Angioma serpiginosum (AS) is a rare, benign, nevoid vascular anomaly that usually starts in childhood or early adolescence with a predilection for extremities and spares mucosal areas. The blaschkolinear variant of this condition has rarely been described in the literature. We report a case of AS in a unique blaschkolinear configuration and discuss the dermoscopic differentials for dermatoses with similar presentation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Kindler's syndrome (KS) is a rare inherited skin disease characterized by acral blistering, photosensitivity, progressive poikiloderma, and cutaneous atrophy along with different types of mucosal involvement. We hereby report KS in two siblings. The case is being reported for its rarity and for emphasizing the importance of considering this condition in the differential diagnosis of disorders that may cause blistering, cutaneous atrophy, and/or poikilodermatous skin changes. An 18‑year‑old girl presented with multiple itchy hyperpigmented papules and plaques, along with tense blisters over the lower limbs and buttocks for last 3 months. These papules, plaques, and bullae were mostly localized to preexisting scars. The histopathological findings from papule and bulla were consistent with lichen planus (LP) and bullous pemphigoid, respectively. Direct immunofluorescence (DIF) of perilesional skin around bulla showed linear deposition of IgG and C3. Considering clinical, histopathological and DIF findings, diagnosis of LP pemphigoides (LPP) was made. The preferential localization of LPP lesions over preexisting scars was a very interesting finding in our case an extremely rare instance of the isotopic phenomenon. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article presents a case study of a 23-year-old healthy gentleman, who was diagnosed with Dowling-Degos disease with hypopigmented lesions. The patient had developed multiple hypopigmented lesions on the trunk, face and neck. The patient has been underwent skin biopsy for both hyperpigmented and hypopigmented lesions. The patient has showed an increase in melanophages in the papillary dermis.

Here, we report a case of Type I or Buschke-Fischer-Brauer variant of punctate palmo-plantar keratoderma, in a 66-year-old gentleman. Granular cell tumor is a distinctly rare neoplasm of neural sheath origin. It mainly presents as a solitary asymptomatic swelling in the oral cavity, skin, and rarely internal organs in the middle age. Histopathology is characteristic, showing polyhedral cells containing numerous fine eosinophilic granules with indistinct cell margins. Nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis (NLCS) is a benign dermatosis, histologically characterized by the presence of mature ectopic adipocytes in the dermis. We hereby report a case of a 10-year-old boy who presented with multiple huge swellings on the scapular regions and lower back. The lesions were surmounted by small papules, along with peau-d orange appearance at places. Histology showed features consistent with NLCS.
