Mobile phones have become an essential device for accessing the web. This is due to the advantages of portability, lower cost and ease. However, the adoption of mobile phones for online activities is now being challenged by myriads of cybercrimes. One of such crimes is phishing attack. In this work, a lightweight anti-phishing technique is proposed to combat phishing attacks on mobile devices. This is necessary because these mobile platforms have increased the attack surface for phishers while diminishing the effectiveness of existing countermeasures. The proposed approach uses a number of URL behavior to determine the status of a website based on frequency analysis of extracted phishing features from PhishTank. To increase the detection power of unknown pattern, a machine learning algorithm called Support Vector Machine is adopted. The results indicated that the approach is very efficient against phishing sites with negligible false negatives.

Although the bachelor thesis was originally intended to deal with the use of tablets in primary schools, after the pre-research, it was amended to address the use of tablets in secondary schools. The pre-research has shown that tablets in primary schools are rarely used, so it would not be possible to collect sufficient data to create a scientific work. Therefore, i could not make any relevant statistical conclusions, so i focused my research on secondary school. The work was conducted using a multiple case study based on semi-structured in-depth interviews. The interviews were then thoroughly analysed. Interviewed students enjoy learning with tablets, they find them more entertaining, individualized and faster. Teachers find the use of tablets beneficial and useful. There are used many types of applications for teaching with tablets in secondary schools, for example application for quiz repetition, application replacing atlas or periodic table of elements, mathematical applications and applications in which we can find electronic versions of textbooks. There were also identified problems in schools using tablets for teaching, these problems are the insufficient Wi-Fi connection, students violating the set rules, and decreasing performance of mobile devices because of their age.

The theoretical part is focused to current market analysis, mobile access issues and the issue of difficulties in specific cases of their application. Analysis is followed by choice of evaluation criteria for setting the most appropriate architecture. Selected evaluation criteria will be used as a tool for detecting of the optimal technology's possibility, which is the most appropriate possibility for development of basic cell phones applications. The practical part is focused to choosing of new evaluation criteria, which helps to create specific questionnaire research. The confirmation or refuse of the hypothesis set up the level of criteria's severity. Based on criteria there will be selected and analysed six of the most used hybrid frameworks. Two of the frameworks with the highest ratings will be tested by real basic cell phone application. The conclusion of the thesis will be follow up by tested frameworks. The frameworks will be described and measured by the author's development experiences.
