Abstract
The article presents the Cornell medical index health questionnaire as the recognition of emotional disturbances in a general hospital. Physicians generally recognize that a patient's symptoms are often significantly related to an emotional disturbance. Physicians generally recognize that a patient's symptoms are often significantly related to an emotional disturbance. Yet, because of their interest in other aspects of the patient's medical problem, some physicians may overlook these disturbances.
