With the increasing density of the freeway network, frequent traffic incidents on road segments have a significant impact on the operational efficiency of the road network. Therefore, it has become urgent and important to study traffic route guidance strategy on the road network level. The previous traffic route guidance method primarily focused on the congestion on the road segments where incidents occurred, with insufficient attention given to the impact of congestion on the road network level. In this study, a route guidance model with limited overlap is proposed to improve freeway network reliability under traffic incidents. Specifically, in order to explore alternative paths, we conducted a study on the problem of finding k-short paths with limited overlap. The objective is to identify a set of k-paths that are both sufficiently dissimilar and as short as possible. Then, we promptly update the route guidance information using a stochastic dynamic traffic assignment model that aligns with travelers' path choice psychology. Moreover, we use the reliability of the road network to evaluate the network performance. To illustrate the model, the Jinan freeway network is selected as an experimental study. Expressway transportation is an essential part of regional development. An efficient expressway system can enhance cities' connectivity and coordinate long-distance trips between urban areas. Understanding how travel demand affects the flow of expressways is crucial to designing an efficient expressway management system. However, congested expressways are substantial obstacles to unimpeded expressway travel. Here, we explore the relationship between demand origin locations and congested expressways. We extract the time-varying OD demand matrix from empirical tollgate data collected in Shandong province, China. The incremental traffic assignment method is introduced to obtain the traffic flow of expressway road segments. It was found that congested expressways were generated due to only a few origin locations. In addition, expressway congestion during peak hours could be effectively alleviated by controlling the travel demand of these origin locations. Background. Nursing professionals are pivotal in coordinating care and incorporating quality and safety strategies to enhance patient outcomes. Therefore, nursing education is paramount in preparing nurses to deliver safe care. Aim. In this study, we aimed to explore the self‐reported patient safety competence acquired by undergraduate nursing students in classroom and clinical settings and to compare their perceptions of how broader patient safety issues are addressed in their programmes. Methods. We conducted a cross‐sectional study in a public university in London, United Kingdom, and included Bachelor of Science nursing students from all fields of nursing and Nursing Associate students (n = 250, response rate 21.3%). Students completed the Health Professional Education Patient Safety Survey (H‐PEPSS). Paired t‐tests examined the differences in learning (classroom versus clinical setting). Analysis of variance was used to explore differences in self‐reported patient safety competencies across programmes and to compare students' perceptions of how broader patient safety issues are addressed in their curricula. Results. Mean domain scores indicate high confidence levels in patient safety competence for learning gained in both classroom and clinical settings for all students (>4.0/5.0). Results also indicate a consensus among students from various programmes that broader patient safety issues are adequately addressed in the curricula. Self‐reported confidence was highest in respondents enrolled in the Nursing Associate programme and students with prior experience in a clinical setting. Students were confident about their learnings of patient safety in their educational programmes. Conclusions. Greater patient safety competence indicates comprehension and familiarity with knowledge boundaries, which in turn acknowledges the limitations of autonomous practice. Our findings underscore the need for targeted educational interventions to enhance specific areas of patient safety competence and emphasise the shared responsibility of educators in fostering a culture of safety within healthcare. The distance from the origin or destination to or from the subway station is defined as the access or egress distance, which determines the service coverage of the subway station. However, little literature studies the distances at the station level, and they may vary from station to station. Therefore, this study aims to explore the influencing factors and spatial variation of the distances at the station level by using the mobile phone positioning data of more than 1.2 million anonymous users in Chengdu, China. First, this study proposes a method to extract the access and egress trips of the subway. Next, the ordinary least squares (OLS) regression models are carried out to select the significant explanatory variables. Finally, the geographically weighted regression (GWR) models are used to model the spatial variation relationship between the 85th percentile access/egress distances and the selected explanatory variables. The results show that different stations' access/egress distances vary significantly in space. Hotel, residence, life, finance, road density, and mixed land use are found to be negatively correlated with distances, while education, 36-45years old, male, and high education are positively correlated. In addition, the GWR model reveals that the influence of explanatory variables on access/egress distance varies from space to space. The impact-rubbing dynamic characteristics of the power turbine rotor with the hollow shaft and offset discs for aircraft engine are investigated, and the impact-rubbing analytical method for the complex rotor based on MDOP Timoshenko beam theory is proposed in this paper. Compared with the traditional approach, the novel method can obtain more data to satisfy the need of engineering. The Lagrange equation is adopted to derive the equations of motion for the rotor system, and the Newmark-β method is applied to solve the equations. The diagrams such as the bifurcation, axis trajectory, spectrum, and Poincaré map are obtained to research on the effect of the rotating speed, gap, and eccentricity on the vibration response. The finite element analysis was carried out to validate the correctness of the theoretical modeling method. The research results indicate that the power turbine rotor with the hollow shaft on operation shows the various nonlinear dynamic behaviors including the multiperiod, quasi-period, jumping phenomenon, and chaotic motions; there exists an optimal gap between the rotor and the stator from the perspective of the efficiency and the dynamics; the optimal gap should make system avoid the resulting chaos or the quasi-period motion for the stability and safety of the machinery. Background. Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a disease with significant morbidity, progressive deterioration of lung function till death, and lack of effective treatment options. This study aims to explore the global research trends in IPF and immune response to predict the research hotspot in the future. Materials and methods. All related publications on IPF and immune response since the establishment of diagnostic criteria for IPF were retrieved using the Web of Science (WOS) database. VOSviewer, GraphPad Prism 6, CiteSpace version 5.6. R5 64-bit, and a bibliometrics online platform were used to extract and analyze the trends in relevant fields. Results. From March 1, 2000, to September 30, 2022, a total of 658 articles with 25,126 citations met the inclusion criteria. The United States ranked first in number of publications (n = 217), number of citations (n = 14,745), and H-index (62). China ranked second in publications (n = 124) and seventh and fifth for citation frequency and H-index, respectively. The American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine (impact factor = 30.528) published the most articles in the field. The author Kaminski N. from the United States was the most influential author with 26 publications and an H-index of 24. Among the 52 keywords that co-occurred at least 20 times, the main keywords were concentrated in "Inflammation related" and "Biomarker related" clusters. "biomarker" (AAY 2018.64, 25 times) was a newly emerged keyword. Conclusions. The United States has an unequivocal advantage in IPF and immunization, but China shows a faster developing trend. Single-layer spherical reticulated shells are typical roof structures for the gymnasiums. The center-hung scoreboard (CHS) is large weight display device which is usually suspended on the roof of the gymnasium. The effect of the CHS on the dynamic characteristics and seismic responses of the single-layer spherical reticulated shell (SPRS) is not fully clear. In this paper, the effect of the CHS on the SPRS under vertical seismic action is investigated. Two kinds of FE models are built with Abaqus software, including the flexibly suspended model and the simplified model. In a simplified model, the CHS is simplified as four fixed masses on the four CHS suspension nodes. The dynamic explicit method is used for the seismic responses, and the Lanczos method is used for the dynamic characteristics. The influence of the CHS weight and the sling length of on dynamic characteristics and seismic responses are analysed. It turns out that in the flexibly suspended model, the first three vibration modes are free swing of the CHS, and the CHS weight and the sling length have a significant impact on the fourth and subsequent modes. The length of the sling has a large impact on some low-order frequencies, but has little impact on the high-order frequencies. Compared with the simplified model, the axial forces of some structural members and some nodal acceleration in the flexibly suspended model under vertical seismic motions would increase by as high as 523% and 564%, respectively. It turns out that the seismic responses of the SPRS would be underestimated if a simplified model is used for analysis. The region in the central of the SPRS, the hoop members of the SPRS, and the support platform are the most affected regions in terms of both axial force and nodal acceleration. Bottom hole flowing pressure (BHFP) is the key factor to determine a reasonable working system and achieve long-term stable production of coalbed methane (CBM) wells. However, there is no special BHFP model for double-layer combined production (DLCP). Generally, the constant mass model (CMM) for single-layer production is applied to treat the double reservoirs as a whole, ignoring the changes of fluid mass in each section and the acceleration pressure drop in the reservoir section. The calculation results have great errors, and the BHFP of the lower reservoir is used to adjust the production system of the two reservoirs, which does not meet the requirements of the upper reservoir. In this paper, the expression of acceleration pressure drop assumed to be zero in CMM is decomposed and derived, the relationship between acceleration pressure drop and unit length radial flow is established, and then the pressure drop formula of reservoir section with radial inflow is obtained. The reservoir is divided into several sublayers, and the pressure drop equation for each sublayer is established. According to the water flow and gas flow in the reservoir and nonreservoir sections, the corresponding velocity equations of water phase and gas phase are derived. The above equations are combined to establish the variable mass model (VMM) for DLCP with three stages. The field data are substituted into the VMM and the CMM, and the accuracy of the new model is verified. The results show that in the stages of double-layer water production and double-layer gas production, the errors of the two models are less than 5%, while in the stage of gas-water coproduction, the error of the VMM is 2.75%-6.58%, and the error of the CMM is 7.15%-15.18%. The VMM is more accurate. In addition, in the stages of water production and gas-water coproduction during DLCP, the BHFP of the two reservoirs differs greatly, with a maximum difference of 49.1%. Therefore, the two reservoirs need to adjust the production rule according to their respective BHFP. To sum up, the VMM can accurately give the BHFP of each reservoir, which is more realistic. It also solves the problem that one BHFP cannot accurately adjust the production rule of the two reservoirs, so as to provide technical support for the formulation of optimal production rule and the realization of high production. Active and stable electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) are crucial in the widespread application of water electrolyzers. Cobalt phosphide nanoparticles (Co-P) with different degrees of crystallinity are synthesized via solvothermal phosphidization of Co metal-organic frameworks and P4 using different solvents. The Co-P can be converted to active OER electrocatalysts in 1 M KOH, with the most active reaching 10 mA cm-2 OER current densities at 270 mV overpotential. The OER intermediate adsorption energy is tuned by the electron interactions in the crystalline/amorphous heterostructured Co-P, which show the highest intrinsic OER activity. Designing novel electropolymerizable monomers is essential in developing electron donor-electron acceptor (D-A) type conjugated polymers for applications in sensing, catalysis, and energy storage. Thiophene and pyridine-substituted quinoline-based molecules (Th-Q, DTh-Q, and Py-Q) are synthesized in this work, and their crystal structures, optical properties, and electrochemical properties are investigated. The potentiostatic electropolymerization of these molecules are successfully carried out on carbon cloth substrate, with the thiophene and quinoline as the possible electropolymerizable units. The PTh-Q shows the best charge storage performance (1.12 × 10 − 3 C at 0.02 mA cm-2 in the potential range of 0-1 V) in 0.1 M Na2SO4, and maintains 77% of the initial capacity after 3000 charge-discharge cycles at 0.02 mA cm-2. The morphology and structure of the PTh-Q does not alter significantly after the repetitive charge-discharge cycling. The superior charge storage performance of the PTh-Q than PDTh-Q and PPy-Q is originated from the exposed highest amount of electrochemically active sites and the participation of redox processes of both hydroxyl/ketone structures on quinoline and thiophene groups. Single-layer reticulated shells are widely used as roof structures of gymnasiums. However, the seismic performance of the single-layer reticulated shell with a center-hung scoreboard (CHS), which is a kind of large-scale display device suspended on the roof center of many gymnasiums, has not been fully studied. In this paper, the influence of the CHS on the seismic response of single-layer reticulated shells is investigated. Single-layer reticulated shells and the CHS-integrated models including flexibly suspended models and simplified models are established, respectively, using the Abaqus software. The responses of integrated models are calculated by an explicit dynamic method under 3D seismic action. The axial forces of the flexibly suspended case and the simplified case where the scoreboard is simplified as fixed masses on the roof structure are compared. Compared with those in the simplified model, the axial forces of some shell members and some nodal acceleration in the flexibly suspended model under multiple seismic excitations would increase by as high as 125% and 315%, respectively. It turns out that seismic responses of the single-layer reticulated shell would be underestimated if a simplified model was used for seismic response analysis. The region near the boundary and the region neighbouring the support platform members are the most affected regions due to the combination of the horizontal swing effect and the vertical impact effect of the CHS under multiple seismic excitations. For complicated aerodynamic design problems, the efficient global optimization method suffered from the defect of the incorrect portrayal of the design space, resulting in bad global convergence and efficiency performance. To this end, a Kriging-based global optimization method, named the Kriging-based space exploration method (KSE), was proposed in this paper. It selected multiple promising local minima and classified them into partially and fully explored minima in terms of the fitting quality of the surrogate model. Then, the partially explored minima would be furtherly exploited. During the local search, an enhanced trust-region method was adopted to make deep exploitation. By combining local and global searches, the proposed method could improve the fitting quality of the surrogate model and the optimization efficiency. The KSE was compared to other global surrogate-based optimization methods on 12 bound-constrained testing functions with 2 to 16 design variables and 2 aerodynamic optimization problems with 24 to 77 design variables. The results indicated that the KSE generally took fewer function evaluations to find the global optima or reach the target value in most test problems, holding better efficiency and robustness. Sepsis is defined as a dysregulated immune response to infection that leads to multiple organ dysfunction. To date, though a growing body of knowledge has gained insight into the clinical risk factors, pathobiology, treatment response, and recovery methods, sepsis remains a significant concern and clinical burden. Therefore, further study is urgently needed to alleviate the acute and chronic outcomes. Berberine (BBR), a traditional Chinese medicine with multiple actions and mechanisms, has been investigated in cellular and rodent animal models of sepsis mainly based on its anti-inflammatory effect. However, the practical application of BBR in sepsis is still lacking, and it is imperative to systematically summarize the study of BBR in sepsis. This review summarized its pharmacological activities and mechanisms in septic-related organ injuries and the potential BBR-based therapeutic strategies for sepsis, which will provide comprehensive references for scientific research and clinical application. Background. This study is aimed at constructing a nomogram to predict the risk of clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) based on the aggregate index of systemic inflammation (AISI) and prostate imaging-reporting and data system version (PIRADS) score. Methods. Clinical data on patients who had undergone initial prostate biopsy from January 2019 to December 2021 were collected. Patients were randomized in a 7 : 3 ratio to the training cohort and the validation cohort. Potential risk factors for csPCa were identified by univariable and multivariate logistic regression. Nomogram was conducted with these independent risk factors, and calibration curves, the receiver operating characteristic (ROC), and decision curve analysis (DCA) were employed to assess the nomogram's ability for prediction. Results. A total of 1219 patients were enrolled in this study. Multivariate logistic regression identified that age, AISI, total prostatic specific-antigen (tPSA), free to total PSA (f/tPSA), prostate volume (PV), and PIRADS score were potential risk predictors of csPCa, and the nomogram was developed based on these factors. The area under the curve (AUC) of the training cohort and validation cohort was 0.884 (95% CI: 0.862-0.906) and 0.899 (95% CI: 0.867-0.931). The calibration curves showed that the apparent curves were closer to the ideal curves. The DCA results revealed that the nomogram model seemed to have clinical application value per DCA. Conclusion. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains a significant health burden to date. Its early diagnosis and treatment are complicated by the lack of early diagnosis markers and multidrug resistance. microRNA regulation of HCC oncogenes are among the new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies being explored, although the mode of delivery of a therapeutic dose of the miRNA remains a challenge. In this study, we explored the use of exosomes from umbilical mesenchymal stem cells transfected with miR-27a-3p to interact with the oncogene GOLM1 in HCC and inhibit HCC progression both in vitro and in vivo. We first determined and compared the expression levels of miR-27a-3p in blood, various cell lines and tissues of HCC and their corresponding normal controls. We then employed bioinformatics analysis to determine the gene target for miR-27a-3p in HCC and later transfected upregulated miR-27a-3p in mesenchymal stem cells, and treated HCC cells with exosomes extracted from the transfected stem cells. We then created mouse models of HCC using balbc/nude mice and equally treated them with exosomes from miR-27a-3p transfected stem cells. The results showed that miR-27a-3p is downregulated in blood, cell lines, and tissues of HCC patients compared to normal controls. Exosomes from the miR-27a-3p transfected mesenchymal stem cells prevented HCC cell proliferation, invasion, and metastasis both in vitro and in vivo. Upregulation of miR-27a-3p prevented HCC through interacting with and downregulating GOLM1 as its target oncogene. The acupuncture case registry study is focusing on acupuncture therapy data from patient cases. The main objective is to collect real-world data and integrate clinically meaningful outcome evaluation indicators to uncover and evaluate real-world acupuncture efficacy and safety, explore factors affecting acupuncture efficacy, and provide real-world evidence to complement RCTs. Since the International Acupuncture Case Registry data collection system's establishment in 2017, 16 projects have been underway, including two acupuncture specialty therapies and 15 diseases. Data from 3404 patients included extensive information on the diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture and the evaluation of its efficacy. In order to serve as a guide for future studies, this article discusses the value of and rationale for establishing acupuncture case registry studies, how to distinguish them from patient registries, and crucial techniques for implementing registry studies in terms of applications, patient recruitment, costakeholder collaboration, data collection and management, study quality control, and ethics. Strong mine tremor occurs frequently in deep mines, which have brought great hidden dangers to the safety of mine production. This paper takes panel 63/06 in No. 6 mining area of Dongtan coal mine as the research background, through geological survey, laboratory test, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, on-site microseismic monitoring, the seismic evolution law and its mechanical mechanism, etc., and the conclusions are as follows: (1) there are three sets of key layer groups between the surface of the panel 63/06 and the coal seam, among which there is a large amount of energy in the thick Jurassic red layer and the lower key layer, which provides an energy basis for the red-bed to break and generate strong mine tremors; (2) on the plane, most of the strong tremors occurred in front of the mining position of the working face and tended to transfer to the side of the gob, and longitudinal, high-energy mine tremors are mainly distributed in high-level red sandstone; (3) the release location of high-energy mining earthquakes does not match the location of microseismic accumulation, indicating that there is no elastic energy accumulation in the lower surrounding rock before the strong mining earthquake occurs, and it highlights the characteristics of structural occlusal instability rather than energy abrupt instability in the rupture of the red and thick sandstone; and (4) the Dongtan red-bed type strong mine tremors have a large focal rupture radius, a long rupture duration, a small corner frequency, and a weak initial P wave, and the characteristics of low stress drop and no catastrophic nature indicate that the thick and low-strength red-bed is prone to large-scale fractures, which should belong to the structural instability type mine shock dominated by tensile fracture. Objective. The aim of the study is to explore the effects and mechanisms of action of Ziyin Qianyang Formula (ZYQYF) on renal fibrosis in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs). Methods. Forty SHRs were randomly divided into a model group, Ziyin Qianyang Formula regular-dose and high-dose groups (ZYQYF-R, 20 g/kg; ZYQYF-H, 40 g/kg), and a western medicine group (enalapril 10 mg/kg), and 10 Sprague-Dawley rats were selected as the normal group. The rats received continuous gavage administration for 6 weeks and systolic blood pressure (SBP) measurements were obtained every fortnight. The serum levels of urea, serum creatinine (sCr), and uric acid (UA) were measured; the pathological morphology and collagen content of the kidneys were observed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) and Masson staining; and the serum Ang II level was measured by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1, Smad-2, Smad-3, and Smad-7 protein and mRNA expressions in kidney tissues was evaluated by western blotting and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. Results. The ZYQYF-H group showed significantly a lower renal weight and renal weight/body weight than the model group. The enalapril and ZYQYF-H groups showed significantly lower SBP than other groups after 6 weeks of administration. The ZYQYF-H group showed better improvement than the ZYQYF-R and enalapril groups in glomerular and tubular morphology and better reductions in inflammatory cell infiltration and collagen volumetric fraction. The ZYQYF-H group also showed better reductions in serum UA and Ang II levels; collagen-I, collagen-III, and p-Smad2/Smad-2 protein expression; and Smad-2 mRNA expression and a better increase in Smad-7 protein and mRNA expression than the enalapril group. Besides, the degree of renal function and fibrosis improvement was positively correlated with the dose of ZYQYF. Conclusion. ZYQYF can significantly reduce SHR blood pressure, protect renal function and structure, and improve renal fibrosis by regulating Smad proteins through TGF-β1. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background. Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) is the second most common liver malignancy after hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), with a dismal prognosis and high heterogeneity. The oncological advantages of anatomical resection (AR) and nonanatomical resection (NAR) in HCC have been studied, but surgical strategies for ICC remain controversial with insufficient investigations. Materials and Methods. From Jan 2013 to Dec 2016, 3880 consecutive patients were retrospectively reviewed from a single center. Patients with ICC undergoing AR or NAR have been enrolled according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Propensity score matching (PSM) analysis was performed between two groups with a 1 : 1 ratio. The primary endpoint was overall survival (OS), and the secondary endpoints included disease-free survival (DFS), intraoperative patterns, postoperative morbidity, mortality, complications and recurrence. A prognostic nomogram was developed by a multivariate Cox proportion hazard model. Results. After PSM, 99 paired cases were selected from 276 patients enrolled in this study. Patients in the AR group achieved better 1-, 3-, and 5-year OS (70%, 46%, and 34%, respectively) and DFS (61%, 21%, and 10%, respectively) than patients in the NAR group with statistical significance after PSM analysis. The postoperative complications and recurrence patterns were comparable between the two groups. Multivariate analysis identified NAR, tumor size >5 cm, multiple tumors, and poor differentiation as independent risk factors for OS (p < 0.05). Selected patients can benefit most from AR, according to subgroup analysis. A prognostic nomogram based on six independent risk factors for OS and factors with clinical significance was constructed to predict OS in ICC patients. Conclusion. AR improved the long-term survival of ICC with comparable postoperative complications and similar recurrence patterns. AR is suggested in ICC patients with sufficient remnant liver volume. In order to solve the problem that postgraduates are affected by the traditional concept of career choice of the native family and their entrepreneurial intention is obviously low, a method to explore the entrepreneurial spirit training model of medical students in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei colleges and universities from the perspective of mixed big data is proposed. This article chooses to conduct research by conducting a survey on the entrepreneurial willingness of postgraduates in universities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and its influencing factors. From the perspective of master students from five universities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the selection of personal background information, entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, and entrepreneurship education index factors establish the index system of the influencing factors of graduate students' entrepreneurial intention and use the TPB theoretical model and SPSS data statistics and other tools to analyze the obtained data results. The results show that gender, major, place of origin, part-time experience, and entrepreneurial experience of relatives and friends correspond to 0.000, 0.000, 0.482, 0.172, 0.003, and 0.004, respectively. It can be seen that the independent variables, major and place of origin, have no statistical significance. In the statistics of college students' willingness to start a business, 23.33% of the students said "nothing at all," and 27.8% of the students said "thought, but would not start a business." It can be seen that entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control all positively affect entrepreneurial willingness, and only learning ability, opportunity grasping ability, self-recognition ability, and decisiveness have a significant effect on entrepreneurial willingness. Uniaxial compression tests were performed on coal specimens with five fissure angles to study the mechanical behaviors and acoustic emission (AE) characteristics of fractured coals. AE and video monitoring techniques were used to examine crack propagation in the fractured specimens. The stress–strain curves, mechanical properties, and cracking processes at different fissure angles were analysed. The AE counts and dominant frequency characteristics, during the failure processes of the specimens, were investigated. In addition, five types of AE signals were classified according to the AE spectral frequency analysis, and low-frequency–high-energy signals were used to accurately predict the brittle fracture processes of the fractured specimens. Finally, a comparison with sandstone specimens revealed the influence of primary cracks on the strength of brittle coal specimens containing preexisting fissures under uniaxial compression. Background. Increasing evidence has shown that necroptosis has enormous significance in the generation and deterioration of cancer, and miRNA molecular markers involved in necroptosis in low-grade gliomas (LGGs) have not been thoroughly reported. Methods. Using the miRNA data of 512 samples from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), 689 miRNAs from LGG samples were split into high immunity score and low immunity score groups for analysis. The differential miRNAs related to necroptosis were analyzed by univariate Cox regression analysis. On the basis of the outcome of univariate Cox regression analysis, miRNAs with significant differences were selected to construct a multivariate Cox regression model and calculate the risk score. Then, we evaluated whether the risk score could be used as an unaided prognostic factor. Results. Overall, six differential miRNAs were identified (hsa-miR-148a-3p, hsa-miR-141-3p, hsa-miR-223-3p, hsa-miR-7-5p, hsa-miR-500a-3p, and hsa-miR-200a-5p). Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses were performed, and the c index was 0.71. Then, by mixing the risk score with clinicopathological factors, univariate Cox regression (HR: 2.7146, 95% CI: 1.8402−4.0044, P < 0.0001) and multivariate Cox regression analyses (HR: 2.3280, 95% CI: 1.5692−3.4536, P < 0.001) were performed. The data suggested that the risk score is an unaided prognostic indicator, which is markedly related with the overall survival time of LGG sufferers. Thus, a lower risk score is correlated with better prediction of LGG. Conclusion. In order to achieve the ultimate goal of improving the living conditions of patients, we established prognostic risk model using 6 miRNAs related to necroptosis, which has the ability to predict the prognosis of LGG. The reservoir evaluation and classification are restrained by the progress of research on the pore structure and fluid occurrence in dolomite intercrystalline pores of the Paleogene lacustrine carbonate rock in the western Qaidam Basin. The experimental method adopted to investigate the fluid occurrence of the lacustrine carbonate rock in the study area can be used as a reference for studying tight reservoirs. By integrating technical approaches such as the thin-section petrographic analysis, SEM, electron probe, mercury injection test, and NMR test, this research studies the petrology, pore type and distribution, and pore structure of the reservoir. Moreover, the pore fluid distribution and threshold pore throat radius for the distribution of movable fluids are investigated by integrating the centrifuging treatment and NMR characterization. Results show that pores of samples in the study area are dolomite intercrystalline pores, intercrystalline dissolved pores, framework dissolved pores of algal limestone (dolostone), dissolved pores of saline minerals, and interlayer fractures, among which dolomite intercrystalline pores and intercrystalline dissolved pores are found with the highest proportions (60%). The dolomite intercrystalline pores and intercrystalline dissolved pores are nano-micropore throats with a narrow distribution. Their capillary pressure curve is characterized by a high plateau and negative skewness, while the NMR relaxation time spectrum is left-skewed and presents higher bond water saturation (over 65%). For intercrystalline pores and intercrystalline dissolved pores, the main storage space for movable fluids is provided by small and medium pores (corresponding to the NMR relaxation time of 1–10 ms and 10–100 ms, respectively), and the experimentally determined threshold pore throat radius for movable fluids is 47 nm. The reservoir is hydrophilic and therefore movable fluids mainly occur in the centers of pores. The samples with higher proportions of coarse pores and pore connectivity are associated with higher proportions of movable fluids. Our analysis shows the dolomite intercrystalline pore has a certain storage capacity and yet inferior connectivity; the proportion of movable fluids that can effectively flow is key to evaluating the effectiveness of reservoirs with dolomite intercrystalline pores. Simulink is a well-known block diagram-based tool for modular design and multidomain simulation of Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS). However, the simulation by Simulink cannot completely cover the state space or behavior of a target system, which would not ensure the correctness of the developed block diagrams in Simulink. In this work, we present a contract-based method, which supports compositional reasoning and refinement, for proving the correctness of Simulink block diagrams with discrete-time and continuous-time dynamic behavior. We use the assume-guarantee contract as a specification language. The Simulink block diagrams are correct in the sense that if the block diagrams satisfy the formal specifications of the system being modeled. To prove the correctness of a block diagram, we first define semantics for Simulink block diagrams. We study three composition operators, i.e., serial, parallel, and algebraic loop-free feedback with multistep delays. We present a satisfaction relation between the block diagram and contract and present a refinement relation between the contracts. We prove that if the Simulink block diagram satisfies the composition contract and the composition contract refines the system specifications, the block diagram is correct relative to the system specifications. Furthermore, we demonstrate the effectiveness of our method via a real-world case study originating from the control system of a reservoir. Lipid oxidation products can affect the molecular structure and digestibility of peanut protein isolates. Lipid‐oxidizing systems (LOS) is a simulation system which uses oxygen‐free radicals generated by the reaction of linoleic acid and lipoxygenase as oxidants.The simulation system was established to mediate oxidation of arachin or conarachin. Degree of oxidation (DOX) of peanut protein isolates (PPIs) was measured as quantity of LA to generate LOS. This study analyzed the effect of lipid oxidation‐derived free radicals on the molecular structure and digestive properties of arachin and conarachin and observed substantial changes in carbonyl content, total sulfhydryl content, and number of disulfide bonds as quantities of LA increased, thus indicating significant oxidation of two proteins. Further, it was found that arachin was more stable than conarachin in a LOX‐catalyzed oxidizing system. When the amount of LA was 3 and 5 ml, the maximum surface hydrophobic characteristic values of arachin and conarachin reached the maximum, which were 235 ± 10 and 349 ± 13, respectively. This study laid a theoretical foundation for the application of peanut protein in food products. This article investigates the causal effect between the stock market and the real economy. Based on the data of China's A-share market from 1998 to 2017, this article uses the fixed-effect model and other methods to find the causal effect from the perspective of the impact of illiquidity at the individual stock level on enterprise investment decision-making. Empirical results show that stock illiquidity significantly decreases enterprise investment. Information asymmetry is one of the important channels between the stock market and the real economy. The financial constraints and agency conflicts caused by information asymmetry significantly affect the causal effect. Macroeconomic policies to alleviate market information asymmetry can effectively act on the real economy through the stock market. From the microperspective of studying the causal effect, this study controls the time effect and individual effect and further explores the influence mechanism between the stock market and the real economy. In the Uxin Banner area of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, mines that have experienced rock bursts have all been affected by the presence of confined water in the roof strata. Strong mine pressure appears in the working face with about 30 m wide coal pillar in this area, and the research and practice of prevention and control of rock burst by small coal pillar are carried out. Mining-related events linked to the preservation of small coal pillars in the 2-2 coal seam of this region, and studies of the phenomenon, have shown that head-on rock bursts occur during gob-side roadway driving at the edge of the drained area, making it necessary to identify the sources of pressure triggering the events, to determine the related threshold criteria, and to identify methods to reduce the occurrence and magnitude of the rock burst events. This study used the gob-side entry driving in the drained area of the 2202 auxiliary haulage roadway of a mine as a case study. The paper built a structural and computational model for overburdens (including the drained stratum) before mining disturbance, based on the theory for a continuously distributed Winkler elastic foundation. The models used and developed in our study were used to identify, quantify, and describe the changes to stress and the transfer of stress during the drainage process. On the basis of the effects of drainage stress induced by the gob-side entry driving, we outlined a method for ranking the level of rock burst hazard associated with the areas in and adjacent to the drained area. The level of rock burst hazard associated with the entry driving could be arranged in descending order as follows: parallel boundary > vertical boundary > undrained area > drained area. Stress threshold criteria for head-on ejection were also proposed in the paper, namely, (1) the occurrence (or not) of coal ejection during loading and (2) the critical stress for the occurrence of ejection. Field monitoring indicated that microseismic events and energy are mainly concentrated in the driving region parallel to the boundary of the drained area. For the case of ultralow surface separation, in a hydrodynamic wedge-platform thrust slider bearing, the outlet zone and a portion of the inlet zone are in boundary lubrication, while most of the inlet zone is in the multiscale lubrication contributed by both the adsorbed boundary layer and the intermediate continuum fluid film. The present paper first presents the mathematical derivations for the generated pressure and carried load of this bearing based on the governing equation for boundary lubrication and the multiscale flow equation. Then, the full numerical calculation is carried out to verify the analytical derivations. It was found that the mathematical derivations normally have considerable errors when calculating the hydrodynamic pressure distribution in the bearing, owing to introducing the equivalent parameter λ bf , e which is constant in the inlet zone; however they can be used to calculate the carried load of the bearing when the surface separation in the outlet zone is sufficiently high. The study suggests the necessity of the numerical calculation of the hydrodynamic pressure and even the carried load of this bearing. It is also shown that owing to the fluid-bearing surface interaction, the pressure and carried load of this bearing are significantly greater than those calculated from the classical hydrodynamic theory. Purpose. Abnormal methylation of Grainyhead-like 2 (GRHL2) is associated with a substantial role in the malignant phenotype of tumor patients. Our present research is aimed at studying the abnormal expression of GRHL2 and the association of methylation in patients with acute leukemia and its relationship with prognosis. Materials and Methods. We used quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) for detecting the aberrant expression level of GRHL2 in 60 patients with acute leukemia and 60 normal controls. We analyzed the significant correlation between the expression level of GRHL2 with clinicopathological features and patients' prognosis in acute leukemia using the corresponding statistical methods. Secondly, we employed qRT-PCR and Western blotting to detect the mRNA and protein levels of GRHL2 in leukemia cell lines. Next, we used methylation-specific polymerase chain reaction (MSP) technology for detecting the methylation of GRHL2 in clinical samples with acute leukemia and cell lines. Then we investigated the demethylating effect of arsenic trioxide and 5-azacitidine on the mRNA and protein expression levels of GRHL2 in cell lines of acute leukemia. Finally, we studied the effects of arsenide trioxide and 5-azacitidine on the proliferation of leukemia cells and the TGF-β signaling pathway. Results. We found a lower level of GRHL2 expression not only in acute leukemia patients but also in cell lines when compared with normal controls. At the same time, the expression level of GRHL2 in patients with acute leukemia was significantly correlated with leukocyte count, platelet count, and cytogenetic risk grouping. In addition, the lower GRHL2 expression group showed a significantly lower overall survival rate in acute leukemia patients than that of patients with a higher GRHL2 expression group. Univariate and multivariate analyses revealed that the expression of GRHL2 is an independent risk factor in acute leukemia patients. The methylation level of the GRHL2 promoter region in acute leukemia patients and cell lines was significantly higher than the normal control group, and we found the elevated mRNA and protein levels of GRHL2 in acute leukemia cell lines after the use of the demethylation drug arsenic trioxide and 5-azacitidine. At the same time, arsenide trioxide and 5-azacitidine are associated with the inhibition of cellular proliferation of acute leukemia cells and also promote the elevated expression of TGF-β signaling pathway-linked proteins, including TGF-β, Smad2, Smad3, and Smad4. Increased expression and methylation level of GRHL2 are closely associated with the prognosis and malignant phenotype of acute leukemia patients and play an irreplaceable role in the occurrence and development of patients with acute leukemia. The accuracy of conventional two-step location methods is insufficient since the information loss problem in the parameter matching procedure. In this paper, we propose a Reduced Dimension Direct Position Determination with Capon (RD-DPD-Capon) algorithm. By introducing the idea of dimension reduction, the proposed algorithm avoids grid search along with the attenuation coefficient domain. Therefore, the RD-DPD-Capon algorithm has relatively low computational complexity. Meanwhile, the proposed algorithm inherits the high resolution and localization accuracy of the DPD-Capon algorithm. Landslide susceptibility prediction (LSP) is the key technology in landslide monitoring, warning, and evaluation. In recent years, a lot of research on LSP has focused on machine learning algorithms, and the ensemble learning algorithm is a new direction to build the optimal prediction. Logistic model tree (LMT) combines the advantages of decision tree and logistic regression, which is smaller and more robust than ordinary algorithms. The main aim of this study is to construct and test LMT-based random forest (RF) and selected ensemble learning algorithms including bagging and boosting algorithms to compare their performance. Firstly, taking the county of Ziyang, China, as the study area, through historical reports, aerial-photo interpretations, and field investigations, 690 inventory maps of landslide locations were constructed and randomly divided into the 70/30 ratio for a training and validation dataset. Secondly, considering geological conditions, and landslide-induced disease and its characteristics, 14 landslide-conditioning factors was selected. Thirdly, the variance-inflation factor (VIF) and tolerance (TOL) were used to analyze the 14 factors, and the prediction ability was calculated with information-gain technology. Ultimately, the receiver-operating-characteristic (ROC) curve was applied to verify and compare model performance. Results showed that the LMT-RF model (0.897) was superior to other models, and the performance of LMT single model (0.791) was the worst. Therefore, it can be inferred that the LMT-RF model is a promising model, and the outcome of this study will be useful to planners and scientists in landslide sensitivity studies in similar situations. Objectives. Kaixinsan (KXS), a traditional Chinese medicine formula, has been demonstrated to be effective in the treatment of depression. The present study applied a network pharmacology approach to dig out the new targets and mechanism of action of KXS and the active compounds in the treatment of depression. Methods. A network pharmacology approach based on public databases including ADME (absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion) evaluation, targets prediction, construction of networks, and molecule docking was used and validated the predicted new antioxidant targets and mechanisms in vitro. Based on an in vitro experiment, we verified the AKT1/Nrf2 pathway related to the thioredoxin (Trx) antioxidant mechanism. Results. The present study sorted 31 pharmacologically active components (kaempferol, ginsenoside rh2, ginsenoside rh4, stigmasterol, etc.) through the ADME algorithm from KXS. 136 potential molecular targets (AKT1, TNF, IL-1b, JUN, ESR1, NOS3, etc.) were predicted, of which there were 69 targets clearly related to depression. By compound-depression targets (C-DTs) network constructed, and protein-protein interaction networks (PPI) and KEGG pathway enrichment analyzed, we identified active compounds mediating depression-related targets to exert synergism on the predictive AKT1/Nrf2 pathway related to thioredoxin (Trx) antioxidant mechanism and other inflammation-related signaling pathways as well as neurotransmitter related signaling pathways. In the H2O2 induced SH-SY5Y cell damage model, this showed kaempferol and ginsenoside rh2 could enhance the activity of the Trx system by upregulation of AKT1 to activate Nrf2 in vitro. Conclusions. Taken together, by comprehensive systems pharmacology approach analysis, we found that KXS and its active compounds might exhibit antioxidant effects by stimulating the AKT1/Nrf2 pathway in the treatment of depression, which might shed new light on innovative therapeutic tactics for the new aspects for depression in traditional Chinese medicine in future studies. Aiming at the problems of time-consuming and low accuracy in the existing state evaluation methods of distribution equipment, a state evaluation method of distribution equipment based on health index in big data environment is proposed. Firstly, in order to optimize the time-consuming of big data analysis on large-scale and distributed clusters, a distribution equipment condition monitoring data platform in big data environment is designed, and a hive based relational online analysis method (ROLAP) is proposed. Secondly, the health index (HI) is introduced as the evaluation index to evaluate the health status of distribution equipment. According to the different influence degree of different fault factors on the equipment status, a comprehensive multifactor fault rate correction model is obtained, and the method based on success flow is used to solve the model to improve the accuracy of state evaluation. Finally, experiments show that when the data volume of distribution equipment is 60 GB, the time of the proposed method is only 30.0 s, which is far lower than 73.6 s and 82.5 s of the comparison method. The evaluation accuracy of the proposed method is 95.1%, while the evaluation accuracy of the comparison method is only 82.4% and 73.1%, respectively. The field monitoring data showed that the fracture of high-position thick and hard roof (THR) was the main reason for the frequent occurrence of high-energy mine earthquake events (magnitude > 2.0) in the no. 6 mining district of Dongtan coal mine. In order to study the fracture characteristics of high-level THR and seek a reasonable and effective control method, taking the 63up06 working face as the engineering background, the FLAC model was built to simulate the strata movement law before and after fracturing. The simulation results showed that the THR first breaking span was 340 m, the tensile failure runs through the whole THR, and the subsidence increased rapidly when THR reached the first breaking span. The THR breakage is related to the continuous upward transfer of horizontal compressive stress, which results in the concentration of horizontal compressive stress in THR. After ground fracturing, the first breaking span of THR decreased, and different fracturing positions have a great impact on the THR fracture form. When the fracturing position is close to the center of the first breaking span, there is no large cantilever breaking form in the THR, the THR breaks on both sides of the top and sinks along the hydraulic fracture in the middle, and the collapse degree is relatively uniform. Then, the fracturing test was carried out in the 63up06 working face, the results showed that during the first 400 m of the 63up06 working face mining after fracturing, 702 microseismic events occurred in total, including 12 high-energy vibration events which include 4 mine earthquakes of magnitude 2.0 and 8 mine earthquakes of magnitude 1.0-2.0. The sugarcane plantations in China occupy large areas of undulated terrain. During the operation of a sugarcane harvester, the operator's vision is severely obstructed, and the height of the cutter needs to be adjusted frequently, resulting in low sugarcane harvesting efficiency and difficulty in ensuring harvesting quality. However, the current diversified non-contact methods are unable to distinguish or penetrate the interference well to provide feedback regarding the change in terrain height. Based on the proposed contact sensing method, a contact terrain sensing device is designed for application to the sugarcane harvester, and the orthogonal test is carried out with the standard orthogonal table L9(34) to study the influence of the working parameters of the device on the terrain height sensing performance. Through the analysis of the working principle of the device, three factors (moving speed, rotational torque, and preload) are tested in three levels, and index systems of the Fréchet distance and residual standard deviation are proposed. The range and variance analysis methods are used to statistically analyze the test results to determine the primary and secondary orders of operation parameters. Then, the regression model was obtained by regression analysis on the influencing factors. After analysis, the influences of moving speed and rotating torque were found to be the most significant, and the influence of preload was the smallest. The results show that the average relative errors between the experimental values and predicted model values of the Fréchet distance and residual standard deviation were 3.46% and 2.48%. According to the practical applications of the sugarcane harvester and the data of the two indexes, the optimal value ranges of moving speed (km/h) and rotating torque (Nm) are determined as (1.57, 1.75) and (0.73, 0.86), respectively, which provide a certain reference for the subsequent application of the terrain sensing device to sugarcane harvesters. An endogenous banking system is proposed based on dynamic mechanisms of interbank loans and investment strategies to explore the behavioral incentives of diversification and its effects on systemic risk. The results highlight the advantages of different diversification strategies for different environments in preventing contagions of systemic risk. The evidence from the interbank market shows that big banks are more crucial for systemic risk prevention, and the intermediate scale of big banks is optimal for a stable banking system. As for the investment market, evidence shows that regulatory intervention should pay attention to the appropriate risk attitude for individual banks to promote systemic stability. These results provide a perspective of behavioral supervision for preventing contagions of systemic risk and indicate some reference for promoting the systemic stability of the banking system. Industrial control systems (ICSs) are closely related to human life. In recent years, many ICSs have been connected to the Internet rather than being physically isolated, which has improved business efficiency while also increasing the risks of being attacked. The security issues of ICSs have gotten a lot of interest in the research community because attack events that aim at ICSs can cause catastrophic damage. An intrusion detection system (IDS) serves as an important tool for providing protection. Many IDS studies using machine learning and deep learning have been proposed. However, high-dimensional data may cause overfitting, resulting in inferior performance. To improve the classification performance, we suggest a dimension reduction technique based on the supervised autoencoder (SupervisedAE) and principal components analysis (PCA) in this study. To obtain more discriminative latent representations, compared with the conventional autoencoder, the SupervisedAE absorbs the label information during the training process. In this way, the improved autoencoder model is trained with reconstruction error and classification error simultaneously. Based on the latent representations extracted from the SupervisedAE, we add the PCA algorithm. The additional PCA algorithm reduces the dimension of features further. We conduct a series of experiments utilizing the suggested technique on a public power system data set to evaluate the performance. Compared with various dimension reduction methods, including autoencoder variants, the technique proposed in this study shows higher performance. The extraction and construction of the knowledge graph related to the entity of ancient poems are helpful to excavate the connection between ancient poems, and it is of great significance to inherit the traditional Chinese culture. This paper proposes an Albert-BiLSTM-MHA-CRF model for entity extraction in ancient poems. Based on the BiLSTM-CRF model, the author introduces the Albert pretraining model and the multihead self-attention mechanism to extract character vectors and enhance the generalization ability of word embedding vectors and the potential semantics between characters of the model, depending on weight and other feature extraction capabilities. The experiment is carried out in the corpus of ancient poetry, and the model is compared with Bert-BiLSTM-CRF, BiLSTM-CRF, and CRF model. Objective. To evaluate the effects of different delivery modes on pelvic floor function in parturients 6–8 weeks after delivery using transperineal four-dimensional ultrasound. Methods. Pelvic floor function 6–8 weeks after delivery in 40 vaginal delivery parturients between November 2018 and December 2020 was assessed by four-dimensional ultrasound, with 40 selective cesarean section delivery parturients as a control group. The imaging results of the two groups were compared. Results. The levels of clinical indexes such as UVJ-M, A r , A v , θ, D r , D v , and ARJ-VDv in the selective cesarean section group were significantly lower than those in the vaginal delivery group 6–8 weeks after delivery (P < 0.05). However, no significant difference in CV-VD was observed under Valsalva action and at rest between the two groups (P > 0.05). No significant difference in ARJ-VD was found at rest between the two groups (P > 0.05). The incidence of pelvic organ prolapse in the selective cesarean section group (40.0%) was significantly lower than that in the vaginal delivery group (62.5%) (P < 0.05). No significant difference in the parameters of pelvic diaphragm hiatus at rest was observed between the two groups (P > 0.05). The parameters of pelvic diaphragm hiatus under maximum Valsalva action in the vaginal delivery group were significantly higher than those in the selective cesarean section group (P < 0.05). Whether the patient was complicated with diabetes had no significant effect on the functional injury of pelvic floor muscle (P > 0.05). Conclusion. The pelvic floor function 6–8 weeks after delivery was significantly more affected in vaginal delivery than in selective cesarean section. Purpose. To evaluate the outcomes of femtosecond laser, modified capsular tension ring, and iris hook-assisted surgical treatment of lens subluxation in patients with elevated intraocular pressure (IOP). Methods. Fifteen patients with lens subluxation and elevated IOP were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent femtosecond-laser-assisted cataract surgery/phacoemulsification/intraocular lens implantation/modified capsular tension ring (MCTR) implantation with iris hook assistance. Uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA), best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), IOP, number of glaucoma medication complications, endothelial cell density (ECD), and tilt of the lens were recorded before and after surgery. All patients were observed for 24 months postoperatively. Results. UCVA and BCVA increased significantly at 1 month, 6 months, 12 months, and 24 months, compared with preoperative UCVA and BCVA (P < 0.001). IOP significantly decreased at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and 24 months, compared with preoperative IOP (P < 0.001). 3 patients received glaucoma medications to control IOP after surgery. All medications were discontinued at 3 months postoperatively. Conjunctival redness or hemorrhage was observed in 11 patients (73.3%); transient corneal edema was observed in 3 patients (20.0%); and posterior capsule opacification occurred in 1 patient (6.67%). The ECD and tilt of the lens are within an acceptable range. Conclusion. A route choice prediction model is proposed considering the connected vehicle guidance characteristics. This model is proposed to prevent the delay in the release of guidance information and route planning due to inaccurate timing predictions of the traditional guidance systems. Based on the analysis of the impact of different connected vehicle (CV) guidance strategies on traffic flow, an indexes system for CV guidance characteristics is presented. Selecting five characteristic indexes, a route choice prediction model is designed using the logistic model. A simulation scenario is established by programming different agents for controlling the flow of vehicles and for information acquisition and transmission. The prediction model is validated using the simulation scenario, and the simulation results indicate that the characteristic indexes have a significant influence on the probability of choosing a particular route. The average root mean square error (RMSE) of the prediction model is 3.19%, which indicates that the calibration model shows a good prediction performance. Travel time reliability (TTR) is one of the important indexes for effectively evaluating the performance of road network, and TTR can effectively be improved using the real-time traffic guidance information. Compared with traditional traffic guidance, connected vehicle (CV) guidance can provide travelers with more timely and accurate travel information, which can further improve the travel efficiency of road network. Five CV characteristics indexes are selected as explanatory variables including the Congestion Level (CL), Penetration Rate (PR), Compliance Rate (CR), release Delay Time (DT), and Following Rate (FR). Based on the five explanatory variables, a TTR model is proposed using the multilogistic regression method, and the prediction accuracy and the impact of characteristics indexes on TTR are analyzed using a CV guidance scenario. The simulation results indicate that 80% of the RMSE is concentrated within the interval of 0 to 0.0412. The correlation analysis of characteristics indexes shows that the influence of CL, PR, CR, and DT on the TTR is significant. With the development of modern society, the demand for indoor positioning technology is higher and higher. The existing indoor positioning technology is difficult to really solve the problem of accuracy and achieve high-performance indoor positioning system design. Based on iBeacon equipment, this paper proposes a method to optimize received signal strength indication indoor positioning algorithm by using the Gaussian filtering method so as to reduce the adverse impact of multipath fading in indoor environment. In order to further improve the accuracy of indoor positioning algorithm, the stack automatic encoder in the deep neural network algorithm is introduced. Through the deep learning method, the high-dimensional information of the fingerprint database collected by the system can be extracted and the adverse impact of data noise on the database is also reduced. Through the simulation test of the system, it can be seen that the error of received signal strength indication indoor positioning algorithm based on extended Gaussian filter is small. Reinforcement learning is a prominent computational approach for goal-directed learning and decision making, and exploration plays an important role in improving the agent's performance in reinforcement learning. In low-dimensional Markov decision processes, table reinforcement learning incorporated within count-based exploration works well for states of the Markov decision processes that can be easily exhausted. It is generally accepted that count-based exploration strategies turn inefficient when applied to high-dimensional Markov decision processes (generally high-dimensional state spaces, continuous action spaces, or both) since most states occur only once in deep reinforcement learning. Exploration methods widely applied in deep reinforcement learning rely on heuristic intrinsic motivation to explore unseen states or unreached parts of one state. The episodic memory module simulates the performance of hippocampus in human brain. This is exactly the memory of past experience. It seems logical to use episodic memory to count the situations encountered. Therefore, we use the contextual memory module to remember the states that the agent has encountered, as a count of states, and the purpose of exploration is to reduce the probability of encountering these states again. The purpose of exploration is to counter the episodic memory. In this article, we try to take advantage of the episodic memory module to estimate the number of states experienced, so as to counter the episodic memory. We conducted experiments on the OpenAI platform and found that counting accuracy of state is higher than that of the CTS model. To prepare high-permittivity composite materials for dielectrically functional gradient materials (d-FGMs) by the stereolithographic 3D-printing technique, three ceramic powders (i.e., alumina, barium titanate, and strontium titanate) are selected as functional fillers for a UV-curable resin matrix. The viscosity and UV curing depth of the uncured slurry are tested for feasibility of 3D printing. Comprehensive electrical properties, including volume resistivity, permittivity, dielectric loss, and breakdown strength of the cured composites are measured. The effects of the filler types, morphologies, particle sizes, and volume fractions on the UV curing characteristics of the slurry and dielectric properties of cured composites are systematically analyzed. The experimental results show that spherical fillers with large particle sizes, smooth surfaces, and high permittivity are conducive for reducing the slurry viscosity, increasing curing depth and adjusting the composite's permittivity over a wide range. We believe that the proposed strategy for material system establishment can improve the 3D printability of high-permittivity composites and promote other applications of the d-FGMs by the stereolithography technique. In the present research, industrial wastes, e.g., fly ash (FA), lithium slag (LS), ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS), and red mud (RM) were utilized to prepare the magnesium phosphate cement (MPC)-based grouting material by a two-component grouting method. Successive additions of GGBS within 40% (C1–C5) led to reduced fluidity, increased pH value, and shortened setting time. The compressive strength increased first and then decreased. The strength value reached the maximum at a 20% dosage (C3). Increasing the content of RM from 0% (C4) to 25% (C9) resulted in prolonged setting time and an increased pH value. The fluidity and compressive strength increased first and then decreased. The fluidity and strength value became the highest at a 15% additive ratio (C7). GGBS can significantly improve the strength and water resistance at 7 days and 28 days by the potential hydraulic property. RM has a smaller particle size than MP, making the microstructure denser by the pore-filling effect. Thus, the drying shrinkage was increased after adding GGBS, while it was decreased when incorporating RM. The MPC-based grouting material has a controllable short setting of 3–21 min, self-leveling fluidity above 200 mm, a near-neutral pH value, high early strength (1 day compressive strength of 5 MPa), minor drying shrinkage (one-tenth of OPC), and excellent water resistance (over 85%), which is much superior to traditional grouting materials. Doxorubicin (DOX) has been widely recognized as effective in anticancer therapy; however, the additional organ toxicity and low targeting of DOX in antitumor activity remains unaddressed. The aim of this study was to use the drug carrier dextran/polylactic acid (DEX/PLA) and paramagnetic Fe3O4 to improve the targeting of DOX in liver cancer treatment while reducing its potential organ toxicity. Our experimental results show that the combination drug (Fe3O4@DEX/PLA-DOX) exhibits strong hepatocarcinogenic inhibition and low cytotoxicity and that this modified drug provides a better option for clinical liver cancer treatment. Background. As a chronic inflammatory disease, rheumatoid arthritis (RA) usually leads to cartilage and bone damage, even disability. Earlier detection and diagnosis are crucial to improve the therapeutic efficacy, and the aim of our study is to identify a potential diagnostic signature for RA. Methods. We downloaded the GSE124373 dataset from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. And differential expression analysis of miRNAs was conducted using the limma package of R language. The potential targeted mRNAs of differentially expressed miRNAs were predicted using the MiRTarBase database. The clusterProfiler package in R language was used to conduct functional enrichment analysis (GO term and KEGG pathway). Then, based on the key miRNAs screened by stepwise regression analysis, the logistic regression model was built and it was evaluated using a 5-fold cross-validation method. Results. A total of 19 differentially expressed miRNAs in the blood sample of RA patients compared with that of healthy subjects were identified. Nine optimal miRNAs were screened by using stepwise regression analysis, and four key miRNAs hsa-miR-142-5p, hsa-miR-1184, hsa-miR-1246, and hsa-miR-99b-5p were further optimized. Finally, a logistic regression model was built based on the four key miRNAs, which could reliably separate RA patients from healthy subjects. Conclusion.
