- Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of a navigation system Aruba Meridian inside the library of the University of Economics in Prague. The aim was to create a pilot project that is able to analyze the functionality of the Aruba Meridian system in a real environment. Within this project, it was necessary to become more familiar with concepts such as Location intelligence and Geoinformatics to provide a sufficient theoretical base at the same time as an overview of the technologies currently used for indoor navigation. An important goal was also to understand the demands for the implementation of indoor navi-gation and to determine the workflow that formed the basis for the practical part. As part of the practical part, the Aruba Meridian system was implemented in the library environment of the University of Economics in Prague, where it was subsequently tested for its properties. The achievement of these objectives was achieved in several parts. At first, the work is devoted to the brief introduction to the problems and the deeper development of the prop-erties of the individual goals, followed by the critical search of information sources related to this work. The next part deals with the definition of Location intelligence and the basic concepts. This section is followed by an introduction to the technologies used for localiza-tion inside buildings and, subsequently, the definition of rules for the implementation of bluetooth technologies. The last part is practical, where the Aruba Meridian tool and its properties are first introduced, followed by implementation, testing and evaluation. The main benefit of this work is the testing of the Aruba Meridian system in real environment and the evaluation of its functionality as one of the systems for navigation inside buildings, which is still increasing, but they are not particularly used in the Czech Republic.

The text explains the phenomenon of hope from a phenomenological point of view, i tis an explanation of hope and its understanding in the context of human live. We know hope from a Christian perspective, such as salvation salvation, forgiveness, hope for eternal life. In the postmodern age, human existence has changed and hope needs to be thought through in new contexts. The question arises as to what is really hope. Althought it does not seem important, understanding hope and distinguising it is a condition of well-being of the individual and society. Hope must not be an illusion or a mere daily hope of fulfilling our wishes. Hope is above all action, it is not surrender and resignation. True, transcendent hope is born in deep crisis, pain, abandonment, it comes to us in patience, in the act of acceptance, reconciliation. Hope is an awareness of the future in spite of reality. Hope is perseverance, humility and mystery. Hope is joy, it is a force that comes to us from an unidentifiable place, but it spreads everywhere. Hope also relates to the existence of the whole world, to the responsibility for maintaining the conditions of life on Earth, to the dignified and fully lived life of individuals. Hope as a practical consequence in upbringing and education. The phenomenon of hope is analyzed here...

Title: Movement disorders of beachvolleyball players. Objectives: In this bachelor's thesis, the aim is to analyze movement disorders in the area of the shoulder girdle and to confirm the hypotheses about unilateral loading in favor of the dominant limb. Methods: The chosen method is the functional muscle test for testing muscle strength and for shortened muscles, according to Janda, specifically focused on the shoulder girdle. Based on the chosen method, the results in the given movements of the shoulder joint and scapula were analyzed. Results: Testing was recorded in tables created in Excel, which contained all movement actions in the shoulder girdle test and the degrees by which the dominant and non- dominant limb were assessed. The final table summarizes all the testing from the previous tables and a comparison of movement between the dominant and non- dominant limb. Based on the final evaluation, a brief proposal of compensatory exercises was created, focused on the analyzed movement disorders and imbalances. Objectives: Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) is a non-invasive lesion of an increasing clinical importance. Individual risk assessment is essential for an optimal treatment. Our objective was to identify clinical and molecular characteristics of a subgroup of DCIS with an unfavorable prognosis. Methods: In a population study, we analyzed women with DCIS diagnosed within one mammography screening unit. In the experimental part of this work, we conducted a comparative analysis of five biological markers in normal tissue, DCIS and invasive breast cancer by means of gene expression analysis and analysis of loss of heterozygosity (LOH). Results: We demonstrated a high proportion of pure (no invasive component) DCIS (14.41%) of all breast lesions described as malignant. In our sample, we saw a homogeneous distribution of risk factors without noting a clear pattern identifying high-risk subtypes. We noted significant differences in clinical management of tumors with similar characteristics, which demonstrates the present state of limited use of clinical predictors. In the laboratory experiment, we showed differences in loss of heterozygosity (LOH) between DCIS and invasive breast cancer for BRCA1 (8.69% vs. 44.74%) and BRCA2 (9.52% vs. 45.0%). In contrast, we did not find any differences for p53 (31.82%...
