Deep neural networks are extensively used in text mining and Natural Language Processing is to enable computers to understand, analyze, and generate natural language data, such as text or speech, but semantic resources, such as taxonomies and ontologies, are not fully included in deep learning. In this paper, we use Deep Convolutional Neural Network (Deep CNN) to classify research papers using the Computer Science Ontology, an ontology of research areas in the field of computer science. It takes as input the abstract and keywords of a particular research paper and returns the relevant research topic. To evaluate our ontology, we used a gold standard dataset that includes research articles. To further improve text classification results, we propose to design a Deep CNN model. We then used ontology matching to reduce the classes and get better results. Experimental results show that the proposed approach outperforms the one with the highest precision, recall, and F1-score. Image recognition based on computers is something human beings have been working on for many years. It is one of the most difficult tasks in the field of computer science, and improvements to this system are made when we speak. In this paper, we propose a methodology to automatically propose an appropriate title and add a specific sound to the image. Two models have been extensively trained and combined to achieve this effect. Sounds are recommended based on the image scene and the headings are generated using a combination of natural language processing and state-of-the-art computer vision models. A Top 5 accuracy of 67% and a Top 1 accuracy of 53% have been achieved. It is also worth mentioning that this is also the first model of its kind to make this forecast. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Purpose: To analyze the AI research in the field of nursing, to explore the current situation, hot topics, and prospects of AI research in the field of nursing, and to provide a reference for researchers to carry out related studies. Methods: We used the VOSviewer 1.6.17, SciMAT, and CiteSpace 5.8.R3 to generate visual cooperation network maps for the country, organizations, authors, citations, and keywords and perform burst detection, theme evolution, and so forth. Findings A total of 9318 articles were obtained from the Web of Science Core Collection database. Four hundred and thirty‐one AI research related to the field of nursing was published by 855 institutions from 54 countries. CIN‐Computers Informatics Nursing was the top productive journal. The United States was the dominant country. The transnational cooperation between authors from developed countries was closer than that between authors from developing countries. The main hot topics included nurse rostering, nursing diagnosis, nursing decision support, disease risk factor prediction, nursing big data management, expert system, support vector machine, decision tree, deep learning, natural language processing, and nursing education. Machine learning represented one of the cutting‐edge and most applicable branches of artificial intelligence in the field of nursing, and deep learning was the hottest technology among many machine learning methods in recent years. One of the most cited papers was published by Burke in 2004 and cited 500 times, which critically evaluated AI methods to deal with nurse scheduling problems. Conclusions: Although AI has been paid more and more attention to the field of nursing, there is still a lack of high‐yielding authors who have been engaged in this field for a long time. Most of the high contribution authors and institutions came from developed countries; therefore, more transnational and multi‐disciplinary cooperation is needed to promote the development of AI in the nursing field. This bibliometric analysis not only provided a comprehensive overview to help researchers to understand the important articles, journals, potential collaborators, and institutions in this field but also analyzed the history, hot spots, and future trends of the research topic to provide inspiration for researchers to choose research directions. The explosive growth of the social media community has increased many kinds of misinformation and is attracting tremendous attention from the research community. One of the most prevalent ways of misleading news is cheapfakes. Cheapfakes utilize non-AI techniques such as unaltered images with false context news to create false news, which makes it easy and "cheap" to create and leads to an abundant amount in the social media community. Moreover, the development of deep learning also opens and invents many domains relevant to news such as fake news detection, rumour detection, fact-checking, and verification of claimed images. Nevertheless, despite the impact on and harmfulness of cheapfakes for the social community and the real world, there is little research on detecting cheapfakes in the computer science domain. It is challenging to detect misused/false/out-of-context pairs of images and captions, even with human effort, because of the complex correlation between the attached image and the veracity of the caption content. Existing research focuses mostly on training and evaluating on given dataset, which makes the proposal limited in terms of categories, semantics and situations based on the characteristics of the dataset. In this paper, to address these issues, we aimed to leverage textual semantics understanding from the large corpus and integrated with different combinations of text-image matching and image captioning methods via ANN/Transformer boosting schema to classify a triple of (image, caption1, caption2) into OOC (out-of-context) and NOOC (no out-of-context) labels. We customized these combinations according to various exceptional cases that we observed during data analysis. We evaluate our approach using the dataset and evaluation metrics provided by the COSMOS baseline. In natural language processing (NLP), transformer based models have surpassed recurrent neural networks (RNN) as state of the art, being introduced specifically to address the limitations of RNNs originating from its sequential nature. As a similar sequence modeling problem, transformer methods can be readily adapted for deep learning time series prediction. This paper proposes a sparse transformer based approach for electricity load prediction. The layers of a transformer addresses the shortcomings of RNNs and CNNs by applying the attention mechanism on the entire time series, allowing any data point in the input to influence any location in the output of the layer. This allows transformers to incorporate information from the entire sequence in a single layer. Attention computations can also be parallelized. Thus, transformers can achieve faster speeds, or trade this speed for more layers and increased complexity. In experiments on public datasets, the sparse transformer attained comparable accuracy to an RNN-based SOTA method (Liu et al., 2022) while being up to 5× faster during inference. The recent years have witnessed a rapid increase in the number of scientific articles in biomedical domain. These literature are mostly available and readily accessible in electronic format. The domain knowledge hidden in them is critical for biomedical research and applications, which makes biomedical literature mining (BLM) techniques highly demanding. Numerous efforts have been made on this topic from both biomedical informatics (BMI) and computer science (CS) communities. The BMI community focuses more on the concrete application problems and thus prefer more interpretable and descriptive methods, while the CS community chases more on superior performance and generalization ability, thus more sophisticated and universal models are developed.
