The master thesis focuses on a creating chatbot with using artificial intelligence. At the start of theoretical part, thesis briefly introduce a history of chatbots. Futhuremore the theoretical part introduces some important parts of neural network and explain their principle. Then the master thesis describes some types of neural networks, for exmaple LSTM and GRU, which are often used for creating chatbots. Furthermore, this part of thesis describes methods used for nature language processing, such as Bag-Of-Words or Word Embeggding. The practical part of this master thesis deals with the creation of a retrival-based chatbot and simulation of an aplication for its use in a real environment. Chatbot serves to answer questions about the Covid-19 pandemic. First, practical part introduce the dataset that is used for chatbot training. Furthermore is explained in detail the software implementation of training script and chatbot application as whole. The last part deals with experiments on the model itself, where the effort to achieve the best possible accuracy on the validation data using optimization methods.

The aim of this bachelor work is to create a sheduler application for IOS mobile phones, using the Xamarin development platform and publishing the aplication in the App Store. Users can plan activities, meetings, and other tasks, for all of this task he can set a notification, a category or write a short description of the activity. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis presents the development platform Xamarin, the tools used for the aplication development and the description of a creation an IOS application by using the Xamarin development platform in Windows operating systems. The practical part describes the development of a mobile applications from the creation of the user interface, the programming of the application logic to a connection with an Apple calendar.

Banking Products and their Regulation Abstract The purpose of my thesis is to analyse banking products in the Czech Republic, in particular their regulation. The thesis takes into account the different views on the issue, like economic or private law view, but the main emphasis is given to financial legal issues. Each product is generally described and after that analyzed with accent on identifying the most important rights, obligations, problems, risks and specifics, that commercial banks face in providing their products. The thesis is composed of five chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of the problem. The first chapter is the most general. It gives the broadest definitions. Above all, there are various definitions of "bank"given by some theorists as well as defined in the Czech law. It has been further defined the very concept of banking products. Because that Czech law does not define it directly, there were used definitions of the Czech legal and economic theorists. The basic types of banks and especially banking product were recognized as well. One of these divisions, dividing type by the purpose, was chosen as the main starting point for further breakdown of chapters. Chapter Two examines relevant Czech regulation of loans. Práce se zabývá vývojem právní úpravy pojištění a pojišťovnictví v České republice v období od pádu komunistického režimu do současnosti. Analyzuje se dosavadní úprava pojistné smlouvy i úprava podmínek podnikání pojišťoven a zajišťoven na našem území. Popsán je vývoj role, chápaní i činnosti státního dozoru/dohledu v předmětných letech, včetně charakteristiky nově zavedeného doplňkového dozoru nad finančními konglomeráty i popisu změn, které nastaly při přechodu dozorovací pravomoci z MF na Českou národní banku. Závěrem je na základě předešlé analýzy proveden odhad vývoje v následujících letech, při kterém je vycházeno především z dominantního postavení evropské legislativy v této oblasti během posledních let.

The present paper reports two experiments is which an effect of sabeluzole and flunarizine upon behavioural consequences reflecting ischemic damage following cortical freezing lesions was evaluated in NMRI female mice. The parietal lesion was performed by applying a flat (2 mm in diameter) of a metal probe cooled to -75 degrees C on the exposed skull for 5 s. Flunarizine (15 mg/kg) was administered sc 1 hr before and 4 hr after performing the lesion and then, 1 mg/kg p.o. once daily for 14 days. Sabeluzole (5 mg/kg) was administered p.o. 1 hr before and 5 hr after performing the lesion and then, 5 mg/kg p.o. once daily for 14 days. Hole--board method was used to evaluate the exploratory head-dips activity of an animal in 5 sessions separated by 24 hr intervals during the postlesion testing from the 20th to the 24th day, i.e. from day 6 to 10 after finishing the treatment. The session lasted 5 min. In both experiments, the mean number of exploratory hole visits in lesioned female mice was significantly increased. Both flunarizine and sabeluzole reduced high hole exploration of lesioned mice to levels corresponding to those of the controls. Neither flunarizine nor sabeluzole affected significantly exploratory hole visit of control animals. Results showed that flunarizine as well as sabeluzole ameliorated behavioural disturbances reflecting the brain impairment induced through cortical freezing lesion. This effect is most probably related to the protective effect of both drugs against hypoxia induced in laboratory animals by several experimental procedures. The hole--board method seems to be suitable for the screening of compounds considered as cerebroprotective drugs.
