This paper firstly explores the method and monitoring process of coal SPC production quality monitoring based on IOT technology and simulates different control chart patterns using the Monte Carlo method. Then a control chart pattern recognition model based on PCA-PSO-SVM is established to downscale the collected data using the PCA method and quickly discriminate whether the control chart is abnormal or not based on the OC-SVM algorithm. By identifying abnormal control chart patterns, real-time monitoring of the coal production process is realized. Finally, comparative analysis and fault source analysis are conducted to verify the sensitivity and effectiveness of the monitoring method in this paper. The difference in methane concentration between the experimental group and the comparison group is less than 10ppm, CO concentration is less than 5ppm, and dust concentration is less than 0.05mg/m3. It shows that the method of this paper is very effective for coal production monitoring.

Background: Artemisinin (ART) analogs, such as dihydroartemisinin, arteether, artemether, and artesunate, all featuring an endoperoxide bridge, have demonstrated efficacy against schistosomiasis. Artemisitene (ATT), which contains an additional α, β-unsaturated carbonyl structure, has shown enhanced biological activities. This study aims to evaluate the anti-schistosomaiasis japonica activity of ATT and compare it with ART. Methods: We assessed liver inflammation and fibrosis in mice using hematoxylin and eosin staining and Sirius red staining, respectively. RNA sequencing analyzed transcriptomics in female and male Schistosoma japonicum (S. japonicum) adult worms and mice livers, with cytokine profiling and flow cytometry to study immune responses under ART or ATT treatment. Results: ATT exhibits a marked reduction in female S. japonicum adult worms and egg numbers, damaging the adult worms' surface. It also influences the transcription of genes related to cellular anatomical structures. Notably, ATT treatment resulted in significant reductions in liver granuloma size and collagen area, alongside lowering serum levels of glutamic pyruvic and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase more effectively than ART. Both ART and ATT markedly decreased neutrophil frequency in the liver and elevated eosinophil counts. However, only ATT treatment significantly reduced the M1/M2 and Th1/Th2 indices, indicating a pronounced shift in immune response profiles. ATT-affected host immunity correlated with the extent of liver fibrosis and the count of single males more strongly than ART. Control of phosphate capture and release is vital in environmental, biological, and pharmaceutical contexts. However, the binding of trivalent phosphate (PO43−) in water is exceptionally difficult due to its high hydration energy. Based on the anion coordination chemistry of phosphate, in this study, four charge‐neutral tripodal hexaurea receptors (L1–L4), which were equipped with morpholine and polyethylene glycol terminal groups to enhance their solubility in water, were synthesized to enable the pH‐triggered phosphate binding and release in aqueous solutions. Encouragingly, the receptors were found to bind PO43− anion in a 1 : 1 ratio via hydrogen bonds in 100 % water solutions, with L1 exhibiting the highest binding constant (1.2×103 M−1). These represent the first neutral anion ligands to bind phosphate in 100 % water and demonstrate the potential for phosphate capture and release in water through pH‐triggered mechanisms, mimicking native phosphate binding proteins. Furthermore, L1 can also bind multiple bioavailable phosphate species, which may serve as model systems for probing and modulating phosphate homeostasis in biological and biomedical researches. Based on the analysis of survey data of left-behind children in rural areas of Guizhou Province, this paper studies the happiness of left-behind children and explores its interaction and impact with Internet usage behavior and social support. This study uses a sample size of 336 to study the relationship between Internet use, social support and subjective well-being of left-behind children through descriptive statistical analysis. The findings show that economic status has a statistically significant impact on financial well-being, and that the impact of life satisfaction on well-being increases as satisfaction levels increase. However, the frequency and duration of Internet use did not have a significant impact on subjective well-being. On the contrary, research found that content preferences have a positive impact on social support and subjective well-being of left-behind children. Information-based network use can bring more social support, thus improving the life satisfaction of left-behind children. Finally, family support had a significant predictive effect on left-behind children's subjective well-being. Future research can further explore the complex relationship between left-behind children's Internet use, social support and subjective well-being, especially comparative studies in different regions and different cultural backgrounds, to comprehensively understand the formation mechanism of left-behind children's well-being. Background: Potentially modifiable risk factors for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) have been investigated in observational epidemiology studies in East Asian and European populations, whereas the causal associations of most of these risk factors remain unclear. Methods: We collected genome-wide association summary statistics of 22 modifiable risk factors in East Asians and 33 risk factors in Europeans. Genetic summary statistics of HCC were sourced from the Biobank Japan study (1,866 cases and 195,745 controls) for East Asians, and the deCODE genetics study (406 cases and 49,302 controls) and the UK Biobank (168 cases and 372 016 controls) for Europeans. Two-sample Mendelian randomization (MR) analyses were performed independently for East Asian and European populations. Results: In East Asians, genetically predicted alcohol frequency, ever drinkers, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), hypothyroidism, chronic hepatitis B, and chronic hepatitis C, metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), and autoimmune hepatitis were significantly associated with an increased HCC risk (P < 0.05/22). Among European population, alanine transaminase, AST, MASLD, percent liver fat, and liver iron content were significantly associated with a higher risk of HCC (P < 0.05/33). The replication dataset and meta-analysis further confirmed these results. Conclusions: Although East Asian and European populations have different factors for HCC, their common modifiable risk factors AST and MASLD for HCC, offer valuable insights for targeted intervention strategies to mitigate society burden of HCC. In order to solve the cold-starting problem and improve the intake and exhaust pipe temperatures of diesel engines under cold-starting and low- and medium-speed conditions, this paper proposes a twice-open control method for a hydraulic variable valve system. First, a hydraulic variable valve system that can realize a fully variable valve lift and phase angle is applied to replace the original intake system in order to meet the air intake requirements of different conditions. Then, a twice-open control method in which the intake valve opens two times at the exhaust stroke and intake stroke is proposed to improve the intake pipe temperature and solve the cold-starting problem. This paper contains a numerical work analysis. A GT-POWER model is constructed to validate the intake valve twice-open control method. The cylinder pressure, cylinder temperature, intake pipe pressure, and intake pipe temperature are obtained and compared between the original intake valve system and the hydraulic variable valve system with the proposed intake valve twice-open control method. The results show that the twice-open control method can increase the intake pipe temperature to 260 K or even higher, which can improve the cold-starting performance and the exhaust temperature at low and medium speeds. Background: Sepsis, an infection-triggered inflammatory syndrome, poses a global clinical challenge with limited therapeutic options. Our study is designed to identify potential diagnostic biomarkers of sepsis onset in critically ill patients by bioinformatics analysis. Methods: Gene expression profiles of GSE28750 and GSE74224 were obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. These datasets were merged, normalized and de-batched. Weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) was performed and the gene modules most associated with sepsis were identified as key modules. Functional enrichment analysis of the key module genes was then conducted. Moreover, differentially expressed gene (DEG) analysis was conducted by the "limma" R package. Protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was created using STRING and Cytoscape, and PPI hub genes were identified with the cytoHubba plugin. The PPI hub genes overlapping with the genes in key modules of WGCNA were determined to be the sepsis-related key genes. Subsequently, the key overlapping genes were validated in an external independent dataset and sepsis patients recruited in our hospital. In addition, CIBERSORT analysis evaluated immune cell infiltration and its correlation with key genes. Results: By WGCNA, the greenyellow module showed the highest positive correlation with sepsis (0.7, p = 2e − 19). 293 DEGs were identified in the merged datasets. The PPI network was created, and the CytoHubba was used to calculate the top 20 genes based on four algorithms (Degree, EPC, MCC, and MNC). Ultimately, LTF, LCN2, ELANE, MPO and CEACAM8 were identified as key overlapping genes as they appeared in the PPI hub genes and the key module genes of WGCNA. These sepsis-related key genes were validated in an independent external dataset (GSE131761) and sepsis patients recruited in our hospital. Additionally, the immune infiltration profiles differed significantly between sepsis and non-sepsis critical illness groups. Correlations between immune cells and these five key genes were assessed, revealing that plasma cells, macrophages M0, monocytes, T cells regulatory, eosinophils and NK cells resting were simultaneously and significantly associated with more than two key genes. Conclusion: This study suggests a critical role of LTF, LCN2, ELANE, MPO and CEACAM8 in sepsis and may provide potential diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets for the treatment of sepsis. Phosphates play a crucial role in drug design, but their negative charge and high polarity make the transmembrane transport of phosphate species challenging. This leads to poor bioavailability of phosphate drugs. Combretastatin-A4 phosphate (CA4P) is such an anticancer monoester phosphate compound, but its absorption and clinical applicability are greatly limited. Therefore, developing carrier systems to effectively deliver phosphate drugs like CA4P is essential. Anion receptors have been found to facilitate the transmembrane transport of anions through hydrogen bonding. In this study, we developed a tripodal hexaurea anion receptor (L1) capable of binding anionic CA4P through hydrogen bonding, with a binding constant larger than 104 M−1 in a DMSO/water mixed solvent. L1 demonstrated superior binding ability compared to other common anions, and exhibited negligible cell cytotoxicity, making it a promising candidate for future use as a carrier for drug delivery. Despite the contribution of livestreaming to the development of contemporary marketing, current livestreaming research still lacks a thorough understanding of the mechanism that drives consumer behavior, particularly in live tourism product marketing. Based on parasocial interaction and attachment theory, this study aims to investigate the mediation role of parasocial interaction between celebrity attachment, brand attitude, and immediate buying behavior in tourism product livestreaming. Our work demonstrates that parasocial interaction fully mediates celebrity attachment and brand attitude; but partially mediates celebrity attachment and immediate buying behavior. As is well known, differential algebraic equations (DAEs), which are able to describe dynamic changes and underlying constraints, have been widely applied in engineering fields such as fluid dynamics, multi-body dynamics, mechanical systems, and control theory. In practical physical modeling within these domains, the systems often generate high-index DAEs. Classical implicit numerical methods typically result in varying order reduction of numerical accuracy when solving high-index systems. Recently, the physics-informed neural networks (PINNs) have gained attention for solving DAE systems. However, it faces challenges like the inability to directly solve high-index systems, lower predictive accuracy, and weaker generalization capabilities. In this paper, we propose a PINN computational framework, combined Radau IIA numerical method with an improved fully connected neural network structure, to directly solve high-index DAEs. Furthermore, we employ a domain decomposition strategy to enhance solution accuracy. We conduct numerical experiments with two classical high-index systems as illustrative examples, investigating how different orders and time-step sizes of the Radau IIA method affect the accuracy of neural network solutions. For different time-step sizes, the experimental results indicate that utilizing a 5th-order Radau IIA method in the PINN achieves a high level of system accuracy and stability. Specifically, the absolute errors for all differential variables remain as low as 10 − 6 , and the absolute errors for algebraic variables are maintained at 10 − 5 . Therefore, our method exhibits excellent computational accuracy and strong generalization capabilities, providing a feasible approach for the high-precision solution of larger-scale DAEs with higher indices or challenging high-dimensional partial differential algebraic equation systems. Background: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common respiratory disease and the third leading cause of death worldwide. Previous evidence has shown that acupuncture may be an effective complementary alternative therapy for stable COPD. However, large-sample, rigorously designed long-term follow-up studies still need to be completed. Notably, the relationship between the frequency of acupuncture and clinical efficacy in studies on acupuncture for stable COPD still needs further validation. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture for stable COPD and further investigate the dose–effect relationship of acupuncture. Methods/design: This is a multicenter, randomized, controlled trial that uses central randomization to randomly allocate 550 participants in a 1:1:1:1:1 ratio to once a week acupuncture group, twice a week acupuncture group, three times a week acupuncture group, sham acupuncture group and waiting-list control group. The sham acupuncture group will receive placebo acupuncture treatments three times per week, and the waiting-list control group will not receive any form of acupuncture intervention. The study consists of a 2-week baseline, 12-week of treatment, and 52-week of follow-up. Patients with COPD between 40 to 80 years old who have received stable Western medication within the previous 3 months and have had at least 1 moderate or severe acute exacerbation within the past 1 year will be included in the study. Basic treatment will remain the same for all participants. The primary outcome is the proportion of responders at week 12. Secondary outcomes include the proportion of responders at week 64, change in the St. George's Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) Scale, change in the Modified-Medical Research Council (mMRC) Scale, change in the COPD Assessment Test (CAT) Scale, change in the Lung Function Screening Indicators (LFSI), change in the 6-min walk distance (6-MWD), change in Short-Form 36 Health Survey (SF-36) Scale, the number of moderate and severe acute exacerbations and adverse event rate during the follow-up period. Discussion: This study will provide robust evidence on whether acupuncture is safe and effective for treating stable COPD. Meanwhile, comparing the differences in efficacy between different acupuncture frequencies will further promote the optimization of acupuncture for stable COPD. PF has caused a huge socio-economic burden, and its pathogenesis has become a research hotspot. SIRT1 is a nicotinamide adenosine dinucleotide (NAD)-dependent sirtuin essential in tumours, Epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT), and anti-aging. Numerous studies have demonstrated after extensive research that it is crucial in preventing the progression of pulmonary fibrosis. This article reviews the biological roles and mechanisms of SIRT1 in regulating the progression of pulmonary fibrosis in terms of EMT, oxidative stress, inflammation, aging, autophagy, and discusses the potential of SIRT1 as a therapeutic target for pulmonary fibrosis, and provides a new perspective on therapeutic drugs and prognosis prospects. With the improvement of people's safety awareness, the requirement of pesticide detection is gradually increasing, and many new detection methods toward Organophosphorus pesticide (OPs) has been further developed and applied. Nanomaterials-based biosensors have played an important role in the trace detection of OPs. This article mainly introduces the detection principle of enzymes and aptamers as the identification element of biosensors. Various nanomaterials (i.e., metals and metal oxides, carbon nanotubes, graphene and graphene oxide, quantum dots, metal organic frameworks, molecular imprinted polymers, etc.) possess their unique properties and play different roles in the enzyme and aptamer-based biosensors toward OPs: (a) to produce the optical or electrochemical signal; (b) as a carrier to load the enzyme or aptamer; (c) to enhance the signal response. Besides, the intelligent portable devices provide the possibility to realize the onsite and real-time detection. The limitations of some nanomaterials and the future development are discussed. The expansion of the homestay industry is shadowed by ethical concerns and perceived risks. In this context, the emotional relationship between hosts and tourists in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic needs to be re-examined. Focusing on the togetherness of "we" rather than the demarcation of "you versus me," we integrate homestay hosts and guests into a conceptual model to examine and compare their emotional solidarity with each other, as well as the relevance of emotional solidarity to perceived risk, MES (Multidimensional Ethics Scale), and support for homestays. Our results show that despite the assumption of perceived risk, tourists feel welcomed by hosts during the pandemic, while hosts feel emotionally close to tourists. In addition to the findings that emotional solidarity mediates perceived risk, MES, and support for homestays in both samples, we find that hosts' perceived risk is more likely to influence their emotional solidarity and support for homestays. Background: Previous observational studies suggested an association between sepsis and neurodegenerative diseases, but causality remains unclear. Objective: Determining the causal association between sepsis and four neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and Lewy body dementia) through bidirectional two-sample Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis. Methods: Genome-wide association study summary statistics for all traits were obtained from publicly available databases. Inverse variance weighted (IVW) was the primary method for evaluating causal associations. In addition, three additional MR methods (MR-Egger, weighted median, and maximum likelihood method) were employed to supplement IVW. Furthermore, various sensitivity tests were conducted to assess the reliability: 1) Cochrane's Q test for assessing heterogeneity; 2) MR-Egger intercept test and MR-PRESSO global test for evaluating horizontal pleiotropy; 3) leave-one-out sensitivity test for determining the stability. Results: The results of IVW indicated that sepsis significantly increased the risk of Alzheimer's disease (OR = 1.11, 95% CI: 1.01–1.21, p = 0.025). In addition, three additional MR methods suggested parallel results. However, no causal effect of sepsis on the three other neurodegenerative diseases was identified. Subsequently, reverse MR analysis indicated that the four neurodegenerative diseases do not causally affect sepsis. Furthermore, sensitivity tests demonstrated the reliability of the MR analyses, suggesting no heterogeneity or horizontal pleiotropy. Conclusions: The present study contributes to a deeper comprehension of the intricate interplay between sepsis and neurodegenerative disorders, thereby offering potential avenues for the development of therapeutic agents that can effectively mitigate the multifarious complications associated with sepsis.
