Engineering leadership is one of the key competencies being requested by accreditation agencies and engineering companies. Thus, it is of utmost importance that engineering colleges and schools develop leadership competencies in all its students. This paper is a follow up of a paper presented at WEEF in New Mexico [1] and describes the second phase of an undergraduate Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELP) being implemented at Beihang University in China. This signature program in the new model curriculum aspires to develop engineering leadership competencies in all its undergraduate students. Phase 2 course (ELP II) was offered in the Summer of 2019 incorporating changes decided with data from the first phase. The paper provides continuity to conference attendees and readers in the ELP implementation and results being achieved. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
