To enhance the quality and efficiency of computer-enabled generation of papers for Test for English Majors Band 8 (TEM-8), a paper generation model supported by sparrow search algorithm-genetic algorithm was studied. First, a simplified test paper generation mathematical model was set up after analyzing and studying types and characteristics of TEM-8 tasks. In the model, quantity, type, difficulty, discrimination degree, scores, exposure, and answering time of test questions were taken into consideration. To enhance the optimizing effect of the genetic algorithm for searching test questions, the traditional genetic algorithm was improved by introducing the sparrow search algorithm into the model to achieve a better crossover rate, variance rate, optimization precision, and speed of the genetic algorithm. A new sparrow search-genetic algorithm (SSA-GA) was designed, and the optimizing effect of SSA-GA was verified to be ideal through optimizing six standard test functions. Then, SSA-GA was applied to conduct experimentation with test paper generation, and comparison with traditional genetic algorithms was also made. The values of best and average fitness of SSA-GA were better than those of the traditional genetic algorithm (GA) in the paper generation. Exposure rate and success rate in TEM-8 paper generation of SSA-GA were higher than those of traditional GA in TEM-8 paper generation. Results showed that the studied SSA-GA could implement test paper generation with higher speed and better quality.

This paper presents a comprehensive study and analysis of the intelligent grouping of papers in adult higher education using a random matrix approach. Using the results of random matrix theory on the eigenvalues of the sample covariance matrix, the energy of each subspace is estimated, and the estimated energy is then used to construct a subspace weighting matrix. The statistical properties of the sample covariance matrix eigenvectors are analyzed using the first-order perturbation approximation, and then, asymptotic results from random matrix theory on the projection of the sample covariance matrix signal subspace to the real signal parametrization are used to obtain the weighting matrix based on the random matrix eigenvectors. Dynamic adjustment according to the fitness of individuals in the population is performed to ensure population diversity, while the combination of the small habitat technique can avoid the algorithm from falling into early convergence. The algorithm introduces chaos theory to optimize the population initialization process and uses the dynamic traversal randomness of chaos to select individuals in the population so that the initial population is close to the desired target solution. The design of the fitness function in the genetic algorithm generally maps the objective function of the problem to the fitness function. A good fitness function can directly reflect the quality of the individuals in the group. Based on the in-depth study of the basic attributes of the test questions and the principles of test paper evaluation, the mathematical model and objective function of intelligent paper grouping are determined by the difficulty, knowledge points, and cognitive level of the test questions as the main constraints, and NCAGA is applied to the intelligent paper grouping method, which better completes the intelligent paper grouping session for the computer system architecture course. In the process of designing the intelligent grouping algorithm, for the situations of premature convergence and convergence to locally optimal solutions that easily occur in the traditional genetic algorithm, this paper adopts the approach of adaptive adjustment of crossover probability and variation probability to improve the algorithm and achieves satisfactory results. Based on extensive business research, this paper completes the requirement analysis of the online practice system based on the intelligent grouping of papers and presents the functional design and database design of the key functional modules in the system in detail. Finally, this paper conducts functional tests on the system and analyses the test results.

Pulp washing process has the features of multivariate, time delay, nonlinearity. Considering the difficulties of modeling and optimal control in pulp washing process, a data-driven operational-pattern optimization method is proposed to model and optimize the pulp washing process in this paper. The most important quality indexes of pulp washing performance are residual soda in the washed pulp and Baume degree of extracted black liquor. Considering the difficulties of modeling, online measurement of these indexes, two-step neural networks, and multivariate logistic regression are used to establish the prediction models of residual soda and Baume degree. The mathematical model of the washing process can be identified, and the indexes can meet the production requirements. In the target of better product quality, low cost, and low energy consumption, a multiobjective problems is solved by ant colony optimization algorithm based on the optimized operational-pattern database. It shows that the theoretical analyses are correct and the practical applications are feasible, optimization control system has been designed for the pulp washing process, and the practical results show that pulp production increased by 20% and water consumption decreased by nearly 30%. This method is effective in the pulp washing process.

The notion of f -graphs and f -ideals are relatively new and have been studied in many papers. In this paper, we have generalized the idea of f -graphs and f -ideals to quasi f -graphs and quasi f -ideals, respectively. We have characterized all quasi f -graphs and quasi f -ideals of degree 2 and determined all the minimal primes ideals of these ideals. Furthermore, construction of quasi f -ideals of degree 2 has been described; the formula for computing Hilbert function and Hilbert series of the polynomial ring modulo the edge ideal of the quasi f -graph has been provided.

The minimum spanning tree (MST) is widely used in planning the most economical network. The algorithm for finding the MST of a connected graph is essential. In this paper, a new algorithm for finding MST is proposed based on a deduced theorem of MST. The algorithm first sorts the edges in the graph according to their weight, from large to small. Next, on the premise of ensuring the connectivity of the graph, it deletes the edges in this order until the number of edges of the graph is equal to the number of vertexes minus 1. Finally, the remaining graph is an MST. This algorithm is equivalent to an inverse Kruskal algorithm. For sparse graphs, the proposed algorithm has higher efficiency than the Kruskal algorithm. Experiments and analysis verify the effectiveness of the algorithm proposed in this paper. The algorithm provides a better choice for finding the MST of the sparse graph.

The goal of this paper is to establish a feasible three-species equilibrium model to analyze the symbiotic relationship of an automobile manufacturing community. In order to extend the Lotka–Volterra model to empirical analysis, this paper proposes an enterprise community symbiosis model based on a three-dimensional Lotka–Volterra model, as the classical two-dimensional Lotka–Volterra model has limited application scenarios. This paper takes the innovation assets of three communities of the Chinese automobile manufacturing industry as samples. The industrial community related to automobile manufacturing consists of the automobile manufacturing population, automobile parts population, and enterprise service industry population. The symbiosis system is empirically analyzed from two aspects: the balanced development of the three populations and the competitive evolution of the three populations. The stability of the model is tested by the data from information technology and the intelligent manufacturing community. In the process of dynamic simulation, the symbiotic relationship between automobile manufacturing-related populations shows a significant “skew symbiotic relationship.” This paper reconstructs the “whole population symbiosis” optimization model as skew distribution is difficult to apply to support collaborative development. The symbiosis optimization under the equilibrium state of the three populations shows that the growth of the three automobile manufacturing industry populations has the possibility of equilibrium and reciprocity. The empirical analysis fully demonstrates the feasibility of this research paradigm. The evolution analysis of the symbiotic system shows that cooperative behavior is better than competitive strategy. The research paradigm proposed in this paper can better analyze the symbiosis mechanism of the enterprise community.

This paper provides the formal proofs of propositions concerning the stability analysis of steady-state equilibrium in autarky with open-access renewable resources. We assume three different resource environments in which excessive harvesting, pollution, and simultaneous coexistence of these interacting pressures on resource stocks are considered. The propositions mentioned on J.A. Brander and M.S. Taylor, Open access renewable resources: trade and trade policy in a two-country model, Journal of International Economics, 44 (2), 181–209, 1998; B.R. Copeland and M.S. Taylor, Trade, spatial separation, and the environment, Journal of International Economics, 47 (1), 137–168, 1999; and H. A. This paper aims to contribute the renewable open-access resources literature by providing formal solutions of stable equilibrium analysis in a closed economy within the long run.

Artificial intelligence (AI) proves decisive in today’s rapidly developing society and is a motive force for the evolution of financial technology. As a subdivision of artificial intelligence research, machine learning (ML) algorithm is extensively used in all aspects of the daily operation and development of the supply chain. Using data mining, deductive reasoning, and other characteristics of machine learning algorithms can effectively help decision-makers of enterprises to make more scientific and reasonable decisions by using the existing financial index data. At present, globalization uncertainties such as COVID-19 are intensifying, and supply chain enterprises are facing bankruptcy risk. In the operation process, practical tools are needed to identify and opportunely respond to the threat in the supply chain operation promptly, predict the probability of business failure of enterprises, and take scientific and feasible measures to prevent a financial crisis in good season. Artificial intelligence decision-making technology can help traditional supply chains to transform into intelligent supply chains, realize smart management, and promote supply chain transformation and upgrading. By applying machine learning algorithms, the supply chain can not only identify potential risks in time and adopt scientific and feasible measures to deal with the crisis but also strengthen the connection and cooperation between different enterprises with the advantage of advanced technology to provide overall operation efficiency. On account of this, the paper puts forward an artificial intelligence-based corporate financial-risk-prevention (FRP) model, which includes four stages: data preprocessing, feature selection, feature classification, and parameter adjustment. Firstly, relevant financial index data are collected, and the quality of the selected data is raised through preprocessing; secondly, the chaotic grasshopper optimization algorithm (CGOA) is used to simulate the behavior of grasshoppers in nature to build a mathematical model, and the selected data sets are selected and optimized for features. Then, the support vector machine (SVM) performs classification processing on the quantitative data with reduced features. Empirical risk is calculated using the hinge loss function, and a regular operation is added to optimize the risk structure. Finally, slime mould algorithm (SMA) can optimize the process to improve the efficiency of SVM, making the algorithm more accurate and effective. In this study, Python is used to simulate the function of the corporate business finance risk prevention model. The experimental results show that the CGOA-SVM-SMA algorithm proposed in this paper achieves good results. After calculation, it is found that the prediction and decision-making capabilities are good and better than other comparative models, which can effectively help supply chain enterprises to prevent financial risks.

The key to the sustainable development of family farms and ranches is to solve the problem of financing difficulty, and the construction of the credit rating system of family farms and ranches is the basis of solving the financing difficulty. Therefore, the construction of the credit rating system of family farms and ranches is not only a theoretical problem but also has strong practical significance. On the basis of dichotomous method and improved DEA technology, this paper sets up a credit rating model based on dynamic cycle dichotomous DEA method with the goal of maximizing the efficiency value of credit scoring of family farm and ranch and the constraint of increasing default loss rate. The first feature of this paper is that it constructs a direct mapping from the credit index system to the credit score through the three-stage DEA model, which avoids the disadvantages of the classical linear weighting formula that relies heavily on the measurement results of different weights, and obtains more accurate and stable credit score results of family farms and pastures. Second, the three-stage DEA efficiency value is used as the credit score value of the family farm and pasture, and whether it is located in the optimal preset interval is taken as the basis for efficiency dichotomy. The DEA credit score of the family farm and pasture is calculated by dynamic cycle, and the samples belonging to each level of the family farm and pasture are calculated successively according to the order of the credit grade from high to low. Finally, the result of reasonable credit rating of family farm and ranch with high default loss rate and low credit score was obtained. The pyramid test results of matching credit rating and default loss rate show that this research method is effective and has a good pyramid shape.

Management accounting plays a greater role in providing business decisions for enterprises. As the core technology of big data processing, data mining technology can process a large amount of complex, structured, and unstructured information very efficiently. In this paper, the nonlinear system is taken as the research object, and the obtained system data is directly used. In the framework of divide and conquer strategy, multi-model method is combined with data clustering and a local modeling algorithm to study the nonlinearity of management accounting data mining. Through online adaptive estimation of parameters, aiming at the zero dynamic problem of the non-minimum phase system, through the decoupling matrix analysis of the nonlinear system, the state of the original strategy is dynamically extended to make the estimated parameters asymptotically approach the true value. The estimated parameters are applied to the nonlinear hypothesis strategy to achieve the goal of linearization control. It is assumed that the generation strategy is applied to the mining of different related types of rules without manually setting parameters, which greatly improves the efficiency of rule discovery. Through case analysis, this paper demonstrates the feasibility of applying nonlinear hypothesis strategy of data mining technology to management accounting and puts forward the relevant application process framework. The validity and feasibility of nonlinear hypothesis strategy data mining technology in management accounting are verified.

As the noise reduction performance of submarines continues to improve, it is difficult to detect and track submarines through acoustic detection techniques. Therefore, nonacoustic submarine detection techniques are becoming more and more important. The submarine movement will leave a wake vortex, and the information of the wake vortex can be used to invert the maneuvering state of the submarine. However, the wake vortex is constantly dissipated in the evolution process, and the strength of the wake vortex is constantly reduced, resulting in the gradual weakening of the characteristics of the wake vortex, which makes the inversion of submarine operating state difficult and less accurate. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes an improved wake vortex-based inversion method for submarine maneuvering state. Firstly, a random finite set of submarine wake vortex observation features is established to obtain the feature with the highest correlation degree with submarine maneuvering state in the random finite set. Secondly, the multiscale fusion module and attention mechanism are used to re-encode the weak features of the wake vortex image, and the salient features of the wake vortex image are extracted. Finally, the manipulation state of the wake vortex image is retrieved by the extracted salient features. The experimental results show that the average inversion accuracy of the proposed algorithm is improved by 1.27% in terms of manipulating state inversion of weak feature wake vortex images. The algorithm in this paper can realize the inversion of submarine maneuvering state in the case of weak submarine wake vortex image features and incomplete feature information. It provides the basis for the detection technology based on the submarine wake characteristics.

In this paper, we propose a high-precision discrete scheme for the time-fractional diffusion equation (TFDE) with Caputo-Fabrizio type. First, a special discrete scheme of C-F derivative is used in time direction and a compact difference operator is used in space direction. Second, we discuss the convergence of the proposed method in discrete L 1 -norm and L 2 -norm. The convergence order of our discrete scheme is O τ 2 + h 4 , where τ and h are the temporal and spatial step sizes, respectively. The aim of this paper is to show that fractional operator without singular term is very useful for improving the accuracy of discrete scheme.

As a hot topic in military research, small combat robots are always in a dynamic process when traveling, causing the body tube to vibrate which affects its firing accuracy. Different from the traditional two-degree-of-freedom combat robot, this paper establishes a rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model for the new three-degree-of-freedom combat robot to study the response characteristics of its body tube during travel. To accurately reflect the driving conditions of the mobile robot, a road surface unevenness model was established using the sine wave superposition method. The firing accuracy of a small combat robot can be affected by the speed and road conditions, as shown in numerous studies. The effects of arm structure, arm mounting position, and firing angle on the vibration response of the body tube are analyzed in this paper. The results show that a reference for improving the design of small combat robots can be found in a correlation between the structure, mounting position, and firing angle of the robotic arm, and the body tube’s vibration response.

Considering the widely existing processing time uncertainty in the real-world production process, this paper constructs a fuzzy mathematical model for the silicon single crystal production batch scheduling problem to minimize the maximum completion time. In this paper, a two-stage hybrid optimization algorithm (TSHOA) is proposed for solving the scheduling model. Firstly, the improved differential evolution algorithm (IDE) is used to solve the order quantity allocation problem of silicon single crystal with different sizes to obtain the quantity of silicon single crystal rods with different sizes produced by different types of single crystal furnaces. Secondly, the variable neighborhood search (VNS) algorithm is adopted to optimize the order quantity sequencingof batch production processes. Finally, simulations and comparisons demonstrate the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of TSHOA.

For a bipartite quantum system with Hilbert space H m ⊗ H n , this paper considers a quantum channel ϕ from the system to itself which preserves the set of separable states. Within this class of quantum channels, the paper characterizes those channels which preserve the Tsallis entropy of combinations of separable states through decomposing quantum gates, where the characterization is given in terms of the action of the channel on separable states.

With the rise of low-carbon concept and the trend of low-carbon planning, the evaluation of low-carbon planning has been paid more and more attention by the academic and planning circles. Carbon evaluation has become a hot topic after “environmental evaluation” and “green evaluation.” In order to promote the important content of energy conservation and sustainable development in the construction of low-carbon cities, this paper constructs and plans the content of low-carbon city planning and construction. On the basis of the effectiveness evaluation index system, this paper discusses the linkage between analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and makes a comprehensive quantitative evaluation on the effectiveness of case planning EIA. Combining the advantages of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the subobjectives and weights of each index are determined by the analytic hierarchy process. The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the factors that affect the low-carbon effect of urban high-rise residential district planning. This study leads the new trend of future urban construction, and the construction of low-carbon residential areas, as an important part of promoting urban sustainable development, is the core component of future low-carbon urban planning and construction.

Throughout the world, the reliability-based approach to safety design of aircraft systems is quite mature and widely used. However, there are still shortcomings in the reliability-based aircraft system safety analysis method. It cannot dynamically analyze the accident evolution process and lack consideration of the complex situation of multifactor coupling. On the basis of the original aircraft system safety analysis method, this paper innovatively proposes a functional hazard analysis (FHA) method based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and multifactor fuzzy comprehensive assessment (FCA). The purpose is to improve the objectivity and quantification of the FHA method in the safety design of aircraft systems. At the same time, in the terminal airworthiness verification, this paper proposes a repeatable and controllable virtual test flight verification method, which aims to reduce the cost and cycle of the terminal airworthiness verification and expand the coverage of the envelope verification. Finally, combined with the clauses in MIL-HDBK-516B, a case calculation is carried out to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.

In order to effectively improve the quality of video image transmission, this paper proposes a method of digital multimedia video image coding. The transmission of digital multimedia video image fault-tolerant coding requires sparse decomposition of a digital multimedia video image to obtain the linear form of the image and complete the transmission of video image fault-tolerant coding. The traditional method of fault-tolerant coding is based on human visual characteristics but ignores the linear form of the digital multimedia video image, which leads to the unsatisfactory effect of coding and transmission. In this paper, a fault-tolerant coding method based on wavelet transform and vector quantization is proposed to decompose and reconstruct digital multimedia video images. The smoothness of wavelet transform can remove visual redundancy; the decomposed image is vector quantized. The mean square deviation method and the similar scalar optimal quantization method are used to select and calculate the image vector, construct the over complete database of a digital multimedia video image, and normalize it; the digital multimedia video image is thinly decomposed by asymmetric atoms, and a linear representation of the image is obtained. According to the above-given operations, we can master the distribution range and law of pixels and realize fault-tolerant coding. The experimental results show that when the number of iterations is 15, the CR index is the same, PSNR increases by 8.7%, coding is 23.7% faster and decoding is 15% faster. Conclusion. The proposed method can not only improve the speed of fault-tolerant coding but also improve the quality of video image transmission.

To shape a complete city image, it is necessary to find the first characteristic of the city so as to further improve the easy identification of the city image, create a good city image, and make the city more competitive. This paper combines the Watson visual perception model to carry out the visual image recognition design of Nanchang VI to improve the communication effect of the urban VI visual image. Moreover, this paper proposes a video watermarking algorithm based on MPEG-4 encoding using the open-source Xvid codec. In addition, this paper proves that the proposed algorithm has good application value in imperceptibility and robustness through a large number of experiments and data analysis. Finally, this paper verifies the reliability of the method proposed in this paper through the study of multiple sets of data.

In this paper, a high-level semantic recognition model is used to parse the video content of human sports under engineering management, and the stream shape of the previous layer is embedded in the convolutional operation of the next layer, so that each layer of the convolutional neural network can effectively maintain the stream structure of the previous layer, thus obtaining a video image feature representation that can reflect the image nearest neighbor relationship and association features. The method is applied to image classification, and the experimental results show that the method can extract image features more effectively, thus improving the accuracy of feature classification. Since fine-grained actions usually share a very high similarity in phenotypes and motion patterns, with only minor differences in local regions, inspired by the human visual system, this paper proposes integrating visual attention mechanisms into the fine-grained action feature extraction process to extract features for cues. Taking the problem as the guide, we formulate the athlete’s tacit knowledge management strategy and select the distinctive freestyle aerial skills national team as the object of empirical analysis, compose a more scientific and organization-specific tacit knowledge management program, exert influence on the members in the implementation, and revise to form a tacit knowledge management implementation program with certain promotion value. Group behavior can be identified by analyzing the behavior of individuals and the interaction information between individuals. Individual interactions in a group can be represented by individual representations, and the relationship between individual behaviors can be analyzed by modeling the relationship between individual representations. The performance improvement of the method on mismatched datasets is comparable between the long-short time network based on temporal information and the language recognition method with high-level semantic embedding vectors, with the two methods improving about 12.6% and 23.0%, respectively, compared with the method using the original model and with the i-vector baseline system based on the support vector machine classification method with radial basis functions, with performance improvements about 10.10% and 10.88%, respectively.

Higher education question and answer system is a current research hotspot in the field of natural language processing and artificial intelligence, which can return accurate answers directly and also allow users to input in natural language, avoiding the need to return large collections of valid and invalid data links for users to filter twice. In recent years, deep learning techniques have made great progress in the field of natural language processing, thus making it possible to apply it in the field of teaching and learning in junior high school. Most of the traditional quiz systems based on traditional retrieval techniques have problems such as insufficient semantic portrayal of text, inability to extract semantic features in context, and poor processing of complex utterances. In order to fill the gap and deficiencies of question and answer systems in junior high school teaching, this paper applies multimodal and adversarial network-related technologies to build a multimodal adversarial network-based question and answer system for higher education. The experimental results show that the principles of the traditional application system and the multimodal adversarial system designed in this paper are similar, but the current application system is relatively more effective.

Teaching is defined as a relatively stable structural framework and activity process of teaching activities established under the guidance of specific teaching concepts and theories. It serves as a link between teaching theory and practice, as well as between the teaching system’s static and dynamic conditions. The ITM (Inquiry-Based Teaching Model) has received a lot of attention and has been used in a lot of classrooms. Data mining (DM) is a method for discovering knowledge in databases and a technology for mining information in large data sets. It is primarily used to discover unknown relationships and patterns in related data. This paper applies DM’s core technology, particularly the decision tree algorithm, to give hospital managers more comprehensive and in-depth data analysis capabilities, as well as strong technical support for hospitals in developing management plans. Furthermore, due to the scarcity of research data in the nursing profession, this paper introduces the few-shot learning technology to improve the model’s analysis ability.

This paper investigates a parameter identification problem in the grinding process. Due to the data saturated phenomenon and the ill-posed of parameter identification inverse problem, this paper presents a regularized least squares recursive algorithm with a forgetting factor (RLSRAFF), the basic idea of which is to combine the forgetting factor with regularization parameters. Moreover, based on RLSRAFF, this paper verifies the recursive calculation of criterion function, analyzes the effect of calculation error from the gain matrix and proves the convergence of the proposed algorithm. Finally, effectiveness of RLSRAFF is verified by simulation experiments and grinding data. Compared with other algorithms, RLSRAFF can give a more convergence rate to the real data and reduce the error from the true value.

For nonsmooth Filippov systems, the stability of the system is assumed to be proved by nonsmooth Lyapunov functions, such as piecewise smooth Lyapunov functions. This extension was based on the Filippov solution and Clarke generalized gradient. However, it is difficult to estimate the gradient of a non-smooth Lyapunov function. In some cases, the nonsmooth system can be divided into continuous and discontinuous components. If the Lebesgue measure of the discontinuous components is zero, the smooth Lyapunov function can be utilized to prove the stability of the system owing to the inner product of the gradient of the Lyapunov function of the discontinuous components being zero. In this paper, we apply the smooth Lyapunov function to prove the stability of the nonsmooth ratio-dependent predator-prey system. In contrast to the existing literature, in this paper, although the system is divided into continuous and discontinuous components, the inner product of the gradient of the Lyapunov function of the discontinuous part is not zero but negative. In the proof of stability, the negative value condition is stricter than the zero-value condition. This proof method only needs to construct a smooth Lyapunov function, which is simpler than a non-smooth Lyapunov function or other methods.

At present, China’s academic circles have made some research results on the hidden dropout of junior middle school students, but they have not formed a relatively mature theory. Based on Durkheim’s “social integration” theory, this paper studies hidden dropout from the perspective of class sociology and puts forward the influencing mechanism of “class integration” of junior middle school students’ hidden dropout behavior. By class observation, this paper obtains the hidden dropout theoretical model of the interaction between individuals and class organization.

The agricultural economy covers a wide range and has many influencing factors. There are often serious problems of complexity and diversity. The traditional agricultural economic forecasting methods often ignore the complexity and diversity, and it is difficult to accurately describe the development law of the agricultural economy. To improve the accuracy of agricultural economic time series forecasting under the condition of complexity and diversity, this paper proposes an agricultural economic forecasting method based on Elman neural network structure. Firstly, the data are screened and processed according to the time series of agricultural economic changes, and those factors that are more important to the agricultural economy are screened out from the collected public data. Secondly, this paper designs an efficient Elman neural network topology and sends the selected important data into the neural network for data learning and neural network parameter optimization, to achieve a more accurate agricultural economic forecasting model. Finally, a large number of experimental results show that the method based on the Elman neural network structure can overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods. It can avoid the interference of human subjective will, realize the comprehensive and accurate description of the changing laws of the agricultural economy with time, and promote the development of the agricultural economy.

Political and ideological online teaching is a new thing integrating political and ideological theory teaching and artificial intelligence information technology. In order to effectively improve the quality of political and ideological online teaching, this paper aims to make an in-depth study on the application of artificial intelligence technology in the political and ideological online classroom system under the background of big data. This paper first expounds the overall architecture of the political and ideological online system from the system hardware architecture and software architecture and then discusses in detail the functional design of the online system and the structure of the database. This paper proposes a data mining algorithm based on scale affine transformation and curriculum data information space reconstruction, constructs the data structure model of the political and ideological online classroom system, uses scale affine transformation to fuse the curriculum data, carries out spatial reconstruction of the fused curriculum data, extracts the high-order features of the curriculum data in the political and ideological online classroom system in the reconstructed space, and completes the data mining of political and ideological courses. Experiments show that the political and ideological online classroom system under the proposed method is better than the political and ideological online classroom system under the traditional method in terms of user satisfaction and teacher operation proficiency and can effectively improve the quality of political and ideological online teaching.

In the context of the digital economy, the digital transformation of enterprises, as an important accelerator of new economic and social development, cannot be separated from the support of financial resources. Based on the data of China’s A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2020, this paper studies the influence of digital finance development on the digital transformation of enterprises and its mechanism of action. The empirical results demonstrate that digital finance development plays a significant role in promoting the digital transformation of enterprises, and the promotion effect is stronger for nonstate-owned enterprises, but the promotion effect of digital finance development on the digital transformation of enterprises is weaker in western regions and peripheral cities than that in eastern and central regions and central cities. Digital finance development can alleviate the financing constraint of enterprises, thus facilitating the digital transformation of enterprises. Digital finance development can drive enterprise innovation, thus promoting the digital transformation of enterprises. Therefore, this paper suggests that the government should steadily advance digital finance development. Meanwhile, financial institutions should speed up the construction of digital platforms and strengthen their support for innovative projects. In addition, enterprises should actively seize the opportunities brought by digital finance development and accelerate the construction of digital transformation.

In order to effectively solve the problem of relatively large errors in individual positioning strategies in indoor environments, this paper applies the genetic optimization neural network algorithm to indoor location based on multi-source information fusion. The range of the geomagnetic fitness is constrained based on the results obtained by using the wireless WiFi positioning for combination and matching, which can reduce the value of the matching error effectively. Subsequently, the global optimal value of the indoor network is calculated based on the genetic algorithm, which can optimize the initial value and threshold of the neural network after genetic optimization so as to improve the accuracy of the network to the greatest extent possible while accelerating the convergence speed at the same time. After the optimization processing is completed, fusion training can be performed on the coordinates of the actual positions based on the obtained combination positioning situation and the predicted positioning result in the indoor network. Finally, the optimal positioning result can be obtained accordingly. Through the analysis of practical cases, it can be known that the mean square error predicted based on the genetic optimization neural network calculated by using the genetic algorithm can be effectively reduced by 76%, and the accuracy of the fusion positioning can be increased by 48% on average compared with the accuracy of a single positioning strategy. Hence, the method put forward in this paper has effectively improved the positioning accuracy, which suggests that its positioning performance is superior.

Cylinder liners are important to automobile engines. The appearance quality will directly affect the life and safety of the engines. At present, the appearance quality inspection of cylinder liners mainly relies on manual visual judgment, which is easily affected by the subjective factors of inspectors. This paper studies improved machine vision to realize surface defect detection. It proposes the improvement of the attention mechanism and a feature fusion method to locate and classify the defect. Experiments show that the method proposed in this paper has improved both accuracy and speed, and it can detect defects in production and realize industrialization. At the same time, the method studied in this paper has the value of popularization and application for appearance defect detection in other fields.

Objective. The processing and analysis of medical rehabilitation information data in tertiary hospitals is a hot research topic. Combining medical data analysis with machine learning algorithms to improve data mining efficiency is a problem that needs to be solved at present. This paper proposes an autonomous perception model of sports medicine rehabilitation equipment based on a deep learning algorithm for sports medical rehabilitation data. Methods. This paper cites a deep learning multi-dimensional perception model for medical rehabilitation equipment autonomous perception. The model utilizes the automatic overhaul of medical rehabilitation equipment based on deep belief networks. This paper extracts features through a multi-layer neural network and obtains fault location results of medical rehabilitation equipment through softmax. Results. In similarity prediction, the accuracy rate of the first three kinds of feedback containing the target answer is 77%. The accuracy rate of the target answers included in the top five kinds of feedback was 92%. Conclusion. In this study, it is feasible to apply deep learning to the quality control information system of sports rehabilitation medical equipment. This improves the management efficiency of medical rehabilitation equipment to a certain extent.

In order to improve the selection and exploration effect of cultural and creative tourist attractions, this paper applies BP network to the selection and search of cultural and creative tourist attractions. Moreover, this paper improves the algorithm to promote the interrelation of cultural and creative industries and tourism industries to promote each other to form a complex and changeable dynamic system and proposes a personalized recommendation model for tourist attractions based on domain adaptation. Domain adaptation can effectively reduce the distribution difference between different data. In addition, this paper combines experimental research to verify the system model of this paper. The research results show that the cultural and creative tourist attractions selection search system based on the BP network proposed in this paper has a good selection effect of tourist attractions and has an important role in promoting the development of cultural and creative tourism.

With the rapid development of multimedia and Internet technology, English news text summary technology has received widespread attention as a way to quickly obtain English news text content. The existing method of English news text summarization based on graph model usually takes English news text as the vertices of the graph, and the relationship between the two vertices is represented by the edge. Although it has achieved good results, it cannot quickly sort out the English Complex relationships between news texts. In order to solve this problem, this paper uses the hypergraph model to model the relationship between English news text, and conducts in-depth research on the application of the hypergraph model in the field of English news text summarization. The high popularity of the Internet has brought about earth-shaking changes to the news industry, which makes the news on the Internet a great way for netizens to get news. However, the public cannot pick out satisfactory events from a large amount of news. In order to solve this problem, news event discovery technology that can help users quickly discover and understand hot news is produced. In addition, user personalized recommendation technology will rely on customer operation habits to provide customers with hot events of interest. The personalized news recommendation method adopted in this article has the advantages of integrating discovery and personalized news recommendation, and provides users with a better experience. Compared with the traditional hierarchical clustering algorithm, the algorithm proposed in this paper significantly improves the accuracy.

This paper solves the problem of difficulty in achieving satisfactory results with traditional methods of bearing fault diagnosis, which can effectively extract the fault information and improve the fault diagnosis accuracy. This paper proposes a novel artificial intelligence fault diagnosis method by integrating complementary ensemble empirical mode decomposition (CEEMD), energy entropy (EE), and probabilistic neural network (PNN) optimized by a sparrow search algorithm (SSA). The vibration signal of rolling bear was firstly decomposed by CEEMD into a set of intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) at different time scales. Then, the correlation coefficient was used as a selection criterion to determine the effective IMFs, and the signal features were extracted by EE as the input of the diagnosis model to suppress the influence of the redundant information and maximize the retention of the original signal features. Afterwards, SSA was used to optimize the smoothing factor parameter of PNN to reduce the influence of human factors on the neural network and improve the performance of the fault diagnosis model. Finally, the proposed CEEMD-EE-SSA-PNN method was verified and evaluated by experiments. The experimental results indicate that the presented method can accurately identify different fault states of rolling bearings and achieve better classification performance of fault states compared with other methods.

With the dynamic sharing of global resources shifted from the independent production of a single enterprise to and the development of collaborative manufacturing, today’s manufacturing industry has collaborative production among multiple enterprises. This paper extends the optimization method of the multienterprise dynamic equipment collaborative scheduling system with the dynamic manufacturing network theory approach, combining the neural network system and model predictive control theory to continuously and dynamically diagnose the changes of demand and capacity in the actual production process and design the corresponding multilayer game collaborative optimization robust model according to the uncertainty relationship. The study considers the production characteristics and management needs of multiple enterprises within the manufacturing industry, as well as the optimization of the dynamic equipment collaborative scheduling system, uncertain demand, dynamic equipment matching effectiveness, and equipment failure under the shared manufacturing model, deduces the market capacity demand for manufacturing enterprises by inverse prediction of dynamic market demand through the simple recurrent neural network (Elman network), and then maximizes the idle equipment utilization and load capacity under the shared manufacturing model in model rolling optimization. This paper gives model solutions based on big data analysis and combines improved population intelligence algorithms to determine the dynamic matching of manufacturing resources, product supply and demand paths, and transportation flows. The simulation results show that the application of model predictive control theory to the model of Elman neural network system diagnosis can effectively reduce the adverse effects of the two-way uncertainty environment on the profitability of enterprises. Meanwhile, considering the maximum performance matching of dynamic equipment scheduling and combining with robust optimization methods will reduce the cost loss of manufacturing enterprises in the worst case, and the cost loss reduction can reach 24.73%. The analysis results verify that the method is of great practical significance in the direction of intelligent production collaboration and industrial digital transformation.

After years of development, today’s society is a prosperous era of the knowledge economy. Different from the previous period of development by consuming natural resources, people have realized that talents with technology and knowledge have become an important factor in promoting the development of social production. That is to say, the improvement of population quality has not only an impact on its own development but also an important impact on the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of its location. Population quality is the stipulation of the population in terms of quality, also known as population quality. It includes ideological quality, cultural quality, physical quality, and so on. Data fusion is a technology for the comprehensive analysis and processing of information from multiple sources. Therefore, this paper comprehensively considers the influence of ideological and moral quality and population structure. Under the algorithm of fusion data, the impact of population quality on residents’ income is explored. This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to weight each indicator and calculate the comprehensive score. This paper ranks the quality of population and economic development of each province, city, and autonomous region in China according to their high scores. The results of the experiments in this paper indicate a relevant analysis with the income distribution of the nation’s residents, and the correlation is −0.9493. There exists a negative relation between the overall quality of Chinese residents and the income gap.

A huge number of scientific research institutions and scholars are now researching this topic in depth, with promising results. Meanwhile, research development in dance visual frequency movement detection is rather modest due to the high complexity of dance movement and the challenges of human body self-shielding in dance performance. Aiming at the problem of the combination of motion recognition and dance video, the feature extraction, representation, and motion recognition methods based on dance video are emphatically studied. This paper studies an effective feature extraction method according to the characteristics of dance movements. Firstly, each dance movement video in the data set is separated into equal sections, and the edge characteristics of all video pictures in each segment are gathered into one image, from which the direction gradient histogram features are extracted. Secondly, a group of directional gradient histogram feature vectors is used to represent the local appearance information and shape features of the video dance moves. In view of the existing problem of heterogeneous feature fusion, this paper chooses the multi-core learning method to fuse the three kinds of features for dance movement recognition. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed dance movement detection algorithm is tested using the Dance DB data set from the University of Cyprus and the Folk Dance data set from my laboratory. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can maintain a certain recognition rate for relatively complex dance movements and can still ensure a certain accuracy when the background and target are easily confused. This also confirms the efficacy of the movement recognition system used in this paper for recognizing dance movements.

In today's global competition environment with rapid changes in market and technology, it is more and more difficult for enterprises to fully grasp the latest knowledge and learn all the technologies by relying on their own strength. It is particularly important for enterprises to establish a network relationship of a certain intensity with other external entities (upstream and downstream enterprises, peer enterprises, scientific research institutions, government departments, financial institutions, and other organizations) for their technological learning and improvement of technological innovation performance. From different perspectives, the academic circles have confirmed that the strength of network relationship does have an impact on the technological innovation performance of enterprises. This paper will explore the measurement scale of technology learning cost, and from the basic perspective of technology learning cost, deeply explore and analyze how enterprise technology innovation performance is affected by the strength of enterprise network relationship. This paper argues that the strength of network relationship can affect the cost of technology learning and therefore the performance of technology innovation. The main contents of this study include the following. (1) Through the collation and review of the related theories of network relationship strength, technological learning cost and technological innovation performance, and the existing research results, the theoretical model of this study is established, and the theoretical assumptions of this study are put forward. (2) A presurvey is carried out first, and the data collected from the presurvey are used to test the reliability and validity of the scale of this study, and the appropriate measurement scales for the strength of network relationship, technology learning cost, and technology innovation performance are determined. (3) Adopt the method of regression analysis combined with the SME method, to verify this paper builds the theoretical model, and further clarify the network relation intensity, technology acquisition cost, and cost of technological learning all dimensions and performance of technological innovation and network strength, technological learning mechanism between cost, and performance of technological innovation.

This paper presents an in-depth study and analysis of large datasets of mixed and attribute features under Spark using a large dataset clustering algorithm. The classical algorithm K-means based on division and the density-based clustering algorithm DPC, which has become more popular in recent years, are selected as the research objects of this paper. Secondly, the original K-means algorithm is improved by combining holdout validation and K-means++ method to address the shortcomings of the K-means algorithm that the number of class clusters K needs to be set in advance and the initial class cluster centers are chosen randomly, which leads to unstable iterations and slow convergence of clustering results. The similarity matrix will be continuously updated during the iterative process. It mainly refers to the process of dividing objects into multiple classes according to the degree of similarity between objects. After the division, the objects within the class are like each other, while the objects between the classes are different from each other. The comparison experiments of the improved algorithm before and after the MovieLens dataset are conducted to verify that the new algorithm has better performance in terms of clustering accuracy and efficiency. Again, to address the drawback that the clustering results in the DPC algorithm rely heavily on the subjective selection of the truncation distance parameter cd, and it is difficult to handle datasets with complex distribution and large density variation, the algorithm can generate the optimal cd adaptively by combining K-nearest neighbors and introducing the distance comparison quantity, which has a better performance by considering the overall and local distribution of the data. The feasibility of the improved method is verified by validating the algorithm with artificial datasets and UCI datasets as well as separation tests. Finally, the parallelized design and implementation of the improved K-means algorithm and CDPC-KNN algorithm are completed by building a Spark clustering environment, and the parallelized algorithm is verified to have much better data processing capability and be more adaptable to the clustering analysis of large-scale data by comparing algorithm string parallelism experiments.

Multivariate statistical analysis is a new statistical method emerging in recent years. The method of multivariate statistics was soon applied to all walks of life, bringing great convenience to people’s work and industry. The method of multivariate statistics is used to process and evaluate the data, guide the school’s physical education work, and make suggestions for various functional units. This paper focuses on the multivariate statistical analysis of principal components and factors, uses factor analysis to comprehensively evaluate college students, and uses the variance method to make statistics on the four-year physical education performance of 141 undergraduates in grades 13 and four subjects. And based on this, the effect of different majors on their academic achievement is discussed. This paper believes that in college physical education, this method should be applied to daily physical education, and students should be rationally analyzed and scientifically evaluated. This model can make a comprehensive investigation of the education work so that their education work can be improved more effectively, and sports talents in colleges and universities can get better development.

It is well known that stability, center-of-gravity balance, and concentrated-weight are key factors of the transportation safety. The reasonable formulation of the loading layout scheme ensures the safety of shipment based on fully utilizing the effective volume and load capacity of freight vehicles. This paper takes the railway mixed goods loading layout as the research object, considering the constraints such as goods loading center-of-gravity balance, the allowable moment of concentrated-weight, supporting and goods placement mode, and taking the maximum comprehensive utilization rates for both effective volume and load capacity of freight vehicle as the optimization objective, an optimization model of railway mixed goods balanced and anticoncentrated-weight loading layout considering stability is built. Additionally, this paper designs mixed goods classified and simple/general goods block composition methods. We improve the representation and selection of layout space, construct goods block selection algorithm based on the greedy d-step lookahead tree search and goods block evaluation function and propose a goods block placement strategy and update rules of layout space after goods block placement. An optimization algorithm of railway mixed goods balanced and anticoncentrated-weight load layout considering stability is designed. The results show that the formulated scheme not only ensures that the goods meet the full support constraints, but also the comprehensive utilization rate of the effective volume and load capacity of the vehicle is not less than 89%, and the probability of meeting the loading center-of-gravity balance and allowable moment of concentrated-weight are as high as 99% and 99.47%, respectively. The proposed method realizes the balanced and anticoncentrated-weight loading of railway mixed goods, ensures the safe, stable, and efficient goods loading, and provides decision support for the safe loading layout of railway goods.

Under the present background, optimizing the existing urban rail transit network is the focus of urban rail transit construction at present. Based on DL, this paper constructs the optimization algorithm of urban rail transit network route planning. According to the current urban layout and urban planning, build a suitable rail transit network line form; according to the function, the types of urban rail transit stations are divided, and the optimization of urban rail transit network lines is realized. In addition, according to the K short path algorithm, this paper calculates the effective path between any stations of rail transit and, according to the model, allocates the passenger flow to each path. Experimental results show that the accuracy of real-time traffic flow prediction by this algorithm can reach 94.98%, which is about 9% higher than other methods. This algorithm can effectively optimize the route planning of urban rail transit network. This verifies the effectiveness of the route planning optimization algorithm proposed in this paper. Using the algorithm in this paper for line planning can get good real time, rationality, and optimality.

The research on the influencing factors of residents’ low-carbon consumption willingness and low-carbon consumption behavior of fresh food has certain practical guiding significance. Existing studies have analyzed the low-carbon consumption willingness, but the factors considered are not comprehensive and the degree of fit needs to be improved. Therefore, this paper starts with 37 variables from six aspects: demographic factors, psychological factors, low-carbon related knowledge, external factors, policy norms, and product factors. The binary logistic model is used to carry out regression analysis on low-carbon consumption willingness and low-carbon consumption behavior, and the fitting degree is higher and reaches about 90%. The regression results show that sense of responsibility, government tax, low-carbon product quality, and low-carbon product price have a significant impact on residents’ low-carbon consumption willingness. Whether there are fake and shoddy products in the market and whether the products are really of low carbon have a significant impact on low-carbon consumption behavior. Finally, starting from the three subjects of government, enterprises, and residents, this paper puts forward targeted suggestions to improve residents’ low-carbon consumption willingness and promote residents’ low-carbon consumption behavior, in order to promote low-carbon consumption.

Actively responding to population aging has become the new national condition of China’s aging society in the new era. To do a good job of actively coping with aging in the new era, it is necessary to take multiple measures and work together on the basis of clarifying the major realities and problems faced by China’s aging society. From the perspective of big data technology, this paper systematically studies the concerns of China’s aging through the method of artificial intelligence. In addition, with two typical aging indicators, three coupled intelligent algorithms are introduced in this paper. The prediction results show that the multi-dimensional support vector machine optimized by the immune algorithm shows good advantages compared with the other two algorithms. The multi-dimensional support vector machine optimized by the immune algorithm, one of the big data, has a good prediction effect on the performance indicators of China’s aging, which indirectly illustrates the applicability of big data analysis to the concerns of China’s aging.

The construction of 3D design model is a hotspot of applied research in the fields of clothing functional design system teaching and display. The simple 3D clothing visualization postprocessing lacks interactive functions, which is a hot issue that needs to be solved urgently at present. Based on analyzing the existing clothing modeling technology, template technology, and fusion technology, and based on the multimodal clustering network theory, this paper proposes a 3D clothing design resource knowledge graph modeling method with multiple fusion of features and templates. The position of each joint point is converted into the coordinate system centered on the torso point in advance and normalized to avoid the problem that the relative position of the camera and the collector cannot be determined, and the shape of different collectors is different. The paper provides a multimodal clustering network intelligence method, illustrates the interoperability of users switching between different design networks in the seamless connection movement, and combines the hybrid intelligence algorithm with the fuzzy logic interpretation algorithm to solve the problems in the field of 3D clothing design service quality. During the simulation process, the research scheme builds a logical multimodal clustering network framework, which integrates compatibility access and global access partition fusion of style templates to achieve information extraction of clothing parts. The experimental results show that the realistic 3D clothing modeling can be achieved by layering the 3D clothing map, contour features, clothing size features, and color texture features with the modeling template. The developed ActiveX control is mounted on MSN, and the system is compatible. The performance and integration rate reached 77.1% and 89.7%, respectively, which effectively strengthened the practical role of the 3D clothing design system.

Research on the price prediction of natural gas is of great significance to market participants of all kinds. In order to predict natural gas prices more reliably, this paper introduces a quadratic decomposition technology based on the combination of variational modal decomposition (VMD) and ensemble empirical modal decomposition (EEMD), which decomposes the residual term (Res) after VMD by EEMD; then, a new hybrid model called VMD-EEMD-Res.-LSTM is constructed in combination with the long short-term memory (LSTM) prediction model. The contribution of this new hybrid model is that, unlike existing application research that combines existing decomposition technology with the LSTM model, it does not ignore the important information contained in the residual after the VMD. In order to verify the predictive performance of the proposed new model, this paper uses the data of the spot price of natural gas in the United States to conduct a multistep-ahead empirical comparative analysis. The results show that the new hybrid model constructed in this paper has significant predictive advantages.

The power of wireless network sensor technologies has enabled the development of large-scale in-house monitoring systems. The sensor may play a big part in landslide forecasting where the sensor linked to the WLAN protocol can usefully map, detect, analyze, and predict landslide distant areas, etc. A wireless sensor network comprises autonomous sensors geographically dispersed for monitoring physical or environmental variables, comprising temperature, sound, pressure, etc. This remote management service contains a monitoring system with more information and helps the user grasp the problem and work hard when WSN is a catastrophic event tracking prospect. This paper illustrates the effectiveness of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms (i.e., Logistic Regression) for landslide monitoring in real-time. The WSN system monitors landslide causative factors such as precipitation, Earth moisture, pore-water-pressure (PWP), and motion in real-time. The problems associated with land life surveillance and the context generated by data are given to address these issues. The Wireless Sensors Network (WSN) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) give the option of monitoring fast landslides in real-time conditions. A proposed system in this paper shows real-time monitoring of landslides to preternaturally inform people through an alerting system to risky situations.

This paper is an in-depth study of international trade quantification models based on deep neural networks. Based on an in-depth analysis of global trade characteristics, a summary of existing problems, and a comparative analysis of various prediction methods, this paper constructs the ARIMA model, BP neural network (BPNN) model, and deep neural network (DNN) model to make a comprehensive comparison of international trade quantification. The results show that the nonlinear model has a global trade quantification has some advantages over linear models, and the deep model shows better prediction performance than the shallow model. In addition, preprocessing of the time series is considered to improve the prediction accuracy or shorten the model training time. The empirical modal analysis method (EMD) is introduced to decompose the time series into eigenmodal functions (IMFs) of different scales. Then the decomposed IMF series are arranged into a matrix using principal component analysis (PCA) to reduce the dimensionality and extract the data containing the most stock index information features; these features are then input into BPNN and DNN for combined prediction, thus constructing the combined models EMD-PCA-BPNN and EMD-PCA-DNN. Based on Melitz’s heterogeneous firm trade theory and its development by Chaney, a quantitative trade model incorporating production heterogeneity is constructed through a multisector extension. This paper adopts a general equilibrium analysis, which makes the modeling process pulse clear. The completed model has high flexibility and scalability, which can be applied to quantitative analysis of various problems.
