Recent research has been focussed on renewable energy due to the rising need for electrical energy. Renewable energy has a low environmental impact compared to other energy sources. As a result, renewable energy sources (RESs) are the best option for generating electricity. Solar photovoltaic is one of the largest renewable power generators. Solar photovoltaic (PV) is connected to the load via power electronic converters. Most PV installations need a two-stage conversion process consisting of a boost converter to increase the load voltage and an AC-to-DC voltage source inverter to power the load. The Z-source inverter (ZSI) can confront the shortcomings of VSI and two-stage conversions. ZSI connects the PV system to the load and is used to increase the system's performance. This paper discusses the performance of various topologies of ZSI, such as traditional Z-source inverters (XZSIs); for integrating a PV source into a load, switched inductor Z-source inverters (SIZSIs) and transient Z-source inverters (TZSIs) are used. This paper aimed to investigate the application of ANN-assisted cancer risk prediction method in risk prediction of oral precancerous lesions. Through the analysis and research of ANN and oral cancer, the construction of oral cancer risk prediction model was applied to solve the problem of improving the survival rate of oral cancer patients. In this paper, ANN and oral precancerous lesions were analyzed, the performance of the algorithm was experimentally analyzed, and the relevant theoretical formulas were used to explain. The results showed that the method had higher accuracy than traditional forecasting methods. When N = 2 , the output accuracy was above 90%. This is also the direct cause of colon cancer. The aim of this paper was to investigate whether anesthetic drugs could positively affect the proliferation and apoptosis of colon cancer cells. In this paper, the significance of anesthetic drugs is proposed, and an artificial neural network algorithm based on artificial intelligence is proposed. It is well known that artificial neural networks play an important role in medicine. The experimental results of this paper show that the incidence of colon cancer in 2020 will be in the range of 5%-35%, and the incidence of colon cancer in 2021 will be in the range of 7%-30%. In this paper, BPNN algorithm and PCA-BPNN algorithm are used to test the dance teaching training of dance language, dance music, and stage art. The average accuracy of the BPNN evaluation model is 85.35% when the time reaches 80, while the average accuracy of the PCA-BPNN evaluation model is 65.64%. This shows that the accuracy of the BPNN evaluation model is higher than that of the PCA-BPNN evaluation model. This paper puts forward the research on the innovation of platform economic business model driven by BP neural network and artificial intelligence technology. BP neural network is used to study and evaluate the competitiveness of B2B e-commerce companies. According to the B2B e-commerce company competitiveness theory and BP neural network algorithm, combined with BP neural network and B2B e-commerce company competitiveness evaluation index system, a BP neural network model is designed to analyze the competitiveness of B2B e-commerce enterprises. Determine the expected value of network samples, select G1 method to determine the subjective weight, and select entropy weight method to determine the objective weight. With the help of the function in the MATLAB neural network toolbox, the neural network is trained. The results show that when the training times reach 3297 times, the sample mean square error is 9.9869e − 06, and the training network reaches convergence. The particularity and quantity of English translation terms have a great impact on the quality and effect of machine translation and can not meet the requirements of English translation of terms. At the same time, technical exchange and communication in different fields need the expression of professional terms. In addition, although the neural machine translation model has good translation performance, it is not ideal for target languages with small translation needs and limited corpus resources. In order to solve the problems existing in the English translation model, this paper constructs the transformer model by replacing the cyclic neural network variables and introducing the attention mechanism. The term information is integrated into two pretraining models to improve the learning ability of model language sentence relationship. Maintain the integrity of terminology information by fully completing the training. The experimental results show that, compared with the other three term translation models, the translation model in this paper has the advantage of term information. According to the stability process of smart grids, which starts by gathering information of consumers, and then evaluating this information based on specifications of a power supply, and finally, information of a price is sent to the consumers as a report about the utilization. From this perspective, this process is too much time consuming, thus it should predict a smart grid stability via artificial intelligence (e.g., neural networks). Recent advances in the accuracy of neural network have effective solutions to solving the smart grid stability prediction issues, but it remains necessary to develop high performance neural networks that give higher accuracy. In this paper, an artificial neural network (ANN) is proposed to predict a smart grid stability for Decentral Smart Grid Control (DSGC) systems. This neural network is applied to a dataset aggregated from simulations of grid stability, executed on a four-node network with star topology, and engaged in two classes of grid stability–stable and unstable. Keras framework is used to train the proposed neural network, and a hyperparameter tuning method is utilized to achieve high accuracy. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves and confusion matrices are experimentally utilized to evaluate the performance of the proposed neural network. The neural network provides high performance, with a testing loss rate of 0.0619, and a testing accuracy of 97.36%. The weighted average recall, precision, and F1-score for the proposed neural network are 98.02%, 98.03%, and 98.02%, respectively, while the area under the ROC curves (AUCs) is 100%. Nowadays, integration of renewable sources into the local distribution system and the nonlinear behavior of advanced power electronic equipment have made a large impact on the power quality (PQ). The unified power quality conditioner (UPQC) is a multifunctional FACTS device, which is a combination of both shunt active filter and series active filters via a common DC link. Presently, the artificial intelligence is playing a vital role in the development of the intelligent control methods. Traditional training methods of artificial neural network (ANN) like back propagation and Levenberg-Marquardt may get stuck in local optimal solution which leads to the invention of ANN trained optimally by metaheuristic algorithms. This paper develops a firefly algorithm-trained ANN (FF-ANNC) controller for the shunt active filter and proportional integral controller (PI-C) for the series active filter of the UPQC integrated with the solar energy system and battery energy storage via boost converter (B-C) and buck boost converters (B-B-C). The main aim of the proposed FF-ANNC is to reduce the mean square error (MSE) thereby achieving the constant DC link capacitor voltage (DLCV) during load and irradiation variations, reduction of imperfections in current waveforms, improvement in power factor (PF), and mitigation of sag, swell, disturbances, and unbalances in the grid voltage. The working of developed FF-ANNC was tested on five test studies with different types of loads and source voltage balancing/unbalancing conditions. However, to demonstrate supremacy of the suggested FF-ANNC, a comparative study with the training methods like genetic algorithm (GA) and ant colony optimization (AC-O) and also with other methods that exist in literature like PI-C, fuzzy logic controller (FL-C), and artificial neuro fuzzy interface system (ANFI-S) was conducted. The proposed method reduces the total harmonic distortion to 2.39%, 2.32%, 2.27%, 2.45%, and 2.66% which are lower than the existing methods that are available in literature. Artificial intelligence (AI) models such as neural networks and security violation report (SVR) have been used effectively in tourist demand forecasting as a result of the fast advancement of AI. This paper constructs a tourism demand forecasting model based on machine learning on the basis of the existing forecasting model research. The completed work is as follows: (1) It introduces a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on tourism volume forecasting and proposes the research content of this paper. (2) It is proposed to stack the long short-term memory- (LSTM-) based autoencoders deeply, by adopting a hierarchical greedy pretraining method to replace the random weight initialization method used in the deep network and combining this pretraining stage and fine-tuning network together to form the SAE-LSTM prediction model for improving the performance of deep learning models. (3) This paper uses the monthly search engine strength data of city A's monthly tourist volume and its related influencing factors as the data set; processes the data set to make the model adapt to the data input; uses mean absolute error (MAE), root mean square error (RMSE), MAPE, and other model evaluation indicators; and uses LSTM and the constructed SAE-LSTM model to conduct comparative experiments to predict the number of tourist arrivals in four years. The prediction results of the models proposed in this paper are better than those of the LSTM model. This paper presents an in-depth study and analysis of the model of English writing using artificial intelligence algorithms of neural networks. Based on word vectors, the unsupervised disambiguation, and clustering of multimedia contexts extracted from massive online videos, the disambiguation accuracy reaches over 0.7, and the resulting small-scale multimedia context set can cover up to 90% of vocabulary learning tasks; user experiments show that the multimedia context learning system based on this method can improve the effectiveness and experience of ESL vocabulary learning, as well as the long-term word sense memory of learners. The results are 30% better. Based on the dependency grammatical relations and semantic metrics of collocations on a large-scale professional corpus, we established a collocation intention description and retrieval method in line with users' linguistic cognition and doubled the usage rate of collocation retrieval on the actual deployment system after half a year, becoming a user "sticky" ESL writing aid, and further defined style. Dictionaries only provide basic lexical definitions, and, even if supported by example sentences, they still cannot meet the needs of ESL authors in terms of expressive accuracy and richness. However, the current machine translation is based on the black box deep neural network construction, and its translation process is not understandable and interactive. Among the three algorithmic models constructed in this paper, the multitask learning model outperforms the conditional random field model and the LSTM-CRF model because the multitask learning model with auxiliary tasks solves the problem of sparse data to a certain extent, allowing the model to be trained more adequately in the case of uneven label distribution, and thus performs better than other models in the task of grammatical error detection. Land desertification is a major environmental problem facing the world at present, and how to do a good job in dynamic monitoring is particularly important. For remote sensing images, this paper constructs a GA-PSO-BP analysis model based on BP neural network, genetic algorithm, and particle swarm algorithm and compares the classification training accuracies of the four models of BP, GA-BP, PSO-BP, and GA-PSO-BP; GA-PSO-BP was selected for dynamic analysis of desertification images, and the results showed the following: (1) By comparing the regional classification training accuracies of the four models of BP, GA-BP, PSO-BP, and GA-PSO-BP, the GA-PSO-BP neural network remote sensing image classification method proposed in this paper is simple and easy to operate. Compared with traditional remote sensing image classification methods and traditional neural network classification methods, the classification accuracy of remote sensing effects is improved. Similarly, in the application of oral scoring, deep learning technology makes the implementation of such a system possible. Based on the deep learning technology, this paper proposes an automatic scoring algorithm for spoken language and implements a detailed design and evaluation system. The system consists of two modules. The pronunciation standard of spoken pronunciation and the content of spoken pronunciation are scored, and the sum of these two scores is the final score. With the development of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of drug design and discovery, learning informative representations of molecules is becoming crucial for those AI-driven tasks. In recent years, the graph neural networks (GNNs) have emerged as a preferred choice of deep learning architecture and have been successfully applied to molecular representation learning (MRL). Up-to-date MRL methods directly apply the message passing mechanism on the atom-level attributes (i.e., atoms and bonds) of molecules. However, they neglect latent yet significant hyperstructured knowledge, such as the information of pharmacophore or functional class. Hence, in this paper, we propose Hyper-Mol, a new MRL framework that applies GNNs to encode hypergraph structures of molecules via fingerprint-based features. Hyper-Mol explores the hyperstructured knowledge and the latent relationships of the fingerprint substructures from a hypergraph perspective. The molecular hypergraph generation algorithm is designed to depict the hyperstructured information with the physical and chemical characteristics of molecules. Thus, the fingerprint-level message passing process can encode both the intra-structured and inter-structured information of fingerprint substructures according to the molecular hypergraphs. We evaluate Hyper-Mol on molecular property prediction tasks, and the experimental results on real-world benchmarks show that Hyper-Mol can learn comprehensive hyperstructured knowledge of molecules and is superior to the state-of-the-art baselines. Aim. This comprehensive review is aimed at evaluating the diagnostic and prognostic accuracy of artificial intelligence in endodontic dentistry. Introduction. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a relatively new technology that has widespread use in dentistry. The AI technologies have primarily been used in dentistry to diagnose dental diseases, plan treatment, make clinical decisions, and predict the prognosis. AI models like convolutional neural networks (CNN) and artificial neural networks (ANN) have been used in endodontics to study root canal system anatomy, determine working length measurements, detect periapical lesions and root fractures, predict the success of retreatment procedures, and predict the viability of dental pulp stem cells. Methodology. The literature was searched in electronic databases such as Google Scholar, Medline, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Scopus, published over the last four decades (January 1980 to September 15, 2021) by using keywords such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, application, endodontics, and dentistry. Results. The preliminary search yielded 2560 articles relevant enough to the paper's purpose. A total of 88 articles met the eligibility criteria. The majority of research on AI application in endodontics has concentrated on tracing apical foramen, verifying the working length, projection of periapical pathologies, root morphologies, and retreatment predictions and discovering the vertical root fractures. Conclusion. In endodontics, AI displayed accuracy in terms of diagnostic and prognostic evaluations. The use of AI can help enhance the treatment plan, which in turn can lead to an increase in the success rate of endodontic treatment outcomes. It is a type of machine learning, actually derived from artificial neural networks, and is a method used to learn the characteristics of sample data. It is a multilayer network, which can learn the information from the bottom to the top of the image through the multilayer network, so as to extract the characteristics of the sample, and then perform identification and classification. The purpose of deep learning is to make the machine have the same analytical and learning capabilities as the human brain. The ability of deep learning in data processing (including images) is unmatched by other methods, and its achievements in recent years have left other methods behind. This article comprehensively reviews the application research progress of deep convolutional neural networks in ancient Chinese pattern restoration and mainly focuses on the research based on deep convolutional neural networks. The main tasks are as follows: (1) a detailed and comprehensive introduction to the basic knowledge of deep convolutional neural and a summary of related algorithms along the three directions of text preprocessing, learning, and neural networks are provided. This article focuses on the related mechanism of traditional pattern repair based on deep convolutional neural network and analyzes the key structure and principle. (2) Research on image restoration models based on deep convolutional networks and adversarial neural networks is carried out. The model is mainly composed of four parts, namely, information masking, feature extraction, generating network, and discriminant network. The main functions of each part are independent and interdependent. (3) The method based on the deep convolutional neural network and the other two methods are tested on the same part of the Qinghai traditional embroidery image data set. From the final evaluation index of the experiment, the method in this paper has better evaluation index than the traditional image restoration method based on samples and the image restoration method based on deep learning. Artificial neural network shows excellent intelligence because of its powerful nonlinear processing ability and efficient associative function. At the same time, in the field of education and teaching, the integration of English teaching and multimodality not only condenses the characteristics of the times but also expands new teaching models, bringing opportunities for the emergence of new teaching models. Based on this, this study proposes an interactive method for multimodal English teaching based on artificial neural networks. It aims to study how to use the autonomous learning of artificial neural networks to accelerate the fusion of different modalities and at the same time make suggestions for different teaching interaction modes. This paper firstly analyzes the interaction of English teaching under the traditional mode. It then proposes a multimodal fusion interaction method based on artificial neural networks. This paper presents an automated and noninvasive technique to discriminate COVID-19 patients from pneumonia patients using chest X-ray images and artificial intelligence. The reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test is commonly administered to detect COVID-19. However, the RT-PCR test necessitates person-to-person contact to administer, requires variable time to produce results, and is expensive. Moreover, this test is still unreachable to the significant global population. The chest X-ray images can play an important role here as the X-ray machines are commonly available at any healthcare facility. However, the chest X-ray images of COVID-19 and viral pneumonia patients are very similar and often lead to misdiagnosis subjectively. This investigation has employed two algorithms to solve this problem objectively. One algorithm uses lower-dimension encoded features extracted from the X-ray images and applies them to the machine learning algorithms for final classification. The other algorithm relies on the inbuilt feature extractor network to extract features from the X-ray images and classifies them with a pretrained deep neural network VGG16. The simulation results show that the proposed two algorithms can extricate COVID-19 patients from pneumonia with the best accuracy of 100% and 98.1%, employing VGG16 and the machine learning algorithm, respectively. In this paper, the background subtraction method is used to process the sports video image to obtain the sports action contour and realize the sports action segmentation and feature extraction, and the artificial intelligence neural network is used to train the feature vector to establish the sports action recognition classifier. This paper mainly uses a three-stream CNN artificial intelligence deep learning framework based on convolutional neural network and uses a soft Vlad representation algorithm based on data decoding to learn the action features. With the development of the automobile industry, artificial intelligence, big data, 5G, and other technologies, the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) industry has entered a stage of rapid development. In this paper, a pollutant diffusion model based on an artificial neural network is designed in the context of a vehicle network. The application of artificial neural networks in haze prediction is studied. This paper first analyzes the causes and influencing factors of haze and selects the most representative and relatively large meteorological factors from temperature, wind, relative humidity, and several pollutant factors. Through training and simulation, a haze prediction model in the Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei regions of China is established. Finally, according to the collected meteorological data, the pollutant diffusion model is established. The model is deduced by a standard mathematical formula, which makes the prediction results more accurate and rigorous, and the main conclusions and feasible scientific suggestions are obtained. With the continuous development and wide application of artificial intelligence technology, artificial neural network technology has begun to be used in the field of fraud identification. Among them, learning vector quantization (LVQ) neural network is the most widely used in the field of fraud identification, and the fraud identification rate is relatively high. In this context, this paper explores this neural network technology in depth, uses the same fraud sample to test the fraud recognition rate of these two models, and proposes an optimized LVQ-based combined neural network fraud risk recognition model on this basis. This paper selects 550 listed companies that have committed fraud from 2015 to 2019 as the fraud samples, determines 550 nonfraud matching sample companies in accordance with the Beasley principle one-to-one, and uses this as the research sample. The fraud risk identification indicators with better identification effects combed out according to the literature were used as the initial indicator system. After the collinearity problem was eliminated through the paired sample T test and principal component analysis, the five indicators with the best identification effects were finally selected. In this paper, in-depth research and analysis of juvenile delinquency prevention and occupational therapy education guidance using artificial intelligence are conducted, and its response mechanism is designed in this way. Two crime type prediction algorithms based on time-crime type count vectorization and dense neural network and crime type prediction based on the fusion of dense neural network and long- and short-term memory neural network are proposed. The outputs of both are fed into a new neural network for training to achieve the fusion of the two neural networks. Among them, the use of the dense neural network can effectively fit the relationship between the constructed features and crime types. The behavioral manifestations and causes of the formation of deviant behavior in adolescents are discussed. They can only read numerical data, but there is a lot of information in the textual data that is closely related to the training effect. Forecasting electricity load demand is critical for power system planning and energy management. In particular, accurate short-term load forecasting (STLF), which focuses on the lead time horizon of few minutes to one week ahead, can help in better load scheduling, unit commitment, and cost-effective operation of smart power grids. In the last decade, different artificial intelligence (AI)-based techniques and metaheuristic algorithms have been utilized for STLF by the researchers and scientists with varying degrees of accuracy and efficacy. Despite the benefits of implemented methods for STLF, many drawbacks and associated problems have also been observed and reported by the researchers. This paper provides a comprehensive review of hybrid deep learning models based on nature-inspired metaheuristic techniques for STLF with respect to the analysis of the results and accuracy. Moreover, it also provides the research findings and gaps that will assist the researchers to have an early awareness of all important benefits and drawbacks of these integrated STLF methods scientifically and systematically. In this paper, in-depth research analysis of anti-hepatocellular carcinoma molecular targets for hepatocellular carcinoma diagnosis was conducted using artificial intelligence. Because BRD4 plays an important role in gene transcription for cell cycle regulation and apoptosis, tumor-targeted therapy by inhibiting the expression or function of BRD4 has received increasing attention in the field of antitumor research. Study subjects in small samples were used as the validation set for validating each diagnostic model constructed based on the training set. The diagnostic effect of each model in the validation set is evaluated by calculating the sensitivity, specificity, and compliance rate, and the model with the best and most stable diagnostic value is selected by combining the results of model construction, validation, and evaluation. The total sample was divided into a training set and test set by using a stratified sampling method in the ratio of 7 : 3. Logistic regression, weighted k -nearest neighbor, decision tree, and BP artificial neural network were used in the training set to construct diagnostic models for early-stage liver cancer, respectively, and the optimal parameters of the corresponding models were obtained, and then, the constructed models were validated in the test set. To evaluate the diagnostic efficacy, stability, and generalization ability of the four classification methods more robustly, a 10-fold crossover test was performed for each classification method. BRD4 is an epigenetic regulator that is associated with the upregulation of expression of various oncogenic drivers in tumors. Targeting BRD4 with pharmacological inhibitors has emerged as a novel approach for tumor treatment. In this research, we replace the traditional methods of research used in the past for judging the mental health of the society, with the latest artificial intelligence techniques to predict these components for attaining the best human capital. In the past, researchers have point out major flaws in predicting psychological issue and addressing a right solution to the human resource working in organizations of the world. In order to give solution to these issues, we used five different psychological issues pertinent to human beings for accurate prediction of human resource personality that effect the overall performance of the employee. In this regard, a sample of 500 data has been collected to train and test on computer through python for selecting the best model that will outperform all the other models. We used supervised AI techniques like support vector machine linear, support vector machine radial basis function, decision tree model, logistic regression, and neural networks. Results proved that psychological issue data from employee of different organizations are better means for predicting the overall performance based on personality traits than using either of them alone. As far as the financial management is concerned, opportunities and difficulties are faced by enterprises of all types. With reference to the available research data, enterprises have an important contribution to GDP and jobs, but they still face a series of difficulties and challenges in their development in the context of the normalization of the epidemic. By analyzing the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic on the financial management work of enterprises, this paper proposes an artificial neural network-based enterprise financial forecasting and early warning method to provide an effective method for enterprise financial management. For the time-series characteristics of enterprise finances, a prediction model based on long- and short-term memory networks is developed which acknowledges the necessity of combining the temporal dimension with the spatial dimension for forecasting. This model incorporates time qualities into the data to the existing forecasting model. It also considers both working and nonworking day data and thoroughly considers the factors influencing corporate finance. Then, using BP neural network for financial risk prediction, nonfinancial index factors should be added to the financial early warning model thus eliminating the limitations of the financial early warning model. At the same time, the accuracy of the prediction can be improved which is more suitable for enterprises to apply in practice. The experimental results demonstrate that the financial prediction model built by multilayer feed forward neural networks and recurrent neural networks based on error back propagation training is inferior to the prediction model built by long- and short-term memory network. Regardless of the degree of fitting or prediction accuracy, the BP neural network model outperforms the conventional model for enterprise financial warning. The nanoindentation technique is employed to characterize the behaviors of biomaterials. Nevertheless, there is a lack of development of a miniaturized precise positioner for in situ nanoindentation. Besides, modeling behaviors of the positioner are restricted due to its complex kinematic characteristics. Therefore, this paper proposes a novel compliant two degrees of freedom (dof) stage for positioning a biomaterial sample in in situ nanoindentation. In addition, a new modeling and dimensional optimization synthesis method of the stage is developed. The proposed effective methodology is developed based on a kinetostatic analysis-based calculation method, the Lagrange approach, and a neural network algorithm. With an increased advance in artificial intelligence, a neural network algorithm is proposed to extend the applicability of artificial neural networks in optimizing the parameters of the stage. First, the 2-dof stage is built via a combination of an eight-lever displacement amplifier and a symmetric parallelogram mechanism. Second, a chain of mathematical equations of the 2-dof stage is constructed using a kinetostatic analysis-based method to calculate the ratio of displacement amplification and the input stiffness of the 2-dof stage. Then, the Lagrange method is utilized to formulate the dynamic equation of the 2-dof stage. Finally, a neural network algorithm is adopted to maximize the natural first frequency of the proposed stage. The optimal results determined that the frequency of the stage can achieve a high value of 112.0995 Hz. Artificial intelligence (AI) techniques have been considered effective technologies in diagnosing and breaking the transmission chain of COVID-19 disease. Recent research uses the deep convolution neural network (DCNN) as the discoverer or classifier of COVID-19 X-ray images. The most challenging part of neural networks is the subject of their training. Descent-based (GDB) algorithms have long been used to train fullymconnected layer (FCL) at DCNN. Despite the ability of GDBs to run and converge quickly in some applications, their disadvantage is the manual adjustment of many parameters. Therefore, it is not easy to parallelize them with graphics processing units (GPUs). Therefore, in this paper, the whale optimization algorithm (WOA) evolved by a fuzzy system called FuzzyWOA is proposed for DCNN training. With accurate and appropriate tuning of WOA's control parameters, the fuzzy system defines the boundary between the exploration and extraction phases in the search space. It causes the development and upgrade of WOA. To evaluate the performance and capability of the proposed DCNN-FuzzyWOA model, a publicly available database called COVID-Xray-5k is used. DCNN-PSO, DCNN-GA, and LeNet-5 benchmark models are used for fair comparisons. Comparative parameters include accuracy, processing time, standard deviation (STD), curves of ROC and precision-recall, and F1-Score. The results showed that the FuzzyWOA training algorithm with 20 epochs was able to achieve 100% accuracy, at a processing time of 880.44 s with an F1-Score equal to 100%. Structurally, the i-6c-2s-12c-2s model achieved better results than the i-8c-2s-16c-2s model. Although machine translation can translate long texts in a very short time, its translation quality is quite poor, especially in the face of advanced English such as professional English, terminology, abbreviations, etc. To this end, machine English-assisted translation systems have been developed in recent years. Different from the working principle of machine English translation, machine English-assisted translation is a method of artificial intelligence + human-computer interaction. It uses convolutional neural networks and deep learning to translate words efficiently. The translator puts the original text and the translation into the machine database each time, and the machine can process some English terms, complex sentences, technical English, and other advanced English after continuous learning. Machine English-assisted translation can reduce repeated translations and greatly improve translation quality and translation efficiency. In this paper, the combination of artificial intelligence and machine English-assisted translation is compared with machine English translation, and comparative experiments are carried out by setting different matching degrees. Based on this, this paper starts with the deep neural network algorithm, takes face recognition as the research tool, and deeply studies how to use the deep neural network algorithm to demonstrate the application of intelligent face recognition in complex environments. Object detection is to identify objects and then find some objects of interest. With the development of computers, target detection has evolved from traditional detection methods to artificial intelligence methods, and the latter are mainly based on some algorithms of deep learning. This paper mainly tests the treated sewage. First, the neural network and convolutional neural network algorithms in deep learning are studied, and then a target detection system is built based on these two algorithms. Finally, the treated sewage is detected and then compared with that of the traditional target detection system. The experimental results show that the target detection system of the convolutional neural network algorithm has a very stable recognition rate for the treated sewage, swinging around 70%, and the amplitude is not large. As the competition between enterprises intensifies, employees have witnessed a decline of psychological health year by year and severe anxiety and depression. To ensure the normal work of employees, it is important to implement psychological occupational therapy intervention (POTI). The previous studies on corporate occupational values focus on the behavioral variables and attitude variables related to occupations. The research paradigm does not suit a specific group of employees. Therefore, this paper explores the individual differences in POTI guided by the realization of occupational values. For a specific group of employees, the correlations of the psychological problems with job attitude, job involvement, and psychological health level were reasoned logically, a theoretical model was established, and the full-model map was plotted to illustrate the influence of the realization of occupational values over POTI. Then, the evaluation data on the psychological intervention effect of 2,800 employees were explored based on multikernel learning, and an individual difference prediction model was constructed through multikernel learning. In order to solve the single fixed structure of traditional SNN and poor scalability, combined with the Kohonen layer structure in the self-organizing mapping network, an improved collaborative neural network model is proposed. This paper studies the network training method and operation convergence and analyzes the converged network and the pattern classification results obtained by the network. In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, traditional teaching methods and concepts have been frequently impacted. Artificial neural network shows excellent intelligence because of its powerful nonlinear processing ability and efficient associative function. It is increasingly becoming an emerging object in the field of artificial intelligence. At the same time, in the field of education and teaching, the integration of English teaching and multimodality not only condenses the characteristics of the times but also expands new teaching models, bringing opportunities for the emergence of new teaching models. Based on this, this study proposes an interactive method for multimodal English teaching based on artificial neural networks. It aims to study how to use the autonomous learning of artificial neural networks to accelerate the fusion of different modalities and at the same time make suggestions for different teaching interaction modes. This paper firstly analyzes the interaction of English teaching under the traditional mode. It then proposes a multimodal fusion interaction method based on artificial neural networks. It finally explores the feasibility of the new interaction theory by setting up an experimental group and a control group. Through the analysis of the experimental data, the final data results show that the multimodal fusion interaction based on artificial neural network has a very significant effect, and the students' interest in the English classroom is as high as 81.9%. This paper constructs an algorithm for youth school violence recognition and an occupational therapy education model for victims through the extraction of action speech features. For the characteristics of violent actions and daily actions, action features in time and frequency domains are extracted and action categories are recognized by BP neural network; for complex actions, it is proposed to decompose complex actions into basic actions to improve the recognition rate; then, LDA dimensionality reduction algorithm is introduced for the problem of the high complexity of algorithm due to high dimensionality of features, and the feature dimensionality is reduced to 8 dimensions by LDA dimensionality reduction algorithm, which reduces the system running time by about 51% and improves the accuracy of violent action recognition by 3.3% while ensuring the overall performance of the system. The LDA dimensionality reduction algorithm reduces the number of features to 8 dimensions, which reduces the running time of the system by 51%, increases the accuracy rate of violent action recognition by 3.3%, and increases the recall rate of violent action recognition by 8.86% while ensuring the overall performance of the system. Based on the classical D-S theory, we proposed an improved D-S evidence fusion algorithm by modifying the original evidence model with a new probability distribution function and constructing new fusion rules, which can solve the fusion conflict problem well. Wastewater is created by pharma firms and has become a huge worry for the ecosystem. There is a significant amount of toxins that are being dropped continuously from numerous pharmaceutical companies that causes serious damages to the environment and public health because of its comprising high organics as well as inorganic loadings and thus requirements appropriate treatment before final disposal to the ecosystem. Goal of this approach is to treat the wastewater treatment model with industrial data. Algorithms of the artificial neural network (ANN) were employed progressively to predict parameters for wastewater plants. This provision assists users to take remedial measures and function the process by the standards. It is proven as beneficial technology because of its complicated mechanism, dynamic and inconsistent changes in aspects, to overcome some of the limitations of common mathematical models for the wastewater treatment plant. The target is to achieve better prediction accuracy in wastewater treatment model. In this paper, ANN approaches are relevant to the prediction of input and effluent chemical oxygen demand (COD) for effluent treatment procedures. Artificial neural networks (ANNs) offer accurate technique modeling for complex systems using an artificial intelligence technique. Three distinct types of back-propagation ANN were devised to avoid the concentration of wastewater treatment facilities in the concentration of COD, suspended particles, and mixed liquid solids in an epidermal water treatment tank (MLSS). To anticipate COD levels in influential and effluent areas, two ANN-based techniques have been presented. Forecasting economic growth is critical for formulating national economic development policies. Neural Networks are a type of artificial intelligence that may be used to model complex target functions. ANN (Artificial Neural Networks) are one of the most effective learning approaches now available for specific sorts of tasks, such as learning to understand complex real-world sensor data. This paper proposes the regional economic prediction model based on neural networks techniques. Bayesian vector neural network (BVNN) is integrated with backpropagation (BP) model. The database has been collected based on the economics of particular region which has been extracted and classified using knowledge-based computer analysis by neural networks. Discretization, reduction, importance ranking, and prediction rule are attributes considered here. Then, as the input training sample, feed extracted important components into the NN. This strategy enhanced the training speed and prediction accuracy by reducing structure of NN. WEO, APDREO, and AFRREO are the dataset and FWA-SVR and LSTM are the existing method taken for comparison. For the WEO dataset, 97% of GDP and 98% of accuracy are produced. For APDREO dataset, 92% of accuracy and GDP of 97% are obtained. For AFRREO dataset, 98% of accuracy is produced. The neural network can tackle nonlinear problems, according to experimental data, and the technology has been proven to be successful and viable with high accuracy. The purpose of the paper was the assessment of the success of an artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm formed on a deep-convolutional neural network (D-CNN) model for the segmentation of apical lesions on dental panoramic radiographs. A total of 470 anonymized panoramic radiographs were used to progress the D-CNN AI model based on the U-Net algorithm (CranioCatch, Eskisehir, Turkey) for the segmentation of apical lesions. The radiographs were obtained from the Radiology Archive of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology of the Faculty of Dentistry of Eskisehir Osmangazi University. A U-Net implemented with PyTorch model (version 1.4.0) was used for the segmentation of apical lesions. In the test data set, the AI model segmented 63 periapical lesions on 47 panoramic radiographs. The sensitivity, precision, and F1-score for segmentation of periapical lesions at 70% IoU values were 0.92, 0.84, and 0.88, respectively. AI systems have the potential to overcome clinical problems. Computer music creation boasts broad application prospects. It generally relies on artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to generate the music score that matches the original mono-symbol score model or memorize/recognize the rhythms and beats of the music. However, there are very few music melody synthesis models based on artificial neural networks (ANNs). Some ANN-based models cannot adapt to the transposition invariance of original rhythm training set. To overcome the defect, this paper tries to develop an automatic synthesis technology of music teaching melodies based on recurrent neural network (RNN). Firstly, a strategy was proposed to extract the acoustic features from music melody. Next, the sequence-sequence model was adopted to synthetize general music melodies. After that, an RNN was established to synthetize music melody with singing melody, such as to find the suitable singing segments for the music melody in teaching scenario. The RNN can synthetize music melody with a short delay solely based on static acoustic features, eliminating the need for dynamic features. The proposed model was proved valid through experiments. From a macro perspective, futures index of agricultural products can reflect the trend of macroeconomy and can also have an early warning effect on the possible crisis and provide a reference for the government's economic forecast and macro control. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research on early warning and prediction of agricultural futures price. For the prediction of futures price, there are two kinds of common models: one is the traditional classic time series model, and the other is the neural network model under the wave of artificial intelligence. This paper selects the 1976 closing data of agricultural futures index from January 10, 2012, to February 27, 2020, and uses the time series differential autoregressive integrated moving average model (ARIMA model) and long short-term memory model (LSTM model) to study this work, respectively, and compares the predicted effects of the two models in some metrics. Based on the predicted results of the two models, a simple trading strategy is established, and the trading effects of the two models are compared. Deep learning is the latest trend of machine learning and artificial intelligence research. As a new field with rapid development over the past decade, it has attracted more and more researchers' attention. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model is one of the most important classical structures in deep learning models, and its performance has been gradually improved in deep learning tasks in recent years. Convolutional neural networks have been widely used in image classification, target detection, semantic segmentation, and natural language processing because they can automatically learn the feature representation of sample data. Firstly, this paper analyzes the model structure of a typical convolutional neural network model to increase the network depth and width in order to improve its performance, analyzes the network structure that further improves the model performance by using the attention mechanism, and then summarizes and analyzes the current special model structure. In order to further improve the text language processing effect, a convolutional neural network model, Hybrid convolutional neural network (CNN), and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) based on the fusion of text features and language knowledge are proposed. The text features and language knowledge are integrated into the language processing model, and the accuracy of the text language processing model is improved by parameter optimization. The novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a contagious disease that has caused thousands of deaths and infected millions worldwide. Thus, various technologies that allow for the fast detection of COVID-19 infections with high accuracy can offer healthcare professionals much-needed help. This study is aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of the state-of-the-art pretrained Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) on the automatic diagnosis of COVID-19 from chest X-rays (CXRs). The dataset used in the experiments consists of 1200 CXR images from individuals with COVID-19, 1345 CXR images from individuals with viral pneumonia, and 1341 CXR images from healthy individuals. In this paper, the effectiveness of artificial intelligence (AI) in the rapid and precise identification of COVID-19 from CXR images has been explored based on different pretrained deep learning algorithms and fine-tuned to maximise detection accuracy to identify the best algorithms. The results showed that deep learning with X-ray imaging is useful in collecting critical biological markers associated with COVID-19 infections. VGG16 and MobileNet obtained the highest accuracy of 98.28%. However, VGG16 outperformed all other models in COVID-19 detection with an accuracy, F1 score, precision, specificity, and sensitivity of 98.72%, 97.59%, 96.43%, 98.70%, and 98.78%, respectively. The outstanding performance of these pretrained models can significantly improve the speed and accuracy of COVID-19 diagnosis. However, a larger dataset of COVID-19 X-ray images is required for a more accurate and reliable identification of COVID-19 infections when using deep transfer learning.
