication for the first recall test. For the second test, we collated a set of systematic reviews from Epistemonikos COVID-19 L.OVE and extracted their primary studies. We calculated precision by screening all the results retrieved by the draft search filters from a targeted sample covering 2020-23. We developed a gold-standard set to validate the search filter by using all articles available from the "Treatment and Management" subject filter in the Cochrane COVID-19 Study Register. Results: In the first recall test, both filters had 99.5% recall. In the second test, recall was 99.7% and 99.8% in MEDLINE and Embase respectively. Precision was 91.1% in a deduplicated sample of records. In validation, we found the MEDLINE filter had recall of 99.86% of the 14,625 records in the gold-standard set. The Embase filter had 99.88% recall of 19,371 records. Conclusion: We have validated search filters to identify records on treating and managing COVID-19. The filters may require subsequent updates, if new SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern or interest are discussed in future literature. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Smart grids are one of the last decades' innovations in electrical energy. They bring relevant advantages compared to the traditional grid and significant interest from the research community. Assessing the field's evolution is essential to propose guidelines for facing new and future smart grid challenges. In addition, knowing the main technologies involved in the deployment of smart grids (SGs) is important to highlight possible shortcomings that can be mitigated by developing new tools. This paper contributes to the research trends mentioned above by focusing on two objectives. First, a bibliometric analysis is presented to give an overview of the current research level about smart grid deployment. Second, a survey of the main technological approaches used for smart grid implementation and their contributions are highlighted. To that effect, we searched the Web of Science (WoS), and the Scopus databases. We obtained 5,663 documents from WoS and 7,215 from Scopus on smart grid implementation or deployment. With the extraction limitation in the Scopus database, 5,872 of the 7,215 documents were extracted using a multi-step process. Background: Articular cartilage is a vital component of the joint, as it is frequently exposed to trauma and is affected by several conditions and diseases such as osteoarthritis and hemophilic arthropathy. Therefore, its evaluation and assessment are crucial. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) plays a critical role in its evaluation. With the recent advances in MRI imaging, multiple techniques and modalities allow both morphological and physiological evaluation of articular cartilage. Morphological methods allow the evaluation of articular cartilage structural integrity, and physiological methods allow the evaluation of chemical changes in its components even prior to degeneration. This aids in the early detection and improved assessment of articular cartilage pathology. Therefore, it permits a more accurate evaluation of patients with articular cartilage issues and defects, allowing for prompt treatment and high better quality of life. This article reviews recent and innovative MRI techniques and sequences for morphological and functional evaluation of the cartilage. Methods: A broad-based internet search, utilizing multiple academic search engines, Google Scholar, and PubMed, using the keywords for title and abstract. We found 17500 results and excluded 1700 papers from the title and abstract. Furthermore, papers emphasizing the imaging of specific peripheral joints without discussing the main techniques were excluded. Finally, our search yielded 15 articles highlighting the most recent imaging and evaluation techniques for articular cartilage. Recent advancements and new MRI techniques aid in elucidating the anatomical and physiological details of articular cartilage, allowing for the early detection and treatment of the articular cartilage. Conclusions: Multiple recent advances and new MRI techniques help better delineate the anatomical and physiological details of the articular cartilage, so early interference and treatment of cartilage defects. Islam is a major world religion that has a universal system encompassing every aspect of daily human activities. In this regard, Islam also provides principles and values related to the practice of medicine. However, it is not known how much of the practices have been practiced in daily clinical settings. Therefore, this paper aims to chart the overview of the studies and publications that have been done related to the integration of Islamic principles and values being incorporated in clinical practice. This paper is a scoping review. Databases like PubMed, PLOS, BMJ, Cochrane, EBSCo, Emerald, ProQuest, ScienceDirect, Scopus, and ACI were used to conduct the literature search. MeSH terms like "Islam," "religion and medicine," and "attitude of medical staff" are among the keywords used, along with synonyms like "Islam," "Islamic," "Muslim," "medicine," "clinical," "practise," "healthcare," "professionals," "Islamic medical practise," "doctor," "nurse," and "healthcare professionals." The Boolean operators "AND" and "OR" were applied during the search. In addition to databases, manual internet searches were conducted to find relevant papers. The review has found that Islamic concepts and ideals have been sporadically incorporated into medical practice worldwide, whether by Muslim or non-Muslim healthcare professionals. The three key themes related to Islamic practice in medicine: are (a) attitude and character of healthcare professionals, (b) clinical decisionmaking, and (c) holistic spiritual care. There is still a big gap and differences in integrating Islamic values into clinical practice. Mobile game metrics have received attention since the emergence of big data technology and data-based decision-making. Among different metrics, the monthly active user number is usually significant because it shows the level of players' engagement and the profit of this game as a business. Therefore, the monthly active user number is valuable for researchers, analysts, and decision-makers interested in the mobile game industry. However, the actual monthly active user number data typically have the accuracy, accessibility, granularity, and cost problems. Therefore, a proxy to the monthly active user number would be helpful to facilitate the decision-making process. This paper proposes to capture user activity through the searches on the Internet from an information-seeking perspective. And the online search volume, wiki page view, social media posts and views are proposed as potential proxies. This paper proposes that the online search volume is an acceptable proxy for the monthly active user number in the context of Geo Augmented Reality (AR) mobile games through data analysis. Background: Innovation ecosystems are an important driver of regional economic growth and development. STEM assets connected to universities may play an important role in such ecosystems. Objective: To systematically review the literature relating to the effect of university STEM assets on regional economies and innovation ecosystems, providing a better understanding of how the impact is generated and constrained, as well as identifying any gaps in knowledge. Methods: Keyword and text word searches using the Web of Science Core Collection (Clarivate), Econlit (EBSCO) and ERIC (EBSCO) were performed in July 2021 and February 2023. Papers were double screened on abstract and title, and were included if there was consensus that they fulfilled the inclusion criteria of: (i) relating to an OECD country; (ii) having been published between 1 January 2010 and 28 February 2023; and (iii) concerning the impact of STEM assets. Data extraction was undertaken for each article by a single reviewer and checked by a second reviewer. Due to the heterogeneity of the study designs and outcome measures used, it was not possible to perform a quantitative synthesis of results. A narrative synthesis was subsequently undertaken. Results: Of the 162 articles identified for detailed review, 34 were accepted as being sufficiently relevant to the study to be included for final analysis. Three important features identified were that the literature: i) is predominately concerned with supporting new businesses; ii) describes a high level of involvement with a university in providing that support; and iii studies economic impacts at local, regional and national levels. Discussion: The evidence points to a gap in the literature relating to looking at the broader impact of STEM assets and any corresponding transformational, system-level effects that go beyond narrowly defined, short to medium-term outcomes. Over the decades, a tremendous increase has been witnessed in the production of documents available in digital form. The increased production of documents has gained so much momentum that their rate of production jumps two-fold every five years. These articles are searched over the internet via search engines, digital libraries, and citation indexes. However, the retrieval of relevant research papers for user queries is still a pipedream. This is because scientific documents are not indexed based on some subject classification hierarchies. Hence, the classification of these documents becomes a challenging task for the researchers. Classification of the documents can be two-fold: one way is to assign a single label to each document and the other is to assign multi-labels to each document based on its belonging domains. Classification of the documents can be performed by using either the available metadata or the whole content of the documents. While performing classification, there are many challenges which may belong to the dataset, feature selection technique, preprocessing methodology, and which classification model is suitable for the classification of the documents. This paper highlights the issues for single-label and multi-label classification by using either metadata or content of the documents and why metadata-based approaches are better than content-based approaches in terms of feasibility. The aim of this paper is to analyse the main scientific contributions in the field of sustainable seaports, with a particular focus on passenger seaports and passenger seaports' commitment to sustainability. The focus of this analysis is on the methods used to improve and develop a sustainable seaport. A search of the Web of Science Core Collection that addresses this topic consists of scientific articles published from 2012 to 2022. The articles are divided into seven groups by research area (technical/technological, legal, organisational, economic, social, environmental, and other) and five groups by applied methodology (literature review, theoretical approach, qualitative approach/methods, quantitative approach/methods, and other). The results show that most of the papers were published in the field of the environmental impacts of a sustainable seaport and a sustainable passenger seaport. Objective: This study used CiteSpace to look at the current state of research on epilepsy and synaptic plasticity and to point out the hotspots and frontiers. Method: We searched Web of Science (WoS) for studies related to epilepsy and synaptic plasticity. CiteSpace was used to construct network maps of cooperation across countries, institutions, and authors to identify frontiers and hotspots in epilepsy and synaptic plasticity research. Results: A total of 1700 studies on epilepsy and synaptic plasticity were retrieved from the WoS. The United States and Baylor College of Medicine were the most prolific nation and institution in this field with 680 and 28 publications, respectively. The most prolific author (11 articles) was Xuefeng Wang. The Journal of Neuroscience published the most articles (71, 6.71%) and had the most co-citations (1557, 4.57%). In this paper, the interaction and mechanism between epilepsy and synaptic plasticity, as well as future research hotspots, are highlighted. Conclusion: CiteSpace can reveal the institutions, leaders, journals, cited papers, and research hotspots involved in epilepsy and synaptic plasticity. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study that visualizes the relationship between epilepsy and synaptic plasticity and provides references for future research directions. The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic resulted in a surge of publications seeking to understand the SARS-CoV-2 virus. A byproduct of the rush to understand COVID-19 has been the publication and subsequent retraction of papers promoting unfounded treatments, such as ivermectin—an anti-parasitic medication. This study aims to determine the impact retracted studies may have had on ivermectin prescription rates. TriNetX was used to gather anonymized patient data from 67 healthcare organizations both within the USA (36,711 patients; 91.6%) and abroad (3,266 patients; 8.14%) to obtain prescribing rates for ivermectin between April 2020–September 2022. Google Trends was used to gauge online interest in purchasing ivermectin in relation to prescribing rates. We found that ivermectin use largely increased following periods in which later-retracted journal articles were written touting its potential benefits. Multiple spikes in Google searches were observed, with the first three local peaks occurring within the first, second, and third publication 'clusters,' respectively. The maximum peak for searches occurred just one month after the maximum number of ivermectin prescriptions. This information is important for understanding how health-related misinformation spreads, and how to best minimize and counteract the impact of such misinformation in the future. The knowledge graph was first used in the information search of the Internet as a way to improve the quality of the search because it contains a huge amount of structured knowledge data. In this paper, the knowledge map algorithm is studied through natural language processing technology and probabilistic fuzzy information aggregation, and the knowledge map completion algorithm is cognitive-fitted. NLP is natural language processing. Based on the experiments in this paper, it can be seen that, after combining the algorithm, the behavior data set of 1000 Amazon users was analyzed, and it can be found that the accuracy of the algorithm improves as the proportion of data in the experiment increases. Among them, the 10% dataset has a correct rate of 0.66; the 30% dataset has a final accuracy rate of 0.68; and the 50% dataset has a final accuracy rate of 0.70. The experimental results of this paper show that using probabilistic fuzzy information aggregation and natural language processing technology as a way to complete the knowledge graph can improve the accuracy of the operation. One of the challenges before competition law today is to develop criteria for market definition in platform markets. The traditional tests for market definition do not serve to identify the boundaries of competition in multi-sided platforms due to the complexity of competitive constraints operating on each side of the platform. An important question that arises is whether platforms should be defined as one or separate markets on each side. The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has generally defined platform markets from one side only. However, academic literature suggests that certain platform markets should be defined from both sides of the market. This paper argues that the CCI should use a framework of market definition that accounts for interdependencies on both sides of the platform and provides clearer guidance for when platforms may be defined from one or both sides. Applying this framework, the paper finds that the CCI did not account for certain sides of Google's search platform. This prevented the CCI from evaluating the harm to third party content providers from Google's conduct. Background: CINV is a frequent adverse response to cancer treatment. There is still much to learn about the pathophysiology and initiating event of CINV, which necessitates continued research despite decades of effort. Identifying the current foci of the complex disease and assessing the scientific impact of pertinent study are made more difficult by the abundance of publications on CINV. Therefore, our goals in this article are to evaluate developments in this field, examine patterns in research domains, and gauge the expansion of CINV research production globally. Methods: Articles about CINV published between 2012 and 2022 were found by searching the Web of Science Core Collection of Clarivate Analytics. The number of publications over time was visualized using Microsoft Office Excel 2019. CiteSpace and VOSviewer were utilized to create knowledge maps that analyzed collaborations between nations, organizations, and writers. They also presented the history of CINV research and highlighted its current areas of focus. Results: In this study, 846 papers in all were assessed. Most publications (237, 28.01%) came from the United States. University of Toronto was the most productive institution (34, 4.01%). With 25 articles published, or 2.96% of the total, Aapro Matti published the most. The most frequently published journal was found to be Supportive Care (158, 18.68%). "Palonosetron," "Moderately emetogenic chemotherapy," "5-HT3 receptor antagonist," and "Neurokinin 1 receptor antagonists" were considered the hot topics. It can be seen that the research focus is on the drug treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. Conclusion: Through bibliometric analysis, we were able to gain profound insights into CINV research for the first time. Introduction: Previous studies about the replicability of clinical research based on the published literature have suggested that highly cited articles are often contradicted or found to have inflated effects. Nevertheless, there are no recent updates of such efforts, and this situation may have changed over time. Methods: We searched the Web of Science database for articles studying medical interventions with more than 2000 citations, published between 2004 and 2018 in high-impact medical journals. We then searched for replications of these studies in PubMed using the PICO (Population, Intervention, Comparator and Outcome) framework. Replication success was evaluated by the presence of a statistically significant effect in the same direction and by overlap of the replication's effect size confidence interval (CIs) with that of the original study. Evidence of effect size inflation and potential predictors of replicability were also analyzed. Results: A total of 89 eligible studies, of which 24 had valid replications (17 meta-analyses and 7 primary studies) were found. Of these, 21 (88%) had effect sizes with overlapping CIs. Of 15 highly cited studies with a statistically significant difference in the primary outcome, 13 (87%) had a significant effect in the replication as well. When both criteria were considered together, the replicability rate in our sample was of 20 out of 24 (83%). There was no evidence of systematic inflation in these highly cited studies, with a mean effect size ratio of 1.03 [95% CI (0.88, 1.21)] between initial and subsequent effects. Due to the small number of contradicted results, our analysis had low statistical power to detect predictors of replicability. Conclusion: Although most studies did not have eligible replications, the replicability rate of highly cited clinical studies in our sample was higher than in previous estimates, with little evidence of systematic effect size inflation. There is growing interest in extending the evaluative space of the quality-adjusted life-year framework beyond health. Using a critical interpretive synthesis approach, the objective was to review peer-reviewed literature that has discussed non-health outcomes within the context of quality-adjusted life-years and synthesise information into a thematic framework. Papers were identified through searches conducted in Web of Science, using forward citation searching. A critical interpretive synthesis allows for the development of interpretations (synthetic constructs) that go beyond those offered in the original sources. The final output of a critical interpretive synthesis is the synthesising argument, which integrates evidence from across studies into a coherent thematic framework. A concept map was developed to show the relationships between different types of non-health benefits. The critical interpretive synthesis was based on 99 papers. The thematic framework was constructed around four themes: (1) benefits affecting well-being (subjective well-being, psychological well-being, capability and empowerment); (2) benefits derived from the process of healthcare delivery; (3) benefits beyond the recipient of care (spillover effects, externalities, option value and distributional benefits); and (4) benefits beyond the healthcare sector. There is a wealth of research concerning non-health benefits and the evaluative space of the quality-adjusted life-year. Further dialogue and debate are necessary to address conceptual and normative challenges, to explore the societal willingness to sacrifice health for benefits beyond health and to consider the equity implications of different courses of action. Edge computing network effectively makes up for the deficiency of cloud computing in the conditions of distributed and high concurrent access, reduces long-distance data transmission, and improves the quality of network user experience. For Academic Search, this paper proposes a novel weakly supervised academic search model based on knowledge-enhanced feature representation. The proposed model can relieve high cost of acquisition of manually labeled data by obtaining a lot of pseudolabeled data and consider word-level interactive matching and sentence-level semantic matching for more accurate matching in the process of academic search. The new and shocking situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic stimulated the analysis of its impact in discourse. Discourse analysts have concentrated on the use of metaphor to create specific conceptualizations of the disease aimed at communicating the events and developments while influencing public opinion. Similes have been given less attention but are equally telling when it comes to the conceptualization of the pandemic. In this paper we analyze a corpus of English and Spanish similes (about 100 examples from each language) where (corona)virus is the target. The examples were searched for on the Internet and cover a two-year period, from March 2020 to February 2022. The sources, mappings, and conceptual domains of the Covid-19 similes are analyzed in order to describe how the pandemic is conceptualized through the use of '(corona)virus is like X' similes. The coronavirus similes are classified according to three main domains, namely, natural forces and disasters, confrontation (including war), and arts and entertainment (including sports). Each domain conceptualizes the situation in different ways (so that citizens are presented as victims, fighters, experiencers, members of a team, etc.). Interestingly, there are many creative similes that cannot be classified into any general well-established domains and can only be accounted for by considering less conventional and more creative, culture-specific frames. This article discusses Internet Web Information Retrieval, which has reportedly encouraged both researchers and commercial business enterprises to utilize the network. The article suggests that use of the Internet for Web Information Retrieval has been supported by theoretical results, methods, experiments, and implementations. Context: Glioma, the most common primary malignant brain tumour, is a grave health concern associated with high morbidity and mortality. Current treatments, while effective to some extent, are often hindered by factors such as the blood--brain barrier and tumour microenvironment. this underscores the pressing need for exploring new pharmacologically active anti-glioma compounds. Methods: this review synthesizes information from major databases, including chemical Abstracts, Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Abstracts, ScienceDirect, SciFinder, Google Scholar, Scopus, PubMed, Springer link and relevant books. Publications were selected without date restrictions, using terms such as 'Hymenocrater spp.,' 'phytochemical,' 'pharmacological,' 'extract,' 'essential oil' and 'traditional uses.' General web searches using Google and Yahoo were also performed. Articles related to agriculture, ecology, synthetic work or published in languages other than english or chinese were excluded. Results: the marine environment has been identified as a rich source of diverse natural products with potent antitumour properties. Conclusions: This paper not only provides a comprehensive review of marine-derived compounds but also unveils their potential in treating glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) based on functional classifications. It encapsulates the latest research progress on the regulatory biological functions and mechanisms of these marine substances in GBM, offering invaluable insights for the development of new glioma treatments. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine the empirical literature on the effects of informal competition on firm performance and provide directions for future research. Design/methodology/approach: We search the Scopus and Web of Science databases and adopt a specific protocol to perform a systematic review of the literature. We screen 536 documents and apply three inclusion criteria for filtering. Findings: We identify the impact of informal competition on nine types of formal firms' performance. We assess the findings according to the explanatory and response variables and the data samples of the articles reviewed. We find that five areas of focus are under-researched due to analyses of country or region-specific data, or lack of consensus because of contradicting findings.
