Individuals have a right to their images, meaning that they can decide on permitting having their photos taken or published. Therefore, the consent of the person who is the subject of an image must be obtained for photography or publication. This right, however, is not absolute and without exceptions. People have the right to know what is happening in their community. As a result, if a photo is taken of someone and published for information, it is not necessary to insist upon obtaining consent. Several legal systems allow the imaging of others for informational purposes. However, in such cases, the privacy and dignity of people must be observed, and no one is permitted to publish images insulting or contrary to the public/personal internet. Also, images must not be used for business purposes. In the Iranian legal system, the freedom of the press (principle 24 of the Constitution) and the importance of public interest and its priority over private interests (principle 40 of the Constitution) convey the same idea that the principle is to allow publishing images for informational purposes.

Using density functional theory, polyols were used as model ligands for Cu+/Cu2+ complexes to study the role of the hydrogen bond network on the metal binding affinity. In addition to the gas phase studies, the calculations were performed in 1‐decanol and DMSO solvents. The Cu2+ complexes were the most stable complexes with the highest bond dissociation energies (BDE). The presence of three H‐bonds in the first shell increased BDE values up to 17.99 and 57.07 kcal/mol for Cu+ and Cu2+ complexes in the gas phase, respectively, whereas the presence of another three H‐bonds in the second shell increased BDE values up to 7.27 and 24.35 kcal/mol for Cu+ and Cu2+ complexes in the gas phase, respectively. Therefore, this H‐bond network caused, for example, a more stable Cu+ complex with a formation constant of 1.4 × 1017 times. The natural bond orbital (NBO), atoms in molecules (AIM), and reduced density gradient (RDG) analyses showed that the intramolecular hydrogen bond network led to the enhancement of metal‐binding affinity. This study has centered on potentially important enzyme‐ligand interaction currently not incorporated: stacked cation–π interaction between the guanidinium group of arginine 590 residues in the HMG‐CoA reductase active site and the 4‐fluorophenyl group of type II statins. The geometry of interaction between these planar groups has been considered based on the X‐ray crystallographic structures already available in the protein data bank (PDB) archive. Electronic interaction energies between this residue and statins have been acquired by M06 and MP2 methods. In addition, stacking interaction and hydrogen bonding as two important investigated interactions are verified through prominent analyses: (1) quantum theory of atoms in molecules (QTAIM) analysis; (2) plotting and quantitative molecular surface analyses such as electrostatic potential (ESP) analysis, Hirshfeld surface (HS) and Becke surface (BS) analyses; (3) visual study methods such as noncovalent interaction (NCI), independent gradient model (IGM) analyses; and (4) localized orbital locator integrated pi over plane (LOLIPOP) index. 1-Aminophosphonates are valuable compounds with wide range of applications in biological and industry. Various reaction conditions and catalysts have been reported for the synthesis of 1-aminophosphonates via three-component (dialkyl phosphite + aldehyde + amine) or two-component reaction (dialkyl phosphite + imine). Here a solvent-free synthesis of 1-aminophosphonates under very mild reaction conditions is reported. The three-component condensation reactions of dialkyl phosphite, carbonyl compound, and an amine gave 1-aminophosphonates in good to excellent yields under solvent- and catalyst-free conditions at ambient temperature. Hydrophosphorylation of imines in the presence of dialkyl phosphite under the same conditions gave also 1-aminophosphonates in good to excellent yields. These results showed that the reaction needs no catalyst or solvent for activation. It seems a tautomeric form of dialkyl phosphite (as one of the components) catalyzed the reaction. The reaction yield decreased using any solvent. In addition, a novel method is reported for the synthesis of N -deprotected 1-aminophosphonates (analogues of 1-amino acids) from N -PMP 1-aminophosphonate in the presence of TCCA. PIM-1 is a serine-threonine kinase mainly expressed in tissues like the Thymus, spleen, bone marrow, and liver. Overexpression of PIM kinases occurs in various types of human tumours, such as lymphomas, prostate cancer, and oral cancer. As a result, the design of drugs to inhibit PIM-1 in cancerous cells has attracted much attention in recent years. This study aimed to design the alternative inhibitors for PIM-1 kinase, which are based on carbohydrates and amino acids and are expected to be non-toxic with the same chemotherapeutic effects as the traditional known anticancer drugs. The combinatorial use of quantum mechanics (QM) and molecular dynamic simulation (MD) has enabled us to precisely predict the inhibition of PIM-1 kinase by the novel designed drugs and compare them with the recently synthesized chemotherapeutic drugs such as DBC (Table 1). All designed structures were optimized at the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level. The designed structure UNK4 (Table 1) was the most similar structure to DBC in terms of volumes, areas, and electrostatic potential map to DBC. The results obtained in this research represented that UNK4, with the building blocks of amino acid and cyclic carbohydrates could be considered an alternative anticancer drug for DBC. In this article, we report the computational examination of the impact of hydrogen bonding (HB) on the stereoselectivity of a series of Diels–Alder (DA) reactions. Four different types of diene/dienophile couples were studied including (a) cyclopenta-2,4-dien-1-ol and heteroatom-substituted cyclopentenes, (b) substituted cyclopentadienes and N-protonated 2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole, (c) furan and N-protonated 5-azabicyclo[2.1.1]hex-2-ene, and (d) N-protonated cyclopenta-2,4-dien-1-amine and α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds. These systems were designed such that the HB can only exist in the exo reaction pathway. The optimized structures of the transition states (TSs) and products, along with the Gibbs free energies of activation and reaction were calculated in the gas phase and dichloromethane by B3LYP/6-31G++(d,p) method. It was found that the exo adduct is the most kinetically and thermodynamically favored product for all of the DA reactions mentioned above. Moreover, the role of the HB in stabilizing the exo stereoisomer (and the corresponding TS) was much more pronounced for the reactions involving cationic species (cases b–d). In the end, a hypothetical synthetic method was proposed for obtaining exo-2-alkylbicyclo[2.2.1]heptanes.
