Daily oral pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is highly effective for HIV prevention, though efficacy depends on adherence. Digital pill systems (DPS) can enable direct, real-time adherence measurement. HIV-negative men who have sex with men (MSM) with substance use (excluding alcohol) utilized a DPS over 90 days and completed weekly surveys reporting sexual activity, condom use, and substance use. Responses indicating (1) any sexual activity and substance use or (2) condomless anal intercourse (CAI) in the prior week were categorized as high risk for HIV acquisition. PrEP adherence data for the 7-day period preceding each response was dichotomized as ≤ 3 and ≥ 4 doses/week, indicating prevention-effective adherence, and compared by HIV risk level. Thirteen MSM were analyzed (median age: 32). Of 113 surveys, 48.7% indicated high HIV risk, with 12.4% reporting CAI alone, 16.8% any sexual activity and substance use, and 19.5% both CAI and substance use. Weekly mean PrEP adherence was 90.3% (6.3 of 7 doses/week), with ≥ 4 doses/week recorded during 92.0% of weeks. The proportion of participants with ≥ 4 recorded doses/week was 88.9% during weeks with CAI alone, 89.5% during weeks with any sexual activity and substance use, 92.0% during weeks with both CAI and substance use, and 92.8% during lower risk weeks. Participants ingested ≥ 4 doses/week during 89.1% of all high-risk weeks and 94.8% of low-risk weeks. Overall, participants maintained high levels of PrEP adherence while engaging in HIV risk behaviors. Black and African American men who have sex with men (Black MSM) experience the greatest proportion of new HIV infections in the United States. To address this challenge, a better understanding of the HIV environment riskscape including both risk and resilience factors is warranted among Black MSM. Research indicates that stress is associated with increased HIV sexual risk behaviors. Further, behavioral factors such as serosorting and community level factors including social support and community connection are resilience factors that protect against risk behaviors. The present study examines whether everyday stress is associated with HIV sexual risk behavior, as well as the role of risk and resilience factors among 125 Black MSM recruited in the Real Talk study. The Real Talk project examined the relationships between resilience, HIV risk behaviors, and HIV prevention strategy among a sample of Black MSM. Using generalized estimating equations, our results indicate a positive association between everyday stress and engaging in condomless anal intercourse only after adjusting for risk, resilience, and correlate variables. Similarly, having multiple sex partners and using substances during sex also show positive associations with condomless anal intercourse. Resilience factors of engaging in serosorting and being connected to both the Black and gay communities were negatively associated with condomless anal intercourse. Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is an effective HIV prevention strategy that consists in the use of antiretroviral drugs by seronegative people at risk of HIV. Negative perceptions, inadequate understanding, and access barriers have been associated with decreased medication adherence. Manaus is the largest city in the Brazilian Amazon, where the incidence of HIV/AIDS is high, and the rates of adherence to the antiretroviral treatment for HIV and PrEP are low. In this qualitative study among PrEP users, mostly MSM, we explored perceptions, knowledge, and access barriers. We conducted 21 in-depth interviews with an intentionally sampled group of participants who had used PrEP at least once in their lifetime, selected through the snowball technique, between April and July 2022. A thematic analysis was conducted with a predominantly inductive approach. We highlight three relevant themes: (i) access to information about PrEP and its influences on users, (ii) access, monitoring, and barriers encountered, and (iii) facilitators for PrEP adherence and sexual behaviors. One of the negative perceptions identified in the study involves a misunderstanding of the association between PrEP users and the HIV/AIDS status. Participants revealed that some non-PrEP users suspect that individuals claiming PrEP usage are concealing an HIV-positive status to engage in unprotected sex. Lack of information by health professionals regarding HIV prevention methods poses significant barriers to PrEP access and adherence. Participants emphasized social media's crucial role in PrEP awareness. The results suggest a need to increase digital outreach regarding PrEP, decentralize PrEP services, and provide comprehensive healthcare training to improve the effectiveness of the preventive measure. This study aimed to analyze the prevalence of sexualized drug use (SDU) and determine its association with a comprehensive set of sociodemographic characteristics, risky sexual behaviors, prevention measures for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and other sexually transmitted infections (STI), and STI diagnosis in Spain. The sample consisted of 493 men who have sex with men between 18 and 78 years old (M age = 32.58, SD = 11.05). Approximately 37.9% of the participants had participated in SDU. Participants who practiced SDU were significantly more likely to be older and have more casual sexual partners and engage in less conventional sexual practices than those who did not. In addition, SDU was associated with less consistent condom use and greater use of Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) compared to participants who did not practice SDU. Finally, the STI diagnosis was also significantly related to SDU. However, when condom use and PrEP was included and controlled in the model along with STI diagnosis, SDU was no longer related to a higher likelihood of STI diagnosis. Men who have sex with men (MSM) are vulnerable to HIV infection. Although daily oral pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) prevents HIV among MSM, its usage remains low. We conducted virtual in-depth interviews (IDIs) and focus groups (FGs) with Black, Hispanic/Latino, and White MSM consisting of current PrEP users and those aware of but not currently using PrEP. We delved into their preferences regarding six emerging PrEP products: a weekly oral pill, event-driven oral pills, anal douche/enema, anal suppository, long-acting injection, and a skin implant. Our mixed methods analysis involved inductive content analysis of transcripts for thematic identification and calculations of preferences. Among the sample (n = 98), the weekly oral pill emerged as the favored option among both PrEP Users and PrEP Aware IDI participants. Ranking exercises during FGs also corroborated this preference, with the weekly oral pill being most preferred. However, PrEP Users in FGs leaned toward the long-acting injectable. Conversely, the anal suppository and douche/enema were the least preferred products. Overall, participants were open to emerging PrEP products and valued flexibility but expressed concerns about limited protection for products designed solely for receptive sex. Introduction: Past research shows that HIV self‐testing (HIVST) can increase testing and facilitate more HIV diagnoses relative to clinic testing. However, in the United States, the use of HIVSTs is limited due to concerns that those who use HIVST could be less likely to be linked to care. Methods: From January 2019 to April 2022, we recruited 811 men who have sex with men (MSM) in the United States who tested infrequently using an online marketing campaign and randomized them 1:1:1 to receive one of the following every 3 months for a year: (1) text message reminders to get tested at a local clinic (control); (2) mailed HIVST kits with access to a free helpline (standard HIVST); and (3) mailed HIVST kits with counselling provided within 24 hours of opening a kit (eTest). Quarterly follow‐up surveys assessed HIV testing, sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing, pre‐exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) use and sexual risk behaviour. Findings: Eight participants were diagnosed with HIV, and all but one were through HIVST. Participants in either HIVST condition, standard or eTest, had significantly higher odds of any testing (OR = 7.9, 95% CI = 4.9−12.9 and OR = 6.6, 95% CI = 4.2−10.5) and repeat testing (>1 test; OR = 8.5, 95% CI = 5.7−12.6; OR = 8.9, 95% CI = 6.1−13.4) over 12 months relative to the control group. Rates of STI testing and PrEP uptake did not differ across study condition, but those in the eTest condition reported 27% fewer sexual risk events across the study period relative to other groups. Conclusions: HIVST vastly increased testing, encouraged more regular testing among MSM, and identified nearly all new cases, suggesting that HIVST could diagnose HIV acquisition earlier. Providing timely follow‐up counselling after HIVST did not increase rates of STI testing or PrEP use, but some evidence suggested that counselling may have reduced sexual risk behaviour. Gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men (GBMSM) and transgender individuals face heightened risks of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Surveillance within these populations is critical, and community testing services play a pivotal role in preventing and controlling HIV and STIs. This study investigates the trends in HIV, syphilis and hepatitis C (HCV) infections among participants in an apps-driven rapid test program from 2016 to 2023 in Barcelona, Spain, examining associated factors. Trend analysis utilized Wilcoxon-type test and associated factors were determined through multivariate logistic analysis. The prevalence of new HIV diagnosis was 1.81% (CI 1.18–2.64), active syphilis was 3.37% (CI 2.46–4.50) and acute HCV was 0.40% (CI 0.11–1.02). While infection rates showed no significant changes, there was significant increasing in sex work and chemsex and decreasing in condom use. Additionally, a peak in dating apps use for sex and a specific reduction in number of sexual partners were observed in 2020. Factors associated with HIV diagnoses included migrant status (aOR = 11.19; CI 2.58–48.53) and inconsistent condom use during the previous 12 months (aOR = 3.12; CI 1.02–9.51). For syphilis, associated factors were migrant status (aOR = 2.46; CI 1.14–5.29), inconsistent condom use (aOR = 3.38; CI 1.37–8.36), and chemsex practice during the previous 12 months (aOR = 2.80; CI 1.24–6.30). Our findings emphasize the need for tailored interventions, including culturally sensitive outreach for migrants and comprehensive strategies addressing substance use in sexual contexts. Technological innovations and targeted educational initiatives could reduce the burden of HIV and STIs within the GBMSM and transgender communities, providing valuable insights for public health strategies. Clinical trials provide evidence that pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) prevents HIV acquisition including through sharing of injection equipment among people who inject drugs (PWID). However, uptake among many populations at risk for HIV has been slow, particularly among PWID. We examined data from the National HIV Behavioral Surveillance (NHBS) from San Francisco in 2022 to measure PrEP uptake and identify factors associated with PrEP awareness among PWID. Of 479 PWID with HIV-negative or unknown HIV status, 54.9% were aware of PrEP, 5.9% had discussed PrEP with a healthcare provider, and 1.5% had used PrEP in the past year. Lack of PrEP awareness was associated with being age 50 years and older (adjusted odds ratio [aOR] 0.40, 95% CI 0.27–0.60), being men who have sex with women (vs. men who have sex with men, aOR 0.47, 95% CI 0.24–0.92), having a disability (aOR 0.58, 95% CI 0.35–0.95), using heroin as their most frequently injected drug (aOR 0.51, 95% CI, 0.34–0.78), not having tested for HIV, HCV, or an STD in the past year (aOR 0.43, 95% CI 0.28–0.64), and not having access to new sterile needles in the past year (aOR 0.28, 95%CI 0.08–1.00). We found negligible change in the awareness and uptake of PrEP among PWID since previously measured in NHBS in 2018. Low PrEP use among PWID may be addressed by increasing provider discussion of PrEP with their PWID patients and clients during routine care, expanding testing for injection-related infections among PWID, and integrating PrEP access into harm reduction programs. Objective: To understand the factors associated with the practice of chemsex among MSM in Brazil, especially during the Mpox health crisis, and to design effective prevention and intervention strategies specifically for this population. Design: A cross‐sectional and analytical study using an electronic survey, conducted from September to December 2022, during the peak of the Mpox outbreak in Brazil. Sample: A total of 1452 MSM aged 18 and older. Measurements: Data were collected via the REDCap platform through a survey with 46 questions. These addressed demographic data, sexual affiliations, practices, experiences with Mpox, healthcare service usage, and stigma or fear related to Mpox. Results: The prevalence of chemsex was 19.42% (n = 282). Multivariate Poisson modeling indicated a high incidence of chemsex among those diagnosed with Mpox and those involved in high‐risk behaviors. The practice of chemsex was six times higher among those diagnosed with Mpox (95% CI: 4.73–9.10). MSM who engage in bugchasing had a prevalence twice that of the main outcome (95% CI: 1.31–3.16). Conclusion: There is a significant need for targeted interventions for MSM in Brazil, especially given the Mpox outbreak. This study highlights the strong relationships between chemsex, experiences with Mpox, and various sexual behaviors, underscoring the importance of effective public health initiatives. Club drug use—including 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, ketamine, crack/cocaine, hallucinogens, gamma hydroxybutyrate, volatile nitrites, and methamphetamine—has been linked to sexual risk behaviors among MSM. Few studies examine how the use of club drugs and the association between club drug use during sex and sexual risk may differ by race/ethnicity. Using data from a cross-sectional study among alcohol-using MSM in San Francisco (n = 252), we examined the associations between the interaction of race/ethnicity and club drug use during sex, and the following behavioral outcomes: any condomless anal intercourse (CAI), insertive CAI, receptive CAI, and any serodiscordant sex in the past six months. All models controlled for income, HIV status, relationship status, age, and current use of a biomedical HIV prevention tool (i.e., Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis [PrEP] or antiretroviral therapy). There were significant racial differences in club drug use (p < 0.001) and club drug use during sex (p = 0.01). Asian/Pacific Islander (API) and Latino participants reported using club drugs the most at 78.8% and 79%, respectively. Among users of club drugs, club drug use during sex was most common among Black (100%), and Latino MSM (93%). Significant interactions between race/ethnicity and club drug use during sex were observed for CAI (p = 0.02), insertive CAI (p = 0.01), and receptive CAI (p = 0.01). API participants who used club drug during sex had higher odds of reporting CAI (aOR = 15.27, CI = 1.50–155.34), insertive CAI (aOR = 21.11, CI = 2.04–218.10), and receptive CAI (aOR = 21.11, CI = 2.04–218.10). Given the differing rates of club drug use during sex by race/ethnicity and the role race/ethnicity plays in modifying the relationships between club drug use during sex and sexual risk behaviors, culturally-tailored interventions may be needed to address the needs of ethnically-diverse, club drug-using MSM. Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) use may be associated with condom use decisions. The current investigation examined sexual decision-making in the context of PrEP among young adult men who have sex with men (MSM) between 18 and 30 years old, using an explanatory sequential mixed methods design. For the quantitative aim, 99 MSM currently taking PrEP (i.e., PrEP-experienced) and 140 MSM not currently taking PrEP (i.e., PrEP-naive) completed an online survey, including the Sexual Delay Discounting Task (SDDT), which captures likelihood of condom use. For the qualitative aim, 15 people from each group were interviewed about their (1) conceptualizations of risky sex and (2) ways they manage their sexual risk. Participants were, on average, 25.69 years old (SD = 3.07) and 64% White. Results from the quantitative aim revealed, controlling for covariates, PrEP-experienced participants exhibited significantly lower likelihood of (1) using an immediately available condom and (2) waiting for a delayed condom (i.e., sexual delay discounting) compared to PrEP-naive participants. Qualitative themes explaining what young adult MSM consider to be risky sex included: (1) any sex as risky sex, (2) risky sex as "sex without a conversation," and (3) risky sex as sex with risk for physical harm. Themes on ways young adult MSM manage sexual risk were classified as proactive, reactive, and passive. Results suggest that PrEP use is related to condom use decisions. Taken together, quantitative differences in sexual delay discounting, but qualitatively similar conceptualizations and management of risky sex, suggest that the SDDT may be a useful tool in sex research to capture processes (i.e., delay discounting) underlying sexual decision-making that may be missed by traditional self-reports. Sexually themed events present a unique opportunity for scaling up pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to men who have sex with men (MSM). This study descriptively explored PrEP uptake among MSM who anticipated attending a week-long major South Florida sexually themed event and examined potential facilitators and barriers to PrEP engagement among potential attendees. Of the participating HIV-negative MSM (n = 96), 66.7% were currently taking PrEP. Prior attendance at sexually themed events was significantly associated with current PrEP engagement and almost 75% of HIV-negative MSM not on PrEP reported high interest in taking PrEP if offered for free at future events. Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) use has been shown to be effective for HIV prevention in men who have sex with men (MSM). PrEP use coverage aside, maintenance of high PrEP adherence is crucial in ensuring the achievement of HIV prevention. In this PrEP implementation study in Hong Kong, we examined the patterns of PrEP use in MSM and evaluated their association with prevention-effective adherence for HIV prevention. In January 2020–June 2021 in Hong Kong, 312 recruited MSM (median 30 years old) were followed up for 1 year, with HIV and creatinine testing, consultation, and PrEP refill. No HIV breakthrough infection was observed. As a measure of prevention-effective adherence, executed adherence (EA) was expressed as the proportion of days with HIV risk that were protected by PrEP and/or condom in 6 months. In 65,585 diary entries of 215 MSM, the median proportion of EA achieved was 89% (IQR 84–93%). Three latent classes of PrEP users were identified by latent class analysis. Taking Class 1 "daily dominant PrEP" (n = 113, 53%) as reference, Class 2 "episodic PrEP" (n = 76, 35%) was adopted by MSM with less sexual activity, had less PrEP refill and lower EA level, while Class 3 "mixed PrEP schedule" (n = 26, 12%) MSM were more sexually active but with a similar EA level. The study findings showed varied and dynamic PrEP usage patterns in the real-world setting. HIV prevention programs typically focus on changing individuals' risk behaviors, often without considering the socioecological factors that can moderate this risk. We characterized HIV risk among men who have sex with men (MSM) in Indonesia (n = 1314) using latent class analysis and used multinomial logistic regression to identify latent class relationships with demographics, social/sexual networks, and community-level socioecological indicators of HIV risk. Three HIV risk latent classes were identified—"Sexually Moderate" (n = 333), "Sexual Explorative" (n = 575), and "Navigating Complexities" (n = 406). Using "Sexually Moderate" (lowest risk) as the reference group, MSM in the "Sexual Explorative" class had additional social/sexual network-level risks (meeting partner(s) using both online and offline methods [RR = 3.8; 95%CI 1.7–8.6] or general social media and gay-specific online platforms [RR = 2.6; 95%CI 1.9–3.6] to meet partners, group sex [RR = 10.9; 95%CI 4.5–25.4], transactional sex [RR = 1.6; 95%CI 1.2–2.2]), and community-level risks (experiencing homosexual-related assaults [RR = 1.4; 95%CI 1.1–1.9]). MSM in the "Navigating Complexities" class had additional social/sexual network-level risks (low social support [RR = 1.6; 95%CI 1.1–2.5], less disclosure of their sexuality [RR = 1.4; 95%CI 1.0–1.9]) and community-level risks (higher internalized homonegativity scores [RR = 1.2; 95%CI 1.1–1.4], ever experiencing homosexual-related assaults [RR = 1.4:95%CI 1.1–1.9], less exposure to HIV/STI health promotion [RR = 0.7; 95%CI 0.5–0.9], attending STI-related services in the past 6 months [RR = 0.6; 95%CI 0.4–0.8]). Co-occurring individual and socioecological risk recommend holistic HIV prevention strategies tailored to consider the social and structural conditions of MSM in Indonesia are needed. Men who have sex with men and identify as persons of color (MSM of color) are significantly impacted by HIV in the United States. The COVID-19 pandemic may have disproportionately exacerbated HIV-related disparities among MSM of color by affecting sexual networking behaviors and disrupting access to sexual health care. The current study explored the impact of COVID-19 on sexual networking and HIV/sexually transmitted infection (STI) prevention behaviors among MSM of color in Boston, MA. Eighteen semi-structured interviews were conducted via the 2020–2021 Boston sample of the National HIV Behavioral Surveillance (NHBS) project. Eligible participants were at least 18 years old, identified as a man or non-binary person assigned male at birth and as a person of color, and endorsed ever having sex with men. Interviews were coded using inductive and deductive approaches, and themes were extracted using thematic analysis. When participants were asked about the impact of COVID-19 on sexual networking and HIV/STI prevention, the following themes emerged: (1) differing interpretations of COVID-19 public health guidance, (2) behavior change to meet social and sexual needs, (3) limited or changed access to HIV/STI prevention services; and (4) avoidance of healthcare appointments. Overall, the pandemic affected sexual networking and HIV/STI prevention behaviors among MSM of color. Though changes in sexual networking varied, most participants decreased in-person networking, increased dating app use, and prioritized longer-term relationships. Despite loosening of restrictions, these impacts may persist and should inform the adaptation of sexual networking guidance and interventions to mitigate HIV-related disparities in communities of color. Introduction: Overseas‐born gay and bisexual men (GBM) are overrepresented in HIV diagnoses in Australia. We assessed social and sexual behaviours, and the use of HIV prevention and testing, by region of birth and length of residence in Australia. We sought to identify similarities and differences between recently arrived and non‐recently arrived GBM from non‐English‐speaking countries to improve targeting and engagement with HIV testing and prevention. Methods: Data were collected in national repeated, behavioural surveillance surveys conducted across Australia during 2019–2021. Logistic regression was used to identify factors that differentiated between recently arrived (<2 years) and non‐recently arrived (≥2 years in Australia) GBM from non‐English‐speaking countries. Results: Among 24,707 participants in 2019–21, 2811 (11.4%) were from high‐income English‐speaking countries, 714 (2.9%) were recently arrived overseas‐born GBM and 3833 (15.5%) were non‐recently arrived migrants. Recently arrived GBM were most likely to be born in Asia (36.1%) and Europe (21.1%). Compared with non‐recently arrived GBM, recently arrived GBM from non‐English‐speaking countries were younger (aOR = 0.95, 95% CI = 0.94–0.96, p<0.001), more likely to be students (aOR = 1.43, 95% CI = 1.11–1.85, p = 0.005), less likely to be in full‐time employment (aOR = 0.56, 95% CI = 0.46–0.69, p <0.001), more likely to report consistent condom use (aOR = 1.30, 95% CI = 1.01–1.66, p = 0.039), but had lower awareness (aOR = 0.62, 95% CI = 0.48–0.80, p<0.001) and use of pre‐exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) (22.8%, vs. 32.3%, χ2(1, 4185) = 23.78, p<0.001), and similar levels of casual sex with a risk of HIV acquisition or transmission (aOR = 1.29, 95% CI = 0.98–1.69, p = 0.066). Recently arrived GBM reported similar levels of lifetime HIV testing (aOR = 0.97, 95% CI = 0.54–1.74, p = 0.915) and recent HIV testing (OR = 1.03, 95% CI = 0.86–1.22, p = 0.779), but were much less likely to have tested at general practitioners (aOR = 0.53, 95% CI = 0.41–0.68, p<0.001) and more likely to report testing at hospitals (aOR = 3.35, 95% CI = 2.53–4.43, p<0.001), at home (aOR = 2.85, 95% CI = 1.63–4.99, p<0.001), or community‐based services (aOR = 1.36, 95% CI = 1.01–1.84, p = 0.043). Conclusions: Recently arrived GBM from non‐English‐speaking countries reported similar levels of risk of HIV acquisition to longer‐term residents in Australia, but lower levels of PrEP awareness and use, and more reliance on HIV testing services which are free or low cost. Men who have sex with men (MSM) and engage in sex work (MSW) frequently meet clients through dating/hookup apps. This provides an opportunity to discuss the parameters of the exchange prior to meeting and to learn things about the prospective client and the risks he might pose. Limited research has examined the specific issues or topics MSWs discuss with clients before agreeing to meet. We analyzed interview data from a sample of 180 MSWs from eight U.S. cities who engaged in exchange sex with clients they had primarily met through dating/hookup apps and websites. Participants typically asked about clients' sexual interests and expectations regarding what will transpire when they meet to make sure they were compatible with their own boundaries and limitations. Most participants inquired about clients' sexual health and often discussed condom use. Objective: To evaluate the prevalence of non‐testing for HIV among immigrant men who have sex with men (MSM) residing in Brazil and identify associated factors. Design: An analytical web‐survey study was conducted across all Brazilian states from January 2020 to May 2021. Sample: The study included 804 MSM immigrants from Portuguese‐speaking countries. Measurements: Odds ratio (OR) and adjusted Odds Ratio (AOR) were utilized to determine the strength of the association between non‐HIV testing and associated factors. Results: Among the participants, 63.7% had never undergone HIV testing. Multivariate analysis revealed several factors associated with a higher likelihood of not being tested for HIV: having a steady/monogamus partner (AOR: 1.5; 95%CI: 1.1‐2.3) or both casual and steady partners (AOR: 1.8; 95%CI: 1.2‐3.4), not engaging in bareback sex (AOR: 1.91; 95%CI: 3‐3.5), being an immigrant in the country for less than 12 months (AOR: 3.7; 95%CI: 2.5‐9.7), and having a preference for insertive (AOR: 1.5; 95%CI: 1.1‐2.5) or receptive (AOR: 2.9; 95%CI: 1.4‐5.7) roles. However, practicing chemsex was found to be a protective factor for testing (AOR: 4). Conclusion: To enhance HIV prevention strategies, it is crucial to implement specific measures that ensure accessibility, confidentiality, and a reduction in stigma associated with HIV testing. Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is a highly effective HIV prevention option for gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men (GBMSM). However, with newer PrEP options, a greater understanding of whether and why GBMSM switch dosing strategies is needed to inform clinical practice and research. We assessed the dosing strategies (daily or on-demand) of GBMSM enrolled in an mHealth PrEP adherence pilot intervention at four timepoints over approximately 10 months. Among GBMSM with complete data (n = 66), a consistent daily dosing strategy was used by most (73%) participants across all time points, while on-demand PrEP was used at least once during the study period by 27% of participants. A higher percentage of on-demand PrEP users self-reported as Asian/Pacific Islander and had less positive attitudes toward PrEP, adjusting for key sociodemographic variables and intervention arm. Daily PrEP users reported high numbers of sexual partners, and the primary reason that they would switch to on-demand PrEP is reduced sexual activity. At the final assessment, 75% of participants were taking daily PrEP, of whom 27% reported that they would like to switch to another option, including on-demand and long-acting injectable PrEP. While findings were largely descriptive, they showed that switches in PrEP dosing strategies are relatively common and PrEP strategy choice may vary across racial and ethnic groups. HIV prevention for gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (GBMSM) and transgender women (TGW) is critical to reducing health disparities and population HIV prevalence. To understand if different types of stigma impact engagement with HIV prevention services, we assessed associations between stigmas and use of HIV prevention services offered through an HIV prevention intervention. This analysis included 201 GBMSM and TGW enrolled in a prospective cohort offering a package of HIV prevention interventions. Participants completed a baseline survey that included four domains of sexual identity/behavior stigma, HIV-related stigma, and healthcare stigma. Impact of stigma on PrEP uptake and the number of drop-in visits was assessed. No domain of stigma was associated with PrEP uptake. In bivariate analysis, increased enacted sexual identity stigma increased number of drop-in visits. In a logistic regression analysis constrained to sexual identity stigma, enacted stigma was associated with increased drop-in visits (aIRR = 1.30, [95% CI: 1.02, 1.65]). Participants reporting higher enacted stigma were modestly more likely to attend additional services and have contact with the study clinics and staff. Male HIV serodiscordant couples have diverse relationship agreements regarding sex outside the relationship. We examined the relationship agreements as described by 343 male HIV-negative partners in HIV serodiscordant relationships in Australia, Brazil and Thailand participating in a multi-year cohort study. At baseline, 125 (34.1%) HIV-negative partners reported no agreement, 115 (33.5%) had a monogamous agreement, and 103 (37.9%) had an open agreement allowing sex outside the relationship. Relationship agreements were largely stable over time, with 76% of HIV-negative men reporting the same agreement across follow up, while changes were predominantly towards having an open agreement. Behaviour largely matched relationship agreements, and the predictors of breaking an agreement by having condomless anal intercourse (CLAI) with an outside partner were CLAI within the relationship (OR = 3.17, 95%CI: 1.64–6.14, p < 0.001) and PrEP use in the last three months (OR = 3.42, 95%CI: 1.48–7.92, p = 0.004). When considering HIV transmission risk for HIV-negative men in serodiscordant relationships, greater focus needs to be placed on sex that is occurring outside the relationship and the agreements that facilitate this. Introduction: Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) has been available for young people for over a decade, yet only ∼15% of young people in the United States with indications for PrEP have a prescription for it. Next-generation PrEP modalities may address some of the challenges of daily oral PrEP. However, preferences for these products are unknown. Methods: From October 2020 to June 2021, we conducted an online survey of 737 cisgender, young men who have sex with men (age 15-24 years) without HIV across the United States who reported same-sex attraction or consensual sex with another man in the past 6 months. Participants completed a conjoint experiment comparing daily oral pills, event-driven oral pills, event-driven rectal douches, intramuscular injections, intravenous broadly neutralizing antibody (bnAb) infusions and subcutaneous implants. Participants ranked the products from most to least preferred. Exploded logit models examined the association between ranked preferences of PrEP modalities and socio-demographic and behavioural characteristics. Results: Participants' mean age was 21 years (SD = 2.3), and 56% identified as White. Nineteen percent were currently taking daily oral PrEP, and another 9% had previously taken it. Participants prioritized efficacy, absence of side effects and costs in the conjoint analyses. Daily oral PrEP had the highest preference ranking, followed by event-driven oral (OR = 0.89, p = 0.058), injectable (OR = 0.83, p = 0.005), implant (OR = 0.48, p < 0.0001), bnAb infusions (OR = 0.38, p < 0.0001) and rectal douches (OR = 0.24, p < 0.0001). There were differences in PrEP preferences across age, insurance status, sexual behaviour, PrEP use history, HIV and sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing history, and STI diagnoses (omnibus tests: p < 0.05). Participants also provided reasons for selecting their top product choice: ease of use for those who chose daily oral (99%) and daily event-driven (98.5%); feel more protected against HIV for those who chose injectable (95.4%) and implants (100%); not worrying about forgetting to take it for those who chose bnAbs (93.8%); and being able to stop taking it when they want for those who chose rectal douche (90.9%). Conclusions: Next-generation modalities were less likely to be preferred over daily oral PrEP, with differences in the magnitude by socio-demographic and behavioural characteristics. Methamphetamine (MA) use is associated with HIV transmission among men who have sex with men (MSM) and lapses in medication adherence. Contingency Management (CM) is effective in reducing MA use, but studies of CM to support adherence to HIV prevention or treatment are limited. We conducted a pilot trial of a CM intervention to reduce MA use and improve PrEP/ART adherence among MSM prescribed a tenofovir (TFV)-based regimen for HIV prevention or treatment. Participants were randomly assigned to receive escalating incentives for either MA abstinence or TFV adherence (based on point-of-care urine testing), and to a monitoring schedule of either 2 or 3 visits/week for 4 weeks. 19 MSM were randomized to either CM for MA use or CM for PrEP/ART adherence (median age: 38; IQR: 28–46) and 15 were living with HIV. Participants attended 95.7% (67/70) of scheduled visits in the 2x/week arm and 74.8% (74/99) in the 3x/week arm. TFV adherence was higher among participants in the TFV adherence arm with 93.5% (n = 72/77) of urine samples positive for TFV, compared to 76.6% (n = 49/64) in the MA abstinence arm (p = 0.007). Participants in the MA abstinence arm had more urine samples negative for MA metabolites (20.3%, n = 13/64) than those receiving CM for TFV adherence (6.5%, n = 5/77; p = 0.021). A CM model for MA abstinence and PrEP/ART adherence using twice-weekly visits and urine testing for MA and TFV for MSM who use MA is feasible and potentially effective as an integrated harm reduction strategy. State-level structural stigma and its consequences in healthcare settings shape access to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV prevention among gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (GBMSM). Our objective was to assess the relationships between same-sex marriage laws, a measure of structural stigma at the state level, provider-patient communication about sex, and GBMSM awareness and use of PrEP. Using data from the Fenway Institute's MSM Internet Survey collected in 2013 (N = 3296), we conducted modified Poisson regression analyses to evaluate associations between same-sex marriage legality, measures of provider-patient communication, and PrEP awareness and use. Living in a state where same-sex marriage was legal was associated with PrEP awareness (aPR 1.27; 95% CI 1.14, 1.41), as were feeling comfortable discussing with primary care providers that they have had sex with a man (aPR 1.63; 95% CI 1.46, 1.82), discussing with their primary care provider having had condomless sex with a man (aPR 1.65; 95% CI 1.49, 1.82), and discussing with their primary care provider ways to prevent sexual transmission of HIV (aPR 1.39; 95% CI 1.26, 1.54). Each of these three measures of provider-patient communication were additionally associated with PrEP awareness and use. In sum, structural stigma was associated with reduced PrEP awareness and use. Starting and stopping oral HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) in a way that compromises its effectiveness should be avoided. Between September 2020 and June 2021, we assessed self-perceived and actual knowledge of effectively starting and stopping oral PrEP through an online survey among 206 PrEP users assigned male at birth in Belgium. We examined associations between incorrect start-and-stop knowledge and socio-demographics, sexual behaviour and PrEP use, using bi- and multi-variable logistic regression. The majority of men (84.9%) perceived their start-and-stop knowledge as 'very good', but only 62.1% of all men correctly indicated how to effectively start and stop with PrEP. Using PrEP daily [adjusted OR 2.12, 95% CI (1.06–4.28), p = 0.034] was significantly associated with incorrect start-and-stop knowledge. We investigated the determinants of daily PrEP use and coverage of condomless anal sex (CAS) by PrEP among men who have sex with men in Wales, UK. We measured PrEP use by electronic monitors and CAS by secure online surveys. We defined PrEP use based on daily medication cap openings and coverage as CAS episodes preceded by ≥ 3 days of PrEP use and followed by ≥ 2 days of PrEP use. We included 57 participants (5463 observations). An STI diagnosis was associated with lower PrEP use but also lower PrEP coverage. Older adults had higher PrEP use. A belief that other PrEP users took PrEP as prescribed was associated with lower PrEP coverage. An STI diagnosis is an important cue for an intervention, reflecting episodes of high-risk sexual behaviour and low PrEP coverage. Trends in HIV incidence and prevalence vary between younger MSM (YMSM) and older MSM (OMSM). HIV prevention was revolutionized with the advent of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), but uptake of PrEP among OMSM is relatively unknown. Community connectedness among MSM is a strong driver of prevention. This qualitative study sought to explore similarities and differences between YMSM and OMSM's knowledge, perceptions, and barriers of HIV prevention and understand how intergenerational communication may enhance engagement in prevention, especially PrEP. Twenty semi-structured, in-depth interviews (ten YMSM and ten OMSM) were conducted with HIV-negative, non-monogamous MSM aged 18–24 and 55+ years. Interviews were transcribed and coded using NVivo 12 to identify themes within each age group and compare between age groups. YMSM expressed greater knowledge and more positive perceptions of PrEP than OMSM. OMSM felt that PrEP use increased engagement in sexual risk behavior. Both groups emphasized a need for more conversations between different age groups of MSM to educate each other about forms of prevention and reduce stigma. Intergenerational communication among MSM about HIV risk and prevention strategies may be an effective way to address the generational gaps in knowledge and perceptions and enhance engagement in HIV prevention. Despite the efficacy of HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), retention in care in the United States remains suboptimal. The goal of this study was to explore factors that lead to suboptimal retention in PrEP care for men who have sex with men (MSM) in real-world clinical settings in the United States. Trained interviewers conducted semi-structured interviews with MSM (N = 49) from three clinics who had been engaged in PrEP care in the Midwest (n = 15), South (n = 15), and Northeast (n = 19) geographic regions and had experienced a lapse in PrEP use. Factors that emerged as related to suboptimal retention in PrEP care included structural factors such as transportation and out-of-pocket costs; social factors such as misinformation on media and in personal networks; clinical factors such as frequency and timing of appointments; and behavioral factors such as changes in sexual behavior and low perceived risk for HIV. Participants suggested reducing the out-of-pocket costs of medications and lab visits, having flexible appointment times, culturally responsive services, and comprehensive patient navigation to help retention in care. Introduction: Long‐acting injectable (LAI) pre‐exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV prevention was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 2021. LAI PrEP is more effective than oral PrEP. However, it is not clear whether the groups most at risk of HIV in the United States will use LAI PrEP. Willingness to use LAI PrEP and preference for LAI versus oral PrEP has not been reported for sexual and gender minority (SGM) people in the southern United States, where the HIV epidemic is concentrated. Our goal was to assess willingness to use LAI PrEP and preference for oral versus LAI PrEP among SGM people in the southern United States and to assess differences in willingness by demographics and sexual behaviour. Methods: We conducted an online, cross‐sectional survey of SGM people aged 15–34 years in the southern United States (n = 583). Participants reported willingness to use LAI PrEP and preferences for LAI PrEP versus daily oral PrEP. We assessed bivariate associations and adjusted prevalence ratios for the LAI‐PrEP‐related outcomes and key demographic and behavioural characteristics. Results: Overall, 68% of all participants (n = 393) reported being willing to use LAI PrEP that provides protection against HIV for 3 months. Of those, most (n = 320, 81%) indicated a preference for using LAI PrEP, compared to a daily oral pill or no preference. Willingness to use LAI PrEP was more common among transgender and non‐binary participants and participants who engaged in condomless anal intercourse in the last 6 months. Hispanic participants were more likely and non‐Hispanic Black participants were less likely to report willingness to use LAI PrEP compared to non‐Hispanic White participants. Conclusions: Willingness to use LAI PrEP was high among SGM people in the southern United States, although there were some important differences in willingness based on demographic characteristics. Decreased willingness to use LAI PrEP among groups who are disproportionately affected by the HIV epidemic, such as non‐Hispanic Black SGM people, could exacerbate existing disparities in HIV incidence. Background: Men who have sex with men (MSM) is a key population for preventing HIV in China, yet pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is not widely accepted in this population. The objective of this manuscript was to assessed the barriers in the acknowledgement and uptake focusing the demand side. Methods: An online questionnaire survey was conducted from December 2018 to January 2019. All participants were required to scan two-dimensional code which was the online crowdsourcing survey platform to complete the electronic questionnaire anonymously. Results: Among 1915 MSM from thirty-four cities of China, 512 (26.7%) versus 1617 (84.4%) had an objective or subjective need of PrEP, respectively. One hundred and six (5.5%) reported affordability and only 23 (1.2%) had ever taken it. Age, living alone and occupation were associated with the objective needs. Age, income, sexual behavior were associated with actual usage. The participants who they had objective need to use PrEP are the population which we should focus on. Conclusion: A wide disconnect exists among the objective need, willingness, affordability and uptake of PrEP. Cost was the most prevalent barrier, accounting for 78.22% of individuals who needed and wished for PrEP but finally failed to receive it. Using the incidence of bacterial sexually transmitted infection (STI) as a surrogate for condomless sexual behavior, we assessed the association between STI and uncontrolled HIV replication among in-care persons with HIV (PWH) enrolled in a longitudinal HIV cohort study in the District of Columbia (the DC Cohort). Although STI occurrence initially correlated with higher HIV viral load (VL), this difference became more attenuated over time (2012–2016). This was true overall and among those with the greatest number of STIs [age 18–34, men who have sex with men (MSM)]. This likely reflects gains in population-wide virologic control through improved antiretroviral therapy and access to care, which helps mitigate the risk of HIV transmission. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Men who have sex with men (MSM) often change sexual behaviors following HIV diagnosis. This systematic review examined such changes, including sero-adaptive behaviors (i.e., deliberate safer-sex practices to reduce transmission risk) to better understand the magnitude of their association with HIV diagnosis. We searched four databases (1996–2017) and reviewed references from other systematic reviews. We included studies conducted in the United States that compared sexual behavior among HIV-infected "aware" versus "unaware" MSM. We meta-analytically pooled RRs and associated 95% confidence intervals (CI) using random-effects models, and assessed risk of bias and evidence quality. Twenty studies reported k = 131 effect sizes on sexual practices outcomes, most of which reported changes in unprotected sex (k = 85), and on sex with at-risk partners (k = 76); 11 reported sero-adaptive behaviors. Unprotected anal intercourse with an HIV-uninfected/unknown-status partner was less likely among aware MSM (insertive position: k = 2, RR 0.26, 95% CI 0.17, 0.41; receptive position: k = 2, RR 0.53, 95% CI 0.37, 0.77). Risk of not always serosorting among aware MSM (k = 3) was RR = 0.92 (0.83, 1.02). Existing evidence, although low-quality, suggests that HIV-infected MSM tend to adopt safer sexual practices once aware of their diagnosis. The COVID-19 pandemic has created additional barriers to accessing sexual health services among gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (GBMSM) in China. Yet, little is known about the frequency of HIV testing and how GBMSM get tested during the pandemic. We surveyed an online sample of GBMSM recruited on a gay networking app in China. Among 956 sexually active, 70.1% had received an HIV test in the past 6 months. Among these, 61.0% reported having undergone HIV self-testing (HIVST). Young GBMSM aged 18–24 years old were more likely to receive a recent HIV test, and the number of sexual partners was associated with recent HIV testing [adjusted odds ratio (AOR) = 1.14, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.03–1.20]. Among those who had a recent HIV test, young GBMSM and those who had anal sex with both main partner and casual partners were more likely to utilize HIVST (AOR = 1.83, 95% CI: 1.16–2.84), as well as GBMSM who did not use a condom the last time engaged in anal sex (AOR = 1.57, 95% CI: 1.06–2.34). Among GBMSM never tested for HIV, a majority perceived low risk of HIV, while some suggested that they did not know where to get tested or they were scared of finding out they had HIV. HIVST has the potential to fill the gap in HIV testing among Chinese GBMSM, and future HIV testing programs should emphasize HIV education, accurate information dissertation, and timely point-to-care services. Insights into combination HIV prevention (CHP) strategies to reduce HIV incidence among midlife and older adult men who have sex with men (MSM) are limited. The current study is a secondary data analysis evaluating CHP in a sample of sexually active midlife and older adult MSM (N = 566) from the Multicenter AIDS Cohort Study Healthy Aging Substudy. Stratified by HIV serostatus, we used latent class analyses to identify CHP classes based on self-reported sociobehavioral and biobehavioral prevention strategies that participants and their male partners used in the prior 6 months. We identified three CHP classes among men living without HIV (MLWOH), including the following: high CHP overall (43.0%), high anal sex abstention (15.0%), and low prevention overall (42.0%). Among men living with HIV (MLWH), we identified four CHP classes, including the following: high CHP overall (20.9%), high CHP/low condom use (27.1%), high condom reliance (22.3%), and low prevention overall (29.7%). There were small differences by sociodemographic characteristics and sexual behavior practices between the classes; however, poppers use was often linked to being in high CHP groups. Our findings support that CHP is not one-size-fits-all for midlife and older adult MSM. There remains a need to scale up clinical providers' sexual health communication practices to assist midlife and older MSM incorporate prevention strategies, particularly biobehavioral prevention strategies that align with their patients' lived experiences. Research has begun to examine sexual behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic using quantitative methods, but less is known about the context surrounding these changes using qualitative methods, including corresponding changes in risk reduction methods. This qualitative study, guided by the Integrated Behavioral Model, examines the pandemic's impact on PrEP adherence among young men who have sex with men in Chicago. PrEP-using participants from a cohort study were recruited into a 90-day diary study measuring sexual behaviors and PrEP use. Between April and September 2020, a subset of participants was recruited for qualitative interviews (n = 28) exploring prevention strategies, including the impact of the pandemic. Although most were highly adherent pre-pandemic, many took fewer pills or discontinued during the pandemic due to decreased sex. Findings suggest the importance of counseling for PrEP reinitiation as "seasons of HIV risk" increase, as well as use of telehealth as a facilitator of PrEP use throughout the pandemic. HPTN 069/ACTG 5305 was designed to evaluate potential new PrEP regimens that included maraviroc, tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, and/or emtricitabine. The current analyses assessed antiretroviral (ARV) plasma concentrations in relation to sexual behavior in 224 cisgender men who have sex with men and 2 transgender women at risk for HIV. Poisson generalized estimating equations (GEE) regression were used to test for associations between self-reported sexual behavior, sociodemographic, behavioral variables, and study drug levels The median (IQR) age was 30 [25, 37] years old; 48.2% had completed college; 27.4% were Black and 21.7% Latino. At weeks 24 and 48, one third of participants reported condomless anal sex (CAS) in the prior month with more than one partner. CAS was associated with daily ARV drug use (χ2 = 12.64, p = 0.002). Older individuals and those with greater education were more likely to ingest ARV drugs daily (χ2 = 9.36, p = 0.009 and χ2 = 8.63, p = 0.013, respectively), while neither race nor ethnicity was associated with daily ARV drug use. Participants who reported recent condomless anal sex and/or advanced education had higher rates of daily ARV drug use. Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is a highly effective HIV prevention intervention; however, most studies of PrEP adherence and persistence among men who have sex with men (MSM) have been conducted with MSM who live in urban areas. The experiences of PrEP-using MSM in non-urban areas might differ due to increased barriers to culturally competent care. We examined similarities and differences among urban and non-urban PrEP-using MSM in the southern United States, the region with the highest number of annual HIV diagnoses. We surveyed a total of 78 (n = 25 non-urban, n = 53 urban) PrEP-using MSM. Self-reported adherence was high across all participants. No differences were observed with respect to PrEP persistence, source of PrEP, or reasons for PrEP initiation. Fewer non-urban than urban men reported STI testing in the past 12 months. Overall, we observed few differences comparing urban and non-urban PrEP-using MSM. Additional studies are needed to describe differences in PrEP initiation comparing urban and non-urban MSM. Social distancing including lockdowns are acceptable measures to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic. In this cross sectional study, we surveyed the impact of these measurements on sexual behavior and pre-exposure prophylaxis for HIV (PrEP) use among MSM. A digital questionnaire was distributed via social media and geographically based meeting applications after the first lockdown (March–April 2020). 1194 MSM responded, 91.8% were HIV negative, 19.4% of them used PrEP regularly, and 8.2% were people living with HIV (PLWH). Median age was 34.5 years. 54.4% reported that they kept strictly social distancing guidelines. Low education, hazardous sexual behavior, moderate/severe, and depression predicted low compliance with social distancing guidelines. 66.7% reported a significant decrease in the number of casual sex partners. 55% of those who took PrEP reduced their PrEP intake. Many of the PLWH and PrEP users reduced their medical follow-up. In light of the continuous outbreak and the risk of further outbreaks in the future consideration should be given to provide continuing access to HIV and sexual health clinics. Despite the increasing availability of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), Latinx men who have sex with men (LMSM) are not receiving PrEP-related information. To understand the influence of LMSM sexual networks on PrEP-related conversations and encouragement to use PrEP, this cross-sectional egocentric network study characterized the PrEP-related communication of 130 LMSM egos with 507 sexual partners (alters). Participants were recruited using respondent-driven sampling methods from a Miami-Dade County community-health organization. Egocentric-level data were collected from 2018–2019 and analyzed using multilevel modeling. Of egos, 30% reported using PrEP. Closeness between participants and sexual partners played a role in PrEP conversation and encouragement. Participants believed they would have less success convincing sexual partners to use PrEP if partners were older. Participants perceived higher likelihood to talk about PrEP or success in encouraging alters to use PrEP if, relative to meeting sexual partners on Grindr, they met at a friend's party, gay-centric community event, or school/work. Given that increased closeness and in-person sexual partner meeting venues are associated with PrEP information dissemination and encouragement, social network-based interventions can capitalize on PrEP navigators who run network visualizations, and with this information develop a longitudinal plan to increase PrEP conversation and encouragement as needed for each network. Background: Population-level estimates of sexual network mixing for parameterizing prediction models of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) effectiveness are needed to inform prevention of HIV transmission among men who have sex with men (MSM). Estimates obtained by egocentric sampling are vulnerable to information bias due to incomplete respondent knowledge.Methods: We estimated patterns of serosorting and PrEP sorting among MSM in the United States using data from a 2017-2019 egocentric sexual network study. Respondents served as proxies to report the HIV status and PrEP use of recent sexual partners. We contrasted results from a complete-case analysis (unknown HIV and PrEP excluded) versus a bias analysis with respondent-reported data stochastically reclassified to simulate unobserved self-reported data from sexual partners.Results: We found strong evidence of preferential partnering across analytical approaches. The bias analysis showed concordance between sexual partners of HIV diagnosis and PrEP use statuses for MSM with diagnosed HIV (39%; 95% simulation interval: 31, 46), MSM who used PrEP (32%; 21, 37), and MSM who did not use PrEP (83%; 79, 87). The fraction of partners with diagnosed HIV was higher among MSM who used PrEP (11%; 9, 14) compared with MSM who did not use PrEP (4%; 3, 5). Comparatively, across all strata of respondents, the complete-case analysis overestimated the fractions of partners with diagnosed HIV or PrEP use.Conclusions: We found evidence consistent with HIV and PrEP sorting among MSM, which may decrease the population-level effectiveness of PrEP. Long-acting injectable pre-exposure prophylaxis (LAI-PrEP) was recently approved for HIV prevention as an alternative to daily oral PrEP. We explored preferences and attitudes toward LAI-PrEP among Black, Hispanic/Latino, and White gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (GBM) using focus groups (n = 13) and in-depth interviews (n = 17). Participants expressed differing levels of interest in LAI-PrEP. While important benefits of LAI-PrEP included convenience, provider-facilitated PrEP discussion, and expansion of PrEP options, participants raised concerns about treatment efficacy and side effects, discomfort with needles/injections, cost, and frequency of clinic visits. Our findings highlight ongoing challenges with accessing HIV-prevention tools and provide guidance for developing strategies to enhance LAI-PrEP uptake among GBM. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
