Costs of enforcement proceedings Abstract This rigorous thesis reflects the legal standards of the costs of distrainment proce- edings. Commonly used terms and their functionality are spelled out after the thesis ge- neral introduction. Furthermore, the thesis deals only with the incurred costs in the last phase of civil proceedings - enforcement proceedings. The second chapter is designed to the introduction of the costs legal regulation of the execution proceedings and also to outline the basic legislative development from 2001 to the present. Moreover, describes the relationship between the Enforcement and the Code of Civil Procedure. The main pilar of this thesis, third part, describes the all individual costs (i.n. the distrainer's fees, overheads and other expenses). A separate chapter is devoted to the costs of the benefici- ary. The fifth chapter includes an explanation of the concepts of payment, reimbursement and enforcement of costs, focused on the institutional execution specifics. The penulti- mate chapter describes the various forms of decisions; based on the costs of distrainment proceedings. The attention is paid primarily to the order to pay the costs of execution. The thesis deals with a very actual issue of execution, from the beginning to the end of proceedings, which monitors and analyzes each individual stage. Discusses the legal rules execution, execution modes, specifies the notion of the party and also addresses every single stage of the execution proceedings separately and in detail. It also deals with the rights of debtors and the frequent problems associated with the course of the execution proceedings, and shows the real life situation from the perspective of a party, whether in the role of the debtor himself, debtor spouse or roommate. The aim is to clarify the basic rights of debtor during the execution proceedings and demarcate negotiations of executors. Furthermore, my goal is to evaluate the current legal status of execution proceedings under the Enforcement Regulations, focusing in particular on its shortcomings and difficulties and also to ascertain whether the rights of debtors are sufficient. The motivation for the treatment of this issue for me is the large media coverage of the topic, his ignorance of the citizens and also a major financial illiteracy of the nation, which each year brings more problems to individuals and families.

Also searches answers to the question whether the difference in the management of private and public schools. Author relies on literature, documents dealing with education abroad, studies of other work and practical experience. The elaborated study is supported by research, which was supposed to answer pre-defined questions and confirm or disprove the hypothesis. This research could be of beneficial to Directors of these types of school, who on the basis of the findings may reflect the facts given above, and use some of the results for their practice and to improve the quality of their work and their school. Enforcement of judgment under the Execution Procedure Code - general aspects of the execution proceeding In my study I deal with the issue of execution proceeding and at the same time I focus on its general part. The legal regulations with respect to execution through court executors represent a fairly new concept in the Czech Republic which had been substantially developing during its ten - year "history". In my thesis I pay specific attention to those provisions with difficult and problematic interpretation in judiciary practice and also to amended enactments of Execution Procedure Code. My study is divided into several chapters. First chapter is logically the introduction that along with the second chapter attempts to make the reader familiar with the issue of execution proceeding. The third chapter forms the most important part of my study, since it describes the actual execution proceeding. The fourth chapter concerns relatively delicate subject namely adequacy of the execution and also the various types of execution. The fifth chapter of my paper should summarize the so far essential amendments of the Execution Procedure Code from its adoption till the present day. This thesis deals with the "trinity" of kindergarten director roles. The aim of work is treated general study supported by professional literature, legal standards, practical experience, crucial documents dealing with the level of education, research in undergraduate dissertations and thesis and requirements with a focus on the role of director of a kindergarten in leadership, management and teaching. The treated study supported by research calls for a reassessment of the existing status and re-evaluation of the various roles while maintaining synergy in their entirety, not just in relation to the threat of quality and effectiveness of each role undertaken, but also in the context of reflection on the possible standardization of kindergarten director, as is already existing abroad. The benefit of this work is part of the research that has been given to the identification of relevant knowledge about the proportion of time that kindergarten directors devote and demand for education, management and leadership and also to determine what benefits would be created by changing the distribution of proportions of time in his three roles - leader, manager and executor.

The bachelor paper "Social analysis of the indebted citizens in Prague 3" focuses on the issues of indebtedness, respectively overindebtedness, it's causes and consequences for single person, or the whole population. The essay tries to answer the question about the origin of overindebtedness, options of it's solution and prevention. The theoretical part deals with the issues by historical aspect and the law aspect too, mainly is focused to the execution of the decision carried out by sale of movable things, and advise for individuals. The research part works with the question, which segments of population the indebtedness concerns at most, by the aspect of gender, age, employment, nationality and education, focused for Prague 3.

This bachelor's thesis deals with issue of execution against Czech household's property. The main goal is to provide the reader with a guideline how to solve already existing execution or if it is expected to be an execution in the future by entrusting the administration of debts to a private legal entity. In the theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis I am explaining key concepts which are related to this issue, then this part contains of enumeration of existing types of execution, the methods how they are fulfilled and the development of executory process. Following chapter deals with development of Czech household's indebtedness from the year 1990. In the practical part concrete cases of debtors are mentioned and described with their solution, which was done by the company CS Finance limited.

The Bachelor's Thesis deals with consumer loan and activities of judicial exekutor. These two areas are linked by debt collection process which starts with the first delay of consumer loan installment and ends by distraint. The priority of the Thesis is to describe activities of judicial executor, his authorities, legal definition and to compare how far theory match practice on particular case. The Thesis also deals with legal definition of consumer loan, advanteges and disadvanteges of this product and types of sanction. To complete process of debt collection the Thesis also describes extrajudicial debt collection and its most common methods.
