The present paper aims to find some new midpoint-type inequalities for twice quantum differentiable convex functions. The paper deals with the existence of solutions for(p,Q)(p,Q)coupled elliptic systems in the Heisenberg group, with critical exponential growth at infinity and singular behavior at the origin. We derive existence of nonnegative solutions with both components nontrivial and different, that is solving an actual system, which does not reduce into an equation. The main features and novelties of the paper are the presence of a general coupled critical exponential term of the Trudinger-Moser type and the fact that the system is set inℍn{{\mathbb{H}}}^{n}.

In this paper we will show a new way to represent functions as infinite series, finding some conditions under which a function is expandable with this method, and showing how it allows us to find the values of many interesting series. At the end, we will prove one of the main results of the paper, a Representation Theorem.

In this paper, we consider a finite-dimensional vector space 𝒫 {{\mathcal{P}}} over the Galois field GF ⁡ ( p ) {\operatorname{GF}(p)} , with p being an odd prime, and the family ℬ k x {{\mathcal{B}}_{k}^{x}} of all k-sets of elements of 𝒫 {\mathcal{P}} summing up to a given element x. The main result of the paper is the characterization, for x = 0 {x=0} , of the permutations of 𝒫 {\mathcal{P}} inducing permutations of ℬ k 0 {{\mathcal{B}}_{k}^{0}} as the invertible linear mappings of the vector space 𝒫 {\mathcal{P}} if p does not divide k, and as the invertible affinities of the affine space 𝒫 {\mathcal{P}} if p divides k. The same question is answered also in the case where the elements of the k-sets are required to be all nonzero, and, in fact, the two cases prove to be intrinsically inseparable.

The aim of this paper is the analysis, from algebraic point of view and singularities studies, of the 5-parametric family of differential equations $$\begin{array}{} \displaystyle yy'=(\alpha x^{m+k-1}+\beta x^{m-k-1})y+\gamma x^{2m-2k-1}, \quad y'=\frac{dy}{dx} \end{array}$$ where a, b, c ∈ ℂ, m, k ∈ ℤ and $$\begin{array}{} \displaystyle \alpha=a(2m+k) \quad \beta=b(2m-k), \quad \gamma=-(a^2mx^{4k}+cx^{2k}+b^2m). \end{array}$$ This family is very important because include Van Der Pol equation. Moreover, this family seems to appear as exercise in the celebrated book of Polyanin and Zaitsev. Unfortunately, the exercise presented a typo which does not allow to solve correctly it. We present the corrected exercise, which corresponds to the title of this paper. We solve the exercise and afterwards we make algebraic and of singularities studies to this family of differential equations.

The aim of this paper is to introduce the concept of a new nonlinear multi-valued mapping so called weakly (α, ψ, ξ)-contractive mapping and prove fixed point results for such mappings in metric spaces. Our results unify, generalize and complement various results from the literature. We give some examples which support our main results while previous results in literature are not applicable. Also, we analyze the existence of fixed points for mappings satisfying a general contractive inequality of integral type. Many fixed point results for multi-valued mappings in metric spaces endowed with an arbitrary binary relation and metric spaces endowed with graph are given here to illustrate the results in this paper.

In this paper, we study the relation between the deficiencies concerning a meromorphic function f(z), its derivative f′(z) and differential-difference monomials f(z) m f(z+c)f′(z), f(z+c) n f′(z), f(z) m f(z+c). The main results of this paper are listed as follows: Let f(z) be a meromorphic function of finite order satisfying lim sup r → + ∞ T ( r , f ) T ( r , f ′ ) < + ∞ , $$\mathop {\lim \,{\rm sup}}\limits_{r \to + \infty } {{T(r,\,f)} \over {T(r,\,f')}}{\rm{ < }} + \infty ,$$ and c be a non-zero complex constant, then δ(∞, f(z) m f(z+c)f′(z))≥δ(∞, f′) and δ(∞,f(z+c) n f′(z))≥ δ(∞, f′). We also investigate the value distribution of some differential-difference polynomials taking small function a(z) with respect to f(z).

In this paper, we study the inviscid and zero Froude number limits of the viscous shallow water system. We prove that the limit system is represented by the incompressible Euler equations on the whole space. Furthermore, the rate of convergence is also obtained.

In this paper, we discuss the solution of the inhomogeneous conformable abstract Cauchy problem. The homogeneous problem is also studied. The analysis of conformable fractional calculus and fractional semigroups is also given. Existence, uniqueness and regularity of a mild solution for the conformable abstract Cauchy problem are studied. Applications illustrating our main abstract results are also given.

In this paper, we study the equivalent conditions for the boundedness of the commutators generated by the multilinear maximal function and the bounded mean oscillation (BMO) function on Morrey space. Moreover, the endpoint estimate for such operators on generalized Morrey spaces is also given.

In this work, by introducing several parameters, a new kernel function including both the homogeneous and non-homogeneous cases is constructed, and a Hilbert-type inequality related to the newly constructed kernel function is established. By convention, the equivalent Hardy-type inequality is also considered. Furthermore, by introducing the partial fraction expansions of trigonometric functions, some special and interesting Hilbert-type inequalities with the constant factors represented by the higher derivatives of trigonometric functions, the Euler number and the Bernoulli number are presented at the end of the paper.

The paper explores the possibility for summing Fourier series nonlinearly via the Pythagorean harmonic mean. It reports on new results for this summability with introduction of new concepts like the smoothing operator and semi-harmonic summation. The smoothing operator is demonstrated to be Kalman filtering for linear summability, logistic processing for Pythagorean harmonic summability and linearized logistic processing for semi-harmonic summability. Altun et al. explored the existence of fixed points for multivalued F F -contractions and proved some fixed point theorems in complete metric spaces. This paper extended the results of Altun et al. in partial metric spaces and proved fixed point theorems for multivalued F F -contraction mappings. Some illustrative examples are provided to support our results. Moreover, an application for the existence of a solution of an integral equation is also enunciated, showing the materiality of the obtained results.

In this paper, we consider the maximal operator related to the Laplace-Bessel differential operator ( B B -maximal operator) on L p ( ⋅ ) , γ ( R k , + n ) {L}_{p\left(\cdot ),\gamma }\left({{\mathbb{R}}}_{k,+}^{n}) variable exponent Lebesgue spaces. We will give a necessary condition for the boundedness of the B B -maximal operator on variable exponent Lebesgue spaces. Moreover, we will obtain that the B B -maximal operator is not bounded on L p ( ⋅ ) , γ ( R k , + n ) {L}_{p\left(\cdot ),\gamma }\left({{\mathbb{R}}}_{k,+}^{n}) variable exponent Lebesgue spaces in the case of p − = 1 {p}_{-}=1 . We will also prove the boundedness of the fractional maximal function associated with the Laplace-Bessel differential operator (fractional B B -maximal function) on L p ( ⋅ ) , γ ( R k , + n ) {L}_{p\left(\cdot ),\gamma }\left({{\mathbb{R}}}_{k,+}^{n}) variable exponent Lebesgue spaces.

This paper is devoted to the weak and strong estimates for the linear and multilinear fractional Hausdorff operators on the Heisenberg group H n {{\mathbb{H}}}^{n} . A sharp strong estimate for T Φ m {T}_{\Phi }^{m} is obtained. As an application, we derive the sharp constant for the product Hardy operator on H n {{\mathbb{H}}}^{n} . Some weak-type ( p , q ) \left(p,q) ( 1 ≤ p ≤ ∞ ) \left(1\le p\le \infty ) estimates for T Φ , β {T}_{\Phi ,\beta } are also obtained. As applications, we calculate some sharp weak constants for the fractional Hausdorff operator on the Heisenberg group. Besides, we give an explicit weak estimate for T Φ , β → m {T}_{\Phi ,\overrightarrow{\beta }}^{m} under some mild assumptions on Φ \Phi . We extend the results of Guo et al. [Hausdorff operators on the Heisenberg group, Acta Math. Sin. (Engl. Ser.) 31 (2015), no. 11, 1703–1714] to the fractional setting.

Consider an odd prime number p ≡ 2 ( mod 3 ) p\equiv 2\hspace{0.3em}\left(\mathrm{mod}\hspace{0.3em}3) . In this paper, the number of certain type of partitions of zero in Z / p Z {\mathbb{Z}}\hspace{-0.1em}\text{/}\hspace{-0.1em}p{\mathbb{Z}} is calculated using a combination of elementary combinatorics and number theory. The focus is on the three-part partitions of 0 in Z / p Z {\mathbb{Z}}\hspace{-0.1em}\text{/}\hspace{-0.1em}p{\mathbb{Z}} with all three parts chosen from the set of non-zero quadratic residues mod p p . Such partitions are divided into two types. Those with exactly two of the three parts identical are classified as type I. The type II partitions are those with all three parts being distinct. The number of partitions of each type is given. The problem of counting such partitions is well related to that of counting the number of non-trivial solutions to the Diophantine equation x 2 + y 2 + z 2 = 0 {x}^{2}+{y}^{2}+{z}^{2}=0 in the ring Z / p Z {\mathbb{Z}}\hspace{-0.1em}\text{/}\hspace{-0.1em}p{\mathbb{Z}} . Correspondingly, solutions to this equation are also classified as type I or type II. We give the number of solutions to the equation corresponding to each type.

Many mathematicians have studied degenerate versions of quite a few special polynomials and numbers since Carlitz’s work (Utilitas Math. 15 (1979), 51–88). Recently, Kim et al. studied the degenerate gamma random variables, discrete degenerate random variables and two-variable degenerate Bell polynomials associated with Poisson degenerate central moments, etc. This paper is divided into two parts. In the first part, we introduce a new type of degenerate Bell polynomials associated with degenerate Poisson random variables with parameter α > 0 \alpha \hspace{-0.15em}\gt \hspace{-0.15em}0 , called the fully degenerate Bell polynomials. We derive some combinatorial identities for the fully degenerate Bell polynomials related to the n n th moment of the degenerate Poisson random variable, special numbers and polynomials. In the second part, we consider the fully degenerate Bell polynomials associated with degenerate Poisson random variables with two parameters α > 0 \alpha \gt 0 and β > 0 \beta \hspace{-0.15em}\gt \hspace{-0.15em}0 , called the two-variable fully degenerate Bell polynomials. We show their connection with the degenerate Poisson central moments, special numbers and polynomials.

This paper deals with the abstract evolution equations in L s {L}^{s} -spaces with critical temporal weights. First, embedding and interpolation properties of the critical L s {L}^{s} -spaces with different exponents s s are investigated, then solvability of the linear evolution equation, attached to which the inhomogeneous term f f and its average Φ f \Phi f both lie in an L 1 / s s {L}_{1\hspace{-0.08em}\text{/}\hspace{-0.08em}s}^{s} -space, is established. Based on these results, Cauchy problem of the semi-linear evolution equation is treated, where the nonlinear operator F ( t , u ) F\left(t,u) has a growth number ρ ≥ s + 1 \rho \ge s+1 , and its asymptotic behavior acts like α ( t ) / t \alpha \left(t)\hspace{-0.1em}\text{/}\hspace{-0.1em}t as t → 0 t\to 0 for some bounded function α ( t ) \alpha \left(t) like ( − log t ) − p {\left(-\log t)}^{-p} with 2 ≤ p < ∞ 2\le p\lt \infty .

In any U-abundant semigroup with an Ehresmann transversal, two significant components R and L are introduced in this paper and described by Green’s ∼ \sim -relations. Some interesting properties associated with R and L are explored and some equivalent conditions for the Ehresmann transversal to be a quasi-ideal are acquired. Finally, a spined product structure theorem is established for a U-abundant semigroup with a quasi-ideal Ehresmann transversal by means of R and L.

In this paper, we develop a technique which enables us to obtain several results from the theory of Γ-semigroups as logical implications of their semigroup theoretical analogues.

In this paper, the blow-up analyses in nonlocal reaction diffusion equations with time-dependent coefficients are investigated under Neumann boundary conditions. By constructing some suitable auxiliary functions and using differential inequality techniques, we show some sufficient conditions to ensure that the solution u ( x , t ) u(x,t) blows up at a finite time under appropriate measure sense. Furthermore, an upper and a lower bound on blow-up time are derived under some appropriate assumptions. At last, two examples are presented to illustrate the application of our main results.

In this paper, we present the concepts of generalized derivative, directional generalized derivative, subdifferential and conjugate for n-dimensional fuzzy-number-valued functions and discuss the characterizations of generalized derivative and directional generalized derivative by, respectively, using the derivative and directional derivative of crisp functions that are determined by the fuzzy mapping. Furthermore, the relations among generalized derivative, directional generalized derivative, subdifferential and convexity for n-dimensional fuzzy-number-valued functions are investigated. Finally, under two kinds of partial orderings defined on the set of all n-dimensional fuzzy numbers, the duality theorems and saddle point optimality criteria in fuzzy optimization problems with constraints are discussed.

In this paper, we show that if λ 1 , λ 2 , λ 3 {\lambda }_{1},{\lambda }_{2},{\lambda }_{3} are non-zero real numbers, and at least one of the numbers λ 1 , λ 2 , λ 3 {\lambda }_{1},{\lambda }_{2},{\lambda }_{3} is irrational, then the integer parts of λ 1 n 1 2 + λ 2 n 2 3 + λ 3 n 3 4 {\lambda }_{1}{n}_{1}^{2}+{\lambda }_{2}{n}_{2}^{3}+{\lambda }_{3}{n}_{3}^{4} are prime infinitely often for integers n 1 , n 2 , n 3 {n}_{1},{n}_{2},{n}_{3} . This gives an improvement of an earlier result.

This paper focuses on finite-order meromorphic solutions of nonlinear difference equation f n ( z ) + q ( z ) e Q ( z ) Δ c f ( z ) = p ( z ) {f}^{n}(z)+q(z){e}^{Q(z)}{\text{Δ}}_{c}f(z)=p(z) , where p , q , Q p,q,Q are polynomials, n ≥ 2 n\ge 2 is an integer, and Δ c f {\text{Δ}}_{c}f is the forward difference of f. A relationship between the growth and zero distribution of these solutions is obtained. Using this relationship, we obtain the form of these solutions of the aforementioned equation. Some examples are given to illustrate our results.

In this paper, some new integral curves are defined in three-dimensional Euclidean space by using a new frame of a polynomial spatial curve. The Frenet vectors, curvature and torsion of these curves are obtained by means of new frame and curvatures. We give the characterizations and properties of these integral curves under which conditions they are general helix. Also, the relationships between these curves in terms of being some kinds of associated curves are introduced. Finally, an example is illustrated.

The aim of this paper is to establish some fixed point results for surrounding quasi-contractions in non-triangular metric spaces. Also, we prove the Banach principle of contraction in non-triangular metric spaces. As applications of our theorems, we deduce certain well-known results in b-metric spaces as corollaries.

This paper deals with the existence of mild solutions for a class of non-local stochastic integro-differential equations driven by a fractional Brownian motion with Hurst parameter H ∈ 1 2 , 1 H\in \left(\tfrac{1}{2},1\right) . Discussions are based on resolvent operators in the sense of Grimmer, stochastic analysis theory and fixed-point criteria. As a final point, an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained theory.

The novel assumptions introduced on the functionfallow us to complement or improve several results in the literature.

This paper is related to the stochastic smoking model for the purpose of creating the effects of smoking that are not observed in deterministic form. First, formulation of the stochastic model is presented. Then the sufficient conditions for extinction and persistence are determined. Furthermore, the threshold of the proposed stochastic model is discussed, when noises are small or large. Finally, the numerical simulations are shown graphically with the software MATLAB.

The goal of this paper is to discuss the well-posedness and the generalized well-posedness of a new kind of differential quasi-variational-hemivariational inequality (DQHVI) in Hilbert spaces. Employing these concepts, we explore the essential relation between metric characterizations and the well-posedness of DQHVI. Moreover, the compactness of the set of solutions for DQHVI is delivered, when problem DQHVI is well-posed in the generalized sense.

A predator-prey model interaction under fluctuating water level with non-selective harvesting is proposed and studied in this paper. Sufficient conditions for the permanence of two populations and the extinction of predator population are provided. The non-negative equilibrium points are given, and their stability is studied by using the Jacobian matrix. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov function, sufficient conditions that ensure the global stability of the positive equilibrium are obtained. The bionomic equilibrium and the optimal harvesting policy are also presented. Numerical simulations are carried out to show the feasibility of the main results.

The goal of this paper is to examine the structure of split involutive regular BiHom-Lie superalgebras, which can be viewed as the natural generalization of split involutive regular Hom-Lie algebras and split regular BiHom-Lie superalgebras. By developing techniques of connections of roots for this kind of algebras, we show that such a split involutive regular BiHom-Lie superalgebra L {\mathfrak{L}} is of the form L = U + ∑ α I α {\mathfrak{L}}=U+{\sum }_{\alpha }{I}_{\alpha } with U a subspace of a maximal abelian subalgebra H and any I α , a well-described ideal of L {\mathfrak{L}} , satisfying [I α , I β ] = 0 if [α] ≠ [β]. In the case of L {\mathfrak{L}} being of maximal length, the simplicity of L {\mathfrak{L}} is also characterized in terms of connections of roots.

In 1985, Howard introduced degenerate Cauchy polynomials together with degenerate Bernoulli polynomials. His degenerate Bernoulli polynomials have been studied by many authors, but his degenerate Cauchy polynomials have been forgotten. In this paper, we introduce some kinds of hypergeometric degenerate Cauchy numbers and polynomials from the different viewpoints. By studying the properties of the first one, we give their expressions and determine the coefficients. Concerning the second one, called H-degenerate Cauchy polynomials, we show several identities and study zeta functions interpolating these polynomials.

Sullivan stated the conjectures: (1) every oriented graph has a vertex x such that d ++(x) ≥ d −(x) and (2) every oriented graph has a vertex x such that d ++(x) + d + (x) ≥ 2d −(x). In this paper, we prove that these conjectures hold for local tournaments. In particular, for a local tournament D, there are at least two vertices satisfying (1) and either there exist two vertices satisfying (2) or there exists a vertex v satisfying d ++(v) + d + (v) ≥ 2d −(v) + 2 if D has no vertex of in-degree zero.

A semigroup is called an epigroup if some power of each element lies in a subgroup. Under the universal of epigroups, the aim of the paper is devoted to presenting elements in the groupoid together with the multiplication of Malcev products generated by classes of completely simple semigroups, nil-semigroups and semilattices. The information about the set inclusion relations among them is also provided.

In this paper, we present a new characterization of Möbius transformations by using n-sided hyperbolic polygons of type (ϵ, n). Our proofs are based on a geometric approach.

In this paper, we describe a method to solve the problem of finding periodic solutions for second-order neutral delay-differential equations with piecewise constant arguments of the form x″(t) + px″(t − 1) = qx([t]) + f(t), where [⋅] denotes the greatest integer function, p and q are nonzero real or complex constants, and f(t) is complex valued periodic function. The method reduces the problem to a system of algebraic equations. We give explicit formula for the solutions of the equation. We also give counter examples to some previous findings concerning uniqueness of solution.

In this paper, we determine the 2-pebbling property of squares of paths and Graham’s conjecture on$\begin{array}{} P_{2n}^2 \end{array} $.

In this paper, we investigate the stability of an additive-quadratic-quartic functional equation$$\begin{align*}f(x+2y)& +f(x-2y)-2f(x+y)-2f(-x- y)-2f(x-y)-2f(y-x)\nonumber \\ &+4f(-x)+ 2f(x)-f(2y)-f(-2y)+4f(y)+4f(-y)=0 \end{align*}$$by the direct method in the sense of Găvruta.

In this paper, we obtain Hyers-Ulam stability of the functional equations f (x + y, z + w) + f (x − y, z − w) = 2f (x, z) + 2f (y, w), f (x + y, z − w) + f (x − y, z + w) = 2f (x, z) + 2f (y, w) and f (x + y, z − w) + f (x − y, z + w) = 2f (x, z) − 2f (y, w) in 2-Banach spaces. The quadratic forms ax 2 + bxy + cy 2, ax 2 + by 2 and axy are solutions of the above functional equations, respectively.

This paper investigates the abstract-valued Orlicz space of range-varying type. We firstly give the notions and examples of partially continuous modular net and regular Banach space net of type (II), then deal with the definitions, constructions, and geometrical properties of the range-varying Orlicz spaces, including representation of the dual $\begin{array}{} L_{+}^{\varphi} \end{array}$(I, Xθ(⋅))*, and reflexivity of Lφ(I, Xθ(⋅)), under some reasonable conditions. As an application, we finally make another approach to the real interpolation spaces constructed by a generalized Φ-function.

In this paper we consider a class of nD Navier-Stokes equations of Kirchhoff type and prove the global existence of solutions by using a new approach introduced in [Jday R., Zennir Kh., Georgiev S.G., Existence and smoothness for new class of n-dimentional Navier-Stokes equations, Rocky Mountain J. Math., 2019, 49(5), 1595–1615].

Let 𝔽 be an arbitrary field of characteristic p > 2. In this paper we study irreducible modules with highest weight vectors over Witt and special Lie superalgebras of 𝔽. The same irreducible modules of general and special linear Lie superalgebras, which are the 0-th part of Witt and special Lie superalgebras in certain ℤ-grading, are also considered. Then we establish a certain connection called a P-expansion between these modules.

The optimal pebbling number of G, denoted by πopt(G), is the smallest number m such that for some distribution of m pebbles on G, one pebble can be moved to any vertex of G by a sequence of pebbling moves. Let Pk be the path on k vertices. Snevily defined the n–k spindle graph as follows: take n copies of Pk and two extra vertices x and y, and then join the left endpoint (respectively, the right endpoint) of each Pk to x (respectively, y), the resulting graph is denoted by S(n, k), and called the n–k spindle graph. In this paper, we determine the optimal pebbling number for spindle graphs.

This paper is concerned with establishing Lp estimates for a class of maximal operators associated to surfaces of revolution with kernels in Lq(Sn−1 × Sm−1), q > 1. These estimates are used in extrapolation to obtain the Lp boundedness of the maximal operators and the related singular integral operators when their kernels are in the L(logL)κ(Sn−1 × Sm−1) or in the block space $\begin{array}{} B^{0,\kappa-1}_ q \end{array}$(Sn−1 × Sm−1). Our results substantially improve and extend some known results.

The goal of this paper is to give an Ulam-Hyers stability result for a parabolic partial differential equation. Here we present two types of Ulam stability: Ulam-Hyers stability and generalized Ulam-Hyers-Rassias stability. Some examples are given, one of them being the Black-Scholes equation.
