As the fastest-growing crowdfunding model, equity crowdfunding (ECF) brings high returns and uncertainty. In this context, it is crucial to understand these crowdfunding projects' actual performance. Since ECF is currently in the early stage of integration, there are still a lot of risk issues, such as the uncertainty of equity structure, capital supervision, or project management. Therefore, this paper develops a new profitability indicator, "return on registered capital," to test its impact on the ECF project's actual return. This paper studies which factors affect the financial performance of ECF projects through the traditional statistical model and a deep neural network (DNN) model. There is evidence that return on registered capital affects the actual return of the project. At the same time, the company's operating time and the number of employees had an unexpected effect on project performance. In addition, the recognition accuracy of the DNN model in this study exceeds 97%, which affirms the applicability of the DNN model in the analysis of ECF success factors. This paper also uses tenfold cross-validation to prove that deep learning has certain advantages in this topic's accuracy and generalization error. In this paper, the No. 30201 working face of a specific colliery was determined as the study area in the Yushen mining area, China. The objective of this paper is to determine the optimal position for pressure regulation measures during the final mining stage. A mechanical calculation model for stabilized coal pillar was developed. The analytical solution for the front abutment pressure function was obtained. Limit equilibrium theory and beam theory were employed to compute the critical width value of the stabilized coal pillar. The analysis focused on examining the spatiotemporal relationship between the rotational deformation of the main roof and the stability of the retracement channel. The study utilized numerical simulation to investigate the failure characteristics of the surrounding rock and the stress redistribution in the stabilized coal pillar within the working face. Through comprehensive analysis, a reasonable width of 15 m for the stabilized coal pillar was determined and successfully implemented in field practices. A method of using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) to select the stabilized coal pillar width was proposed. The input characteristics of ANN were determined through theoretical analysis. Four models of BP, WOA-BP, PSO-BP, and CPSO-BP were trained. The calculation accuracy of each model is evaluated by three quantitative metrics: MAE, MRE, and RMSE. The MAE value of the CPSOBP model is 0.9489, showing a reduction of 70.87% compared to the BP model, 55.84% compared to the WOA-BP model, and 51.26% compared to the PSOBP model. The MRE value is 0.0559, which is 71.51%, 56.29%, and 53.24% lower than the other models, respectively. The RMSE value is 1.0617, which is 68.92%, 56.13%, and 53.03% lower than other models, respectively. The four models were employed to compute the width of the stabilized coal pillar. The values for the BP, WOA-BP, PSO-BP, and CPSO-BP models were 12.7 m, 16.3 m, 14.1 m, and 15.2 m, respectively, indicating that the CPSO-BP model can effectively determine the width of the stabilized coal pillar. In this paper, 1,538 papers retrieved with the keywords "sports artificial intelligence (AI)" on the Web of Science database since 2007 were taken as the data source, and the Cite Space V software was used to visualize and analyze them. A visual knowledge graph was used to streamline the countries, institutions and authors conducting sports AI research, discipline distribution, research hotspots and development trends in the past 15 years. Subsequently, its development direction and research progress were discussed. Sports AI was widely distributed, with the US, China and the UK leading the way. The most prolific authors and teams in research on sports AI were concentrated in American universities. Their main research direction is to develop and improve smart wearable devices based on machine learning and deep learning technologies for different groups of people. Research on sports AI involved multiple disciplines, which mainly applied and referred to research methodologies and theories on engineering, computer science and sports science. It could be seen from the frequency and centrality of keywords that in the current field of sports AI, machine learning is the main direction, artificial neural networks is the main algorithm, and practical and empirical research based on data mining is the focus. The research hotspots were divided into three major clusters: physical health promotion, sports injury prevention and control, and athletic performance enhancement. How to introduce intelligent technology into sports for a perfect integration still has an arduous and long way to go. Regional poverty is one of the most serious challenges facing the world today. Poverty, antipoverty, and poverty alleviation are the focus of the attention of scholars and the public. This paper takes China's counties as the research unit, selects the influencing factors of poverty from natural and socio-economic factors, establishes an evaluation index system, simulates the natural poverty index and socio-economic poverty eradication index of each county, and clarifies the distribution characteristics of spatial poverty using GIS spatial analysis and BP artificial neural network. The results indicate that natural factors are the main cause of poverty in Chinese counties, with 710 counties having a high natural poverty index, accounting for nearly 30% of the total number of counties in the country. The national county-level natural poverty index shows a clear strip distribution pattern along latitude and longitude, with a strip distribution from north to south and from west to east; socio-economic factors have played a certain role in poverty alleviation, with as many as 1521 counties with low socio-economic poverty alleviation indices, accounting for approximately 64% of the total number of counties in the country. The spatial distribution of the county-level socio-economic poverty alleviation index is relatively fragmented. Through spatial scanning statistics, a total of 44 county poverty pressure index risk clusters reached a statistical significance level, involving 243 counties and districts. In poverty reduction practice, the internal counties and districts of contiguous poverty-stricken areas should strengthen cooperation and exchange. In the process of poverty alleviation and development, targeted poverty alleviation and economic development should be carried out based on the poverty-dominant type and self-development ability of the county, in order to improve efficiency. Regions that are relatively prosperous and have taken the lead in poverty reduction should play a leading and exemplary role in strengthening the radiation power of regional central cities. The prominent feature of this study is the comprehensive utilization of multisource data and the use of new spatial analysis methods (flexible spatial scanning method is widely used in the field of infectious disease prevention and control research). Accurate prediction of sea level height is critically important for the government in assessing sea level risk in coastal areas. However, due to the nonlinear, time-varying and highly uncertain characteristics of sea level change data, sea level prediction is challenging. To improve the accuracy of sea level prediction, this paper uses a new swarm intelligence algorithm named the sparrow search algorithm (SSA), which can imitate the foraging behavior and antipredation behavior of sparrows, to determine optimal solutions. To avoid the algorithm falling into a local optimal situation, this paper integrates the sine–cosine algorithm and the Cauchy variation strategy into the SSA to obtain an algorithm named the SCSSA. The SCSSA is used to optimize the parameter values of the CNN-BiLSTM (convolutional neural network combined with bidirectional long short-term memory neural network) model; finally, a combined neural network model (named SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM) is proposed. In this paper, the time series data of seven tidal stations located in coastal China are used for experimental analysis. First, the SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model is compared with the CNN-BiLSTM model to predict the time series data of SHANWEI Station. With respect to the training and test sets of data, the SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model outperforms the other models on all the evaluation metrics. In addition, the remaining six tide station datasets and five neural network models, including the SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model, are used to further study the performance of the proposed prediction model. Four evaluation indices including the root mean squared error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) and coefficient of determination (R2) are adopted. For six stations, the RMSE, MAE, MAPE and R2 of SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model are ranged from 20.9217 ~ 27.8427 mm, 9.4770 ~ 17.8603 mm, 0.1322% ~ 0.2482% and 0.9119 ~ 0.9759, respectively. The experimental analysis results show that the SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model makes effective predictions at all stations, and the prediction performance is better than that of the other models. Even though the combination of SCSSA algorithm may increase the complexity of the model, indeed the proposed model is a new prediction method with good accuracy and robustness for predicting sea level change. Background: Lung cancer is one of the cancers with the highest mortality rate in China. With the rapid development of high-throughput sequencing technology and the research and application of deep learning methods in recent years, deep neural networks based on gene expression have become a hot research direction in lung cancer diagnosis in recent years, which provide an effective way of early diagnosis for lung cancer. Thus, building a deep neural network model is of great significance for the early diagnosis of lung cancer. However, the main challenges in mining gene expression datasets are the curse of dimensionality and imbalanced data. The existing methods proposed by some researchers can't address the problems of high-dimensionality and imbalanced data, because of the overwhelming number of variables measured (genes) versus the small number of samples, which result in poor performance in early diagnosis for lung cancer. Method: Given the disadvantages of gene expression data sets with small datasets, high-dimensionality and imbalanced data, this paper proposes a gene selection method based on KL divergence, which selects some genes with higher KL divergence as model features. Then build a deep neural network model using Focal Loss as loss function, at the same time, we use k-fold cross validation method to verify and select the best model, we set the value of k is five in this paper. Result: The deep learning model method based on KL divergence gene selection proposed in this paper has an AUC of 0.99 on the validation set. The generalization performance of model is high. Conclusion: The deep neural network model based on KL divergence gene selection proposed in this paper is proved to be an accurate and effective method for lung cancer prediction. Accurate prediction of regional terrestrial water storage change (TWSA) is of great significance for water resources planning and management, and early warning of extreme climate disasters. Aiming at the problem that the conventional methods on prediction of TWSA time series are difficult to be accurate, the six typical regions are selected in China as examples, including the upper reaches of the Yangtze River (UYR), the southwest region (SWR), the Liaohe River Basin (LRB), the North China Plain (NCP), the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau (QTP), and the Pearl River Basin (PRB). The mascon product from GRACE/GRACE-FO provided by CSR is used to extract TWSA time series in six typical areas. The improved Back Propagation (BP) neural network, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural network and the latest Bidirectional LSTM (BiLSTM-attention) neural network model based on attention mechanism are proposed to predict and analyze the regional TWSA. In the experiment, the selection of the optimal model parameters such as the number of hidden layer nodes and the number of hidden units of the neural network model is tested and analyzed in detail. Meanwhile, the model prediction results are compared with the traditional least squares method and random forest (RF) prediction method. The root mean square error (RMSE), determination coefficient (R2), Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient (NSE) and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) were used to evaluate the accuracy of the predicted results. The results show that the improved BP, LSTM and Bi-LSTM-attention neural network models all achieve higher prediction accuracy in UYR and SWR areas. RMSE is less than 2.641 cm, R2 is as high as 0.8 or more, NSE is above 0.6, and MAPE is within 0.1. Compared with the least square method, the RMSE of the predicted results from three neural network decreased by 0.998 cm, 0.700 cm and 0.7563 on average, and the R2 increased by 81.75%, 69.89% and 72% on average. Compared with RFML method, the RMSE from three neural network is reduced by 0.601 cm, 0.316 cm and 0.360, and R2 is increased by 38.20%, 24.60% and 27.06% on average. NSE and RMSE are improved to varying degrees in the above regions. It shows that the improved BP, LSTM and BiLSTM-attention model used can effectively predict TWSA. Purpose: Accurate and timely cost prediction is critical to the success of construction projects which is still facing challenges especially at the early stage. In the context of rapid development of machine learning technology and the massive cost data from historical projects, this paper aims to propose a novel cost prediction model based on historical data with improved performance when only limited information about the new project is available. Design/methodology/approach: The proposed approach combines regression analysis (RA) and artificial neural network (ANN) to build a novel hybrid cost prediction model with the former as front-end prediction and the latter as back-end correction. Firstly, the main factors influencing the cost of building projects are identified through literature research and subsequently screened by principal component analysis (PCA). Secondly the optimal RA model is determined through multi-model comparison and used for front-end prediction. Finally, ANN is applied to construct the error correction model. The hybrid RA-ANN model was trained and tested with cost data from 128 completed construction projects in China. Findings: The results show that the hybrid cost prediction model has the advantages of both RA and ANN whose prediction accuracy is higher than that of RA and ANN only with the information such as total floor area, height and number of floors. Originality/value: (1) The most critical influencing factors of the buildings' cost are found out by means of PCA on the historical data. (2) A novel hybrid RA-ANN model is proposed which proved to have the advantages of both RA and ANN with higher accuracy. In recent years, China's economy has been developing rapidly, and people's life and quality of life have been improving; more importantly, people's habits and living habits have also developed from the previous "unhygienic" and "not very careful" to the current "Healthier, more hygienic, greener and more sophisticated" direction. In the process of this development, due to the rapid development of the economy and the industrialization of cities, the incidence of heart disease is also increasing year by year. According to relevant studies, China's urbanization process has been unprecedented, the number of urbanized people in China has exploded in recent years, and the ratio of urban to rural population has increased from about 20 percent to about 75 percent today. The effects of the population and the urbanization of urban architecture are affecting people's physical and mental health, both consciously and unconsciously, causing both positive and negative physical and mental effects on the psychological and physical levels. In this paper, the concept of deep learning is fully utilized to train the CNN neural network model and apply it to the ECG abnormality recognition and prediction examination. In order to fully validate the application and significance of deep learning in ECG abnormality identification and prediction, the whole project was completed through subjective and objective experiments. The experimental results show that, from the subjective aspect, the ECG examination has been accepted by most people for different age groups, and the analysis results of the ECG examination with the deep learning model in this paper are more satisfactory; from the objective aspect, the CNN-ECG abnormality recognition prediction network model trained in this paper has high. The accuracy of the model for ECG abnormality recognition prediction can reach 86% when the learning rate is set to 0.0001 and the batch size is set to 120, and the model can reduce the burden of medical personnel to a certain extent. Analyzing and investigating the impact of implementing an environmental policy mix on carbon emission from private cars and social welfare holds significant reference value. Firstly, based on vehicle trajectory big data, this paper employs reverse geocoding and artificial neural network models to predict carbon emissions from private cars in various provinces and cities in China. Secondly, by simulating different scenarios of carbon tax, carbon trading, and their policy mix, the propensity score matching model is constructed to explore the effects of the policy mix on carbon emission reduction from private cars and social welfare while conducting regional heterogeneity analysis. Finally, policy proposals are proposed to promote carbon emission reduction from private cars and enhance social welfare in China. The results indicate that the environmental policy mix has a significant positive impact on carbon emission reduction from private cars and social welfare. Furthermore, in the regional heterogeneity analysis, the implementation of the policy mix in eastern regions has a significant positive effect on both carbon emission reduction from private cars and social welfare, while in central and western regions, it shows a significant positive impact on social welfare but has no significant effect on carbon emission reduction in the private car sector. CO2 is one of the primary greenhouse gases impacting global climate change, making it crucial to understand the spatiotemporal variations of CO2. Currently, commonly used satellites serve as the primary means of CO2 observation, but they often suffer from striping issues and fail to achieve complete coverage. This paper proposes a method for constructing a comprehensive high-spatiotemporal-resolution XCO2 dataset based on multiple auxiliary data sources and satellite observations, utilizing multiple simple deep neural network (DNN) models. Global validation results against ground-based TCCON data demonstrate the excellent accuracy of the constructed XCO2 dataset (R is 0.94, RMSE is 0.98 ppm). Using this method, we analyze the spatiotemporal variations of CO2 in China and its surroundings (region: 0°–60° N, 70°–140° E) from 2019 to 2020. In recent years, the tourism industry has grown rapidly around the world as an emerging force, especially in China, which has become the world's leading tourism country in recent years, and its tourism revenue also occupies a good weight in the country's total income. The number of tourists every year shows a very high growth rate, which not only improves the tourism economy but also brings great pressure to the management of various tourist attractions. In this context, many tourist attractions are actively developing innovative applications of new technologies, hoping to effectively improve their management efficiency. In these experiments, the speech big data analysis technology has achieved remarkable achievements, so it is necessary to combine the speech big data analysis technology with the demand analysis of the tourism industry. The purpose of this paper is to study the effective model of tourism consumer demand prediction using big data analysis. In the process of completing this paper, we consulted a large number of research results of big data analysis technology, tourism-related books, and demand prediction models in HowNet, VIP, and other network databases as well as campus libraries, summarized the related concepts of tourism, and used big data analysis technology to predict the demand of tourism consumers. Understand the needs of tourism consumers on major tourism websites, and extract the indicators that will affect the forecast results of consumer demand, establish a demand forecast model based on the indicators, and analyze its forecast effects through comparative analysis to understand its advantages and disadvantages, in order to establish a tourism demand forecast models providing actionable advice. Through the practical application case of the demand forecasting model, this paper puts forward the development strategy of tourism. The experimental results show that the mean square error of the neural network model is less than 2.5, which is more suitable for predicting the number of tourists, indicating that different models are suitable for predicting different indicators. The main contribution of this research lies in the modeling and analysis of regional tourism characteristics and tourists' willingness, so as to achieve accurate prediction of tourists in scenic spots and formulate targeted plans. Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has developed rapidly, becoming the second largest economy in the world. The state of macroeconomic development has a great influence on the government's policy introduction and the investment decisions of individual institutions. Therefore, forecasting the macroeconomy is of great significance to the country. This paper aims to study the macroeconomic forecasting model system based on digital information and blockchain technology. This paper proposes an artificial neural network prediction algorithm based on digital information and blockchain technology, and the artificial neural network and particle swarm algorithm are combined to become the hybrid artificial neural network algorithm, and the conception of the establishment of the macroeconomic forecast model is proposed. The experimental results of this paper show that according to the prediction results of artificial neural network, the prediction and actual error in 2010 is 0.10, while the new method proposed in this paper predicts the error of 0.056. In 2016, the prediction error based on artificial neural network was 0.14, while the prediction result of the new method proposed in this paper showed an error of 0.008. In each year's economic forecast, the neural network model of the new method proposed in this paper has higher prediction accuracy and smaller error. Early warning and focused regulation of veterinary drug residues in freshwater products can protect human health and stabilize social development. To improve the prediction accuracy, this paper constructs a Transformer-based model for predicting the safety risk level of veterinary drug residues in freshwater products in China to conduct a comprehensive assessment and prediction of the three veterinary drug residues with the maximum detection rate in freshwater products, including florfenicol, enrofloxacin and sulfonamides. Using the national sampling data and consumption data of freshwater products from 2019 to 2021, this paper constructs a self-built dataset, combined with the k-means algorithm, to establish the risk-level space. Finally, based on a Transformer neural network model, the safety risk assessment index is predicted on a self-built dataset, with the corresponding risk level for prediction. In this paper, comparison experiments are conducted on the self-built dataset. The experimental results show that the prediction model proposed in this paper achieves a recall rate of 94.14%, which is significantly better than other neural network models. The model proposed in this paper provides a scientific basis for the government to implement focused regulation, and it also provides technical support for the government's intervention regulation. The convolutional neural networks used widely in mineral prospectivity prediction usually perform mixed feature extraction for multichannel inputs. This results in redundant features and impacts further improvement of predictive performance. To solve this limitation, this paper utilized convolutional autoencoder networks to mine latent high-level features for each predictor variable in parallel to prevent the mixing of features and to enhance the feature mapping outcomes of each channel. Convolutional autoencoder networks, as unsupervised learning methods, can handle input images with high-dimensional features. They can train samples without differences such that the reconstructed outputs can restore inputs as accurately as possible to reduce the extraction of irrelevant feature information. Moreover, convolutional autoencoder networks focus on finding the fewest features for representing all inputs, and the extracted features express internal spatial relations at a high level. It is helpful to improve the performance of metallogenic prediction. Hence, this paper arranged these obtained features into one-dimensional vectors to establish the inputs of classifiers. Through modeling with four classifiers (logistic regression, support vector machine, artificial neural network, and random forest), we achieved different models for mineral prospectivity prediction. According to the comprehensive evaluations, the random forest model outperformed the other models. Taking the prediction of gold deposits in the Fengxian region of Southern Qinling in China as an example, the predictive capability of the proposed integrated method was shown to be effective and reliable. In recent years, with the development of geological prospecting from shallow ore to deep and hidden ore, the difficulty of prospecting is increasing day by day, so the application of computer technology and new methods of geological and mineral exploration is paid more and more attention. The mining and prediction of geological prospecting information based on deep learning have become the frontier field of earth science. However, as a deep artificial intelligence algorithm, deep learning still has many problems to be solved in the big data mining and prediction of geological prospecting, such as the small number of training samples of geological and mineral images, the difficulty of building deep learning network models, and the universal applicability of deep learning models. In this paper, the training samples and convolutional neural network models suitable for geochemical element data mining are constructed to solve the above problems, and the model is successfully applied to the prediction research of gold, silver, lead and zinc polymetallic metallogenic areas in South China. Taking the Pangxidong research area in the west of Guangdong Province as an example, this paper carries out prospecting target prediction research based on a 1:50000 stream sediment survey original data. Firstly, the support vector machine (SVM) model and statistical method were used to determine the ore-related geochemical element assemblage. Secondly, the experimental data of geochemical elements were augmented and a dataset was established. Finally, ResNet-50 neural network model is used for data training and prediction research. The experimental results show that the areas numbered 9, 29, 38, 40, 95, 111, 114, 124, 144 have great metallogenic potential, and this method would be a promising tool for metallogenic prediction. By applying the ResNet-50 neural network in metallogenic prediction, it can provide a new idea for the future exploration of mineral resources. In order to verify the generality of the research method in this paper, we conducted experimental tests on the geochemical dataset of B area, another deposit research area in South China. The results show that 100% of the prediction area obtained by using the proposed method covers the known ore deposit area. Aims: The purpose of this study was to identify risk factors for cognitive impairment in advanced cancer patients and to develop predictive models based on these risk factors. Background: Cancer‐related cognitive impairment seriously affects the quality of life of advanced cancer patients. However, neural network models of cognitive impairment in patients with advanced cancer have not yet been identified. Design: A cross‐sectional design was used. Methods: This study collected 494 questionnaires between January and June 2022. Statistically significant clinical indicators were selected by univariate analysis, and the artificial neural network model and logistic regression model were used for multivariate analysis. The predicted value of the model was estimated using the area under the subject's working characteristic curve. Result: The artificial neural network and the logistic regression models suggested that cancer course, anxiety and age were the major risk factors for cognitive impairment in advanced cancer patients. All the indexes of artificial neural network model constructed in this study are better than those of the logistic model. Conclusion: The artificial neural network model can better predict the risk factors of cognitive impairment in patients with advanced cancer. Better prediction will enable nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide better targeted and timely support. Some coaches and tennis groups have come up with a number of different teaching styles in order to keep tennis players going. Its main features are as follows: To cultivate students' interest in learning, the sequence of strokes in tennis is used for teaching. Although tennis has no special requirements for the physical condition of the athlete, tennis is a relatively difficult sport to master. What is lacking at present is more effective and simpler teaching methods, so training should be carried out in a targeted manner in the tennis baseline stroke technique. In order to make the tennis baseline stroke teaching more intuitive and easy to learn, this paper applies the neural network learning algorithm to the research and analysis of the tennis baseline stroke technique and proposes the core technology of the tennis baseline stroke technique. On this basis, the key techniques of tennis baseline stroke technique are discussed. Based on this, a basic model based on deep convolutional neural network is proposed. The experimental results show that the forehand scores of the three throwing methods in the experimental group are 6.47 and 7.28, respectively, which is better than the control group. The three throwing methods are self-throwing, close throwing, and long throwing. It shows that the teaching method in this paper can greatly improve the students' tennis baseline hitting skills. Based on the integrated model of Super-SBM model, spatial Durbin model (SDM) and Grey neural network model, this paper analyzes the panel data of various provinces in China from multiple angles and dimensions. It was found that there were significant differences in eco-efficiency between organic rice production and conventional rice production. The response of organic rice to climate change, the spatial distribution of ecological and economic benefits and the impact on carbon emission were analyzed. The results showed that organic rice planting not only had higher economic benefits, but also showed a rising trend of ecological benefits and a positive feedback effect. This finding highlights the importance of organic rice farming in reducing carbon emissions. Organic rice farming effectively reduces greenhouse gas emissions, especially carbon dioxide and methane, by improving soil management and reducing the use of fertilizers and pesticides. This has important implications for mitigating climate change and promoting soil health and biodiversity. With the acceleration of urbanization, the increase of organic rice planting area shows the trend of organic rice gradually replacing traditional rice cultivation, further highlighting the potential of organic agriculture in emission reduction, environmental protection and sustainable agricultural production. Drought is an important meteorological event in China and can cause severe damage to both livelihoods and socio‐ecological systems, but current seasonal prediction skill for drought is far from successful. This study used convolutional neural network (CNN) to build an effective seasonal forecast model for the summer consecutive dry days (CDD) over China. The principal components (PC) of the six leading empirical orthogonal function modes of CDD anomaly were predicted by CNN, using the previous winter precipitation, 2‐m temperature and 500 hPa geopotential height as predictors. These predicted PCs were then projected onto the observed spatial patterns to obtain the final predicted summer CDD anomaly over China. In the independent hindcast period of 2007–2018, the interannual variabilities of first six PCs were significantly predicted by CNN. The spatial patterns of CDD were then skillfully predicted with anomaly correlation coefficient skills generally higher than 0.2. The interannual variability of summer CDD over the middle and lower Yangtze River valley, northwestern China and northern China were significant predicted by our CNN model three months in advance. CNN identified that the previous winter precipitation was the important predictor for PC1–PC3, whereas the previous winter 2‐m temperature and 500 hPa geopotential height were important for the prediction of PC4–PC6. This research provides a new and effective method for the seasonal prediction of summer drought. At present, in the vast majority of coal mine production processes in China, the degree of hydrogeological exploration often lags behind geological exploration. The main difficulty in evaluating the water richness of coal seam top and bottom water-bearing beds is that the existing evaluation methods often rely on less hydrogeological investigation data. How to utilize the abundant geological exploration data in the mining area to appraise the water-rich distribution of sandstone aquifers is a feasible and challenging methodology. At present, some experts and scholars have tried to use multivariate factor analysis to solve the problem of water-richness evaluation, and they have achieved certain results, but there are some shortcomings: (1) The prediction results are mostly qualitative estimations of the water-richness grade, and there is a lack of quantitative analysis of the units-inflow; and (2) at present, the more advanced prediction methods, such as the back propagation (BP) neural network model, have the disadvantages of low accuracy, requiring many iterations, and slow convergence speed. Therefore, with geological exploration data of the 1503E working face of the Yili No.1 coal mine as the basis., this paper uses grey correlation analysis to screen out the factor indexes suitable for the evaluation of the water richness of a weakly cemented sandstone aquifer, and it combines principal component analysis (PCA) with a BP neural network. Based on the selected factor indexes, a prediction model of the water richness of a weakly cemented sandstone aquifer is established. Purpose: It is an indispensable part of airworthiness certification to evaluate the fuel tank flammability exposure time for transport aircraft. There are many factors and complex coupling relationships affecting the fuel tank flammability exposure time. The current work not only lacks a comprehensive analysis of these factors but also lacks the significance of each factor, the interaction relationship and the prediction method of flammability exposure time. The lack of research in these aspects seriously restricts the smooth development of the airworthiness forensics work of domestic large aircraft. This paper aims to clarify the internal relationship between user input parameters and predict the flammability exposure time of fuel tanks for transport aircraft. Design/methodology/approach: Based on the requirements of airworthiness certification for large aircraft, an in-depth analysis of the Monte Carlo flammability evaluation source procedures specified in China Civil Aviation Regulation/FAR25 airworthiness regulations was made, the internal relationship between factors affecting the fuel tank flammability exposure time was clarified and the significant effects and interactions of input parameters in the Monte Carlo evaluation model were studied using the response surface method. And the BP artificial neural network training samples with high significance factors were used to establish the prediction model of flammability exposure time. Findings: The input parameters in the Monte Carlo program directly or indirectly affect the fuel tank flammability exposure time by means of the influence on the flammability limit or fuel temperature. Among the factors affecting flammability exposure time, the cruising Mach number, balance temperature difference and maximum range are the most significant, and they are all positively correlated with flammability exposure time. Although there are interactions among all factors, the degree of influence on flammability exposure time is not the same. The interaction between maximum range and equilibrium temperature difference is more significant than other factors. The prediction model of flammability exposure time based on multifactor interaction and BP neural network has good accuracy and can be applied to the prediction of fuel tank flammability exposure time. Originality/value: The flammability exposure time prediction model was established based on multifactor interaction and BP neural network. Performance degradation with intraspeaker variability is a hot topic in speaker recognition. Accuracy dropping over time has become a common and accepted phenomenon in the field of speaker recognition. In China, many people travel between their birthplace and workplaces. Different cultural atmospheres and customs have an effect on the pronunciation of speech. The ongoing work focuses on time-varying and region-changed factors that are caused by population migration. This paper introduces a time-varying and region-changed speech database (TRSD) collected from 55 university students over 3 years. In total, it contains 3795 utterances. To study the impact of the time-varying and region-changed factors on speaker identification and explore hidden factors that may lead to performance degradation, there are also many experimental studies for the database. In the experiments, the changes in characteristic parameters (pitch, intensity, formant and spectrogram) are analyzed and grouped by gender and birthplace. The Gaussian mixture model-universal background model, deep neural network model, i-vector/PLDA and x-vector/PLDA are evaluated on TRSD to provide a reference performance. For the time-varying and region-changed factors, this paper also provided three kinds of corresponding solutions: speaker model adaption, cepstral mean normalization and mel-frequency cepstrum coefficient normalization. At present, the process of security issuance in China has changed from examination and approval system to approval system. With the increasing stock that enters the capital market through the IPO, establishing an effective financial risk monitoring and control system of listed companies has great practical significance and application value. In the perspective of big data, this paper constructs a new practical financial early warning integration model. A total of 32,283 financial statements of 3,025 listed companies are collected from 2000 to 2017. First, this paper collected and built a financial crisis prediction database: a total of 32,283 financial statements of 3,025 listed companies occurred from year 2000 to 2017 and corresponding financial indicators including 6 primary indicators and 25 secondary indicators are collected. Next, the financial crisis model based on financial indicators is proposed and trained by the classic machine learning method such as random forest and gradient boosting decision tree. And then, through natural language processing and deep learning technology, this paper also builds a financial crisis prediction model based on financial statement text. Finally, an ensemble model is proposed and its performances are evaluated; the results indicate that the proposed ensemble model performed the best and significantly outperforms other benchmark methods for financial crisis prediction and identification, indicating that it can be employed as an intelligent identification system to enhance identification accuracy for early warning and identification of financial crisis of listed companies in China stock marketing. China has always attached great importance to food security issues; especially in today's changeable world, it is particularly important to build a feasible and accurate food security early warning system. According to the influencing factors in food security, this paper uses the PCA method and the AHP method to construct a food security early warning index system that includes 4 secondary indicators and 13 tertiary indicators of total security, trade security, ecological security, and food security. There are four security levels of no warning, light warning, moderate warning, and heavy warning, and finally the comprehensive evaluation of food security from 2000 to 2019 and the specific early warning levels of various indicators are obtained. This paper constructs a food security evaluation system from the perspective of data, breaks through the limitations of existing research, and improves the completeness of food security early warning indicators. The explosive growth of massive financial data makes the information data related to the liquidity risk of commercial banks present the characteristics of complexity, diversity, and heterogeneity. The traditional risk early warning model cannot deal with the influence between a large number of influencing factors and the nonlinear factors of commercial bank liquidity risk. Based on this transformation, the circular neural network model is introduced into the field of liquidity risk early warning of commercial banks from the perspective of the mismatch risk of financing maturity of commercial banks, and the driving factors and risk warning signs of liquidity risk of commercial banks are further analyzed from the institutional level, policy level, industry level, and micro commercial bank level. This paper uses network crawler technology, text analysis, and grounded analysis technology to intelligently identify the liquidity risk of commercial banks and establishes an early warning index system based on the influencing factors of commercial banks and internal liquidity risk. Also, it constructs an intelligent early warning model of commercial bank liquidity risk based on deep learning and uses the data of commercial banks from 2000 to 2020 for early warning. With the rapid development of entrepreneurship loans in China, the construction of a credit evaluation system of risk loans has become an important financial safeguard measure. This paper mainly studies the following three aspects. Firstly, in view of the subjective factors in the approval process of venture loans, based on the credit evaluation system of commercial banks and the data characteristics of venture loans, a credit evaluation system based on venture loans is constructed. Secondly, the randomized uniform design method is used to improve the population initialization method to realize the uniform distribution of the individual population. Finally, aiming at the problem of low efficiency of venture loan audit, this paper proposes an optimized BP neural network to evaluate the venture loan. Especially, through data processing, a credit index system is constructed, and then the optimized BP neural network model is determined in parameters. The model contains 15 input nodes, 1 hidden layer, and 2 output layers. Finally, the simulation shows that the optimized BP neural network model has obvious advantages in the loan evaluation. In this paper, a novel ANN flood forecasting model is proposed. The ANN model is combined with traditional hydrological concepts and methods, taking the initial Antecedent Precipitation Index (API), rainfall, upstream inflow and initial flow at the forecast river section as input of model, and flood flow forecast of the next time steps as output of the model. The distributed rainfall is realized as the input of the model. The simulation is processed by dividing the watershed into several rainfall-runoff processing units. Two hidden layers are used in the ANN, and the topology of ANN is optimized by connecting the hidden layer neurons only with the input which has physical conceptual causes. The topological structure of the proposed ANN model and its information transmission process are more consistent with the physical conception of rainfall-runoff, and the weight parameters of the model are reduced. The arithmetic moving-average algorithm is added to the output of the model to simulate the pondage action of the watershed. Satisfactory results have been achieved in the Mozitan and Xianghongdian reservoirs in the upper reaches of Pi river in Huaihe Basin, and the Fengman reservoir in the upper reach of Second Songhua river in Songhua basin in China. China faces tough challenges in the process of low-carbon transformation. To determine whether China can achieve its new 2030 carbon peaking and carbon intensity reduction commitments, accurate prediction of China's CO2 emissions is vital. In this paper, the random forest (RF) model was used to screen 26 carbon emission influencing factors, and seven indicators were selected as key variables for prediction. Subsequently, a three-layer back propagation (BP) neural network was constructed to forecast China's CO2 emissions and intensity from 2020 to 2040 under the 13th Five-Year Plan, 14th Five-Year Plan, energy optimization, technology breakthrough, and dual control scenarios. The results showed that energy structure factors have the most significant impact on China's CO2 emissions, followed by technology level, and economic development factors are no longer the main drivers. Under the 14th Five-Year Plan scenario, China can achieve its carbon peaking on time, reaching 10,434.082 Mt CO2 emissions in 2030. Although the new commitment to intensity reduction (over 65%) under this scenario cannot be achieved, the 14th Five-Year Plan can bring about 73.359 and 539.710 Mt of CO2 reduction in 2030 and 2040 respectively, compared to the 13th Five-Year Plan. Under the technology breakthrough and dual control scenarios, China will meet its new commitments ahead of schedule, with the dual control scenario being the optimal pathway for CO2 emissions to peak at 9860.08 Mt in 2025. China contributed nearly one-fifth of the world maize production over the past few years. Mapping the distributions of maize cropland in China is crucial to ensure global food security. Nonetheless, 10 m maize cropland maps in China are still unavailable, restricting the promotion of sustainable agriculture. In this paper, we collect numerous samples to produce annual 10-m maize cropland maps in China from 2017 to 2021 with a machine learning based classification framework. To overcome the temporal variations of plants, the proposed framework takes Sentinel-2 sequence images as input and utilizes deep neural networks and random forest as classifiers to map maize in a zone-specific way. The generated maps have an overall accuracy (OA) spanning from 0.87 to 0.95 and the maize-cultivated areas estimated by the maps are highly consistent with the records in statistical yearbooks (R2 varying from 0.83 to 0.95). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first annual 10-m maize maps across China, which largely facilitates the sustainable agriculture development in China dominated by smallholder farmlands. Congestion pricing has been unquestionably recognized as an efficient strategy for managing traffic demand following the successful introduction of such schemes in a number of cities. However, the lack of political and public acceptance can be blamed for the nonexecution of congestion pricing projects in numerous cities around the world. This paper sheds light on the impacts of congestion pricing and the factors influencing its public acceptance. Our research was aimed to answer the following questions: (ⅰ) What are the factors that can influence public acceptance of congestion pricing? (ⅱ) What are the impacts of implementing a congestion pricing scheme? (ⅲ) How can we overcome the barriers that currently stand in the way of public acceptance of congestion pricing? To answer these questions, we developed a case study combining stated preference and revealed preference data collected in Nanjing, China. The study analyzes the acceptance of congestion pricing and the factors influencing it, such as socioeconomics, the perceived impact, fairness and public transit-related factors. We compare logistic regression and artificial neural network models to gain a deeper knowledge of the important factors and investigate the respondents' attitudes. The results revealed that the perceived impacts on congestion, the environment, trips to the city center, revenue allocation, public transportation price satisfaction, annual income, fairness, car ownership and travel frequency, along with the efficiency and capacity of public transport systems, need to be included when evaluating individuals' acceptance of congestion pricing. Among these, the perceived impacts on congestion and the environment, fairness and revenue allocation to public transportation are the most significant factors. Moreover, we offer further qualitative insight into the individual, economic and social impacts of congestion pricing. Parts of sections in permafrost regions of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway (QTR) have been deformed due to permafrost degradation, the global warming and human activities. Therefore, monitoring the subgrade settlement of the QTR in permafrost regions has been a major working in QTR maintenance. For this reason, this paper investigates the subsidence characteristics and derivative mechanisms of railway subgrades in the permafrost regions of the QTR. Additionally, it analyses the impact mechanisms of surface temperature changes on the subsidence of permafrost subgrades. Building on this investigation, a C-I-GWO-BP neural network prediction model was developed to forecast subgrade settlement in permafrost regions. The findings reveal a substantial correlation (R2 = 0.834) between the deformation of railway subgrades in permafrost regions and changes in surface temperature. Meanwhile，with the intensification of global warming and human activities, the subsidence of permafrost subgrade has shown an increasing trend year by year. The primary areas of deformation are predominantly concentrated in ice-rich permafrost regions, including rivers, lakes, and snowmelt runoff areas. Additionally, when compared to traditional BP neural network models, the C-I-GWO-BP neural network prediction model proposed in this article showcases diminished prediction errors and heightened accuracy in identifying optimal weights and thresholds. Background: Peer assessment has played an important role in large‐scale online learning, as it helps promote the effectiveness of learners' online learning. However, with the emergence of numerical grades and textual feedback generated by peers, it is necessary to detect the reliability of the large amount of peer assessment data, and then develop an effective automated grading model to analyse the data and predict learners' learning results. Objectives: The present study aimed to propose an automated grading model with reliability detection. Methods: A total of 109,327 instances of peer assessment from a large‐scale teacher online learning program were tested in the experiments. The reliability detection approach included three steps: recurrent convolutional neural networks (RCNN) was used to detect grade consistency, bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (BERT) was used to detect text originality, and long short‐term memory (LSTM) was used to detect grade‐text consistency. Furthermore, the automated grading was designed with the BERT‐RCNN model. Results and Conclusions: The effectiveness of the automated grading model with reliability detection was shown. For reliability detection, RCNN performed best in detecting grade consistency with an accuracy rate of 0.889, BERT performed best in detecting text originality with an improvement of 4.47% compared to the benchmark model, and LSTM performed best with an accuracy rate of 0.883. Moreover, the automated grading model with reliability detection achieved good performance, with an accuracy rate of 0.89. Compared to the absence of reliability detection, it increased by 12.1%. Implications: The results strongly suggest that the automated grading model with reliability detection for large‐scale peer assessment is effective, with the following implications: (1) The introduction of reliability detection is necessary to help filter out low reliability data in peer assessment, thus promoting effective automated grading results. (2) This solution could assist assessors in adjusting the exclusion threshold of peer assessment reliability, providing a controllable automated grading tool to reducing manual workload with high quality. (3) This solution could shift educational institutions from labour‐intensive grading procedures to a more efficient educational assessment pattern, allowing for more investment in supporting instructors and learners to improve the quality of peer feedback. In recent decades, the application of machine learning methods as a powerful tool supporting accurate and representative models has become common in various fields, including pollution assessment in soil and sediment. Widespread contamination in these areas, causing severe impacts on ecosystems and living beings, has resulted in the development of numerous models based on machine learning techniques. These models have been used to detect, trace, and predict the extent of contamination levels and create specified management plans. This paper provides a bibliometric analysis of the evaluation of soil and sediment contamination and treatment strategies using machine learning studies from 1986 to 2022. Meaningful analysis has been done on research trends, publishing activity of journals, most active countries, subject areas, top authors, and author keywords. The research showed that China with the highest number of publications has made extensive investments and has put a special focus on this area. The most studied contaminants are heavy metals, followed by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and persistent organic pollutants. Code-switching is the choice of a language, a variant of using multiple languages in the same conversation. Broadly speaking, code-switching refers to adjusting one's language style, appearance, behavior, and expression in order to improve the comfort of others in exchange for fair treatment, quality service, and employment opportunities. "Besieged City" is considered a masterpiece of 20th-century China. From the data point of view, this work has a total of 110 code shifts, but there are many studies on this language phenomenon, but none of them involve the perspective of register. However, language translation research based on register theory is of great significance. It is generally believed that the human brain's thinking is divided into three basic ways: abstract (logical) thinking, image (intuitive) thinking, and inspiration (awareness) thinking. Artificial neural networks are the second way to simulate human thinking. Therefore, this paper proposes research on cognitive feature extraction of pun code-switching based on a neural network optimization algorithm. It mainly introduces code-switching under cognitive language and also briefly analyzes code-switching and speech feature extraction and uses a neural network optimization algorithm to conduct an in-depth analysis of code-switching. Finally, in the experimental part, the experimental analysis of the famous novel "Besieged City" is carried out, the application of 89 language code-switching in the text is deeply analyzed, and the data analysis of its three variables is carried out from the perspective of register. The experimental results show that: in novels, there are two types of code-switching: preparation and improvisation. 24 code-switches are prepared, accounting for 26.9%, and 10 code-switches are improvisation, accounting for 8.9%. As for the verbal code-change, there are both preparatory and impromptu ones. 36 code-switching cases were improvised, accounting for 40.4%, and 19 code-switching cases were prepared, accounting for 21.3%. In 2014, the relevant research data from the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Land and Resources showed that the total exceedance rate of soil heavy metal pollution in China had reached 16.1%, and in the construction of ecological civilization in the 13th Five-Year Plan, China has made the prevention and control of soil heavy metal pollution as the focus of prevention and control. Therefore, in this paper, four neural optimization network models, that is, radial basis neural network (RBFNN), generalized regression neural network (GRNN), wavelet neural network (WNN), and fuzzy neural network (FNN), are simulated and created to measure and correlate the soil heavy metal content in a city in northwest China and a city in central China from the actual situation in China. The simulations were conducted. Finally, by analyzing the comparison of predicted and true values of these four models on the test data of two sets of experimental data, the distribution of predicted differences to true values, and the calculation results of three error indicators, we found that WNN has the best prediction performance when using RBFNN, GRNN, WNN, and FNN for soil heavy metal content prediction. In order to further improve the performance of the automatic grammar error detection system, a new Chinese grammar recognition and correction model is proposed in this paper. Based on the transformer attention mechanism, the bias matrix of Gaussian distribution is added to improve the attention of the model to local text and strengthen the information extraction of wrong words and surrounding words in the wrong text. In addition, the ON_LSTM model is used to extract grammatical information from the special grammatical structure of error text. The experimental results show that the two methods can effectively improve the accuracy and recall rate, and the fused model achieves the highest F1 value. In this paper, a prediction model of information service talent demand is established by using gray system theory. For the deviations of the GM (1, 1) model, a combined GM (1, 1)-BP neural network prediction model is proposed. The simulation results show that the prediction results of the prediction model in this paper are satisfactory. This study in combination with the background of the new health reform, in view of the reform of the medical industry, analyzes the connotation of financial wisdom based on the important role of the hospital financial development problems, puts forward the development direction of artificial intelligence hospital financial wisdom development measures, designed to meet the changing external environment demand, reduces human costs, and improves the overall efficiency of hospital financial fund management. Based on the evaluation results, this paper proposes the correct direction for the development of hospital intelligence finance by using the BP neural network model. After the analysis, it is found that the development of artificial intelligence is an important measure to promote the development of hospital intelligent finance. In other words, hospital intelligent financial management is the product of the continuous progress of artificial intelligence technology. At the present stage, the intelligent financial management problems of hospitals are mainly as follows: (1) lack of financial informatization, (2) lack of perfect financial risk early warning system, and (3) the phenomenon of "information island" in the financial system. Satellite-based precipitation products (SPPs) provide valuable precipitation information for various applications. Their performance, however, varies significantly from region to region due to various data sources and production processes. This paper aims to evaluate four selected SPPs (Precipitation Estimation from Remotely Sensed Information using Artificial Neural Networks Climate Data Record (PERSIANN-CDR), Multi-Source Weighted-Ensemble Precipitation (MSWEP), Gauge-adjusted Global Satellite Mapping of Precipitation (GSMAP-gauge), and Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM)) over mainland China from 2016 to 2019. Both conventional statistical indicators (e.g., correlation coefficients (CC), root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), relative bias (RB), and Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency (NSE)) and categorical indicators (probability of detection (POD), probability of true detection (POTD), false-alarm rate (FAR), and critical success index (CSI)) are used for quantitative analysis. The results show that: (1) GSMAP-gauge and GPM perform best in reproducing the spatial distribution pattern of precipitation over mainland China, whereas SPPs generally underestimate summer precipitation with a high frequency of no-rain cases. (2) MSWEP has the best capability for recording precipitation events, although some parts of northern China exhibit abnormal overestimations for winter precipitation. (3) All SPPs, especially the PERSIANN-CDR, significantly underestimate the precipitation in the mountainous areas of southwestern China. (4) The GSMAP-gauge and GPM outperformed the other two of the four SPPs, in terms of the probability density function of daily precipitation for cases (PDFc) and the probability density function of daily precipitation for volume (PDFv). Generally, PERSIANN-CDR shows the poorest performance when compared to the other three products.
