U radu je napravljen proračun trakastog transportera potreban za njegovu kvalitetnu i pouzdanu konstrukciju koja će zadovoljavati zadanom režimu rada. Napravljena je automatizacija za upravljanje trakastog transportera uz pomoć Siemens PLC S7 1200 i Siemens HMI 1500 Comfort panela u Siemens TIA portalu. Cilj rada bila je izrada proračuna za konstrukciju i automatizaciju koja će zadovoljiti efikasnost, pouzdanost ali i troškove same izrade i implementacije. Pokazano je da se uz pomoć automatizacije koja je napravljena uz pomoć PLC-a kao glavnog elementa u tom lancu može podići efikasnost proizvodnje i sigurnost na radu koja bi uvijek trebala biti na prvom mjestu. Počevši od konstrukcije koja je napravljena na osnovu proračuna koji se temelji prije svega prema materijalu koji se transportira pa nadalje do željenog učinka, udaljenosti do koje želimo transportirati određeni materijal i svemu ostalome što je zaslužno da se ostvari zadana norma pod sigurnim uvjetima rada. Sama vizualizacija transportera napravljena je na način da operater ima u bilo koje vrijeme dostupan pregled ne samo transportera nego i statusa proizvodnje te ostalih uređaja u proizvodnji. Uloga trakastog transportera u rudarskoj industriji jako je bitna jer služi za prijevoz usitnjene rude na mjesto za sljedeći korak u proizvodnji ili lokaciju gdje se priprema za otpremu. Vrlo važna karakteristika kod trakastih transportera pogotovo u rudarskoj industriji je njihova pouzdanost. Transporteri u rudarskoj industriji često rade sa velikim kapacitetima i zahtjevima za čim više transportiranog materijala u jedinici vremena. Bitno je da transporter bude pouzdan i otporan na različita opterećenja koja se javljaju tijekom transporta kako ne bi došlo do oštećenja različitih dijelova i prestanka proizvodnje. In the paper, the calculation of the belt conveyor necessary for its high-quality and reliable construction, which will meet the given operating regime, was made. Automation was created for the control of the belt conveyor with the help of Siemens PLC S7 1200 and Siemens HMI 1500 Comfort panel in the Siemens TIA portal. The goal of the work was to create a budget for construction and automation that would satisfy efficiency, reliability, but also the costs of construction and implementation. It has been shown that with the help of automation, which was made with the help of PLC as the main element in that chain, production efficiency and safety at work, which should always be in the first place, can be increased. Starting from the construction, which is made on the basis of a calculation that is based primarily on the material being transported, and further to the desired effect, the distance to which we want to transport a certain material and everything else that is necessary to achieve the given norm under safe working conditions. The visualization of the conveyor itself is made in such a way that the operator has an overview of not only the conveyor but also the status of production and other devices in production available at any time. The role of the belt conveyor in the mining industry is very important because it serves to transport crushed ore to the place for the next step in production or the location where it is prepared for shipment. A very important characteristic of belt conveyors, especially in the mining industry, is their reliability. Transporters in the mining industry often work with large capacities and demands for as much transported material as possible in a unit of time. It is essential that the conveyor be reliable and resistant to the various loads that occur during transport, in order not to damage various parts and stop production.
