This scoping review aims to investigate longitudinal changes in minerals and vitamins concentrations in human milk among the Chinese population. Following the PRISMA-ScR guidelines, a comprehensive and systematic literature search was conducted using both English and Chinese databases. Data were extracted and categorized into six defined lactation stages. We found that the concentration of most minerals decreased throughout the lactation period, although calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg) fluctuated slightly across lactation periods. Fat-soluble vitamins also showed a decline throughout the lactation period, while water-soluble vitamins exhibited an increasing trend. However, folic acid, biotin, and pantothenic acid demonstrated a downward trend. Overall, this review has identified the longitudinal changes in minerals and vitamins concentrations in human milk among the Chinese population. In order to conduct a more in-depth examination of maternal characteristics and nutritional factors of the composition of human milk, it is recommended to utilize standardized protocols for the collection and analysis of human milk samples. In the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, in order to clarify the investment direction for investors, China Securities Index Co., Ltd. (CSI) has collaborated with the Shanghai Environmental Energy Exchange to develop the CSI SEEE Carbon Neutral Index (CSCNI), which has also played a leading role in the subsequent preparation of the Green Finance Index. The launch of this index has sparked research interest among scholars in stimulating investor order aggressiveness. This study employs event study methodology to examine the impact of the CSCNI launch on order aggressiveness. The sample companies are categorized into two groups: deep low-carbon and high-carbon reduction, with a focus on studying buy and sale order aggressiveness. The results indicate that the launch of CSCNI has mobilized order aggressiveness but has led to a negative stock price effect as investors anticipate an increase in environmental costs for the sample companies. Furthermore, we reveal that the long-term growth potential of the deep low-carbon field is more promising compared to the high-carbon reduction sector, making stocks in the deep low-carbon field more attractive. The launch of CSCNI has shown contrasting effects on the buy and sale order aggressiveness of investors, with the impact of the index announcement being more significant on the sample companies. This research provides valuable insights for evaluating the impact of green finance indices and contributes to the understanding of internal mechanisms. It provides an important reference for financial regulators to evaluate the development of the current green index. At the same time, it expands the domestic research on order aggressiveness, which studies the action mechanism of the stock price effect of the green stock index from the perspective of order aggressiveness. The quality of the flavor of potatoes is a crucial determinant in the commercial success of a potato variety. Plant nutrition promotes the synthesis of amino acids, and the application of exogenous amino acids has the potential to enhance the flavor quality of potatoes. In this experiment, Dian Shu 1418 and Dian Shu 23 were used as the materials, and different amino acid foliar spray trials were designed. The free amino acid content in potato tubers is determined based on high-performance liquid chromatography, and volatile tuber flavor compounds are detected using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. The results showed that the amino acid foliar spray effectively increased the content of glycine, methionine, and phenylalanine in the tubers, subsequently increasing the levels of 2,3-dimethyl-pyrazine and 2-ethyl-3-methyl-pyrazine, enhancing the roasted fragrance characteristics of the potatoes. Sulfur and phosphorus are important plant nutrients required for potato growth, influencing the synthesis of primary metabolites that serve as the material foundation of potato flavor quality. However, little is known about the effects of sulfur and phosphorus application on potato tuber flavor. This study experimentally compared the effects of the individual and combined application of phosphorus and sulfur fertilizers on the flavor of potato tubers. The research examined the sensory characteristics of flavor under various fertilization methods, investigated changes in the types and contents of volatile flavor compounds, and conducted analyses on flavor precursor compounds. The experimental results showed that the application of phosphorus and sulfur fertilizers, either individually or in combination significantly increased the content of linoleic acid and linolenic acid. After the combined application of phosphorus and sulfur fertilizers, the starch and the reducing sugar content also significantly increased. (E,E)-2,4-Nonadienal and Decanal are closely correlated with fatty acid content. Dimethyl sulfide and Trimethyl sulfide contents are significantly related to methionine content. This also significantly enhances the fatty taste characteristics of the tubers but weakens the potato flavor characteristics. Hence, the application of phosphorus and sulfur can affect the accumulation of primary metabolic products in tubers, thereby affecting flavor quality. Compared with the individual application of phosphorus or sulfur fertilizers, when phosphorus fertilizer is applied at 180 kg·ha−1 and sulfur fertilizer at 90 kg·ha−1 in combination, it can further enrich the roasted flavor characteristics of potatoes and maximize the enhancement of potato flavor quality. The most common methods to detect non-technical losses involve Deep Learning-based classifiers and samples of consumption remotely collected several times a day through Smart Meters (SMs) and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI). This approach requires a huge amount of data, and training is computationally expensive. However, most energy meters in emerging countries such as Brazil are technologically limited. These devices can measure only the accumulated energy consumption monthly. This work focuses on detecting energy theft in scenarios without AMI and SM. We propose a strategy called HyMOTree intended for the hyperparameter tuning of tree-based algorithms using different multiobjective optimization strategies. Our main contributions are associating different multiobjective optimization strategies to improve the classifier performance and analyzing the model's performance given different probability cutoff operations. HyMOTree combines NSGA-II and GDE-3 with Decision Tree, Random Forest, and XGboost. A dataset provided by a Brazilian power distribution company CPFL ENERGIA™ was used, and the SMOTE technique was applied to balance the data. The results show that HyMOTree performed better than the random search method, and then, the combination between Random Forest and NSGA-II achieved 0.95 and 0.93 for Precision and F1-Score, respectively. This paper focuses on the relationship between green credit and industrial green total factor productivity under the dual carbon target. In recent years, weather extremes that break historical extremes have occurred frequently around the world, and the resulting loss of life and property has deepened people's concern about climate change. As a responsible developing country, China has set the goal of reaching peak carbon emissions and reducing carbon intensity by 60–65% by 2030. In this context, based on China's provincial-level data from 2006 to 2019, this paper first measures the growth rate of industrial green total factor productivity using the SBM-ML model, and then analyzes the impact of green credit on industrial green total factor productivity under the double carbon target by constructing the transmission mechanism of the energy consumption structure and the regulation mechanism of environmental regulation on green credit. We then analyze the impact of green credit on industrial green total factor productivity under the dual carbon target by constructing the transmission mechanism of the energy consumption structure and the regulation mechanism of environmental regulation on green credit. We find that green credit can improve the energy consumption structure and thus increase industrial green total factor productivity. In addition, the study finds that the interaction effect of green credit and environmental regulation suppresses the positive impact of green credit on industrial green TFP. This paper provides empirical evidence and policy implications for the orderly promotion of carbon peaking and carbon neutral efforts to effectively improve industrial green total factor productivity and promote high-quality economic development. Sweet potatoes (Ipomoea batatas) are one of the important tuberous root crops cultivated worldwide, and thier storage roots are rich in antioxidants, such as anthocyanins. R2R3-MYB is a large gene family involved in various biological processes, including anthocyanin biosynthesis. However, few reports about the R2R3-MYB gene family of sweet potatoes have been released to date. In the present study, a total of 695 typical R2R3-MYB genes were identified in six Ipomoea species, including 131 R2R3-MYB genes in sweet potatoes. A maximum likelihood phylogenetic analysis divided these genes into 36 clades, referring to the classification of 126 R2R3-MYB proteins of Arabidopsis. Clade C25(S12) has no members in six Ipomoea species, whereas four clades (i.e., clade C21, C26, C30, and C36), including 102 members, had no members in Arabidopsis, and they were identified as Ipomoea-specific clades. The identified R2R3-MYB genes were unevenly distributed on all chromosomes in six Ipomoea species genomes, and the collinearity analysis among hexaploid I. batatas and another five diploid Ipomoea species suggested that the sweet potato genome might have undergone a larger chromosome rearrangement during the evolution process. Further analyses of gene duplication events showed that whole-genome duplication, transposed duplication, and dispersed duplication events were the primary forces driving the R2R3-MYB gene family expansion of Ipomoea plants, and these duplicated genes experienced strong purifying selection because of their Ka/Ks ratio, which is less than 1. Additionally, the genomic sequence length of 131 IbR2R3-MYBs varied from 923 bp to ~12.9 kb with a mean of ~2.6 kb, and most of them had more than three exons. The Motif 1, 2, 3, and 4 formed typical R2 and R3 domains and were identified in all IbR2R3-MYB proteins. Finally, based on multiple RNA-seq datasets, two IbR2R3-MYB genes (IbMYB1/g17138.t1 and IbMYB113/g17108.t1) were relatively highly expressed in pigmented leaves and tuberous root flesh and skin, respectively; thus, they were identified to regulate tissue-specific anthocyanin accumulation in sweet potato. The mechanism of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) thermotolerance has been the focus of intensive research for many years because plant growth and tuber yield are highly sensitive to heat stress. However, the linkage between the aerial and belowground parts of potato plants in response to high temperatures is not clear. To disentangle this issue, the aerial and belowground parts of the heat-resistant cultivar Dian187 (D187) and the heat-sensitive cultivar Qingshu 9 (Qs9) were independently exposed to high-temperature (30 °C) conditions using a special incubator. The results indicated that when the belowground plant parts were maintained at a normal temperature, the growth of the aerial plant parts was maintained even when independently exposed to heat stress. In contrast, the treatment that independently exposed the belowground plant parts to heat stress promoted premature senescence in the plant's leaves, even when the aerial plant parts were maintained at a normal temperature. When the aerial part of the plant was independently treated with heat stress, tuberization belowground was not delayed, and tuberization suppression was not as severe as when the belowground plant parts independently underwent heat stress. Heat stress on the belowground plant parts alone had virtually no damaging effects on the leaf photosynthetic system but caused distinct tuber deformation, secondary growth, and the loss of tuber skin colour. Transcriptome analysis revealed that the treatment of the belowground plant parts at 30 °C induced 3361 differentially expressed genes in the Qs9 cultivar's expanding tubers, while the D187 cultivar had only 10,148 differentially expressed genes. Conversely, when only the aerial plant parts were treated at 30 °C, there were just 807 DEGs (differentially expressed genes) in the D187 cultivar's expanding tubers compared with 6563 DEGs in the Qs9 cultivar, indicating that the two cultivars with different heat sensitivities have distinct regulatory mechanisms of tuberization when exposed to heat stress. There is limited evidence regarding the effects of dietary pattern and dietary quality on the risk of unhealthy weight status and related body composition in Chinese adolescence. In particular, studies using bioelectrical impedance analyzer (BIA) in these subjects are rare. The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of diet in body composition, to find a healthy dietary pattern for Chinese youth, and to promote the application of BIA among this population. A total of 498 participants aged from 18 to 22 years old were included. Dietary patterns were identified by principal components analysis. Energy-adjusted dietary inflammatory index (DII) and diet balance index (DBI) were calculated based on semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire. Multivariate linear regression and logistic regression analysis were used to examine the relationship of dietary patterns, dietary quality with body mass index (BMI), fat mass index (FMI), fat-free mass index (FFMI), and the effect of dietary factors on BMI levels. The majority of participants with overweight and obesity had abdominal obesity, and there was 3.7% abdominal obesity in normal BMI individuals. Four dietary patterns were detected in the subjects. The pattern with the higher energy intake, which was close to the Western diet, was positively correlated with BMI (β = 0.326, p = 0.018) and FMI (β = 0.201, p = 0.043), while being negatively correlated with FFMI (β = −0.183, p = 0.021). Individuals who followed the pattern similar to the Mediterranean diet had a higher basal metabolic rate (BMR), and the highest fat free mass, soft lean mass, and skeletal muscle mass (p < 0.05) but the lowest FMI, visceral fat area (VFA), waist–hip ratio, and FMI/FFMI ratio (p < 0.05). Higher energy-adjusted DII was associated with high BMI. Higher bound score (HBS) (β = −0.018, p = 0.010) and diet quality distance (DQD) (β = −0.012, p = 0.015) were both negatively correlated with FFMI. In conclusion, fat or muscle indexes, such as BMR, FMI, and FFMI, had an important role in predicting overweight and obesity, which suggested the importance of applying BIA among Chinese college students. Students who followed healthful dietary patterns or the high-quality diet that is similar to the Mediterranean diet but not close to the Western diet were more likely to have a healthy BMI and normal body composition. Human settlement numbers have significantly changed before and after ~4000 cal. y BP in the upper and middle Qin River reaches, but the external and internal factors driving this change remain unclear. In this study, we examine changing spatial and temporal patterns of the Longshan and Erlitou settlements in relation to extreme flooding at ~4000 cal. y BP and a variety of subsistence strategies during the Longshan and Erlitou periods. The results indicate that settlement number, settlement distribution, and subsistence strategies exhibited obvious shifts between the Longshan and Erlitou periods, and the episode at ~4000 cal. y BP was an extreme-flood-rich interval within and around the Qin River Basin. During the Longshan and Erlitou periods, millet-based agriculture dominated local subsistence strategy, and ancient people would prefer to reside in the areas suitable for farming, causing the valley plains in the upper and middle Qin River reaches to contain most Longshan and Erlitou settlements. However, the frequent occurrence of extreme floods at ~4000 cal. y BP, in conjunction with intergroup conflicts due to a large amount of population immigration during the late Longshan period, is likely to have jointly decreased the settlement number and shrunk the spatial range of human settlement distribution. Subsequently, with the end of the extreme-flood-rich episode and the increasing proportion of higher-water-requirement foxtail millet in cropping structures of human subsistence strategy, more Erlitou settlements were distributed in the wetter valley plains of the middle Qin River reaches. Many coastal cities reclaim land from the sea to meet the rapidly growing demand for land caused by population growth and economic development. Settlement in reclaimed land may delay construction and even damage infrastructures, so accurately predicting the settlement over reclaimed areas is important. However, the limited settlement observation and ambiguous final settlement estimation affect accurate settlement prediction in traditional methods. This study proposes a new strategy to solve these problems by using the Multitemporal Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (MT-InSAR) method and takes the Xiamen Xiang'an International Airport, built on reclaimed land, as an example. The MT-InSAR is adopted to process the Sentinel-1 images to obtain the settlement history of the study area. The results show that settlement mainly occurs in the reclaimed areas, with the maximum average settlement rate exceeding 40 mm/y. We use the statistical properties of curve fitting to choose the best curve model from several candidate curve models to predict the settlement time series. The Asaoka method is used to identify the critical state between settlement and stability. We predict the consolidation time of the whole study area and reveal that the deformation rate is positively correlated with the consolidation time. The maximum remaining settlement time is over ten years since 24 December 2019. Therefore, manual compaction operations can be carried out to speed up settlement in the areas that need a long time to consolidate. This systematic review aimed to examine differences in growth outcomes between breastfed infants and infants fed with formula with different protein/energy ratios during the first six months of life. We conducted a systematic review in the PubMed, Web of Science, and Springer databases. Twenty clinical trials qualified for inclusion. We extracted data about the growth outcomes of infants who were exclusive breastfed or exclusively infant formula fed in the first six months and used a meta-analysis to pool the finding data. We categorized study formulas into four groups according to their protein content: <1.8, 1.8–2.0, 2.1–2.2, and >2.2 g/100 kcal. In the first month of life, growth was not different between formula- and breastfed infants. During 2–3 months of life, growth was faster in infants who consumed formulas with protein contents higher than 2.0 g/100 kcal. After 3 months, formula-fed infants grew faster than breastfed infants. Our meta-analysis indicated that the growth outcomes of infants fed with infant formula with a relatively low protein/energy ratios, compared with that a relatively high protein/energy ratio, were close to those of breastfed infants. The metabolomic profiles of Chinese human milk have been poorly documented. The objective of the study was to explore associations between human milk metabotypes, maternal adiposity, infant growth patterns, and risk of allergies. Two hundred mother–infant dyads from seven cities were randomly selected from the Chinese Human Milk Project (CHMP). Untargeted human milk metabolomic profiles were determined using HPLC-MS/MS. Two human milk metabotypes were identified using principal component analysis. Principal component (PC) 1 was characterized by high linoleic acid metabolites with low purine nucleosides and metabolites of glutamate and glutathione metabolism. PC 2 was characterized by high glycerophospholipids and sphingomyelins content. Higher PC1 scores were associated with slower infant growth rate and higher ambient temperature (p < 0.05). Higher PC 2 scores were related to higher maternal BMI and increased risk of infant allergies (p < 0.05). Future work is needed to understand the biologic mechanisms of these human milk metabotypes. Featured Application: Research on a Low-Melting-Point Solder for a 6063 Aluminum Alloy Cold Plate Radiator. A new type of low melting point Al-Si-Cu (Ni) filler metal for brazed 6063 aluminum alloy was designed, and the microstructure and properties of the filler metal were systematically studied. The results show that when the content of Cu in the Al-Si-Cu filler metal increased from 10 wt.% to 20 wt.%, the liquidus temperature of the filler metal decreased from 587.8 °C to 533.4 °C. Its microstructures were mainly composed of the α-Al phase, a primary Si phase, and a θ(Al2Cu) phase. After a proper amount of Ni was added to the Al-Si-20Cu filler metal, its melting range was narrowed, the spreading wettability was improved, and the microstructure was refined. Its microstructure mainly includes α-Al solid solution, Si particles, and θ(Al2Cu) and δ(Al3Ni2) intermetallic compounds. The results of the shear strength test indicate that the shear strength of the brazed joint with Al-6.5Si-20Cu-2.0Ni filler metal was 150.4 MPa, which was 28.32% higher than that of the brazed joint with Al-6.5Si-20Cu filler metal. Improving the conductivity of metal particle inks is a hot topic of scientific research. In this paper, a method for preparing metal-filled particles was proposed. By adding filled particles to the ink, the size distribution of particles could be changed to form a bimodal distribution structure in accordance with Horsfield's stacking model. The filling particles had small volume and good fluidity, which could fill the gaps between the particles after printing and improve its electrical conductivity without significantly changing the metal solid content in the ink. Experimental results show that the silver content of the ink slightly increased from 15 wt% to 16.5 wt% after adding filled particles. However, the conductivity of the ink was significantly improved, and after sintering, the resistivity of the ink decreased from 70.2 μΩ∙cm to 31.2 μΩ∙cm. In addition, the filling particles prepared by this method is simple and has a high material utilization rate, which could be applied to the preparation of other kinds of metal particle inks. The aim of this systematic review was to summarize concentrations of human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) in the Chinese population. We searched articles originally published in both Chinese and English. When compiling data, lactation was categorized into five stages. We found that 6′-sialyllactose, lacto-N-tetraose, and lacto-N-neotetraose decreased over lactation. Conversely, 3′-fucosyllactose increased over lactation. Our study represents the first systematic review to summarize HMO concentrations in Chinese population. Our findings not only provide data on HMO profiles in Chinese population but suggest future directions in the study of the metabolism of HMOs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Multi-temporal Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (MT-InSAR) has been widely used for ground motion identification and monitoring over large-scale areas, due to its large spatial coverage and high accuracy. However, automatically locating and assessing the state of the ground motion from the massive Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) measurements is not easy. Utilizing the spatial-temporal characteristics of surface deformation on the basis of the Small Baseline Subsets InSAR (SBAS-InSAR) measurements, this study develops an improved method to locate potential unstable or dangerous regions, using the spatial velocity gradation and the temporal evolution trend of surface displacements in large-scale areas. This method is applied to identify the potential geohazard areas in a mountainous region in northwest China (Lajia Town in Qinghai province) using 73 and 71 Sentinel-1 images from the ascending and descending orbits, respectively, and an urban area (Dongguan City in Guangdong province) in south China using 32 Sentinel-1 images from the ascending orbit. In the mountainous area, 23 regions with potential landslide hazards have been identified, most of which have high to very high instability levels. In addition, the instability is the highest at the center and decreases gradually outward. In the urban area, 221 potential hazards have been identified. The moderate to high instability level areas account for the largest proportion, and they are concentrated in the farmland irrigation areas, and construction areas. The experiment results show that the improved method can quickly identify and evaluate geohazards on a large scale. It can be used for disaster prevention and mitigation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Enhanced ultraviolet-B (UV-B) radiation promotes anthocyanin biosynthesis in leaves, flowers and fruits of plants. However, the effects and underlying mechanisms of enhanced UV-B radiation on the accumulation of anthocyanins in the tubers of potatoes ( Solanum tuberosum L.) remain unclear. Herein, reciprocal grafting experiments were first conducted using colored and uncolored potatoes, demonstrating that the anthocyanins in potato tubers were synthesized in situ, and not transported from the leaves to the tubers. Furthermore, the enhanced UV-B radiation (2.5 kJ·m -2 ·d -1 ) on potato stems and leaves significantly increased the contents of total anthocyanin and monomeric pelargonidin and peonidin in the red-fleshed potato '21-1' tubers, compared to the untreated control. A comparative transcriptomic analysis showed that there were 2139 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) under UV-B treatment in comparison to the control, including 1724 up-regulated and 415 down-regulated genes. The anthocyanin-related enzymatic genes in the tubers such as PAL , C4H , 4CL , CHS , CHI , F3H , F3'5'H , ANS , UFGTs , and GSTs were up-regulated under UV-B treatment, except for a down-regulated F3'H . A known anthocyanin-related transcription factor StbHLH1 also showed a significantly higher expression level under UV-B treatment. Moreover, six differentially expressed MYB transcription factors were remarkably correlated to almost all anthocyanin-related enzymatic genes. Additionally, a DEGs enrichment analysis suggested that jasmonic acid might be a potential UV-B signaling molecule involved in the UV-B-induced tuber biosynthesis of anthocyanin. These results indicated that enhanced UV-B radiation in potato stems and leaves induced anthocyanin accumulation in the tubers by regulating the enzymatic genes and transcription factors involved in anthocyanin biosynthesis. This study provides novel insights into the mechanisms of enhanced UV-B radiation that regulate the anthocyanin biosynthesis in potato tubers.
