The aim of this work was to determine the concentrations of rubidium, cesium, lithium, strontium and supplemental elements of copper, iron, manganese and zinc in samples of edible mushrooms and to compare the measured concentrations with the studies mentioned in the literary research. In addition to the results of the studies, the literary research contains brief informations about mushrooms, individual elements, the used method and the monitored location. For the purposed of the practical part, 19 samples of nine edible mushrooms species were collected from the vicinity of a lead smelter in the village of Podlesí near Příbram. The samples were the first processed by microwave digestion and then analyzed by AAS (atomic absorption spectrometry). The whole practical part of the thesis was carried out in the laboratory of the Departemnt of Applied Chemistry, Faculty of Agriculture of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The analysis results were recorded in tables, statistically and graphically processed an evaluated in the discussion. From the analysis we found the species of mushoom with the most cumulate metals ability is a toadstool rosacea. Among the analyzed samples we found the highest concentration of strontium (22,5 mg/kg), lithium (0,6 mg/kg), iron (223,0 mg/kg) and manganese (69,7 mg/kg). On the other hand, the least cumulative species was boletus brown with the lowest concentrations of copper (10,1 mg/kg), iron (29,5 mg/kg) and manganese (5,2 mg/kg) being determined. The less cumulative species was also boletus edulis, which was found to have at least strontium (2,2 mg/kg) and lithium (0,3 mg/kg). It is worth mentioning the larch bolete, in which we have determined the greatest concentration of rubidium (364 mg/kg) and cesium (11,7 mg/kg), but the least of zinc (68,7 mg/kg). Likewise, a parasol mushroom absorps copper to a large extent (255 mg/kg), but on the contrary it contained the least cesium (0,5 mg/kg) and rubidium (11,8 mg/kg).

Me, I have not concerned his professional public and even organizational activity and intrigued me rather its human searching security in life through faith. Therefore, the subject of my work are more or less his fictional writings, therefore Letters to Heaven, Mournful, and The Labyrinth of the World and the Paradise of the Heart. I believe that if real life Comenius uses the term "consolatory", you can search just finding his comfort in his own creating and then in the tone in these works. Although these works are subjects of the harshest reality in his time. I think an interesting document is his correspondence expressing his worries mostly, but also sometimes the joy of his own works, as well as its human joy of universal recognition of his work. I most relied on the autobiography of John Amos Comenius, the work of Jan Blahoslav Čapek, work by Jaroslava Pešková, Pavel Říčan, Jan Václav Novák and of course my own reading Comenius's works from the sources.

Children with chronic renal failure are at extremely high risk of premature cardiovascular disease. In our work, we have shown that the measurement of carotis intima- media thickness (CIMT) with high resolution ultrasound is a suitable method for the diagnosis of early atherosclerotic changes especially in younger children. In contrast, flow mediated dilatation (FMD) according to our experience is not very suitable method for investigations in pediatrics because of its high variability. In our group of patients we did not find correlation of preclinical atherosclerosis measured by CIMT with any of the traditional cardiovascular risk factors (hypertension, dyslipidemia, overweight expressed as body mass index). In contrast, a significant negative correlation was found in the ESRD patients between the CIMT and serum bilirubin and albumin. On the one hand, these findings could indicate an impaired defending mechanisms against oxidative stress, which are considered one of the key factors in the development of atherosclerotic process, on the other hand they indicated an important role played by nutritional status in children with ESRD. There is solved the cooperation of the land plan and complex land consolidation fot three different cadastral areas - Krtely, Malovičky and Podeřiště. These cadastral areas come under the administration of the community Malovice. The complex land consolidation and land plan were initiated in different order nad in defferent years. The land consolidatin for the cadastral area Krtely was initiated in 1992, for Malovičky in 2005 and for Podeřiště in 2007. Moreover, each project has been prepared by the different design office. The result of the diploma thesis is the assessment of the cooperation during different conditions and also the assessment of the processing quality of single projects.

This study focuses on the recombinant cysteine peptidases - cathepsin B originating in the bird schistosome Trichobilharzia regenti that is unique across the whole family for its ability to migrate through the nerve tissue to the final localization. For invasion, migration, degradation of nutritional proteins and/or evasion of host immune responses, schistosome employs peptidases. This study follows the research done by researchers of Department of parasitology, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Charles University. The main goal of this study was to deepen the characteristics of recombinant cathepsins B originating in T. regenti. In T. regenti, two cysteine peptidases - cathepsins B1 (TrCB1) and B2 (TrCB2) - have been previously characterized. TrCB1 is located in the gut of schistosomula and involved in digestion. TrCB2 occurs in post-acetabular penetration glands of cercariae and probably facilitates penetration. The recombinant pro-cathepsin B (isoforms TrCB1.1, TrCB1.4 and also TrCB2) were expressed in Pichia pastoris yeast system. Subject of interest submitted bachelor works under the headline The influence of Bavarians from Strakonice and a knight order of johanit on visual arts in Strakonice region during the peak of The Middle Ages is to examine a mutual relationship of the noble family of Bavar from Strakonice and johanit order from Strakonice and their relevance in visual arts of the middle Pootaví from the 13. to the first half of the 14. century. Written records, individual art works and architecture, above all wall paintings, baptisteries and ecclesiastical and lord buildings point out to initiators of those works.

My diploma thesis contains the solving description of three tasks: seeking after the shortest ways in a grid rectangle m x n, exploring the location of grid isosceles triangles within the frame of cross-section paper, and identifying the number of grid abscissas with at least one grid point and with the marginal points on the rectangle perimeter m x n. The task solving is accompanied by self-reflection method. Experiments with primary school pupils are analyzed in the next part of the diploma thesis. The experiments' tasks are similar to the ones I solved. Seeking after the shortest ways task was already solved and subsequently described in another diploma thesis. This method is analyzed and compared with my own in the next chapter. The diploma thesis also contains a chapter about cognitive process, which is the theoretical background for these analyses. Name: Motorical competence level and gender differences in preschool children Objective: The objectives of the bacherol thesis was to determine the level of motorial competencies in a selected group of preschool children using the MOBAK-KG test battery and comparison of their results depending on gender. The partial target was to determine the attitudes of teachers to gender issues in relation to physical activities. These findings are in accordance with the answers of teachers to the questionnaire survey focused on the notion of gender stereotype and the choice of physical activities according to the sex of the child. Research methods: A standardized test battery MOBAK-KG was used to determine the level of motorial competencies in a selected group of children. A total of 24 children were tested, 12 girls and 12 boys. The method of a questionnaire was used to determine the partial goal. Which was attended by a total 13 respondents. Name: Comparison of the level of motor competencies in connection with school educational programs Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is to find out what is the difference between the levels of motor competences in children from two kindergartens, one public kindergarten and the other private kindergarten with a sports focus, based on the test battery MOBAK-KG. The partial goal is then to find out what are the differences of their SEP in the area of physical activities. Methods: Part of the research is the analysis of SEP documents of both kindergartens, public and private with a sports focus. The research of the bachelor's thesis also uses a quantitative method, namely testing using a test battery MOBAK-KG, which contains 8 movement tests (4 with a ball, 4 with own body). Using a battery, we test children in both kindergartens and assess differences in the level of motor competencies. Subsequently, we process the results and evaluate them using basic description and calculation of arithmetic means. Result: According to the SEP analysis of both kindergartens, I came to the conclusion that the SEP of a private kindergarten with a sports focus is more focused on sports and a healthy lifestyle, but even the SEP of a public kindergarten does not forget the importance of physical activities....

This diploma thesis deals with intensity of physical activities of two and three years old children, who attend kindergarten, The goal of the thesis was compare the intensity of physical aktivity during the rest and during controlled aktivity inside and outside, and during spontaneouns aktivity as well. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the specifics of the children's development in this age, which are important to consider. Simultaneously, it deals with physical activities, stamina and intensity of physical activities related to stamina. The practical part consist of charts, obtained from the measurements during the rest, controlled aktivity inside and outside and spontaneous aktivity of children tthat participated in the research. Also it contains charts, which compare average data from all measurements. The measurement was using Polar team 2 sensors. 12 childrens have participated in the measurement. The results show, that the intensity of physical aktivity is influenced by the choice of the aktivity, space and the way i tis controlled. The resulting data also conclude, that during the aktivity with longer time period, the highesr intensity curves were recorded for spontaneous activity.

The aim of this work is to find out whether the feelings of preschool teachers will change from the psychological load because of yoga exercises. Preschool teachers are exposed to many factors, which are burdensome for their mental health. Therefore, there is a need to pay attention to their mental health. The medium of mental hygiene in this thesis is yoga exercise, which also includes relaxation. There were three research methods used to create the research of this diploma thesis. The first one used was the Meister's standardized questionnaire. This questionnaire was used to determine the work related psychological burden of preschool teachers. Subsequently the method of semi-structured interview with five preschool teachers was used. These teachers also participated in a quasi-experiment. The main method is a four week quasi-experiment with 5 preschool teachers. These preschool teachers practiced yoga exercises and relaxation according to video lessons for 4 weeks. The output data were again provided by Meister's standardized questionnaire and a semi-structured interview with all 5 respondents. The aim of the thesis was to determine whether there were differences in the physical education of nursery schools in the town and in the village. The theoretical part is devoted to the Framework Educational Program for Preschool Education, the developmental characteristics of preschool children, movement activities in kindergarten, development of children in relation to movement activities, mobility skills and abilities. The research investigation was carried out in the form of a questionnaire. Variations were found in exercise areas, physical aids, filling and time subsidy of physical education, movement skills of children when they entered nursery school and acquired movement skills when they left for primary school. The results of the survey were subsequently compiled into graphs and show minimal differences in physical education of nursery schools in the town and in the village. Based on the answers, an interview was compiled that was conducted with two kindergarten educators. It is not yet definitely clear to which extent it is associated with the low content of certain macronutrients of human milk. Maternal characteristics may be connected with human milk macronutrients, but no definite conclusions have been made to date. This study aimed to evaluate the content of macronutrients in human milk samples after preterm delivery during the first 9 weeks of lactation and determine the relationship of maternal-associated factors on the content of macronutrients in human milk after preterm delivery. Milk samples were collected from mothers after premature birth between 24+0-35+6 weeks. Macronutrients and energy content were analyzed by mid-infrared transmission spectroscopy. A total 1917 human milk samples from were analyzed. Median of protein content decreased from 1.6 g/dL in group A and 1.5 g/dL in group B in the first week of life, to 1.1 g/dL in both groups at the end of week 3, and then remained stable up to week 9. Aim of thesis: The aim of this thesis is to monitor the relationship between the place of residence and the mastered level of motor skills together with the quality of children's speech. At present, there is a more frequent postponement of school attendance, caused by deficiencies in speech or insufficient level of motor skills. The nature of the activities of preschool children has changed considerably, mainly due to the influence of technology. Physical activities and an active way of spending free time have a significant effect on the development of children's motor skills. Other goals of this thesis are to find out whether children have an adequate level of motor skills and speech before starting school and to prove whether there is a connection between delayed motor skills and speech problems. This bachelor's thesis deals with the factors, which influence the effectiveness of the teaching methods regarding the movement activities with two years old children. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the developmental specifics of the two years old children are discussed as they need to be accounted for. Also, the movement activities and specifics of the teaching methods for this group of children have been presented. The theoretical background is then applied in the practical part of the thesis, which deals with the realization of the motion activities in two kindergartens. Specific adjustments have been proposed, the activities have been re-realized with the adjustments and the feedback has been discussed. Additionally, a survey with the teachers who work with this specific group of children was realized. Lastly, as a part of the research, a structured interview with a teacher has been conducted, who has recently started working with the two years old children without any previous experience. This thesis deals with the impact of the specific physical activity on the physical fitness of children measured by UNIFITTEST (6-60). Final results were processed based on the UNIFITTEST standarts and the information about physical activity of the children were taken from the questionnaire which have been created specifically for this research. The stated research questions were compared with results from the practical part of the thesis and were discussed in the discussion chapter. By this research we have found out that children form seventh and eighth grade have reached an average value in motoric tests. Due to this work children have found out their physical fitness and so they could compared it with their classmates. Also they have got to know with the physical tests with which they can be part of during physical lessons. This work was made by research form realised at standard nonspecific elementary school Na Výsluní in Brandýs nad Labem. The total amount of the participants were 194 from 12 to14 years. Title: Barriers of hypokinetic adolecents to active lifestyle The dissertation addresses the issue of physical activity among adolescents studying at secondary vocational schools. It focuses on those students who do not meet the minimum recommended number of steps per day, i.e. inactive students. The aim of the study was to clarify the reasons which prevent them from adopting a more active lifestyle. To better understand student responses, we also examined the relationship to school physical education as a school subject that has the potential to positively influence the physical activity habits of youth. Research was carried out on a group of students 15-16 years old at secondary vocational schools (two in Prague, one in the Moravian-Silesian Region). A total of 315 students were studied. A standardized questionnaire was used to obtain information about student opinions on physical education. Sigma Activo fitness bracelets were used to monitor amount of physical activity, and a semi-structured interview was used to determine specific barriers to physical activity. According to our results, 29.5 % of students are inactive, more frequently boys. Overall, these students have a favorable view of physical education.
