The subject of this bachelor thesis is to get acquainted with the specifics of regional development in the context of integrated tools Community-led local development (CLLD) and Integrated territorial investments (ITI), the extent of their use and verification of the hypothesis of possible benefits for municipalities, resulting from the availability of these integrated tools. The work also focuses on issues concerning region, the reasons for emergence of regional disparities and regional policy within the European Union and the Czech Republic and briefly outlines its development. It also introduces the area of strategic planning and its importance in terms of regional development.In order to verify the above mentioned hypothesis, an analysis of municipalities was performed in the selected area, which were divided into four groups depending on the affiliation to the territory. These groups of municipalities were further compared and evaluated on the basis of set indicators.

The aim of the thesis is to map out the situation in construction of passive houses in the Czech Republic and how entrepreneurs, non-governmental organizations, representatives of the state and local action groups MAS perceive them. A questionnaire survey method was used. The sample of respondents is based on sustainable development which has3 pillars - environmental, economical and social. The questionnaires were used as a basis to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the construction of passive houses. Questions in the questionnaire regarded the economic support and promotion of the construction, its impact on the environment and social benefit for the average income of families. On the basis of the results, It is estimated that passive houses are the buildings of the future and will be built more and more.

The main topic of the diploma thesis is the foreign policy of Evo Morales in Bolivia between the years 2005 and 2016 and its relation to political development of the country. The thesis consists of the analysis of foreign policy, but also the causes and development of the left turns in Latin America. Additionally, the thesis includes the historic excursion and the study of the political regime after Morales and MAS assumed the power. The main research question is asking whether the goal of the foreign rhetoric and policy of Evo Morales is aiming to strengthen his position in the country and also in the leftist block. The methodology is based in the analysis of Evo ´s governance in the context of left turns in Latin America and mainly the research about the international relations during his governance. The link between his foreign policy and strengthening of the power position of the Bolivian president is examined by the text analysis of the president´s speeches, which is a suitable method to test the frequency of topics that include foreign policy.

The variability of the marker TG5 TG gene and its association with the intramuscular fat and marbling of meat in cattle was studied. Randomly selected population, composed of 237 individuals (bulls) of the Czech Pied cattle breed from four farms in the Czech Republic, waschosen for testing polymorphisms. Polymerase chain reaction was used to amplify a fragment of TG 545 bp in size. After amplification, the fragments digestion was performed using the restriction endonuclease BstYI. To verify the presence of the PCR product and to identify the sizes of digested frag-ments the horizontal agarose electrophoresis was performed. The population's absolute and relative frequencies of alleles and genotypes were calculated. The calculations reve-aled a high frequency of the T allele (25.98 %). In conclusion, statisticalanalysis was performed. This master thesis focuses on factors concerning the quality of cooperation between municipalities and regions with emphasis on the influence of local actors. The case study focuses specifically on the Local Action Groups (LAG)s within the Český Krumlov region. We applied the concept of social capital as a tool to clarify the importance of endogenous conditions of regions, and endogenous factors that influence the quality of cooperation between personalities and institutions. The concept of social capital has gained the attention of foreign and Czech researchers during the last twenty years and it is considered to be an important element of comprehensive regional development. The research was held in two phases. The first phase was a pilot analysis based on publicly available sources. We compared scores of LAGs based on various factors including their success in grant applications. Based on information collected from this, we continued the research in the form of structured interviews with key actors in concerned LAGs. The structure of these interviews followed chosen aspects of social capital, such as social networking and cooperation between personalities. The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to find financial allocation postpaid funds from Local action group Lípa pro venkov o. s. and qualify transaction costs. Theoretical frame is focused on policy of rural development and an explanation of the LEADER method with a specific example. Further there is a brief description of transaction costs and a method of their research in the text. Research objective is divided into 3 parts. In the first part the sector analysis is examined and in the second part it is the industry analysis of postpaid funds. Last part deals with administrative costs of LAG and on the recipient side the induced costs with the aid of questionnaire survey are calculated. This work deals with the possibilities of using agents and multiagent systems in the areas of business process management and business process modeling. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe the theory of artificial agents, to assess the benefits of this approach and to describe current applications of MAS in BPM. In the theoretical part I also describe the issue of management and business process modeling and methodology MMABP. The aim of the analytical part is to summarize the possibilities of using MAS in BPM in the situations where business processes are already described and modeled and in the situations where there are no such descripctions nor models yet . In this part I also want to introduce my theory of agent-process, which is the possibility of looking at processes as autonomous agents. This theory is presented in practical demonstrations and examples by using the TROPOS methodology, and this theory is supported by references from the areas of agent and business process modeling.

The purpose of this thesis is to describe the LEADER programme and to determine its potential applications in the Chelčicko-Lhenicko region. The theoretical portion of the thesis defines both the details of the structural funds for the implementation periods 2004 {--} 2006 and 2007 {--} 2013, as well as the contents page of the LEADER+ programme, which includes a brief overview of the LAG {--} Local action group. The practical portion focuses on describing the monitored area and on the potential applications of the LEADER+ programme in the Chelčicko-Lhenicko region, as evaluated using a SWOT analyses. The conclusion of the thesis presents the benefits of the LEADER programme for the monitored region and includes other suggested LEADER+ type programmes.
