Title: The influence of alcohol consumption and smoking on the physical condition of senior women Objectives: Assessment of the influence of alcohol consumption and smoking on the physical condition of senior women over 60 years of age Methods: The work will be processed as a cross-sectional study, in which data will be collected using a questionnaire regarding alcohol consumption and smoking during life and four physical tests selected from the test battery Senior fitness test. In order to complete the study, data regarding the lifestyle of the participants will be collected by additional questions. Results: 34 senior women aged 61-89 participated in the study. The average age of the participants was 72,1 years. Three senior women reported consumption of 15 cigarettes per day, one 12 cigarettes, two 10 cigarettes, one 10 cigarettes and one 7 cigarettes per day. Three of these women met or exceeded the normative range for their age in all physical tests, two did not reach the normative range only once, both in the 6-minute walk test, one met the norm only in the 30-Second Chair Stand, and the remaining two did not meet the norms in any test. The aim of this work is to compile an intervention program aimed at improving fitness. The goal was achieved. According to the proposal, the intervention exercise program can be practiced by everyone and anywhere, even if the gyms are closed, for example for pandemic reasons. Eleven people took part in the exercise exercise program, and the control group also included eleven people. The EUROFIT test battery, consisting of nine tests, was chosen within the methodology. From the results, it should be emphasized that the experimental group improved on average by 0,1 try for endurance training standing on one leg, 1.89 seconds for tapping, also improved in the overhang in the forward bend by 3.23 centimeters, 13, 96 in the jump from the place, 3.17 repetitions in the sit-ups exercise, 4.79 seconds in the endurance in the squat, the only deterioration of the experimental group occurred in the shuttle run by 0.2 seconds, in the last dynamometry measurement test there was an improvement of 7.14 Newtons. In the control group, there was a slight deterioration in the first test by 0.1 attempts, we could also observe a deterioration in the tapping test by 1.33 seconds, a slight improvement of 0.98 centimeters occurred in the forward bend, the group only further deteriorated in all tests. Specifically, by 0.54 centimeters in the jump, by 0.84 repetitions in the sit-up, 2.56 seconds in the endurance of the push-up, 0.29 in the shuttle run and by 2.23 Newtons in the dynamometry. Title: Impact athletic exercises on speed and jump abilities of 11-13 years old handball players. Objectives: The aim of this work is to find out whether it is possible to improve the performance of speed and jump skills of handball players aged from 11 to 13 by using athletic exercises in the preparatory part of the training unit, by creating an athletic intervention program. Methods: This work, based on the type of experimental study, uses methods of measurement, intervention and comparison between two groups - control and experimental. It was done 2 total measurements of exercises included in test battery of Czech handball association. The first measurement of both groups was done before the intervention program, which was applied only on the experimental group. The second measurement of both groups was done after the end of the intervention program. The resulting measurement data were finally averaged, compared and evaluated between the control and experimental groups. Results: It was found the positive effect of intervention program based on athletic exercises on development of speed skills. Jump abilities has been only little significantly improved. Introduction: Motor tests in figure skating for children to determine the level of fitness and coordination skills. It contains a selection of individual movement tasks and their justification. Aims: Analysis of assumptions and prediction of fitness assumptions for figure skating in children. Assembly of a battery of field motor tests, evaluating general and specific readiness for figure skaters. Another goal is to prove whether there is a relationship between current sports performance and the analysis of assumptions for figure skating at the age of 10-12 years. Methods: quantitative and qualitative analysis of motor skills, method of questioning, examples, observation, testing and evaluation. Results: The relationship between sports performance and analysis of assumptions was not fully confirmed. All initial assumptions were not confirmed and the work allows a more accurate focus of subsequent research. Conclusion: The set goals were achieved. Title: Assessment of the level of condition, basic motor coordination, and football skills between two age categories of young football players. Objectives: Find out possible differences in the level of condition, basic motor coordination, and specific football skills between two age categories of young players (U14 and U15). At the same time, the aim is to determine the effect of different rates of biological growth on fitness performance, basic motor coordination, and football skills. The last goal is to find out the level of association between the indicator of the condition, basic motor coordination and football skills. During corona virus crisis in the Czech Republic, there were closed every fitness center and gym. Becouse of this, there were massive drop in physicall performance. However, soldiers must go trought physicall test every year and they should not lost their performance. Being fit is core stone for every soldier and obligation bonded with uniform. Purpose of this thesis is to make training plan for soldiers of 25. anti-air missile regiment for strength part of army fitness test during coronavirus crisis in home environment. Second purpose is to verificat builed training plan and compare it with group of soldiers, which do not train systematically. In thesis there were use specific metods like GTG, which were made by prestigious coach Pavel Tsatsouline. It was found, that this metod brings remarkable resulets, where soldiers during 3 weeks made several more pull-ups.

Title: Stimulation of strength skills through intervation gymnastic program for people with spinal cord impairment Objectives: The target of the work is to determine the degree of effectiveness of the newly created gymnastic program mediated to probands online, to the level of strength of the upper body and upper limbs of people with spinal cord injury. Methods: The research will be conducted in the form of a quasi-experiment with pre- testing and post-testing measuring. Used data collection methods included field testing, timed 100m dash in a wheelchair and 2kg weight throw and a questionaire. Analysis of found data has been done via descriptive statistics. Results: Results of post-testing showed that upon completion of a six-week interventional program, individuals with spinal cord impairment increased their strength levels in field tests. In the first field test, there was a slight percentage improvement of 5.9%. In the second field test, there was an overall mean percentage improvement of 10.9%. On average, probands improved by 8.4%, a slight to moderate improvement. The questionaires also showed that the trainees enjoyed the provided program. In the breeding of honeybees (Apis mellifera L.), the good health of the bee colony is an important prerequisite for successful overwintering. The condition of the colonies is affected by environmental influences, the influence of genetics or the health status of the bees. Well-developed pharyngeal glands allow bee feeders to provide developing larvae with quality royal jelly. The longevity of the winter generation of bees is influenced by a many of physiological factors, which distinguish them from summer short-lived bees. The main factors of longevity appear to be the level of proteins in the hemolymph, especially vitellogenin, the level of juvenile hormone or the pheromone ethyl oleate. The natural immune system or the effects of oxidative stress also play an important role in the overwintering of colonies. Recently, overwintering is threatened by viral infections transmitted by varroa mite.

Název: Příprava florbalových rozhodčích na utkání Cíle: Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření odborného návodu a doporučení pro rozhodčí, který se zabývá přípravou florbalových rozhodčích na utkání. Dalším cílem je kontrola úrovně přípravy rozhodčích v praxi na základě vyhodnocení dotazníku. Metody: Tato práce se skládá z rešerše odborných knih, literatury určené pro rozhodčí florbalu a článků ověřených internetových zdrojů. Velká část informací je čerpána z vlastních zkušeností, a především z dotazníkového šetření, kterého se účastnili rozhodčí působící na nejvyšší úrovni. Soubor rozhodčích pro vyplnění dotazníku byl značně omezen, jelikož požadavkem bylo jejich umístění na celostátní nebo mezinárodní listině. Dotazník vyplnilo celkem 45 rozhodčích. Výsledky: V dotazníkovém šetření bylo zjištěno, že většina rozhodčích se připravuje na každý zápas. Převážná část - 69% volí spojení fyzické i psychologické přípravy. 22% se zaměřuje jen na psychologickou přípravu. Jen u minima - 4% převažuje pouze příprava fyzická. Bylo zjištěno, že 90% dotazovaných rozhodčích v rámci přípravy na zápas sleduje i statistiky družstev. The aim of this thesis is to summarize present knowledge concerning the effects of gut microbiota composition on condition in birds. The effect of gut microbiota on various aspects of animal physiology is currently intensively studied and the understanding of its biomedical importance is a topical theme. However, the majority of the current research is focused on humans and other mammals, and in birds on agriculturally significant species. Therefore, this thesis focuses also on the applicability of results of agriculturally orientated research on free-living birds' study. The results of agricultural research show a high interspecies and intraspecies variability in the effects of certain bacteria on the condition of the host. That should be taken into account when designing experiments in wild-living species. This thesis summarizes current knowledge concerning the effects of bacteria on condition of birds that was gained in correlational and manipulative studies. Manipulative studies include those in which probiotics or antibiotics were given to birds. The main modes of action of probiotic bacteria are also summarized here. This diploma thesis investigates the problems of marketing communication in the selected company. The aim is determining the current condition of online marketing communication in selected company. Next steps and measures that are leading to improve marketing communication are deduced form the results of survey. We can divide the diploma´s thesis into several parts. The theoretical part is focused on technical terms and definition that must be understood for processing. We define concept of marketing communication. It was really important to focus on how marketing communication works and describe what tool is uses. In the last part is thesis focused on optimizing company website and social networks. In the practical part I research current condition of marketing communication in the company. The research was conducted using structured questionnaires. About 123 respondents were asked to complete the questionnaire. Questioning was realized since December to March. Most of questions are focused on shopping behaviour on internet and respondent's car preferences. Results and recommendations are discussed in the final part of this thesis. I am basing on the results that I got from the survey and personal investigation. The results were processed, and I created some measure or innovation that would lead to increasing effective online marketing communication in selected company.

This thesis focuses on the comparison of match and training load of women in the second and the third highest floorball competition. From September to November 2019, diaries of training load and match load were kept in clubs Spartak Pelhřimov, SK Jihlava - Žďár nad Sázavou B and Rudý Dračice MLADÝCH NADĚJÍ. Based on these diaries, tables of individual load were created. Then the graphs were created, which show individual parts in percentage. The research has shown that at all three clubs, the training unit changes with regards to number of exercise days per week, as well as the number of exercise hours. The club of Spartak Pelhřimov trained 13 times in the watched period, which took altogether 1 255 minutes. The women from SK Jihlava had the longest training load during three months. The result total 5 410 minutes corresponds to 51 trainings. Rudý Dračice got in total 960 minutes in 13 trainings. The lowest match load was watched at club of Spartak Pelhřimov and it took 576 minutes. The match load at the two first league clubs was higher. Jihlava played in total 1 320 minutes and Týn 1 155 minutes. The main difference between the first and second league clubs is mainly the match load, which as significantly lower in the second league.

Title: Influencing motor skills in football training with regard to injury prevention Objectives: The main objective is to analyze appropriate methods to reduce the risk of football injuries in individuals who are in their early adulthood, between 20-30 years of age, when their motor performance peaks. Furthermore, the aim of this work is to recommend the best methods and dosage of training to achieve sufficient effectiveness and at the same time prevent injuries that arise due to muscle imbalances and overload of individual muscle parts, as well as studying scientific and expert publications focusing on movement preconditions and the issue of the relationship between fitness and injury prevention. Methods: In this work, the method of literary research was chosen in the form of studying and drawing conclusions from individual sports studies from Czech, but mainly English expert publications. Methods: The final thesis has the character of a qualitative study. For its elaboration have been used the form of a theoretic-critical analysis. It is an overview of available literature of all kinds published on the topic. Based on the theoretical knowledge, an analysis of selected strength exercises was carried out and a possible correction for the movement disorders prevention was created. Title: Conditional preparation in the shooting. Objectives: The aim of this study is to analyze the shooting fitness training. Methods: In this work was used especially the method of research of professional literature, articles and internet sources. Based on this analysis, theoretical knowledge about fitness training in sport shooting is collected. Results: The analysis undertaken shooting fitness training, based on a literature search of articles on the Internet, it was found that fitness training in sport shooting plays a big role. Title: Use of combat exercises in the conditioning for the football players. Objective: The main goal of this bachelors thesis is to design a combat training microcycle to improve individual performances for footballers. Methods: Analysis of literature dealing with this subject. On the basis of the information obtained and the search for transfer between the different sports a training mikrocykle will be assembled. Results: From my experience and the studied domestic and foreign literature, a weekly combat microcycle consisting of three training units containing five exercises was created, which will be applied in the training of the football player for one month. From a technical point of view the exercises selected are basic combat moves like the drag and drop, drag-outs, overpressure and resistance exercises. The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the impact of back fat height on sow reproduction parameters. The purpose of the practical part was to monitor the back fat height of sows measured one week before the delivery and one week before the weaning in connection with the number of piglets and with the futher use of sows being farmed (the pregnancy outcome, the length of the interim, the phasing out).

The bachelor thesis is concerned with the prepositions expressing cause, concession, purpose and condition in the present-day French. This thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the prepositions from the positional, functional and lexical point of view. Syntactic and semantic functions of the prepositions are also here described. The aim of this part is to characterize causal, concessive, proposal and conditional relations and to introduce the prepositions expressing these semantic relations. The practical part is dedicated to the contrastive corpus analysis of the French prepositions and the searching of their Czech equivalents.

The aim of the thesis is to compile and verify the compensation program for women between 20-30 years in the center of healthy lifestyle at PF in 2016/2017. The research included input and output measurements of practicing women, including body posture, anthropometric measurements, WHR index and BMI, fitness test, and functional muscular tests of postural muscles. The work is further focused on body posture, fitness test, and Thomayer test functional test. On the basis of the data obtained, verification of the compensation program will be carried out. For all women tested, improvement was noted after graduation, in the quality of posture, in the Ruffier test, and in the improvement of spine flexibility. The overall positive impact of the program was also observed in other measured values, such as, for example, functional tests of postural muscle. The compensation program therefore fulfilled its goal.

Title: Load analysis of golf players Objectives: The aim of the study was to determine the load intensity of golf players, the comparison between players of different levels and determine the health benefits of the game. Methods: The theoretical part was processed thorough a study of scientific literature. Data were measured by sport-tester Garmin, which were then processed in the Garmin Connect and in Microsoft Excel. Was determined by calculating the maximum heart rate of the individual player and the results were compared qualitatively and quantitatively with the scientific literature. Results: Golf is a light to moderate aktivity of load amounting 62% of the maximum heart rate of the individual. Golf in conjunction with the movement on the field can have a positive effect on humans and prevent lifestyle diseases associated with hyperkinesis. During one eighteen-round of golf player conquers average of 10.5 km and reforge as 70% of the official length of the course. Determining the health state and condition of vertebrates based on hematological traits is currently dependent on technically imperfect and erroneous quantification of blood cells. Solution of this problem can be found in the use of flow cytometry. This is, however, complicated by the presence of nuclear erythrocytes in all vertebrate groups outside the mammals. To distinguish erythrocytes from leukocytes, it is necessary to use specific labeling with a leukocyte marker, which is the CD45 surface molekule encoded by the PTPRC gene. Current literature suggests high expression and structural interspecific variability of this molecule, which highly complicates the possible use of this marker in zoological research. Based on the prediction of domains from genomic sequence data, my analysis comparing the structure of the CD45 in various vertebrate representatives showed a high variability of the extracellular part, even in fibronectin domains, which have been earlier described as conservative. Although the CD45 receptor function has not been sufficiently resolved yet, the existing research results indicate strong positive selection aimed to this molecule. Title: Physical fitness verification of the members of FRS Objective: The goal of the thesis was to compare the results of the members of FRS CR in Cooper test with the results of physical fitness verification. Partial goal was to separate the members of HZS ČR into two groups according to the type of verification they choose - running or swimming and to compare these groups with the norm based on the Cooper test. Methods: In the thesis there were used data of the physical tests, which are verifying the physical fitness of the members of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and the statistics of rescue activities. Next the members of FRS CR were subjected to a Cooper test and the data were then standardised and evaluated. Results: Based on the analysis two hypothesis were verified. First hypothesis was confirmed, second declined (disproved). All tested members in the Cooper test achieved physical fitness above the population standard. Title: Changes of the fitness indicators during pre - season period of selected football clubs of U15 category Objectives: The aim of this work was a diagnostic subseqent comparasion of two selected indicators of fitness clubs youth category U15 in the summer pre - season period. Methods: The research was performed by motor testing. To determine the status fitness indicators and its changes in the pre - season of the two clubs we have chosen five selected motor tests battery by the Football Association of the Czech Republic - tests of strength skills, speed skills, endurance and agility. Results: Significant change of fitness indicators during pre - season period occurred in one club in two motor tests and in the second one in three motor tests. Although partial changes occurred the assumption of improvement in overall fitness indicators has not been confirmed. The observation period (5 and 8 weeks) to achieve substantial changes is probably insufficient. This thesis focuses on testing the motoric assumptions of junior category tennis players in certain sport games. The aim of this thesis is to compare the results of the motoric test regarding to three tennis players of various performance levels in chosen sport games. Thus define the substantive significance and specificity of each test towards tennis. The assumptions in the theoretical part are based on my Bachelor thesis. In said thesis I am dealing with the characteristics of tennis, the structure of sport performance, the factors which determine the sport efficiency in tennis and most importantly on physical condition. The theoretical part is also widened by newly acquired knowledge. In the result part, based on the comparison of the three tennis players of different performance levels, the substantive significance of the test in tennis was stated. Subsequently we present the results of our test subjects in selected sport games. Using the comparative analysis the differences of motoric assumptions in various sport games are stated. In conclusion the specificity of each test for tennis is evaluated. We confirmed the substantive significance for all the test besides the standing long jump test. Title: Retrospective evaluation of results Wingate test in their junior national U18 Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to compare condition levels according to the Wingate test and game results achieved in individual MSJ U18 and determine the degree of functional dependence Wingate anaerobic test parameters according to the U18 category, with a later application of the elite players in the world competitions. Methods: In this thesis has been used retrospective collection of quantitative data from sources ČSLH. Evaluation data were gathered using a correlation relationships of speed and power variables and placement classes at MSJ, respectively. achieved level of competition. The comparison of speed and power variables between years was used analysis of variance with repeated measurements. Bachelor thesis is focused on modern CrossFit training system and its impact on fitness and overall health of men in the age group 20-40 years. In the theoretical part, I described the very essence of this modern practice, potential benefits and health risks. I drew from the available literature and trusted electronic resources related to the topic. At the beginning of the practical part of the intervention motion program was carried entrance investigation aimed at identifying the physical and mental condition of the experimental group of 15 trainees those men in the age group 20-40 years, and 15 of those nonpracticing men ages 20-40 years. With a group of trainees I conducted three months advanced training CrossFit, while both groups conducted continuous measurement values. In conclusion I have exit surveys with those groups. Evaluation of the questionnaire were the basis for processing graphical part, and it was found that CrossFit training at an adequate distribution of the training units and in compliance with proper diet is a valuable activity for overall fitness and health among men in the age group 20-40 years.

Title: The preparation of women floorball referees to preside over professional competitions. Objectives: The main objective of this work is to introduce the reader into the preparation of women floorball referees to preside over professional competitions and then compare with practice. In the research part of this paper will be evaluated the questionnaire survey, whose aim should be the assessment of the current state of preparation of women referees in the Czech Republic and abroad. Additional information was drawn from my own experiences and the experiences of colleagues from which is also based the survey. Title of the bachelor thesis: Physical Fitness of Working Middle-Aged and Older-Aged Women Objectives: The main aim of the work is to determine changes in morphological and functional components of health oriented fitness in middle aged and older working women after a three month movement program in the form of Aquafitness training has been introduced. Methods: The method applied consists in a quantitative research following morphological and functional components of health oriented fitness and the change thereof. In order to evaluate changes of the level of training, tests were performed before the commencement of a three month Aquafitness movement program and after it has finished. In the theoretical part, I will discuss the characteristics of tennis, the structure of sports performance, factors determining performance in sports especially tennis and fitness, which is being tested in the practical part. In the practical part, we use data collection and subsequent comparative analysis to determine the differences in fitness abilities at different game levels tennis players, football players and no sport population. The gist of this work is to perform the analysis and improvement of fitness assumptions in particular arcade game (10-15 min. before the end of the first half) in TJ Novoměstský Football Club Kladno. For data collection, we used functional laboratory measurements, for that we selected 5 players from TJ Novoměstský Football Club which participated in Kladno before winter preparation and after preparation. Winter training was conducted by specially compiled training plan which we consulted with a trainer PF and which had the purpose of improving the fitness of all assumptions and is written in the work. The result of the study was to improve the fitness assumptions (especially endurance) of all participants, which is a prerequisite for us to improve the game in the end of the first half. This study focuses on relationships between individual condition, measures of ornament expression and mate choice in the Grey Partridge (Perdix perdix). It is based on the correlative data as well as results of manipulative experiments. I found positive correlation between the size of melanin- and carotenoid-based ornaments in partridges. The size and the redness of the carotenoid skin patch, and the size of the melanin-based feather ornamentation were associated with several measures of immunity and overall body condition (complement activity, ratio of immature erythrocytes, heterophil/leucocyte ratio, response to novel antigen). Furthermore, data from natural populations indicate that the expression of carotenoid-based ornamentation is associated with sexual attractiveness (measured as the ability to obtain a social mate) in partridges. Data from captive individuals indicate that carotenoid supplementation improves the redness of carotenoid-based ornament, while the stimulation of the immune system under increasing concentrations of supplemented carotenoids has no measurable effect on condition and physiological state. Haematological methods are widely used in zoological researches. Unfortunately, especially in ecological studies there is often much imperfection in techniques adopted, and misinterpretation of results is also common. This is particularly the case of methods serving to assessment of the peripheral blood cellular composition. In this thesis I therefore decided to describe basic haematological methods, their mechanisms, advantages and disadvantages. I also highlighted possible application potential in several less widely utilised haematological techniques. In the practical part of this thesis I have shown that the examination of immature erythrocyte differential count may serve as a meaningful indicator of health state in birds.

Method: For being successful of the assigned tasks, we used diagnostic methods and processed the following analysis of their data in fitness, technique training, tactics, and physiological preparation. The aim was to assess the effect of condition of sows on subsequent reproductive performance. Fitness was assessed based on subjective evaluation using a five-point scale from 1 to 5. Rating condition was performed in a group of around 162 pieces by the current cast piglet always for the reproductive period before birth and before weaning, at intervals during 2009 and 2010. The company has been annually monitored and backfat thickness of sows selected for the period before birth and before weaning. The results of subjective assessment of condition of sows found that sows in the measured density reached an optimal condition in the range of 3,5 to 4 points. The best condition in sows before parturition was on the 3rd, 4th and 7 litter. Before weaning sows were fit from 2,5 to 3,5 points. In the period before weaning reached 450 sows condition 3 with an average of 13,14 pieces of piglets born to 10,21 piglets born alive. In assessing the data on the height of back fat measured now been found that the examined sows ranged average amount of fat in the range of optimum condition for each reproductive period before parturition 19,85 mm, 16,52 mm before weaning, and the difference was 3,33 mm. The statistics were revealed in the amount of fat before birth dependent on the number of piglets (p=0.02), which is statistically significant indicator. At the height of the fat before weaning (p=0.65), the relationship is statistically insignificant. The biggest statistical dependence (p=0.00) difference was found in fat, which tells us that with increasing height of fat before birth increases the amount of fat before weaning. Objectives : The Aim of the thesis is a result analysis of SCM member's compulsory testing of movement output in handball together with considering the effectivity of the load. Methods: We used methods of analysis and comparison in our work. The method of analysis was applied when analysing each of the disciplines, and the method of comparison was used in the part where we compared the disciplines of the testing set, and in the part where we compared the members. The comparison was also applied in the part where average values needed to be compared. Results: We have found out that the influence of the training did not cause expected rise of physical condition. We have concluded from the results of the training set. During the two-year cycle in which we monitored the amount of load of the training unit the physical condition fell. Bachelor thesis Balantes exercising and its influence on condition and body weight be concerned with influence this exercising on condition and body weight of training people. Theoretic section brings out basic data dealing with exercising balantes and exercising Pilates, which is determinant for balantes. Teoretic section explain notions as body weight, obesity and condition. Objectiv of the work was ascertain the influence balantes exercising on condition and body weight. At the beginning of work I suppose, that body weight will be lower and condition will be higher after series of exercising. I suppose, that subcutaneous fat will be lower, too. Practical test brought out, that balantes exercising has good effects and acknowledged my practical questions.
