The bachelor thesis is focused on the creation of a marketing plan for a new social-entertainment enterprise specialized in French gastronomy and culture, which will enter the market in Humpolec. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part is consists of literary research and methodology. Firstly, I learned literature based on marketing, food service, coffee, and wine. In this part, key concepts were defined, with which I worked further in the practical part. The methodology of the work focus on aim of the bachelor thesis, the research questions, the principle of marketing research and the methods through which the research was carried out. The practical part consist of interpretation of data obtained during marketing research, description of the location, analysis of potential customers and competitors. Then, the marketing plan for the new enterprise was created.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the recent situation of marketing activities of the chosen company and to draw up a marketing plan. The thesis describes the theoretical background related to the marketing planning and analysis of the individual parts of the marketing plan. Objectives: The main aim of the dimploma thesis is to construct a marketing plan for fitness center Expreska Jiřího z Poděbrad for the year 2017. The proposed marketing strategy, including the implementation plan will be directed to achieve marketing and business goals of the organization. Methods: For analysis of the microenvironment is used Porter matrix. Analysis of macroenvironment is done with the help of PEST analysis. For the analysis of competition is used marketing mix. The topic of this thesis is marketing of gastronomic travel agency. Gastronomic tourism is currently among the tourism trends. Based on the growing potential, in this paper will be presented fictitious gastronomic travel agency selling gastronomic tours. The main objective is to propose a marketing campaign of specific gastronomic tours. The marketing campaign will be set up to address, engage and make customers to purchase offered services. The campaign is therefore able to offer to potential customers exactly what they desire. The marketing approach is not the same to everyone, it reflects the consumer and media behavior of different target groups. Thanks to the proposed campaign the competitiveness of the company will be increased, profit will be gained, it means voluminous sales of offered tours and strong position in the market will be obtained.

The aim of the thesis is to suggest a marketing strategy for a specific company, including the marketing plan in order to deal with possible changes resulting from the current situation. Strategic marketing process, which is based on the strategic management process consists of planning, implementation and control. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a marketing plan for establishing a new café that will be located in Vršovice in Prague 10. The thesis is divided into 2 parts, theory and practice. The practice part includes processed analysis of the market such as analysis of the environment, market potential, location, services and market positioning. These analyses come from secondary data and primary data gathered through surveys. Based on these analyses, a proposal for marketing strategy is created. The outcome of this work is a comprehensive marketing plan that is a usable foundation for a positive decision in a business activity.

The theme of the completed diploma thesis is A Marketing Strategy for Protected Work Places of NGOs in South Bohemia. In the theoretical part I focus on the definition and meaning of marketing, stategic management, the marketing process, the marketing environment, the buying behavior of consumers, marketing research. In the next section I describe the legislative basis for protected work places and I name protected work places of NGOs in South Bohemia. Then I describe the employment of people with disabilities, and I attempt to define the concept of a non-profit organization. For completion purposes, I briefly define the term South Bohemia. In the practical part I deal with the results of the research and draft a proposal for marketing strategies for the sale of products from protected work places. The practical part relates to the main goals of the diploma thesis. The first goal of the work was to map out a marketing strategy for protected work places of NGOs in South Bohemia. The second goal was to map out the opinions of the wider public in relation to the purchase of products from protected work places. The first stated hypothesis was: Protected work places of NGOs in South Bohemia do not optimally use the tools of the marketing mix to sell their products. The second stated hypothesis was: A marketing strategy has an effect on the sale of products in protected work places of NGOs in South Bohemia. I chose quantitative research with subsequent statistical data processing. The data was collected through standardized interview techniques and surveys. In both cases, the improbability of sampling techniques was used. The basic collection in terms of quantitative research was the management of protected work places of NGOs in South Bohemia and the wider public. Through standardized telephone interviews, the chosen collection of required data for the research was acquired. Due to the chosen technology. The survey, which in its form came close to being a questionnaire, was used in this thesis as an additional source of information, and was also used to acquire the primary data from the chosen sample. The sample was chosen at random. There were 94 total respondents. Through the research results which are related to the first goal, we can say that the explanatory function of the first hypothesis was not confirmed. In fact, protected work places of NGOs in South Bohemia use optimal tools of the marketing mix for the sale of their products. From the research results which are related to the second goal, we can say that the explanatory function of the second hypothesis was confirmed. With certainty we can say that a marketing strategy has an effect on the sale of products of protected work places of NGOs in South Bohemia.From the research results of controlled interviews with management of protected work places, it is evident that in addition to the long-term interests of the organization, protected work places are beginning to be interested in the desires and needs of their customers. They prefer segmented marketing, they monitor their competitors and concern themselves with competitive advantage. On the other hand, they do not engage in comprehensive marketing research and they do not create strategic marketing plans. In terms of the marketing mix, it was discovered that the quality of the products is important to those surveyed. In the communication mix, organizations mainly work with tools which can be used with lower costs.The research results of the wider public showed that the majority of respondents are aware of protected work places, but they consider their products to be unavailable. The main reason for the purchase of products from protected work places is to provide financial assistance. While respondents expect quality and attractively designed products for which they are willing to pay a higher price, the decisive incentive for the purchase may be lower-price products.

The diploma thesis focuses on creation of marketing plan for specific project, which offers the services of extreme yachting. The main idea of the project called Evelyna Expeditions is to offer the possibility to participate on the expedition of yacht Evelyna on her journey around the world. Yachting is getting more popular among Czech tourists, but some of them desire even bigger adventure and want to exploit the potential of boat to explore places on the earth which are accessible only from the sea. The project is designed especially for these people. Theoretical part of the thesis explains the different stages of marketing plan (situation analysis, marketing objectives, marketing strategy, budget, action plan) and gives recommendations how to work with them. The practical part of the thesis brings more specific characterization of the project Evelyna Expeditions, for which is subsequently developed the specific marketing plan based on the recommendations outlined in the theoretical part.

Title: Marketing plan of Lady fitness Objectives: The aim of this work is to create marketing plan for fitness company Lady fitness, which provides fitness services exclusively for women. Hypothesis is that Lady fitness doesn't deal with marketing planning. Methods: Qualitative and quantitative methods were used in this thesis. The aim of the diploma thesis is to give the reader insight into newly fast- growing market category of men's grooming through the analysis of marketing strategy of chosen brand Biotherm Homme and the proposal for enhancement of this brand on the czech market.The thesis is divided into five chapters. First chapter is devoted to the fundamental marketing theory, crucial strategic terms are defined and proper creation of marketing plan is described. The purpose of the second chapter is to analyse the global market of men's grooming with the comparison to the czech one. Attention is paied also to the history of this booming market category as well as to understand men's customer's behavior regarding men's grooming. Third chapter is focused on the presentation of the brand itself, its strategies and current position on the market. Fourth chapter contains detailed quantitative and qualitative market Research, which should bring reader closer to the chosen topic and provides author with the highly valuable information for composition of the last chapter. Last chapter deals with the recommendations concentrated on enhancement of the current brand position on the czech market. In connection with the marketing plan it is necessary to make the marketing research and the analysis of the competition. Methods: As for marketing research, the method of a written interrogation is chosen. As far as the analysis of the competition is concerned, the assessed criterions are evaluated on a point scale and the appropriate weight is attributed to them. The weight is determined by the method of an order. This diploma thesis deals with the marketing strategy of a selected company. The selected company is Cloos Praha, spol. s r. o., which sells welding technology to industrial companies in the Czech republic and Slovakia -- so it concerns B2B segment. The theoretical part deals with the general solutions of creating the marketing strategy and marketing plan and then with the specifics of the B2B marketing. In the second part the daughter company Cloos Praha is introduced as well as the German mother company Carl Cloos Schweisstechnik GmbH an then it deals with the creation of the marketing strategy and marketing plan of Cloos Praha for the year 2014.

Theoretical part deals with general marketing issues in gastronomy. It clarifies the meaning of marketing in gastronomy, particularities of services in this field and the creation and meaning of marketing plan for the gastronomic facility.
