1. Proizvodnja suncokreta (Helianthus annuus L.) na OPG-u 'Antun Martinović'

OPG „Antun Martinović“ osnovano je 2009. godine u Starim Mikanovcima. Na OPG-u rade članovi obitelji, te jedna zaposlena osoba. Gospodarstvo obrađuje površinu koja iznosi 94 hektara, od toga je dio vlastite površine, a dio u zakupu. U ovome radu analizirana je proizvodnja suncokreta tijekom 2022. godine. Količina oborina bila je manja u odnosu na višegodišnji prosjek 1899.-2021., a iznosila je 221,9 mm odnosno 109,3 mm manje. Vegetacij-ska sezona bila je toplija od višegodišnjeg prosjeka za 1,6 °C. Možemo reći da je godina bila u skladu s prosjekom, uz nešto manje oborina. Ostvareni prinos zrna suncokreta iznosio je oko 3,9 t/ha uz vlagu zrna od 7,8 %. Sadržaj ulja iznosio je oko 40 % uz 90 % sadržaja oleinske kiseline. Zaključno, nešto nepovoljnija vegetacijska sezona u pogledu oborina i temperatura, ali su ostvareni vrlo dobri urodi zrna što potvrđuju i saznanja iz šire poljopirvredne proizvodnje., OPG "Antun Martinović" was founded in 2009 in Stari Mikanovci. Family members and one employed person work at OPG. The farm cultivates an area of 94 hectares, of which part is owned and part is leased. In this paper, the production of sunflowers during 2022 was analyzed. The amount of precipitation was less compared to the multi-year average of 1899-2021, and amounted to 221.9 mm and 109.3 mm less, respectively. The growing season was warmer than the long-term average by 1.6 °C. We can say that the year was in line with the average, with slightly less precipitation. The realized yield of sunflower seeds was about 3.9 t/ha with a moisture content of 7.8%. The oil content was about 40% with 90% oleic acid content. In conclusion, a slightly less favorable growing season in terms of precipitation and temperature, but very good grain yields were achieved, which is also confirmed by findings from wider agricultural production.
